It puzzles me as to how this dish got through internal rounds of food tasting. The only pro of this dish is the generous amount of seafood - which was nice. Honestly the flavours were under delivered as for our Seafood Paella. The Bomba rice used were undercooked and missing that soccarat that I believe many aficionados are craving for. The seafood broth used was bland in which even the lemon could not salvage this iconic Spanish dish. As for my "falafel", it was an unorthodox play to the whole texture, at a level that I could not accept. Imagine a finely grounded chickpea paste mixed with curry spices moulded inside panko bread crumps with siracha mayo as their dipping sauce. The pita bread comes as an extra RM 5 which was preheated for too long hence it was served dry and tough, inedible even for an adult. Service wise can be improved, as most waiters had a difficult time understanding the local language/lingos. All in all, the price charged was not justifiable for the dining experience I had. I hope the management takes this review as a consideration to tweak their menus and quality of service.
