Very nice place, and service, food was delicious! Already my second time here, love it! And they even had gluten free pasta & bread 😍 But if you really don’t have a problem with gluten just eat the regular one it’s amaaazing..

Impressive!!! Excellent friendly service by the owner and the all,-female team. Very traditional menu very well executed and with excellent ingredients. Fresh pasta and antipasti are really kind and queen here! Good desserts and local wines. Prices reasonable though not low.

I visited this small, family restaurant several years ago, and the memory of the warm welcome and the delicious souffle of crema al parmigiano made me make a large detour to revisit. The food was again extremely good, tasty, of the area, and satisfying.

I would consider myself a regular here, I stopped on multiple (more than 10) occasions during my time living in Italy. I would purposely get a hotel nearby at the cube so I could purposely eat/drink here. It ended up being one of my favorite restaurants in all of Italy to include the food served downstairs and upstairs. Excellent torta fritta and drinks that came with charcuterie boards. This is the best spot to eat an amazing meal, get turned up, and go walk through the outlet mall across the street.

Exceptionnal local food with local product, Parma is the Italian food capital! And KM90 is a great place to experience this!

We stopped here TWICE in one day on our way to Milan and on our way back. Both times the food was exceptional. Breakfast croissant was absolutely perfect - flaky with just the right amount of culatello and my salad at lunch with boiled meat and pickled veggies made me feel like I was making healthy choices! The crema di parmigiano was a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed our dessert and coffee as well. Highly recommended not only for the food but for the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Simply the best restaurant in Fidenza and the surrounding area, a must try if you are in the area. Cristina and Luca the owners are extremely friendly and their team looked after us very well. We had some delicious Culatello and salame, wild new season asparagus flan, creamy light scrambled eggs with seasonal mushrooms followed by homemade Tagliolini pasta with wild mushrooms, followed by tender succulent pork cheeks with wild mushrooms and finished with homemade creamy ice cream with various accompaniments. We drank 2 bottles of very good Prosecco, 2 bottles of full bodied dry Lambrusco , coffee and grappa finished the most delicious meal. Reasonable price for their top quality produce. Can only highly recommend!

Great Osteria close to Fidenza. High quality ingredients coupled with excellent execution in a relaxed, but curated, atmosphere. Perfect for dinner with friends or a romantic tete-a-tete. The wine list is decent, focus on the local wines and avoid the others you could find everywhere else. Prices are a bit high but aligned to the general quality and atmosphere. A truly superb Restaurant Just on the outskirts of Fidenza near Parma expertly run by Daniela, Simon and their team. Although they do local specialties very well ie using top quality charcuterie locally sourced and the most delicious Torta Fritta I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, their forte is inventive dishes such as foie gras on brioche with a sweet wine reduction, grilled octopus, superb pasta dishes, gnocchi with seafood and so on all very delicious. Not only do they have plenty of wines from Italy to choose from but they even visit lots of small French vineyards in Burgundy and Champagne region and choose wines for their ever expanding wine list. Service is very professional but they retain a family run atmosphere, Large portions of very good food at the right price, in a very beautifully designed room. A must try if you are in the area, booking a must as they are very busy. Highly recommend!

What a great restaurant. The service was attentive and extremely friendly although the restaurant was full. The food just incredibly delicious. We left the wine selection to the chef Daniela and were rewarded with a great wine. Appetizer, pasta, main course and desert all brilliantly good. I look forward to the next time😎

I am from Malta and I’ve been living in Noceto for the past four months! I was really missing eating some good seafood and when I found out about this restaurant, I was over the moon! I would highly recommend Stella di Mare to anyone!! From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and what to say about the food? EXCELLENT!!! VERY UNPLEASANT. VERY RUDE! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bald employee (who probably was the owner since he said “we are a small business”) whose demeanor was quite rude. Despite the early hour and numerous available tables, he refused to seat us. When we questioned this decision, he gave us a disdainful look from head to toe, insinuating our attire wasn't up to par, even though we were dressed casually. His dismissive response about table availability only added to the frustration. Overall, the encounter left a negative impression, overshadowing any potential enjoyment of the dining experience. Side note: when we left and were talking about what happened and elder couple that had just came out of the restaurant overheard us complaining about the attitude of the owner and told us literally this: “we have known him for several years and he is a very nice person, but it’s just that sometimes he doesn’t care, he doesn’t do this for money, so he doesn’t care if he does lots of tables or not. He just does what he feels like doing. ABSOLUTELY INSANE! RIDICULOUS!

Being the waiter telling you what there is - no prices, No Idea about portions size or anything - so Ordering by best luck and really been impatiently waiting for the final bill, which in the end was ok for the food received, but confusing No Matter what. We paid 130€ for 4 - including 3 course Menu and a bottle of House "wine" (a bottle of Prosecco). Still very tasteful from start to end.

First time in Fidenza, we were looking for a local gastronomic experience and we have found it here: great service and choice among local and homemade dishes, associated with the right wines. The “Tortelli di erbette” were just made in front of us: they were so delicious that I had to ask for the recipe and the host was so lovely that he shared it with us. Cooking and serving high quality food with love and passion are certainly what make this place unique. If you are looking for a great restaurant experience here in Fidenza, this is the place to be.

Well what a wonderful surprise. Being coeliac often I arrive with high expectations for my alternative dishes. Ristorante Sanafollia was both welcoming and warm. We were greeted with a wide smile and welcoming hellos, in Italian of course. The decor is clean and minimal with hints of trattoria history. The menu is complimentary as it is neat very seasonal and fresh. We were both astonished by quality of the food. Being coeliac is a very isolating experience often we have to apologise always, well almost, receiving rice crackers instead of bread or taking significant pieces from the dishes rather than finding another but equally fulfilling replacement. At Sanafollia this will never be an issue as all the food is free from gluten. My husband is a wheat eater he said he was astounded by the fact he didn’t notice all the food was gluten free. I would recommend this restaurant to all. But fear it may be overrun. Congratulations your food was wonderful we thank you for a remarkable experience and we will be back. Thank you thank you

I could hardly believe that everything on the menu was totally free of gluten and lactose. My black pasta with salmon and saffron was one of the best things I ever tasted. Heaven for people with coeliac disease and lactose intolerant people but heaven for anybody really! Open sparkling wine also excellent!

Terrific classic Italian food. The restaurant is entirely gluten free and safe for coeliacs. It was a real treat to be able to eat such good food - it’s an easy trip from Parma (and one I’d recommend). Only thing I’d recommend is double checking their opening hours.

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch (we were 4) while we were on a long journey by car. The waitress gave us a table, we sat and waited for about 10 minutes without receiving the menu. When she came and brought us the menu, we told her in Italian that we were on a journey and just asked politely what was the menu of the day. Raising her voice, she answered that it was not the right place to be if we were on a hurry. We questioned ourselves calmly (in french) if it was worth staying and she got mad and told us in french that we should leave, mocking our language. She was almost shouting at us. We haven’t tried the food so we can’t say anything about that, but we wouldn’t recommend this place because of this disagreeable welcome.

I stayed here a couple of days on a business trip. The hotel is well located and with a parking space right in front. The rooms though are quite old. The restaurant is ok and the breakfast was good. My overall vote is 2.4/2.5 that’s why 2 stars.

The room was good value for money. Nicely laid out with a comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, good shower. Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. It’s really well located, minutes to the main square and a short walk to the train station. It’s also right along the Via Francigena. The breakfast is quite good, providing a good selection of deli meats and some cheese, as well as boiled eggs. You’ll find cereal and pastries as well. The coffee is just okay, we went out for another cup in town. The hallways had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, it is off putting, but the smell does not reach the rooms. Overall very good value for money. A nice choice for a short stay.

I visited my friend in Fidenza village, Italy and i stayed for 3 Nights in this Hotel. The Hotel Staffs are very friendly and willing to help to make sure that our stay is very enjoyable. The money spent worth it including the nice breakfast. The Room is very neat. One amazing thing is that the room i stayed is like a room and living room which made us to have little privacy in our room when we have visitor. i have stayed in Hotels in USA and i have not seen this feautures. I will definety stay in this hotel again whenever i visit Fidenza.

Be aware that although we booked specifically as we wanted a place with a restaurant available every night and were told it was to residents, it is in fact available when it is convenient to the owner and on the morning of our last night we were told it was shut and it was hard to find anywhere open nearby at such short notice. The owner said he would try and find us somewhere but the restaurants he eventually recommended were closed. When we arrived back at 1030 everything was closed up and pitch dark which was a bit offputting. The time for dinner and breakfast has to fit in around the owner as he is very busy! The breakfast is a 'buffet' but the owner insists on serving it probably for portion control! Alto the place was nice we felt the owner tolerated us in the midst of his busy life but we had to fit in with him. It was also expensive - we stayed in several farm stays on our trip and it was the most expensive. Dinner was well over what we paid elsewhere for not such good food.

My husband and I had the most wonderful visit to Agriturismo Alba del Borgo. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. Andrea and his team were so welcoming and treated us so well. Andrea personally designed the property and put so much care into making sure it was perfectly laid out. No detail was missed - from the well-lit paved paths leading to the guest area to the modern design of the guest rooms and bathrooms. During the day, we enjoyed the large indoor pool that is part of the Wellness center. In the evening, we dined at the property and we were blown away at the quality and deliciousness of our food. Visually, Alba del Borgo is a feast for the eyes. The property is surround by rolling, green hills and more flowers that you can imagine. Our experience was absolutely fantastic and we are already talking about when we can go back.

I had the pleasure of staying at Alba Del Borgo as part of a Leadership and Communication course this week! It was glorious. The food, location and service was fantastic...and by that I mean homemade food each day from the parents of the owner! I had a few issues with WiFi throughout the week (just a matter of being strategic where I was located on the property as it is remote) and the beds were not my favourite (but again this is a personal taste thing). All in all whatever the occasion, I'd recommend you stay here. I hope to return!

We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We booked the Deluxe room within the new complex, which is opened since December 2019. The rooms are just great and you can relax on the balcony. The wellness area is nice, Andrea & his staff operate a large swimming pool, Finnish and Turkish sauna as well as a fitness studio. We have read in reviews that the food is great...it is just awesome :-) Andrea’s parents are cooking all meals! Everything is homemade and comes (mostly) from their organic farm, which is just awesome. Andrea and his team (especially Lorenzo and the lady from the restaurant - forgot her name :-( ) are just great and make sure that you enjoy your stay at this farm. From here you can easily do some trekking/walking or drive to Parma to do some sightseeing. Go here if you want to relax and to have awesome homemade food - best of value while traveling through Italia!!! Thank you Andrea & Team for the stay - we will come back!
