I have visited many restaurants but this one certainly surprised me in a negative way. They simply did not let me in saying that everything was booked. And the next reservation was an hour away. In general, this is understandable but I tried to call them several times and they always rudely answered that there were no seats or did not pick up the phone

We loved it so much that we came back for our farewell dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates not only delicious but also sophisticated cuisine in a truly beautiful setting. By the way, it was quite busy on Thursday evening, so I suggest making a reservation in advance.

Vigneto is really a beautiful restaurant in Capriate. Even if it is not far from the highway and car traffic, the restaurant is really quiet. A hidden oasis in the area. Really suited for company events and big events. Definitely advised if you are in the area.

It's hard to describe what an incredible experience we had here! The food was absolutely delicious, you could tell it was really good quality and hand made. The views were amazing - as you can see in the photographs. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, our Italian was basically non-existent and they wen tout of their way to communicate with us despite this. We felt like royalty! The only thing I regret not bringing cash so I could tip for this amazing experience-as we weren't able to on our card.

Wow! My partner and I dined here this evening. We had booked a table through ‘TheFork’ link and they had a beautiful table reserved for us on arrival as I had requested outside with nice views for our anniversary and the restaurant delivered! The setting was out of this world and the interior and exterior of the building is designed to blend with the scenic views perfectly. A true historic Italian feel! The service was first class with a special note to Serena who was very efficient, kind and accommodating. Also a special note to Giuseppe who was equally as efficient, kind, helpful and was spot on with his recommendations after we provided a general overview with what foods and wines we enjoy. On that note, the food was spectacular with great thanks to the chefs for making our night even more special with the delicious food. Great menu selection for both food and drinks. We arrived at 9:30pm as per our booking and stayed right to the very end but never felt rushed or pushed to leave and the staff kept telling us to take our time and enjoy which was most welcome. This is a MUST VISIT for any holiday goers or locals alike. What a fantastic place and we are very grateful to have had such a lovely anniversary at Vigneto! We also got a lift back to our hotel (across the bridge) with the owner which we were very thankful for as it is quite a steep hill leading down to the restaurant. She was very welcoming and gave us a great insight into the runnings of the restaurant (former hotel) which has been in her family for several generations. A beautiful family owned business! We hope to be back one day!!!
