The Fourteas Tea-Room Brasserie in Stratford-Upon-Avon offers a unique vintage-themed experience, celebrating the 1940s with music, costumes, and a menu designed to resemble a ration book. The owner's background at The Ritz in London is evident in the attention to detail. Housed in a 500-year-old townhouse just 100 meters from The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, this tea room provides an immersive experience without feeling like a mere theme cafe.
For the first time in my life I tasted the French Onion Soup and it was better than expected. The afternoon tea was so good, with a minus for the tea - no hot enough. I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake. Good atmosphere, nice music. Overall a good experience.

We came for breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff friendly and attentive, food absolutely outstanding! Everything tasted amazing! We were first in so was nice and quiet, but still had a lovely atmosphere, fantastic music, relaxed feeling, highly recommended.
Gemma S — Google review
I’ve come from America and This tea room is absolutely amazing!!! The food is fresh and delicious. The environment is atmospheric and welcoming! The staff are very polite, prompt and professional. You will not regret stepping back in time!
Alissa S — Google review
I came here with my partner and mum and we had a fabulous time. The staff clearly have a love of the place, which is understandable as it has a beautiful aesthetic and fabulous food. The sandwiches are generously filled, the soup properly fills you up and even the crisps are homemade! After our lunch went down we had tea and cakes. I have never had a better scone anywhere and the house tea blend is beautifully refreshing. My partner had a selection of cakes so wonderfully constructed I was amazed they were made in house. They have to be seen (and tasted) to be believed. We chatted with the lady who made them and her passion and talent is extremely evident. The music and decor were both 10/10 in their own right and I am already planning my birthday party here. Customer for life, can’t wait to go again.
Lucas J — Google review
Lovely place and lovely food! Its a shame as its lost some of the vintage charm it used to have when it first opened and expanded, but still worth a visit and the french onion soup is amazing!
Hannah C — Google review
Lovely experience and a nice lunch! I had this excellent sandwich. Reminded me how fantastic coronation chicken is! Food was traditional and done very well. Would recommend if you are looking for something yummy and with a nice twist of the theme!
Tarsha C — Google review
A delightful tea room. I visited at the weekend for brunch, but on a previous occasion I have been for afternoon tea - both were excellent. The portions are well-sized, and all the food is locally sourced. The range of tea is, as you would hope, excellent. The tea room has it's own special blend, which is delicious but during my recent visit I also got to try the chai tea and a strawberry chocolate tea. I am now resolved to buy some of the strawberry chocolate for myself! The service is friendly and attentive, and the general ambience is lovely. Highly recommend a visit, and next time I am in the area I plan to return!

What a treat a Croque Monsieur to savour in the best seat. Lovely to watch the faces of people light up as Zenios welcomes them and finds just-the-right-table. A master at work. The best tea-room in Warwickshire!

Bistro
Restaurant
Tucked away on Sheep Street in the vibrant heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, The Opposition Bistro is a delightful haven for both theatre enthusiasts and food lovers. With two decades of culinary expertise under its belt, this charming bistro has become a staple in the local dining scene. Housed within a historic 16th-century building, it beautifully marries modern design with traditional elements, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Great old building, had a number of locals eating which is always a good sign. Food was gastro pub style, really tasty and plentiful. Crab salad was delicious as was fish of the day…Wine was great. Staff were lovely, really nice atmosphere. I’d definitely eat here all the time if I lived local. Definitely book if you are there Fri or Sat
Tina H — Google review
Went here for the first time last night. Really good, tasty food. Lovely glass of white wine. The Pork fillet and slow roasted pork belly with dauphinois potato and savoy cabbage was spot on. Only thing I felt let this experience down was our young waitress. Not very warm or friendly. No smiles. No personality or charisma. Very young, which could be the factor, just could have been given a smile or two.
J B — Google review
I would label my experience at The Opposition as disappointing. Perhaps because I ordered the special, the restaurant seems poor to me, but it failed to meet the expectations the reviews made it. The dish's name escapes me; however, the attached image illustrates its apparent Mexican influence. The selected fish did not complement the sauce, which was too light. To be honest, the dish overall had a bad combination that left me feeling nauseous afterward. The Pros were the service and the ambiance. I found the service to be satisfactory in relation to the price. The atmosphere at Opposition was charming; I particularly appreciated the homey feel. In general, I am unable to endorse this establishment as a result of the dish I consumed.
Kyle — Google review
We had a superb lunch at this beautiful characterful restaurant. Staff were so kind and attentive, food was absolutely superb. We had Salmon fishcake with wilted spinach and a divine sauce, hot and beautifully presented. The sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream was also gorgeous. The atmosphere was happy and friendly, with guests sharing stories of where they were from with other guests and the staff. Everyone was extremely impressed with food when we were there. We will definitely be returning, but will make sure we stay overnight so we can enjoy a leisurely dinner. Thank you to everyone, it was a superb experience.
Amanda B — Google review
Great food( the cod was delicious) really quick service as they enquire if you're attending the theatre. Really well placed for pre theatre dining, and central in Stratford) Desserts were also really tasty. Highly recommend 👌
Gail — Google review
We had a lovely evening at The Opposition. It is a warren of spaces which makes it more intimate for dining. The service was friendly and efficient. The menu interesting without being weird. We were stuck for choice but diligently made our choices. Everyone one enjoyed their meal and if we lived locally would definitely go back.
Jane B — Google review
Wow! Would dine here time and time again. In a society filled with Pizza Express, Zizzis and so much more. I've paid same prices and not had either the food or service that this restaurant has to offer. Loved it, thank you for the breath of fresh air that we had today, true English dining experience!! Service 10/10

Went into lambs next door and it was full but they directed us here as it was their sister restaurant. We had the meatball starter, chicken and banoffee pie and everything was great. Service was friendly and the prices were fair. The chicken and chips was done really well. They also had a mussels special which seemed very popular.

Bistro
Bistrot Pierre in Stratford-upon-Avon is an informal all-day bistro offering classic and seasonal French dishes, along with a selection of coffee and cocktails. The restaurant caters to various dining preferences, providing beautifully presented and freshly prepared meals that cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. The venue boasts a relaxing atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows, French-style chandeliers, and dark wooden furniture.
Lovely stay at the Swan’s nest hotel in Stratford upon Avon. Made a booking for dinner at this lovely restaurant because it seemed very busy at Sunday lunch- they are offering a good deal at the restaurant (30% off) at the moment. However, our evening there was quiet and relaxed. Service was friendly and efficient. We had the chorizo which was well cooked and tasty. The prawns were buttery and delicious. My chicken Normandy was good albeit I am pretty sure that it was cabbage and peaches rather than cavolo nero and apple! (no complaints!!). Husband’s salmon Provençale was nice and flaky with a delicious sauce. Camden pale ale to wash it down. We also had a full English breakfast the next morning which could have been better: husband’s danish didn’t seem fresh although my croissant was great. Sausages and baked beans were ho hum. My poached eggs , husband’s scrambled eggs (he likes it rather dry) and the bacon were good. We did go to the Bear pub in the afternoon- nice barman and good place to chill.

Lovely restaurante on a great localisation near the river with excellent food. We had the steak with fries and the duck salad. The steak was well done and the duck salad savoury. My kids had the kids menu and liked very much. If you sign for their club app they have packages with discounts and you get points. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Elizabeth L — Google review
The overall experience when it comes to the quality of the food , is somewhat disappointing. The eggs Benedict was poor , the sauce was too runny and lacked seasoning. The traditional breakfast was more of a children's size plate of food . The sausages were of very poor quality and lacked any taste. Eggs were poor and only got half of a mushroom,do expect much better when considering paying a lot of money for this experience!!!

This place is fantastic. The service is spot on. I stayed at the hotel as a solo guest and struggled with eating in restaurants on my own. I asked for their quiet times, and the server was fab. He explained the busy times suggested I come early. When I returned, he greeted me with a smile and asked where I wanted to eat, which put me at ease straight away. He was polite and respectful and didn't pester me during my meal but made sure everything was great. The food was fantastic, and there are some great options on the menu. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely be back. Thank you from a female solo traveller for making me feel comfortable and not like a burden to cater to.

I would say this is the best breakfast I have had this year 😋 and I have had plenty of full English. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

I would highly recommend Bistro Pierre - Stratford upon Avon. We held our wedding reception there on Friday 23rd May in the Clopton Room, and fitted 34 guest quite comfortably. We were married in the Henley Room Registry Office and walked to the venue via the canal marina. It was unforgettable. The manager Fillipo was fantastic right from the start. Nothing was a problem. Rob, Dan, Oliver and all the staff were fantastic. The food was gorgeous and they catered for our two gluten free friends. Thanks to Fillipo and crew for making our day perfect.

I stayed at the Swans nest hotel and this gorgeous french restaurant is based inside the hotel. I didn't make a reservation, and I was greeted and served by a lovely guy. The food was delicious and the décor in the place was absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed my experience staying in the hotel.

This place is always busy, but if you want to treat yourself to great coffee and food prepared on the spot in excellent quality, you've come to the right place. The staff is always nice and helpful and you never have to wait long for your order. The possibility to order through the application is also an advantage. The restaurant also has wheelchair access from the car park and outdoor seating both on busy Henley Street and quieter seating at the back of the building.

Absolutely fabulous place to eat. The food is bright and varied, freshly made and the service is quick. The Salmon hash was AMAZING. The famous hash browns are out of this world, make sure you order the 6 as 2 will not be enough if you’re sharing! Great quality and great price. Thank you!

Exceptional food, service and drinks. The amazing Maddie served us with such passion for the place and enthusiasm for her job, really made the experience greater! Hats off to the Head Chef for creating the wonderful dish - Spiced Turkey Eggs with Chorizo. Everything in that dish complimented each other! And the crunchy chickpeas?! Delicious! Can’t miss out on the Smoked Salmon Hash either. The homemade hash was cooked perfectly. The Vanilla Matcha Latte was also heavenly. It was a great balance between vanilla and matcha. All around, everything was scrumptious. We will definitely be back!

We came to Boston Tea Party in Stratford-upon-Avon for breakfast, and it was an absolute delight! 🥰 The food was delicious — full of flavour, beautifully served, and generous portions. From the shakshuka-style dish with chorizo and warm flatbread to the sausage and bacon muffins — everything was perfectly cooked and so tasty 😋☕ The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, with that lovely morning buzz that makes you want to stay a bit longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — big smiles and positive energy all around! 🌞 Definitely a place worth visiting for a great breakfast or brunch. We’ll be back for sure! 💛

Lovely spot with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The food is really good — fresh, tasty, and nicely presented — and the coffee is excellent too. Service is quick and friendly, even during busy times. Prices are a little on the higher side for a casual brunch or lunch, but the quality and setting make it worth it. A great place to stop for breakfast or a light meal while exploring the area.
Kemeny S — Google review
BTP was recommended by our Airbnb host, so when we stumbled across it we had to give it a try. The vegan breakfast options were absolutely delicious. One of our favourite meals out on our trip so far, would recommend and would come back.
Lauren V — Google review
Went for a family lunch during the week. It was busy but the team found us a table straight away. Great food, good choices for a vegetarian and great portion sizes too.
Navjot D — Google review
Come here once a month for a brunch and food is always lovely. Good choices for vegetarians/vegans and new items added seasonally as well. They now offer nice matcha drinks as well. Only negative is service. You need to make order on your phone via a website, where you need to add your email address and details. And service can be slow as the place can get quite busy and loud. Overall, if you’re around and hungry, go in, you won’t be disappointed with food 😊

Bensons Restaurant & Tea Rooms is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea with friends. The service is professional and friendly, and the food is delicious. They have a comprehensive selection of tea that you can buy by the bag, so it's the perfect place to take your tea-lover friend. And at only £5 for an afternoon tea with champagne specials, it's definitely worth checking out!
We got the lunch deals. A fish and chips and a beef burger. Both are delicious. Perfect for lunch. The place is full when we got there. The atmosphere was great. The service was fantastic. Three ladies served us. They are very nice to the customers. One would feel welcomed at this establishment. If given the chance i will dine here again.

Reasonable good breakfast, bad service. Service marked bad due to: no menus were provided however we seated and waited for 15 minutes, so we used phone and web site menu to choose from; ordering - few times asked waiters if we can order; first order delivered had one sandwich wrong, so while they redo one sandwich we fully finished the first one by sharing that. Recommend French melt sandwich with fried egg on top with a nice ham and cheese.
Irina R — Google review
Fabulous afternoon tea! Great service, delicious food, nothing too much trouble! Thank you so much - excellent as always! Lynn and Ian
Lynn T — Google review
Tasty and well cooked breakfasts but... Best to check the menu link provided on this page for updated prices as some of the posted photo menus on here are old. Full breakfast (1 rash of bacon, 1 sausage etc.) is now £11. If you want tea/coffee with that it's the best part of £15. Want the full monty breakfast with a drink? It's pushing £20. You may find better value elsewhere.
Martin B — Google review
We had a wonderfully delicious brunch here today to celebrate a family birthday. Friendly and attentive staff with super quick food service. The cafe is really nicely decorated and literally a stones throw from William Shakespeare's birthplace and museum so centrally located in Stratford. Highly recommended. We shall return! 🙂
Kate S — Google review
We ordered our food and drinks, the drinks came straight away, however the food took an age. Fish and chips, not what I expected, fish over cooked and fries, not chips. Fish looked like it came out of an Iceland multi pack, same as fries. The tea was unpleasant, builders tea for me is meant to be strong, this tea was anything but. However we did question this and did get it changed for a nice strong one.
Trish B — Google review
Lovely afternoon tea with lots of choice of loose leaf teas, freshly made sandwiches with salad garnish, and very good scones, jam and cream. The afternoon tea vouchers make a great gift. Staff were very helpful and friendly, despite being busy. Would definitely recommend.

No longer as good as it once was. 'All day' breakfasts now only served until late morning. Trying to pass off burger and chips as a breakfast doesn't work. Prices have increased and what we had in terms of portion size wasn't satisfactory. A shame as will not go back now.

Open every day from 10am to 4pm, this cozy café offers an enticing selection of dishes such as Paninis, soup, and the classic full English breakfast.
Ate in a lovely courtyard in the shade. Gorgeous chicken salad whilst better half had a prawn salad and gluten free roll. Beautifully presented with fresh produce and generous portions of both salad and dressings. Very prompt service and good value for money.

Great little Cafe, service was prompt and food was quick to be served, But didn't feel rushed. Food was good quality and prices weren't bad considering its Stratford town centre. I will definitely go back here next time
T P — Google review
The latte was excellent and full of flavour. I also tried a brownie which was delicious, while my partner had a scone with cream, jam, and a hot chocolate. The scone was enjoyable, but didn’t feel particularly authentic or homemade, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. Aside from that, everything else we ordered was lovely. The café has a pleasant, quaint atmosphere, and the staff were fairly friendly. I’d happily visit again, though perhaps not if I were specifically looking for a traditional cream tea.
Olly R — Google review
Specifically asked for a full English and was told they had them so we sat down, but they didn’t have black pudding. I was told English Breakfast and Full English are the same by staff who didn’t seem to care. Smoke alarm beeping every minute, asked staff and they couldn’t care less. Food was ok but my bacon tasted off. Would have been 1 star but the mocha was lovely and other customers all seemed happy
Nikki L — Google review
Delicious food and lovely cosy cafe! Despite being lunch time rush hour, the service was fast and good. The vegetable lentil soup was top-notch, definitely home made and so tasty and fresh!! The bread was lovely, soft and good quality too. Panini was hot and fresh. The waiter was very kind and patient.
Bee G — Google review
Good location within Stratford, had a cream tea which was lovely. The court yard out back is a little suntrap (there are shady areas if needed). Staff were attentative and friendly. Didn't have the breakfasts, but they did look good. All in all, nice place, good food.
Neil T — Google review
Staff were rude and actually walked away from us/the register while we were actively placing our order. Coffee and scone tasted good, though. No outside seating area when we went.
Robyn J — Google review
The lunch, a sandwich, a soup and 2 teas was expensive. The soup was bland and the although the sandwich was OK, there was a long black hair in the coleslaw. When I showed the "manager" he apologised but denied that the shop was at fault for the presence of the hair. So I asked whose fault it was and the manager was not able to provide an answer only saying it was nothing to do with Cafe 37 as he himself had mixed the coleslaw. I didn't accept this and we were offered nothing in return for the hairy coleslaw. Maybe Stratford Trading Standards will get a better answer. Certainly, the food hygiene standards are somewhat lacking. .

Really the best coffee in town. Hot chocolate was also lovely, banana bread with cinnamon butter was tasty, and barista was very friendly.

Bean smell is good while the milk taste is a bit overwhelming. Great location and good atmosphere
Michael J — Google review
Coffee is lovely. Atmosphere is bare bones, uncomfortable wooden bench furniture. Saturday morning staff (2 young girls and 1 young man) were totally disinterested in comminucating with customers. Barely responded to taking your order and zero response to pleasantries. The 2 girls in particular were more interested in gossiping and disappeared to sit in the cafe area as soon as everyone had been served. Very scruffy stairwell and upper hall to the 1 loo. Don't like the cctv inside the coffee shop looking at customers, very intrusive! On the plus side they are open early.
Helen M — Google review
Perfectly roasted smooth coffee in the heart of town.

Friendly staff with seating in and outdoors. Ordered a flat white and black americano. Both packed a punch! If you need a caffeine boost then look nowhere else. They also serve a selection of appealing cakes and treats. Will definitely be back here if again in the area.

What a stunning little find on our latest visit to Stratford. Coffees lovingly crafted with really nice blends. We had the bacon sandwiches which were delicious!! It's a real community feeling in there with regular locals and artists who go there regularly. Great conversation, brilliant service, highly recommended!!

The Boat House is a charming Thai eatery located along a picturesque riverside, offering traditional decor with wood carvings and Buddha representations. The pub provides some of the best river views and has been refurbished with reclaimed wood to honor its heritage. It features a well-stocked bar with various beverages and offers motorboats, punts, and rowing boats for exploring the river.
We’ve lived her for two years now, and never been for an evening meal…until now!!! After receiving some bad news, we decided to take a trip, over the water, and grab some food here. Thank god we finally decided to do just that… The food was one of the best meals we have had in the two years that we have been here (we have now dined everywhere!). This is the stand out performer for us!!! The service was superb! Not too intrusive, but making sure we had all that we needed. The red wine was delicious- we had the Cotes de Rhone. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. I would prefer the music to be a little louder so you can actually hear it, but I understand most can be a bit finicky about this! All in all, it was an excellent visit and we will definitely be back!! Thank you 🥰

Great position overlooking the river Avon. Welcoming and friendly reception from an efficient team. We arrived early but this was no problem. Happy to accommodate our needs so we ordered drinks and something to share before ordering our meal. The wine selection and menu had lots of choice but not over complicated. Food arrived in perfect timing and both our choices were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Great all round place to visit with comfy surroundings and a great team. Thank you 🙏

Had a really nice meal with a corporate event. The food and service was excellent. The food was beautiful and all the meals came out together, not easy for a large group. The staff were very helpful throughout and managed everything so well. The setting is wonderful. Now my favourite restaurant in Stratford.

An Absolutely Outstanding Meal at The Boat House! Wow — what an incredible experience at The Boat House in Stratford-upon-Avon! Set right by the canal, the location is stunning, but it’s the food that truly stole the show. I had the buttermilk chicken burger with extra bacon, red slaw, and rustic fries — and honestly, it was perfection. The chicken was insanely juicy with a gorgeous crispy coating, the bacon added the perfect salty crunch, and the red slaw gave it a fresh, tangy kick. The rustic fries were golden, crispy, and totally addictive — everything on the plate was spot-on. My friend had the steak with peppercorn sauce, and it looked (and tasted!) like something straight out of a top steakhouse — beautifully cooked, melt-in-the-mouth tender, and packed with flavour. You can taste how fresh and high-quality everything is, and considering the generous portions and the incredible quality, the prices are fantastic. On top of all that, the staff were absolutely incredible — so professional, friendly, and welcoming. They really made the whole experience even more special. The Boat House is an absolute must-visit — we left full, happy, and already planning our next trip back!

We ate here on Saturday bank holiday weekend. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed meal and excellent service from our waitress Jess and bar after vacating table at 8:30 for mini Guinness x 4 x twice excellent atmosphere will sure go again.

My wife and I visited for the first time last night. An amazing setting with incredible food and friendly attentive staff. My wife is coeliac and was able to have a main, dessert and gluten free lager. Highly recommend, we will definitely be visiting again.

An absolutely delicious meal - with very efficient and friendly staff, and all in a lovely location on the river! Will definitely be visiting again! Would highly recommend the King Prawn Pil Pil - the best dish I’ve had in quite a while!

The view of the S-O-A was fantastic! The food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were flavorful and juicy, and they were paired with incredible fries. The service was excellent as well; our waitress was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

The cafe has successfully struck a balance between nourishing dishes and comfort food like burgers and fries, offering plenty of gluten-free options. It's known for its eco-friendly practices and sustainable approach.
Possibly the best vegan food I've ever had. We've been multiple times & have never been disappointed. We've began planning our trips away with a detour to Stratford purely so we can come again. Make sure to leave room for cake! Huge portions and fantastic value for money. 💚

I don’t even know where to start… this place absolutely ROCKED my socks off!! 🎉 From the very first bite, I was blown away. As a vegan, I’ve tried a lot of spots, but this was next-level delicious – bursting with flavour, creative, and made with so much love. Every plate felt like a celebration – hearty, fresh, and downright addictive. I honestly wanted to stand on the table and sing about how good it was (don’t worry, I didn’t 😂). If you’ve been searching for vegan food that makes your tastebuds dance, THIS is the place. Friendly staff, amazing vibes, and food so good it’ll have you planning your next visit before you’ve even left. Run, don’t walk. Your soul (and stomach) will thank you 💚🌱✨ P.S will you guys marry me?

We popped in for brunch and enjoyed our visit. The vegan fried eggs were very good. The charcoal bread cheese and onion toastie was nice, not amazing. Cakes looked good but we didn't get to those, next time!

We walked past and decided to come back and try it at lunch time as the menu looked good, and I'm so glad we did. Huge portions, incredible recipes. It was so good, we had to come back the next day, and I'm so glad we did. Best burger I've ever eaten. I've been vegetarian forever but if I could have that burger every time I'd never need one with cheese again. I'd go vegan if they could cook all my meals As it is, I'm just resolved to try to make more vegan choices. If you're going past, whatever your dietary preference, eat there You won't regret it.

Fantastic coffees - mine just an Americano and my daughter's rose latte on pea milk which was delicious. Also decided to splash out and have some cake and so glad we did. Peanut butter and strawberry cake was amazing. Great service and friendly staff as well.

Have visited 3 times now - sitting outside twice and inside once. Varied vegan menu with GF options too (all allergens labelled) and great portion sizes. Good service!

This is a must-stop for all. The food is incredible; I have gone many times, and the quality is consistently 👌🏽 😍 🙌🏽 😋. We come just to Stratford just for this shop 🤩

Ate at the Plantarium Cafe for the first time today. I had the herbivore burger which was huge, vegan and absolutely delicious. It arrived with nachos and a beautiful salad. Portions were large and everything was packed full of flavour. My husband had the trip to Mexico wrap which was tofu again with nachos and salad. Both dishes were so tasty. Only down side I didn’t have room for a tasty slice of cake. Would highly recommend here the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in again, no photos as plates were clean before I thought about it.

Distillery
Shakespeare Distillery is a must-visit in Stratford, located at Judiths on No. 1 High Street, the former home of William Shakespeare's daughter Judith. The distillery offers an exciting Cocktail Masterclass and Rum School experience in an opulent upper floor setting. Visitors can enjoy making two different cocktails - one gin and one rum - while learning about their preparation.
A lovely welcome despite we were a little late due to Uber issues. The tour was very informative and Catherine made it humorous too. The Gins and Rum we tasted were delicious. We will be back. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant! I took my MIL for a distillery tour and tasting session and we both loved every second. Made to feel so welcome from the moment you enter. The history and information given is so interesting and perfectly put together, the session flows really well. The tastings were super informative but so much fun and the flavour pairings we were given worked so well together. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a gin tour and tasting! I think we'll be back for a gin making school session in the near future!

We did the Shakespeare Gin Distillery river cruise and would thoroughly recommend. The gin was delicious, good entertainment with the tasting and beautiful setting. Would thoroughly recommend, great value for money.

What a great afternoon! Cant fault it! Short of giving us a lift home after they’d thought of everything. My 4th gin tour (2 with the ‘big ones’) and this was the best. Learnt loads, laughed and tried 4 drinks- 2 gins, a rum and then my own choice A fantastic gift and highly recommended!
Fiona M — Google review
Booked a Gin tour at Shakespeare distillery on a Saturday afternoon. Waited in their cafe/bar area until our time slot. Great selection of drinks and snacks. Sam was our tour guide for the afternoon. Sam was so knowledgeable and engaging with all of us. We learnt so much about Gin and found all the facts and the history really interesting. The end of the tour was the tasting of the Gin. Our first shot was waiting for us when we got into the tasting room. Sam knew which Tonic complimented each of their gins. We then had our free Gin and Tonic glass to enjoy before the tour finished. Great afternoon out. Would highly recommend the tour.

The distillery tour was a gift from friends combined with a stay at Billesley Manor and we enjoyed both enormously. The tour hosts were funny, friendly and engaging and the gins and rums were delicious. Fun fact: we’ve been putting far too much tonic in our gins!!
Erica F — Google review
Wow, what a fabulous experience. Really friendly, informative and interesting. Learned a lot about how rum is made and flavoured, plus some of the history to it. The talk opened our eyes to using different mixers, rather than just cola, and the tastings were delicious. There’s no pressure to purchase from the on site shop, although we couldn’t resist. There’s a wide range of products, including gins and an amazing rum cream liqueur. We’re going to go back one day to do the ‘distillery’ experience. Would highly recommend.

We were gifted the Gin tasting tour and experience by a friend, loved the family vibes. Our hosts were brilliant, full of jokes, really enjoyed it. Best distillery tour we have been to. Gin & Rum tasted amazing!!
