The pizza is delicious, the dough is soft and a bit spongy but less than Neapolitan pizza. We also had some onion rings and fries, which were nice but def can’t compare to the pizza. The service was 10/10. Young and super friendly people who served us with a smile and lots of care.

The staff were warm and genuinely enthusiastic, which made a difference. There’s an atmosphere here that’s hard to describe—somewhere between a neighbourhood hangout and a quietly radical pizza lab. You can tell it’s a place locals take pride in. Afterwards, we took a slow walk through Macerata centro storico to digest what was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Italy—and that’s saying something when your partner is Italian and has an opinion about everything from flour blends to mozzarella provenance.
