My wife decided she didnt want to eat too heavy because we are going to the beach tomorrow. I stayed quiet and said ok. She ordered the fish tacos and I ordered the shrimp cipriani pasta. Now, for the record. I never order pasta but there was something about the description that was calling my name. I dont know what it was but something about... pancetta, roasted garlic, sundried tomato pesto and artichoke hearts. finished with cream was calling my name.... One bite was all it took and i was in love.... This was probably the best pasta dish, i have had in my last 15 years. Now, thru college i worked at many high end restaurants to pay for school and many had some very rich pastas but the blend of flavors blew my mind. The pancetta wasn't thin slices that disappear in the sauce, they were similar to small lego blocks that were hearty bites with the pasta and shrimp. The fish tacos were two large soft tacos which looked like around 7 ozs of mahi in total (i didnt ask, just an observation) and my wife was very happy and so was i.
