Authentic Japanese restaurant
When you find yourself in Ischgl, make sure to indulge in a culinary experience at Lucy Wang. This exquisite sushi restaurant has gained international acclaim for its innovative Japanese cuisine infused with an Alpine flair. Nestled conveniently next to the cable car station, dining here promises not just a meal but a glamorous evening surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Sushi enthusiasts will be delighted by the unique and delicious menu that features exciting creations alongside fresh seafood and even French delicacies like foie gras.
Truly an amazing experience! I ordered all the vegan options from the menu and took the leftovers to go. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the presentation felt so luxurious. I might never want edamame without black truffle again... The wine by the glass was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy yet exciting, making it perfect for date nights, group outings, or even a solo treat. Whether you’re starting your night out or ending your day on a high note, this is the place to be. The service was outstanding as well—thank you for making my visit so special. I’ll definitely be back very soon!

The restaurant is very cozy. Everything was good. But the desert bento is toooooo large and we can hardly finish that. I guess it should be enough for 4-6 people.
Fan Z — Google review
Great experience . Some said Miso soup was best ever tasted . Fresh Sushi and nice starters . Deserts were very good and the happy birthday song was a great finish to the evening
Yael S — Google review
The place is very nice. Dark ambient. Classy. The service is very efficient and quick. But the food was mediocre. We ate 2 different sashimi and gyoza and some rice. It was all too simple and lacking taste and didn't feel very fresh. Plus, it was super expensive for what we got.
Yuval K — Google review
Wow! What a level of a restaurant! Everything was at the top lvl possible, great place to have a super fine dinner. A bit expensive but definitely worth it.
Ruti K — Google review
Wonderful evening at Lucy Wang in Ischgl! We enjoyed a delightful dinner with excellent sushi and sashimi. Even those who aren’t into sushi will find a great variety of other delicious dishes. The service was friendly and professional, with a well-timed, tasteful sense of humor. Truly a must-visit for a culinary night out in Ischgl!

Definitely the best resturant I been to in Ischgl, it's a gourmet restaurant, very delicious food, expensive but worth every penny. They have real Japanese wagyu meat. I will recommend the black cod main dish, it was just delicious!
Mark K — Google review
Quality of the food is top grade, the waitress had patience and good recommendations. The cocktails are great! But the prices are very high, while the portion sizes are quite small.

Fine dining restaurant
Restaurant
Gourmet Restaurant Stüva, located in Gasthof Yscla, is a top-rated dining spot in Ischgl. The restaurant is known for its modern and bold menus created by the talented chef Benjamin Parth, who was named Gault & Millau Chef of the Year 2019. The dishes feature a combination of fish and seafood with Tyrolean cuisine, offering intense flavors that are sure to impress diners.
Our trip consisted in skiing and fine dining. I’m glad we came here in the last days. In my opiniin this restaurant is the best in Iscghl. The food, the service, as well as the Austrian wines were perfect. Thank you for this wonderfull experience.
Alexandru B — Google review
We had dinner in Stüva recently and whilst we had a pleasant evening with nice food and wine, expectations were not fully met. The restaurant has won many awards, is one of eight restaurants in Austria that are awarded 19 points (5 toques) at Gault Millau - I’ve visited most; Michelin currently only rates Austrian restaurants in Salzburg and Vienna. I’ve been in Stüva before in December 2015 and March 2016. As to the dining experience, it was a relatively quiet evening in Stüva with less than six guests. We opted for a full seven course menu. The amuse bouches were very nice, the second one, char with gentian foam, is a classic of chef Benjamin Parth. Next were the starters: goose liver with passion fruit and pepper was very nice, but the passion fruit overpowered the goose liver. The next starter, a prawn with chutney and curry was excellent, but the curry was too salty for our taste buds (this is a recurring criticism of the otherwise excellent sauces). Next was our fish dish, halibut with lobster and caviar, again excellent product quality, but too much salt. In swapped order (as agreed before) came our last starter: sole with truffle - clearly the best dish of the meal, albeit also here the sauce a bit salty (that every sauce is presented as foam does not help either). Next was our meat dish (the only meat option of the menu: poularde with yuzu, morel and asparagus. The morel was an inedible salt sponge, asparagus and the sauce were far too salty too. The dish was returned to the kitchen and at second try, the morel was tasteless, asparagus and the sauce were still far too salty. The meat was OK, but not of comparable quality to the seafood of courses before. Next was a fine selection of cheeses from Bernard Antony. These were followed by a very nice pre-dessert with strawberry, rhubarb and vanilla. The desserts were unremarkable: a small cake with saffron and apple and a chocolate that tasted only of chocolate, overpowering the pistachio and lime that were only visible but could not be tasted. All in all, the meal was nice (except for the meat course). Service was friendly and personal, certainly a big plus. Criticism regarding saltiness was handled well and (I agree) to a certain extent is a matter of personal preference. The wine list is great and has an excellent selection of Austrian and international wines. Price of the menu (without drinks) was 243 EUR (including 9 EUR cover charge). A wine pairing is available (and was served at a table next ours, it did look appealing and well chosen for the dishes). We opted for a glass of house champagne (25 EUR each), a bottle of Austrian Chardonnay (Velich Darscho 2009, 111 EUR), a glass of Pinot Noir (Fritsch, “P” 2019) and a small bottle of Kracher Nr. 4 Zwischen den Seen Muskat Ottonel TBA 1999, 113 EUR).

Disappointing, non-hygienic, pompous and overpriced. 4 people with food poisoning, dirty silverware, condescending server, sneaky pricing and boring food - this is a quick summary of our experience. I gave two stars out of respect to the hotel, and the Festive Atmosphere that was created in front. Purely for the restaurant, it will be one star. This is definitely NOT a Michelin star level place. It was not difficult to make reservation. We had large group with kids. Hotel told us about chefs 7 course wine pairing tasting menu for adults and separate menu for the kids. First Surprise was dirty and greasy silverware. They did not have food for children and they ordered their food from the next door. Kids ordered five steaks, and all of them were cold, chewy and tasteless. We were surprised that kids did not want to eat them but once we tried them, we agreed. Foie Gras pate was very good. It went very well with Riesling, which we loved. Picture is included below. That was the only positive thing from the evening. The rest of the dishes were seafood and one chicken. No meat. The chef is a fan of frothy base, making most of the dishes taste and look pretty much the same. There was no presentation of food either. We had to constantly ask what we’re eating because it was not really clear. One of the dishes was served on a spoon, which was placed straight on the table right after it was wiped with a rag. That was a bit gross, and definitely not hygienic. I would expect at least a clean napkin, or a small plate, knowing that the spoon most likely wind in the mouth. If I were to guess, that would be a potential source for food poisoning we experienced. Fortunately, most of unfortunates were doctors and had antibiotics available. It took about 2 days. Sommelier was pleasant and funny but somehow he forgot to tell us that Champagne in the beginning and the drinks afterwards were not included. Because we had a tasting Event, and there were no menus, would expect any extras to be presented. The cost of menu was about €300 per adult and €73 per child. In addition to that, they charged us €300 for champagne and €20 per after drink with total about €450 per adult. I would like to mention one more thing. The waitress was wearing a white glove on one hand, which is fine, except I saw her coughing into it in the back galley. Also every time she served food and lean over, her hair would end up on your face, not just close, but actually on your face. I think wearing ponytail would be preferable and definitely more hygienic. You may agree or disagree with our perception of food or pricing. However, until they figure out their hygiene, this place should not be on your list.

We arrived in Ischgl from NYC to ski and celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and after looking around at restaurant options decided this one looked interesting and unique enough for a celebratory dinner. We have eaten at many top restaurants around the world, so maybe our expectations were too high, but we thought the meal was just ok. The service was great and the atmosphere is high-end and a bit stuffy even which is fine. However, the food is expensive for what it is and the focus seems to be primarily on presentation vs. taste. We could honestly say out of the multiple dishes we tried, only the pigeon pie was somewhat memorable in taste and had a good balance of flavors. The chocolate cake dessert was good too. The rest of the dishes, however, lacked in flavor and seemed to have an abundance of truffles to cover it up. Literally half of the dishes we had tasted like truffle, which doesn’t seem very creative given what we’ve read about the chef and the restaurant. I also didn’t love the offers of drinks before the meal via a cart of options and no mention of prices. When you’re offering a drink that costs 20+ euro each, cost should be mentioned. This is especially confusing given that several small dishes are served at the same time as complimentary amuse bouches. All in all, we had a nice time but felt the meal wasn’t worth the just under 300 euro price tag for 2 people (5 dishes, 2 drinks and an average bottle of wine.)

Simply fantastic! 8 courses and each of them was heaven on earth! Highly recommend the beef! Never eaten such an amazing steak (and I’m pescatarian!!)
Philine — Google review
Excellent food and wonderful service. The food was superb - we opted for the surprise tasting menu. The fish dishes were some of the best we have eaten anywhere in the world. Wine pairing was imaginative with plenty of unique local wines. Deserves the accolades it has received. Thank you for a special evening.
Ben W — Google review
Difficult to put into words but let me try: The restaurant is well designed yet extremely hot. The temperature appears to not regulate well. The food was very average, the seafood was quite nice but the meat (lamb and beef) not edible - I struggled finding meat amongst all the fat. Staff (waiter was great) but Rest unorganised. I asked for a menu twice before seeing it. When asked about wine pairing I couldn’t even be told the price and was told it depends how much you drink!? So then the tasting menu (food) should be free as I didn’t eat much, following the same logic!? It was a big regret and shocking experience. Couldn’t wait to get out and have a pizza down the road. When paying I was confronted by the owner who decided to argue whether the meat was fatty or not, it was completely arrogant behaviour, something I’ve never experienced. Avoid at all cost, also see hotel reviews where people commented on restaurant negatively and were threatened with legal action! What kind of place is this!?

Good food, attentive waiters and great vibe. Price is fair. The burger bun was a bit too dry (not crispy) for my taste, but I guess that’s a matter of personal preference.

As an italian, i often avoid ordering italian food abroad, but i really could not resist when I saw the pappardelle al cinghiale. The beef and salmon tartares matched our expectations, but the pappardelle were really something out of this world… better than some I had in Tuscany myself. On top of that, the service was superb, a great attention to detail and care for the guest. Prices are in line with the quality of the service. Also good job for the wine card, a lot of variety for all the different tastes. I cannot recommend this place enough, if you come to ischgl you should definitely pay a visit here!

We stayed over christmas with our two boys and had a wonderful time. Rooms and wellness was great and most importantly the service. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Last week we stayed in the hotel for the very first time and it was awesome. The rooms were very comfortable and it was very nice that every day the cleaning stuff arranged the blankets in very cool forms. Food in the hotel was also great (almost too much) and our waiter was very friendly all the time. Especially breakfast selection is huge. We also went to the restaurant and bar. Very friendly people and wine and food was awesome. One note, I recommend to do a reservation at least 3-4 days in advance, they are always fully booked

Highly recommend! The staff is super friendly & approachable. The rooms are clean & have a nice touch of design with good lighting. But… THE FOOD is AMAZING! Handled with so much love, creativity and care. Nice sauna & steambaths.

Excellent stay at this hotel. All the staff is extremely friendly, especially our waiter Hrvoje who went above and beyond to make our breakfasts and dinners a great experience. Ivan was also great on the days he was covering. Facilities are great from the ski storage, to the spa, and the rooms. The food each day was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Salnerhof. The service was fantastic from the front desk to the cleaning crew. We wanted to mention our absolute favorite person of the trip. Our waiter, Ivan, in the Salnerhof restaurant. We didn't know when we arrived that we would have amazing meals every night included in our stay. This was wonderful, but even better, Ivan is a certified Sommelier. He has incredible taste in wine and helped us choose exquisite wine to pair with our dinners each night. Thank you Ivan and thank you Salnerhof for such a wonderful experience! We will be back.

We come here for dinner every year. It’s situated towards the end of Ischgls main road. The food and wine selection is amongst the best in town, dishes are beautifully arranged and taste excellent. They serve mostly traditional Austrian cuisine, prices are at the higher end. Reservation is highly recommended in winter months. Definitely a MUST visit when you’re in Ischgl.

The Salnerhof is truly an exceptional hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was nothing short of amazing, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The spa facilities are also top-notch, providing a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of skiing. Overall, my stay at the Salnerhof was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for its guests is truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ischgl.

Kitzloch Ischgl is a renowned restaurant located in the Austrian town of Ischgl, which is part of the Ischgl-Samnaun skiing district. The restaurant offers a diverse menu that caters to various dietary preferences, including vegan and kosher options. It is known for its high-quality and flavorful dishes.
Great food and service. Extraordinary wine selection but with high prices. Normal wine starts around 35 euro per bottle. The food is more expensive than average, but is was really good. All dishes were tastefully prepared. Dessert was delicious as well.

Authentic chalet, special decorations , warm and cozy, even better when snowing outside … food was nice, local and jnternational dishes. Fresh and generous portions .
Yael S — Google review
Well, lets start from positive aspects. Portions are really big and the whole vibe of this place is lovely. However, we didnt order the starters (bread with creme) at all (7euro). Additionally, we requested salad without rucola and finally…it was full of it. Last but not least, beers should be 0.2 but they gave us 0.3 with higher price (6vs4 eur)
Rafalrydz — Google review
Very good food. However, they charged us 3.5€ per person for use of the napkins. It is said it is mandatory but honestly it is just taking advantage of us. Wouldn’t recommend just because of that, but the food is good. And they had gluten free options.
Sivan S — Google review
We arrived for dinner, after hearing about the place's ribs. As soon as we sat down, we were told there were no ribs. We waited over an hour for the dishes that arrived cold. We received dry bread after 40 minutes from arrival, without butter or any sauce. We asked twice from the waiters but did not receive. In the end we were charged 3.5 euros per diner for the dry bread and the lack of service.
Shmulik Y — Google review
Terrible experience. Poor service. Nobody cares. We booked a table a month in advance, yet on arrival, we were squeezed into a spot so tight we couldn’t fit. The manager’s response? “We’re fully booked” (basically, take it or leave it) and suggested we sit next to each other instead of facing each other. Uncomfortable, but we stayed because we were hungry. We ordered their signature dish—sold out by 20:05. Fine, we went for steaks (one of the most expensive items on the menu). It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. At 50 minutes, the waiter even asked how our food was—except we hadn’t received anything! No apology, just excuses. When we asked for the manager, we were told he’d only talk to us at the end of the night. The steaks? Overcooked and mediocre. Worse, we were misled about the pricing—unlike other mains, the sides weren’t included, though the waiter made it seem otherwise. €39 for a steak without a side? Shady. The manager’s response? “You’re on holiday, so you can wait.” No apology, no accountability. When I mentioned leaving a review, he still didn’t care. So here it is. Huge disappointment, especially as a loyal customer. They act like they’re the only dining option in Ischgl—trust me, they’re not.

A nice local pub restaurant. We ate a nice dinner. Some dishes pretented to be michelin dishes...but basically its a local place. Great for apres ski and eating local dishes. Service is nice and atmosphere is right what u expect...like a hunting cabin. A little too pricy

Ischgl, a former farming village, is now a popular destination for its vibrant apres-ski scene and diverse dining options. The area also boasts upscale restaurants like the Michelin-starred Paznaunerstube at Hotel Trofana Royal and the award-winning Stuva. For more budget-friendly choices, Pizzeria La Candela is a popular option.
Great Atmosphere and DJ! Loved it! The waiter who serves in the ground floor was quite unfriendly and arrogant. We had a lot good waiters before, but in recent years it changed.

Best place for apreski party ever!!! Ischgl is known as the best place in Austria regarding the Apreski places full of happy people, good vibe and the best energy you've ever experienced. I highrely recommend this place!! The food is good, people are very nice and the dj is the best!! Love it all!! I recommend you to go after you get off the slopes. After 6 P you barely find o free spot there.

Best après ski I have ever seen. We went in a large group and stayed in several tables, and everything was amazing. The music is the best and the ambient is really good. Very nice place to go after ski, and you even can have some pizzas for dinner. Really good place that must be visited!

How the mighty have fallen. I have so many fond memories of this place. So many stories—stories I can barely remember. The venue is still stunning, and the sound system is second only to the Thaya. Fifteen years ago, SLBMG rapped about ballin’ in the VIP of the après-ski. Sadly, Trofanna has made this a reality. Why not remove those empty reserved tables from the dance floor? Our DJ deserved a crowd! With pain in my heart. As always, everyone gets five stars.

I don't know about the day activities but from everything into the small hours og the night the place is a one big party. In its two floors packed with people dancing and having fun, mostly 30 plus, with great local music. This is one of the good places in Ischgl. Enjoy :)

Nestled in the charming town of Ischgl, Bärafalla Restaurant exudes a delightful rustic charm that invites you to unwind and indulge. The menu is a tantalizing blend of traditional Tyrolean cuisine alongside beloved Italian favorites like pizza, spaghetti, and penne. This fusion makes it an ideal spot for those looking to savor both local flavors and classic Italian dishes.
Probably one of the best restaurants in the area. Food is always fresh and delicious. We’ve been here for 3 years in a row and always go to this place every other day. There is 1 waiter which is often unpleasant and therefore we never give him tips and he becomes even more unpleasant. But all other personnel is fine.
Olena K — Google review
The place seems very popular and is completely packed during the busy the hours. The food, however, is disappointing. Pretty standard menu for the area, the meat is overcooked and extremely salty while the rest of the food is bland and tasteless. There are much better options in the area.
Alex K — Google review
I think the best thing about this place is the variety of dishes and the value for money. Super approachable prices. The pizzas are the specialty of this place the rest of the dishes we tasted were ok, nothing blew our mind. The atmosphere is great, the food is served super fast and the staff are nice.
Ruti K — Google review
Cute and cosy restauarnt with decent pizzas and main dishes. Pizzas are around €13, aprerol spritz for 7€ and beers €3-5. Service is friendly enough and efficient. Food comes out quickly.

Very nice restaurant in Ischgl. The was not great but indeed good . The servicewas excellent though . You cannot make a reservation in advance so you need to wait in a line to seat, very unusual and not comfortable, hopefully they will change it in the future... The restaurant located in the center of ischgl near the end of the A1 gondola, inside an hotel. The restroom is in the hotel itself. The restaurant decorated traditionally which is very nice We ordered ribs and Bolognese, and banana split for desert and the food was good but not great In conclusion it is good but there are plenty of better restaurants in town. ...............................

The food was of extremely poor quality and tasted frozen! The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and offensive. If you don’t know anything about Italian cuisine, it’s better not to serve pizza and pasta at all.In this so-called 4-star restaurant, we ordered a Coke, and to our surprise, they served it in a glass without carbonation, ice, or lemon. After we complained, they brought us two warm bottles of Coke, still without ice or lemon!

Had probably the worst burger ever. It was literally bread, some sauce and cheap minced meat. Don't know how you can even put something like this on the menu. Fries and my girlfriend's side-legumes were just frozen vegetables and thrown on the plate. Don't usually write reviews but for 60Eur this is absolutely insulting.

Nice interior and service. We ordered two burgers which were very dry and look like fast food, apart from the meat and the bun it only had a weird cheese sauce. The fries didn't even come with ketchup

Tradilitional austria restaurant. Tasty food and good service. It can get rather busy, arriving early (for dinner) or booking a table is advisable

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant in the basement. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had a lot of choice including eggs made to guests taste. Only thing that could be better, was the temperature in the room. It was too hot and we could not find a way to lower it except opening the windows and let in freezing cold air.

Located in the basement with tradition Austrian interior design. Very warm though we were there in a cold winter night. Very friendly service. Authentic Austrian food in big portions. Too full to try their dessert. Though very savoury but a bit too salty for me. Make reservations in advance, else you may not get a table.

Very nice restaurant with traditional Austrian food. We really liked it! Normal prize. The waiter was super friendly! She was wearing a super pretty dirndl and explained she had a closet full of those dirndls, so cool! I'd recommend the dessert, but maybe no whipped cream.. I don't understand why it's such a thing in Austria to not put sugar in the whipped cream

Late Dinner here after sunny day on the slopes. You enter traditionally decorated restaurant in the basement. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Lot's of tourists (which we were as well). Excellent food for meat lovers. Filet was top notch quality, excellent! Portions were more than enough for our party members, but too good to be left uneaten. Would recommend warmly the hot stone plate where you can fry our steak to your liking. Staff was also ok for our requested arrangements on sharing the portions which led to a sizable tip!
Tommi P — Google review
Unaccetable response to client feed-back! I had reseved a table for my wife and me for our last dinner In Ischgl In traditional Austrian atmosphere. Our choice was right - until the dessert. We wanted to have Irish coffee for dessert. We expected this international drink to be familiar for this restaurant in the same way it is familiar for many restaurants in Ischgl, in which we have enjoyed this drink over the years! As we brought up the fact that the drink we were served does not taste like Irish coffee, we were shown the bottle of ready-made mix they use to make “Irish coffee”. On top we were told to go to Ireland if we want to drink Irish coffee. (Which, by the way, is a wrong suggestion taking the fact that the origins of the drink are in the US rather than in Ireland -despite the fact that the right Whisky to use for the drink is Irish.) We found the behavior of the manager of the restaurant extremely rude. If her intention was to spoil our last night In Ischgl, she succeeded perfectly!

Needed a late night snack after a day of skiing and stumbled into Space 73! Excellent beef tenderloin cooked to perfection accompanied with some fries for good measure! All a great experience with really good bar atmosphere and background tunes! The wait staff was very pleasant and accommodating to answer a few questions from a few Canadian boys on a ski holiday!
Ben H — Google review
To start on a positive note, the staff was overall kind, and the service was decent. However… When I initially wanted to order the burger, I asked the waiter what kind of meat it was. He told me it was mixed meat (pork and beef), so I decided to go for the chicken instead. However, when my chicken dish was served by a different waiter, I asked again about the burger. This time, I was told it was 100% beef, and she even double-checked it with the chef. This contradiction was really frustrating and made me feel like I had been misled. Unfortunately, the chicken I ordered was way too salty and not tasty at all. On top of that, I noticed that more drinks were added to my bill than I actually ordered, which was frustrating. To make things worse, the waiter raised her voice at me, which made the experience even more unpleasant. On a brighter note, the chef in the kitchen was a really nice guy and made an effort to offer me an alternative, which I truly appreciated. That being said, I would never return and cannot recommend this place. The food quality, service, and overall experience were simply not worth the high prices.
Levi K — Google review
From beginning till the end the service was really poor. When drinks were being served the waiter placed them everywhere wrongly without asking who ordered what. I ordered the Chicken Provence and asked if I could get fries instead of smashed potatoes. When dinner was served by another waiter I simply got a plate of plain fries and a piece of salty chicken without vegetables and gravy that were part of the meal. The waiter simply said that if you want fries instead of smashed potatoes you would not get the vegetables. I mentioned that I was not informed upfront. He mentioned to arrange me some vegetables. When vegetables were served it seemed simple deep freeze very low quality. For a € 38 meal I would have expected more than Mac Donald’s quality. Feedback was shared with another waiter whom I paid the bill but nothing was done with it. Worst experience ever.

A Restaurant I can always recommend. I am a revisiting guest who not only comes for the Relaxing yet exciting atmosphere, but also for the phenomenal food and cocktails. The service is very attentive and welcoming, with genuine smiles and outstanding knowledge about the diverse drinks on offer. Space 73 exceeds my expectations over and over again. The entire experience is nothing short of exceptional. Being able to indulge in good food for a fair price is a rare phenomenon in Ischgl, Space 73 ticks all the boxes and is worth every penny. Will definitely be back, and will be recommending it to all.

One of us is lactose intolerance and they were uncaring about it, and didn't even want to ask the chef if the cheese could be removed from the carpaccio. The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Patrick Raaß, is imaginative, technically precise and tastes at the highest level. Particularly positive is the professional handling of intolerances - individual wishes were taken into account without compromise and elegantly integrated into the menu. The evening began with a fine amuse bouche, which already set the mood for what was to come. In the first variant of the menu, Balfegó tuna with curry and exclusive N25 Osietra caviar followed - a game of spiciness, freshness and luxurious depth. Alternatively, quail was served with Thai mango and curry – a harmonious combination of spicy warmth and fruity sweetness. The following course of wild-caught turbot or raviolo with egg yolk and Périgord truffle was an homage to classic French flavors with a contemporary twist. The veal cheeks with spring morels and potatoes were particularly impressive due to their depth of flavor and perfect texture. An absolute highlight was the Wagyu beef fillet, combined with peppers and cabbage - tender, juicy, aromatic! As a sweet conclusion, an airy curd rhubarb soufflé and a selection of fine petit fours were served - a well-deserved Michelin star! Amazing meal, great ambiance, and overall wonderful restaurant. I started with the Gulaschsuppe, warmed me up after a long day of skiing. For the main course, I had the Zwiebelrostbraten and it was delicious. My friends got the Rinderfiletsteak and Zwiebelrostbraten and both looked very tasty as well, excellent presentation. Finished with the Hausgemachter Apfelstrudel and it hit the spot. We also ordered a couple bottles of wine, which were fairly priced. Cocktails are great here too. Definitely recommend if you are in Ischgl!

We were able to get a table, and thank god because this restaurant really is the best in Ischgl. From the service, to the atmosphere and food all were far beyond our expectations. The service was so attentive and kind, our waitress made sure we had the best dining experience possible, the atmosphere was also great, lively and cozy. The place is run by the owner and they give off a family vibe with the staff, everyone gave a smile and they were all calm and friendly. The food, was just absolutely delicious, fantastic in every way. As starters we had the beef carpaccio, and the beef tartare. Carpaccio was delicately cut and the meat was tender and fresh, not thick and chewy. The tartare was perfectly complimented by the spices, and the truffle sauce. It was spicy but full of flavour, every bite was heaven. For mains we had the Wiener schnitzel, and the goulash. Wiener schnitzel was thin and the crust was nice and crispy but not weighed down by the butter, it was made as the original Wiener schnitzel. The goulash was the best and heartiest we’ve ever had. Full of meat, perfectly seasoned, and cooked.. the meat was falling apart it was so tender, and the pickles and cream were the perfect combination. The spaetzel was light and a great choice as a side. For dessert we had a molten chocolate cake, and a cheese variation plate. The cake was smooth and delicious, perfect end to such an amazing dinner, and the cheese with the fresh baguette was perfect with the last bit of wine. We absolutely recommend dining here, and we will definitely be back for more.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Ischgl, Kuhstall, affectionately known as the Cowshed, has been a staple of the après-ski scene since its inception. Isi Glück at Kuhstall, Ischgl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Isi Glück at Kuhstall in Ischgl is the perfect spot for an unforgettable après-ski party! great staff, good at helping me in whatever they could, the guests are a bit both good and bad, but we had our fun. its a must if you are in Ischgl! also my friends ate on top of it in the restaurant, was great they said. the music is a bit questionable after 22:00, so i think its perfect for apres ski in the late afternoon/early evening.

First time visit in the Summer, still excellent. Staff were on top of their game and it’s a lovely sun trap until it slips away behind the Silvretta Bahn. Only complaint is there was no Jägertee on the summer drinks list! The beer and Aperolspritz made up for it. Had a great pizza too.

Best place for a good apres ski! Never had a better experience(even got photo with kate ryan) , downsides are there are alot of people inside (but best atmosphere inside). Also at an given point we couldnt pay with card anymore... But if i want to Igschl i would for sure visit the kuhstall!

If you're looking to kick off your après-ski festivities early, the Paznauner Taja in Ischgl is the perfect spot. Perched at an impressive altitude of 2,000 meters directly on the ski slopes, this vibrant venue offers a lively atmosphere filled with pulsating techno beats and classic après-ski hits starting from midday. The stunning panoramic views of snow-capped mountains create a breathtaking backdrop for your dining experience.
This is a very good spot to get rest and take a lunch, a weissbier or the best apfelstrudel! After 13:30 PM you can dance on the best dj playmix tracks and enjoy the best quality time with your friends. I recommend this place cause I just love it!

Nice altitude restaurant with large selection of dishes including pizza Spot is also very nice for pre after ski and last slope for the day Facing sun set, recommended!

That is the only restaurant on the ski slopes with a full choice of gluten free dishes. Everything is super tasty (we’ve been there every day because I am celiac) and waiters are really nice. At 13:30-14:00 also starts a very cool and loud music with dj downstairs, so you can enjoy the best aprés ski. It’s pretty expensive but definitely worth it, especially on sunny days.

During my latest ski adventure, I had the delightful experience of visiting the Paznauer Taja Restaurant and Bar, a hidden gem nestled on the ski slopes. From the moment I arrived, the breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-dusted mountains and pristine ski routes captivated me, setting a majestic backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance of Paznauer Taja is a harmonious blend of exhilarating alpine adventure and cosy, welcoming warmth. The establishment thrives on its atmosphere, enriched by a carefully curated selection of music that resonates well with the serene, picturesque surroundings. It’s an inviting space where the excitement of the ski slopes meets the comfort of a mountain retreat. As for the cuisine, it is nothing short of remarkable. Each dish is a testament to the chef's dedication to quality and creativity, combining traditional flavours with a modern twist. The menu caters to a variety of tastes, ensuring that every palate is satisfied. Whether it was the hearty, flavour-packed main courses or the exquisite, delicate desserts, each bite was a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of the region. But what truly sets Paznauer Taja apart is its atmosphere. There’s a palpable sense of joy and camaraderie among both the guests and the staff, creating a welcoming environment that feels like a home away from home. The friendly, attentive service complements the overall experience, making every visitor feel like a cherished guest. In conclusion, Paznauer Taja is not just a restaurant and bar; it's a destination where the joy of skiing, the beauty of nature, and the art of gastronomy converge to create magical moments. Whether you're looking for a place to refuel after a day on the slopes or a cosy spot to relax and soak in the alpine beauty, Paznauer Taja is a must-visit. It’s a place where memories are made, amidst the backdrop of one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth.

Have dined in their restaurant several times over the years. Not a very extensive menu but what they do they do very well. And their customer service is absolutely top notch. When next in Ischgl I'll dine here again. Can't say better than that.

Best GF pizza!! Pizza dough was home made, fluffy and crispy and very nice. Great service even though it was a busy night. Attentive staff and great flavours.

Not great place to eat. Not many options on that part of town so we had dinner there twice. Food is not great, pizza is the best alternative. A positive thing is that the place doesn't get crowded (it can be difficult to find somewhere to eat when the town is busy) and the food is served fast.

Unfortunately my experience here was a bad one. Hopefully other turists will read this review and will not share the same experience. We ordered a Fondue Chinoise from the menu and we specified to the waiter that we want to share one portion for 2 people. Everything seemed to be ok (the waiter did not mention that it is not possible to share one portion) until we saw the bill where we had to pay 88 euro (instead of 44). Only then the waiter told us that the price from the menu is per person and that it is not acceptable to share. Despite this event, which I find it to be a scam, I totally do not recommend the dish either. It is just boiled beef meat, without any taste. So in case you opt for this dish, be prepared to pay 88 euros for bolied meat, with a lot of mayonesse sauces.

The Bergrestaurant Idalp - Panorama is situated in a superb location on the top floor, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Kinder ski area. The cuisine at this restaurant is highly delectable, with standout dishes including beef tartar and stroganoff. Guests are recommended to dine here for a well-organized experience and tasty food. In addition, outside seating provides ample sunlight to enjoy while savoring a beer.
This restaurant is spacious and has a larger selection of food compared to other restaurants in the area. There is plenty of space inside and outside, but during the lunch it may be difficult to find a table, better to go right before or after. The place js nice because is in ghe center of everything, you can go anywhere from this place, is a good meeting point.

You have to make a reservation to eat on the roof with table service. I would recommend doing this, its cozy and the food upstairs is way better. The downside is that its very cold because of the wind, you do get a blanket but still.

All people that were with me got food poisoning after eating cheese spatzle. I got carbonara, and it has been the hardest to finish in my life. Overcrowded: long queue of people pressuring you to leave the table asap. Definitely go somewhere else.

Okay, the view is beautiful! But I was very disappointed with the Kaiserschmarren. On the menu they pointed you have to wait 25 minutes for them, so I was looking forward to tasty fresh Kaiserschmarren. However, they were dry and obviously reheated. The fruit puree served with it was lumpy and not tasty. The chocolate milk was made from powdered water, despite that there are plenty of dairy cows in the neighborhood making fresh milk. A big disappointment!

If it helps you, 👍 my review. Busy drink and food place. You can go inside and warm up or have snacks and drinks from the outside area. Conveniently located near the ski lifts, it offers great views for skiers and non skiers wanting to eat or drink. Slightly expensive but there is not much else around.

Only visited the restaurant on the second floor which is more of a canteen. There is a big food selection which is mostly quite expensive- especially if you choose the salad (100g per €3). However, it is a restaurant at the top of the alps- the views are incredible and I would say this is one of the better ski slope restaurants around. Recommended!

Pizzeria La Nona is a charming establishment with an authentic ambiance that truly transports you to a small Italian town. Its interior captures the essence of a main square, complete with a captivating fountain. Enjoying pizza and wine here makes you feel like you're in the heart of Italy. The food is delicious, complemented by friendly and accommodating waitstaff. While there might be some waiting time for your order, it becomes inconsequential once you taste the flavorful dishes.
Good food and service! We've been to this place several times during our stay in Ischgl and always had a perfect dinner. Fish combo and wine suggestion were great. Reserving a table through website was easy. Meat and cheese fondue were also yummy. Highly recommend!

Really nice place with authentic interior, you definitely feel like in a small Italian town in the main square which has a fountain in the middle while eating on your pizza and sipping on some wine. Definitely a really nice place and the food was also delicious. The waiters were really nice and friendly. The only one small thing is that we waited for our food quite a while, but in the end it was okay as it was very tasty. The prices are not so high and the quality of the food and service is good. Definitely recommend it. Advisable to make a reservation if you want to go there for dinner as it gets very busy.

We came to this pizzeria because they are the only one with gluten-free pizza in Ischgl. My mom went to the place 2 days before to double-check that this was correct which they confirmed it was. The day we went to eat my mom asked once again as soon we got in to be on the safe side, they told us once again that they had gluten-free pizza. The restaurant was pretty full so we had to wait around 30 minutes before we got seated. At the table they took our orders, me and my sister ordered two gluten-free pizzas. They accepted our order, nothing strange with that. Around 5 minutes later they came back and told us that they were unable to make the gluten-free pizza. The reason was unclear, at first they told us that there wasn’t enough space in the kitchen. Then they told us that there were to many take away orders, after that they told us that they were out of gluten-free pizza dough. At this point they had already given us our drinks so we couldn’t leave. We had to order something else from a very small menu which also was much more expensive than the pizza. It took quite a while to make the food, around 30 minutes. When we took the bill there was no doubt that we would pay the full prize as the restaurant made us order something much more expensive than what we actually wanted. The staff and the boss had no understanding what so ever and thought we should pay the full prize, which we had to do. Some kind of compensation would be the only right thing to give us. The entire experience was stressful, unpleasant and annoying. Won’t come back, that’s for sure.
Hannah B — Google review
Food is fine, the only affordable place in Ischgl with vegan options. The behavior of the staff is weird though. They didn't give us a table once and next time they gave us a table that had been reserved already so we had only 1.5h to eat and leave. While sitting we witnessed many other couples that didn't have a reservation getting tables without any problems. So there were plenty of free tables but they didn't give any to us. One of us is not Caucasian, so I take it as a nationality based discrimination.

Arlberger Dorfstubn is a traditional Tyrolean restaurant situated in the heart of St. Anton's charming village. The restaurant offers an authentic Austrian mountain experience with its traditional interior, menu featuring Tirolean dishes, and waitresses dressed in traditional attire. It is a great place to immerse yourself in the local culture while enjoying well-priced traditional meals.
The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the food was really good, we got two different pastas and two cordon bleus and these were both amazing choices. The desserts were also immaculate. The waiter was also really nice, made funny jokes and seemed to really enjoy the night and our company, if you are in Sankt Anton, go here!!

We received a recommendation for this place when looking for a local cuisine restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere was nice, and the waitstaff wore traditional outfits, but the service was lacking—our waitress was impatient with us. The food wasn’t great either. I ordered the braised beef with vegetables and a salad. The salad was okay, but the steak was dry, and the vegetables were completely tasteless.

It's a great bar with food for an uncomplicated meal. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. I like the breading on a Wiener Schnitzel to be a tad crunchier, but it was very tasty. The fries tasted a bit stale.

Pleasant traditional restaurant with very friendly and attentive service. Prices average for the town. Marianna O — Google review
Our stay at Hotel Eldorado Ischgl (7 nights in February with half board) was a mixed experience, with several disappointing moments. Upon arrival, our room was freezing cold with no heating. Despite reporting the issue immediately, the management (who are also the owners) responded slowly and ineffectively. After several complaints, they provided a weak heating device that didn’t solve the problem. Instead of offering a proper solution, they suggested we leave the hotel if we were not satisfied—an unacceptable response from a hotel of this category. The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. The half-board menu included certain meals, yet we were charged extra for dishes that were supposedly included (e.g., Tyrolean ravioli, for which we were unexpectedly charged an additional €14). Additionally, we were billed for a 0.2L glass of wine instead of the 0.1L we ordered, though this was corrected after we complained. One evening, we had to wait 2.5 hours to be served, as the waiters needed approval from the manager (Silvia) before bringing our food — completely absurd and unprofessional. Moreover, during the first three nights, our food was served cold. After a few days, our interaction with some of the staff improved, thanks to cultural familiarity and good communication. Some waiters were friendly and professional, but others falsely claimed that all tables were reserved, even when there were available seats in the restaurant during the designated dinner hours. Although Ischgl is a fantastic destination, Hotel Eldorado did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort and guest treatment. Issues with the room, misleading charges, and inconsistent service negatively impacted our experience. A huge thank you to the waiters who were professional, but we will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time.

Most meals were good, truffle pasta was awful. When the waiter came to ask if everything was ok, he was furious when we said we didn’t like the dish. Moreover, the charged an absurd amount of 4.5€ for a bottle of TAP WATER!!!! For a table of 11 people, we had to pay 35€ for tap water. Would not recommend, very disappointed

Nestled in the charming town of Ischgl, La Candela is a delightful pizzeria that stands out among the dining options available. While visitors often flock to upscale venues like the Michelin-starred Paznaunerstube or Stuva, La Candela offers an inviting atmosphere with delicious and affordable pizzas that many consider to be the best in town. The dough is particularly praised for its quality, although some dishes like calzones may occasionally have a bit too much moisture inside.

We were looking for a pizza place for our last night in Ischgl, it ended up being La Candela. We were greeted and sat pretty quickly, but were not given the menu. We asked for it, and the main server told us to be patient, and clapped one of our shoulders. This behavior was the first let down. They did not have pizza at the time we were there, but we ordered a schnitzel, with a bowl of buffet salad, some soup, and a vegetarian spaghetti dish. The food was alright, and the buffet of salad was surprisingly good. There was not enough space in the restaurant, so everytime the waiters walked by, they bumped into the table. In conclusion, the food was alright, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place, especially because of the weird atmosphere and service.
Johan Ø — Google review
The town was busy, so we went here just because they had room; when we walked up to the pizzeria, we first saw the sign outside that they didn't currently have..pizza. The interior was so cute! And the staff were friendly, but sadly the food was just not good. The burger was overcooked, and the cheese on it was kind of rubbery; the spaghetti bolognese had a lot of meat, but no flavor or sauce; the shrimp scampi was the only dish that had good feedback.
Maria L — Google review
Visited here after long day ski-ing. Found a parking place in the front of the restaurant with helpful staff of the restaurant. Half of our party ate pizza, which was quite basic (in a good way) with interesting details like lonely olive looking for a companion in the middle of the pizza (see picture). Others had meat in different forms. That was also good, but nothing spectacular. Service was slowish as the hotel residents were there eating the dinner at the same time and they seemed to be served faster than us. We still had some apetite for dessert, which was nice finish to the dinner.
Tommi P — Google review
Every restaurant that presents four ways to spice up your hamburger (tabasco original, tabasco jalapeño, dried peppers and spicy oil) when requested, deserves stars. Also, the burger was really delicate. As was the schnitzel, and kudos for the salad bar.
Pascal V — Google review
Good reviews, average food We came here because of good rating . It all started with the sign "No Pizza available " in pizzeria , it was really strange but we didn't come here for pizza . Then we ordered a schnitzel and a Greek salad and an ice cream. The Greek salad was a disgrace to Greece, they just put some vegetables with corn , tuna from a can , and a feta without taste , they didn't even put olive oil ! Schnitzel was average, it was dry and the portion was small for 21 euro , only 2 small pieces. So it was not a pleasant experience considering the price we paid. Pros: Service is fast There are enough places Cons: Food is average Price is above normal More like a buffet Conclusion: Maybe we ordered the wrong but our experience wasn't very pleasant. The food is average and the price is above medium. The service is fast . The "restaurant" looked more like a buffet because if you order a schnitzel then you need to make a salad yourself and the vegetables aren't very fresh . We finished with an Ice cream that was okay but tasted like it was bought from a normal supermarket with wheap cream from a bottle . Better find other restaurant if you want to really enjoy the food and if you're here for pizza then they don't have it 🤣

The food was really good, amazing pizzas, definitely the best in ishgil. Calzone was a bit watery inside but the dough was splendid. The desserts were also really good. The vibe however is a hit and miss. Went there 3 times, once we were sat in the really nice main dining area, however the other 2 times we were sat in off rooms which were quite cramped, especially after skiing when you have alot of screaming children in a small enclosed area.
Scorchious — Google review
Overall not bad. We were seated quickly, and had a kind and attentive waiter. The food came out pretty fast but was a little meh. I had the schnitzel which unfortunately only came with a jam of sorts. It was good but it was a bit dry, I personally would’ve liked a mushroom or pepper sauce. The burger looked absolutely delicious though.

Nestled atop Ischgl, the Bergrestaurant Pardorama is a must-visit for any skier looking to refuel in style. This spacious eatery offers an impressive menu that includes a delightful bouillabaisse, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The atmosphere is surprisingly calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Don't miss out on their delectable desserts; even the 20-minute wait for the Kaiser dessert is worth it as it's large enough to share!
Always a good go to spot when in the ski area. Self service down, service upstairs. Reasonable prices for good food. Best going early for securing a nice spot to sit.

A massive and visually compelling restaurant on the top of Ischgl. A must see for skiers. This time it provided space for a fascinating world-record-altitude LEGO-exhibition with a multitude of amazing topics like StarWars, Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, Frozen and many more.
András V — Google review
Go for the bouillabaise of the sea (savoury soup), the taste is exquisite. Pair it with a dessert. This is at the the upstairs restaurant, not the self service cafeteria downstairs. It’s not as crowded as one would expect, and service is surprisingly fast. Even the 20 mins desert called Kaiser-something arrived fast, it was delicious, and enough for 2. Important: avoid the deep fried buttery Parmesan veal schnitzel thing, it costs 35 euros an you vomit it within 30 minutes. All 3 items are in the photos.

It is worth eating here for the extraordinary view and pleasant atmosphere. The services and food are quite good.

The restaurant has great view, nice and clean infra, quite enjoyable to have lunch there on a bluebird sunny day. Also took a few great photos outside of the restaurant. The hidden gem is the curry they made, even for an Asian, I quite like the turkey curry there.

Tasty food but not enough gluten free options. Some of the waiters are vary polite and professional but some are rude and with low English level. Fantastic view!

We were a week in Ischgl for skiing and stayed at this excellent hotel. The staff was very service minded and guest friendly, always wanting the best for us. In all everything was provided as one should except at this price; nice beds, good cleaning, small but nice bar etc. The dinner was preset as an seven course gourmet menu including a nice salad and cheese buffet, so in practice five courses. In addition three course alternatives was included which made it possible to really set together a menu of your own choice. The chefs made a wonderful job! Well cooked, nicely presented and high tasting. The cuisine was Austrian. The portions size was overall well balanced but the main course tended to be to big. Drinks were not included but a new wine suggestion for each course every day, served on glass, ranging from 8 to 22 € each. Very nice wine cellar with lot of "local" choices with an average price of perhaps 100 €. If you have wine left they save the bottle for the next dinner! A nice gesture. We used the fantastic spa every night before dinner after a long day of hard skiing. Men and women together so bring swim wear out of respect. It was not at all crowded and on several occasions were we all alone! Two different saunas, to different steam baths and one room with two infra heated chairs. I, my wife and our daughter loved it. Hope you do too! 😀

We booked to stay at the hotel for Christmas 2021 but due to covid asked to reschedule. The hotel seemed to be very understanding of this. However, upon arrival seemed to have forgotten our request for a quiet room (my boyfriend suffers from insomnia) and put us on the street! It’s was noisy, incredibly hot and we didn’t sleep at all. The hotel didn’t seem to help and offered some disappointing solutions eg. move from one room for three days and then move back to the noisy room. We declined, but changed our mind the next day when the lack of sleep made my boyfriend ill. They managed to find us a room in the end but the energy we had to put in to get the room makes the four star service laughable. To make matters worse, whilst the hotel had agreed to push our stay back to the following year they had changed our booking to 3 doubles rooms, which wasn’t the case. This notification was sent in a pdf in our email, which unfortunately in good faith we assumed was the same as the original booking (2 double, 1 single). Either way we didn’t agree to the terms, but were still charged the extras. When we disputed this the owners were rude and clearly knew what they were doing. We’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in resorts all over Europe and would strongly discourage anyone to stay here. Uncomfortable rooms, below par food and the hotel owners let down their staff who offered great service. I’ve no doubt the hotel will respond saying that they offered a bunch of solutions and were fair but I can assure you this is a lie.
Louise B — Google review
The management put profits above people at every opportunity at this hotel. What a dreadful place. I don’t know where to begin with the large number of grievances I have with this hotel. So i’ll focus on two areas. 1) I was ripped off. I booked a single room and due to Omicron and travel restrictions had to reschedule the dates of my trip. The hotel repackaged our booking as three double rooms and we did not dispute this at the time because we were not looking out for up-charges - why would we be? You would assume that you get the room you booked and I booked a single. They served me all week in the restaurant as a single person, so they knew I was staying alone. They still tried to charge for a double on check out with two half boards! We managed to get the half board removed from the bill but I still had to pay for a double room which I did not budget for. 2) The restaurant dinners are farcical. Portions were beyond avant-garde in presentation, with some so small they weren’t worth lifting your fork for. They had a list of substitute items you could order instead and by half way through the week my party were having pepper steak every night which I think says it all. Food was often undercooked. It mostly felt like an opportunity to sell us wine, and when we ordered the same reasonably priced wine they didn’t have a record of what it was called and told us it was out of stock. I’d like to add that the restaurant staff were fantastic and really nice. unlike their management. Please trust me when I say that this hotel is to be avoided. Your stay here will only lead to disappointment.
Kate B — Google review
Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was the rudest I have experienced. We called around 10pm to ask if they had a room and to ask the price and if electric car charging was available. The lady over the phone told us that we can charge and that the room will be €80. We asked back 3 times as that was 50% off compared to booking.com. She confirmed. We drove 2 hours and arrived at midnight. To be fair to the hotel everything with the charging was ok, as promised. However, when checking in they informed us that it was €80 per person. Miscommunication happens and if they would have apologised and said that as a gesture they give us 10% off or whatever this would be a 5star review. Instead the two receptionist ladies laughed at us without apologising at first. When we said no problem but then we are not staying, they rushed after us and said we can stay at the communicated €80 without breakfast. At this point one of them apologised. By then, we were exhausted and agreed to it. We had a good night, the room was nice. The following morning at checkout we were handed over a bill for €105 (€100 for the room plus €5 tourist tax) and were told this is what we agreed the previous night. When we asked for a manager we were told that there was none and when we asked for their names we were told they had no names. This is not how you treat a guest. Really horrible experience, would recommend everyone to think twice before booking.
Tamas V — Google review
When a hotel replies to reviews this way “thank God there are very few guests like you”, I suggest to stay away. This is not how guests should be treated, no matter how much you disagree with. I am sure you will find a way to reply in a mean way to my review, as you have done with the other negative reviews left on Google reviews. Which is a shame. Sometimes saying sorry goes a long way.
Marion G — Google review
When we checked in, the reception did not seem capable. Worse of all, receptionists were rude and acted very arrogant in their behaviour especially the owner lady . While the food was good, they always tried to push the most expensive wines to upsell. Stay away.

Such a great place, we ordered the classic cheese fondue for 3 people, it was delicious. also the waiter was very nice and the atmosphere was great. If you are in Ischgl, it's a great place for a big dinner.

We were with a group of 17 people for cheese fondue and two meat fondue. I had the meat fondue. The meat; beef and veal was very good. Very tasteful bouillon and nice side dishes; salad, French fries and toasted bread. The cheese fondue was also very nice I was told by my family and friends who had it. The best of all were the desserts, so delicious and art pieces!! We had a miscommunication in our email correspondence but this was solved in a proper way in the end. Thank you!

I thought everything was very good. The traditional cheese dumplings and the “lasagne” dessert. We also had beers and wine and found the staff super nice and welcoming. I found it more affordable than other places on the street, which is not saying much considering the location.

Giving it 5 to basically offset that one person that was just angry. The fondue was very good, the service was attentive and quick. Americans do not sure great judges of anything Austrian or German but liked and met nice people there. The one crap rating just seems like someone angry. We stayed at hotel attached and service in general was top for everything.

Group of 16 people. The food was pretty good but came late for half of the group. Deserts also took about 40-50 minutes to arrive for some people and two of us gave up waiting when everyone else had finished their desserts and ours hadn't arrived. There is a very good sushi place across the street that I highly reccomend. Go there instead.
Brynjar Á — Google review
Absolutely Horrible behavior. Went there with my wife and 4 year old son. Waited for approximately 10 minutes at the entrance. When no one acknowledged us, I entered to make known that we were waiting for someone to come and assist us to be seated. When a mid 50s waiter saw me, he shouted at me to go back to the entrance. I absolutely did not expect such a rude attitude and decided to not spend a single penny in this establishment and we left! Shortly after the waiter came out, and started a conversation with me. When I told him that we were waiting there for 10 Min. without being noticed, and what kind of customer service this was to shout at me in front of the other guests and my family, he simply pointed at a Burger King down the Road and literally told us “there is a Burger King down the Road, go there” which is an absolute disgrace! It’s his loss, the day before we spent €350 at Lucy Wang and had an amazing experience ! Avoid this place at any cost ! Indeed go to Burger King, you will get a much better customer service over there, guaranteed !!! Unfortunately I had to give 1 Star in order to be able to write this review !

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience in Ischgl, look no further than Cafe-Restaurant Salner. Nestled away from the bustling crowds, this charming eatery offers an impressive variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. From succulent spare ribs to hearty Bauernomelette, every bite is a testament to home-cooked goodness. The Kaiserschmarrn here is particularly noteworthy—it's not just delicious but also perfect for sharing!
Outsdandind food. Traditional and contemporary food, all done on the spot and super tasty... Kaiserschmarren is an absolute must! Great fish and meet too.... Service was quick and friendly... One of my favorite restaurants in Austria ❤️

Third trip in a row to Ischgl and we have eaten here every time and every time the food delicious. Their cheese fondue is one of the best we have had. Their traditional Austrian is also very good. A must if in Ischgl.
Philip F — Google review
The Kaiserschmarrn is one of the best we have had and by far the best in Ischgl. The small portion was enough to share between 2 as dessert. This is one of the few restaurants that is open all day (11:30-24:00). The full lunch menu is available until 2pm. The Bauernomelette is big enough for two. The staff is wonderful, the food excellent, the prices are good for the large portions, and the location is a little away from the hustle and very nice. Great also for non smokers as its not so crowded and smoky as all the other places in Ischgl. Another good restaurant is also Loba (non-smoking).
Silke F — Google review
Best food we had in Ischgl, where I found a lot of restaurants to serve up salt bombs and not a lot of old school love. Salner stuff is home cooked goodness. I enjoyed my pan full of grilled, juicy pork and spaetzle. Just wish they would turn the bright lighting down a bit.
Keith C — Google review
In my opinion this is the best place to eat in Ischgl. Definitely a must if you stay in Ischgl! Pros: - the price is nice, because it is placed in the cheaper part of the town - really great food, the Spare Ribs were especially good - nice fittingly sized servings, not too big and not too small - a lot of variation in foods, both meat with potatoes and vegetables, pasta with sauces, and cheese/chocolate fondue Cons: - pretty slow serving, it took around 40 minutes before we got our food. But this is a general thing in Ischgl - reservations are definitely a must, people reserve weeks prior here. This is also a general thing in Ischgl. - because of the aforementioned reservations you can't expect a table before 20:30 if you just drop in

Attention: life threatening! I am writing to warn the tourists who happen to have meals at the “Salner” Café-Restaurant at Brunnenweg 14, 6461 Ischls, Austria. They really risk their health if not lives. The problem is in the extremely slippery floor everywhere including unbelievably steep and sheer staircase down to the WC. Yesterday, 26 December at 14:03, I slipped there, lost my balance and rolled down head over heels. I badly hurt my head, shoulders, and back, especially all the ribs, scratched my elbows and, naturally, was deeply shocked. Though I was wearing Timberland boots which usually don’t slip even on the snow and ice!!! Luckily I didn’t break anything, and being pressed for time left the place without claiming the owner the appropriate compensation for the damage to my health. We also saw the waitress slip twice carrying the food! Af the moment I just want to inform all the potential visitors about mortal danger and demand the owner to take the urgent security measures.

The food was good, but the waitress was really rude. They severed two of our plates to the table next to ours, and when they realized 5 min later they tried to move the already touched food to us. When we complained, the answer was rude. Took long time to get the food as well, and a bit to expensive drinking.

Outstanding service, very friendly. Really nice, modern and clean rooms, ski-depot with own locker, great location due to 2min walk to village tunnel and directly in shopping area. Dinner was very delicious and always possible to even switch courses when needed or wished. Wellness area is absolutely nice with 4 different types of Sauna and two areas to relax. Also possibility to get a massage which we did not use. Breakfast could have been offering a bit more of Tirol specialities like ham, cheese and salami and also more variety in general. This offer was rarely limited. Relax area could have been a bit more fancy as they would have invited to relax longer.

Generally a nice stay, it’s a charming clean hotel with a cosy spa and good food. Overal a very friendly and helpful staff beside the less gracious Mrs. Nadine (main manager). From rolling her eyes to guests, hanging up phone when calling for informations with an attitude. Very reasonable she is not operating in the Royal hotel, would be a total no go. If you're on the hunt for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Höllboden Pizzeria. This charming eatery stands out in the area with its affordable yet mouthwatering menu. Diners rave about their generous portions, especially the pizza, which is both large and delicious. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making your visit even more enjoyable.
This place was really really good compared to other places we tried around this area, its reletevly cheap, amazing food, and the service was much better then anywhere we went. We ordered the burger shniztel, cordon blue, bruschetta and gluhwein , and everything was really good.
Nadav S — Google review
Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. They could not seat two in an empty restaurant; their food probably sucks as much as their service. Driving 12 hours to Ischgl to be turned away by a poor restaurant.
Stephen B — Google review
The food was ok, the man waiter was really kind. I went there alone so I asked them for the wifi. The waitress told me they didnt have a wifi even though they did.

We didnt expect such good spaghetii for so reasonable price. The service was kind and helpful so we can recommend this place.

For the prices they offer, everything was even better than expected: -pizza really big and delicious -all the personal were super friendly (Stephan served our table and he was very nice too) -everything clean

The place is big and there are some rooms, yet it was unstuffed and the service was very slow and not attentive. The pizzas were good, nothing special. Even though it was not fully occupied, it took 45 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas.

Fire & Ice is a mountainside hotel with modern units featuring kitchens, a stylish bar, restaurant, and sauna. Since the late 1980s, the resort's lively party scene has revolved around Fire & Ice along with other bars like Kuhstall and Hexenkuche. The atmosphere is vibrant and raucous, with moshing skiers and snowboarders enjoying the après-ski festivities.
I never thought I’d say this, but this was really good. I’ve always known Fire & Ice for après-ski and après-après-ski. So when my friend suggested eating here, I was skeptical. But… Those short ribs were amazing—nice and tender, but not overcooked. Served with some lovely purée. Yummy. I shouldn’t be so snobby about food—I should just enjoy it more. As always, everyone gets five stars.
Chiel T — Google review
There are hotel, bar, vip lounge and restaurant. The service in the restaurant is good - very fast and professional. But Rib eye for 29.30 euro is a waste of money. It is a piece of rubber. They offered me to remake it, but I had no time for second chance. an espresso as excuse would not bring me back to the mood so I did not accept it. Will come here one more time for sure but will not eat rib eye until it is real rib eye. But if you have no time for such experiments - just avoid to take it here

We have visited the restaurant multiple times during our holiday. Service and food was excellent and quick no matter how busy the restaurant was. Everything was freshly prepared. Waiter Üzi was very friendly, well prepared and gave great instructions about all dishes we had questions about.

We had lunch at the restaurant today and food was very good. We had entrecot and trout and both were tasty! Apfelstrudel for desert was also delicious!
Gabriela R — Google review
Visited the fire & ice restaurant twice during our stay. They had a decent amount of vegetarian options (which were very limited in this area, as you can imagine). The atmosphere, food and service were all 10/10. Would revisit!
Ravi P — Google review
Food was ok, but was delivered very late and at different times. We could never get the attention of our waiter, so we didn't have drinks with food and had to wait ages to order dessert. Then the waiter demanded a tip and argued with us when we didn't give one.
Greg W — Google review
Amazing food, in case the restaurant is full you can get a device that will beep when there is a table available. In the meanwhile you can order drinks ans take it to the table. Food is good price and the sizes of the food is great. It is very similar to all the other restaurants but there is also a bar and club in the building. I would recommend this restaurant to at least 5 other friends

Great waiter and kitchen staff. We only had soup and salad, but the soup was great. Our 3 year old daughter asked for them to make a face with the salami in her pizza, and they did! It really made her day.

Nestled in the stunning Silvretta region, Bergrestaurant Gampenalpe is a must-visit for anyone hitting the slopes. This charming eatery boasts breathtaking views and is conveniently located near the ski lift, making it an ideal pit stop during your skiing adventures. Guests rave about the authentic cuisine and warm service provided by what feels like a family-run establishment.
When in the Silvretta area out skiing, you NEED to visit this amazing restraunt, and here's why. 1. Their location has great views and is near the ski lift. 2. Their prices are far cheaper than other (big) 'restraunts' 3. Authentic food and service. 4. Food is really delicious. 5. The staff is a family business I belive and they really enjoy their work it seems 6. Much cozier than those eat factories on the pistes. All the things on the wall from trophies to wildlife game that have been shot over the years is a big bonus! Lunchtip: the Tiroler gröstl!!

Pay attention where you go! The serviced restaurant is good (expensive though) but the kiosk has probably the worst food I’ve ever ate in Ischgl/Samnaun ski area…

strange to see all that bad reviews. if you are tired of eating french fries and sausages on the mountain, then you should try here. very friendly staff, good service, prices are really slightly higher than in other places. ordered: trout, veal steak and cheese soup - everything was good. bill for three with wine and dessert 99 euros

I read some of the negative comments, but I had no issues with the staff/service or the food. In fact, everything was perfect. Service was instant, food was delicious and the coffee was also particularly good. We came on a day with bad weather, so there were just a few guests and maybe this influenced the experience. I will come back to this place. PS: try the deer special dish. perfect tender meat and very interesting side dish.

Line at the entrance was huge, very unfriendly staff. Small portions are served only u12 and they don't offer bigger portions for higher price either. Menu is really underwhelming, had a tough time picking something. Asked if I could have an extra plate, but it was priced at 4€, which is absolutely cringe. Won't reccomend.

We stopped first time to drink and ordered apple pie. It was no less then fantastic. So we have decided to come back for lunch. That was one of the best decisions we have made. The staff at Glocknerin Hotel were the nicest hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have traveled to over 180 cities and stays in almost as many hotels. I have never been so happy with a hotel experience. Frans, his wife, and his entire team were absolutely phenomenal! The nicest most helpful people I ever met. The food at Hotel Glocknerin at the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Worth the money for the breakfast 100% The beds were insanely comfortable. The rooms were insulated, quiet, warm, and relaxing. The spa was absolutely gorgeous with 7+ different types of saunas. The heated pool and heated waterslide were phenomenal and a ton of fun to hang out by at the end of a long day of skiing. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The room had every dish you could possibly need for a full meal, everything worked perfectly and looked great. 100% I will be coming back to visit this amazing hotel!!

Suprise by all comments. Food and service were very good 👍
Antoine D — Google review
To start off good: the food is good! The service is so so so so so bad!!!! The people here are just plainly rude. The complete story is long, but to give a short summary: the manager screamed at us and they even called the police on us because we didn't want to pay the full amount because of the way they treated us...
Mark — Google review
The food was good. I’ve had better beef tartare. But the service… We paid in cash and he shouted at us to wait so he can check, and we can leave only when he says so. He explained he had to pay other times, but it’s not our problem. Everyone around us heard, we felt really bad. That’s not how you treat customers.
Paula B — Google review
We made a reservation and arrived on time, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite our booking, the restaurant failed to provide a table, and the service throughout the evening was far below expectations. To add to the frustration, our starter was served after the main course, which further reflected the disorganized service. When we inquired about the mix-up and lack of a table, the waiter politely directed us to the manager. However, our interaction with the female manager was shocking. Unlike the waiter, she was rude, dismissive, and abruptly left in the middle of our conversation. To our disbelief, she even threatened to call the police, leaving us utterly baffled. Rather than escalate the situation further, we decided to pay the bill and salvage what was left of our evening elsewhere. This experience was disappointing, to say the least, and not what we had hoped for during a night out.
Tom — Google review
Dont know if some staff was home sick today, or if there were something else going on, but most parts of the service went wrong. Some didn’t get cutlery, the waiter was pointing at us when ordering, like kids in the playground. Also speaking really loud. One of us got the wrong food. Food was quite good, but the service was awful. Not coming back. (Also, a fine dish served with dry white toast…?)
Madelene U — Google review
An overall pleasant experience, much of this is due to a very friendly and efficient waiter... speaking in numbers, it would be 3/4/5 for food / ambient / service.

Vider Alp is a charming mountain hut nestled within a bustling ski resort, where finding a seat can be quite the challenge. However, once you settle in, you'll experience swift and friendly service that enhances your visit. While the food may not be extraordinary, it certainly satisfies. In summer, Vider Alp transforms into an ideal family destination with delightful food and drinks complemented by attentive staff. The cozy ambiance of this authentic Austrian hut creates a warm retreat after skiing down the slopes.
Like everywhere else in this ski resort, it is crowded and very difficult to get a place. But once you have a seat, the service is fast, friendly and well organized. The food is not exceptional but okay. Beautiful mountain hut with a cozy panoramic terrace.

Nice view and a large wine list. The rest was not good. We were seated at a table with strangers who were already in the middle of eating and had to get up to let us in. The menu is very limited. The spaghetti and burger were unremarkable. Bad coffee.

The food and place were nice but the staff is quite rude. Be prepared to be pushed around by staff when they are walking around and you won’t even hear one ‘sorry’ or ‘excuse me’. Apart from the staff, the place is ok. Would go somewhere else next time where the service is better

Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Ishgil, Hotel - Restaurant Talblick offers a delightful culinary experience that showcases classic Tyrolian cuisine. The restaurant is known for its attentive service and a menu that features local specialties, including standout dishes like beef tartare and magnificent pork belly with crispy skin. While the ambiance may be more subdued during the day, it transforms into a bustling spot in the evenings, possibly due to partnerships with nearby hotels.
Food is classic Tyrolian and pretty good. Service is attentive and they serve food all day. Lacks ambience during the day and is out of town. It might have a deal with some of the hotels which is why it's booked in the evenings.

Restaurant Juler's Stuba offers a delightful dining experience that transports you back to the 90s with its fondue offerings. While the menu features only one type of meat, it is exceptionally tender and satisfying. Diners can indulge in generous portions, as three starters and two fondues for three hungry guests proved to be quite ample. The ambiance is beautifully designed, enhancing the overall experience.
Amazing food, amazing service! The interior design is top notch as well. Highly recommended.
Eva A — Google review
I don't understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I thought the place was very mediocre. The menu was limited and expensive - minimum of 25-30 euros for a main course and then extra for each of the sides and sauces. By sides, I mean fries etc - who charges separately for fries!!? The steak wasn't even that good. Atmosphere was non-existent - it feels like you're tucked away and an afterthought. If it wasn't our first night in the resort with a pair of hungry teenagers, we'd have walked out...
Ross S — Google review
We had a really nice experience at Juler's. We did a throwback to the 90s and enjoyed the fondue. Only one sort of meat (but very very tender), would have liked different kinds of meat. But very recommendable

Lilian C — Google review
Service and place were absolutely fantastic, but the food was pretty mediocre. A few things were tasty. We had the beef soup which was good, beef tartare was also good but tasted a bit too much of mustard. The burrata had too much acid and was not too creamy.. Caesar salad was good, and the pulled burger was ok. The schnitzel wasn’t like a real schnitzel it was very thick and chewy. The filet mignon was ok but the meat wasn’t a nice piece, lots of chewy bits. Desserts were tasty. Overall I still recommend the restaurant because it is a nice place for a meal and it’s not too expensive.

Cheesy but Oh So Good The queue here is often shorter than at their neighbors, Bärafalla. The menu is identical—except for the pizza. Good stuff all around. Austria might not be famous for cheese fondue, but this one held its own. Perfectly stringy consistency, plenty of bread, cooked potatoes, pickles, and other goodies. And that rump steak? Masterfully cooked. Finally, a restaurant that knows how to cook a steak. As always, everyone gets five stars.

The worst Christmas eve dinner that we ever had!!! Just to explain shortly: 2 hour after we came we got 1 salad for 5 people!!!!!!! We paid 100 euro per person!!!!! Kids got their food 2.5 hours after we arrived! Some of them were already sleeping... Kids got 1/3 glass of juice and we got 1 bottle of water. If you ask for more water, you have to pay extra (that is in dinner that you already paid 100 euro per person) not tasty, toooooo expensive and does not worth it at all!!!

Ischgl Slope Food is a hidden gem for those seeking delicious meals on the slopes. Renowned for its mouthwatering burgers, this spot offers an impressive selection at surprisingly affordable prices, with some options starting as low as 6 euros. Visitors rave about the fresh and flavorful dishes, including the popular Schnitzel burger and currywurst, which are perfect after a day of skiing.
Very good burger with just 10 euros. This is the only places on the mountain I feel satisfied after lunch with just 10 euros cost, somehow difficult to get there though. Also this is the most visited restaurant during my long visit in Ischgl.

Best burgers in Ischgl! This was a superb find on the far right side of the piste map, and well worth a visit around midday (easier to get a seat) to enjoy lunch. We went back a few times because the burgers were so good!

Their customer service is great! I was impressed with Slope Food and I’m keen to come back twice in the next three days for it. Best burger I have had in years! Fresh, Hot and Seasoned, it’s a must try! Excellent experience and Great atmosphere! THUMBS UP 👍
Will A — Google review
Quite pleased with the food. Both the burger and the currywurst were tasty and with quite a lot of side salad.
Daniel — Google review
Great food.. the hamburger was only €6 but very rustic and tasty, especially for the low price. The curry sausage was also excellent and we actually ate 2. 👍
Lucas J — Google review
Bad coffee, brownies, and general atmosphere. Would only recommend if you like a McDonalds vibe on the slope...
Ron D — Google review
Nice burger place on the slopes! Good and large burgers (had the Schnitzel burger) with plenty of optional sides. Especially nice to sit outside when the sun is shining!

Ischgl is beautiful and I would love to come again, but I would stay at any other hotel than this one. Mrs Ganahl is very rude and unpleasant and unhelpful. The Service is bad and I would not give them any money, even if they have a nice hotel.
Chanel C — Google review
We reserved a room at Gramaser hotel in Ischgl 3 weeks in advance but 3 days before the day of the arrival we received a message that there’s a double booking on our room. Therefore, they have to cancel our reservation and we had to search for another hotel. Nice, isn’t? Finding something good for a reasonable price in high skiing season on such a short notice is next to impossible. Very disappointing!
Nataliya B — Google review
We had a great dinner there - steaks were soft and tender, supported with elegant wine from quite a rich cellar (of not only Austrian wines). Absolutely fantastic service! If you're ready to spent a bit more in a nice place - the restaurant of Gramaser Hotel is the place.

A really good meat restaurant. Just below the Gramaser Hotel, from a side entrance you can enjoy a really high-quality meat in an authentic steakhouse. The Filet was amazing and highly recommended. Prices are not cheap. The service by the waiter was very good and friendly. But there is a guy there, the son of the owner as I understood, who was very rude, unpleasant and a total d-bag. Will recommend to book in advance as the place is packed during the dinner time. Enjoy :)

Restaurant & Weinbar Down Under, located on Persuttweg, is a delightful spot where you can enjoy great conversations with the owner Patrick, who also works as a ski instructor. This cozy venue offers a relaxed atmosphere without the typical nightlife distractions like bouncers or excessive drink orders. The friendly service and impressive wine list feature some affordable yet exquisite selections that are sure to please any palate. Diners rave about the generous portions of food, particularly the massive grill dish that's perfect for hearty appetites.
We did like it and we did enjoy it ! Food was very nice . Service was polite . Nice and cozy atmosphere

Pizzas and schnitzel mostly done reasonably well. They are very tight on the wine portions. I was sympathetic for the one rushed girl trying to serve everyone. Natural she forgot a few things. We saw a few tables complaining about various things or returning plates barely touched. My wife got an pepper so spicy she was in real pain and asked for a glass of milk. Surprised we had to pay for that. 7 euros for a bottle of water. Ski resort prices...

The stuff was really friendly and nice. The interior is as well very beautiful. But the food was disappointing. Really just ok. The burger was dry. The vegi pizza had really not tasty vegetables. Prices are to high for such food.

Really good and hot 🥵 pizza diavolo, nice and fast staff. @moggedog

Very friendly staff, food wasn’t the best we ever had but very decent. The amazing wine made up for it though. Would recommend

Can't find what to tell bad... We went there 3 times in 1 week and every dish was great! Plus very nice waitress, reasonable prices, the manager comes to ask if everything is ok and last but not least... Greetings with schnaps for goodbye! :)

50Dorf Café

Austrian restaurant
Dorf Café is a charming focal hub in the center of St. Anton, offering easy access to the ski area with lifts like Galzig, Gampen, and Rendl. It's not just for skiers; non-skiers can also enjoy the high-quality hotels, ski shops like Jennewein, and excellent cafes such as Galzig BistroBar. The restaurant offers a historic Alpine atmosphere and great regional cuisine with dishes like cordon bleu with alpine bacon and cheese.
Cozy Comfort Food They have all the dishes you’d expect—no surprises there. But the super cozy interior and the friendliest staff make all the difference. I had the goulash—good chunks of tender meat. Excellent power food. Special mention to the Kässpätzle. Usually a sad dish, but here it’s made with nice, funky cheese. I’d come back for that any time. As always, everyone gets five stars.
Chiel T — Google review
Unfortunately a racist establishment, in 21st century Austria. We arrived without a reservation, waited in line with all the other people. Two German speaking ladies without a reservation arrived after us. When it was our turn (remember that we were there first), the male staff immediately started helping the German speaking ladies. When we politely mentioned that we were here first, he just shook his head and asked “How can I know?”. He told us they don’t have any tables and continued helping the two ladies who arrived after us. The only explanation we can find is that we are not Western European looking and the ladies were German speaking. How sad in 2025…

Cosy restaurant in the cellar of a hotel. Typical Austrian dishes on the menu. Very delicious. It does get crowded in high winter season, reservations recommended
