Speaking of lunch and dinner - the food was absolutely delicious at the Hayloft - the space is very well dressed up, and the ambience is relaxing, comfortable, yet trendy. Huge bonus for the fact that both the cafe and the restaurant are dog friendly, so I didn't have to leave my pooch in the room. The place could do with some improved signs on the main road - I think it misses out on passing traffic as the signs that are there are too small, too close to the turn of the road, and do not actually advertise what is available on site. Lost opportunity. I had no idea what was there until I arrived. Anyway, I can definitely recommend staying at the B&B, and the food at the cafe and the restaurant. Well worth the visit, well worth the detour. It's actually only 15 mins - maybe less from the A55 - if you're on your way further into Wales, this is the place to stop for a break. Worth it.

As you can see from pictures, the rooms are located above a pizza restaurant (which is delicious, by the way - check it out!). I stayed in the River Room, which was a great size, was impeccably clean, had a very comfortable bed, and some beautiful views of the water and the town's castle, which is literally a 2 minute walk from the Inn. The Inn is also very central within the town itself, putting you within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Parking can be a bit tricky - there is a lot nearby that's only 60 pence from 6pm-8am, but the day time hours arent as great and only allow stays of up to 4 hours. If you're needing something longer term, there are other lots in the town, but they arent as convenient. All in all, a terrific place to stay if you're visiting Conwy.
