They said they were very busy and it was raining. When order finally arrived it was lukewarm and had a meal missing, told them I was bringing it back and wanted a full refund. We placed an order last week which was late and then they delivered a wrong meal, when we phoned them they said they would rectify if we ordered again. So we ordered this weekend and the wait was over an hour which we expected on a Saturday night. We agreed to order but we waited over 2.5 hours in the end, I won’t bore you with the numerous telephone conversations chasing the delivery! When our food finally arrived it was tepid at best, they had delivered a rice instead of a baji. The lamb chops were all bone and were tough it was thoroughly sub standard. We will not be ordering again, they have lost us as loyal customers.
