Our choice grocery store overall. It is large and has the best combination of selection, prices, and quality. It does not have a fresh bakery and deli like Van den Tweel, which is a more upscale store, but it also means it's more expensive. Checkout is friendly. Their $3 frozen pizza was quite the deal. Parking can be tight.

This is becoming one of my preferred stores on Bonaire. I especially like the good selection of local fruits and vegetables

Great place to support small local businesses selling handmade crafts. We bought several pieces of jewelry, keychains, magnets, and keepsakes at the market. The prices of items are very affordable and cheaper than the gift shops at the airport. I recommend getting all your souvenirs here.

It’s a small group of locals selling a lot of stuff to tourists. We enjoyed looking around and the weather is always good here. The highlight might be the little food stand selling local food out of steamer pots. This place is surrounded by people, including cops and the construction workers from the area. Aside from the open air bars nearby this could be the star of the food sellers in this port city. The overall Arts and Crafts market is fun but just average.

This is a nice market. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This market has plenty of vendors selling souvenirs such as magnets. There’s also a vendor selling dream catchers, some vendors selling shirts, a vendor selling frozen treats, a vendor selling Indonesian food, a vendor selling Surinamese style barbecue chicken, and a vendor selling freshly made margaritas. When I came here on December 22 there were also vendors selling Christmas items. This market also has a stage with live music during the day and music from speakers at night. I gave this market five stars because it has vendors selling a diverse range of items.

Beware if you’re not white or if you come in here not looking fancy. The woman who runs this place will preemptively act like you’re there to steal and otherwise act rude and condescending. I was looking for something super special to wear but didn't want to spend an outrageous amount. Discovered a wide choice of great things at really good prices. Penny Lane will be my "Go To" shop for great value. Love the big new shop on the side street behind Banco di Caribe.

Even though there is another grocery store across the street called "warehouse", this store is the true warehouse store on Bonaire. It has the warehouse store feel with rough stock shelves, displays, and even poor lighting HA! They have a great fresh and frozen produce selection too. Don't forget to visit upstairs. Originally we did not know that existed. Lots of hard liquor, wine, Nespresso capsules. Also washing machines and barbecues and baby toys. Crazy awesome! We could not use our credit card there.

Fun little place that's like an Aldis abd Sam's Club had a baby. Lots if different things but some stuff like beer, you can't just buy a six pack. Some items bulk some not. Carries beer and wine. Also has nice cold food section up front. Prices were very good. Paid less here for what I purchased than I would have in the States!! Credit card machine can be contrary but be patient.

This place is great. The only thing that i see they can improve is control and organize better the fruits and vegetables, normally they have to be checked every 1,2 days. The quality control is important and we don't want to see rotten peppers or tomatoes you know what i mean?. I hope you guys expand soon (glad is coming soon), maybe more organization could be awesome for the place and the back is a little bit dusty and hot. But overall i really recommend this place to everyone, awesome brands, awesome products and fair prices compared to another places.

It is advisable to refrain from purchasing any refrigerated items as they may be a few years old. However, their bread was satisfactory and did not cause any negative health effects.

It offers beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks, bread, biscuits and crisps, plus frozen and some fresh foods. But it’s a dark, depressing, unfriendly place. I’ll not go back.

Look, I'm visiting from the US and the store looks a little suspect as you walk in. Bottom line is, good assortment of mainland food, snacks and most important booze and everything was reasonably price and some things were downright cheap. If you're downtown it's just a couple of blocks from one of the bigger parking lots near GIO's. Nice people and they accept all forms of payment. Oreos and Cheetos made it into my basket somehow, go figure.

At Top Supermarket they find it ok to sell products that are not very tasty looking. I bought twice chocolate to give to students. The first box was filled with maggots and looked old, even though the expiry date looks ok. I was able to switch those and bought Mars. These looked like they are rotten even though according to them, it's because of being shipped in refrigerated containers and then here on Bonaire the weather is too hot. These they did not want to exchange anymore, but they want me to tell my students to eat them like that even though they look bad. Well, they may have the $6.25 and they lost me as client!!!! Too bad I did not take picture of the yukky looking chocolate!!

Extremely convenient to get to and shop at. Not the most fresh produce, but the shelf stable items are always in stock--5/5 specifically for convenience. Alcohol, canned drinks, snack items, all easy to get to. English tags on everything is also a plus if you are a tourist like me.

Pleasant service and a good selection of mostly non perishable food. Fresh local bakery items. Some prices are good, some are exorbitant. I’ve only been to one other supermarket here and this one is MUCH nicer and friendlier. This will be my go to in Bonaire.

Love this supermarket! If has a ton of American brands if that is what you are looking for. Also probably the largest selection of liquor on the island.

I recently returned to Bonaire for my 3rd year in a row. Last day, heading to the airport, grabbing lunch we passed this place and my son wanted to go in. He found a necklace he really wanted. It was sterling silver, so $120 the sales lady quoted. Normally much more than I would spend on a piece of jewelry for my 16 year old, but he really loved it and rarely asks for anything, particularly anything expensive. So I said yes. I grabbed a very cute tree ornament marked $20. Gave the sales lady my credit card. She rang me up and looked at me and said the total was $200. Well immediately I knew I was being overcharged $50. I weighed in my mind to confront her, walk away from the purchase, spoil my last few hours of my lovely vacation with a negative altercation, or just pay it. I just paid. If it had been a purchase for me I would have left them both on the counter and walked away. I don’t normally feel like a tourist mark on Bonaire, so this was disappointing. Avoid this store.

I went in because of the pirate coins in the window. They have some neat genuine and replica pirate coins. And the prices aren't horrific. The issue I had was with some of their jewelry. I was looking at some of their sterling octopus pendants and earrings. I talked at length with their main manager. She claimed they were designed and made locally by their jeweler, which I love. So she convinced me to buy one that I was looking at for $300. After buying it, I researched the markings on the back of it. It is made by "Som's".....a mass produced global jewelry distributor......not local at all. While researching Som's, I found several other things they make that I recognized from the store. So did the store's "jewelers" make ANYthing?! Hard to know, it they didn't make anything I looked at. So that is disappointing, and a flat out lie. Which then makes me question if any of the pirate coins are even the highly sought-after coins at all, or if they were just generic ones or worse yet, fake altogether. So they get two stars for blatantly and purposely lying. Not cool. Nice stuff, but not made locally. Just know that going in. And look closely at the stuff and call them on their lie if it says "Som's" on it!

I bought an $5 item at this store. As soon as I pulled my credit card out, the salesperson increased the price by 20% saying that the bank charges her 3%, and credit card company charges her another 2% or so (she seemed confused about her numbers but admitted that the fees added up to about 5% or so in fees). The owners are extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. if you are ever in Bonaire tell them the Lady Chef sent you.

Really nice supermarket! Has all the things you need, in a very Dutch, organised manner. When I walked in, I could have just walked in the supermarket in my own town. All the familiar products, brands and assortiment were present. This, mixed with a lot of local products, makes it a pleasant shopping experience.
