Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa is a luxurious beachfront property in Aruba, offering warm accommodations with ocean views, a spa, and a pool. It's renowned for its wellness spa and believes that dining plays a crucial role in the vacation experience. The Premium Culinary All-Inclusive program includes daily meals and premium open bar drinks. The resort also offers off-site dinners to explore local flavors.
We came here for our honeymoon and had the loveliest stay! Every person who works here is warm and friendly, the beach and location is truly unbelievable, and the rooms are very comfortable and nice! We can't wait to come back again next year.

First time in Aruba and I am in love! Every single person that works here was so kind and so friendly they definitely do cater to you. The location is super safe, beautiful views. The water is unbelievable, at times you think you have the beach to yourself. The chophouse restaurant is absolutely delicious. I wasn’t too crazy about the Japanese place They don’t have a lot of options for those who don’t like sushi. Overall, my experience was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be back here. The only reason why I gave it Four stars is because I feel a resort like this should be adults only it’s kind of hard to relax when you have kids running around yelling in the pool this is a place where people come to relax that’s why it’s called a spa. This is not Disney World or Sesame Street or the park . Other than that the food was great, The atmosphere was great. It’s definitely a safe place and the beach was absolutely unforgettable. The rooms can be bigger, especially the bathroom. We didn’t have cold water the whole time we were there , maintenance did try to come up and he was super helpful even though nothing got fixed, but we do appreciate the effort. They do have a little store in the resort but get ready to spend a arm and a leg just for a couple of things me and my boyfriend bought a couple of souvenirs and ended up spending a little over $300 just on a couple of keychains, a pair of pants and T-shirt.

We just returned from the most incredible stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, Andrew welcomed us with the biggest smile and set the tone for an unforgettable trip. At the front desk, Setchel was always kind, attentive, and so helpful with anything we needed. A huge thank you to Daniel, Juan, and Aaron, who made every meal feel special with their exceptional service, both as we sat down or were pampered on the beach. And Liz at the bar deserves a shout-out too—she made awesome drinks and was so lovely to chat to. The food here is absolutely fantastic—honestly, don’t waste your time or money leaving the resort. Every meal was delicious, and we looked forward to every dining experience. We did the all inclusive and definitely feel like it was worth it, and we got our moneys worth. The property itself is the perfect size: small enough to feel intimate and personal, but with plenty of space so it never feels crowded. There were always enough chairs by the pool and beach, so no need to wake up early to claim spots. We specifically wanted a quiet hotel with a relaxing vibe, and this is it. They had themed dinners every night if you decide that’s what you want, as well as some live music. This was the perfect honeymoon spot for us. Everything about it exceeded our expectations, and we left already dreaming of coming back. Do not hesitate to book here!!!

We went to Manchebo for a friend's wedding. The wedding was spectacular and so was the resort. The staff is outstanding, the food is awesome and the beach is the best in Aruba by far. The resort has a family feel due to the ownership by the Slominski family. I can't say enough about Manchebo. Special shout out to Andrew and Michaela. Especially Michaela. Good luck on your mid-terms!

After my first trip to Aruba, I will be back unless I am dead and THIS resort and their people are absolutely the reason why. If you haven't stayed here you should. The people here epitomize what the phrase "Happy Island" means. The location is beautiful and the staff and resort are beyond exceptional. I mean Eagle Beach is breathtaking. The resort is constantly maintained, cleaned, attended to and as a result is a stunningly beautiful place. To stay at a place like that on a beach like that was life changing. The entire Island is gorgeous. The water, beaches, walks, excursions, naps, culture, ect. are dream worthy almost everywhere there in my opinion. You should also know it is relatively easy to go visit/do all the stuff you want to up around the Palm Beach area and retreat back to this paradise on Eagle Beach that I can't imagine not returning to. (Basically, give yourself an extra 20 -30 minutes each way to get to anywhere just because you're on island time and have the most fun & relaxing time of your life.) As far as the staff is concerned, I can not possibly speak well enough about the staff as well as the other guests. The experience was truly dumbfounding. I have included more about a personal experience If you care to read it. I had a couple of situations (which had NOTHING to do with the resort) occur and Randall along with all the staff looked past my frustrations and made sure I was heard and it really mattered to them. It mattered not just in the way that they are required to care. WE ALL KNOW what that looks and sounds like... and this was different, way different. They even offered to make up for someone else taking advantage of my poor judgement. I mean who does that? I would never accept it, and I mean NEVER, but the offer was genuine and that meant more to me than any dollar amount. I know it is their job, but I also know these folks must have problems all their own, but you would never know it. They are true professionals, earn every dollar spent and deserve the praise they get and then some. They are phenomenal and they made us feel way more important than we ever deserve to be. Here they treat you like family while crossing no professional lines what so ever. Seriously, everywhere on that island is beautiful, some in very different ways mind you,but not everywhere on that island has them. That's the difference. Go there ,relax and enjoy. On a personal note, Thank you for caring about all your guests and treating us so well. My review is an understatement to say the least. You all give your very best and you all deserve the best. Masha danki

We spent 8 days here for our Honeymoon and it was one of the best trips I've experienced. From being welcomed at the front desk, offered a complimentary welcome Mojito, and then our bags being taken to our room by the staff. Such a welcoming feeling. We did the All-Inclusive option. (Absolutely must do!) The restaurants at Manchebo were so good. The service was 10/10. The entire staff at the restaurants were able to answer any questions we had. Pega Pega staff was top notch. Everyone was friendly and quick with drinks and orders, but Merlin & Jason acted like they knew us forever. They were friendly, gave us many different recommendations to do on the island, and asked what we thought about them the next day. The made some of the best mojitos and mixed drinks I've had. They also had a beach service, where Jake would ride around and bring drinks and food when ordered. Truly felt like paradise for the short 8 days we were here. We will definitely be back.

First time to Aruba and it won’t be our last. Stayed at Manchebo for 7 days and from the time you are greeted upon arrival to when you leave, the staff will do anything to make your experience one you will not forget. We travelled late September which is the low season. It is very hot and humid this time of year, however we always felt comfortable due to the constant winds, fans and areas that had A/C (rooms). Very quiet at the resort and the beach in front of the resort is magical, especially at sunset. Rooms are well appointed and temperature controls/fans made them very comfortable. If you are into spa activity’s, my spouse and I had the 3 hour couples experience and it was amazing. Food wise we made the decision to not do the all inclusive at Manchebo and experience the dining all over the island. Some notables include Kamini’s kitchen (rented a car to go to baby beach and this was our lunch stop), Two fools and a bull (need to book well in advance), Lima Bistro (suggest reservations) Element (suggest reservations ) Apotek Speakeasy (suggest reservation- amazing cocktail bar), Wilhelmina (suggest reservation), Breakfast at the restaurant at the Super Foods grocery store (amazing value). Can’t say enough great things about this resort and island experience.
Chris H — Google review
Although the palapas on the beach are public, Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa places chairs with towels under them to “reserve” the spots for their guests. Often, no one shows up for hours, while other visitors can’t use the shade. It’s not right for a resort to claim public facilities this way. Aruba’s beaches are meant to be open to everyone, but that principle doesn’t seem to apply here.

Stayed for our honeymoon. WOW! We were blown away by the service. From the time you walk into the hotel to the time you leave all of the staff is lovely. Special shoutout to Jhon at the concierge desk to the warm welcome & answering any questions we had. Mayra was so pleasant and helped us booked another stay for our anniversary during our visit. Carlos, Angel, Awan, Jonathan and Jredrick did a fantastic job serving us drinks beach and poolside our entire stay. Jasmine in house keeping was spot on and kept our room sparkling clean the entire stay. Juan served us breakfast multiple mornings and he was an absolute delight and very funny. Overall the level of service is what sets this resort apart from other places. Plus the location on the beach is to die for and it’s extremely convenient not having to fight over an umbrella every day on the beach. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this place.

Perfect place. Super recommended. We came for our honeymoon and it was just perfect!!! They are so attentive, anything you need they just there for you super fast, super spilling and doing everything you need. From the beginning- taking from the taxi your luggage and stuff, bringing you glasses of champagne and cold refreshing towels, till the end - everything was awesome! The only thing is the water pressure in the shower- it is very low and they said islets a general problem in Aruba. So my showers took very long because of it. Butttt it’s nothing comparing to all other things in this amazing hotel!!! It’s so quiet and lovely. Just what we needed. Thank you Bucuti!!

We just got home from our honeymoon and we’re still reeling! Bucuti and Tara was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The staff and accommodations make every person there feel special and are first class. Our Concierge, Kelly booked activities for us and kept our itinerary organized. She gave us fabulous recommendations and we loved each one. On the days we didn’t leave the resort, we loved relaxing on the beach with our reserved umbrella and chairs. Breakfast is included and it’s so delicious! Their new Restaurant Terra was honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in years. We will absolutely be back!

My stay at Bucuti & Tara was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely incredible—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The resort itself is pristine, with immaculate grounds and beautifully maintained facilities. Our room was stunning: modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. The food throughout our stay was consistently good, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options that made dining a pleasure. A special shoutout to Aldrick, Entshar, and Orvielle—their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. They are a credit to the resort and made our visit unforgettable. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with top-tier service and a serene atmosphere, Bucuti & Tara is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

The Bucuti & Tara exceeded our expectations for our trip to Aruba this year! From the second you pull up to the hotel to the minute you check out the service was excellent and everyone was so friendly! We were greeted in our room with a bottle of champagne, cheese, crackers, and macarons! I love that you could pick your beach chair the night before on the iPad. Flags on every beach chair allowed us to order food and drinks to our chair a breeze! I have celiac disease and it was easy to eat gluten free at the Bucuti & Tara with GF markers on the menu, separate fryer for the French fries, and GF options at the breakfast buffet (they even had a separate GF toaster at the buffet). The staff was always there to help with anything you might need and everyone has a smile and says hi as you walk by. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very quiet inside, we could not hear other guests, and it was also quiet by the beach and pool! Food and drinks were delicious and the area was walkable to several coffee shops and other restaurants near by. We parked our rental car easily and for free at the hotel, but taxis were readily available as well. The resort was LGBTQ friendly, which was very important for me and my wife. I would highly recommend the Bucuti & Tara for those looking for a quiet, romantic getaway with their significant other!

This place should be nothing short of 5 stars. My wife and I just returned home from our honeymoon. We stayed here for 7 nights. We stayed for our honeymoon so we spared no expense. It was pricey but there are other ways you can stay here and not make it too pricey. The rooms, staff, and beach are incredible. Everyone is so nice every time you see them or pass them. Everything offered here is just perfect. The staff members are always looking for ways to make your day better. I can not recommend Bucuti and Tara enough and we will definitely be coming back for our anniversary’s.

Everything is exactly as you hear and read about this place, world class service, amazing rooms, features, beach. Only issue I had was the breakfast, not that many options and quality was not too high - one fresh juice and three non, but it doesn’t matter everything else was so perfect and well thought of. Best resort in Aruba by far.

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is an upscale beach resort and casino located along the shores of Aruba's famed Eagle Beach. The property includes a beach bar, fitness center, and restaurant.
This hotel was perfect for our stay! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our time special. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a kind gesture and really made us feel appreciated. It’s clear they care about their guests and pay attention to the little details. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming place to stay long term! P.S - the area is quiet and not as busy as other areas like Palm Beach. There are still plenty of good restaurants around
XuanMai — Google review
This place is false advertisement all over. When booking they say they are on the beach and water front. When you get there you have a road separating you from the beach and hotel. It’s is not directly in the beach as said. Once you make it to the beach you have to run around and try to chase a beach attendant to be able to unlock the beach loungers and give you one, another mission on its own. Next you only get services once a week and it’s based on the day you arrive, sure they’ll give you towels and wherever you need but I’ve been to Aruba multiple times and stayed at multiple resorts and never had this. Usually the guest gets to choose whether they want their room services or not. Next be careful charging stuff to your room. Every time you charge to your room they put a hold on your card for $250. By the time we were done we have 4 holds of $250 on my card, another first for me. Usually when you charge to the room you pay at checkout at the end of your trip. Be careful full when booking here, do your research completely because we didn’t expect what we got. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

They are updating the hotel, and the new rooms look incredible! Also updating the main pool, and it looks like it will be amazing. Have to come back to check it out! The beach and water were peaceful with no need for water shoes (but recommend a floaty), and the beach attendants were very nice. There's a hut on the beach where you can order drinks and food. The rum tasting was worth the money! We bought 5 bottles to take home, but don't have too many drinks beforehand. We tasted about 35 different runs! We met some great people, and getting around was simple.

Hospitality has been great. The amenities/shops on site were fantastic. The pool area while under construction have been quiet and clean. The TV isn’t smart if you need that. The water doesn’t get too cold just as a heads up - the shower door needs repaired. The Royal Aloe products are top notch! The location to Eagle Beach is perfect. And… I got complimentary cake for my bday!
Daniel R — Google review
Comparing last year to this year, we definitely liked having a room on the ground level. The extra exit through the patio was great. It made parking and avoiding the hotel construction so much easier. Last year, even without construction, it felt like it took forever to get to our room upstairs from the car. This year we walked out the patio door, crossed the street, and we were at the beach. The beds were hard, I don't think I could have managed longer than a week on them. Also the handheld shower attachment holder was falling out of the wall. The tv remotes only kind of worked and one made both TVs turn on and change at the same time. We didn't use them much, so it wasn't a big issue. The rooms in general will be better when they're all updated. It was a nice surprise when they brought my child a piece of cake for her birthday. She was very happy to receive that. The staff was generally polite. They deal with a lot of people, so I get it when they are just doing their jobs. We plan on coming back again. It's a nice place to be so close to the beach.

La cabana is always a great resort . The staff is amazing. Hotel always cleans rooms have been updated . The new bar looks great. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but we dont go for the pool the beach and water are beautiful. I wish you didnt need to get up at the Crack of dawn to get a papalas ( hut ) but besides that 100% worth it walking distance to other restaurant and casinos.

Studio room nice.Wi Fi is pathetic. High cost for a one time cleaning if you stay 7 days. 130.00 USD. Watch for up charges on nightly stay! They don’t tell you the cost when you check in and hand you a piece of paper to sign that has the teeniest print on it that we have ever seen! Can’t read it! Nightly extra charge is not what you read…. Surprise $$$! They don’t mention the nightly charge on their website….which doesn’t surprise me as it seems to change! They also do not clarify it to you when you check in. Beach needs attention…dirty. We have been to Aruba many times and it seems beach maintenance is getting worse every year!!! 4 out of 7 days we had to wait over 30 minutes for a beach chair attendant to unlock 2 chairs at 8am. for us and at that, my husband had to go looking for the beach chair attendant!!! Ridiculous. . La Cabana has extensive renovations going on at the pool area so you are very limited to a very small pool. Weather was great!
Google U — Google review
I wish someone would have been transparent about how dirty and noisy the property is during the renovation. The only reason I gave a score of 3 for service is because John the Bellman is an all-star. Housekeeping is terrible, the rooms are dirty. It's not the LaCabana that I remember. My impression is that the staff feels like they don't need to provide quality service due to the current construction situation. My husband was so disappointed that he upgraded his purchase at Divi. I hope the property and service improve after the renovation. GiGi at the front desk is a rude, liar. She stated that a credit would be issued to our bill because we brought our bracelet/keys with us from a previous visit. She never issued the credit. The point is not the $$, the point is that she lied. Service at Juan Valdez is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and walk over to Dunkin at the Eagle. Never stay in a room that has the letter B at the end of the number. There isn't a double door between the unit and the next adjoining unit. There is a 2" gap underneath the single door and you can hear everything that is happening in the adjacent room. Very disappointing experience.

The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is a stylish beachfront destination with a retro tropical ambiance. The resort boasts 357 rooms and suites, each featuring private balconies and vibrant blue and white decor. Guests can enjoy the beachfront pool area with two pools, waterfalls, and a freshwater lagoon. The property also offers amenities such as a gym, spa, casino, and onsite dining options.
I stayed at the Hilton during the end of Oct/beginning of November while construction was ongoing. The resort is beautiful and situated on the best part of Palm Beach and across the street from many food and entertainment options should you opt to leave the resort. The construction was not a problem during my stay - yes, some noise heard while on the beach but not a nuisance or distraction from relaxing under a palapa. The reservation system for the palapas was easy and straightforward, as was booking activities like paddle boarding. The beach is clean and expansive. I walked along the beach and the ocean-side sidewalk between the Hilton and other neighboring resorts and would not choose to stay at the Marriott, Ritz or St. Regis based on their beach conditions. I did not use the pool, but it looked like a nice option for families with small kids. The gym is brand new and well-equipped, though cramped. If trying to use weights, you’ll be bumping into people. My two double bed, partial ocean view room in the Curaçao tower was very nice - clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds at the resort are beautifully landscaped and maintained. I only ate at Oscars Market, but found the prices very reasonable and the breakfast options were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, I don’t understand the negative reviews the staff has received on other reviews. Everyone was accommodating, from early check-in, luggage storage, to a late checkout. I was nervous about the construction but needlessly so. It was also refreshing to feel very safe here, compared to other Caribbean locations where I have been hounded to buy drugs or go to makeshift shops as soon as I stepped off the hotel property. I will definitely return to this Hilton property on a future trip to Aruba.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. • The shower drain was clogged for the entire duration of my stay, and despite mentioning it, nothing was done to fix it. • While a few staff members were friendly, most of them seemed indifferent and uninterested in solving guests’ problems. • The gym was under renovation, so there was no access to it at all – something that should have been communicated beforehand. • On top of that, one of the buildings in the complex was under construction, which meant constant, unpleasant construction noise. To make matters worse, the music at the pool area was extremely loud, seemingly trying (unsuccessfully) to cover up the construction sounds. Something not disclosed anywhere on the hotel's site!! • Perhaps the most disturbing aspect: around the pool area, there were several cages with birds trapped inside. Some of them were far too large for the tiny cages. It is shocking that in this day and age, a hotel would keep animals in such conditions just for human entertainment. This is nothing short of animal mistreatment, and it should stop immediately. I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I recently returned from a 7-day stay at Hilton Aruba with my family. We have stayed at your resort four times in the past two years, and up until now, our visits have always been memorable for the warmth, hospitality, and service that made us look forward to returning. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very upsetting and did not meet the standards we have come to associate with Hilton Aruba. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. In the past, we were always greeted warmly upon arrival, but this time there was little acknowledgment, which set a disappointing tone for the rest of our stay. At check-in, Bradley mentioned that he was upgrading us to an oceanfront room; however, it was the same room category we had stayed in during a previous visit, which was not marketed as oceanfront. While he was enthusiastic, it felt disingenuous, and the only amenity offered was a 20% coupon for the Sunset Grille. For a family that has been loyal to your resort, visiting twice a year, that gesture felt underwhelming. We also rented palapas for five of the seven days of our stay. The service we experienced was consistently poor, and on Sunday, September 21st, we were especially disappointed. Despite paying for an oceanfront palapa, our view was completely blocked by a private party setup with tables, chairs, and lighting equipment. One of the reasons I rent front-row palapas is so I can watch my children safely in the water, and having our view obstructed was both frustrating and concerning. I have attached photos for your reference. In addition, we dined at the breakfast buffet and were surprised at the negative attitudes we encountered. Something as simple as requesting decaf coffee or hot sauce seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. This is not the level of service one expects from a Hilton resort, and certainly not from a property we have returned to so many times. As loyal guests, my husband and I save and work hard to bring our children to Aruba because we have always felt the Hilton experience was worth it. Sadly, this visit left us very disappointed. I truly miss the warm welcome we used to receive from staff such as Vickie, who always greeted us with a smile, remembered our family, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. That type of personal touch is what kept us coming back. I am writing in the hope that you will take this feedback seriously. We want to continue returning to Hilton Aruba, but our most recent experience left us questioning whether we should. I would appreciate a response and hope that steps can be taken to restore the welcoming, high-quality experience that your loyal guests have come to expect.

Great hotel! The beach was clean, the staff is phenomenal! Majority of people that I conversed with spoke 5-6 languages!!! Insane! Steve at the beach bar service is great! We chatted in Spanish about his life experience being born in Aruba. We chatted about both our experiences in Colombia... Our room was tidy everyday by housekeeping.

My absolute favorite hotel! We are headed to this hotel for our 8th time! The staff treats customers like family. Last year, our flight home was cancelled and the Front Desk Manager went out of her way to ensure we got the last hotel room that was available. I could not have asked for better service!

I didn't liked the fact that you have to pay for the beach umbrellas, it was called palapas. If you're lucky, the last row was free, by the sidewalk. The service was okay, anyways you pay for it, it's not all inclusive. The location was okay and I will recommend it for the families. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was great. You also have a lot of restaurants outside across the street, but go further down, there is a lot more to see.

This generally a good hotel in terms of furnishings and amenities and has a great location but is let down by the quality of the service personnel and the fact that they nickel and dime you at every turn. I don’t mind paying extra if I am getting good service but if I have to wait on my own table and carry my own bags - I expect not to be paying top dollar. In particular the restaurant and bar staff are inattentive. We often waited 20-40minutes before wait staff came to take our order after being sat. At the bar I had to go to the bar and ask for menus and then go back to the bar to place my order - when clearly there should have been table service. On the beach we used the app to place orders as the waiters were not at all attentive, they would deliberately keep their back to us as they walk by so as to avoid being flagged down to place an order. In addition to the poor service they add in gratuity and expect an additional tip on top of that. To be honest the lizards and birds did a better job of clearing the tables than the human staff. There is also a resort fee per day in addition to the room fee that is not disclosed when booking. The beach and pool seating is also an additional charge per day. So plan on paying an extra 150-200 per day just to cover fees. As others have mentioned there is ongoing construction on both sides of the resort but the noise has dampened down a bit as they have moved to completing the interiors.

Resort of ok, rooms are small and shower is even smaller. Concierge staff is not attentive except for Sanaida who did try to help us. The man (wasn’t wearing a name tag) that was at concierge was scrolling on his phone while people were waiting to be serviced. Many of them walked away and he never looked up from his phone to see that people needed assistance. Front desk staff is friendly. We tried to book massages and the spa would not honor the prices that is on the website. Waited for the spa manager to come to the lobby to speak with us. After waiting 15 minutes we walked away because no on came to speak with us. We went back to concierge and Sanaida called several spas in the areas to find us availability for our massages. She was great! P.S Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well.

We stayed for 5 days and could not have been happier. The rooms were lovely, although our couch had seen better days. Easy to get to everything, the service everywhere was great, people were so kind. And you can't beat the accessibility to one of the world's best beaches!

Eagle Aruba Resort truly feels like our second home. Every visit is a joy, and this recent stay was no exception. A huge thank you to Melitza, Joenna, and Lui for their consistently outstanding service — your warmth and professionalism are the reason we keep coming back! A special thank you to Melitza for her quick thinking and support when we forgot the password to our safe deposit box just 15 minutes before heading to the airport. She resolved the issue within five minutes, saving us from a stressful situation with grace and efficiency. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful place. Thank you for making every stay unforgettable!

The room is spacious and has everything that you need, kitchen, large living area, good size bathroom, large bedroom with plenty of storage and balcony. The resort however is looking a little tired and needs some updates, possibly a restaurant and better information about the resort and it's activities on a daily basis would go a long way.

Eagle Aruba Resort turned out to be a really nice place to stay. It’s not super fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed vibe that fits the island perfectly. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, which made the stay even better. I didn’t use the beach or pool, but the outdoor jacuzzi was a lifesaver for my back pain, it worked wonders. Overall, it’s a good spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time in Aruba. I’d definitely stay here again.

I own a timeshare here. we had to upgrade to a two bedroom and the room was not nearly as nice as the one I own. they offer a shuttle service for the airport but it's 19 bucks a person. A taxi is $30 total. seems excessive should be free. but being right across the street from Eagle Beach and some other wonderful sites being close by makes up for any negative aspect of the experience. overall it's a good resort. I'll continue to come back obviously.

This hotel is Paradise! We dream of coming back. The best place for a relaxing vacation. It has something for everyone. The hotel and property are meticulous. Such beautiful landscapes. We also saw the most beautiful birds and iguanas. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could possibly need. We really appreciate the free parking. The water temperature of the pools was perfection. There's entertainment everyday. The staff seem happy and treat you like royalty. We loved that there are restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts on site and their menu and prices are reasonable. Their gift shop is pretty cool too and items are fairly priced. We took the beach shuttle to Eagle Beach. They have staff on the beach ready to assist with lounge chairs and any food orders. We really enjoyed the hotel's Carnival Night experience. It was amazing!

Reasonably good value. Very family and kid friendly. Excellent staff at Check in and checkout reception. Support a large Resort there only 2 restaurants one is A pizza outdoor resturant by the pool and the other is an enclosed sports bar resturant . Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort Aruba is a charming and elegant beachfront retreat that offers refined accommodations, including pet-friendly options. Originally built in 1989 to attract Dutch visitors seeking great value near Eagle Beach, the resort has undergone a complete renovation while maintaining its cheerful Dutch colonial design. With modern amenities and personalized service, this boutique "petit resort" appeals to discerning travelers, families, couples, and friends alike.
Amazing vacation experience. Very friendly and courteous staff and housekeeping crew. Very close to the beach and the resort guests can use the Cabanas and beach chairs free of cost. Beach towels and other necessities were restocked very promptly. Breakfast was included in the package which was served at the beach side restaurant (Passions), and that was a refreshing experience to start the day with. Lot of parking spaces as well. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommend !

Love this hotel!! We got a free room upgrade, and the 1 bedroom suite is amazing and right near the pool and restaurant. The vibe is perfect, not too crowded, away from the casinos, and more on the boutique side. Very clean, comphy and convenient. Staff is very nice, and the beach, with chairs and umbrellas, is a 2 minute walk across the street. Would definitely recommend!!

This is the first time I have ever left a review for anything, but I thought it warrented. We stayed here several yeas ago and enjoyed our stay. Since that time we went to Playa Del Carmen a couple of times, Wilmington n.c., the east coast of Florida and Carolla N.C. A couple of months ago we decided we needed to get away and we thought fondly of the Amsterdam so we booked a trip. As soon as we got to the hotel we instantly relaxed, the welcoming staff was great, the room was fantastic and the grounds were pristine. During our stay all of the staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable and the grounds were always well kept. We went to Passions several times for breakfast as well as dinner our last night...great! Horizons for dinner our first night, very good! The access to the beach, and the beach itself are unbeatable, just a 1 minute walk literally. My wife and I have decided that this will be our go-to place, we cant wait to get back to the Amsterdam and are already looking at dates for next year.......I highly recommend to anybody who needs a relaxing place to be with well appointed rooms, top notch staff and perfect setting right across from the best beach in Aruba. And by the way, the grocery store is a short walk, we ended up doing a shrimp boil one night and brazilian beef filets another night, the rooms kitchen had everything I needed to make great meals. All in all just a fantastic time......thank you to everyone at the Ansterdam!

We stayed at the Amsterdam Manor in a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed it. Their customer service is excellent, the resort is extremely clean, the views are amazing and the rooms have everything you need. The ocean is a 2min walk across the street. Overall, we had an awesome time. We highly recommend this resort.

From the moment checking in the employees were very welcoming and friendly. Location is amazing right across eagle beach. Quiet and peaceful. There is a electric stove, sink, coffee maker, and toaster in the room. Stayed in the studio and that was big. Shampoo and soap was Aruba Aloe which is a high quality brand. Hotel has everything you need and perfect location. Superfoods down the road 2 min drive , palm beach high rise area a 5-7min drive. They also have a bar on top of the pool and beach front restaurant.

Just got back from a glorious week in the paradise that is Amsterdam Manor. I fell in love with Aruba forty years ago and its beaches AND THE PEOPLE are the reasons. That hasn’t changed. Although I’ve stayed so many places in many categories, I found my very favorite in the Amsterdam Manor. It’s not opulent, pretentious or sprawling but rather, warm, welcoming and lovely. The location is prime and the staff, perfection. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable and spacious. I found the bed too firm and they placed a feather bed topper on it. Problem solved. Our room was too warm during the night and staff continued to address it until it was remedied. Beautiful people who cared for us and made sure that we had an amazing stay. We wanted for nothing. I love you Amsterdam Manor and all of the special people who make it happen. Can’t wait to go back!

I was looking forward to staying at Amsterdam Manor. I had a reservation for 2 weeks. I booked the stay back in May for Nov. 12th - 26th. a little less than 4 weeks out, Amsterdam Manor emailed me and told me that my room reservation was cancelled due to renovations. I may also be stuck with non-refundable airline tickets. At least I was able to get a full refund on accomodations. That money will be spent elsewhere. Way to to go, Amsterdam Manor. If renovations were running behind, you would have known this for quite some time. These wasn't even an attempt to upgrade or re-book. Just a message for me to call the resort and cancel.

RUN AWAY! You will be making a terrible mistake if you book this hotel. To be clear and concise, I stayed at this hotel in May and it literally ruined my trip. First, I have to mention the foul smell that pervades the hotel. It's clearly not their fault, but it's important to know because the smell is unbearable. Secondly, we had a lot of problems with the staff. In the first room we stayed in, there were insects looking like cockroaches coming out of the shower. I reported the problem to the reception (knowing that there had been others before and I'll come to that) and brought two insects that I had just killed. As a result, the manager, Juan Carlos, offered to change our room for a bigger one as an apology. Before that, the credit card used for the reservation had been charged (for a pre authorization even though they told us they wouldn’t) without our prior authorization (which is clearly fraud). So that, added to problems with housekeeping and the problem of insects crawling out of the shower, he offered, without us asking, to refund us for the first night of the hotel. In the end, it was all empty words because, after months of email exchanges stringing us along, they never refunded us for that night. They are liars and thieves, and this hotel ruined our vacation. Avoid it like the plague.

The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is a luxurious casino resort in downtown Oranjestad, offering two distinct experiences. The adults-only Marina Hotel building provides a social ambience and vibrant nightlife, while the family-friendly Ocean Suites offer spacious accommodations with pull-out sofas. Guests can enjoy access to Aruba's largest casino, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.
We stayed as four adults at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort (Marina Side, all-inclusive) and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were small but very clean and equipped with all the essentials, and the food and drinks were very good. The staff were amazing—friendly, hospitable, and provided excellent personalized service. A highlight of our stay was the private Renaissance Island, with convenient boat pickup from the hotel. The island was stunning, with flamingos to feed, iguanas, free mats, and snorkelling gear. We saw lots of fish and even an octopus while snorkelling in the cove. The sand was soft, the water was clear, and the island bathrooms were well maintained. The pool on the Marina Side was also very nice, and the location felt safe and enjoyable to walk around, with the Marina and Ocean sides easily accessible by foot or shuttle. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!
Cora S — Google review
When I was looking to book, I was torn between the Marina side versus the ocean side. I chose the Marina side and was very happy with my choice. The staff were absolutely phenomenal— kind, attentive, and patient. I loved how the flamingo beach boat picked you up in the middle of the hotel, do you didn’t have to wait outside (like ocean side). The pool had great seating, music, and views. The marina side was adults only which was nice when it came to late nights in the pool. The rooms were updated and had a great coastal design to them. The housekeepers were so sweet and did a great job. The hotel was located centrally that we could walk to two hotels, the marketplace, and authentic restaurants. It was incredibly easy to get a taxi to take you wherever you needed as they always had taxis at the location. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back to Aruba, and will stay here again.

The people here are so extremely nice in every service area. The rooms are great. The island experience is amazing, and would be great for kids. We ate at LG Smith last night and it was very good. My wife loved it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel with warm and welcoming staff. We stayed on the adults-only side, but the pool was under renovation, so we used the Ocean Suites pool and beach. The beach was amazing, service excellent, and food delicious. Drinks were weak. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, the view also included a parking lot and cruise ships, not quite what we expected. Housekeeping was fantastic, especially the nightly visits with towels, water, and chocolates. Unlimited access to Flamingo Island was a great perk. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back.

We recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Hotel in Aruba, and while the resort itself is absolutely stunning, it was Eider Mendoza who truly elevated our experience from great to unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Whether it was booking dinner reservations at the island’s best hidden gems, arranging last-minute excursions, or giving us insider tips on the best beaches and local spots away from the crowds — he had it all covered with a smile. Every recommendation was spot on, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay special. Eider’s guidance made a world of difference and turned our vacation into something we’ll always remember. Thank you for going above and beyond — we can’t wait to return!

I visited Flamingo Island (Renaissance Island) in Aruba this week with my daughter to celebrate her birthday and paid $250 for a day pass. Unfortunately, our experience started poorly due to how one of the staff members treated us. While waiting for the boat, I stood up to take photos of my daughter near the dock. The staff member suddenly shouted at me, accused me of cutting the line, and insisted I board last even though several people arrived after us. When I tried to calmly explain that I was only taking video and wasn’t sure if it was the correct boat and I was approaching her to ask her a question and NOT to cut the line, she refused to listen and even called security to have us removed from the boat. Thankfully, the security guards realized the situation was exaggerated and allowed us to stay. It was embarrassing and upsetting to be treated that way in front of others. I’m a very respectful person both in my personal life and at work, where I’m well respected by my colleagues so this experience truly shocked me. I’ve traveled to over 25 countries and have always appreciated kind and professional service, but this interaction was disappointing and uncalled for. I hope management provides better training so future guests feel welcomed and respected. The island itself is beautiful, but this incident left a lasting negative impression.

I loved this hotel! I’ve already recommended it to people who have asked me about it! And I just want to give a special thank you to yessica at the front desk. She really made me and my girlfriend trip. I was not expecting anything special when I said we were celebrating my girlfriend birthday but yessica really made our trip special. The champagne and birthday cake were amazing and i really appreciate her for that. And I will be making this property my go to every time I visit Aruba.

What made my stay truly memorable was the wonderful team. Betty, who serves breakfast at Aquarius, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk was always helpful with a warm smile. Chef Pierre made sure I enjoyed the freshest seafood, and María José from housekeeping treated me with such care. The room was spacious, the bed cozy – a perfect experience overall

Hotel Riu Palace Aruba is a luxurious all-inclusive resort located on Palm Beach, offering direct beach access and a range of amenities. The hotel features 5 restaurants, a casino, and 2 outdoor pools. With over 400 rooms, it caters to honeymooners and families alike. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and access to facilities such as the spa, gym, and various water sports activities.
I had an awesome trip to the Riu in October! I booked through Southwest Vacations, which was a great choice since it included transportation. When we got there, the friendly bellmen and staff greeted us with glasses of champagne. Our room was fantastic, and I definitely recommend using the RIU app for room service and maintenance. Our AC wasn’t working at first, but they had it fixed within an hour. Room service was available 24/7 and was amazing—just remember to tip a few bucks! They restocked our rooms every day with sodas AND water so that was nice. Bring plenty of $1 and $5 bills for tips; the staff at the dinner buffets were super nice and attentive, so they deserve it. The beach was beautiful and clear, and while the pool was a bit dirty, it didn’t bother us at all. Plus, having the Antilles next door was great for extra dining options. Construction barely bothered us. The food at the Riu was delicious and there was a variety and lots of champagne offered, and being just a five-minute walk from downtown was perfect. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place again!

My wife and I spent there 7 days for New Year 2023/24. Very nice hotel, location is great, right next to the beach. Amazing sunset view. Hotel offers variety of nice food, however, not really 5-star offer. Rooms are spacious, but look quite old, and need some refurbishment. Just under our terrace there was some trash flying around, which wasn't nice. Hotel has nice large swimming pools, outdoor activities and open pool bar with fee drinks, which was great! Service is so-so, we had great experience with some of employees, but also poor with some other. After very long flight, we had to pay the hotel at arrival. Since my bank blocked card due to high transaction in unknown country, we have asked reception staff if we can pay day after, when we sort out with the bank, since it is 6 hrs difference to Europe and I couldn't reach anyone in my bank by the phone. Reception staff said we cannot get room key until we pay full room, so we spent few hours in lobby dealing with banks and transfers, to be able to pay immediately. Such a shame, hotels should not behave like that to customers, especially due to long flight and time difference, there should be more understanding. All in all, hotel is nice but considering service, facilities and food, it does not offer 5 star experience, and is way too expensive for the offer.

Rooms are beautiful! If your American specially from the south be wear that the rooms are hot to our standards lol the lowest it goes is 21 C that is warm for some of us. It will not go lower they have them controlled and will not change it. Eating at the restaurants is almost impossible as they majority of tables are two tops. Only one to two of them are open per day. If there is a wedding then only one is open for the entire hotel so you end up eating at the buffet. Also the food in those restaurants isn’t that great it’s ok. I was served spoiled lobster at one them. I often eat lobster so I knew it was bad from the first bite. The food at the buffet is actually pretty good and fresh. Good there is very good a good variety. People are friendly. The pool is very old missing tile but it is very big. The beach is beautiful.

Our family recently stayed at the RIU from October 20–27, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service throughout the resort was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, as though we were part of their family. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The food across all dining options was outstanding, both in presentation and flavor. Whether at the à la carte restaurants or the buffet, there was always available seating, whether poolside, beachside, or indoors. A special mention goes to Jefferson at the buffet, whose professionalism and hospitality made every meal feel like a five-star Michelin experience. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the resort manager, Junior, for his exceptional leadership and dedication. His consistent presence, genuine engagement with guests, and commitment to gathering and acting upon feedback truly enhanced our stay. Junior, your optimism and dedication to service excellence make you a tremendous asset to the RIU chain. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable and special experience. We look forward to returning soon.

I book this vacation through Debbie from Celebration Travel. This was my gift to my little sister for her birthday. The room was beautiful the location about 20 mins from the airport. The staff was friendly they accompanied any food allergies. The best specialty restaurant was the Arubian one so yummy. The steak house one was good but the service was slow. I would definitely book here again. They Decorated the room for my sister birthday at no additional cost. We celebrated her birthday the entire week there. The best part was the Neon party they do every Friday so if you book don’t forget to bring your neon outfits.

Just stayed for 7 nights here with my husband and extended family and it was amazing! There was wonderful service, the food was all enjoyable, and the pool/beach was top quality for lounging around. Late October is supposed to be their rainy season, but it was only cloudy all week and did not disrupt our vacation in any way. We loved the room we were in and cannot wait to come back after they finish renovating the rest of the hotel! I do wish that they had more activities maybe at the hotel itself and a schedule that would be printed out for us. Many times we did not know when and where the shows were happening, so we would get there late by following the music.

The staff was always pleasant and the food was very good. It was nice as an adult to choose between this hotel and the sister hotel for food in the evening. As of this post, construction is ongoing, but we were lucky to have an newly renovated room. As they continue with the upgrades, this place will be great. Glad to see they are investing into the property.

RUN I won’t be back at this hotel! hope you have patience when it comes to checking in It took us Hour & 30 mins just to check in the lines were ridiculous and only TWO people were checking people in. There was people trying to cut in front of us and a staff member didn’t really care gave us an excuse and told us to talk to Jacqueline since she’s the manager on duty and it did not seem like she cared either! And on top of that our keys kept on disabling each day we was there we want down stairs to the front desk so they can fix it we probably went down 20-30 times a day. BUT the restaurant staff & Beach/Pool Staff 5 Star they should teach the front desk how to be more friendly & positive!

Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort is a warm and inclusive property that offers a variety of amenities for guests. While it's not directly on the beach, it boasts a lush, green setting on a golf course and spacious suites suitable for families. The resort provides reliable shuttles to transport guests throughout the complex, which includes tennis courts, freshwater pools, dining options, and bars. Optional all-inclusive packages are reasonably priced.
Where to begin.. overall really positive experience staying at this resort. A couple aspects are a little dated, but it's very obvious they have been renovating it step by step. I thought the room was good and the mattress was new and I had no issues with the cleanliness. A few things were off/old/dated, but nothing that would cause me to not stay here again. Friendly customer service for everybody I interacted with, including the restaurants and the front desk staff. The resort is just a short walk across the street from the beach, and it ends up feeling pretty much like one continuous resort with the other properties that they are connected to / owned by the same company. If you're looking for a resort that has a little bit of a laid-back feel and not too run over by a ridiculous number of tourists, this place is worth checking out.

The staff here is amazing. They remember you even after your first visit. However, do not buy into the timeshare. They make you all kinds of promises and then turn their back on you once you sign your papers. No help. Plus the all inclusive prices go up every year and as an owner you get no warning. It's not worth it. Beautiful property to stay at, rooms are clean. But not cheap if you're an owner.

Divi Golf allows you access to 3 other properties as well that Divi has here in Aruba. Great staff and great service. Easy to get around the island from this location. Beach and ocean views from gym literally across the road. Great options of pools and day spas as well as a great golf greens.

The resort is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My room was huge and conveniently located near the pool, right across from the beach bar and Divi Beach. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the reception area, where you can hop on and off the golf carts to easily reach different Divi locations and the infinity pool. I booked the room only since I’m a foodie and prefer exploring other restaurants and food trucks in the island.

A golf cart shuttle to anywhere we’ve been here 4 days and haven’t seen it all yet! Take a few steps between the most blue ocean and sand and back to pool and restaurants! Swim up bars and all the alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks you can dream up. Infinity pool, slide and water volleyball shuffleboard and tennis and yes GOLF and shopping. The staff has been the most fun and kind help you can find. We never want to leave!

We stayed at Divi Village for our honeymoon. The resort room was dirty, outdated, broken balcony door and smelled like moisture at times. Out of the 5 days our new sheets smelled bad and our new towels smelled bad too. I was given one tiny bottle of conditioner the entire time I was there and when I asked for more I was only given a shampoo with reluctance. They didn’t give me a new soap bar despite being there for 6 days and the housekeeper broke my wedding perfume bottle without letting me know. Pricing at the resort market is extremely over priced . Our last night we went to the infinity pool an hour before the pool closed all lights were already shut off and they stopped the pool drain skimmers so the entire pool filled with hundreds of bugs. Some of the activities we tried to go to didn’t include what was listed on the pamphlets for example there was supposed to be dancers and djs one night the location was listen however they switched the location last minute, two other people were at the party and no dancers. I think the pool, activities and amenities need an upgrade and different extended hours. Most of the employees at the restaurants were extremely nice and the excursions the concierges told us about were really informative and friendly.

MVC Eagle Beach in Oranjestad, Aruba is a family hotel located across from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The hotel offers free WiFi and relaxing facilities for a memorable Caribbean vacation. Guests can enjoy terrace dining, an outdoor plunge pool, and a tennis court. The accommodations include double rooms with king beds, bathrooms with showers, TVs, and refrigerators. Situated in a quiet area, this beach hotel provides easy access to nearby beaches such as Manchebo Beach and Palm Beach.
We stayed here for a week in November. Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and well maintained. The property isn't huge but makes up for it by being directly across from Eagle Beach. You're literally a one minute walk from sand. They have free parking (we rented a car) and a nice complementary breakfast (you sit down and they give you a decent tray of food). The staff is excellent and helpful. This is a great place to really experience Aruba without the crowds.

This is a very good and friendly hotel. It is right across the eagle Beach Aruba. You just have to cross the street in front of the hotel and you're directly on the beach. The breakfast is small but absolutely enough, and if you need more food just tell the very friendly waitress and you will get what you asked for. If I come back to Aruba, I will come back to MVC Eagle Beach Hotel.

This was the perfect location for a quick last-minute getaway. We felt very safe. Right across the street from the beach and not far from the airport and restaurants. The rooms are very cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk service is very friendly with easy check-in. They recommended great restaurants and excursions when asked. We felt like we've known Clinton for a long time. He was always responsive and very helpful. He knows everything about Aruba 😆. He's a very hard worker, great young man who even works on his birthday. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be back soon for longer trip. Thanks Again Clinton for everything. It was a Pleasure Clyde and Treva

This place is wonderful. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Walk 1 minute to the beach across the road. Mostly adults here. Refrigerator, Safe, Air conditioning. And best of all...very welcoming and friendly staff ❤️ I will absolutely return here!

While visiting Eagle Beach, I opted to eat lunch at the MVC EagleBeach Aruba which is right across the street from the beach. I got a burger with fries which is a pretty basic dish and they did it justice. The burger was thick and cooked perfectly for me - thick and juicy, and it included lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. The fries were golden on the outside and soft inside. The staff was friendly and personable - making the service great. They have/had limited operating hours so be mindful of that. I think 11am to 3pm or so.

Nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service outstanding. The beautiful Eagle Beach is located crossing the street. I will choose this hotel again in Aruba.

My first and last visit I slipped on their floor (went down on the stairs from second floor), fell and broke right leg. Hotel did not take responsibility and offered me a doctor on my own expense! Never again MVC!

If you get here for the first time you will have a little of stress since the entrante is quite difficult to find. Actually the google maps are not quite accurate, go on the main Street along the beach and you will see a white fence or door with bars. As for the place all look quite nice and cozy just the clerk on night sifht is quite rude, when we call asking for the place he went upset as we were nor getting the right info for the entrance, once arriving and meeting this guy, he looked not really happy with his job.

Aruba Boutique & Art Hotel is a charming accommodation in Palm-Eagle Beach, offering an outdoor pool, free private parking, and a lovely garden. The 4-star hotel features air-conditioned rooms with complimentary WiFi and en-suite bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the convenience of room service and a 24-hour front desk. The location is ideal, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel! The property is full of character and warmth. What really sets this place apart is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with artwork. Price is reasonable, close parking, 10-15 mins drive to the most tourist places & beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personalized and intimate stay!

I stayed at this hotel this ti lookme last spring break. It was the best off the cuff choice I could have made. The price was right, and the staff was AWESOME! The rooms were big and comfortable even at night it was nice, as you might hear soft music playing...good music too! Gabriella (I think that was her name)YOU ROCK GIRL❗❗she fixed my phone so that it worked while I was there. So sweet and kind and funny😂 the chef I believe his name was Mike, but he makes THE BEST shrimp tacos...EVERRR! I got plenty rest, and I got to play as well. The beach is relatively close by, as are other restaurants and shops. I do plan to go back soon. If you have ever thought about going to Aruba GO! And be sure to stay at this hotel, you won't regret it, and you won't forget it! Tell them Iris said "Biba Dushi!" That truly is one happy island ❣️

My first one star review of a hotel unfortunately. Rooms - be aware that unless you book a room with a pool view other rooms have basically no window other than a „window“ into the inner hallway. It is basically a room with 4 walls. That was unfortunately not evident nor to be expected from an island hotel and is definitely overpriced for being basically a „cell“. Upon arrival and deciding to cancel the reservation due to the very unwelcoming room I was promised all charges minus cancellation fee would be taken care off. 4 days later the hotel still hasn’t resolved having charged me the full amount despite an in person conversation and having been promised it would be take care of that day. Staying generally about 100 nights/year in group hotels I have never had this lack of customer service for similar issues at a Marriott or Hilton across the globe. BW customer service has equally been rather „uninspiring“ helpful by pointing at the hotel. My review therefore reflects the rather misleading room description and the lack of professionalism from the staff to take care of their charging error right away. Update - a week later and two in person promises to resolve nothing has happened. There are many very nice Boutique Hotels in the area which I can now recommend. Safe yourself the risk here with clearly no customer service if needed and a borderline fraudulent practice when it comes to charges. Update - July 9 - The money erroneously charged has still not been reimbursed nor has anyone from the hotel reached out with an explanation or apology despite the 2 times this was promised.

Could not have gone any better. The room was spacious and clean, the outdoors area with the pool is absolutely lovely — the entire place is quiet, calm and tidy. Daniela and Lily were very sweet, as was Maria, the housekeeper. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast selections were phenomenal. Definitely recommend coming here if you want a relaxing, low-key experience very close to the shops and beach!

Great stay!! The service was exceptional, the rooms and grounds were clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location , walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem! Would stay here again, no doubt! Daniela @ the front desk was absolutely informative and friendly- probably the most caring hotel associate I have met in a very long time. Rooms were spacious and clean, as is the property. 10 minute walk to restaurants, bus, or beach! Do not spend $$$ on all inclusive or expensive resorts, this is a home away from home. Don't forget to save some time to relax at their pool, day or night feels like a spa! Thank you for making my anniversary trip stress free.

This is a Darlene hotel extremely well-kept and clean. My girlfriend, and I are both from Maui and have worked in the resorts in Maui at the Marriott and the Sheraton and Westins. There’s a great restaurant next-door that’s called Pikas A great supermarket convenience across the street. The staff was so sweet and kind and helpful and the coffee was insane. You have a beautiful outdoor pool and it’s the grounds are gorgeous . With lovely local art displayed throughout, but most importantly the people were just incredible loved it would definitely come back. Hotel My favorite thing about Aruba so far is the smiles and just the beautiful souls everyone has here. Dancing every night the town goes off or you can have a quiet evening on the beach under the stars. If you go to Peacoxk’s for lunch or dinner have the ceviche among other things, it’s the best I’ve ever had ! OK Emma Derold Our girl at the front desk and she was just exceptional and every way.

Guests can enjoy diverse dining options including the signature restaurant Ruinas del Mar known for its faux ruins and waterfalls.
My member level gave me a nice upgrade to ocean view room. Housekeeping had room done every morning by the time we got back from breakfast. Many complimentary activities including cooking with the chef, mixology class, wine tasting event.

I write this review on my last night of a 7 day stay. The hotel is nice, a little dated and inconsistent on furnishings (more on that later), but overall the grounds are good, the restaurant, pools and bars are decent. The staff is good too. The three stars comes from the fact that our family suite is bombarded by noise, and not from the resort; it comes from across the street. The nightclub across the way cranks up the bass and because the family suites are on that side, you hear it once it cranks up till 1am. You also get to feel it since it’s mostly the bass line. It’s terrible. To Hyatt’s credit, we did complain after 4 nights and they switched us to the opposite side suite on the 8th floor (Even numbered side to odd) to put us a little farther away, but at 9:30pm now, I hear it thumping away and it makes it hard to sleep. It also was interesting switching suites, as the second one had inconsistent furnishings, one less lamp and a non functional outlet, a different sofa, etc. Also Please clean the windows, they are opaque! Kind of embarrassing if you opened the curtains. I wish they were more up front about the noise when you book, even though they can’t legally do anything about it. It really makes the family suite not worth it. I’m lucky my daughter can sleep through an earthquake; I can’t. I wouldn’t recommend this resort if you want a family suite.

What makes this place so special is the attention to detail, personalized service, and the “welcome home” feeling you get when returning. Over the years, we have become friends and kept in contact with amazing people. It’s always a pleasure to go back and meet again in person. Fany, Willy, Beatriz, Glena, Debbie, Margarita and many more always make sure we start the day the best possible way, with a hug. We just left and can’t wait to return back; in fact my wife is already asking to book our next trip to Aruba, and she only wants to stay at the Hyatt Regency. This year Enrique, the new restaurant manager made a point to check in with guests every day, and I could see how proud he was of the relationship his team has created over the years.

TLDR: Good location, subpar food, subpar service, does not pay attention to detail. Skip this hotel and go to the Marriott. For context 2nd time in Aruba/ 1st time at Hyatt Aruba/ Last time at Hyatt Aruba! The positives: The location and proximity to restaurants was convenient, safe, and easy to navigate. The decor and hotel was mostly clean. Ms. Coral at the concierge desk was phenomenal. She was very kind and accommodating. The negatives: The food and drinks were subpar and inconsistent. The cocktails were mediocre. The shining star was the smoothies and the burgers. The food at the beach was better than room service and better than the food at the alfresco bar. The iced coffee was decent but the lattes left much to be desired. The service was subpar in certain places and areas of the hotel. At the beach in particular, you have to reserve palapas in the app the day before and then check-in at the desk from 7:30-9am in order for them to setup the palapa for you. For multiple days in a row, although we came on time to check-in, there was still a 1+ hr wait before they setup our palapa. They also set it up for 2 ppl when we repeatedly asked for 3 ppl in the reservation and in person. The wait was up to an hour sometimes more before waiters would come over to take food and drink orders. The staff seemed to be short and annoyed. Miguel was kind. The bed linen was not changed. I guess they only change it when you ask. We repeatedly had to ask for extra towels and washcloths because they only gave us enough for two people despite having 3 ppl in our room and on the reservation. Upon checkout, despite waiting in the lobby we were not alerted that our airport shuttle had arrived. The shuttle left and we had to wait an hour for the next shuttle. The bellman alleged that they called airport shuttle 3 times and no one said anything so they sent them away. The hotel coordinates the shuttle for you. We notified them at the time they picked up the luggage that we were waiting on the shuttles also when we came down to the lobby we notified them that we were waiting on the shuttle. No apology was offered.

Everything at this resort is top notch!! From the staff, to the rooms, to the amenities!! We couldn’t have asked for more. We met Raul at the Alfresca bar. He was extremely friendly and made us all feel like part of the family!! If you want an amazing cocktail go see Raul!! Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and was genuinely happy to help at all times. Thank you for making our first family trip to Aruba a memorable one!!

We love Hyatt resorts everywhere we go. This one had outdated rooms and looked worn out. We started out in room 311. It was right above the outside bar and was so noisy that at 11:30 pm we had to go to the lobby and ask for a new room. We were moved to room 364 and it was nice and quiet. The next day we woke up to a soaked floor. The ac had overflowed. They took care of it asap. The staff was great. Very friendly. Food on the property was great. Just the hotel itself was a let down after staying at so many other Hyatt properties. Also, the pool chair situation is not good. We were at the pool to get chairs by 6:45am waiting for the 7am opening. The good chairs were always taken up and we were stuck in the back with no view. Beach chair prices were rediculous. We got spoiled by the Secrets resorts having great seating pool and beachside. Overall we always love Hyatt but probably wouldn’t stay at this property again

The Hyatt Aruba is a MUST. If having difficulty choosing between hotel resorts, rest assured you will not be disappointed with this hotel. Rooms, pool, beach and location is the best amongst the competition. Hands down. I have been to this hotel at least 18 - 20 times - I have tried most of the other hotels, condos, Airbnbs, and I am never disappointed with the Hyatt. The Pool / beach service is a bit slow, and the only negative is one must reserve beach or pool seating - and I strongly recommend you reserve as it does fill up. Although spaces do open up in the afternoon. This hotel is ideal for pictures, honeymoon, romance, families, impressing your date, and all water activities. Adult pool is quieter - service is somewhat better, but it is somewhat isolated to provide that quieter ambiance - I personally prefer the larger, active pool in the center of the resort. Onsite clothing store for women is pricey (400-600 for a swimsuit) - but it has unique items - if on a budget, steer clear. You will not be disappointed with the property - there is a reason it is one of the more expensive hotels on the island, but hands down better than the Ritz Carlton which is a total disappointment (so do not even try to compare the two / The RC is on the rocky side of the palm beach stretch, has a very boring rectangular pool and the rooms are basic. So if comparing there is no comparison. And …. Did I mention the Casino ? Lots of fun, but it shuts down at 2am - even if on a winning streak.

First, before arriving, I had a major issue with the service from this hotel. When asking a question, I was told my reservation had been canceled. It was strange because it showed valid online. I asked again, and three times the representative told me that it was canceled. I was about to cancel all other non-refundable reservations, and file a dispute since I had not received any refund. It was a nightmare, because the place I booked from (American Express Travel) was telling me the reservation showed as valid. I ended up finding the email of the general manager and only then, I was told my reservation was valid. That could have become a much bigger headache. Now about the hotel after the stay... Shower drain was removed from its place by staff possibly because it was defective. It was just sitting outside the hole inside the bathtub. Shower uses a bathtub with curtain, very old style. My parents had trouble going in and out to take shower. Room fits 4 (2 queen beds) but has only two hangers in the bathroom. We had no place to put other towels and wet clothes. They have towels hut by the pool but with no self-service towels, you need to find the person working there. Many times I went, nobody was there. I ended up going upstairs to bring my room's towel. No water near the adults pool, you need to walk all the way after the breakfast area. There was no sign for the machine, you'd have to ask. On our floor, there is no sign for the water machine, it said ice only. We ended up paying $7 for a water bottle before we found out this ice machine also dispenses water. Nobody told us about that during check-in. Breakfast was OK, definitely not what we know as a resort-level breakfast. Options were the same every day (we had 4 breakfasts). Sunset is 7+ pm. By 6 pm, they had already removed and chained the beach chairs. We had to put our stuff on the sand. There is a lot of noise from early morning to late night. I booked an ocean view room but beds were facing the city, not the ocean. The room was right where the bar, music and live events are, and we had trouble relaxing. I'm not cheap and don't mind paying more for excellent service. I was tricked by 4.5 stars reviews, and I'm assuming they are not all real. Or expectations from visitors are lower in Aruba than other islands. The location of the hotel is good, with nice restaurants nearby. This is not the vacation I expect in a resort. It was not relaxing and with things taken care of, with a resort-level service. I do not recommend for the cost (about $3k for 4 nights).

Hotel Riu Palace Antillas is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort located on the stunning Palm Beach in Aruba. Guests can enjoy four restaurants, a swim-up bar at the pool, and access to the tranquil spa for extra relaxation. While the hotel's smaller size may be seen as a downside by some, it boasts excellent service and diverse dining options.
We absolutely loved everything about this resort. The location was perfect. The beach was perfect and the food and drinks were amazing. (Don't order the raspberry martini though. Trust me) The buffet was the best buffet we have ever had at a resort. The food does not taste like a normal AI resort. We didn't even want to eat outside the resort because the food was so good. The nightlife could be better but if you are looking for a great location, adults only, with great food, this is your place. The Elite Junior Suites are updated and very comfortable.

We had the best time on our 7 day stay 10/3/25 - 10/10/25. Staff were fantastic always welcoming and friendly. Management would ask about our stay and if we had any concerns daily. The wait staff, bartenders and housekeepers were all great. Hotel is in a great location easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Great selection of food that was always really good. No issues finding something for everyone. There’s a reason why this is the 5th different RIU location that we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back again.

Had a wonderful time at the Riu. Everything was immaculate and well kept up. Bathrooms were very well lit since some hotel bathrooms are very dark. We have recommended the Riu to our friends and family. Food was good but it would be nice if they had microwaves to reheat the food since many were cold unless they came straight off the grill. We also went over to your other hotel and found that they had a Japanese Restaurant and much more choices at their buffet. Other then that we were quite pleased. Also enjoyed the entertainment on most days and thankfully there were fans. To bad it's not air conditioned. All the staff were excellent and very helpful especially at the front desk in the lobby. Pool and beach staff also excellent and very helpful. We look forward to returning again in the near future.

This was our first trip outside the USA and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, everything was cleaned and stocked daily. The food was delicious and the buffet had a great variety of options. The restaurants were a little harder to get into, but worth it. We enjoyed the pool, especially the water aerobics instructor. We never had trouble finding chairs on the beach or pool areas, but to get a chair close to the ocean you had to be up very early! They were saving chairs before sunrise. We walked to the boardwalk area, butterfly farm and DePalm Pier. All in all it was an amazing trip and beautiful hotel with kind attentive staff. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riu Antillas at the end of September. We had a couple of housekeeping issues at the very beginning, but they were promptly resolved once we brought them to management’s attention. After that, everything was great. The room (ocean view junior suit) and grounds are beautiful, and the food quality and selection completely met our expectations — we didn’t even feel the need to dine outside the resort, though there are plenty of options within walking distance. We also took a few excursions and had an amazing time. I also enjoyed water aerobics classes. Will definitely stay here again!

The Divi Aruba All Inclusive Resort offers bright and stylish accommodations, some with beach views. This 265-room property is located on Divi Beach and shares amenities with its sister property, Tamarijn Aruba All-Inclusive. Guests can enjoy 10 restaurants, eight bars, and four pools between the two resorts. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of activities for watersports enthusiasts as well as a nine-hole golf course for those looking to challenge each other on the green.
I have to say this all inclusive resort exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were amazing, there is a buffet and restaurants on the property and the food was delicious at all options. The staff were very helpful and the service was great, I was there on a solo trip and felt safe the entire time. The resort also provided nightly performance shows which were really entertaining. The beach was clean with free umbrellas and an activities stand near by. I ended up purchasing the atv tour and it was more than i could've asked for with an included petting zoo with all types of rescued animals including a cheetah. I did not want to leave and will definitely be making another trip back.

Very nice little resort. Not huge and too crowded on an amazing beach. Several restaurants and all inclusive. The rooms are good but not luxury, clean and good service. 3 pools…. And an amazing white sand beach. The food is fresh and much better compared to other resorts but the choice is limited. The cocktails are great and not watering and well done. Plenty of food along the entire property and during the day and night until 1am.

Do Not expect a real 4 star hotel here. The location is great, the staff are very pleasant and cant wait to help you. Food is Good, not great, but satisfying. The hotel is mismanaged to say the least. Our first room overlooked a construction site, the room door was rusted to the point that it looked to be dimpled. the paint was peeling. The interior was not much better. The bed linens were torn. We were moved to a better section. The view was a pool view but when I went onto the balcony, I noticed the paint peeling off the sunshade below me, the tile on the floor was broken and just filled in with concrete. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants and at the end of our meal we saw the largest roach I have ever seen on the floor. The waiter stepped on it 3 times trying to kill it! I will post pictures to show what we saw. I would not stay here again.

Title: Reygenald made our trip ✨ Our group of eight (four rooms) had an incredible stay at Divi Aruba All Inclusive. Guest Service Representative Reygenald worked magic, rearranging things so our four rooms were together and even secured upgraded pool/ocean suites. That meant days at our private pool with our own bartender—unreal. Rooms were updated, spotless, and spacious. Breakfast had everything we needed; lunch and dinners were good; bars were great. Gorgeous beachfront location and a quick cab to shopping. We’re already planning October 2026 back at Divi, and our cousins (who stayed elsewhere) now want to switch. Huge thanks to Reygenald for an unforgettable stay!

Dive beach was amazing. Ocean was either as calm as a pool or wild as wave pool 4' waves at times if onshore wind. Service & people are top notch and restaurants selection varried so you never got board eating same dinners. Daily/nightly entertainment always a different theme each day. Suggesting for beach & pool umbrells, a better way to reserve the beach palapas, too many people put a towel on to reserve the area at 8AM then no one uses the seats for many hours sometimes not until later in the day. Maybe time limits or some other system.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Divi 5 separate times. 2 as a couple, 1 with my sister as a birthday trip, 1 girls trip and lastly we bought along friends. Always a great time! Staff is wonderful. Beach and pools are clean. No vendors on the beach trying to sell you stuff. Spa is amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable. All staff have been friendly and helpful. Already thinking of when I can go back.

We spent the last week at the Divi AI to celebrate our honeymoon. This resort was recommended by several family + friends who have stayed in the past and Divi definitely lived up to the hype! From the moment you get to the resort you’re greeted by friendly + helpful staff, everyone here is so accommodating! Our room overlooked the water and while some reviews may say the rooms aren’t totally up to date - don’t believe that nonsense! you don’t need much with all of the beauty that is steps away!! We were happy to have a clean shower and cozy bed to crash in after the days of fun in the sun. All of the restaurants here are impeccable from food to service - and getting access to the Tamarijn next door is a huge bonus! Shuttles to take you to and from, always taxis waiting to take you to your next adventure off the resort. The staff here works HARD to keep this place clean and running and it shows. Staying at the Divi was the perfect choice, let it be yours too!!! We will absolutely be back!

Guests can enjoy access to the 24-hour Stellaris Casino and the adults-only Tradewinds Club with its reserved beach area. Dining options range from upscale experiences to casual meals under palm trees at Atardi.
Our room was great. If you are getting a pull out bed, just know the bed is not the greatest. Ask for more pillows as my wife and I needed 2 for under our head. The front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The food and drinks are a bit expensive for what you get but figured that would be the case with any tourist area. Overall great time.

Overall, a decent property with a few large issues. The rooms are large, not overly-dated, and our air conditioning worked well for our entire stay. The service was also pretty good at the front desk and at the amenities. They will set up a spot for you on the beach and serve you (very expensive) drinks and food. Out front, there are usually taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. However, there was ongoing construction around the resort. While we were informed of this at check-in, we were told that the construction was isolated to the south tower, so we should not be affected in the north tower. Imagine our surprise when we got off the elevator on our floor and were greeted with a large construction wall and the smell of welding right outside the door to our room. This was a bad start, but it only got worse when our relaxation time by the pool was interrupted multiple days by loud hammering, cutting, and drilling. Another, even more permanent, downside to the resort is the fact that you are constantly bothered by timeshare people. They try to present themselves as typical hotel concierge staff and are very hesitant to be honest with you, so naive guests may be roped into something they do not want to be a part of. In summary, a fine place to stay if the price is right, but in my opinion there are higher quality places to go on the island.

My favorite resort and casino experience on the island. Everyone is exceptionally hospitable and made our trip special, with the exception of the bartenders in the lounge in the casino. They were miserable. The lounge servers and the musicians and the pit boss and dealers and the security and the dealers and the clerks and the hosts the housekeepers and the receptionists and the cleaning team and the management team and every other bar and restaurant and shopping option are wo absolutely that we came back multiple times - just stay away from the the casino lounge bar.

Amazing 1st time Aruba experience. Great vibes all around. Room was super clean in addition to nice lighting and TV features. All employees were happy and kind. Their are outstanding amenities at the Marriott Stellaris. This location was a perfect distance from other adventures. We also had the Tradewinds upgrade which was outstanding. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back!

It was our first time in Aruba, celebrating both our birthdays and our anniversary — and the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino did not disappoint! The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming tropical atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The casino may be small, but it’s lively and fun — complete with a great bar and live music that really sets the vacation mood. There’s even a Starbucks right in the lobby, which made mornings so convenient. The location couldn’t be better either — everything you need is within walking distance, from shops to great restaurants along Palm Beach. The breakfast at Mercat deserves a special mention — consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning with friendly, attentive service. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day! A few standouts truly made our stay exceptional: 🌸 Marisol from the Mandara Spa gave me an incredible beachside massage, going above and beyond — even massaging my feet while kneeling in the sand. It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. 🍸 Alix at the main lobby bar makes the best Espresso Martini on the island — whether you prefer it creamy or dark and sweet, she’ll make it perfectly every time. Note: The resort is currently undergoing some construction, which can be a bit loud near the pool area or in certain rooms. It didn’t ruin our experience, but I’d recommend checking with the hotel before booking if you’re sensitive to noise or want a quieter stay. All in all, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the very best of Aruba! 🌴☀️

Great location, we had a huge corner room on the South tower with wrap around terrace and wow what a view. Room and hotel very clean. Some construction going on but did not interfere with any of our plans, so this hotel is probably going to be even better if that is even possible when all set and done. Food is pretty good especially at the lounge bar and Romo the bartender was awesome. Will most definitely return.

We had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and clean. Our room was not ready at check in (which was not a problem as we were enjoying the beach and cocktails ) and they gave us $175.00 credit . The new guest rooms were a great size with a big bathroom and a beautiful balcony . The staff could not have been better. John and Javier at the towel stand were so helpful and friendly . The fish tacos and happy hour cocktails were delish ! Everyone was amazing . There were no negatives . We will definitely be back and will only stay here .
Rhonda D — Google review
I’m not sure where to begin, we will start with for over $600 a night you would expect a lot but they completely failed to give anything. When I tried to check in I was told the room was ready but just waiting the housekeeping manager to sign off on it. I waited two hours in the lobby and they never inspected it so I could go to my room. They said they would call me when the room was ready so I then left the hotel to explore the island and after 7 seven hours still no call. I came back to the hotel and the room was ready and they didn’t know how they forgot to notify me. I get to the room and it still has old food and drinks from the previous stay in it… this place is a rip off and I highly discourage anyone from staying here and to explore other options.

Beautiful resort. Staff extremely friendly. Rooms spacious. Lost my glasses in One of the many restaurants and within a couple hours of reporting it I had my glasses back. I would highly recommend this Resort.

Just got back from a great vacation to Aruba! We stayed at the Tamarijn for a wedding with lots of family. We had a ton of fun. Restaurants were great, beach was beautiful and we loved the pool. However, the wait to check in took way longer than we expected, an hour or so and the rooms definitely need some TLC. I also found a bug in my sandwich one day ant lunch time and some of the golf cart drivers were rude to us.
Colleen M — Google review
Divi Tamarijn had such friendly staff and they are all so helpful! The food at Divi is delicious and some of our favorites were Ginger, Paparazzi, The Red Parrot, Pure Lime and unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to experience Club Margot because of the heat/humidity. You can download the app and start booking your restaurant 2 days prior to arriving, then continue booking a reservation daily. Aruba in September-November can be very hot with a high humidity index! Our room at the Tamarijn was clean and cold AC. The bed was not comfortable at all but we called front desk for a topper which did not make a difference. The mattress was extra firm and very challenging to get a good nights sleep. We booked a premium room on Expedia which was a walk out to beach on ground floor. Absolutely beautiful! The room had sun all day on our private patio which made it challenging because it was so hot! When booking request rooms 1900-2600 because the remaining rooms are located on the rocks which makes it challenging to get into the ocean. There are ice machines and the water is drinkable in Aruba so make sure you pack a water bottle. The breakfast and lunch buffet provided was fantastic! Make sure to bring 5 dollar bills along with 10s to tip the amazing servers. We rented a SUV which made seeing the gorgeous island of Aruba so much more enjoyable! The ATV excursions are great! We visited The Donkey Sanctuary which is free but we gave a donation. The caves are also an excellent place to visit. The butterfly farm has its own magical moment for everyone. Baby beach is a must see and swim kind of day. The lighthouse has amazing views! Sunsets in Aruba are so beautiful. Pool towels are provided along with beach towels. The island has so much to do and see so discovering the beauty is the reason for one happy island!

We were so lucky to get a first-floor room with direct beach access—it felt like our own little paradise away from the bustle of the main lobby. I loved the energy of the shows and live music there, but being able to wake up and walk straight onto a peaceful stretch of sand was absolute heaven. Even though our room was a bit of a walk from the lobby, the golf carts made it super easy to get around, and the drivers were the sweetest—we even made friends with them! The entertainment was fantastic too, with something for everyone: kids, adults, and families. Honestly, it made the whole experience feel special from start to finish

Relatively typical all inclusive resort. The rooms and food were okay, although, the service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was right in front of the water, however there were giant rocks so you couldn't get into the ocean. I know some rooms have direct beach access with no rocks. If we go to Aruba again, I think we'd stay at the Divi or another resort!

Title: Terrible experience — NOT what it’s advertised to be Rating: 1 out of 5 My stay at the Tamarjin All Inclusive Hotel was a huge disappointment and far from the experience advertised. From check-in to customer service, multiple things went wrong. - Check-in delay: Check-in is listed as 3:00 PM. Other rooms in our party were ready on time, but our room wasn’t ready until 4:15 PM. When I asked the front desk why, the agent listed a few excuses but never directly answered my question. - Undisclosed construction: There was visible construction on the property that was an eyesore. The hotel’s website made no mention of any construction — this should absolutely be disclosed before guests book. - Poor food service: Breakfast the first morning was fine, but the next day there was no wheat bread available. I asked a server if more would be brought out and the server ignored me and walked away. - Broken shuttle phone and long wait: On day three we needed a shuttle to the Divi side of the property. The shuttle phone at the resort wasn’t even connected. Other guests requested a shuttle and waited outside for 35 minutes with nothing arriving, so we had to walk back to the front desk ourselves. - Limited amenities: There is no room service and essentially no nightlife. For an “all-inclusive” hotel, the lack of basic services and evening options is unacceptable. - Poor customer service & inadequate compensation: Customer service is not a priority here. Managers offered a $100 hotel credit as “compensation,” which felt insulting and did not address the problems we experienced. After staying at many 4- and 5-star properties around the world, I can confidently say Tamarjin feels closer to a 2-star operation. For the money you spend, you should expect better communication, functioning amenities, and genuinely helpful staff. Do not stay here until they significantly improve their service, facilities, and transparency.

We just went on a trip with our 2 year old and 1 year old and stayed at Tamarin. We absolutely loved the resort! The food was so good-we ate at Ginger, Paparazzi, and Red Parrot and everywhere was so chic, yet still family friendly. They didn’t hold back on their pours for the drinks-we were impressed! We loved the Coffee/Croissant bar at Divi and took the shuttle back and forth each day to go between properties. The shuttle made it super easy to enjoy both properties. We tried a different pool each day and they were all nice and none of them were crowded. We would absolutely come back here again with kids-we had an amazing trip!
Anne D — Google review
This resort was horrible! The rooms are very out dated! The shower had stains on the tiles! The room walls had big brown spots on them, customer service was horrible. No one explained anything when checking in, no bellhop to help with bags! The whole resort was under construction and they started early! It was not mention upon booking! The pool were infested with dead bugs. I don’t recommended this resort!

Barceló Aruba - All Inclusive is a laid-back beachfront resort in Palm Beach, Aruba. The hotel offers an intimate Caribbean vacation experience with its gym, lagoon-style pool, and tennis courts. After undergoing a $16 million upgrade, the resort now features upgraded rooms, an expanded casino, and a new spa with a hammam.
The Royal Restaurant: We had such a wonderful time during dinner service at the Royal Restaurant. I am not kidding when I say we felt like royalty. Our dinner started with old fashions with an extra shot of Jack Daniel's. Excellent! Then we had the endive salad and I am just telling you it was wonderful. Jairo and George presented every course like we were the next up and coming food critique. For our, main, we had the house risotto with lobster. It was superb. Our only regret is that we should have asked for more lobster. It was so good, I could have eaten 5 or 6 tails. So Good!! It was just a fantastic experience. Our hats, go off for Joyce, Jairo, and George snd their wonderful dinner service that transported me back to a time of true eloquence.

We stayed at Barceló for our 10 year anniversary. We stayed on the Royal level for 10 days. The good: the location is perfect, beautiful beach and central location. Our room was nice, no complaints there. The staff all very nice and helpful. It was also very nice Top Drive car rental is right there on site which we rented a Jeep for 4 days. Food was decent, the Japanese restaurant and the Seafood restaurant were good. The buffet was basic and what we expected. Lastly they sent chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to our room on our anniversary with a very nice note. Room for improvement: At day 7 - 10 there seemed to be lots of confusion about our reservation, housekeeping told us we checked out. Our Royal level dinner was canceled because they said we checked out, we obviously had not. Royal level was nothing special, the restaurant was just okay and the Royal bar was okay as well. Entertainment was pretty lacking. The bar entertainment each night was usually one person singing or playing an instrument, although it was nice, when people were just starting to have fun they were wrapping up at 9:00 each night.

We had the most amazing dining experience thanks to our waitress, Ruthmila. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly personality made our evening truly special. She anticipated everything we needed without us even asking and made us feel completely taken care of. The food at The Palm Restaurant was delicious, but it was Ruthmila’s service that truly made the night unforgettable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re dining at The Palm, definitely ask for Ruthmila — she’ll make your experience exceptional!

I was here for my birthday and it was also my first in Aruba. All the employees are great and service is on point. There was one employee that stand out for me and it was Claudia at the buffet hall. Every morning for breakfast she has the biggest smile and her guest service is epic. You never walk in that room and not feeling welcome. Claudia is a great asset to your establishment.

Marriott's Aruba Surf Club is a popular resort located in the heart of Palm Beach, offering a range of amenities for families and travelers. The property features two pools, including a Lazy River pool perfect for leisurely floating with kids. Guests can also enjoy beachfront dining and access to a well-equipped gym. The resort offers one, two, and three-bedroom villas suitable for families of all sizes.
I love my timeshare in Aruba. I own a three bedroom unit in the surf beautiful and spacious.BUT… desperately in need of renovation. The rooms are tired. The carpets are getting old and it needs to refresh. I know they have begun renovations and the other buildings and the renovations look beautiful. I’m excited to come back and see you three virgin unit with the beautiful neutral pallet renovation.

This property was clean and neat. No complaint there. Im simply posting this because I was not aware just how crowded this facility would be. The buildings around pool were so tall with an opening that almost created a wind tunnel effect. I know Aruba is breezy but this was nuts. For us it was just too much. If you like loud pool music and games and floats and lots of families everywhere this is your jam. If not, I’d look elsewhere. And I traveled with my kid. Even the beach front was too crowded with people for me. They are very strict with chairs ,even ones on beach have to be paid for and that is just trash. If you want to reserve a chair fine, if not you should be able to sit in a unreserved one. Just not a place for my family.
KATIE M — Google review
Always a great experience. This is our family’s fourth visit at this resort. And our first year having it as a time share. We love having the common area with a full kitchen and living room space. The full master suite bedroom is always nice. With our timeshare, we got the two bedroom option. So we have a full lock off room with a double bed and couch. Any time we needed our concierge we would either call by phone or text message and they were always very responsive. For the pool - Everything went smoothly, no issues. It’s nice going down there early to claim our chairs and it’s relaxing. You can’t leave your chairs till 7:00am, also that’s when you can get your towels as well. I saw some folks with towels before 7am, and when you checkout your towels from the previous day, you can grab towels for the following day too. We will continue our timeshare journey forever with the family as this will be an annual experience, our kids will always enjoy. We took a few adventures out to the beach side, we figured out the reservation system from last year. That you have to book your hut in advance. You can either book the day before which not all of the huts are available. Different huts will be available to book the same day. All the huts are $10. If you book a hut in the front row, it is $20. For this trip we stayed on the 14th floor in the compass tower there, overlooking other Marriott resorts. It was quite the view. You can also email the resort and request to stay on specific floors if they’re available, say a few months ago prior to your reservation date. This is certainly a beautiful resort and we look forward to our next trip as we’ll be coming every year!

The entire staff at the surf club are amazing from the time you arrive to the time you leave! I wanna leave a special review regarding Joseph in maintenance who spent the time to fix my freezer and then attempted to fix my refrigerator which was unfixable. Joseph took his time help helped me unload the refrigerator and went and got a new refrigerator for me and helped me load it back up. Joseph took the time and was very pleasant to deal with during this ordeal so thank you Joseph for making it a pleasant situation when I could’ve been in the lazy river floating around enjoying my stay! You Joseph deserves five stars for your Outstanding service - cheers to the maintenance group!

Beautiful hotel with many amenities! Lazy river is delightful, but bring your own tube. Pool and beach are truly enjoyable. The hotel app is very useful. A variety of activities are offered, which provided additional fun out of the sun. We really liked the Aloe class! Staff is very polite and helpful. Check-in line and Marketplace lines can be long to wait in. And they have a silly tagging system on towels. Hard to believe that when paying for such an expensive hotel, they are worried about people stealing cheap towels. It caused lines getting the towels and it was a hassle getting the card reader to work, which reflects my lower rating on service. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation staying at the Marriott!

Lovely property. The lazy pool alone is worth the stay. Property is clean and staff is great. I think it would be good if they provided room service on day 2 or 3 of a five day stay instead of the day before checkout. That said we see ourselves returning.

Staying here for a second time. The management did a phenomenal job with a surprise for my birthday. Great room in the renovated building. Amazing staff! Thank you! You helped us make some great family memories. Property grounds were clean and the restaurants were good. Beach was great and walking distance to the hot spots. Very safe.

My husband is an owner. We were visiting the island for several weeks. During one of our non-Divi weeks we attempted to have a meal at Pure Beach. We sat at the bar. There were 4-5 bartenders behind the bar, all of which were too busy looking at their phones to ask if we would like to order. The truth was, we weren't wearing divi wrist bands. Before greeting us, the female Hispanic bartender needed to announce loudly that we couldn't use the room charge system or cash and that they only take credit cards. This is a known process, it's common sense, it's posted prominently on a sign. We started with water, but also wanted to order drinks. Bartender grabbed the menu from me before I had made a decision on what to order. We eventually ordered an App. Bartender never took our drink order, which should be the next step. We ended up walking out. I would give a zero if I could. This isn't poor service it's non-existent service. This isn't the first time we've had an issue at Pure Beach. The most recent visit was a hopeful attempt at a better experience. It's just a very sad, it's a beautiful property. Bar Manager attempted to get our business back, but the damage was done. Will not return.

Wonderful place to stay at!! My mom has a timeshare here and I've been going here for a few years now and no complaints. The resort was nice and the staff was amazing. They really go above and beyond with the service! They had a water aerobics class and amazing access to the beach. The only reason I didn’t give this place a five star is because some of the room construction seemed faulty. More specifically, the ceiling fan short circuited, the shower water never got super hot, and I found mold on my day bed ( which they did clean and resolve that same day).
Jourdan H — Google review
This is NOT a hotel. This is a time share apartment building. Booked an all inclusive, upon arrival, was told that they not only do not have any all inclusive packages, which we paid for, they also gave away the upgraded room we paid for. No apologies, no options but to take the downgrade and they will send an email to corporate on Monday (this is Saturday) to see if they can refund the difference. No water bottles available. No greetings with refreshments in the lobby, as most resorts do... The room we ended in was musty and damp, we had to air it out for a few hours. Very rude staff. Top manager on site offered no help. More interested in criticizing U.S. hotels rather than make up for their shortcomings. So many negatives. Stay away. Update: Went to ask a question of Ms. Charlotte (time shares) who inquired about our stay. She got involved and made everything as right as it could be, under the circumstances. She is a star and saved the day!!

2 years in a row, love the staff... almost more then anything. But it gets better. The location is a 10 min walk from a great food area. Shopping area ext. Really get to anyway drive time within 15 mins at most. Maybe 20 if you're going pretty south. Rooms clean and cleaned well each day. Ac is cold as hell. And the beach is nice, they aren't to busy or cramped and do a good job clearing empty tables if towels and stuff so you can sit. Will continue to stay here until we buy a property.
Alec M — Google review
The location is not ideal compared to others closer to shopping and restaurants. The beach area is not bad and the water is calm. The food is overpriced and meh at best. The interior space is decent and the kitchen came in handy multiple times. My main concern is disrepair and safety. Our balcony seemed very unsafe. They seem to have remolded 3 of the 4 matching buildings, but not the one we are in. The railing is missing any hardware attaching it to the vertical structure. Where the footers are attached, the tile is cracked and broken. This is very disconcerting. This will hopefully be addressed as I’ll inform the management today. There are many other options for the same money farther north, we’ll choose one of those in the future.
David L — Google review
Ignore the bogus poor reviews left by ignorant people. Like the guy saying that he booked all inclusive, when this is not an all inclusive resort. We stay here every year for nearly a decade now. We’d personally never stay any where else on the island. It all depends on what you’re looking for, but if you want to be situated on the best stretch of beach at the end of the strip so there’s not all the thru traffic and it’s not overcrowded, than this is your place. What the poor reviewers were expecting was what you get for double or triple the price, but they weren’t willing to spend that, yet expected what you get for it.

We just stayed here for 8 nights. It was absolutely perfect! The staff are top notch and you can’t beat the location! Shout out to Junior who made our last few hours before departure super easy and comfortable. The Playa Linda has a room where you can safely store your luggage and valuables in case you are waiting to check in, or have already checked out but don’t want to go to the airport. I had a wonderful stay at Playalinda! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, which made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. It's also surrounded by restaurants and shops, so everything you need is just a short walk away. I’ve been traveling to Aruba and staying at Playa Linda for many years. It’s always been a place I’ve loved—great location, beautiful beach, and usually very friendly and helpful staff. However, during my current stay, I witnessed something that really changed how I view the resort’s customer service. While in the lobby, I saw a situation unfold between a young couple with a toddler and the front desk staff. From what I gathered, the couple politely asked to pay for a day pass. The request was denied, which is fine, but what followed was shocking. Security was called, and the situation escalated rapidly and unnecessarily. What was most upsetting was the way the staff handled it. There was yelling and aggressive behavior—with a small child right there. The child looked terrified as her parents tried to calmly explain themselves while being verbally attacked by a staff member. It was completely over the top for such a minor request, and it was honestly upsetting to witness. This is supposed to be “One Happy Island,” and this level of hostility over a simple question was disappointing and unnecessary. It’s a shame to see the customer service decline like this. Playa Linda, please do better. Situations like this reflect poorly not just on the resort, but on the experience of Aruba as a whole

Aruba is literally One Happy Island! Resort staff go out of their way to make your stay one to remember. From the water activities concierge, Maria to the bartender, Shakira, at the bloody Mary hut. Rooms are cleaned daily, the pool was sparkling and the white sand beach is pristine. I would highly recommend Playa Linda.

I am positively disgusted in what I saw at this resort. Location is great beautiful rooms property kept well, but I will never ever recommend bringing your family to this resort, what I witnessed today was unspeakable, a young couple with a baby were being ambushed by a security guard and harassed just because they were asking if their toddler can play in the water while they dined on premises. The security guard appeared unhinged when he began yelling that this was his island. There were families around and in this lovely young couple were treated like criminals. The security guard was pumping his chest and yelling profanities for no reason: be very careful, I had to remove my niece from the area because he was outrageously aggressive. Great resort but I wouldn’t go back. Be careful

Nestled near the pristine Palm-Eagle beach, Casa del Mar Beach Resort is a four-star beachfront retreat offering a wide array of amenities. The resort features outdoor pools, hot tubs, kids' play areas, and posh suites equipped with modern conveniences like free high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV. With fully equipped kitchens in one- and two-bedroom suites, guests can enjoy comfortable accommodations.
While I may have experienced, like, two unhappy people on this entire island, not a single person that worked at casa Del Mar was anything but the nicest friendliest people ever. Anything they could do to make our stay better or help us, they were completely up for it. It was a wonderful experience.

Spacious and comfortable lobby for hanging out. There are even power outlets to charge your devices. Beautiful courtyard pools and surrounding grounds, warmly lit with blue and gold tones complementing the surf, sand, sun, and natural beauty of local flora. Fantastic beach for swimming, sunning, snorkeling and other water sports.

They failed to tell you at check in about electricity surcharge and afew other fees that added up to just about $180 for the week. Which in mind our AC's kept on breaking. By the 3rd time, we just went without it for the last 2 days. Also, all the one bedrooms are across the street and not next to the beach. The food in Matthews bar and grill was horrible. Ordered the sampler platter and threw away most of it. Highly disappointed in it. The beach area was really nice, no rocks nice white soft sand.

I would avoid Casa del Mar. The beach here is quite rough compared to just around the corner on Eagle Beach proper. There are no dishwashers. I have asked housekeeping twice to bring paper towels to the room, and they have failed, so they don’t care about their guests. And our water was off all day today for some renovation. Stay elsewhere.

Beautiful location. Presidential suites are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen , living and dining room with a full balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Wonderful, freindly staff. Have access to Aruba Beach Club facilities. The to resorts are attached so you get two resorts in one.

My friends and I stayed at Casa Del Mar for 9 days. We lost three and half days because our gas alarm kept going off. When we called the front desk we were told we would have to wait for someone to come in to the office. They shut the alarm off and proceeded on their way. We were asked if we had sprayed perfume? Highly unlikely at 3 o’clock in the morning. After the second day of the alarm going off we insisted that they move us to another unit. We lost a full day here waiting to move after they told us to pack up and they would send someone right over to move us. At 4:45 they came to move us. Again , we were awoken early morning with the alarms going off. They really didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. They comped us a 100.00 dinner credit. I definitely would not recommend this place. We stayed at the ambassador wing. The front desk manager was extremely rude. I loved Aruba but was quite upset because this was the first time two of my friends have been to Aruba and Casa Del Mar ruined their experience.

Pearl Aruba Condos offer a convenient location just a short walk from Eagle Beach, providing easy access to the dining and entertainment options of Palm Beach. The suites feature balconies, kitchenettes, and one or two bedrooms, making them ideal for families. While not directly on the beach, the property boasts a pool and kiddie pool, picnic and grilling areas, as well as a spa and salon. Guests can enjoy clean and well-maintained accommodations with friendly staff.
Within walking distance of Eagle Beach. Very affordable for Aruba - we got a 2 bedroom condo essentially for the same price as a single hotel room. There were chairs and coolers in our room, so it was easy to grab a picnic for the beach. The rooms are a little dated, but as far as value for money spent is concerned, it was a great place to stay for a quiet vacation. Grab a lounge chair under a palm tree and relax.

The photographer who took the pictures for this place should win an award. When we got there it is in a construction zone. We had the view of a run down building and a parking lot(see photos). I can’t believe they have the audacity to hit you with a resort type fee on top off what the “room rate” is This is about 2 blocks from the beach so expect to walk. The room itself was “ok” at best. I would recommend so many others but we like to try new places.

This was a great stay. The whole facility is clean and rooms are nice. A very short walk to the beautiful Eagle Beach. Only negative and why I gave 4, not 5 stars is some nights the WiFi would go in/out and the power outlets would be losing juice overnight. I have no idea why, maybe a lot of people using power at once … Just bring portable chargers just in case. Tip: There is a very nice cafe next to La Quinta down the street if you want breakfast.

We rented from air bnb and our owner was very accommodating and helpful. The location is great, you can walk to the beach. Great pool and hot tub outside my door. Two grills and outdoor dining area to cook your own meals. Rooms have a kitchenette, too. The bed was a bit hard for my preference but my wife liked it just fine. We will stay here again. You save money and it's one block from the beach front.

Can't speak to other units, but #44 was definitely a win for us. Wonderful condo a block or so from the beach. Location is good not great (construction going on, not the most picturesque views, but we didn't mind as we spent all our time off site on beaches). Impressed with staff professionalism and customer service. Omar is great. Rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pool nice, but sadly hot tub was not working. Cocktail bar on site has the best mud slides on earth.

5 stars, would recommend, would stay again. We were a little worried given some of the poor reviews we saw on here but I think those people must have previously stayed at the luxury beachfront hotels and be comparing the experiences. For an unbeatable price, The Pearl has absolutely everything you need - beautiful pool and communal area, clean and comfortable rooms, and beach chairs and cooler to bring with you for the short walk to Eagle Beach (in my opinion Aruba’s best beach). The staff are super helpful and take great care of the place- I especially want to shout out Vince who went above and beyond by giving us tons of local recommendations for sites and restaurants. We had an amazing experience and didn’t want to leave!

No need to break the bank in Aruba. This is a perfect resort for a reasonable stay with all the perks. Clean. Large. Full kitchen. King size bed. Parking spot was steps away from my room. A little bit of a walk to Eagle beach especially if you have kids. Would recommend a car. But walk is definitely doable
