プラザ・ラゴイの中にあるインドネシア料理店。ホテル内のリゾート価格のレストランに比べて安く、どの料理も美味しかった。

お店も新しく清潔感があります。料理もおいしくて非常にリーズナブルです。 ビーチを眺めながら食事もできてロケーションもばっちりです。クレジットカードも使用可能です。

この近辺では安めの値段設定で店内の雰囲気も良いしエアコンしっかり効いている。ハンバーガーやポテト、少しローカルフードもある。

評価が良かったので行きましたが、特別美味しい訳では無いと思います。ですが、ビンタン島のホテル周辺のレストランが高い為、助かりました。ナシゴレン、ミーゴレン、サテー、チキンウィングを頼みました。サテーは私達には甘過ぎるように感じましたが、チキンウィングとナシゴレンは美味しかったです。

Second time round we tried the Ayam Penyet and had the regular ayam sate. The ayam penyet was lovely, the star was the chilli! Personally, I also preferred the Ayam Sate compared to the Sate Taichan we had the previous time. Overall, a must try at Lagoi Bay that still maintains affordable prices!

ホテルでの夕食以外の選択肢が少ないのがビンタン島の残念なところですが、数少ない候補がこちら。何度か訪れていますが、観光客がメインのお店だからかスタッフはフレンドリーで誠実です。中華ベースの海鮮ですが、どれも美味しく日本人の舌にも合うと思います。ロブスターや蟹を注文しなければ1万円程度に収まると思いますが、ロブスターなんかを頼むと一気に値段が跳ね上がります。100グラム30万ルピアからで、私が行った時は最小で600グラムからでした。これだけで2百万ルピアですね。それでもシンガポールで食べるよりも安いので注文しましたが、味付けは流石。プリプリのロブスターを選択したsalt & eggで絡めた炒め物は絶品でした。ビーフンも美味しかったです。

バンヤンツリーから車で15分ほどのシーフードレストラン。 正直安くは無いが美味しいシーフードが食べられる。スッタフはフレンドリーでサービスも良い。色々オーダーしたがどれも美味しくハズレはない。ただしシーフードはサイズで金額が決まるので注意してオーダーしないとかなりの金額になるのでしっかりと量と金額を確認してからオーダーするのをお勧めする。 ビンタン島ははインドネシアなのでビンタンビールを頼んだが何故かハイネケンやインポートビールの方が値段が安いとは何故と思いスッタフに聞いたがスッタフも笑って私も不思議に思うと言っていた。 水上レストランなので海風が強い時もあるので一枚羽織る物を持っていく事をお勧めする。

息子夫婦と滞在時に食事に行きました。海の上のレストランとして大変雰囲気もよく料理も美味しく貴重な時間を過ごす事ができました。

廃業しているショッピングセンターのすぐ隣にあるホテルです。ホテル自体に、映画鑑賞出来る場所や、ゲームコーナーなどありますが、現在は使用されていないようで残念でした。またサイクリングできるように無料貸し出しの自転車はありますが、何せ暑いので近くの湖を半周しただけで早々に引き上げました。プール、レストランは屋上にあります。レストランから廃業しているショッピングセンターが見えて、夜にはイルミネーションの飾り付けをしているので、夜景が綺麗に見えて良かったです。 とにかくゆっくりホテルで過ごしたい人にはおすすめです。スタッフみんなすごく感じが良く併設されているスパもすごく良かったです。また機会があれば訪れたいです。

And there is attention to detail. I did not inform i was bringing a newborn. But upon checking in and realisation, a crib was provided in my room. Room was soo spacious and clean and even a hightech bidet. Housekeeping always at hand to service and provide my request. Food also was amazing. So much spread for the breakfast buffet and delicious too. Always changing their main course and even letting us try food not on the menu at table side. Shoutout to Josep, the Sous chef. He realised we like indonesian cuisine, he even presented us with special ala carte indonesian meals the next day exclusively. Now thats excellent service with attention to their customers. Good job. Other areas of service are awesome too. Always greeting and providing help whenever staff sees us. The only downside i can think of is, hopefully there are better things to do outside the hotel in bintan. The lagoi plaza just beside was a waste of time. And very boring with so little shops. However there was only a small piece of cake inside when we checked in which didn't amuse my son much. I had specially requested for balloons and they accommodated to give me 6 unblown balloons, we blew it ourselves for our son. Premises are interesting because they have 2 big pools and wide sitting space in their restaurant. Their Kids club boasts of both indoor and outdoor play area which are interesting (flying fox, free bicycles, scooter etc). They also rented board games and uno cards. Their water splash area is decent not exactly mind-blowing. But their wide spaced swimming pools were great because it was like having 2 lazy river swimming pools with bean bags on the water to act as rafts. Depth of each pool was not more than 1.5m. Lots of safe water play areas for young kids within the swimming pools. Well thought through kudos. They had complimentary bicycles to use but they were only limited (less than 5) to be shared with almost 2 hotel guests to share (Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn both co located). Restaurant provided free buffet or ala carte for children less than 11 years old. Good gesture, thank you. Please take note that there is absolutely no grab food or delivery in Bintan (you must only eat within the hotel), hence free food for children is a blessing. Their beach is a far walk from the rooms at least 10mins. Please be careful that the beach is not exactly safe because it has purple flags up. Lots of jellyfishes spotted at ankle deep waters which are easily missed as plastics. Those with kids please take note and be careful. Well equipped and well managed gym. Generally all staff were very friendly and child friendly and hospitable except a handful of them who are not focussed and quite blur. But it's not a big deal. But after a few rounds of negotiating due to the unpredictable weather, they finally approved our request for the kids to go to indoor playground, while the adults go for sheltered archery. Comfortable tents with the basic necessities. Be prepared that you can actually hear alot of sounds outside of your tents (eg. walking & talking sound, music from the bar). I don't think anything can be done for the soundproofing of the tents, maybe can provide earplugs for the guests. Staff are polite and often served with a smile 😊 Enjoyed the tent side BBQ and also the buggy service 👍🏻! We went to dine at both Compass rose restaurant at Anmon and Patio restaurant at Natra. Compass rose restaurant food was good, they have more food options (Thai, Jap, Indo, Western cuisine) compared to Patio Restaurant. And..especially the waiting time for the food to be served, decent waiting time (approx 30mins) for Compass rose.. long waiting time (approx 1hr 15mins!!!) for Patio restaurant to serve the food.. when there wasn't any crowd.
