We made a reservation for 8pm since that’s all we could get online and but I called same day around 415pm they let us move it to 5pm which was amazing! So kudos to them on that. There also seemed to be a fair amount of walk in seating readily available for the people who were there before 5pm and wanted dinner. Perhaps just the time of year but if you are dying to go here and can’t get a reservation, arrive early for a walk in at 5pm and dinner seems very likely with that strategy. Drinks were great as well. I had the Franciscan and asked to have the mezcal not included and the drink was great still!
