one of the best moroccan couscous i have been to. Nice lunch menus. portions are generous. it is a definite repeat.

I went to Paris for a business trip with a moroccan coworker and had some time off in the evening. When I saw this restaurant on maps we of course had to go to it. I have not had any proper moroccan food before and my coworker guided me through the whole experience. The waiters are extremely friendly and hospitable. Atmosphere was a 10/10. We will be back for more tomorrow.

One of the best meals we have ever had. And the most amazing people serving us, kind, funny, understanding our silly attempts to speak poor French with such grace one couldn't imagine. Plus a beer on the house. Lamb tahine citron is something I want to eat when I go to heaven ♥️.

We had a lovely meal and even though the terrace is on a fairly busy road it is well screened off and very pleasant. Food was tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. You can tell it's a good place when it is packed with locals. Met a helpful couple who guided us to a great selection of food. 😃

Service was quick, waitress was cheerful and helpful and spoke a little English, menu has a QR code for English. Atmosphere was classy and spacious. The food was delicious!! The chicken and fried potatoes had a delicious grilled/smoky flavor. They were able and willing to cook our steak well done. The apricot tart and strawberry soup were also amazing! Portions sizes are smaller than American sizes, so we finished our meals and had room for a full dessert for each of us. Highly satisfied with our experience and would go again and recommend to others.

Great place for any group size. I was looking forward to Magret De Canard but unfortunately it was not available. Ordered the Fish & Chips instead, not nice though, not to my liking. The dessert, Hippo Banana was nice.

Overall a good experience. The food was good, cooked to our taste and with a choice of side dishes without extra cost. Service was surprisingly fast and even our waitress, Soranne, did a good job despite being brand new in her job. Hippopotamus is located in a food court which in our minds is a difficult place to create the relaxing, cozy atmosphere.

Everything looked fine at first. As we were seated we had to give the waiter the idea of changing forks an knifes. They were used. As an appetizer I ordered carpaccio. The meat was good but drenched in olive oil. The main dishes came after 35 min. The chicken my wife ordered was raw inside. After searching for a waiter we asked to replace it. Which they did. There was enough staff in the house but we still had to search for them. About 10 waiters and chefs took a break at the same time. For the prices they ask they should take better care on quality and service. Be more friendly and wait until every order is placed. Over all it wasn’t a pleasant dinner.

This place is a complete scam! The menu is misleading, the wait is excruciating, and the food is absolutely terrible. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had in Paris! We ordered the Pot-Ô-Phó (€18.90) and the Giant Banh‑Mi (€18.90). The menu says rice noodles, thinly sliced beef, pickled carrots/red onion, and spiced broth for the Pot-Ô-Phó, and crispy chicken, Maggi mayo, pickled carrot & cucumber, lettuce, and cilantro for the Banh‑Mi. After a 45-minute wait, we finally got our food. The Phở arrived in a kettle, but the soup was bland. The beef wasn’t thinly sliced at all; it was more like a thick piece of meat with a strong, organ-like flavor. There were no pickled carrots or red onion, which is what the menu said. The Banh‑Mi was even worse. It was mostly just a baguette with lettuce and mayo, filled with mushrooms, not chicken. There were no pickled carrots or cucumbers either. It didn’t even resemble a banh‑mi by any reasonable standard. For the price and the 4.5★ rating, this was a major letdown. The food was seriously disgusting. Take a look at that thick meat in the picture. “Thinly sliced beef?” It was a gross organ-like piece of flesh. The restaurant wasn’t even half full at the time, and they kept saying there were too many orders. What a joke! The food was so bad that it was disgusting. I’ve attached the menu and the dishes from the same visit for reference.

The service is good. We had veggie pad Thai and it was quite good. I like the online payment system it was quite hassle free. Though it was a bit slow.

We have ordered Beef Pho, Rice noodles, Pad thai on Saturday. The beef pho is the mildest taste of Pho we have tried, the soap is as mild as water, the beef is un-chewable, i can tell it is just boiled in water, not cooked to soft. Rice noodles, thank you for only giving us only a spoon of dressing to mix with, they must think it is enough to give the whole bowl of noodles favour. Pad thai, i would suggest you go to Costco get the frozen Pad Thai. The fried chicken with caramelised source, that is HoiSin source you can get in any Asian grocery store. The food was awful, we did not know what we were eating, just plain clean starch, thank you for keeping us fit.

The restaurant was nice and comfortable and staff courteous and friendly. Food was good, although being non beef eaters put us at a disadvantage as some of the plats where the original recipe included meat was served to us without the meat. We would have expected the beef to be replaced with some other meat that we eat (likely bird or porc). Like in one of the plats, we were served only tomatoes while my friends who eat beef were served beef. Dessert was good and the surprise element of the menu was a nice idea. Overall a good experience.

We went on 16/03/18 for dinner with reservation. They were kind to accept our small dog as well :) We chose Menu découverte and it was amazing and delicious 😋 Service also was very good, would love to return.

Food was good! Wine was good. Price is good. We went out really stuffed. The chef comes out to serve food every now and then. One thing that I didn't appreciate (and do not expect for a michelin guide restaurant) is that when one of the servers served the appetizer, I saw there was a strand of hair and the server tried pushing it off the plate by poking her finger on the plate, and instead of apologizing she just said "oh, that's not hair, that's just from the coffee beans". I guess she realized it was hair, so she grabbed the plate and didn't say anything, didn't apologize, nothing. Just ran off with the plate. She gave us a new one, but still... I think it would have been nice to say something.

Great hidden place for a summer meal in the street/terrace/garden tables. Mainly for pizza or pasta but other options available. Good selection of wine. I tried the arribiata and was great and mye friend ordered the pizza 4 formaggio and was plenty of cheese as it should. Would come back but not too frequent as on the expensive side. Pasta + glass of wine + coffee = 27eur for lunch. Was a bit too much

Disastrous experience ! The waiters do not respect the COVID-19 regulations, wear their masks on their chin and not their face ! The waiters are not polite at all, don't speak english and laugh at your french behind your back while speaking together. It seems that you are treated depending on your relationship with the different waiters. If you are a friend you are treated as a good customer, if not you are treated as a perfect stranger. Sincerely you shall not go eating there, there are loads of good italien restaurant in Puteaux, with fresh and italien meals. We ate a burrata with tomatoes that looked like a Burrata from Carrefour and not from a real Italian grocery. The only positive aspect is the localisation of the restaurant.

The restaurant is good ; this comment is destined to the bar of the Pullman hotel. Went there around 11pm with colleagues staying there, when the bar was supposed to close at midnight and we were received very poorly by the man behind the bar. Extremely disrespectful and speaking to clients like they are idiots - never a worse hospitality ever. Was very clear that he did not want to serve us and prompted us to come back next day for breakfast. Treated like scum for a late drink when you pay that kind of money for a room is just unacceptable.

Excellent food and service. The presentation of oysters with leek was very unusual but tasted amazing. Salmon with gnocchi was very good. The menu is in French but the waitress patiently explained what was on offered to us in English. It is worth the journey out from the centre of Paris.

For us ( a family of 3 people) it was a first trip to a Michelin rated place. So everything was quite a surprise - beginning from gorgeous taste of cyder and wine, ending with rich and subtle and the same time desserts. All the courses were interesting, amazingly looking, deep in taste. We definately try to come again!

The food and wine was amazing! Being English speaking we struggled a bit to understand what to order as everything was in French and our French is a very rounded zero...so the chef who could speak English was very kind and explained the menu. The waitress was lovely but couldn't help us out with our language barrier which didn't matter anyway as everything was superb. Very good! Top marks! If I'll ever happen to be in this area again, I shall visit this place for sure!

We came with my husband to enjoy a tea "gourmand" and frozen yogurt. It was very good and enjoyed the fruits. Though the staff was quite odd and rude the entire experience. It did taint a bit the experience which is a same because I like the brand but didn't like my moment there. The place is well located in the mall next to the cinema. So you can enjoy food or just a snack.

I visited this restaurant in November and was not disappointed. The Caesar salad was delicious, I came back the next week to have one again. My mother and I love Caesar salad and this one is totally validated! The tartin was also very good and not very sweet. The staff was very nice ! I haven't tasted any other dishes yet but I enjoy this restaurant.

Le Zinc Zinc is just a wonderful restaurant. I have been eating at this place for over three years. The staff remember me, they are friendly, professional, and always knowledgable. I have eaten many different items and courses over the years, and everything is good. The chef and kitchen staff work hard to make the meals tasty, well plated, and interesting. The "Menu du Jour" and Burgers are my favorites as they just fill me up. The wine and drink menu is also on point. However, the best one for me is the Expresso martini. The barista is fantastic as well as all the wait staff. I would not hesitate to bring business here to have a good meal that is not just delicious but a memorable experience in every way!

We visited here whilst staying on a business trip and the place was packed. We had reserved a table so despite it being busy, were seated right away. I opted for the steak entrecote. As a huge fan of steak, I was looking​ forward to the meal, however was disappointed. The steak was quite fatty and lacked any sort of taste, despite being heavily seasoned. The fries it was served with were hot but soggy. Not worth the money as there must be much better places to eat in the area!

Tasty food, served generously, the carte is not large, but everyone will find something. I had to wait for the waiter and then wait for the food. When it comes to pay one should go inside. Kind of weird. The location is obviously aimed at business people working around.

Nice "appéro plates" and wine OK (choice of beers- apart from an IPA- rather basic) but food is good and especially an great after work atmosphere. Service overall nice, Ibrahim peaks out. Located on the 1st Floor in Melia la Defense. This restaurant space hosts the hotels breakfast in the morning as well as caters to lunch and dinner for guests and patrons alike. Their breakfast can never dissapoint and while i partake of dinner their i was not satisfied with my experience. Nevertheless i gave 5 stsrs because it was one of my best experiences at a hotel restaurant establishement.

Good selection from the general French cuisine, variety of fish, selection of burger, the good old tartares (salmon I had) and of course: pour all down with a red Bordeaux wine. The service is above average, witty, equally friendly towards everyone. Maybe even friendlier to expats. If you are here in Puteaux for longer, try it as third - recommended.

After long time I went to Vapiano and surprisingly this time taste of pasta and pizza was good and fresh. Seems they have improved on quality recently however in general cleanliness of dinning area wasn't good.

The restaurant&vibe is cool. The pizza is below average standard but that’s fine. The problem is that we had to wait for almost one hour for a pizza. This is not acceptable. Though their ordering and payment system is quite efficient but if the kitchen cannot get the order on time, then it’s better to switch to traditional order system.

Alright place. A colleague brought me there last week and had a bento plus maki sushi. All good, nothing bad to say and the friendly guy at the counter was nice and quick. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive, i guess its the fact of being at la defense

Loved this Moroccan restaurant around the corner from my ABnB. As authentic as I had in Morocco. I ate the Brick Fromage for a starter and then the Chicken Tangine with Lemon and olive. Delicious.

Honestly did not even get to the point of ordering the food as I saw a mouse running around on the floor (pics and video attached) the funny part is the waitress discarded it as it's just a poor ratatouille and nothing more.... We live in Puteaux first of all. The pho is 10 eur while half size of what you can get in any other restaurant in Puteaux or Suresnes. We finished the entire bowl in less than 5 min. We gave the feedback to the lady in charge, she replied she thinks it’s the cheaper than others so can be less (but come on it’s almost HALF quantity less than others as well) As customer, I don’t mind paying 1-2 eur more to have a proper environment and a proper quantity of serving, and a better service level. But the lady said she doesn’t think so with arrogant tone. We won’t go there again. There’s red lagon 92 and An Viet or Red dragon around we recommend . all of them are not expensive but with much better service, quantity and food. Btw the heater was not even on in this crazy winter . ( and other asian restaurants has the courtesy to welcome customers with a warm bright environment)

Great value for money for the pizzas (we ordered takeaway, so got one plus one on medium pizzas). I specially loved the Algerian chicken pizza, such a novel taste! Usually this is a busy place for dine in. As it's a busy area so it's normal to be busy in the Lunch time . I took the César Salad , it was good but the chicken and the Bread toast is very hard not that much moist. The restaurant is some kind hidden gems in La Defense, there is nothing like this in this area. Their mini pizza is one of their best. We loved them. Their appetiser and apéro food choice was a lot and pretty nice. My plate came kinda late, they had had some miscommunication it seems. But overall it’s all good. We had great service from Quentin and Salif.

Everything was well intended but sadly very lacking. The onion soup was warm and tasteless and not gratinee. The snails were a disaster, the salade gourmande was an enormous pile of inedible slop. Presentation was awful. The servers appeared to be the sons, and though very personable were pretty useless. The wine needed to be decanted but wasn’t. I am sure a lot of folks writing reviews are nice about their experience only because it is a small family business that is obviously floundering. But I think I can be of more help to the owners by telling them the truth. It’s not good and they need to rethink totally what they are doing before the business collapses.

This restaurant marked our visit to Paris. It was very close to our Airbnb and we went in for a dinner with little expectations. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and went above and beyod to accommodate us. They translated the entire menu for us, gave us their opinions, recommended range of wines and even offered free meals if we didn't like them! Of course the food topped our experience, and was the best tasting during our short 4 day visit to Paris. This is a fantastic little restaurant just a few minutes from La Defense. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The herring starter was fabulous, and my main course of hanger steak was great too. The crème brulee is probably one of the best I've ever had - the crust was thin and crisp and the crème unctuous and rich. All topped off with a good coffee. Excellent value for great quality food. Would heartily recommend

I love HD Diner - I’ve been to three other locations several times and the service is always great and the decor straight out of Happy Days (but more colorful!). This location, however, was quite disappointing. Located in La Défense’s Westfield mall, I had received a birthday voucher via my Westfield loyalty account for a free milkshake. Right from the start, the waitress was annoyed that I had come in for a free drink. Then she got annoyed because the voucher was not dated. I told her I had received it on July 8 and that it wasn’t my problem they hadn’t date-stamped it. So, I ordered my milkshake. This is a charming little place in the 16th just steps away from the Seine and not far from the Eiffel Tower. Not their fault, but it was a blazing hot day. Everything was very good. The service was efficient, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere is delightful. The prices might’ve been a little high for the value, but it was certainly a nice experience. We especially liked our ice cream and sorbet for dessert. It came in handy when the temperatures are over 33C!

Really great food. Steak done to perfection. Excellent potato gratin. Only downfall for us was the music which was bad 70/80’s American. But that may just be me. Some French jazz would have been lovely in that lovely setting.
