But the experience we had didn’t live up to the expectations. My wife’s lobster roll was very fresh. The lobster meat was the star of the meal. The roll was a huge disappointment. She could barely pick it up as the roll was so flimsy. More like lobster meat on bread. If a decent roll was used she said it would have been better. Still, she really liked the lobster. 4 stars (5 if a decent roll was used.) My fish sandwich was the worst I’ve had in Maine. I didn’t enjoy the breading or the fish.
