The conference rooms are basic and the conference lunches were good, however lacked some diversity (3 of the 4 lunches were chicken) and had a bit odd combinations at times. The breakfast and snacks and drinks were fabulous though! In terms of being able to sleep at night I give it a bad rating for location however it was right next to the university if that is what you're looking for. The staff and service were fabulous along with the workout room and free laundry and plenty of space in the lobby. Overall I'm not impressed by this hotel, and it especially didn't live up to the normal Marriott standards, but is a much better option compared to other hotels in the area.
