Nestled on a sunny plateau, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is a top choice for families and avid skiers alike. The ski resort offers an array of slopes catering to beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers and snowboarders. With lifts reaching up to 2,820m, the area boasts ample vertical terrain and challenging runs.
Best resort I have ever skied! Came here around Christmas with my wife... Huge slopes, snow was great, weather was great. No lines. Amazing lifts. Friendly staff and people. Overall the is my all time favorite ski slope!
Phil G — Google review
Big area, but the quality of skiing very much depending on being on the north side (less sun impact) and altitude (1800-2800m). This leaves the Nordseite above Fiss & Ladis and the Lazid / Scheid and Masner areas further away from Serfaus as the best areas. The areas to and back from these areas are really bad in the afternoon when temperatures are above zero and sunshine (slush snow and pistes a mess). So once in an area with good conditions better to stay there till the end of the day. Higher areas are subject to poor visibility when low clouds, though. Overall I would not recommend this area for beginners to medium level skiers, unless very small children that stay in Berta’s Kinderland areas. For skilled skiers the area is much better suited with most pistes challenging red and black ones. My preferred area was the Nordseite. Since only red and black pistes there, not much bad skiers around, and being at the extreme end of the area also less crowded, especially the area of the Almbahn gondola and 12er-bahn chairlift. Nice stop there is the Schöngampalm restaurant, just before the Almbahn gondola. Ladis is very small and quiet, more focussed on families with small children. Fiss is much bigger and best located in the centre of the whole area. Serfaus is also big and more happening, but logistically more challenging, with the metro playing a big part in logistics (cars only allowed for check in & out), with the ski lifts only at the complete other end of the village from the entrance and car park. Overall I enjoyed my stay from 15-22 March, but I will not return here due to the mentioned fluctuations in ski conditions between the sub-areas, with much better areas nearby for the same price level.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience here!! Well worth the travels from the United States. It is gorgeous, great ski, and everyone is so kind. It is also very family friendly!
Sarasota — Google review
One of the worlds best ski resorts and arguably the very best for families. An exhaustive network of runs that are nicely favored to intermediate skiers. The mountain restaurant huts are modern yet traditional in style with fantastic meals and service. The infrastructure is very modern and well maintained. And value is probably the best around when you throw it all together. But most of all, this place goes out of its way to keep the kids happy.
Stephen A — Google review
Absolutely beautiful and charming place. There are a lot of pistes of all types, which is great. In high season it gets very busy and the blue pistes in Serfaus end up being quite destroyed halfway through the day, due to less experienced skiers and being the only way back to the bottom of the mountain, so getting back at the end of the day can be a challenge, but overall it is really a fun place to spend your ski holidays!
Leonor S — Google review
Great ski resort. A lot of ski runs, high altitude resort. Serfaus is a bit on the quiet side, but this was great for us. The resort is very good for families and kids. Locals are not so friendly to tourists, this was the only minus.
Gilad S — Google review
One of the big ski resorts in Austria, and a quite touristy one. You'll find a big choice of slopes which you can all access with your pass. Since the resort is actually comprised of 3 places, you can also easily spend 3-4 days here with constant skiing. The area is well known so expect lots of other people during peak season, though they're getting distributed quite well just because of the size of the place. Transportation and parking is convenient. Unfortunately the quality of piste preparation is rather mediocre, slopes were already bumpy around 10 a.m.! The food is also mediocre for a high price. It looks like the restaurant owners get low purchase price food to maximise profit (pizza, burgers, sausages, low quality meat).
TH3 T — Google review
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is a very nice ski area. Serfaus has a nice metro line to bring you to the 3 gondels (Komperdellbahn, Alpkopfbahn and Sunliner) which bring you to the main ski slopes from where you can go further into the SFL area to explore more of the area. I would go back here!

"Serfauser Sauser" is one of the thrilling high-speed zipwires in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, along with "Fisser Flieger" and "Schneisenfeger". Visitors can experience an adrenaline rush by taking on one, two, or all three of these ziplines. Additionally, there's a single-seater rollercoaster and a high-rope adventure park with obstacle courses high above the ground.
Really nice area, with plenty of activities for families, teenagers, couple and senior. Good equipment and trails for hiking, biking, running or just walking
Maeva M — Google review
I hope you guy see this criticism as potential to improve. My friends and I were about to go on this adventure but unfortunately we got sent home. The staff from the base station sold us the tickets to get on the ride. As soon as our group was completed we took the Gondelbahn up to the start point. Right before the entrance of the ride a guy from the staff refused us to enter. He said we were 5 minutes to late and that we have no chance anymore to get on the ride. After little talking we eventually gave in and returned to the base station with the Godelbahn where we got our money back. It's sad, that there was this misunderstanding between the staff at the base station and the staff at the entrance of the ride. The people weren't flexible at all. Nobody told us to be at the entrance 10 minutes prior appointment.

(Translated by Google) 🤪 We didn't try the zip line ourselves, but we saw a lot of people "flying" above us over the valley hanging on a rope. It starts at the top of the Sunliner (from Serfaus) and Waldbahn (from Fiss) cable car stations. You can get down to the cable car stations in Serfaus via several intermediate stations. It must be a great experience!

Biking Trails
Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is a popular destination for mountain biking enthusiasts of all levels. Established in 1999, it's part of the larger Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis ski area, which also includes three other nearby ski resorts. The park features various trails and amenities such as a training area, Kidspark, pump track, landing bag, and slopestyle features suitable for different skill levels.
Cool place! They have easy rides however we are not beginners and were challenged on the blue tracks. Relatively expensive. Half day bike, gear and gondola 150 per person. Getting the bike in the gondola is exiting lol
Storm S — Google review
Bike park has potential, but it is not that big and charging 57 euros for day ticket and also parking is ridiculous. SFL area is busy, so I understand why the parking but the day ticket should be cheaper. Specially when you spend over 20 min in line waiting to get on gondola. What is even more ridiculous, they don't even have some type of bike rack inside the gondola, so you have to hold the bike upright the whole ride up, which is uncomfortable. They should invest in some type of rack system right away, never seen this.. specially since they charge so much for ticket. Even smaller bike parks have them. Also, they mention in review replies that crew of 13 people take care of the trails. Well there is lot of braking bumps and that doesnt happen just after few days or week(s), so maybe they should start working on that. Also it would be great to see somewhere which trails are opened (online, by ticket line), because there were few trails closed. Overall dissapointed with this bike park, definitely won't be back. I enjoyed the enduro singletrail from the top of the mountain, but the line and waiting time was even more crazy, in the morning, recommend going up there after lunch, no line then
Matej K — Google review
Bikepark Fiss is an absolutely amazing all-around experience. The gondola up is fast, there are plenty of trails to choose from so no matter if you are a beginner or pro, you’ll find fun lines to hit. The trails are split into numerous sections so you can mix and match your way down the mountain. Trail quality is also quiet high with a crew almost always working on fixing something. Lift tickets are a little pricey, but for the quality of Bikepark + scenery, I can’t complain. Honestly feels like a Mini-Whistler everytime I visit. 10/10!
EricTheTurtle — Google review
The Gravity card now includes all trails in the area and all lifts!! Before we would head straight to Nauders for variety, now this place is on top of our summer list! Frommerseen trail in my top 10 ever. And brand new Almbahn and Alpkopf trails make it as much fun for families as for experienced riders! Top!
Natalia P — Google review
Disappointment. Good trails for beginners and kids, that would be only good thing I can still say about this bike park. Been there multiple times over last 12 years, also stayed in Fiss and Serfaus. But if I pay 186 euro for 2+2 plus parking, I would like that at least trails and features are opened and not closed for maintenance. Closing 1/3 of a trail for half a day, because you patch 4 holes in 2 berms is a joke, maybe check how other bike parks are doing maintenance and detours. All in all, seems that Serfaus/bike park would be more like swiss posh resort like Zermatt or St Moritz not place for bike park rats, sad.
Lukasz — Google review
Bikeparks is nice, no doubt about it. but it's too expensive and they have the audacity to charge you with 6€ for parking when you already payed hundreds for the lifts. who thought this would go down well with the customers? will not go there again.
Yannick L — Google review
I loved it here. There is a nice selection of trails, but I especially liked the jump line - Strada del Sole - most of its jumps are between 4 to 10 meters and there is a nice mix of table jumps, step ups and step downs, a few shark fins and lots of optional lines. But what I loved the most about it, was the natural flow, not much need to pedal or brake to get the exact speed to hit each landing. We also rented stuff there for my son and the service was great. It was also awesome, that we got a small price deduction, due to the super summer card, which you get from partaking hotels. The store is also well stocked and the staff was very friendly. The gondola is reasonably quick and there was seldom a line for me. What is also a bonus, that there are a few very nice trails in the surrounding mountains, which can also be included in the lift card for a small extra fee. So much fun can be had. Full recommendation. We’ll be back. 🤘🏼🤩🤘🏾

Playground
Murmliwasser in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is a fantastic destination for families with children. The park offers 15 play stations, ensuring there's something for everyone. Families can enjoy family-friendly walks on the fairytale Murmitrail Trail and explore treasure caves. Additionally, there are interactive museums, indoor playgrounds, and adventure pools to keep everyone entertained even in bad weather.
Simply amazing and must visit! We just got back from a day trip from Innsbruck, around 90 minutes away and it was well worth the drive. Our two young kids (1 and 3yrs) absolutely loved it, so did we. Even older kids will have an absolute blast in this place. I loved the cute salamanders and tadpoles, unfortunately some people ignored the many signs that you should not touch or catch them.
Marcel P — Google review
Huge playground for kids with all the amenities you need. Easy to reach by the Alpkopfbahn or the Komperdellbahn. The treasure caves are a real treat for the kids, but make sure to be there on time, otherwise all the 'gemstones' are already taken out. They do fill up a few times per day though. There is a small restaurant where they serve various meals, drinks and ice-cream.
Rik K — Google review
lots of fun the younger kids, and there is a great restaurant and bar with a terrace where the adults can also have some fun while keeping at least half an eye on their brood. My kids loved the opportunities to splash around, go on a log raft, and find some tadpoles. You can easily spend half a day here and the time will go fast.

The area features a beautifully arranged playground with educational themes, an artificial waterfall and river that blend seamlessly with nature, and free umbrella rentals. Clean and free toilets are available on-site. Visitors can relax and take in the breathtaking views or dip their feet in the water if they can handle the cold.
Amazing breathtaking place with a play ground for kids. Note that there is no parking at site, you have to park a bit far and walk to it.

Restaurant
Nestled at an impressive altitude of 1,812 meters, the Bergrestaurant Möseralm is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the stunning alpine region. Accessible via the Sattelbahn chairlift, which whisks you up to breathtaking heights, this charming restaurant offers a delightful menu featuring both regional specialties and international dishes. During our summer culinary hike, we made a memorable stop here to indulge in some delicious food.
Good price to value ratio, and atmosphere. Main dish and dessert around for 20 eur.
Chladny G — Google review
A well decorated bergrestaurant with an amazing view and food like you expect in such a restaurant. The currywurst and apfelstrüdel were amazing. Freshly made, the chips that came with the wurst were crunchy and the warm vanilla sauce of the strüdel was very very good. The staff is extremely kind and the sanitary is very clean. I'd definitely recommend coming here!
Abcdefghij A — Google review
Great place to eat, drink and relax. Early morning coffee, lunch or for an apero, I liked the place any time of the day. It’s large/spacious, clean and right next to the pistes to either Fiss or Serfaus. Tip for a typical Austrian dish: The Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce was delicious. Please leave a like if you think this review was useful.
Petrik B — Google review
There were plenty of free spaces during lunch time. Not as crowded as Panorama Restaurant. Good service and food. Views are spectacular. My recommendations!!
Andrey G — Google review
This review is for the Nightflow buffet. We have been coming to Fiss for 7 years and the buffet used to be amazing with high quality cold cuts, sushi, cheeses, fantastic deserts and much much more. This year it was nothing like that. Some cold deep fried spring rolls and a regular salad buffet. Warm food was ok but nothing special. Not worth it. Buy the 7 eur night ski ticket instead (the show is good)
Stefan B — Google review

Very nice place where you can spend time when it's sunny but also when weather isn't good, because it's indoor. You can climb on climbing walls, or crawl through 6 floors of different climbing frames, slides and on the top floor is surprise. Staff was very friendly and nice. PS: If you are from Czech or Slovakia, you are lucky because staff speak these languages.

being today there. the person in the ticket office was not helpful at all. we need to pay 5 euros deposit for each person and she did not explain to us so we found the amount to pay big for one hour play. after she told us we paid. on the way out we were charged 2 more euros per person because we were late 1 min 🤣🤣 the kids played less than 55 min since we were at least 5 min at the ticket office in the beginning and 10 min for shoes and lockers.

Summer toboggan run
The Fisser Flitzer is a thrilling toboggan run located at the Moseralm fun park. This summer attraction takes riders on a fast-paced journey from the mountain station to the valley station of the Moseralmbahn, covering approximately 2.2 km of track filled with twists, turns, overpasses, and surprises. The ride offers an exhilarating experience akin to a rollercoaster with jerky turns that provide both negative and lateral g-forces.
One of the craziest mountain coasters, this thing is messed up when you go full speed it almost feels dangerous (which of course it's not) Some amazing negative and lateral g-forces, great track layout and a super long ride even with full speed. Some great theming elements and tunnels. This is a seriously underappreciated mountain coaster and the best I rode so far, and I rode many alpine coasters.
Swiss E — Google review
We loved it! All five of us, adults & children. Our youngest slowed us all down a bit 😜
Heather R — Google review
Great thrill. Long ride. One year later we were back. Kids love it and can ride it now by himself...
Jürg K — Google review
Jerky ride with people often stopping on the track. The Summer coaster (Familien-Coaster-Schneisenfeger) closer to Serfaus at Alpkopfbahn Serfaus is much better and more fun for same price.
Tatsuya K — Google review
The ride on the rodelbahn is the best way to get down from the mountain straight into Fiss. The twists, turns and tunnels really make it exhilarating, as long as you don’t touch the brakes too much. Really, trust me, don’t brake too much 😉
Jeroen B — Google review
Fun ride downward, but check who leave before you. If you are not afraid/ familiar with this. It can be that you are behind the front person after the 3rd corner. The second time I waited 20 seconds after the green light, till the end nobody in front of me the whole ride.
Tt F — Google review
It was ok, rather old and the special effecs in the tunnels are cheap and absolutely unnecessary. You take all your belongings with you - in a case you have a backpack it´s rather uncomfortable to be in a seat. You also have very limited space, especially once you are going for a drive together with your kid. Otherwise well organised and friendly staff.
Ksenia M — Google review
Ride was very disappointing. They don't leave enough space between riders at the start so we had to go very slow all the way down because we had a slow rider in front of us. The money we spend was a TOTAL WASTE! DON'T GO THERE EVER - NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND NOT WORTH THE WAITING TIME!!!! better go drink beer or something in the meantime!!!!!

Both absolutely recommended and okay for 10 euros. The free offer at the Mörsalm isn't too short either, so all the cheapskates will find a way to keep themselves busy ;-)) Dear Mörsalm team, you're doing great! Sportalm is a cozy inn located near the mountain station of the Komperdellbahn in Serfaus. It offers a large terrace where guests can enjoy soaking up the sun. The restaurant is known for serving fondue and a special type called 'Tiroler Hut' in a rustic ambiance. What sets Sportalm apart is its dedication to accommodating gluten allergies, offering several gluten-free dishes for lunch.
It was a great stop for having a lunch, but be aware that it could be crowded around lunch time. #recommendisiak

When visiting Serfaus, don't miss out on the unique experience of riding the U-Bahn Serfaus - Haltestelle Parkplatz. This underground railway system is not only a convenient way to get around but also a fascinating attraction in itself. With just four stations, it's possibly the world's smallest subway, and it operates autonomously without drivers. The cleanliness and artistic touches at the Parkplatz stop add to its charm.
To enter serfaus you should take aparking near the gate of serfaus and take a U-bah for transition inside there because your not able to drive inside only if your accommodation is in serfaus. So it's a very useful way and easy
Um S — Google review
Police station at the beginning of the village checks every car whether or not it has a valid reason to drive on. Except for check-in / out, you must park your car at the parking spaces at the beginning of the village. Accommodation gives you an entry and exit card. For other visitors there is paid parking, with the first 2 hours free. To go further into the village, the only thing left is to walk or take the 1km metro line with 4 stops. Please note that it is mandatory to put a muzzle on a dog. Apparently mandatory in all of Austria public transport and cable cars.
Pedro P — Google review

The Forscherpfad, or Explorer's Trail, is a delightful adventure for families and young hikers aged four and up. This scenic route features a series of engaging stations where children can learn through play while enjoying the stunning mountain landscape. Although the trail involves some steep climbs that may challenge younger adventurers, it offers an exciting opportunity to explore nature. The journey begins with a picturesque water hiking path leading to the trailhead, making it an enjoyable experience overall.
This walking route is, just like the other 2 themed paths in Fiss and Serfaus, much fun (mostly for adults, but there is no reason adults can't enjoy it) and very educational. However, an important thing to note is that the only way to get there is by following the Wunserwasserweg upstream. This is might be a challenging walk for children and in general people who have trouble with trails which go up constantly. Otherwise as I said, very nice themed walking trail!

Hi, my son enjoyed doing the Explorers Trail on our recent visit, with the book of stickers. Just one small point: capercaillies don't live in trees, as indicated by the "find the animal" station. They are ground-living and ground-breeding birds, at least in Scotland.

Fantastic climbing park. Has paths for beginners and more advanced climbers and good for kids starting age 6. There are min hight requirements on the more difficult ones. Location at the beginning of the town close to parking and the subway. The park can easily reached. The park is beautiful integrated between the trees and hills. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

X-Trees in Serfaus is a beautiful place to spend time outdoors, with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The setting is lovely, and it’s nice to see there are also playground areas for children to enjoy in between the climbing courses. That said, we felt there could be more yellow-level courses for younger children who are eager for adventure. One of the blue courses – the one with climbing walls on both sides – didn’t seem well suited for smaller children around 1.10m tall. In our opinion, it might be better classified as a red course, as it requires a bit more reach and strength. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and think it’s a great activity for families, with a few adjustments that could make it even better for the youngest climbers.
Tiffany B — Google review

I met a drunk guy at a bar a few nights ago and he told me about this place and said we had to go. I passed by today and thought I might take a look and turned out to be the best part of my holiday so far. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and try new things. We're coming back in the weekend for another round. My daughter loved it and so did I. Thoroughly recommend it. Super friendly staff which is not always easy to find during Covid times but all I can say is do it.
Michael S — Google review
This attraction looks good from the outside, but offers too little for too much money depending on age and/or body length. There are 4 categories of difficulty, that are allowed to be done depending on age and length and last of all the debatable mood of the teen aged "boss". Looking at the categories almost every child ends in the blue zone (second category) , resulting in the fact that very little and young children do the same tracks as children up to 14 years old. Knowing that one can imagine this is good fun for the 7 years old, but disappointing for the 13 years old. For them there are not enough challenges is the blue zone and experienced parents know they hate to be limited to the "baby" tracks. For the lucky ones that are allowed to use the red or even black zone, the disappointment is that there are only 2 tracks red and 2 tracks black each of them being very short. Conclusion is that x-trees is best for 6 to max 10 years old, especially looking at the "price for quality" factor.

(Translated by Google) Great trail! We walked there with our boys (4 & 2) and bought the matching puzzle booklet for €3. Money well spent! We had a lot of fun, and the trail was also easy to navigate with a stroller. Just take the Komperdell cable car up to the top and you're there. The pirate ship near the end was another highlight. We would definitely recommend it!😊 (Original) Toller Weg!

(Translated by Google) Great way for an eventful hike with children. There are more or less tricky puzzles for the children along the entire route. So it's always exciting and boredom is never an issue. The individual figures are also beautiful and serve as inspiration for the children's thoughts. This isn't all that tangible for the very little ones, so I would put the age at around 4 years old. The stroller should be a sturdy one, a simple stroller is difficult to achieve. Verdict: The Pirate Path is 100% recommended.

(Translated by Google) Very fun and accessible route, especially with the accompanying sticker book which you can purchase for 3 euros (English and German). Our youngest of 4 especially loved it, the eldest of 9 was perhaps a bit too 'big' for it, but certainly also enjoyed the views and the toboggan run that partly zips through the route. If you are there with kids I would say; definitely walk!

(Translated by Google) Beautiful hiking trails. Although it is suitable for strollers, I don't think it is suitable for wheelchairs. The gradient may not be completely clear in the photos. I always photographed horizontally... Otherwise there are great hiking trails without a wheelchair, it couldn't be better (Original) Wunderschöner Wanderwege.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful hiking trail that makes the children forget that they are hiking. The items are made with a lot of love and detail. The Witches' Trail in Fiss is also highly recommended. We were traveling with a five-year-old boy and he did it without complaining. Be sure to download the app first and then pick up the certificate at the end. Fun for young and old.
