Dish comes in but not the same as last time. It was on a different plate and no garnished cream unlike the first time we went. We taste it, it was very hot and my wife have to drink water after every spoon she will have, I even ask for a coconut cream to lessen the chilli hot taste of the dish but still very hot for her so I ask her to have the stir fry noodle that I ordered. After he took our payment he let us know “there will be a little bit of a wait”. The venue wasn’t booked out, but they did have a few phone orders placed. A table of 4 ordered right before us. Generally you look at a menu you know where the chef gets their inspiration. Looking at this menu, the chef loves the world. We dined 2 nights before Christmas and had a set menu. The night started with light Asian flavours from India & Japan and a Maine (USA) inspired prawn roll before moving to Italy and finally the savoury dish took us to the Middle East. We finished the night with a panacotta which left me with the best memories of eating a mango Weis bar in the middle of summer. The all female staff (chef included) were friendly and welcoming. The pink and teal decor with a hint of kitsch felt like 80’s Miami but in a modern way, which left me smiling all night.
