Haute French restaurant
De Lauzun is a restaurant located within a vineyard estate in Pezenas, offering a contemporary setting of stone, wood, and copper to showcase the chef's fine and flavorful southern cuisine. Chef Matthieu De Lauzun draws inspiration from his childhood memories and travel experiences to create dishes with bold flavors. The restaurant seamlessly blends the area's winemaking heritage with modernity.
An excellent experience from start to finish. Amazing food made of local ingredients complemented by (primarily) local wines. Nice and attentive staff and all that on a really beautiful estate. Absolute recommendation.
Arno S — Google review
A memorable gastronomical experience! Exceptional cuisine, the local ingredients, the presentation, the texture, the combination of flavours. We had the 7 course menu with the wine pairing (mostly local wines), strongly recommended. Very nice and attentive stuff, beautiful environment. An excellent experience from start to finish. Well worth the Michelin star. Absolute recommendation. Do not miss when visiting Languedoc!
Katerina C — Google review
Exceptional cuisine served with meticulous attention to every detail in a breathtaking atmosphere. The Michelin star is apparent in all aspects of the five-couse menu, offering flavors, textures, and combinations that will leave you enchanted. The top notch presentation and service elevates the experience. This restaurant is a must if you're in and around the region.
Nicole — Google review
Definitely the best fine dining restaurant in the area. Excellent performance in food, service, drinks, venue and general experience. Food - It is a set surprise menu. both my partner and I found some dishes less appealing at first, because they contained ingredients that we generally don’t like, but after tasting the dishes we found them all good, or great, or simply “wow”. We really enjoyed every dish on the surprise menu, which is not common. Compliments to the chef! Drinks - a very extensive and impressive wine list, some wines from the house next door. Great house aperitif. The sommelier seemed a bit less acquainted with the digestives, but the choice was more than adequate. Service - definitely meets the expectations for a star restaurant. Friendly, attentive and helpful , yet not overwhelming. Elegant and graceful. Only one waiter spoke English, but it was sufficient. Venue - very chic combination of old walls with modern lighting and nice designs. Attention to details, like providing the ladies with a stool/table to put their bags. Beautiful plates and cutlery (changed after every course, naturally). Excellent toilet/lounge areas. Overall, after trying 3 star restaurants in the area, this is definitely my choice.
Urszula S — Google review
When you book a table at a Michelin Star restaurant there will always be expectations, probably higher than normally. The question is will the restaurant deliver? De Lauzun did meet and exceeded my expectations. The place is nicely decorated in an old refurbished building. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the 5 course menu, which was a good choice as it turned out. Food was excellent, beautifully presented, with lots of different flavours. Wine paring outstanding and they offer a special deal if you drive. We will definitely come back! Thank you for an excellent evening.
Rutger W — Google review
The food, the drinks, the service were exceptional!!
Anja O — Google review
One of my all time favourite restaurants. The food is truly magnificent, the service is wonderful and the place is beautiful. We had the five course tasting menu and there was not one thing that wasn’t a true taste sensation. Thank you to the Chef and his team for the most memorable evening of 2022.
Tilly M — Google review
The restaurant did not meet its Michelin standard. The presentation was excellent but the quality of my veal was not to the same standard and my wife found a long blond hair in her desert. This is our second visit and was overall disappointing for the price.

(Translated by Google) Hello everyone, Third time at this bistro. Beautiful dishes, pleasant atmosphere. Prices in line with the quality of the products. Fast service. Kindness of the staff (even when going to the restroom, the person at the sink station wishes you goodnight!). The only negative point: From the table for 4 on the right as you enter, you can see through the French window the shed with the empty crates of drinks!! It's a detail that somewhat detracts from the quality of the place.

Prieuré de Saint Jean de Bébian is a historic wine estate located in Pézenas, at the heart of Languedoc's viticultural history. The property offers a high-quality restaurant and comfortable hotel accommodations. Visitors can enjoy courteous service and exhaustive wine tastings, including limited production vintages dating back to 1152. The estate's impressive building adds to the overall experience, although some visitors have noted that prices have increased in recent years.

Great wine, very impressive building, well worth the visit. Didn't go to the restaurant but it looks very good. Felt a little rushed during the tasting and not as welcoming as last time I visited. Try a posh outfit, maybe you will get more attention.

(Translated by Google) Tasting the coast at the Hôtel des Lys, single-plot Syrah. What a disappointment, a stable nose (nothing else) that won't dissipate despite aeration, on the palate it's hardly better: animality and a slightly sparkling side that overwhelm everything. We can call ourselves natural, but when we have neither the terroir nor the varietal on a wine that comes out at this price, whether at the estate or in the restaurant, for me it's bordering on unacceptable, especially when it spoils such a good meal.

Restaurant Pré Saint Jean offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with attentive and friendly service. The lunch menu is highly recommended, featuring delicious options such as quail and swordfish tartare for starters, followed by delectable main courses like veal fillet and scallop fricassee. The staff is accommodating to dietary restrictions, providing non-dairy options and English menus for non-French speakers. Guests can also enjoy a variety of wines to complement their meals.
I stumbled across this restaurant and WOW - what a gem! I was by myself and they pleasantly accommodated me walking in. From the start, the service was extremely welcoming and warm. My non-dairy restriction was accommodated and they have English menus available for those who don’t speak French. The lunch menu is fantastic, and I had a starter, main and desert plus 1 lemonade which came to €35. An absolute bargain! The food is 10/10 —seriously kudos to the chef. My taste buds were alight after the first bite of the mini side dish they brought out. The mussels were so good and I fell in love with the sorbet and strawberries, that were catered to me as non-dairy. I wasn’t rushed even though I came close-ish to closing time. There was air conditioning inside, which I greatly appreciated because it was fairly warm outside. The staff were impeccable, not over bearing, polite, warm and making sure I was satisfied with each dish. I definitely will be back and highly recommend to any tourists or locals in the area who have yet to visit. I’m so happy I stumbled across this restaurant!

This restaurant is very worthy of it's bib gourmand Michelin certificate! We had an amazing 3 course menu (excluding a first course every table got from the house) for just 40 euros per menu. The kitchen even made one fully vegetarian menu for me (which was not on the menu), and it was delicious. And the service is great too! If you like a good dinner, definitely visit Pré Saint Jean when in Pezenas, you won't regret it!
Sam V — Google review
Excellent meal. The food was interesting and the recipes intelligent, and everything was cooked superbly - in particular the mussels were outstanding. And the prices were extremely reasonable across the board. Nice relaxed atmosphere too, considering the quality of the food.

Nestled just a stone's throw from the heart of Pézenas, MAISON CONTI is a charming traditional restaurant that promises an unforgettable dining experience. Open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, with extended hours on Saturdays during July and August, this delightful eatery specializes in homemade dishes crafted from fresh ingredients. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very delicious and creative food. Accommodating of any diet. And allowed us to bring our own bottle of wine, charging 10 Euro corkage! Great experience all around.

Great place to eat! Nice people, great food!!! Absolutely 5 stars!!
Ida W — Google review
My wife and I visited the Masion Conti restaurant in Pezenas as it had glowing reviews, I honestly don't know what happened when we ate there? The service was terribly slow, we waited for 70 minutes to get our main course. There was no apology about the length of the wait, I had the veal and my wife the sea bream. The veal was bland and tasteless, the sea bream was under cooked and my wife felt un safe eating it, when the waitress came to collect the plates, she made a comment about the fish needing to be more cooking. But after taking the dish back to the kitchen came back and told us it was two colour fish and it was cooked properly. It clearly wasn't, around the edges of the fish was white and the centre pink, it was clearly under cooked. What got us was that the restaurant was not even full, the outside tables were taken but there were around 6 empty tables inside. God knows what the service would have been like if it was fully booked. I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future. A decent restaurant would accept it's failings and acknowledge them, I am sure there will be some backlash from the restaurant but my review is honest and from the heart, sorry.
Simon F — Google review
A small restaurant just a few steps away from the centre with a great menu choice and super friendly owners who take care of everything themselves. Very knowledgeable about the local wines available from their list and guided us to a superb bottle that suited our taste. A restaurant to seek out when in Pezenas

Restaurant Chez Paul, nestled in the beautiful Hérault department, is a delightful spot for food lovers. This traditional eatery prides itself on serving homemade dishes crafted from fresh ingredients. With a menu that features everything from succulent burgers to delectable seafood and shellfish, there's something to satisfy every palate. The inviting terrace offers a perfect setting for enjoying meals al fresco, making it an ideal choice whether you're dining solo or with a group. Plus, furry friends are welcome here!
The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff were very accommodating, I always try hard to speak French as best I can and they helped us out so much and so politely. For us, we found the chips over-cooked but appreciate this is a different way of doing it than in the uk and I had the truffle linguine which was nice but I just wished I’d had the salmon like my mum did.
Lisa C — Google review
Very popular, typical French eatery in Pezenas. Advisable to book which was simple using Google. We loved the red house wine we were served; in a half litre bottle so ideal for drivers! (as we were on a road trip). Great charcuterie plate, lovely bread & excellent homemade burgers & fries. The green salad I ordered never arrived; neither did the ketchup & mayo we were offered, so can only give 4 stars for service. But the staff were super nice & friendly & our dog was welcome.

This is a really nice place in the centre of Pézenas with a shady courtyard in the warmer weather but a cosy and atmospheric interior in the autumn /winter. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent food with a varied menu….lots of choice. Formidable !

We always enjoy eating at Chez Paul. On our first visit it was so busy we ate at the bar and had the four courses on one plate which was very creative and delicious. Last night we took our two daughters and ate in the courtyard which is beautiful. We ate from the a la carte menu and enjoyed all our courses. The wine list is also superb. Great people, great ambience and great food & wine. Thoroughly recommend.

A fabulous restaurant in Pézenas which is under new management since May 2024. Both the service and the food were excellent . I had the lunch menu, but I’ll definitely be going back very soon with friends and family. The sea bass melted on the tongue and the café gourmand was probably the best I’ve ever had.

As always a fabulous evening with the wonderful staff and amazing food. It’s a super idea to have the set menu where you can choose who many courses you’d like to enjoy. You aren’t rushed and you can decide if you’ll cheese or and dessert. The cheese selection is very good and I’d always let them recommend the cheese plate and the wine was also exceptional. Very good value for money.

We visied the restaurant on 30/12/23. It is a nicely decorated restaurant with interesting art on the walls. The restaurant was really busy and the two servers worked really hard, the food was good and we were delighted to have a vegetarian option. Mainly a garden of vegetables but beautifully presented and satisfactory for the vegetarian in our group. Public parking close by. Recommended if visiting Pezenas which is a pretty tourist town.
Allison C — Google review
We had the fixed price lunch menu. The food was great and the price was fine (€28). Friendly and efficient service and a nice upmarket atmosphere. Better than the touristy places you see a lot of in the town. We ate in the pretty terrace area.

Good food, classy atmosphere, but limited menu selection. They were short staffed when we arrived, but they were very pleasant. The chef's son stepped in to help out and so we never noticed.

Visited on a Saturday evening, ordered the prix fix menu for €29. Food was good and interesting, wine was great. Only downside were elements of the service, although very polite and attentive it was rushed at times with the starter arriving before we had completely finished the entrée and the bill arriving without being asked for and no coffee offered. Food 4 stars, service 3 stars.

Le Vieux Coq is a charming bar located in the heart of Pézenas, offering a delightful dining experience amidst a vibrant atmosphere. While some may find the prices on the higher side, likely catering to tourists, many guests rave about the quality of food and service. Diners have enjoyed well-prepared dishes like tender beef fillet and flavorful lamb chops, complemented by an impressive selection of house wines that leave a lasting impression.
My wife and I had the set menu, the service was good and the food came quickly. Very nice friendly staff, the food was excellent, it was nice to have tasty well cooked food. I had the pork and my wife the salmon for our mains. We had Panna cotta and pineapple carpaccio for dessert which were both stunning. We sat outside on a temporary seating area, which I think might just be due to the festival and the setting/atmosphere was lovely.

Very nice food, beautifully laid out and the kitchen really made something special of the vegetables. The beef fillet was very tender and juicy. Our tableguy was lots of fun, he ran the whole place alone!! Lots of humour and pleasant attention. All at a beautiful spot in Pézenas.

Meat that was supposed to be rare came slightly warm to the touch and cold on the inside. Sent it back and it came back well done. Did not finish meal and they were not willing to compromise on the price for a piece of meat that was not edible. In the end they made a mistake on the bill and asked us to pay the remaining 5 euro but would not accept a card because the amount was too low. Definitely do not recommend.

Garden setting and good cooking . We have visited in June and July 2024 for lunch and both times were more than pleased . Someone in the kitchen really knows their stuff and you get a well cooked straightforward French meal . We plan to visit again whenever we are in Pézenas

Nestled in the charming streets of Pézenas, L'Assiette d'Anatole is a delightful restaurant that captures the essence of traditional French cuisine. Open from May to October on Tuesdays through Saturdays for both lunch and dinner, and with a cozy winter schedule, this eatery prides itself on serving homemade dishes crafted from fresh ingredients.
Remarkably good! Small unassuming little restaurant with tables on a quiet shady street. The on line booking process was easy and showed all the menu options. The actual food was absolutely delicious, good portions well presented by friendly staff. From my perspective it was real gastronomy but at very reasonable prices. The wine ‘en pichet’ was great value. I’m only in pezenas 2 nights and would have definitely eaten here again were they not shut on Sunday. Many thanks for a great experience!

Small very pleasant restaurant. The food is traditional but still manages to surprise. ( Pastry with boudin noir and asparagus in it. The best feature is the grill. My wife had quail and I had a perfectly cooked bass. Good value

Charming bistrot on a cute street. The oysters were amazing! Set menu was a good price. Sadly the chocolate fondant wasn’t soft. Delightful service!
Jessica G — Google review
Lovely atmosphere, simple well cooked food with efficient and friendly service. We had walked along this seemingly quiet street when everything was closed earlier, but in the evening it's bustling but not as crowded as the centre historique is. Great value too.
Anne P — Google review
If you ever wanted to explore what French cuisine means, this is the place to be. The food is simple and yet exquisite. The atmosphere as well as the service is top notch. You can enjoy amazing seafood straight from the tank and directly cooked on the wood fire. And yet, this is extremely affordable (18 euros for a week lunch for one). Forget about the expensive French cuisine you see in movies, THIS is the quintessence of French cuisine, simple, tasty, with a bit of "je ne sais quoi". I rarely review restaurants but this place took me by surprise and I simply cannot say a word. I'll come back!
Jean-Philippe C — Google review
We had the chicken and the offal sausage. Service and atmosphere were great, but the food was very disappointing. The sweet potato mash served with the chicken was almost completely bland. Thankfully, there was a small spoonful of spiced butter to accompany the very disappointing chicken skewer. No garnish, apart from a single cherry tomato. For a place rated 4.7 on Google in a region full of amazing produce, this was, to put it nicely, very underwhelming. The kitchen has some serious work to do before we return. For the record, the ketchup in the photo was added by me.
Gjermund — Google review
we were recommended to try this simple little restaurant, located in a delightful street, with outdoor tables as well as indoor. the service was terrific, the owner checked on us several times and our severer moved in and out of French, English and had some German as well!! The food was nicely presented, and had wonderful flavour, and creative combinations paired with classic fresh produce, fish and meats.

Nestled in the heart of Pézenas, Le Jardin is a charming restaurant that invites you to indulge in its delightful homemade French cuisine. Open from 9:30 AM to 7 PM Tuesday through Sunday, and extending hours during the summer months, this eatery boasts a lovely terrace where you can soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. With an emphasis on fresh ingredients and traditional recipes, guests rave about dishes like lamb shank and savory crepes filled with bacon and eggs.
Such a lovely spot with very friendly and welcoming staff. We were looking for 'brunch' rather than lunch in this small french town and couldn't have been happier with our delicious galette de petit dejuener ( bacon, egg, cheese crepe). Aperol spritzes excellent too. Would go back .

My favourite place in Pezenas. Food is amazing, especially the lamb shank and the deserts are a must have. The staff David, Mia and Melanie are great fun and could not be more helpful. We would highly recommend a visit to this great restaurant and we will keep coming back, and would recommend you do the same.

Not sure why other reviews are lower. Service was great and we loved the terrace. We both had a savoury crepe with egg, bacon that was perfect as we were looking for something for a late breakfast. Aperol spritz's were also spot on.

Great food, perfect position in the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nick D — Google review
3* is probably a bit generous, as the food was definitely 2* or less, but the location is great, there was a cool orange tree right by our table, and our waiter gave us very good service. My father had an omelette with duck in it, and the duck was not cooked and very chewy. However he picked it out and asked them to cook it which they did - a quick stir fry. I had a galette Provencal, which was average-to-poor, with a very thin, slightly overcooked crêpe, should have had pesto which it didn't, just huge amounts of garlic. My daughter's tagliatelle carbonara was also average-to-poor, she said mine is better :) The desserts may be better from those I saw going past.
Stella J — Google review
Tourist trap that does not like tourists… Crepes that can only be ordered as deserts? Without having anything else suitable for kids on the menu. You must be kidding… too bad, because the location is beautiful. The spot deserves better.

Unfortunately, the main course was terrible. We ordered a chopped tomato and goat cheese salad as a starter, and it was tasty. Then, we waited and waited for the main course. After 30 minutes, we asked the server when it would come, and she quickly replied, "Cela arrive," It will arrive. Fifteen minutes later, it arrived, everything cold, including a cold filet mignon and overcooked vegetables. It was like the food sat in the kitchen for a long time. (Translated by Google) A beautiful place with stone vaulted rooms. A great atmosphere (a jazz band was playing when we visited), a slightly bohemian crowd, but no discrimination, contrary to what some malicious comments say. Pleasant service provided with a smile and good humor (no server pulled a face). Very good empanadas served with a very nice English accent (thanks to the Thienette couple!). The prices are reasonable, perhaps a little expensive, but this is more than compensated for by the evening we spent in a musical atmosphere worthy of a music bar in a major city. Tip: come early enough to secure a seat. A little extra that would be appreciated: A website for menus, music programming, etc. (Already in the works, perhaps???) Bravo to the whole team for this friendly and original place. The wine list is carefully curated and highlights our local winemakers, the same goes for the beers. The service is always impeccable and warm. The layout of the place (beautifully renovated, by the way) allows you to meet up with friends, but also has small, more discreet corners for a moment alone or even a large vaulted cellar ideal for families with children who can play in complete safety. In short, this place has been designed for everyone and we always feel very (too) good there. The right mix towards culinary succes! Welcome was friendly and although we had no reservation and the place looked full we were seated within 5 minutes from entering Interior decoration seems to be related to the world of boxing, seating arrangements are simple but it suits the overall ambiance From the set menu we selected the chef salad, rabbit pate, beef steak and pork cheeks and for dessert a creme brulee and tarte tatin. All food was delicious (really compliments to the executive chef for the quality of meat....extremely tender and perfectly cooked!) and served at the right temperature (not always the case these days) Will definitely return when again in Pezenas and a venue highly recommended to those after a great straight forward local cuisine culinary experience at amazing value for money

This restaurant is a hidden gem! If you want some real traditional French cuisine, this is the place! Went with my family for lunch, everyone loved it. As a starter I had the rabbit terrine with caramelized shallots… DELICIOUS!! As a second corse I had the roasted deboned quail… AMAZING. Wife had the beef cheeks and they were to die for… Lunch menu goes for 14€ for the two courses. You can’t get any better value than this. The owner loves boxing, don’t mess with him :) Merci beaucoup Hansi!
Maxime F — Google review
Food was decent nothing special unfortunately the rudeness of the owner made the experience very disagreeable. I came with two children and was insulted on the way out that they had made a mess (unjustified given there were maybe 2 chips on the floor at most) genuinely wouldn’t recommend on that basis unless you don’t mind if someone is openly rude throughout the experience. The owner also openly berates his staff in public which again shows a lack of good leadership/management.

Returned after five years, greeted by the chef proprietor as if we had only been away a week . Food was Just as amazing as we remembered. Little touches added by the proprietor made it all very special. French bistro cuisine at its very best and remarkably affordable. The only change is many more customers making booking now essential.

Good food, good service and good value. The chef clearly knows what he is doing and our meal (midi 20€ menu was exceptional). It’s nice to find some where that does a pichet of wine at a fair price. Everything was just right for us and presented as if it was prepared especially for you. The nougat glacé was one of the best we have had. The serving staff were very attentive, water and bread topped up without having to ask. A no frills ambiance but highly recommended. The restaurant was full by 12.30!

Looking for somewhere special to enjoy a great meal in a town you don't know can be daunting. If it's a group and the responsibility is yours to make the decision, you do not want to get it wrong. If that describes your situation then "L' atelier" is the perfect choice for you. We are a family of three couples who have just enjoyed an amazing lunch. We made a reservation and were warmly greeted on our arrival by Joanna. Throughout our entire visit Joanna was the most attentive of hosts. She clearly is very experienced knowing when to help and how to recommend without being overly intrusive. We never felt neglected at any point during our visit. She was very patient as she explained the menu to us dignifying all of our questions no matter how simple they may have been. As a family we enjoyed a special time together looked after by a warm and knowledgeable host where we were served a delicious meal. What more could you ask for?? Thank you Joanna and Daniel. When we are next in Pezanas the decision where to enjoy a special meal will be so easy. See you then!!

L’ atelier was superb! A innovative menu and an English speaking server who interpreted it for us. We only spent part of a day in Pezenas and it is a delightful city. But the highlight was the meal we enjoyed at L’ atelier. Many Thanks!

I think the food promises more than it actually is. Menu looks good but food is a little underwhelming (though still okay) and portions are quite small but still rather expensive. Manager does a fairly good job of taking orders and being cheerful.

La Cour Pavée is a delightful creperie that truly captures the essence of Breton cuisine. Guests rave about the unique, crunchy pancakes that stand out from the typical soft varieties found elsewhere. The generous fillings are a highlight, with options like andouille de guemenee sausage and scallops, making for an appetizing experience. The charming atmosphere both inside and outside adds to its appeal, while being dog-friendly year-round makes it even more inviting for pet owners.
My first visit was 2016. It's still the same amazing Galettes that melt in my mouth, great atmosphere and desert crepes another world. I have visited every year since. A must visit in Pezenas Lesley from Australia 🦘🌏

The food took one hour to get. Some other guests arrived after we placed our order but managed to get their dinner before us even though we ordered the same food. Thumbs up for the galette though, very tasty with thyme, honey and chèvre. Good selection of Belgian beers (on bottle) and an impressive list of cider.

A real Breton-style crêperie, with all the right specialty ingredients: andouille de guémenée sausage, scallops, black flour galettes, salted caramel, artisan cider, etc. Stunning setting inside and out, also dog friendly year round which we love. Especially nice if you fancy a change from the usual Mediterranean cuisine, but feels authentically northern French.

Charming interior. The kind hostess took pity on me and graciously agreed to seat me at 1:25 pm. I think she could see how very hungry I was and that it was unlikely I’d find another spot to eat. The food was very tasty. I had a crepe galette with egg, cheese and spinach inside. Cost was reasonable. THANK YOU!!

A very nice restaurant with really good food. They had both cheaper and more expensive options which was really good.

We have eaten here a few times before. It's good food. We specifically came to Pézenas today to eat here...only this time brought our 15 month old son. Upon entering the half empty restaurant, both my wife and I acknowledged the eyeroll from the waitress upon seeing the pram.  She immediately said that they don't have a high chair or anything for kids (before we had even said a word).  Living round here, we're quite used to that, and our boy can eat in his pram, so we agreed to continue trying to get fed. Now the staring around the half empty restaurant starts...looking at where she could possibly accommodate us. Clearly hoping for us to eventually just melt away...but no...we wanted the galette... we'd come all this way! Finally, stuffing us next to the front door, we settled in, and we got a menu. Then, a second menu. It's looking good for that galette complete! While getting the boys lunch out his bag, he grabbed my menu off the table....can you imagine such a thing?  I let him keep it, it's only a laminated A4 booklet I thought. Quick as a whippet and as of from nowhere (I reckon she was hiding in the cupboard behind me) a small and grumpy, yet very agile lady whisked passed our table violently ripping the menu out of my boys hands, while muttering obscenities under her breath (yes, we speak french) and scuttling away to from wherever she came from. It was a very odd and surreal moment. It's clear at this point we're not welcome...pretty shocked we decide to get up and leave and spend our money elsewhere. Now, nothing major happened here, just incredible rudeness and cold service. I have run bars and restaurants my entire life. I know kids can be a pain...but it's part of life. Today's performance was some 'fawlty towers esque' behaviour. This restaurant might as well have a no kids allowed sign on the door. I realise the irony that by writing this review, I'm helping them keep families out...but they really do deserve the one-star quand même!

La Ripaille is a charming restaurant that offers an authentic dining experience in a picturesque setting. With its delightful courtyard, guests can enjoy al fresco meals under the stars, creating a magical atmosphere reminiscent of a fairytale village. The menu is concise yet impressive, featuring fresh dishes like codfish and scallops paired with lovely salads. While the frites may not have been crispy enough for some, the overall quality of food shines through.
Excellent, well presented food. Perfect service. Loved being able to choose wine from off the shelf.

Amazing restaurant - a hidden gem sort of place that doesn't look out of the ordinary for Pezenas, but the food was so delicious. Service was attentive and friendly as well, our waiter was funny and helpful and made us feel at ease, speaking fantastic English. The prices are very reasonable given the quality - I highly recommend the burger and Poke "veggie" bowl.

We hadn't been to this place on years on which time it has expanded and been refurbished. It has outdoor (courtyard) and indoor dining options and has a nice feel to the place. Lovely experience for lunch. Roquefort salad and the scallops and salmon were both excellent choices for lunch. Very friendly service, attentive and the lady serving us spoke good English and was very friendly with our daughter. Arrived after long journey from UK. Booking was 8.45 but they didn't seat us till 25 minutes later. Sat on chair, which collapsed - broken chair leg ( I am 70 years old but not overweight). Considerable pain but no sympathy and not even offered a drink on the house. Food indifferent - many many chips but not much else. Won't go again

One of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. Ordered the poke bowl, and to my surprise and disappointment- got a small mix of salad greens, tomatoes, melon , falafel, guacamole , hummus, and bread. Falafel was dry and dense, guacamole was bland and unseasoned. Not even close to a real poke bowl. Worse still, half the dish was identical to the starter salad I’d just had. Flavors didn’t work together at all. Pairing falafel with watermelon made no sense. Just a random pile of ingredients. Sad to see vegetarian food treated like this in 2025. This was not a main dish, it wasn’t even a good salad.

If, like us, you prefer a quality eatery, slightly away from the packed & touristy town centre, then this is the place for you. Peaceful and calm in a side street just off the central parking area of Pezenas, with a charming shaded terrace. The staff were welcoming & friendly. The food was really excellent; I had a smoked duck breast salad followed by a fish of the day; sea bass (to die for). Simon had gratinated mussels followed by a delectable squid risotto. All washed down with an excellent French red from the locale. And plenty of Perrier obvs. Mikey the dog was welcomed and provided with water. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We visited this beautiful restaurant on Thursday 18th August for dinner. The staff are very friendly and the food and wine was amazing. I would have to say that this was the nicest meal I have ever had, and very reasonably priced ! A MUST visit if you are in Pezenas

Really…really good. The service, wine, food was very good. I had the Moules gratinée then the duck for main, then poached pear in caramel for dessert… and having tried similar dishes in Pezenas for the previous year I’d say this was the best I’d had. Staff were also lovely, very much a hidden (in plain sight) gem. They also catered at very short notice to my partner who is vegan, which was very much appreciated and meant the family could eat together before people left town. Would recommend!

This hotel is an great location close to the town, our third stay here. As it is an ideal location to explore this area of France, 5 minutes walk to local bars and restaurants, and a little further for the shops and lively market place - there was a Saturday market when I visited. Only half-an-hour to Meze on the coast.

This property suited my requirements exactly We loved everything about this hotel, from the outside to the inside. It was absolutely beautiful. The two bed rooms were decorated with elegant taste, very modern and contemporary. The bedrooms were very large and a bonus with their own shower and toilet. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need, The reception stuff were very helpful Lovely breakfast and dinner parking lot nice and big
A A — Google review
I want to start by saying that our overall experience at the hotel was quite positive. However, there were a few issues that left us feeling a bit disappointed. We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 23:00, and were grateful to secure a last-minute booking. Our primary objective was to find a comfortable bed to rest before continuing our journey. The initial interaction with the staff was fine, and we were informed that the room would cost 116 euros, which was consistent with the price we had seen during our booking process. Unfortunately, our impression took a bit of a hit during the checkout process the following morning. We were presented with a bill for 172 euros by a different staff member. This was confusing and concerning, as we had been quoted a lower price upon arrival. After a discussion with the staff, the final bill was adjusted to 138 euros. It appeared that the higher amount was due to taxes and an additional fee of 15 euros for our small dog, who weighed only 2.5 kilograms. What disappointed us the most was the lack of clarity regarding these additional charges. When we checked in, no one informed us about the possibility of extra fees for having a pet, nor were we made aware of the exact breakdown of the charges. It's disheartening to anticipate one amount and then be confronted with unexpected expenses upon checkout. Despite this hiccup, we did appreciate the comfortable night's sleep we got at the hotel. The room was adequate for our needs and provided a decent level of comfort after a long day of traveling. The cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, and the location was convenient for our onward journey. In conclusion, our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, the lack of transparency regarding additional charges left us feeling somewhat frustrated. We hope that the hotel takes steps to improve communication with guests regarding pricing and fees to ensure a more seamless and enjoyable stay for future visitors. We would also like to highlight some positive aspects of our stay. The availability of parking was a great convenience, and the presence of a garden area added to the overall comfort and convenience of our time at the hotel. However, we would like to suggest a small improvement. The red carpet in the corridor looked quite old and worn, which contrasted with the otherwise pleasant decor throughout the hotel. We recommend considering a replacement or refurbishment of the carpet to enhance the visual appeal and align it with the rest of the well-maintained decorations in the hotel.

Despite the friendly greeting from reception the attitude of the serving staff was not as satisfactory, especially considering the potential this venue has in the heart of beautiful Pézenas. The food was bland and served on cold plates. The restaurant was quiet (out of season) and the staff seemed more interested in clearing up and getting us out, which is especially strange for a hotel and with members of our party being guests there. We have certainly had better evenings there and hope it can improve.
Ian — Google review
Enjoyed our stay. But here's a few improvements: The spa was nice but the water was cold on one day and the steam room not on on another. There was no guest book in the room to explain the breakfast times, WiFi, local area, spa treatments! No shower curtain meant the floor got wet when we washed! And no plug without asking for it! We had a bottle of wine in our room but we weren't provided with a bottle opener (we could have asked but we had one, but it would be nice to have these little touches). The phone in the room did not tell us the line for reception "dial 9". Positives: Nice big and spacious suite. Great free parking, right next to the hotel. Great location and secure fences. Quiet at night and quiet garden. Nice outdoor space and pool.
Andrew S — Google review
We stayed at family room. The most disappointed thing was that there was leftovers from the previous guests in the refrigerator and on the balcony. This room didn't have a table for opening our suitcase, so I used it on the table. That means we couldn't use the table in this room. However the receptionist was very kind and made me feel better and all staff were always trying to solve our requests. The hotel location is perfect! We had very nice foot massage that was nice!
Y. Y — Google review
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel a lot. The reception was very good and the information given very professional and friendly. The location is ideal, as the bridge to the downtown area makes it very easy to enter the city. We were there for the Valentines weekend , so we had no chance to try the restaurant, but the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was quiet with a very good bed and a nice bathroom. If any comment I would suggest to close the gap on the left hand side of the sink in the shower area, as one of our items fell in between the sink and the wall Overall a very pleasant stay and we will be back to stay with you when we are in the area..

Been coming to this place for years. It's been our must to visit place every year. I sadly have to say that the last couple of years the quality has taken a turn for the worst. They started with pizza, they are excellent. Favourite has been Moules Marinere with cream and garlic which is their speciality, its still fine but not excellent. Service is ok, prices ok. I would say if you are there it's a good option but I wouldnt travel for it anymore.

An unusual restaurant within the inner walls of the beautiful town of Pézenas. Split over two, open levels and then on upward to an open roof! The quality of the food and service was excellent (our waiter was friendly and bi-lingual) and my only criticism was the lack of choice. Hosted a pre-wedding meal here, so all our guests could come together, eat and chat before the wedding the next day. The manager was super helpful and accommodating, set a three course meal with wine for our large group. Excellent location, next to old town of Pézenas. Large outdoor and indoor space, even a sandy area by the pool that the kids enjoyed exploring while the adults were busy chatting. Only downside was the before mentioned wine in the set menu was never distributed despite numerous enquiries about it. Maybe a small communication error, but that's the only reason to deduct a star. Otherwise I would highly highly recommend.

Really good food - friendly staff and attentive service. The steak tartare is fabulous as were the baked oysters. The restaurant is adjacent to a large swimming pool which is part of the facilities. The village nearby is well worth a walk round and has a lively atmosphere away from the restaurants in the main square where they are clearly competing for business.

On every level this restaurant is a must see. Don't Go! The worst welcome ever met in a restaurant! When meeting my brother who was eating there with his family, I had just arrived with my family from a 2 hour car trip. When my 11 year old daughter decides to go to the restrooms, the owner refuses her access to it, telling her she hadn't consumed anything there. I go tell her that we had just arrived & she requests a 1€ deposit, to use the WC... NOT GOOD! We therefore leave my brother there & go to the nearest restaurant... My brother's review was clear: the crêpes are less than average & service HORRIBLE. By 2pm, owner said in a rude way that salted crêpes weren't available anymore, without further explanation... Families not welcome, food less than average: Don't Go!

Looks beautiful from the outside, but don't be fooled it's very disappointing inside stairway decor very drab and dated, basic bedroom hard mattress 1 pillow each. Didn't sleep well at all due to the mattress being very uncomfortable. I think 20 euros extra for a small dog is a bit expensive. The only thing that was good about this hotel is the outside and location.

We've stayed here twice, after travelling into Spain. It is a perfectly situated hotel in the center of the city, there is free parking up near the bus station right across the street, and paid parking in the streets. Working air conditioning was a big thing for us as it's 30 degrees currently in southern France. It is fully functioning and keeps room cold for a good sleep. It is also situated near restaurants and bus stations. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Check in was more like being processed than being welcomed in to the hotel. The building is grand but a bit tired and shabby. The bedroom was adequate but basic and uninspiring. The bed was good but the pillows were awful and the base sheet was very uncomfortable to sleep on - like sleeping on a towel (the lower sheet on my photo). I raised this with the chamber maid pointing out the difference between the good top sheet and the uncomfortable base sheet ‘ they are of different quality’ she said… yes, clearly the base sheet is of poor quality!. On the plus side it’s not expensive, has a lift and is pretty central.

La Brasserie du Midi offers a great terrace with delicious food and drinks. The chicken with rosti and sauce, as well as the Pavlova, are highly recommended. Despite some slow service with drinks, the overall experience is top-notch in terms of price and quality. The fast service provides delicious meals, although there were instances of rudeness from a male waiter. The staff is accommodating to tourists by speaking English when needed.
Surprised by the quality of burger 🍔 and salad 🥗 , big portions too and very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Also big points to this restaurant because they are open from lunchtime to 11 pm (23:00) non-stop, while all other places don’t serve food after 2:30pm

We were met by a dour waitress who reluctantly directed us to outdoor seating as it was full indoors. I immediately got the impression our business was not wanted but we sat down anyway and were given cutlery and menus. We sat in the cold for 40 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Eventually the waitress who had greeted us sent a younger waitress out to do the dirty work of telling us that they were not serving food after all (several plates of food went out to other customers while we waited).

Ate at this restaurant 6 nights out of the 7 available to us. We ate alfresco under cover of a canopy on the 2 evenings it rained slightly. My wife & I are very pleased with the quality of the meals eaten here for the price we paid. We also enjoyed the local Pic Poul, white wine. I agree with other contributions that portions are generous. Veronica & Christopher were in charge of service and made us very welcome. Next time I stay in Pezenas we intend to eat here again!

Good brasserie experience. I ate Sunday evening so it was a bit quieter. Had the plat du jour which was very nice, as well as dessert. The wine pichet was excellent value. The three young staff were good- on it, attentive and pleasant. A joy to behold! The music and ambiance were nice. Now it’s not a refined and sophisticated epicurean experience but it is good basic brasserie food which is good value.

This is one of the restaurants that continiously serve food. They probably aim for tourists, but it appeared to be an excellent choice for anyone that can't wait until 19:00 for dinner, or wants a child friendly option (or both). Food was excellent and service fast and correct

Le Royal Glacier is a straightforward and uncomplicated restaurant that offers delicious traditional French cuisine. While it may not be considered gourmet, it provides satisfying and tasty menus for those looking for a quick and enjoyable dinner or lunch. The prices are reasonable at 16.-, and the service is prompt and friendly. In addition to the good food, there is also a nice selection of wines available. Situated in a superb location, this restaurant welcomes returning customers after seven years with open arms.
The best place to eat I had the lamb shanks and it was amazing

I would love to give this restaurant a better overall rating but I was deliberately charged 15 Euro for a half litre carafe of rose in stead of 8 Euro. When I queried the charge, the "mistake" was immediately rectified in a manner that left me in no doubt that this was not a genine error. This was especially disappointing as it was our 3rd visit to the restaurant in 2 weeks. As we come from New Zealand and have very little French, we felt that this was a contributing factor.

Good food, great position when the street musicians are around. Unfortunately, and not the restaurants fault, somebody decided to appoint a drum and base DJ in the square that evening. This went down well with about 4 people!!

Simple, I mean not complicated, good traditional french, tasty menues. It's not a gourmet place, but if you are hungry, want to have a short nice dinner or lunch, have it there. Prices 16.- are correct and the service fast and friendly. Good wine choice too.

La Mamita Restaurant is a charming family-owned establishment located in the heart of Pezenas. The restaurant offers a cozy and casual atmosphere with a beautiful Spanish ambiance. Guests can enjoy authentic and delicious meals, accompanied by friendly and attentive service. The menu features delectable dishes such as iberian pork and tapas, complemented by a selection of great drinks including white wine. Visitors praise the impeccable quality of each course and appreciate the warm welcome extended to families with children.
How did it take us so long to find this place? We’ve been in Pezenas for 2+ weeks and were kindly referred here by a local for dinner. Easily the best meal we’ve had and on top of that, a wonderful family who owns and operates the restaurant. There were 5 us for dinner including 3 children (all under 12) and we were welcomed graciously. Each course was impeccable, authentic, and delicious. Our kids are open but not incredibly adventurous from a culinary standpoint but it was amazing to see them digging into a whole fish and asking for seconds. This is one of those small family restaurants you want to support. Just go and enjoy.

It’s a nice family restaurant with affordable price. I would say it’s a place where you need to book your table in advance. The portions are huge but also there is too much olive oil for me.

Every year we visit this restaurant. Bud this year it was a disappointment. The pan con tomato was as ever superb. But the pasta was not boiled in salt water and had therefore no taste. The pasta was served almost cold. The deserts with whippet cream out of a spray container was also a disappointment. It is not the Mammita as we know for so many years. We will not come back

(Translated by Google) Very expensive restaurant for mediocre quality with stingy portions. The menu is tempting, but you have to be careful, it's not homemade: everything is soaked in oil (not olive oil), the fries are soggy, the side dish is poorly washed salad with a moldy supermarket tomato, overcooked fish swimming in oil, not a single cooked vegetable... We didn't even finish our meal. This is very far from a gourmet restaurant, it's a tourist trap: 22 euros for a menu for dishes less good than in a vulgar canteen. It's dishonest and scandalous. The owners explained to us that the chef had supposedly injured himself. But rather than apologize and make a goodwill gesture, they demanded that we pay for the meal we didn't eat. It's shameful. Other customers left without paying, I regret not having done the same thing. Avoid absolutely. Nestled in a charming alley, Casa Lorca is a delightful tapas restaurant that may not catch your eye at first glance, but it certainly captivates with its cozy terrace and inviting atmosphere. The culinary offerings are exceptional; from the mouthwatering patatas bravas to the tender lamb rack sourced from New Zealand, every dish is crafted with care.
Lunch, july 2022. 3 courses for 21 euros. The tables are set in a tiny courtyard. Rapid and friendly service. Food was excellent. Servings a bit small except for the stuffed aubergine which was a bit too big. Don't know if the menu changes every day. I would go back.

Nice quiet place in a small courtyard with outside and indoor dining. It’s a tapas restaurant. We had starters, mains, deserts and drinks all for under €65. I was a little miffed that I was told at time of payment that their card machine wasn’t working. I really think they should have warned us before. Food was good but I cannot remember what we had. On the outside, It doesn’t stand out from any of the others restaurants. The name though is Spanish and I noticed they had tapas. My wife came closer to the suggestion board and said: ohhh, they have patatas bravas! Let’s enter. We go down a short alley and end up in a nice cozy terrace with a few tables. The dog immediately gets water. The hostess explains in French what the choices are and hands us the menu in French and English versions. My wife orders her patatas and a salmon plate. I’m having the suggestion. Both are excellent and the wine they serve was pretty good. All in all, very good quality for a modest price. Recommend it!

Long wait for our food and when it finally arrived there was a mixup in the pizzas. We were so hungry that we had already started cutting into it. They took it away to serve it to the right clients 🤣 Once we got our order, the simple margarita and the canardo pizza, we were greatly disappointed by the quality of our food, greasy and the ingredients subpar. The salade soleil was also well below average, the pink dressing insipid, the combination of ingredients off key. On a positive note the outside seating is quaint, the waitress was sweet and welcoming, even if incompetent, and the wine quite adequate, even if warm. Only two kinds of beer are served, Desperado and Budweiser 🙄 We realized that we would gain a better eating experience if we consulted more often restaurant reviews on Google!!!

The menu features an array of expertly prepared dishes with generous portions that are sure to satisfy any appetite. Excellent restaurant that is open in low season. Nice owner who speaks English. Fantastic burgers at a very reasonable price. Recommended every day of the week.

Fantastic restaurant just behind the main square and one of our regular haunts. Food is excellent and always cooked perfectly. Portions are beyond generous and the owner and chef are very friendly and accommodating. Good, reasonably priced wine list. Great place to sit outside and watch the world go by or eat in the cosy interior.

Arriving in Pézenas in the early evening after a 13 hour journey, we walked around a bit looking for a simple, decent meal. The places that made the best impression couldn't give us a table outside, all was on reservation only, because the number of seats outside is limited. We ended up at this place. They gave us a table outside where some people had just left. Don't expect the best tapas you've ever had, just be happy with a decent taste of simple but straight food. We had a smoked salmon platter and a plate with mixed charcuterie and cheeses. Add some nice dark bread and a plunge of white wine and you have what you came for, at least in our case. We topped it off with espresso's. Total bill was about € 45 which wasn't bad. The food and drink all wasn't complicated, but we had a good time.

We visited this small charming wine bar 3 times during a week long visit to Pezenas. Tucked away in a side street with a few tables outside and small intimate interior. All under the watchful eye of the friendly owner. If a sharing platter of charcuterie and fromage appeals you will not find better.

Le Sans Vin is a delightful gem that showcases the best of French cuisine, offering an impressive array of dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. While the culinary experience is top-notch, some guests have noted that the service could use a bit more warmth and attentiveness. Despite this minor hiccup, many visitors rave about the inviting atmosphere and charming decor that make dining here feel special. The menu features not only delicious meals but also homemade desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delectable.
I had the pleasure of dining at le 120. First of all, please make sure you book in advance, because they do fill up very quickly. The host/server was very welcoming to the restaurant and had a great sense of humor. The decorations were up, adding to the holiday atmosphere. Their chairs outside were wrapped in Christmas wraps as well, with a Santa lamp and decorations around the ceiling as well. The food was very good and plated very nicely. Very attentive service. The chef came out and served our main course himself!

(Translated by Google) Never “eaten” so badly, barely tasted it in fact, it was so poorly presented, terrible smell, flies everywhere including in the sauce. Everything served piled up. A large plate full of garbage sold at a “reasonable” price does not become haute cuisine, which is what certain glowing comments from customers newly registered to give their opinion suggest. We are in a kind of club house where everyone knows each other.... Too bad that such misleading and obviously biased comments cause us to lose all credibility.... We will now look twice before trusting the customer reviews. The pasta was amazing and so were the pizza but sadly it was quite a long wait and they didn’t give us much time to decide but it really was worth it, plus the drinks were delicious and they were delivered quickly.

Mediocre food, very slow service. Starters weren’t bad but the mains were (bad). 2 of us had chicken salad which could best be likened to Macdonalds Chicken McNuggets. 2 of us had pastas – no clue on the menu what the pasta actually was and both were served huge portions of tastleless pasta with a few additives. The service was very very slow, the waiter didn’t know how to use a corkscrew and when we ordered a 2nd bottle of the Pinot Grigio, it was luke warm. The atmosphere was NOT enhanced by 2 locals who sat near us drinking and smoking all evening while their dog gnawed on a huge bone – see photo.

(Translated by Google) First time in this very friendly little restaurant, the lady welcomed us warmly, asking us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) where we wanted to eat (indoor, outdoor veranda or outdoor terrace), given the heat we ate inside with the air conditioning! She gives us time to settle in, comes back with the menu, and also gives us time to choose. We ordered, with a house cocktail, obviously our eyes were bigger than our stomachs 🤣🤣🤣, we ordered 5 starters that we were all able to taste. The spring rolls, shrimp fritters, the treasure island (pineapple stuffed with pieces of pineapple with shrimp and small crunchy vegetables), the fried ravioli and the hakao, were delicious, we emptied everything!! Next comes the main course, plates of chicken skewers with Cantonese rice, my xao (crispy noodles with seafood and crunchy vegetables), duck with cashew nuts and noodles. Obviously having eaten all the starters we weren't able to eat everything, the waitress came to clear it up and offered to take the 'leftovers' in takeaway containers. The children wanted dessert 🤔🤔 but oh well, 2 scoops of ice cream, 2 mochi, and a coffee with nougat and ginger. The prices are fair (€128 for 4), the atmosphere is very calm, the setting is friendly with the shaded terrace, the staff is super courteous and very kind. Plus they do takeaway!!! We will definitely go back, everything was very good.

My husband and I LOVE food and we are extremely picky about where we go when we travel. We have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and incredible dining venues all over the world so suffice it to say we are not easily impressed and we are always looking for that next ‘gem’. We definitely found it here!! To be honest, we only ended up here because our first choice restaurant was shut when we arrived, thank goodness was for that or we never would have gotten to experience this delightful place. Good food is one thing, but managing to get great food, great service AND just the right ambiance is the trifecta we are always striving for. This restaurant nailed it!!! This small venue is an out of the way little outdoor patio tucked away from the hustle and bustle, lit with hanging lights and filled with foliage. You have clear view to the small open kitchen watching your food be lovingly prepared. The menu is incredibly limited (3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts) which I was a bit concerned about at first but I needn’t be. My husband and I had different choices so we tried 2/3 of the menu. Our waiter was the perfect quintessential French guy complete with beret and moustache :). He was kind and helpful and incredibly attentive despite the restaurant being quite busy. I get the feeling that he might have been part owner with his wife that was the chef. The food had delightful visual presentation reminiscent of top Michelin restaurants and the tastes of everything were outstanding!! Truly one of the best meals and overall dining experiences we have ever had, which is really saying a lot. They just got everything SO right. We wished we could have gone back a second or third time but we discovered them late into our trip. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Tout etait parfait!

Giotto Pizza Pezenas is a fantastic place to grab your take-away pizza. It is impeccably presented, spotlessly clean, very professional. Not too sure on the ownership of the business but the whole operation is a credit to those behind it. Well done. As a visitor to the area from overseas sometimes pizza recipes can vary greatly to those that you are used to. My personal "go-to" where available is a Calzone. I must say the one I had here was amazing. The dough was authentic and obviously freshly prepared. The fillings were generous. The result was a very happy customer. In fact all 6 of us that ordered were very happy. We will be returning this coming weekend before we go home it was that good. Thank you once again.

Really good food and nice servers! I can definitely recommend the tuna burger. A little unfortunate that the parking lot is right next to the tables but since the street is on the other side of the parking lot you are at least not disturbed by the road noise.

Had a really nice meal here one evening. Went back another day for drinks. Food was good and reasonably priced. Nice staff. Would definitely recommend

Today , me and My wife visited brasseri and ate our lunch. We accepted long waiting Time as there were many clients I payed with my American Citizen Bank card. The waiter said that My card was declined do we find it second Time. Later I checked and My account was debited twice. I am going to dispute the charge.

Restaurant
A la Table de Marie is a charming restaurant located in a quiet alley, offering an incredible dining experience with homemade Mediterranean cuisine made from fresh market produce. The menu includes delicious dishes like paella, burgers, and white sangria. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The restaurant's ambiance is lovely, and the food is fantastic while being great value for money.
This lovely restaurant offers the best welcome-to-my-home experience few ever match. The food, obviously cooked with love, is extremely delicious, plentiful, and also a nice change of pace from the common menu offerings elsewhere in Pézenas. I'm very happy to have Le Riad here!

the fish was good, but the mussels were filled with meat, which no where mentioned, nor written. (we don't eat meat and even asked for vegetarian, so the waitress knew) she said it is known like this, but definitely not in whole france. the sauce was still good though. the food took a while, but it's all freshly made and prepared. the fish was only two days old, she said. the wet paper she gave us were dirty.

Off the beaten path, this little gem on a quiet alley is not to be missed. Morrocan food, and from entree to dessert, all was exceptional. There were seven of us, and everyone was impressed.

Unfortunately neither internet nor phone signal works inside. So I was waiting for a message but it would never arrive. They are really kind though

(Translated by Google) A real favorite! A warm welcome, a warm atmosphere, and great with children. Even arriving early in the afternoon, we were served with a smile. The dishes were simply delicious, of incredible quality for a very reasonable price. A place not to be missed! (Original) Un vrai coup de cœur ! Greek restaurant
Les Dieux de l'Olympe is a fantastic restaurant with excellent service and a wide range of delicious starters and main dishes. The variety of appetizers for a casual lunch is outstanding, all being flavorful and top-notch. It's unfortunate that I'm not a local because this would definitely become one of my regular spots. This Greek restaurant brings a refreshing change to the already established dining scene in Pezenas. The food is truly authentic, fresh, and full of flavor.
Really good and authentic Greek food, everything was fresh and tasty. Friendly service explaining all the items on the menu. No bank cards accepted, cash only.

Really friendly staff, and incredibly delicious food. Had a vegetarian mezze, wonderful pita bread, and a fabulous hot feta cheese and tomato dish. Baklava to finish. Great value for money too.

Excellent and helpful service with a smile. A wide variety of starters and mains. We had an assortment of starters for a casual lunch-time meal, all of which were excellent and flavourful. Too bad I am not local because it would be one of my regular spots. A nice change to have a Greek restaurant option to the already established restaurants in Pézenas. Highly recommended.
