For normal hot plate, usually it will only last less than 10 minutes. I ordered the lamb on stone plate and my mum ordered the seafood on hot plate while my brother ordered the chicken on hotplate and my dad ordered the lamb kitchen cooked. It was such an interesting experience, even after half an hour the stone plate was still hot and there still was smoke rising from it, but lesser. The whole time i was grilling, i felt it was kind of similar to BBQ? So I'll highly recommend for those who likes BBQ and wants to try grilling/cooking their own food on the stone plate!!
