I ended up ordering the avocado toast without eggs and cheese & asked for roasted veggies instead. She told me that they didn’t have any (even though I saw it on the menu), and mentioned that there was spinach, tomato, onions & mushrooms that came with it already so I said that works fine with me. She then went behind the counter and quickly prepared our meal, as she had 2 people who came in waiting to meet with her it seemed.
