Hotel
Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort Aruba is a charming and elegant beachfront retreat that offers refined accommodations, including pet-friendly options. Originally built in 1989 to attract Dutch visitors seeking great value near Eagle Beach, the resort has undergone a complete renovation while maintaining its cheerful Dutch colonial design. With modern amenities and personalized service, this boutique "petit resort" appeals to discerning travelers, families, couples, and friends alike.
Amazing vacation experience. Very friendly and courteous staff and housekeeping crew. Very close to the beach and the resort guests can use the Cabanas and beach chairs free of cost. Beach towels and other necessities were restocked very promptly. Breakfast was included in the package which was served at the beach side restaurant (Passions), and that was a refreshing experience to start the day with. Lot of parking spaces as well. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommend !

Love this hotel!! We got a free room upgrade, and the 1 bedroom suite is amazing and right near the pool and restaurant. The vibe is perfect, not too crowded, away from the casinos, and more on the boutique side. Very clean, comphy and convenient. Staff is very nice, and the beach, with chairs and umbrellas, is a 2 minute walk across the street. Would definitely recommend!!

This is the first time I have ever left a review for anything, but I thought it warrented. We stayed here several yeas ago and enjoyed our stay. Since that time we went to Playa Del Carmen a couple of times, Wilmington n.c., the east coast of Florida and Carolla N.C. A couple of months ago we decided we needed to get away and we thought fondly of the Amsterdam so we booked a trip. As soon as we got to the hotel we instantly relaxed, the welcoming staff was great, the room was fantastic and the grounds were pristine. During our stay all of the staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable and the grounds were always well kept. We went to Passions several times for breakfast as well as dinner our last night...great! Horizons for dinner our first night, very good! The access to the beach, and the beach itself are unbeatable, just a 1 minute walk literally. My wife and I have decided that this will be our go-to place, we cant wait to get back to the Amsterdam and are already looking at dates for next year.......I highly recommend to anybody who needs a relaxing place to be with well appointed rooms, top notch staff and perfect setting right across from the best beach in Aruba. And by the way, the grocery store is a short walk, we ended up doing a shrimp boil one night and brazilian beef filets another night, the rooms kitchen had everything I needed to make great meals. All in all just a fantastic time......thank you to everyone at the Ansterdam!

We stayed at the Amsterdam Manor in a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed it. Their customer service is excellent, the resort is extremely clean, the views are amazing and the rooms have everything you need. The ocean is a 2min walk across the street. Overall, we had an awesome time. We highly recommend this resort.
Chais L — Google review
From the moment checking in the employees were very welcoming and friendly. Location is amazing right across eagle beach. Quiet and peaceful. There is a electric stove, sink, coffee maker, and toaster in the room. Stayed in the studio and that was big. Shampoo and soap was Aruba Aloe which is a high quality brand. Hotel has everything you need and perfect location. Superfoods down the road 2 min drive , palm beach high rise area a 5-7min drive. They also have a bar on top of the pool and beach front restaurant.

Just got back from a glorious week in the paradise that is Amsterdam Manor. I fell in love with Aruba forty years ago and its beaches AND THE PEOPLE are the reasons. That hasn’t changed. Although I’ve stayed so many places in many categories, I found my very favorite in the Amsterdam Manor. It’s not opulent, pretentious or sprawling but rather, warm, welcoming and lovely. The location is prime and the staff, perfection. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable and spacious. I found the bed too firm and they placed a feather bed topper on it. Problem solved. Our room was too warm during the night and staff continued to address it until it was remedied. Beautiful people who cared for us and made sure that we had an amazing stay. We wanted for nothing. I love you Amsterdam Manor and all of the special people who make it happen. Can’t wait to go back!
Josephine R — Google review
I was looking forward to staying at Amsterdam Manor. I had a reservation for 2 weeks. I booked the stay back in May for Nov. 12th - 26th. a little less than 4 weeks out, Amsterdam Manor emailed me and told me that my room reservation was cancelled due to renovations. I may also be stuck with non-refundable airline tickets. At least I was able to get a full refund on accomodations. That money will be spent elsewhere. Way to to go, Amsterdam Manor. If renovations were running behind, you would have known this for quite some time. These wasn't even an attempt to upgrade or re-book. Just a message for me to call the resort and cancel.
Wayne P — Google review
RUN AWAY! You will be making a terrible mistake if you book this hotel. To be clear and concise, I stayed at this hotel in May and it literally ruined my trip. First, I have to mention the foul smell that pervades the hotel. It's clearly not their fault, but it's important to know because the smell is unbearable. Secondly, we had a lot of problems with the staff. In the first room we stayed in, there were insects looking like cockroaches coming out of the shower. I reported the problem to the reception (knowing that there had been others before and I'll come to that) and brought two insects that I had just killed. As a result, the manager, Juan Carlos, offered to change our room for a bigger one as an apology. Before that, the credit card used for the reservation had been charged (for a pre authorization even though they told us they wouldn’t) without our prior authorization (which is clearly fraud). So that, added to problems with housekeeping and the problem of insects crawling out of the shower, he offered, without us asking, to refund us for the first night of the hotel. In the end, it was all empty words because, after months of email exchanges stringing us along, they never refunded us for that night. They are liars and thieves, and this hotel ruined our vacation. Avoid it like the plague.

The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is a luxurious casino resort in downtown Oranjestad, offering two distinct experiences. The adults-only Marina Hotel building provides a social ambience and vibrant nightlife, while the family-friendly Ocean Suites offer spacious accommodations with pull-out sofas. Guests can enjoy access to Aruba's largest casino, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.
We stayed as four adults at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort (Marina Side, all-inclusive) and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were small but very clean and equipped with all the essentials, and the food and drinks were very good. The staff were amazing—friendly, hospitable, and provided excellent personalized service. A highlight of our stay was the private Renaissance Island, with convenient boat pickup from the hotel. The island was stunning, with flamingos to feed, iguanas, free mats, and snorkelling gear. We saw lots of fish and even an octopus while snorkelling in the cove. The sand was soft, the water was clear, and the island bathrooms were well maintained. The pool on the Marina Side was also very nice, and the location felt safe and enjoyable to walk around, with the Marina and Ocean sides easily accessible by foot or shuttle. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!
Cora S — Google review
When I was looking to book, I was torn between the Marina side versus the ocean side. I chose the Marina side and was very happy with my choice. The staff were absolutely phenomenal— kind, attentive, and patient. I loved how the flamingo beach boat picked you up in the middle of the hotel, do you didn’t have to wait outside (like ocean side). The pool had great seating, music, and views. The marina side was adults only which was nice when it came to late nights in the pool. The rooms were updated and had a great coastal design to them. The housekeepers were so sweet and did a great job. The hotel was located centrally that we could walk to two hotels, the marketplace, and authentic restaurants. It was incredibly easy to get a taxi to take you wherever you needed as they always had taxis at the location. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back to Aruba, and will stay here again.

The people here are so extremely nice in every service area. The rooms are great. The island experience is amazing, and would be great for kids. We ate at LG Smith last night and it was very good. My wife loved it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone
James O — Google review
Beautiful, well-maintained hotel with warm and welcoming staff. We stayed on the adults-only side, but the pool was under renovation, so we used the Ocean Suites pool and beach. The beach was amazing, service excellent, and food delicious. Drinks were weak. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, the view also included a parking lot and cruise ships, not quite what we expected. Housekeeping was fantastic, especially the nightly visits with towels, water, and chocolates. Unlimited access to Flamingo Island was a great perk. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back.

We recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Hotel in Aruba, and while the resort itself is absolutely stunning, it was Eider Mendoza who truly elevated our experience from great to unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Whether it was booking dinner reservations at the island’s best hidden gems, arranging last-minute excursions, or giving us insider tips on the best beaches and local spots away from the crowds — he had it all covered with a smile. Every recommendation was spot on, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay special. Eider’s guidance made a world of difference and turned our vacation into something we’ll always remember. Thank you for going above and beyond — we can’t wait to return!

I visited Flamingo Island (Renaissance Island) in Aruba this week with my daughter to celebrate her birthday and paid $250 for a day pass. Unfortunately, our experience started poorly due to how one of the staff members treated us. While waiting for the boat, I stood up to take photos of my daughter near the dock. The staff member suddenly shouted at me, accused me of cutting the line, and insisted I board last even though several people arrived after us. When I tried to calmly explain that I was only taking video and wasn’t sure if it was the correct boat and I was approaching her to ask her a question and NOT to cut the line, she refused to listen and even called security to have us removed from the boat. Thankfully, the security guards realized the situation was exaggerated and allowed us to stay. It was embarrassing and upsetting to be treated that way in front of others. I’m a very respectful person both in my personal life and at work, where I’m well respected by my colleagues so this experience truly shocked me. I’ve traveled to over 25 countries and have always appreciated kind and professional service, but this interaction was disappointing and uncalled for. I hope management provides better training so future guests feel welcomed and respected. The island itself is beautiful, but this incident left a lasting negative impression.

I loved this hotel! I’ve already recommended it to people who have asked me about it! And I just want to give a special thank you to yessica at the front desk. She really made me and my girlfriend trip. I was not expecting anything special when I said we were celebrating my girlfriend birthday but yessica really made our trip special. The champagne and birthday cake were amazing and i really appreciate her for that. And I will be making this property my go to every time I visit Aruba.
Vital C — Google review
What made my stay truly memorable was the wonderful team. Betty, who serves breakfast at Aquarius, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk was always helpful with a warm smile. Chef Pierre made sure I enjoyed the freshest seafood, and María José from housekeeping treated me with such care. The room was spacious, the bed cozy – a perfect experience overall

Beautiful resort. Staff extremely friendly. Rooms spacious. Lost my glasses in One of the many restaurants and within a couple hours of reporting it I had my glasses back. I would highly recommend this Resort.
Lorraine A — Google review
Just got back from a great vacation to Aruba! We stayed at the Tamarijn for a wedding with lots of family. We had a ton of fun. Restaurants were great, beach was beautiful and we loved the pool. However, the wait to check in took way longer than we expected, an hour or so and the rooms definitely need some TLC. I also found a bug in my sandwich one day ant lunch time and some of the golf cart drivers were rude to us.
Colleen M — Google review
Divi Tamarijn had such friendly staff and they are all so helpful! The food at Divi is delicious and some of our favorites were Ginger, Paparazzi, The Red Parrot, Pure Lime and unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to experience Club Margot because of the heat/humidity. You can download the app and start booking your restaurant 2 days prior to arriving, then continue booking a reservation daily. Aruba in September-November can be very hot with a high humidity index! Our room at the Tamarijn was clean and cold AC. The bed was not comfortable at all but we called front desk for a topper which did not make a difference. The mattress was extra firm and very challenging to get a good nights sleep. We booked a premium room on Expedia which was a walk out to beach on ground floor. Absolutely beautiful! The room had sun all day on our private patio which made it challenging because it was so hot! When booking request rooms 1900-2600 because the remaining rooms are located on the rocks which makes it challenging to get into the ocean. There are ice machines and the water is drinkable in Aruba so make sure you pack a water bottle. The breakfast and lunch buffet provided was fantastic! Make sure to bring 5 dollar bills along with 10s to tip the amazing servers. We rented a SUV which made seeing the gorgeous island of Aruba so much more enjoyable! The ATV excursions are great! We visited The Donkey Sanctuary which is free but we gave a donation. The caves are also an excellent place to visit. The butterfly farm has its own magical moment for everyone. Baby beach is a must see and swim kind of day. The lighthouse has amazing views! Sunsets in Aruba are so beautiful. Pool towels are provided along with beach towels. The island has so much to do and see so discovering the beauty is the reason for one happy island!
Wendy D — Google review
We were so lucky to get a first-floor room with direct beach access—it felt like our own little paradise away from the bustle of the main lobby. I loved the energy of the shows and live music there, but being able to wake up and walk straight onto a peaceful stretch of sand was absolute heaven. Even though our room was a bit of a walk from the lobby, the golf carts made it super easy to get around, and the drivers were the sweetest—we even made friends with them! The entertainment was fantastic too, with something for everyone: kids, adults, and families. Honestly, it made the whole experience feel special from start to finish
Esther F — Google review
Relatively typical all inclusive resort. The rooms and food were okay, although, the service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was right in front of the water, however there were giant rocks so you couldn't get into the ocean. I know some rooms have direct beach access with no rocks. If we go to Aruba again, I think we'd stay at the Divi or another resort!

Title: Terrible experience — NOT what it’s advertised to be Rating: 1 out of 5 My stay at the Tamarjin All Inclusive Hotel was a huge disappointment and far from the experience advertised. From check-in to customer service, multiple things went wrong. - Check-in delay: Check-in is listed as 3:00 PM. Other rooms in our party were ready on time, but our room wasn’t ready until 4:15 PM. When I asked the front desk why, the agent listed a few excuses but never directly answered my question. - Undisclosed construction: There was visible construction on the property that was an eyesore. The hotel’s website made no mention of any construction — this should absolutely be disclosed before guests book. - Poor food service: Breakfast the first morning was fine, but the next day there was no wheat bread available. I asked a server if more would be brought out and the server ignored me and walked away. - Broken shuttle phone and long wait: On day three we needed a shuttle to the Divi side of the property. The shuttle phone at the resort wasn’t even connected. Other guests requested a shuttle and waited outside for 35 minutes with nothing arriving, so we had to walk back to the front desk ourselves. - Limited amenities: There is no room service and essentially no nightlife. For an “all-inclusive” hotel, the lack of basic services and evening options is unacceptable. - Poor customer service & inadequate compensation: Customer service is not a priority here. Managers offered a $100 hotel credit as “compensation,” which felt insulting and did not address the problems we experienced. After staying at many 4- and 5-star properties around the world, I can confidently say Tamarjin feels closer to a 2-star operation. For the money you spend, you should expect better communication, functioning amenities, and genuinely helpful staff. Do not stay here until they significantly improve their service, facilities, and transparency.
Marie B — Google review
We just went on a trip with our 2 year old and 1 year old and stayed at Tamarin. We absolutely loved the resort! The food was so good-we ate at Ginger, Paparazzi, and Red Parrot and everywhere was so chic, yet still family friendly. They didn’t hold back on their pours for the drinks-we were impressed! We loved the Coffee/Croissant bar at Divi and took the shuttle back and forth each day to go between properties. The shuttle made it super easy to enjoy both properties. We tried a different pool each day and they were all nice and none of them were crowded. We would absolutely come back here again with kids-we had an amazing trip!
Anne D — Google review
This resort was horrible! The rooms are very out dated! The shower had stains on the tiles! The room walls had big brown spots on them, customer service was horrible. No one explained anything when checking in, no bellhop to help with bags! The whole resort was under construction and they started early! It was not mention upon booking! The pool were infested with dead bugs. I don’t recommended this resort!

Resort hotel
Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort is a warm and inclusive property that offers a variety of amenities for guests. While it's not directly on the beach, it boasts a lush, green setting on a golf course and spacious suites suitable for families. The resort provides reliable shuttles to transport guests throughout the complex, which includes tennis courts, freshwater pools, dining options, and bars. Optional all-inclusive packages are reasonably priced.
Where to begin.. overall really positive experience staying at this resort. A couple aspects are a little dated, but it's very obvious they have been renovating it step by step. I thought the room was good and the mattress was new and I had no issues with the cleanliness. A few things were off/old/dated, but nothing that would cause me to not stay here again. Friendly customer service for everybody I interacted with, including the restaurants and the front desk staff. The resort is just a short walk across the street from the beach, and it ends up feeling pretty much like one continuous resort with the other properties that they are connected to / owned by the same company. If you're looking for a resort that has a little bit of a laid-back feel and not too run over by a ridiculous number of tourists, this place is worth checking out.
J. B — Google review
The staff here is amazing. They remember you even after your first visit. However, do not buy into the timeshare. They make you all kinds of promises and then turn their back on you once you sign your papers. No help. Plus the all inclusive prices go up every year and as an owner you get no warning. It's not worth it. Beautiful property to stay at, rooms are clean. But not cheap if you're an owner.
Dark E — Google review
Divi Golf allows you access to 3 other properties as well that Divi has here in Aruba. Great staff and great service. Easy to get around the island from this location. Beach and ocean views from gym literally across the road. Great options of pools and day spas as well as a great golf greens.

Anniversary trip of a lifetime. Talk about amazing! Amenities were perfect. Several restaurants, pools, and bars. Staff were awesome. Room was perfect, had everything we needed! We'll be back!
Carla J — Google review
The resort is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My room was huge and conveniently located near the pool, right across from the beach bar and Divi Beach. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the reception area, where you can hop on and off the golf carts to easily reach different Divi locations and the infinity pool. I booked the room only since I’m a foodie and prefer exploring other restaurants and food trucks in the island.
Monashkay_ D — Google review
Fantastic experience. The infinity pool is my happy place. Highly recommend Mulligans as the first nght dining experience. Looking forward to revisiting Divi Golf for many years to come.

A golf cart shuttle to anywhere we’ve been here 4 days and haven’t seen it all yet! Take a few steps between the most blue ocean and sand and back to pool and restaurants! Swim up bars and all the alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks you can dream up. Infinity pool, slide and water volleyball shuffleboard and tennis and yes GOLF and shopping. The staff has been the most fun and kind help you can find. We never want to leave!
Stacey P — Google review
We stayed at Divi Village for our honeymoon. The resort room was dirty, outdated, broken balcony door and smelled like moisture at times. Out of the 5 days our new sheets smelled bad and our new towels smelled bad too. I was given one tiny bottle of conditioner the entire time I was there and when I asked for more I was only given a shampoo with reluctance. They didn’t give me a new soap bar despite being there for 6 days and the housekeeper broke my wedding perfume bottle without letting me know. Pricing at the resort market is extremely over priced . Our last night we went to the infinity pool an hour before the pool closed all lights were already shut off and they stopped the pool drain skimmers so the entire pool filled with hundreds of bugs. Some of the activities we tried to go to didn’t include what was listed on the pamphlets for example there was supposed to be dancers and djs one night the location was listen however they switched the location last minute, two other people were at the party and no dancers. I think the pool, activities and amenities need an upgrade and different extended hours. Most of the employees at the restaurants were extremely nice and the excursions the concierges told us about were really informative and friendly.

Pista Q is a popular hostel in Aruba, offering male and female dormitories with 4 beds each, as well as private rooms for singles, doubles, and quadruples. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi access, and guests have the option to use a shared kitchen. Despite some reviews mentioning hard beds, recent visitors found them comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The location was amazing for downtown Oranjestad. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was great for the price. The wifi held up very well for my work video calls, considering it's a Caribbean island. Would recommend!

Great location, although it can be noisy at night sometimes. The place is clean and Mildred is friendly, they also have a cute cat. The bed was more or less comfortable and everything is a little bit old and could be upgraded. Good price , considering everything on the island is very expensive. Parking is very easy if you are thinking of renting a car. The Marketplace is a 10 minute walk, with many shops and restaurants.

didn’t have the proper accommodation for my travel dates for 2 guests so i had to cancel and they let me do so free of charge. its been weeks and i haven’t received the refund they said they would give.

Good value overall for Aruba, which can be an expensive destination. Employees/Owners were helpful and friendly. Room was small and simple but very clean. Wi-fi was fast and dependable. Air-conditioning was limited to the rooms and worked well. As this is an apartment and not a hotel, water temperature wasn't always constant, similar to much of Aruba. It didn't bother me as the weather was very hot. Check-in time was either 3 or 4 PM and check-out was 11 AM. Walking distance to the free Oranjestad tram route. Kiki the cat is this property's best feature - a beautiful and even-tempered cat.

Great location, friendly staff! Loved Kiki the cat and the outside area. Room was nice but a little noisy (I was in room 5 facing the road and needed earplugs to sleep). Wifi is very patchy. But for the price it's good by Aruban standards!

I was here for 12 days and it was fire, the price was a little higher than i expected for hostel. The family and lady on site was amazing and super friendly with any of your needs. It was always clean and spotless. The location is very central to both north and south, beaches, shopping, bus, etc.

Had a very friendly and welcoming overall experience. Suyen was awesome, pleasant in every aspect from giving directions on must go to places and things to do to how to get around the island, where to shop for groceries and miscellaneous. Upon arrival she welcomed me by addressing my name and had my reservation all set and ready. I booked to stay and share a dorm with 3 other girls. The room was cleaned and all beds perfectly manicured with freshly washed sheets, the A/C was super cold and maintained, the shower was cleaned daily by herself, there are 2 kitchens- one on the top floor and other on the first floor of the building. There is also an Argentine Restaurant right next door of the Hostel and a Chinese across the street if you don't feel like cooking. Main and central bus terminal is located in the historic center in Oranjestad roughly a 12 min. walk from Pista Q. From there your options are an open box of chocolates, just pick and choose where you want to go and do. My original stay was for 8 days but ended up staying 15 (^.^) in the One Happy Caribbean Island. Had loads of fun and relaxation at the same time, made new friends and left with wonderful memories to last a lifetime.🙂

The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is a luxurious beachfront retreat with modern rooms and a lively casino. The resort offers something for everyone, including an exclusive adults-only pool, upscale accommodations on the top floor, and a Balinese-style spa. Guests can enjoy access to the 24-hour Stellaris Casino and the adults-only Tradewinds Club with its reserved beach area. Dining options range from upscale experiences to casual meals under palm trees at Atardi.
Our room was great. If you are getting a pull out bed, just know the bed is not the greatest. Ask for more pillows as my wife and I needed 2 for under our head. The front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The food and drinks are a bit expensive for what you get but figured that would be the case with any tourist area. Overall great time.

Overall, a decent property with a few large issues. The rooms are large, not overly-dated, and our air conditioning worked well for our entire stay. The service was also pretty good at the front desk and at the amenities. They will set up a spot for you on the beach and serve you (very expensive) drinks and food. Out front, there are usually taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. However, there was ongoing construction around the resort. While we were informed of this at check-in, we were told that the construction was isolated to the south tower, so we should not be affected in the north tower. Imagine our surprise when we got off the elevator on our floor and were greeted with a large construction wall and the smell of welding right outside the door to our room. This was a bad start, but it only got worse when our relaxation time by the pool was interrupted multiple days by loud hammering, cutting, and drilling. Another, even more permanent, downside to the resort is the fact that you are constantly bothered by timeshare people. They try to present themselves as typical hotel concierge staff and are very hesitant to be honest with you, so naive guests may be roped into something they do not want to be a part of. In summary, a fine place to stay if the price is right, but in my opinion there are higher quality places to go on the island.

My favorite resort and casino experience on the island. Everyone is exceptionally hospitable and made our trip special, with the exception of the bartenders in the lounge in the casino. They were miserable. The lounge servers and the musicians and the pit boss and dealers and the security and the dealers and the clerks and the hosts the housekeepers and the receptionists and the cleaning team and the management team and every other bar and restaurant and shopping option are wo absolutely that we came back multiple times - just stay away from the the casino lounge bar.

Amazing 1st time Aruba experience. Great vibes all around. Room was super clean in addition to nice lighting and TV features. All employees were happy and kind. Their are outstanding amenities at the Marriott Stellaris. This location was a perfect distance from other adventures. We also had the Tradewinds upgrade which was outstanding. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back!

It was our first time in Aruba, celebrating both our birthdays and our anniversary — and the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino did not disappoint! The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming tropical atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The casino may be small, but it’s lively and fun — complete with a great bar and live music that really sets the vacation mood. There’s even a Starbucks right in the lobby, which made mornings so convenient. The location couldn’t be better either — everything you need is within walking distance, from shops to great restaurants along Palm Beach. The breakfast at Mercat deserves a special mention — consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning with friendly, attentive service. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day! A few standouts truly made our stay exceptional: 🌸 Marisol from the Mandara Spa gave me an incredible beachside massage, going above and beyond — even massaging my feet while kneeling in the sand. It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. 🍸 Alix at the main lobby bar makes the best Espresso Martini on the island — whether you prefer it creamy or dark and sweet, she’ll make it perfectly every time. Note: The resort is currently undergoing some construction, which can be a bit loud near the pool area or in certain rooms. It didn’t ruin our experience, but I’d recommend checking with the hotel before booking if you’re sensitive to noise or want a quieter stay. All in all, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the very best of Aruba! 🌴☀️

Great location, we had a huge corner room on the South tower with wrap around terrace and wow what a view. Room and hotel very clean. Some construction going on but did not interfere with any of our plans, so this hotel is probably going to be even better if that is even possible when all set and done. Food is pretty good especially at the lounge bar and Romo the bartender was awesome. Will most definitely return.

We had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and clean. Our room was not ready at check in (which was not a problem as we were enjoying the beach and cocktails ) and they gave us $175.00 credit . The new guest rooms were a great size with a big bathroom and a beautiful balcony . The staff could not have been better. John and Javier at the towel stand were so helpful and friendly . The fish tacos and happy hour cocktails were delish ! Everyone was amazing . There were no negatives . We will definitely be back and will only stay here .
Rhonda D — Google review
I’m not sure where to begin, we will start with for over $600 a night you would expect a lot but they completely failed to give anything. When I tried to check in I was told the room was ready but just waiting the housekeeping manager to sign off on it. I waited two hours in the lobby and they never inspected it so I could go to my room. They said they would call me when the room was ready so I then left the hotel to explore the island and after 7 seven hours still no call. I came back to the hotel and the room was ready and they didn’t know how they forgot to notify me. I get to the room and it still has old food and drinks from the previous stay in it… this place is a rip off and I highly discourage anyone from staying here and to explore other options.

Guests can enjoy diverse dining options including the signature restaurant Ruinas del Mar known for its faux ruins and waterfalls.
My member level gave me a nice upgrade to ocean view room. Housekeeping had room done every morning by the time we got back from breakfast. Many complimentary activities including cooking with the chef, mixology class, wine tasting event.

I write this review on my last night of a 7 day stay. The hotel is nice, a little dated and inconsistent on furnishings (more on that later), but overall the grounds are good, the restaurant, pools and bars are decent. The staff is good too. The three stars comes from the fact that our family suite is bombarded by noise, and not from the resort; it comes from across the street. The nightclub across the way cranks up the bass and because the family suites are on that side, you hear it once it cranks up till 1am. You also get to feel it since it’s mostly the bass line. It’s terrible. To Hyatt’s credit, we did complain after 4 nights and they switched us to the opposite side suite on the 8th floor (Even numbered side to odd) to put us a little farther away, but at 9:30pm now, I hear it thumping away and it makes it hard to sleep. It also was interesting switching suites, as the second one had inconsistent furnishings, one less lamp and a non functional outlet, a different sofa, etc. Also Please clean the windows, they are opaque! Kind of embarrassing if you opened the curtains. I wish they were more up front about the noise when you book, even though they can’t legally do anything about it. It really makes the family suite not worth it. I’m lucky my daughter can sleep through an earthquake; I can’t. I wouldn’t recommend this resort if you want a family suite.

What makes this place so special is the attention to detail, personalized service, and the “welcome home” feeling you get when returning. Over the years, we have become friends and kept in contact with amazing people. It’s always a pleasure to go back and meet again in person. Fany, Willy, Beatriz, Glena, Debbie, Margarita and many more always make sure we start the day the best possible way, with a hug. We just left and can’t wait to return back; in fact my wife is already asking to book our next trip to Aruba, and she only wants to stay at the Hyatt Regency. This year Enrique, the new restaurant manager made a point to check in with guests every day, and I could see how proud he was of the relationship his team has created over the years.

TLDR: Good location, subpar food, subpar service, does not pay attention to detail. Skip this hotel and go to the Marriott. For context 2nd time in Aruba/ 1st time at Hyatt Aruba/ Last time at Hyatt Aruba! The positives: The location and proximity to restaurants was convenient, safe, and easy to navigate. The decor and hotel was mostly clean. Ms. Coral at the concierge desk was phenomenal. She was very kind and accommodating. The negatives: The food and drinks were subpar and inconsistent. The cocktails were mediocre. The shining star was the smoothies and the burgers. The food at the beach was better than room service and better than the food at the alfresco bar. The iced coffee was decent but the lattes left much to be desired. The service was subpar in certain places and areas of the hotel. At the beach in particular, you have to reserve palapas in the app the day before and then check-in at the desk from 7:30-9am in order for them to setup the palapa for you. For multiple days in a row, although we came on time to check-in, there was still a 1+ hr wait before they setup our palapa. They also set it up for 2 ppl when we repeatedly asked for 3 ppl in the reservation and in person. The wait was up to an hour sometimes more before waiters would come over to take food and drink orders. The staff seemed to be short and annoyed. Miguel was kind. The bed linen was not changed. I guess they only change it when you ask. We repeatedly had to ask for extra towels and washcloths because they only gave us enough for two people despite having 3 ppl in our room and on the reservation. Upon checkout, despite waiting in the lobby we were not alerted that our airport shuttle had arrived. The shuttle left and we had to wait an hour for the next shuttle. The bellman alleged that they called airport shuttle 3 times and no one said anything so they sent them away. The hotel coordinates the shuttle for you. We notified them at the time they picked up the luggage that we were waiting on the shuttles also when we came down to the lobby we notified them that we were waiting on the shuttle. No apology was offered.

Everything at this resort is top notch!! From the staff, to the rooms, to the amenities!! We couldn’t have asked for more. We met Raul at the Alfresca bar. He was extremely friendly and made us all feel like part of the family!! If you want an amazing cocktail go see Raul!! Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and was genuinely happy to help at all times. Thank you for making our first family trip to Aruba a memorable one!!

We love Hyatt resorts everywhere we go. This one had outdated rooms and looked worn out. We started out in room 311. It was right above the outside bar and was so noisy that at 11:30 pm we had to go to the lobby and ask for a new room. We were moved to room 364 and it was nice and quiet. The next day we woke up to a soaked floor. The ac had overflowed. They took care of it asap. The staff was great. Very friendly. Food on the property was great. Just the hotel itself was a let down after staying at so many other Hyatt properties. Also, the pool chair situation is not good. We were at the pool to get chairs by 6:45am waiting for the 7am opening. The good chairs were always taken up and we were stuck in the back with no view. Beach chair prices were rediculous. We got spoiled by the Secrets resorts having great seating pool and beachside. Overall we always love Hyatt but probably wouldn’t stay at this property again

The Hyatt Aruba is a MUST. If having difficulty choosing between hotel resorts, rest assured you will not be disappointed with this hotel. Rooms, pool, beach and location is the best amongst the competition. Hands down. I have been to this hotel at least 18 - 20 times - I have tried most of the other hotels, condos, Airbnbs, and I am never disappointed with the Hyatt. The Pool / beach service is a bit slow, and the only negative is one must reserve beach or pool seating - and I strongly recommend you reserve as it does fill up. Although spaces do open up in the afternoon. This hotel is ideal for pictures, honeymoon, romance, families, impressing your date, and all water activities. Adult pool is quieter - service is somewhat better, but it is somewhat isolated to provide that quieter ambiance - I personally prefer the larger, active pool in the center of the resort. Onsite clothing store for women is pricey (400-600 for a swimsuit) - but it has unique items - if on a budget, steer clear. You will not be disappointed with the property - there is a reason it is one of the more expensive hotels on the island, but hands down better than the Ritz Carlton which is a total disappointment (so do not even try to compare the two / The RC is on the rocky side of the palm beach stretch, has a very boring rectangular pool and the rooms are basic. So if comparing there is no comparison. And …. Did I mention the Casino ? Lots of fun, but it shuts down at 2am - even if on a winning streak.

First, before arriving, I had a major issue with the service from this hotel. When asking a question, I was told my reservation had been canceled. It was strange because it showed valid online. I asked again, and three times the representative told me that it was canceled. I was about to cancel all other non-refundable reservations, and file a dispute since I had not received any refund. It was a nightmare, because the place I booked from (American Express Travel) was telling me the reservation showed as valid. I ended up finding the email of the general manager and only then, I was told my reservation was valid. That could have become a much bigger headache. Now about the hotel after the stay... Shower drain was removed from its place by staff possibly because it was defective. It was just sitting outside the hole inside the bathtub. Shower uses a bathtub with curtain, very old style. My parents had trouble going in and out to take shower. Room fits 4 (2 queen beds) but has only two hangers in the bathroom. We had no place to put other towels and wet clothes. They have towels hut by the pool but with no self-service towels, you need to find the person working there. Many times I went, nobody was there. I ended up going upstairs to bring my room's towel. No water near the adults pool, you need to walk all the way after the breakfast area. There was no sign for the machine, you'd have to ask. On our floor, there is no sign for the water machine, it said ice only. We ended up paying $7 for a water bottle before we found out this ice machine also dispenses water. Nobody told us about that during check-in. Breakfast was OK, definitely not what we know as a resort-level breakfast. Options were the same every day (we had 4 breakfasts). Sunset is 7+ pm. By 6 pm, they had already removed and chained the beach chairs. We had to put our stuff on the sand. There is a lot of noise from early morning to late night. I booked an ocean view room but beds were facing the city, not the ocean. The room was right where the bar, music and live events are, and we had trouble relaxing. I'm not cheap and don't mind paying more for excellent service. I was tricked by 4.5 stars reviews, and I'm assuming they are not all real. Or expectations from visitors are lower in Aruba than other islands. The location of the hotel is good, with nice restaurants nearby. This is not the vacation I expect in a resort. It was not relaxing and with things taken care of, with a resort-level service. I do not recommend for the cost (about $3k for 4 nights).

This hotel was perfect for our stay! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our time special. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a kind gesture and really made us feel appreciated. It’s clear they care about their guests and pay attention to the little details. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming place to stay long term! P.S - the area is quiet and not as busy as other areas like Palm Beach. There are still plenty of good restaurants around

This place is false advertisement all over. When booking they say they are on the beach and water front. When you get there you have a road separating you from the beach and hotel. It’s is not directly in the beach as said. Once you make it to the beach you have to run around and try to chase a beach attendant to be able to unlock the beach loungers and give you one, another mission on its own. Next you only get services once a week and it’s based on the day you arrive, sure they’ll give you towels and wherever you need but I’ve been to Aruba multiple times and stayed at multiple resorts and never had this. Usually the guest gets to choose whether they want their room services or not. Next be careful charging stuff to your room. Every time you charge to your room they put a hold on your card for $250. By the time we were done we have 4 holds of $250 on my card, another first for me. Usually when you charge to the room you pay at checkout at the end of your trip. Be careful full when booking here, do your research completely because we didn’t expect what we got. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

They are updating the hotel, and the new rooms look incredible! Also updating the main pool, and it looks like it will be amazing. Have to come back to check it out! The beach and water were peaceful with no need for water shoes (but recommend a floaty), and the beach attendants were very nice. There's a hut on the beach where you can order drinks and food. The rum tasting was worth the money! We bought 5 bottles to take home, but don't have too many drinks beforehand. We tasted about 35 different runs! We met some great people, and getting around was simple.

Hospitality has been great. The amenities/shops on site were fantastic. The pool area while under construction have been quiet and clean. The TV isn’t smart if you need that. The water doesn’t get too cold just as a heads up - the shower door needs repaired. The Royal Aloe products are top notch! The location to Eagle Beach is perfect. And… I got complimentary cake for my bday!

Comparing last year to this year, we definitely liked having a room on the ground level. The extra exit through the patio was great. It made parking and avoiding the hotel construction so much easier. Last year, even without construction, it felt like it took forever to get to our room upstairs from the car. This year we walked out the patio door, crossed the street, and we were at the beach. The beds were hard, I don't think I could have managed longer than a week on them. Also the handheld shower attachment holder was falling out of the wall. The tv remotes only kind of worked and one made both TVs turn on and change at the same time. We didn't use them much, so it wasn't a big issue. The rooms in general will be better when they're all updated. It was a nice surprise when they brought my child a piece of cake for her birthday. She was very happy to receive that. The staff was generally polite. They deal with a lot of people, so I get it when they are just doing their jobs. We plan on coming back again. It's a nice place to be so close to the beach.

La cabana is always a great resort . The staff is amazing. Hotel always cleans rooms have been updated . The new bar looks great. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but we dont go for the pool the beach and water are beautiful. I wish you didnt need to get up at the Crack of dawn to get a papalas ( hut ) but besides that 100% worth it walking distance to other restaurant and casinos.

Studio room nice.Wi Fi is pathetic. High cost for a one time cleaning if you stay 7 days. 130.00 USD. Watch for up charges on nightly stay! They don’t tell you the cost when you check in and hand you a piece of paper to sign that has the teeniest print on it that we have ever seen! Can’t read it! Nightly extra charge is not what you read…. Surprise $$$! They don’t mention the nightly charge on their website….which doesn’t surprise me as it seems to change! They also do not clarify it to you when you check in. Beach needs attention…dirty. We have been to Aruba many times and it seems beach maintenance is getting worse every year!!! 4 out of 7 days we had to wait over 30 minutes for a beach chair attendant to unlock 2 chairs at 8am. for us and at that, my husband had to go looking for the beach chair attendant!!! Ridiculous. . La Cabana has extensive renovations going on at the pool area so you are very limited to a very small pool. Weather was great!
Google U — Google review
I wish someone would have been transparent about how dirty and noisy the property is during the renovation. The only reason I gave a score of 3 for service is because John the Bellman is an all-star. Housekeeping is terrible, the rooms are dirty. It's not the LaCabana that I remember. My impression is that the staff feels like they don't need to provide quality service due to the current construction situation. My husband was so disappointed that he upgraded his purchase at Divi. I hope the property and service improve after the renovation. GiGi at the front desk is a rude, liar. She stated that a credit would be issued to our bill because we brought our bracelet/keys with us from a previous visit. She never issued the credit. The point is not the $$, the point is that she lied. Service at Juan Valdez is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and walk over to Dunkin at the Eagle. Never stay in a room that has the letter B at the end of the number. There isn't a double door between the unit and the next adjoining unit. There is a 2" gap underneath the single door and you can hear everything that is happening in the adjacent room. Very disappointing experience.

Manchebo Beach is a stunning stretch of white sand and clear water located on a paradisiacal island. It is home to luxury resorts and spas, including the renowned Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa. This health-and-wellness hot spot offers yoga classes with beach views, making it an ideal place to find your Zen. The beach also serves as a nesting ground for four species of sea turtles, with protective measures in place to safeguard their nests.
This is by far the most beautiful beach in Aruba. The water is crystal clear and you can see your feet. Sometimes the fish swim by. The white sand is soft like clay. Wasn’t crowded at all. But when the jet skis roll by, the waves get bigger so be careful. It gets very windy and you still get a sunburn.

Very nice, relaxing beach and a perfect spot to see the sunset. The part we swam at was a bit wavy and quickly turned deep but I think further down it looked calmer so there are options. Its a long wide beach so it feels less crowded evern during the busy times.

Peaceful beach tucked away from/underneath Eagle beach so, less crowded and more sandy area to walk on. There were a bit of current and waves the day we went but overall, Manchebo beach offers the finest and softest sand - which is very rare in Aruba, so very pleasant to walking on the beach! Plenty of parking in the Italian restaurant area since we didn’t stay in the resort right on Manchebo beach

Staff not very friendly. Spa booked way in advance no slots for walk up guests. Couldn't get in for any treatment over 4 days. No cold drinking service water offered in the room. Can't get cold water or ice except like at a motel by walking over with a bucket to a dirty ice machine self service. The menu was very mid at the outdoor cafe. The pool bar mojitos were great but one day at the beach a family of tattoo covered locals showed up the hotel palapa in front of ours at the beach and even brought their dogs. The hotel staff did nothing to remove them. It seems they are advertising a property they don't actually own. The service was mediocre and so very over priced. Do not waste your money. One night I walked up to the front desk and the hotel porter was having a heated argument with a cab driver who had just dropped someone off. The guests wanted to use the cab but the porter was telling the taxi he couldn't take the guests because he had already called another taxi. You get the gist of the service. Very poor.

The waves are too dangerous. Period. No way I would bring small kids here. The Manchebo beach is the most beautiful beach but is too dangerous, especially for kids. The Palms beach is very calm and nice for kids but less pleasant due to seagrass. The Divi beach is the golden middle.

Fantastic wide beach. Clean sand, plenty of space. Sunsets are incredible from the beach. Due to its size, the beach never feels crowded. The sea is a little more rough than Eagle Beach but this doesn’t detract from it. Plenty of great beach bars and restaurants around this area too.

The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is a stylish beachfront destination with a retro tropical ambiance. The resort boasts 357 rooms and suites, each featuring private balconies and vibrant blue and white decor. Guests can enjoy the beachfront pool area with two pools, waterfalls, and a freshwater lagoon. The property also offers amenities such as a gym, spa, casino, and onsite dining options.
I stayed at the Hilton during the end of Oct/beginning of November while construction was ongoing. The resort is beautiful and situated on the best part of Palm Beach and across the street from many food and entertainment options should you opt to leave the resort. The construction was not a problem during my stay - yes, some noise heard while on the beach but not a nuisance or distraction from relaxing under a palapa. The reservation system for the palapas was easy and straightforward, as was booking activities like paddle boarding. The beach is clean and expansive. I walked along the beach and the ocean-side sidewalk between the Hilton and other neighboring resorts and would not choose to stay at the Marriott, Ritz or St. Regis based on their beach conditions. I did not use the pool, but it looked like a nice option for families with small kids. The gym is brand new and well-equipped, though cramped. If trying to use weights, you’ll be bumping into people. My two double bed, partial ocean view room in the Curaçao tower was very nice - clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds at the resort are beautifully landscaped and maintained. I only ate at Oscars Market, but found the prices very reasonable and the breakfast options were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, I don’t understand the negative reviews the staff has received on other reviews. Everyone was accommodating, from early check-in, luggage storage, to a late checkout. I was nervous about the construction but needlessly so. It was also refreshing to feel very safe here, compared to other Caribbean locations where I have been hounded to buy drugs or go to makeshift shops as soon as I stepped off the hotel property. I will definitely return to this Hilton property on a future trip to Aruba.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. • The shower drain was clogged for the entire duration of my stay, and despite mentioning it, nothing was done to fix it. • While a few staff members were friendly, most of them seemed indifferent and uninterested in solving guests’ problems. • The gym was under renovation, so there was no access to it at all – something that should have been communicated beforehand. • On top of that, one of the buildings in the complex was under construction, which meant constant, unpleasant construction noise. To make matters worse, the music at the pool area was extremely loud, seemingly trying (unsuccessfully) to cover up the construction sounds. Something not disclosed anywhere on the hotel's site!! • Perhaps the most disturbing aspect: around the pool area, there were several cages with birds trapped inside. Some of them were far too large for the tiny cages. It is shocking that in this day and age, a hotel would keep animals in such conditions just for human entertainment. This is nothing short of animal mistreatment, and it should stop immediately. I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I recently returned from a 7-day stay at Hilton Aruba with my family. We have stayed at your resort four times in the past two years, and up until now, our visits have always been memorable for the warmth, hospitality, and service that made us look forward to returning. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very upsetting and did not meet the standards we have come to associate with Hilton Aruba. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. In the past, we were always greeted warmly upon arrival, but this time there was little acknowledgment, which set a disappointing tone for the rest of our stay. At check-in, Bradley mentioned that he was upgrading us to an oceanfront room; however, it was the same room category we had stayed in during a previous visit, which was not marketed as oceanfront. While he was enthusiastic, it felt disingenuous, and the only amenity offered was a 20% coupon for the Sunset Grille. For a family that has been loyal to your resort, visiting twice a year, that gesture felt underwhelming. We also rented palapas for five of the seven days of our stay. The service we experienced was consistently poor, and on Sunday, September 21st, we were especially disappointed. Despite paying for an oceanfront palapa, our view was completely blocked by a private party setup with tables, chairs, and lighting equipment. One of the reasons I rent front-row palapas is so I can watch my children safely in the water, and having our view obstructed was both frustrating and concerning. I have attached photos for your reference. In addition, we dined at the breakfast buffet and were surprised at the negative attitudes we encountered. Something as simple as requesting decaf coffee or hot sauce seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. This is not the level of service one expects from a Hilton resort, and certainly not from a property we have returned to so many times. As loyal guests, my husband and I save and work hard to bring our children to Aruba because we have always felt the Hilton experience was worth it. Sadly, this visit left us very disappointed. I truly miss the warm welcome we used to receive from staff such as Vickie, who always greeted us with a smile, remembered our family, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. That type of personal touch is what kept us coming back. I am writing in the hope that you will take this feedback seriously. We want to continue returning to Hilton Aruba, but our most recent experience left us questioning whether we should. I would appreciate a response and hope that steps can be taken to restore the welcoming, high-quality experience that your loyal guests have come to expect.

Great hotel! The beach was clean, the staff is phenomenal! Majority of people that I conversed with spoke 5-6 languages!!! Insane! Steve at the beach bar service is great! We chatted in Spanish about his life experience being born in Aruba. We chatted about both our experiences in Colombia... Our room was tidy everyday by housekeeping.

My absolute favorite hotel! We are headed to this hotel for our 8th time! The staff treats customers like family. Last year, our flight home was cancelled and the Front Desk Manager went out of her way to ensure we got the last hotel room that was available. I could not have asked for better service!

I didn't liked the fact that you have to pay for the beach umbrellas, it was called palapas. If you're lucky, the last row was free, by the sidewalk. The service was okay, anyways you pay for it, it's not all inclusive. The location was okay and I will recommend it for the families. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was great. You also have a lot of restaurants outside across the street, but go further down, there is a lot more to see.

This generally a good hotel in terms of furnishings and amenities and has a great location but is let down by the quality of the service personnel and the fact that they nickel and dime you at every turn. I don’t mind paying extra if I am getting good service but if I have to wait on my own table and carry my own bags - I expect not to be paying top dollar. In particular the restaurant and bar staff are inattentive. We often waited 20-40minutes before wait staff came to take our order after being sat. At the bar I had to go to the bar and ask for menus and then go back to the bar to place my order - when clearly there should have been table service. On the beach we used the app to place orders as the waiters were not at all attentive, they would deliberately keep their back to us as they walk by so as to avoid being flagged down to place an order. In addition to the poor service they add in gratuity and expect an additional tip on top of that. To be honest the lizards and birds did a better job of clearing the tables than the human staff. There is also a resort fee per day in addition to the room fee that is not disclosed when booking. The beach and pool seating is also an additional charge per day. So plan on paying an extra 150-200 per day just to cover fees. As others have mentioned there is ongoing construction on both sides of the resort but the noise has dampened down a bit as they have moved to completing the interiors.

Resort of ok, rooms are small and shower is even smaller. Concierge staff is not attentive except for Sanaida who did try to help us. The man (wasn’t wearing a name tag) that was at concierge was scrolling on his phone while people were waiting to be serviced. Many of them walked away and he never looked up from his phone to see that people needed assistance. Front desk staff is friendly. We tried to book massages and the spa would not honor the prices that is on the website. Waited for the spa manager to come to the lobby to speak with us. After waiting 15 minutes we walked away because no on came to speak with us. We went back to concierge and Sanaida called several spas in the areas to find us availability for our massages. She was great! P.S Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well.

The Divi Aruba All Inclusive Resort offers bright and stylish accommodations, some with beach views. This 265-room property is located on Divi Beach and shares amenities with its sister property, Tamarijn Aruba All-Inclusive. Guests can enjoy 10 restaurants, eight bars, and four pools between the two resorts. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of activities for watersports enthusiasts as well as a nine-hole golf course for those looking to challenge each other on the green.
I have to say this all inclusive resort exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were amazing, there is a buffet and restaurants on the property and the food was delicious at all options. The staff were very helpful and the service was great, I was there on a solo trip and felt safe the entire time. The resort also provided nightly performance shows which were really entertaining. The beach was clean with free umbrellas and an activities stand near by. I ended up purchasing the atv tour and it was more than i could've asked for with an included petting zoo with all types of rescued animals including a cheetah. I did not want to leave and will definitely be making another trip back.

Very nice little resort. Not huge and too crowded on an amazing beach. Several restaurants and all inclusive. The rooms are good but not luxury, clean and good service. 3 pools…. And an amazing white sand beach. The food is fresh and much better compared to other resorts but the choice is limited. The cocktails are great and not watering and well done. Plenty of food along the entire property and during the day and night until 1am.

Do Not expect a real 4 star hotel here. The location is great, the staff are very pleasant and cant wait to help you. Food is Good, not great, but satisfying. The hotel is mismanaged to say the least. Our first room overlooked a construction site, the room door was rusted to the point that it looked to be dimpled. the paint was peeling. The interior was not much better. The bed linens were torn. We were moved to a better section. The view was a pool view but when I went onto the balcony, I noticed the paint peeling off the sunshade below me, the tile on the floor was broken and just filled in with concrete. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants and at the end of our meal we saw the largest roach I have ever seen on the floor. The waiter stepped on it 3 times trying to kill it! I will post pictures to show what we saw. I would not stay here again.

Title: Reygenald made our trip ✨ Our group of eight (four rooms) had an incredible stay at Divi Aruba All Inclusive. Guest Service Representative Reygenald worked magic, rearranging things so our four rooms were together and even secured upgraded pool/ocean suites. That meant days at our private pool with our own bartender—unreal. Rooms were updated, spotless, and spacious. Breakfast had everything we needed; lunch and dinners were good; bars were great. Gorgeous beachfront location and a quick cab to shopping. We’re already planning October 2026 back at Divi, and our cousins (who stayed elsewhere) now want to switch. Huge thanks to Reygenald for an unforgettable stay!

Dive beach was amazing. Ocean was either as calm as a pool or wild as wave pool 4' waves at times if onshore wind. Service & people are top notch and restaurants selection varried so you never got board eating same dinners. Daily/nightly entertainment always a different theme each day. Suggesting for beach & pool umbrells, a better way to reserve the beach palapas, too many people put a towel on to reserve the area at 8AM then no one uses the seats for many hours sometimes not until later in the day. Maybe time limits or some other system.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Divi 5 separate times. 2 as a couple, 1 with my sister as a birthday trip, 1 girls trip and lastly we bought along friends. Always a great time! Staff is wonderful. Beach and pools are clean. No vendors on the beach trying to sell you stuff. Spa is amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable. All staff have been friendly and helpful. Already thinking of when I can go back.

We spent the last week at the Divi AI to celebrate our honeymoon. This resort was recommended by several family + friends who have stayed in the past and Divi definitely lived up to the hype! From the moment you get to the resort you’re greeted by friendly + helpful staff, everyone here is so accommodating! Our room overlooked the water and while some reviews may say the rooms aren’t totally up to date - don’t believe that nonsense! you don’t need much with all of the beauty that is steps away!! We were happy to have a clean shower and cozy bed to crash in after the days of fun in the sun. All of the restaurants here are impeccable from food to service - and getting access to the Tamarijn next door is a huge bonus! Shuttles to take you to and from, always taxis waiting to take you to your next adventure off the resort. The staff here works HARD to keep this place clean and running and it shows. Staying at the Divi was the perfect choice, let it be yours too!!! We will absolutely be back!

Marriott's Aruba Surf Club is a popular resort located in the heart of Palm Beach, offering a range of amenities for families and travelers. The property features two pools, including a Lazy River pool perfect for leisurely floating with kids. Guests can also enjoy beachfront dining and access to a well-equipped gym. The resort offers one, two, and three-bedroom villas suitable for families of all sizes.
I love my timeshare in Aruba. I own a three bedroom unit in the surf beautiful and spacious.BUT… desperately in need of renovation. The rooms are tired. The carpets are getting old and it needs to refresh. I know they have begun renovations and the other buildings and the renovations look beautiful. I’m excited to come back and see you three virgin unit with the beautiful neutral pallet renovation.

This property was clean and neat. No complaint there. Im simply posting this because I was not aware just how crowded this facility would be. The buildings around pool were so tall with an opening that almost created a wind tunnel effect. I know Aruba is breezy but this was nuts. For us it was just too much. If you like loud pool music and games and floats and lots of families everywhere this is your jam. If not, I’d look elsewhere. And I traveled with my kid. Even the beach front was too crowded with people for me. They are very strict with chairs ,even ones on beach have to be paid for and that is just trash. If you want to reserve a chair fine, if not you should be able to sit in a unreserved one. Just not a place for my family.
KATIE M — Google review
Always a great experience. This is our family’s fourth visit at this resort. And our first year having it as a time share. We love having the common area with a full kitchen and living room space. The full master suite bedroom is always nice. With our timeshare, we got the two bedroom option. So we have a full lock off room with a double bed and couch. Any time we needed our concierge we would either call by phone or text message and they were always very responsive. For the pool - Everything went smoothly, no issues. It’s nice going down there early to claim our chairs and it’s relaxing. You can’t leave your chairs till 7:00am, also that’s when you can get your towels as well. I saw some folks with towels before 7am, and when you checkout your towels from the previous day, you can grab towels for the following day too. We will continue our timeshare journey forever with the family as this will be an annual experience, our kids will always enjoy. We took a few adventures out to the beach side, we figured out the reservation system from last year. That you have to book your hut in advance. You can either book the day before which not all of the huts are available. Different huts will be available to book the same day. All the huts are $10. If you book a hut in the front row, it is $20. For this trip we stayed on the 14th floor in the compass tower there, overlooking other Marriott resorts. It was quite the view. You can also email the resort and request to stay on specific floors if they’re available, say a few months ago prior to your reservation date. This is certainly a beautiful resort and we look forward to our next trip as we’ll be coming every year!

The entire staff at the surf club are amazing from the time you arrive to the time you leave! I wanna leave a special review regarding Joseph in maintenance who spent the time to fix my freezer and then attempted to fix my refrigerator which was unfixable. Joseph took his time help helped me unload the refrigerator and went and got a new refrigerator for me and helped me load it back up. Joseph took the time and was very pleasant to deal with during this ordeal so thank you Joseph for making it a pleasant situation when I could’ve been in the lazy river floating around enjoying my stay! You Joseph deserves five stars for your Outstanding service - cheers to the maintenance group!

Beautiful hotel with many amenities! Lazy river is delightful, but bring your own tube. Pool and beach are truly enjoyable. The hotel app is very useful. A variety of activities are offered, which provided additional fun out of the sun. We really liked the Aloe class! Staff is very polite and helpful. Check-in line and Marketplace lines can be long to wait in. And they have a silly tagging system on towels. Hard to believe that when paying for such an expensive hotel, they are worried about people stealing cheap towels. It caused lines getting the towels and it was a hassle getting the card reader to work, which reflects my lower rating on service. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation staying at the Marriott!

Lovely property. The lazy pool alone is worth the stay. Property is clean and staff is great. I think it would be good if they provided room service on day 2 or 3 of a five day stay instead of the day before checkout. That said we see ourselves returning.

Nestled along the stunning shores of Palm Beach, Playa Linda Beach Resort boasts a unique stepped Mayan pyramid design that enhances the breathtaking sea views from its balconies. This charming timeshare hotel features spacious units equipped with full kitchens, making it an ideal home away from home for families. For those seeking luxury, there are two-story three-bedroom townhomes and stylish Spa Lanai suites available to accommodate larger groups.
We just stayed here for 8 nights. It was absolutely perfect! The staff are top notch and you can’t beat the location! Shout out to Junior who made our last few hours before departure super easy and comfortable. The Playa Linda has a room where you can safely store your luggage and valuables in case you are waiting to check in, or have already checked out but don’t want to go to the airport. The restaurants on site are also amazing! We will be back in January and will never stay anywhere else!

I had a wonderful stay at Playalinda! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, which made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. It's also surrounded by restaurants and shops, so everything you need is just a short walk away. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind while still having access to local attractions, this is definitely the spot. Without a doubt, it has the best location in the area. Highly recommended!

Perfect location - right on the beach with a few well-kept pools and hot tubs and superb restaurant in the meticulously maintained courtyard. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are more than you comfortably need for a couple or family who came to experience the beautiful shores and people of Aruba from sunrise through the late night hours. Clean, friendly, spacious, perfectly situated. With the best shopping and meals across the street and the world renowned beach to look over and walk down the steps out of your room.

I’ve been traveling to Aruba and staying at Playa Linda for many years. It’s always been a place I’ve loved—great location, beautiful beach, and usually very friendly and helpful staff. However, during my current stay, I witnessed something that really changed how I view the resort’s customer service. While in the lobby, I saw a situation unfold between a young couple with a toddler and the front desk staff. From what I gathered, the couple politely asked to pay for a day pass. The request was denied, which is fine, but what followed was shocking. Security was called, and the situation escalated rapidly and unnecessarily. What was most upsetting was the way the staff handled it. There was yelling and aggressive behavior—with a small child right there. The child looked terrified as her parents tried to calmly explain themselves while being verbally attacked by a staff member. It was completely over the top for such a minor request, and it was honestly upsetting to witness. This is supposed to be “One Happy Island,” and this level of hostility over a simple question was disappointing and unnecessary. It’s a shame to see the customer service decline like this. Playa Linda, please do better. Situations like this reflect poorly not just on the resort, but on the experience of Aruba as a whole

Aruba is literally One Happy Island! Resort staff go out of their way to make your stay one to remember. From the water activities concierge, Maria to the bartender, Shakira, at the bloody Mary hut. Rooms are cleaned daily, the pool was sparkling and the white sand beach is pristine. I would highly recommend Playa Linda.
Dan G — Google review
I am positively disgusted in what I saw at this resort. Location is great beautiful rooms property kept well, but I will never ever recommend bringing your family to this resort, what I witnessed today was unspeakable, a young couple with a baby were being ambushed by a security guard and harassed just because they were asking if their toddler can play in the water while they dined on premises. The security guard appeared unhinged when he began yelling that this was his island. There were families around and in this lovely young couple were treated like criminals. The security guard was pumping his chest and yelling profanities for no reason: be very careful, I had to remove my niece from the area because he was outrageously aggressive. Great resort but I wouldn’t go back. Be careful

Embark on an unforgettable underwater adventure with the Atlantis Submarine Aruba Expedition. This unique experience allows you to explore the mesmerizing marine life of Aruba without getting wet. Whether you choose to descend in the submarine or opt for the semi-sub, both options promise incredible views of fish, sea turtles, coral, and even shipwrecks. The expedition is perfect for those who may not be comfortable with scuba diving or snorkeling, making it a family-friendly activity.
This was an awesome tour. We boarded a ferry that took us out to the submarine. After boarding we immediately start seeing the beauty beneath the surface. Many species of fish swam freely around the sub. As we dove down to 140feet we saw shipwrecks, the reef, and lots more beautiful ocean creatures!!!

Such a fun experience. Water was a little cloudy today, but even so we saw lots of colorful fish and can now say we have been in a sub!

This was a neat little excursion. It’s 2 hours ( 1 hour of travel time to and from the sub on a ferry, and around 1 hour on the submarine. The water seemed cloudy the day we went so visibility wasn’t as good as I hoped for. We saw several ship wrecks, a turtle, and some rays in addition to other fish. The tour guide was nice and I enjoyed his commentary.

I went on this trip during our honeymoon and it exceeded my expectations! I had a tour at 1pm so the water was bright and clear. They brought us by a couple shipwrecks as we decended amongst coral reefs and schools of fish. The view was breathtaking and we will cherish the memories. The crew made an effort to turn around at the major viewing sights of the reef and shipwrecks so both sides of the submarine got a good look at the beauty of Aruba's ocean. My wife also really liked how on the boat stopped on the way to the submarine and let us watch as a plane flew directly over us coming in for a landing. I highly recommend this tour and it's a great way to explore the ocean while getting out of the direct sunlight for a couple hours. Shout out to Francis, Eric and Donald. Our captin and crew were very knowledgeable in Marine Biology and they history of the island!

Nestled along the beautiful Eagle Beach, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort in Oranjestad offers a relaxed beachfront experience with its cafe, three freshwater pools, and a spa. The resort provides quality accommodation with amenities such as WiFi, private bathrooms, and cots. Guests can enjoy cable/satellite TV, spa services, and dining options on-site. The modern all-suite resort is ideal for families and small groups looking for spacious self-catering accommodations.
We had a wonderful time at Divi Dutch. It is in a quiet area without clubs, etc so good for us. The beaches were all beautiful. I found so much sea glass. We did swim in every pool just for fun. One towel service lady was grumpy but we still could exchange our beach towels. Also the one glass pane shower didn't prevent water from getting all over the floor. As a contractor's daughter, it pained me. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a kitchenette which we never used cause we were mega all inclusive so why cook?! Definitely recommend. Easy to walk between 4 properties but always shuttles were available. Pure Lime was a meh dinner but everywhere else we ate was good.

I traded through Interval International to stay a week in this location. The lobby personnel was not very helpful. They are definitely not going out of their way to be friendly nor helpful. I found their quiet aloofness to be a bit rude. They were never loud nor did they present an attitude, but they lacked general courtesy. Maybe a cultural or language barrier? The house keeping was definitely much nicer (don't forget to tip them). The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. I felt very safe in our room and enjoyed the resorts location and accommodations. The beds could be nicer, but got the job done. We made use of the shuttle often (some drivers were amazing, others were like the lobby personnel, very cold). Overall, I would stay here again if I ever return to Aruba.

Room and resort were great location! Really enjoyed the pool and the beaches at the resort. Service was not good here in comparison to other resorts we’ve been to. Waited almost 2 hours for toilet paper due to “no housekeepers on staff”. Even went down to the front desk to get it to be turned away for it to be delivered. Marco at concierge was really friendly and informative!

We've been coming for years to the Tamarijn, but this visit was the first time in 4 years. The complex is clean, the rooms recently renovated. The buffet breakfast is different than the last time, and the new restaurant, Club Margot is really great. It's a tapas style restaurant, with small portions of several items on a fixed menu. The bartender is an award winning mixologist, so the drinks are tasty. Ginger, the Asian fusion restaurant is good as well, but I was really disappointed in the Italian restaurant, Paparazzi. The food was tasteless, and the service was not up to par. The beach is very nice past the 2100 building- elsewhere, all along the resort, erosion has eaten the beach requiring large rocks to stop it from encroaching on the buildings. The boardwalk is covered over with cement. My biggest issue with the resort was, as an all inclusive, the liquor served in the bunker bar and the lobby area bar was cut rate. I'm not expecting top shelf, but I would think that a drink should taste "right".

There were several issues with my stay that went completely unresolved, and it seemed the staff did not try or care. 1) I made reservations a month out on Expedia and specifically booked a studio suite with beach view. We got a pool view. I spoke with front desk and was told; "Beach view? Here? Not here, no." I know that's not true because we saw the beach-view rooms. 2) Our patio doors were stuck shut, the latch did not work, I reported this 3 times. We were there for 3 days with no access to our patio. 3) The ceiling fan did not work. I reported this on day 2 after we tried to use it the night before. 4) The room had not been properly cleaned. I could swipe my finger and leave a trail in the dust. 5) Water leaked from the shower, we had to put multiple towels on the floor to keep it from becoming wet & slippery. (I did slip once but did not fall or get hurt, luckily) 6) The front desk was closed by 8pm on Sat and Sun. We needed taxis, and I was told on 2 occasions we had to request taxis from the front desk, they would'nt give me a phone number for a taxi company. But I can't request a taxi if they're closed. At check-out I raised all of these issues, I was told "the manager is in a meeting", was given a card and told to call back, I called and emailed, never got a response. This was a bad experience. I did not get the room I reserved, we could not use all the features of our room, and the staff was not helpful or responsive. (*American Airlines put us up at the Renaissance on Monday night due to a flight cancelation, and their customer service put Divi Dutch to shame) We loved Aruba, we would never stay at any Divi hotel.
