I was in town for a work conference and ventured out on St Patrick’s day to try some local bars. Stumbled by this place just walking around. This place is what you would expect for a dive bar. Cold, cheap drinks and great service!! Honestly the service was incredible. Super chill and friendly staff. There was live acoustic music but wasn’t too loud so you could have a conversation with friends. Got some fried bar food which was also good. If I’m ever back in town, definitely will come here!

My boss and I stopped in this fun spot after finishing a cross country moving job from Wisconsin. Jacob the bar tender was awesome. He engaged with everyone making sure everyone was having fun.

Great place to go for locals and out-of-towners alike. Can get very noisy and packed quite easily. This can be hard on the bartenders so always remember to give them grace and be understanding. Yes, the place is dark, dirty, and has a certain unpleasant smell. But it’s a dive- it is what it is. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but a lot of folks really love and find enjoyment here. They do serve some pretty yummy bar food which was a nice surprise. Love their phiddle fries and they have really good wings as well. For anyone who wants to know more about the wing flavors- Jacob told me that the Voodoo flavor is very hot and the Zombie flavor is sweet with a little spiciness.

I went here for a birthday dinner with some family. Surprise to me, there is a complimentary desert (chess pie only) for the birthday person. It was really good, though really small. The odd part is the bathrooms downstairs are not inside the restaurant. There is 1 family restroom close to the door of the restaurant. The next full women's or men's restroom is a bit of a walk and no signage to indicate. I would definitely update the signage.

Service was super slow and bartender had an issue with making a slight adjustment to a drink (rolled her eyes when we asked if she could add extra syrup to a blackberry mojito). The spring rolls lacked flavor and the wedge salad was tiny - definitely not a wedge.
My Bees Knees was good but overall, this place didn't hit the mark. Too many other better options to chose from in Huntsville.

Recently changed menu (with the new chef), so I've included pics of our food. As we shared, the hamburger was split in half. Delicious flavor... Burger tastes charbroiled/grilled and was excellent. The fries were fresh. Cream Brulee was chilled, larger than I expected and the sugar coating was perfect at just the right thickness.
Staff was highly attentive.

Stopped by here while staying at a hotel nearby and was looking for a place to hang out with music on a Saturday evening. It is not fancy, they were out of several things but the bartender/waitress was very friendly and helpful. She gets 4 stars. The food was good…some things better than others. Moe's in Providence is a great place for a meal if you are just spending a casual afternoon in the area. It does become busy during the weekends when the ballgames are on. So if you and your friends want to sit around and enjoy the game it is a great place. But if you prefer something a little more quite it may not be the best fit for you. The food is pretty good. The (exceptional) Nook creates a comfortable and relaxing vibe. I’ve come here a few times, and it’s the kind of place I enjoy sharing with others. They offer creole and cajun cuisine. Stopped by this place for lunch on my way back from shooting on a Saturday afternoon. The entrance was slightly obscured by a giant inflatable purple tentacle (lol) so I missed it and did a laptop around the block before finding it.

This is such a cool venue. It's a former high school that now has bars, restaurants, and gaming areas in the former classrooms. There's a large parking lot and a green space and then the Yellowhammer brewery. The Straight to Ale brewery is here also.
We went to Hops & Guac to eat which has a wall of beer that you can pour yourself.
It was fun walking through the school seeing the lockers and going up the stairs and checking out the other bars. There was a lot of music playing and one section was an auditorium that had a live band playing.

Come here a lot when I come to town and for a long time it was 5/5 incredible place. Now service seems iffy at times. Last time we were there, we were with a group of 6. 3 of us got cigars, while the other 3 ordered drinks.
The happy hour on the website says 4 to 8 pm. At 7 PM a bartender took 3 drinks and as our other friend to order the other 3 on happy hour , the bartender kinda ignored and then said happy hour is over. When we brought it up that HH ends at 8 according to their website she said they haven’t updated the website in 3 years as it’s managed by a 3rd party. So at 7 they refused 3 more drinks on happy hour.
Lastly, they charge $2 for matches .. at a cigar bar.
I go to a lot of lounges across the US , and the lounge usually has liters or matches for people to be able to actually light the cigar they purchase from said lounge.
Anyway , bad service the Norm ? Hopefully not. But that coupled with charging for matches left a bad taste in my mouth.

Soooo we went here at about 12:15. Chose to sit at the bar because there was limited wait staff. The ambiance was nice, the bartender we had was super sweet (she’s the reason they got 2 stars?). Sooo we ordered around around 12:20. It took over 40 mins to get 2 SzND catfish and grits.. well correction 1 came out in 40 the other one about 10 mins later. The serving sizes were completely different. I asked why, the person said they ran out of bowls when they literally have the same dish in their other hand in the same size bowl my friend had. When she arrived she seemed annoyed. I politely said thanks but I’m only having the drink (which was pretty dang good). She asked why, I explained… her expression was unbothered and just began to check us out.

I’ve heard good things about this place before I went but had the absolute worst experience! The seating inside resembles a lounge with tables too low to eat on. We waited way too long for everyone to get their food, 2 hours in total! When placing our orders for brunch, we were told that the only side they had were fries, not even eggs that were actually listed on the menu. Also, 2 of the 5-6 items listed on the brunch menu weren’t available as well as a whole other side of the menu. We also got a pitcher of mimosas because the $2 mimosas they posted online were only available from 12-2 pm even though it stated 12-4 pm. When we tried to order more, they were out of champagne. As empty as the restaurant was, it took more than 30 minutes to get our first plate which was chicken and waffles. The chicken was VERY dark as if the grease was old or burned and each of the 3 other plates after took at least 20 minutes to come out. None of us got to eat together! I myself ordered the fish and grits. The grits were bland, the fish was too salty, and the Cajun sauce didn’t have a taste at all. I was way too excited to come here just to be let down by the owner who was supposedly the cook. Will never come back!!!!

The karaoke seemed to be mostly show tunes with some rap thrown in, which isn't necessarily a bad thing... but the kj also chatted a lot.
