Incredible views in a very classy location, great service, almost a bit too fast. Great wine selections. I was more than a little disappointed by the toilet for women not having a toilet seat in such a classy restaurant also no hand soap and slightly unclean sinks at the start of the lunch service. Baby chance table though and would still highly recommend the resturant just hope they improve the loos soon 🤞

We were given a fantastic table that comfortably accommodated both us and our dog, Toffee, who was welcomed with genuine warmth. It’s rare to find a place that balances elegance with such a relaxed, pet-friendly vibe. We opted for the €50 tasting menu, which I highly recommend. It’s a curated journey through the restaurant’s most popular dishes, offering a generous and well-paced selection that showcases the kitchen’s strengths. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with flavors that felt both local and refined. To accompany the meal, we enjoyed a lovely bottle of local white wine—crisp, aromatic, and the perfect pairing for the seafood-forward menu. The staff, all young and incredibly friendly, were fast, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. For the quality of the food, the charm of the setting, and the overall experience, La Torre is a standout. Considering the location and price, it’s an easy 5-star rating from us. We’ll definitely be back—and Toffee gives it two paws up 🐾.

Google maps guided us perfectly to the restaurant. But we only saw their steak house. It was dark, so it was difficult to see the entrance of the classy restaurant. But we found it (when you're in front of the steak house, the other restaurant is on the left side). The staff is friendly and helpful. But because it's a big and popular restaurant, the staff is walking too fast. They almost run. The food is well presented and tastes delicious. It's a bit more expensive than the average restaurants in the neighbourhood, but it's worth it. Highly recommended. If you believe this review is useful, then please 'like' it.

The Food was delicious. I liked the starters so much I ordered for something extra but it probably wasn't a good idea to do in the middle of the starter because they forgot all about it; given how busy the place is , I understand! The portions were perfect for me because I never eat much and I managed to share some dishes with my Husband and it was more than enough for the both of us. We are definitely planning to come back another time.

Great location on the "terrazza" overlooking the sea. The menu is short but very interesting. The cooking style is modern but they know how to treat seafud. Desserts are not exciting

La Torre it has been an exceptional experience traveling trough the center of Italy in the region of Marche. The restaurant present itself with a backdrop of the spectacular cliffs of the Conero coastline and is a very professional restaurant. They serve a seafood menu with local marine ingredients with a delicate taste that has declined our taste buds. Their selection of the ingredients is very balanced and is complemented by a short but thought wine list. This was my first visit but whenever I will return to the area I will make it a must to return visit again!!!

The scallop antipasto was exceptional. The fried fish was super light and crispy, and one of the best that we've ever had.

We are delighted after our evening spent at this restaurant. The first place with a real taste and quality, carrying service & great atmosphere. Highly recommanded!

Perfect place for lunch! One of the few remaining spots where local fishermen offer fresh, daily catches—fried on the spot. You'll need to grab a number and wait your turn, but it's worth it. Once called, you can choose from a selection of fresh fish, and they'll fry it up just the way you like it. Price is €35 per kilo. I tried it and absolutely loved it—super fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommended! 👍

The moment you get inside, you can choose out a variety of fish and seafood what do you want to get as fried! There are squid, shrimp, tuna etc a lot and just caught by the sea. Their cold options are also insane. Fritas takes around 30 mins to be ready so i can suggest that to order cold ones while waiting fries. The place opens at 7pm. If you would like to eat quickly, better to be in front of the place 30-45 mins earlier and get your number for the queue. Otherwise you need to wait around 1hr. Taste and price are absoluetly amazing and worth to try!

If you like fish is the best place to go. Is bistro bet every thing is fresh and fish is prepared just when you order. Be patient there will many people.

Delicious fresh seafood, the owner is great and very friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxed lunch or dinner! We were lucky and came at the end of the lunch shift so there were only few people infront of us and we got the food very quickly.

A brilliant place with a great choice of starters which you order by piece which gives you an opportunity to try different little things. We have dined here twice and were very happy on both occasions. What a list of fishburgers! We tried the one of baccala mantenuto! The tartars of tonno, shrimps and salmon were very fresh and gentle. The service is exactly, caring and friendly. The prices are very kind.

I went there with my girlfriend (she's allergic to fish) and only wanted to check the menu. They convinced us to enter and get drinks on the premise that they had a non-fish based tasting menu. Long story short, that was not true. For this reason we wanted to leave but the waiter got visibly upset and tried to convince us to buy dinner. Frankly, his approach was pushy and unprofessional for a restaurant of that caliber. The drinks were good though.

The restaurant has a tendency towards the finer, sophisticated cuisine, but without a clear concept. Staff is nice, the sea view is a given being on the beach.

My husband and I chose this restaurant without checking it out first. We felt the anxiety grow and were working on an exit strategy when the lovely waiter realized we were in over our heads and found us an English speaking member of staff. He patiently explained every dish on the menu until we opted for the chef's choice at €50 each. It was the best decision we made all holiday. The food was stunning and the staff were lovely once they had stopped being scared of us! I would highly recommend a visit

If you want a nice dinner by the sea with a romantic view then this is a must place to come! You must reserve a table, it’s a busy place so make this reservation at least a day ahead, but reserve it for sure at least two days ahead. Also, if you want to try their risotto you need to tell them as you make the reservation, basically order ahead of time. Their wine recommendation was perfect! Take a jacket tho, it gets chilly later in the evening. The service was great! We had a fabulous evening and really enjoyed our food. Definitely coming back for more!!!

Good seafood restaurant right on the beach. It's all seafood except desert and delicious from antipasti (various shellfish), tagliatelle with mixed seafood, grilled fish. Good relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff, decent wine list. We had a good evening. Recommendable.

First , the low score is for food and service but mainly service . They were busy with a big party , so maybe give them some slack , but when you have food brought out , over 15 minute apart for the main dishes , and then have food semi raw , which has to be sent back , taking another 10 minutes …. Then we waited over 45 minutes to order deserts . After that they brought limoncello which looked great , but no glasses to drink it from ! At that we gave up , got up , paid and left . I’m sure if they had more staff who were better trained , we would have had a better time , and if they were not so busy the food would have all come out together , but I’m making excuses , and clearly this place has been running a long time , so they should know how to cope … it’s a shame , but definitely not 5 starts or even 4 Good points The gnocchi was great as was the tagliatelle. The deserts were good too . But the mixed grill looked like fatty scraps , and the steaks ( asked for medium ) were cooked on one side , and raw - see the picture . Would have been 5 starts if the service and food had been spot on . The menu is all on line , and google won’t let me post the pictures for some reason . Starters were between 7-15 euro . Skewer- 25 euro Steaks - 32 euro Fries - 4.5 euro .

Ita an amazing, very big but exclusive restaurant. Only meat, specialized in Meat. The staff is very friendly, work (run) hard and doe everything to make you feel welcome. The are very passionate about there restaurant and the food and drinks they serve. We loved it. The tiramisu was also delicious 😋

A disaster in so many ways! The place is basically a factory for stuffing tourists with piles of cheap meat. The meat, I’ve heard, is quite alright still, but we never got to taste it because it took the staff 50min to deliver the first courses, and even there mine arrived 10min before my partner’s. All of that long after everyone else on the table had finished eating. Everyone’s dishes arrived at random points, the staff constantly put stuff on our table that we hadn’t ordered, starting with the very first thing - the wine. It was a constant mess from start to finish. After our first courses finally arrived, 10min apart, they brought also the meat about 2min after the second course and then tried to hide it back. The staff was all around confused and incompetent. After we finally got the manager / owner to discuss what was happening, she made a little offering on the house to calm the spirits but the evening was pretty much ruined at that time.. Judging from the impressions around, we weren’t the only ones having issues. Worse yet, one of the staff members was trying to make ridiculous excuses over our shoulder.. Change all the staff and it might become a decent place, but I guess that’s not the idea behind this place.

I don't like the way we were served here. All food was brought at the same time: first dish, side dish, main dish all brought together. The food was decent, but overpriced. All service was dedicated to get us out of there asap. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Great selection of meats and wine

We ate here 3x in a row during our stay in Numana! What captivated us: - particular design of the interiors - panoramic sea view - efficiency of the staffs And of course, great food! We tried their pizzas, pasta alle vongole, pasta arrabbiata, mixed fried fish, and their salads! All were of high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection! That’s why we returned here to eat three times. The prices also met all expectations since the portions were huge. Too bad they do not have Tiramisù when we were there - I heard it is also one of their local favourites!

Loved it. Discovered by accident whilst strolling through Numana. Wonderfully eclectic décor with a million and one pictures and photos to look at if you ever get bored of the view. Which you won't. This place overhangs the cliffs of Numana looking out to sea. We ate while the sun went down. Beautiful. If you like pizza then this is the place. Every type of pizza you can imagine. We didn't eat pasta but the large plates of pasta coming out smelt amazing. Topped off with young and friendly staff made this the best surprise of our holiday. We'll definitely be back before we go home x

The owner is so good watching him work is a treat. Working on his own he cooks, waits tables, bartends and generally does not stop unless it is to give a customer a smile or ask how the food is. Amazing to watch and the food is as described.. Delightful

Me and my girlfriend as tourist spend dinner time there.it was a nice experience to taste several different type of cheeses and regional meat products .bc of covid the hygiene was perfect and disposable container. The waiter also was nice and well knowledgeable and he suggested us plus explained in English very well.

Great beach setting and atmosphere. Old school Italian waiters were a pleasant surprise which enhanced our experience compared to everywhere else we tried along the strip.

A very good fish restaurant set in a beautiful place by the sea Il Cucale is a locally well known restaurant in Marcelli, on the Adriatic coast of Marche Region. Good (sometimes great) local traditional food in an immaculate setting. The place: set in a 1930s building, the restaurant has been nicely renovated along the years preserving its original architecture. It is right on the beach giving the guests this feeling of being on holidays. The prevailing colour is white which also contribute to give this light and fresh feeling. Table set is nice, with fabric table cloth and napkins. While not particularly innovative or offering any “wow” factor, the place makes the guest feel comfortable. Tables are reasonably spaced. The service: interesting fact is that most of customers are regulars (including me that have been here for over 15 years) so the service is very much personal including some chats about each other lives. But in general the service is really good, professional and friendly, made by people that do their jobs since forever and know very well how to do it. The food: the fresh pasta with fish ragù was really good. Fresh past is the specialty of the restaurant and their fish ragù is outstanding. Really good plate. Tuna steak unfortunately was a miss. In part my bad ordering an ocean fish instead of locally fished fresh products, but still, the tuna was almost tasteless. A pity. Home made chips were really good. The deconstructed Millefoglie was also a highlight of the dinner. In general looking at the menu and the plates passing by, il Cucale offers simple and great local food following the culinary tradition of the area. If a critique can be made, their food is not innovative or creative in any way. So if you are looking to be surprised, you better make a different choice of restaurant. What you will get here is solid and delicious local recipes. Ah, you get freshly made bread (focaccia) all along your meal which is really good The price: the dinner costed around 50 euro. A fair price. The fish dish was not really good, but prices are quite harmonised so for the same cost you could have a much better fish. Considering the setting and the food it is a good price in the range of similar choices in the area. Overall the restaurant is a very good option. I suggest to eat outside when possible. You almost have your feet in the sand and the terrace is nice. Food is good or really good depending of your choices, but it would step up if at least some creative dishes were offered. Service is really nice, professional and friendly.

My family and I popped into the restaurant for lunch and they were able to accommodate the 3 of us in early September after the summer rush of tourists. The food was great and unexpectedly the bread was freshly baked, warm, and very good. The seafood risotto and pasta was good. To top it off the deserts were divine especially the spuma di mascarpone coffee dish. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I high recommend.

This is one of the most appreciated restaurants in Marcelli. Not very big, yet a little cozy jewel, due to the excellent and tasty food (for instance you can't miss mix fried fish/vegetables out), friendly and attentive team (especially with regards to Covid's precautions) as well as its reasonable price (when compared with top quality service and food). My wife and I went one Saturday evening in high season (end of August), and gladly we made an advanced reservation just a couple of hours before, as it is always fully taken. Others, who came later with no booking, regrettably couldn't find any available table. If you'd find yourself around that area, my suggestion is to give this good restaurant a chance to surprise you.

Tried for dinner (now already 4 times in 10 days). Relaxed atmosphere and good vibes with light dimmed lights and interior. Large terrace with view on the sea and Conero Excellent service. Food ordered: - paccheri in red sauce (calamari), slightly spicy - perfect - tagliolini alle Vongole in white sauce - baccala in humus cream as starter - shrimps tartar in beetroot and cheese cream - amazing taste and very light - mussels in white sauce - fried sardines - frittura di pesce - light not feeling the frying oil - grigliata di pesce for 2- comes on a kind of lotus grill burning coal where it is cooked and kept warm. Very abundant and super tasty. A must to try! Very good quality at fair price

service and the food are very good! The size compared to the price is excellent. Both days we ate starters, main courses and desserts and also had a bottle of wine.They also have some gluten free options, which are labeled. There are some more meals, which can be made without gluten. For example, if you want a grilled fish, you have to call them a day before, so they prepare the fish without flour.

A charming restaurant on the Adriatic coast in Numana. The restaurant is small, but very cozy !! Delicious cuisine and the very friendly owner of this restorant. Well-trained waiters are polite, but not intrusive. ( and very young) 😊 They is wonderful and attentive and will always help to make the right choice. Large wine list and cocktails. I would definitely recommend it for a family or a friendly lunch or dinner. And also have a cool cocktail on a hot day! And definitely the best tuna I've ever tried!!! Although all the dishes that I tried there are worthy of praise! There is a small drawback - the lack of a menu in English.

Very nice menu. Well prepared food. The fish was tasty, the polpo was delicious, soft. The wine was better than most other housewines. The service was very friendly. We would go back, bur we had to change camping, because of the noise.

Controversial experience: I've been there twice. first time it was empty,we had excellent service and great seafood., last time the place was full, the service bad, not only for place that pretends to be medium high level restaurant. Note that in this region if you take shell fish, sea food you'll have mandatory a deep dish for shell wastes served almost immediately with you order. This and other basic things we had to ask explicitly for. It was Good food but nothing special both times. However the place is nice, perfectly located near to Numana port. They serve excellent drinks at the bar, lovely terrace. Open for bar service during the day. Accessible parking nearby.

Great seafood pastas frequented mainly by locals.

Way overrated: average quality of both food and service, not proper air conditioning in the inside room, or funs of any sort, which makes it very unconfortable during a sunny day, and right on the street. Very hard to park closer. There are way better choices to consider in the area, just across the road.

Trattamento a pesce in faccia!'. We didn't get as far as the food. My 80 year old mum and I were seated quickly and given menus by a polite young waiter. My mother is hard of hearing and does not understand Italian and I suppose my loud menu translations may have upset the middle-aged waiter who basically didn't want to serve us, wouldn't explain the opaque menu items, refused to engage with us in any way and then left us to finish deciding on our own until we got up and left 15 mins later.

La Conchiglia is a little pearl. The food is excellent. Try tagliatelle and ravioli. It is our second visit and no dissapointment. On the contrary. We will be back

Wow, we really enjoyed this restaurant. The mussels / cozze and spaghetti con vongole were the best we have ever eaten. The "house" verdicchio from Matelica was spot on and complimented the food perfectly. The whole wine list was very representative of Le Mache at very fair prices. In fact value for money wise you would have to go a long way to beat La Conchiglia. Setting by the Adriatic and excellent staff just rounded off our lunchtime experience

Straight on the beach with plenty parking place around the building you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding landscape and the Adriatic sea. The sea salad and pasta with seafood was great!

We arrived on the Italian "liberation day" , restaurants were packed full . We entered La Conchiglia and were greeted warmly by Giorgia she and the other staff members dis their best to make our wait comfortable , which means we had a nice aperitivo outside . The food was really wonderful , fresh sea food , shrimp , calamari and fish all fresh and delicious , my wife's fried seafood dish was so large we took home some of it . Highly recommended restaurant.

We went there for dinner several times in a row. You can be lucky or unlucky here, depending on which waiters are responsible for your table: Most of them are very friendly, attentive and excellently trained. Some, however, are amateurish and disoriented. The food is of average quality, but certainly not sensational. On the other hand, the whole restaurant is exceptionally comfortably designed and furnished and offers a particularly cozy atmosphere. There is also an elevated lounge where you can enjoy an aperitif in modern armchairs with the best view.

This place was "recommended" by the owner of agriturismo we stayed for one night in. Sincerely we hoped it was really the best for the seafood in the vicinity. Disgracefully failed. The winner for the lowest quality of food would be more honest position. Microscopic sizes of dishes (maybe to avoid a higher risk of intoxication), chopped seafood in pasta or gnocchi (to be not recognized as a fish maybe).
