La Maison Noilly Prat - Musée - Bar - Boutique is a renowned vermouth producer offering cocktail workshops, facility tours, and tastings. Visitors can enjoy a short tour around the museum and even plan their own custom cocktail at the newly opened cocktail bar. The English-speaking tours provide fascinating insights into the company's history and product, led by knowledgeable guides who offer tips on enjoying vermouth.
Awesome tour! Very informational, but not too long. Cool to try the ingredients and their final products. Lovely museum, very well lid and thereby very photogenic. Just loved it. Just one thing: they will ask you upon buying something in the shop if you want to tip the tour guide. Which they will monitor you do or not do through the pin terminal. That’s not very nice.

Pasquale was the BEST Tour Guide, fun, entertaining and so knowledgeable. We had to take advantage of the lovely outdoor bar area and have an even better taste of the delicious Noilly Prat. Thank you Pasquale from Kentucky:)

Lovely bar area and terrace. Tour well worth it. Really friendly staff. Looking much smarter than when we last visited in 2008.
Spencer R — Google review
Such an experience! Strongly recommend those who’d like to know more about the production techniques and the story of the brand. It shows and tells how brand impacted some historical events including the movies about 007 agent. It’s a good combination of a museum, interactive experience and some degustation accompanied by a cozy shop where you can buy local goods related to the brand. Olives are perfect. It takes about an hour and you need to reserve in advance for sure.
Kirill M — Google review
Wow what a presentation. I never knew what I don’t know about vermouth. Definitely enjoyed the walk through the town and then sitting down in the courtyard for a vermouth based drink.

Super experience with our guide Richard. He was very kind and intuitive. We had a wonderful time visiting the premises and drinking a cocktail or two after our visit. 5 stars for Richard and La Maison Noilly-Prat 🙏🏻
Declan C — Google review
What a wonderful tour. We went in knowing virtually nothing about Vermouth and came away feeling like experts. Seeing all aspects of the production and storage gave us total appreciation for the production of vermouth. And the tasting was one of the best tastings we have ever done, and we have done many of various types. Our guide gave us all kinds of hints and samples about how vermouth is drunk there as opposed to how we view it in the US. We bought some to bring home and can’t wait to educate our friends.
Ralph B — Google review
The tour is superb. An excellent explanation of the process and history of NP. The tour though the historic buildings ending with a very nice tasting. The boutique has all 4 varieties for sale plus other items. The whole layout and design is very well done. Our personal tour was by Pascal - who was outstanding. Six stars for him.

Marseillan Plage is a delightful destination that perfectly blends natural beauty with family-friendly amenities. Nestled near Cap d'Agde, this charming beach boasts soft, clean sand and a gentle slope into the warm Mediterranean waters, making it ideal for both kids and adults alike. The area features well-adapted infrastructures, including low-cost campsites that allow visitors to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying their vacation.
Great for the family shops and restaurants right next to the campsite and beach as well

Beautiful beach, but can get pretty busy, but non the less it is perfect for a nice bit of relaxation. Great for families with kids, the sea is shallow for a long way and was pretty calm all week. Nice place.
Lee G — Google review
Great beach for people watching, very busy but friendly. Sea and beach very clean.
Janey N — Google review
Nice sandy beach wasted by motorboats all day long making crazy noise at high speed. Unless the rest of the year you are living along a motorway it is very unpleasant. They need to go much further away not so close to the beach.
A. M — Google review
This is a lovely beach. Soft clean sand, gentle gradient into the water which was quite warm in late June. But beware of the naturist end of the beach! Not easy to find parking in peak season if travelling in from outside.

Marseillan Plage: A vibrant, family-friendly seaside resort on the French Mediterranean! 🇫🇷🏖️ Boasting long stretches of golden sandy beaches, it's perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and various watersports like paddleboarding and kitesurfing. 🌊🏄‍♀️ The lively promenade is packed with charming shops, bustling restaurants, and cafes serving delicious local fare. When visiting Agde, don't miss out on the diverse range of beach experiences it has to offer. One standout option is Plage De La Conque, a hidden gem with its unique black-sand beach located at the end of a volcanic trail originating from distant Auvergnes volcanoes. This secluded spot is ideal for a day visit and offers a different kind of coastal beauty.
Plage De La Conch is a serene beach getaway that captivates with its natural beauty. While the sand may not be white, it has a unique charm with its golden hues and fine texture. The beach offers a peaceful ambiance and is surrounded by stunning landscapes, including rocky formations and lush greenery. The crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming and the gentle waves create a soothing atmosphere. Although the sand may not be white, the overall experience at Plage De La Conch is still delightful, making it a lovely destination for those seeking a tranquil beach retreat.

Beautiful beach with black sand (volcanic stones). Beautiful viewpoints around. Many families and not too crowded. Next to the cliff, you can get some shadows. What's missing would be a public shower options and toilets, therefore, only 4 stars.

beautiful beach with black “sand” (more like tiny and bigger pebbles”. Water was a bit dirty (things floating around) but nice. Watch out for sea urchins, shoes for the water are recommended

(Translated by Google) A good family beach, essentially. It gets a little livelier during the summer, with its share of inconveniences due to the influx of vacationers. Nevertheless, the atmosphere remains quite respectful overall, with almost no problems since we've been here. Activities, security, maintenance, and services are nearby, with more or less affordable prices, even if Ceetzins charges you 10 euros for 10 appetizer-sized shrimp. Above all, don't miss the old man pushing his cart, very well-known on this beach and multilingual. The staff is always friendly and helpful. So overall, it's a very pleasant beach, and the town makes an effort to provide a clean bus, which is worth noting. (Original) Bonne plage familiale essentiellement.

Nature preserve
Natural Reserve Bagnas is a large wetlands nature reserve in Cap d'Agde, known for its diverse wildlife and occasional guided tours. The area is dedicated to ecological preservation, with initiatives like the Natura 2000 Preserved Marine Park and beach protection. The reserve provides ideal living conditions for various species in its lagoon, salt marshes, reed beds, swamps, and small forests.
I visited and it was the most peaceful beautiful place, with some flamingos eating their breakfast. Serene and calm - I love it here.
LG — Google review
Probably beautiful natural reserve but the lady at the Maison that does guided tours said it was all full and was a bit evasive about walking around at public parts. I understand parts are forbidden to public to allow the birds rest but come on, some parts must be accessible. Unhelpful.
Aldert Z — Google review
Please note that you can only view from the sidelines/paths. And it isn’t a full loop as you are blocked by private sites with no through roads. I spent a good 3-4 hours finding out the hard way! Didn’t see flamingos so must be seasonal. Recommend a bike.

The reserve is located at the river/arm of ocean inland so expect to see some fowl. I've spotted avocets, stilts and local birds. Paths are not kept, at all, hardly any shade so avoid on hot sunny days. Take water as I didnt see any water spot on site.

Camping La Créole is a delightful destination for families seeking memorable experiences in Marseillan. This charming campsite offers direct access to a sandy beach, making it perfect for sun-soaked days by the sea. With spacious pitches separated by lush hedges, guests can enjoy privacy while still being close to nature. The campground features clean facilities including showers and dishwashing sinks, ensuring comfort during your stay.
Very nice and clean campsite with direct access to the beach and right downtown. We stayed in our camper on a nice pitch right next to a Sandy beach! The pitches are good sized and separated by hedges for privacy. We really enjoyed walking into the town and enjoying some great pastries and super fresh seafood at a local oyster bar. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Would definitely come back and recommend!
Kerri H — Google review
Lovely quiet (and safe) campsite, not too big, spotlessly clean, and very well located with direct private access to the delightful sandy beach and shops. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff and dog friendly accomodation too! Highly recommended. I will return.
JKD — Google review
Totally full late June, even before the school holidays. It’s a very busy sandy site with reasonable shade on most pitches. Very well maintained facilities, friendly staff. Adjacent to the beach with prevate path onto the beach, past the site’s beach bar!
Phil A — Google review
Clean, quiet, convenient campground. Dense hedges and trees between campsites and pitches provide privacy. Showers, toilets, dishwashing sinks, clotheswashing sinks - all very clean. Just a few steps to the sandy beach, and small bar. Restaurants, shopping, souvenirs in abundance, within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk greeted us and gave us all the information we needed.
Noreen L — Google review
The campsite is next to the beach. We were Bikepacking and found the lack of shelter or a bench very inconvenient. There is a tiny bar next to the beach but it closes at 7pm. It was crowded with camper vans. Bathrooms are clean, water is hot, power outlets in the washroom, washing machine and dryer available. Staff is nice.
Kiron R — Google review
Lovely campsite. Showers etc were clean. Great location for the beach which was brilliant. The local shops were closed as we stayed out of season although did find a small grocery store about 10 minutes away.
Bev N — Google review
Helpful reception, very popular always full even late September Octoberer. Suggest ring ahead. 4 beach plots bit always booked well in advance. No pool direct access to beach easy walk to all amenities and town.
Angela B — Google review
Good spacious pitches with reasonable amount of shade. Very close to beach with bar and restaurant. Central to shops and other bars and restaurants. Fridge hire available for those of us with just tents! Sanitary facilities kept very clean. The only complaint is the lack of hot water from late afternoon onwards and no provision of toilet paper.

Marina
Port de plaisance de Marseillan is a charming destination with a lot to offer. Visitors can join local oyster farmers on their boat, "Diane 1", for an informative cruise around L'Etang du Thau, where they can learn about oyster farming and even sample freshly harvested oysters. The port also offers guided tours of Noilly Prat and features friendly service and clean facilities.
This is a truly charming town. The port is long and thin with cafes and restaurants all around the pedestrianised waters edge. The range of eating houses is good from cheapish and cheerful to a couple that are more refined. We visited over the second weekend in September when the town held it's first Art and Culture festival. It opened with a giant dragon paraded through the streets. It was truly spectacular
Benny B — Google review
Visited the Vermouth establishment. Lovely harbour.
Max V — Google review
Be very careful of this place if you are a boat owner. I had an ENGINE of all things stolen here. It was left in a fenced off compund next to the marina and would have taken a forklift truck to lift it. Suspect marina staff who have been extremely unhelpful in the matter.

Public beach
Plage Naturiste is a popular naturist beach located in the area, offering a tranquil atmosphere and direct access to the Mediterranean Sea. It is known for its naturist libertine environment and extensive parking facilities. The beach provides a picturesque setting with numerous amenities, making it an ideal spot for nudists looking to enjoy good food and friendly service.
Nice beach, I saw Dominic Byrne here too which was a nice addition. Pleased I saw him, didn't ask for a photo for obvious reasons!
Pete S — Google review
This is a highly redacted review, because apparently I can't say in my review what actually happens. I'd been liking the idea of trying naturism for some time. I'd no input into to our holiday booking, so when I realised Plage Naturiste was just down the beach, I decided to go for it. The sign is very visible as you approach, not that the sign was needed, the beach was full with naturists. Mostly towards the sea. I sat towards the edge of the group. after settling down, getting used to the situation, I had a look round to see what was going on. There was a lot going on, to say the least! Thankfully I suppose, I'd really not prepared well for this, it was boiling hot and my pink body was desperate some shade, note to self, take a parasol or something, burnt bits will hurt! I walked up the beach to seek shade, there is none. Though there are a couple of expensive bars. I walked on. As you get further up the beach I'd say it becomes naturist other than anything else. I walked as far as the pier/wall, then back along the waters edge. As I got to the busy part again, a lady was giving someone a .... ... everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, I'd say it's not a naturist beach really, it's an adult beach. Each to their own, if that's your thing I reckon you'd give it 5 stars. In my very limited experience, if you just want the feeling of naturism outside, then it's not the place for you, as it's pretty full on and certainly not for families.
Lee G — Google review
Fabulous review by Lee G beneath me (pardon the pun 😁). It's info like this on places like this that is so very needed... Still trying to pluck up the courage to take my top off 🤭
Annette W — Google review
If you like nudist beaches, and you are in the area, this is a place for you. There is room for improvement, though: - In any serious tourist destination, personell has to speak another language apart from local. English at least. And to speak it properly. Period. - 27 Euros daily entrance for two people with a car - borderline ok. But, a big problem - when you enter it is not guaranteed you will find a free parking! We managed (were lucky) to find it on two occassions. Apparently there are parkings inside that can be paid (didn't figure out where/how/how much - sth like 10 euros per day). I don't see this as ok having in mind you pay so much to enter. - Lack of garbage bins at the beach. The beach was very clean, though. - No showers at the beach and almost no toilets. All in all, would recommend to come and visit. I just hope they will improve a bit above mentioned points.

(Original) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Une plage absolument magnifique !

It was a good experience for my daughter who likes to play in the water. Also safe for babies, clean and very nice area to spend the day. We highly recommend and will come back again!

Sure, it's not huge, but at the reception, a very smiley young man, at the water's edge, a very professional lifeguard, always keeping an eye on our children, at the snack bar, a very smiley and helpful young man, the waffles were super good, and the person who prepared them for us was super nice. Wildlife and safari park

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Explore the wonders of African wildlife at Réserve Africaine de Sigean, a 300-hectare safari park where over 3,800 animals roam in semi-liberty. The park aims to preserve endangered species and educate visitors about the perils these animals face in their natural habitats. From lions, zebras, and giraffes to white rhinos and cheetahs, you can observe a diverse range of wildlife from the comfort of your car or on foot.
About a 20 min wait to get in on a Saturday morning in February. The park was fantastic, our kids 1 & 3 loved it, especially the Vivarium which had reptiles and fish in it. The drive-through safari took about 30mins, and we alright (you're generally quite far away from the animals), but I imagine it would be very slow during peak season times. The rest of the park is quite large, we walked around for about 5 hours, but had a great time. Unlike many similar venues, the animals generally had a lot of space and seemed happy. All except the wallabies, which looked miserable. Most of the snack bars at Ind the park were closed as it is off season. The main cafeteria was open, but the food was very poor and expensive, and they served us the worst hot chocolate you've ever seen (see pic). Take a picnic, there are lots of places you can stop to eat and enjoy the view. The toilet facilities were fine, and catered for young children too.
Jake ( — Google review
We had a fantastic time at the Réserve Africaine de Sigean! The whole experience was very well organized and thoughtfully designed, giving us the feeling of being on a real African safari. Driving through the park in our own car was a big highlight – not only did it bring us up close to the animals in a unique and exciting way, but it was also a huge advantage with the 35°C heat. Being able to enjoy the experience comfortably from the car made a big difference, especially with kids. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the animals and their well-being. You can tell the reserve is run with care and professionalism. We truly enjoyed every part of the visit – from the drive-through safari to the walking areas. A perfect mix of adventure, education, and comfort. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

A very nice safari parc with a great variety of African wildlife. At some point I almost felt like being on a safari drive. The zoo part is quite small compared to other zoos but has some pretty cool features. I really liked the aviary concept with free roaming birds, sharing their space with alligators. Amazing.
Julien H — Google review
We loved it here, we saw so many animals. They have everything from big five to birds and reptiles.
Cristina H — Google review
It was a really great experience, drive through the different parts of the Réserve Africaine and see a little of animals that you normally only can see in a normal zoo. After the tour with the car, you also have a different way where you can walk and see many animals. The food at the kiosk is pretty good. At the entrance we had to wait a bit, because they need to check the trunk before you enter and then you can buy the tickets easily at the entrance. To be honest I didn’t see a line where you could enter if you bought your tickets beforehand. Definitely a good thing you can do is to download the corresponding app. There you can easily check where you are and you get all the needed information from the app as well.
Hannah P — Google review
That’s a huge park with very respectful and friendly way of treating animals. There is enough space for them as I can see. It doesn’t feel like a zoo. It’s more a window to a wildlife sanctuary. Even in winter you can find a restaurant to have some food. Meanwhile the infrastructure is really nice and well planned. There are parking, rest rooms, shops - everything that you may need after a long trip to this place. For sure this experience is worth it.
Kirill M — Google review
A different experience of African wildlife. Make sure to buy tickets online for a flawless entry. First a tour through different park themes with your car, followed by a walking tour. Rich variety of animals in an enormous park, divided in different themes. Great to enjoy with family and children. A must when you’re in the neighborhood.

Parc d'attraction Marseillan Plage: A lively, classic amusement park perfect for summer nights! 🇫🇷🎡 This seasonal park (often a "Luna Park" style) lights up the evenings with a fantastic array of rides, from family-friendly carousels to thrilling roller coasters and adrenaline-pumping attractions like Booster rides. 🎢🎠 You'll find plenty of traditional fairground games, delicious snacks, and a vibrant, festive atmosphere. It's a fantastic way to cap off a sunny beach day, offering fun and excitement for kids, teens, and adults alike! 💖☀️ So much joyful energy! ✨

I definitely recommend the haunted house way more fun than expected. Break dance is horrible and tries to break your neck. The medium rollercoaster was very fun. Most attractions wouldn't be legal in the Netherlands for safity reasons. We still had fun and spend abou 90 euros for 6 people. Toilets are hidden and gross without a sink.

Decent for a bit of fun but can get stale pretty quickly. Recommend doing it at "demi-tarif" as most of the attractions are half the price. Usually this is once per week but it varies quite a lot.

Visited at the end of August, still lots of attractions open. Free parking is available at the site and I advise you to get there at 20.00 because it will most probably fill. Spent there 60 euros with my daughter and it was worth every penny. Lots of places to eat but we didn't tried them since we wanted the stomachs empty for the rides! Cool place!
Cristi P — Google review
It's a nice place to just go there and enjoy the evening. The food is good and not expensive for a touristic place. Though some attractions like the Booster aren't cheap at all, 7€ for one ride. The standart price for the other rides is about 3 - 4€. As we were there we also had a nice firework. A little tip: The food is cheaper near the Booster and the rear entry. As example you get 8 Churros for 3€ istead of 6 for 3.50€ at the front entry.

It's sad to see that Marseillan has been gentrified since our last visit in 2018. The vineyards between Marseillan & Agde on the old railway route are abandoned and dead & the wonderful scent of grape juice, and streets running red with it, always the highlight of our visit, seems no longer to exist. We came every year until Covid as it was a tranquil sleepy place, but now it seems to have ambitions to be the new Riviera - a place we did not enjoy. RIP the old charm of Marseillan & a plague on the profiteers.

LAST YEAR'S STAFF WAS MUCH MORE HELPFUL. THIS YEAR I DID NOT LIKE HOW THEY TREATED THE TOURISTS. THAT'S WHY I THINK THE OFFICE DE TOURISME OF MARSELIAN PLAGE WAS ALWAYS EMPTY....PEOPLE FELT UNWELCOME THERE! THEY EVEN REFUSED TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO CHARGE THEIR PHONES OR COMPUTERS. IN PREVIOUS YEARS, THIS WAS NEVER AN ISSUE AND THE STAFF WAS MUCH NICER AND FRIENDLIER. THIS YEAR THEY ONLY CARED TO SELLL THINGS TO PEOPLE.
