Our last order before this was 10 minutes late and not as good as we had hoped , but gave them the benefit as we had had many a good meal for years before that. Having been regular customers of Sun Wah for a number of years, we have noticed the horrendous decline in quality of food and service of late. We called back and were told it was ‘with the driver’. When the food eventually did arrive, the order was completely wrong and we had two missing items (which we had paid their drastically overpriced fees for). We called back and asked if perhaps they were still with the driver - opting to overlook the incorrect meal received in favour of just receiving the other items. The lady said to give her a minute to check. She then disappeared off the line. We waited and waited and she didn’t come back. So we ended the call and called back - lo and behold the phone had been taken off the hook. We couldn’t phone back and therefore didn’t get the items or a refund. It’s worth noting that this disgusting restaurant had rebranded itself as ‘Yan’s’ on Wrexham Eats, presumably to encourage new customers (we fell for this given the poor experiences we had had with Sun Wah). The restaurant is now using both names on Wrexham Eats and the phone number is the same for both. I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT order from either of these scam artists. The food is awful and the service is even worse.
