Went here for the first time last week and the service was the fastest I've ever experienced. The options on the menu offer something different to your average Indian restaurant. I went for the deep-sea special and it was so delicious, I took the rest home in a doggy bag as I couldn't waste it. The best curry I've ever had

I had a king prawn biryani. The prawns were overcooked and tough & stringy. My wife's meal was so over coloured with artificial colourings that it must violate the recommended food standards. Indian bread portions were very small. Staff were pleasant and wine very reasonably priced. But one goes to a restaurant for the food and in this department it is sub standard.

Fast delivery, food was very tasty and to my spice level as requested. Brilliant experience will definitely order from here again. Thanks for the perfect service. Highly recommend trying.

Best Indian food that I have tasted in Bedfordshire. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere aswell. You can eat in or take away and if you want to taste Indian food as it should be I would recommend 💯 %

Nice place, bit too pricey on drinks, £1.20 for a mixer. They also sat me at a table that had me looking directly at the sun, even the waitor had to cover his eyes, whilst talking to me. Food was spot on though.

Fabulous dinner tonight. Thought at first the price was high but it was the equivalent to 2 meals. Just a bit quiet.

It was my first time coming here with friends on a weekend. There’s not much parking outside the establishment but once you find a parking it is free. One of my friends made a booking for us to go there and when we went there was also a birthday celebration going on. There was live music also with a guy playing the guitar and singing his own rendition of classic songs. The atmosphere of the pub is very nice. For food I ordered one of their Beef burgers - the Canadian. The burger was very dry, but the maple bacon and chips were nice. I didn’t like the coleslaw. I would say the meal would’ve been much different if the burger wasn’t as dry? I had two cups of water and a cup of J20 to finish the meal. Other than that, it was a fun atmosphere. Dogs are allowed in the venue and there were also kids board games there too. My friends and I brought our own games to play when we were there.

Came here on the off chance for lunch looked nice from the outside went in was shown to a table near in mind the inside was empty was put next to a family with three screeching and I mean screaming children. We ignored the noise and ordered food and drinks the lemonade tasted watered down and was more like lemon juice, the Pepsi was flat. The food arrived I ordered the overload burger with beef patty and buttermilk chicken. The salad was tired and was on the verge of being off as picture shows lettuce. The burger patty was over cooked and the chicken had been cooked in so much oil all you could taste was oil. The bacon Mac and cheese was tasteless you could only taste the crispy bacon bits. The onion rings were frozen as they to were tasteless. Potato salad was just potatoes with sauce on it they wasn't cut up and just had sauce poured over. All in all half the burger was left over as was the onion rings and coleslaw. I'm very disappointed I know it's the weekend and the place was busyish but they should know better.

The food is so lovely, it was my 60th birthday lunch with my friends, the staff were brilliant, sang me happy birthday whilst bringing out the cake they even bought me a card. But again the food, the service and staff are just great here. I’m so sorry I didn’t get the lady that served us because she was brilliant, she had short hair and a more mature lady like myself, please tell her thank you from the noisy girls xx

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch of delicious fish pie followed by a delightful fruit crumble. Our waitress, Anne, was an absolute pleasure – warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, providing excellent service with a smile. The pub-restaurant itself is open, spotless, and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve dined here many times and have always been impressed. It’s a place we continue to recommend to friends and family, and we look forward to our next visit.

It's a great place. This time the food wasn't outstanding but all the other times I was there it was amazing. Very busy and popular place for Sunday roast. I can recommend their Mighty three meat Sunday roast. Friendly staff and great atmosphere

I love the roasts here and the staff are friendly. It's probably one of the best places to go in Biggleswade. Big garden, live music, fun events, street food. Book a table to avoid disappointment. However, sometimes they don't get it right. My xmas meal had burnt potatoes. No alternative, just told not to eat them. One of my party today had rotten lettuce in her salad. Staff member said it was half eaten, didn't want to swap it, didn't apologise. And that is why it makes it on the review, we could have got over the bad lettuce. Update 2025. Steph was amazing as our waitress and worth updating a review for. Chicken didnt hit the spot on flavour but would still return just for the great service! The feast for 4 is very good value.

We had the best experience at this pub! I took my younger sister and her friend for dinner and we were served and looked after by Alex who was lovely. We had 2 hunters chicken and a portion of ribs and dessert which were all delicious. Will definitely be back soon :)

This place a hidden gem, stunning decor, fantastic quality, and a bargain price for a delicious meal. Feeding both myself and my son for £25 is impressive, especially when the food remains top-notch. I can imagine how the atmosphere evolves when night falls—romantic lighting, perhaps a soft glow from candles or elegant fixtures, creating an intimate setting. I have been to Pera Kitchen on a few occasions and each time has been a great experience. The food is delicious and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. Strongly recommend for couples who want a date night meal and also for families on special occasions.

We started with a cuppa - definitely above your average cuppa. The homemade chilli sauce and homemade bread was stand out with fresh tomato, garlic and chilli. Really hot and zingy. Lamb kebab was succulent and juicy and my baked aubergine was delish too. Very good

2024- booked table for mothers day, service was very attentive and food came out tasting great. 2022, lunch again was great Had lunch for 2, was very pleasant inside and staff were polite and delivered service with a smile. Had the 2 course lunch and the food portions were perfect and tasted great, and the complimentary mezze were very authentic. Will definitely return to try the evening menu./ back again with family, had a great time with excellent service and authentic food, cant wait for the next visit.

A friendly and quiet place for lunch. The chicken was very good, although the chicken portion itself was a bit small. My steak was very good, although totally unseasoned. Quite good, could be even better with a bit more attention to detail.

Not a good experience...Wednesday night : no burgers,no sausages,no steak pie...so one of the party ended up eating a toastie. The meals all came out separately, the veggies with the pie were cold,it was returned and microwaved to within an inch of its life....too hot to eat. The salad had obviously been in a fridge all day,the rocket had wilted,the cucumber had frozen the tomatoes were starting to rot,the chicken great was good.The chicken burger was really dry. The chicken tikka was good but look unappetizing. We did give the feedback but the manager just apologised briefly and walked away. Nice olde worlde decor but wouldn't go back,I suppose we should have realised when it was the only place in town that could accommodate a party of 7 with 3 weeks notice.

Came to Rosso lounge this evening for my daughter’s 8th birthday meal. She loves macaroni cheese and really likes the lounge’s take on it. The staff were amazing and even brought out her pudding with a candle. Lovely manager. Lovely waiting staff. Great food. All brilliant. Would recommend for a nice family meal out for all ages. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness and care.

I had a few errands to run and popped in for refreshments and decided to have a munch instead. I had the Lebanese felafel flatbread and a peppermint tea. The flatbread was delicious. The service was great. The people were friendly. The cafe was really nice and comfortable and the toilet was clean. I would recommend.

The food here never disappoints - the flavors are always fresh and unique, and they use only quality ingredients in their meals. The presentation is also top-notch - their chefs put an incredible amount of effort into making sure each dish looks as good as it tastes. recent favorites include their crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken and the Vegan Mexican Superbowl. The Tapas Board was excellent as well.

Overall a good experience at Rosso’s lounge. Prices are a bit higher than the local area but the atmosphere is lovely with it being well designed and ambient lighting. Food is good, although personally I didn’t have any, my colleagues did. Service is good with friendly staff always willing to help!

First time ordering. Every single dish was awful. Dry, chewy, like eating cardboard. Duck was so pink. Spring rolls tasted like they’d been sat on the side for hours and just reheated. None of it tasted fresh. Will never be ordering here again.

Have been ordering here for a couple of years and always enjoyed the food. However, this evening this was the chicken supplied in our currys, raw and inedible! We contacted Mei’s kitchen requesting a refund for the meal, was told we would have to drive back there to get it in cash, they refused to refund back to our original online card payment and told us we would only be refunded for the currys, not the rest of the meal such as the rice that was covered in this inedible food. Having ate some of the chicken before realising the state of it, hopefully I don’t become sick.

I ordered here for very first time and the duck was fatty not crispy and tasteless and Singapore noodles greasy with prawns when I requested plain as I’m allergic to them. Chips stone gold and beef black been fatty beef the whole order was awful and they refused to refund any of this from collection of food even though £5 was delivery on top customer services was appalling and rude do not use this Chinese they ripped me off £51.20

Had dinner here last Saturday with some mates - one of whom recommended this place.I had never been here before (usually went to a different Chinese place) and was blown away! The lemon chicken and szechuan prawns in particular were BY FAR the best I've ever had. Service was also fantastic, and you can BYO alcohol at no cost!! Can't wait to go back.

The food here used to be great, but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. I tried it again tonight and asked for extra onions, garlic and red chillis in my prawn and rib dish and the extra chillis Don’t seem to have been cooked at all. You can clearly see the difference between the chillis that are cooked on the left hand side compared to those that are raw on the right. When I just called the restaurant they just argued with me and said they have been cooked - I offered for the manager to come and collect himself to see them and he refused - and he didn’t want to credit me for the meals because he had credited me before for a bad meal (of which I have never even used credit). He eventually offered to credit one of the 2 mains but that is just not good enough. I must have used this restaurant 40-50 times. Such short sighted business behaviour!

Waited an eternity for the food to be delivered and when I run up to ask where the food was they didn't seem to have much idea. There are many other Chinese takeaways in this town and I'll be going to them in future.

This is a wonderful independent business with fantastic staff who clearly like their customers. The Cafe is the service I use but I believe the gym team is brilliant from what I've heard. I'd certainly sign up if I wanted to workout. Inclusive, welcoming and the prices are well placed in the market too. Coffee is lovely, food is great. What more could anyone ask for?! Oh, they do live music events as well and are licensed for Alcohol, if that's your thing.

Really rate this place. Everyone very friendly, dogs allowed, good wifi, plenty of seating options, plugs for laptop etc. Oh and most importantly good cakes, food and drinks! Although I like, more vegan options for breakfast and lunch would be ideal. Especially as no more Dee Dee's cafe opposite🙏

Fantastic find! Was just driving about when me and the wife found Jones' Cafe, we do enjoy a nice coffee and this place didn't disappoint. Owner was there when we were and the customer service was great. Definitely worth a 30 minute trip to go again, hopefully see you soon!

I had a large latte, but I spoke to my husband and we will visit soon. The staff are very friendly, the latte is great and the interior is lovely. I will return soon.

Blown away with this food, we ordered a takeaway and although we had to wait a little longer than expected, absolutely worth the wait! Piping hot food, gorgeous curried goat and jerk chicken, insane flavours and even the rice and peas that were a side could easily stand alone as a meal. One of the best takeaways I've ever had, highly recommend!

Ordered from here last night, curried goat, stew chicken and some fritters. We have ordered from here before and typically the food arrives before the Just eat ETA but it was very late this time. I called up and the team couldn't have been nicer or more appologetic. Everyone has a bad day every now and then and you dealt it brilliantly. Keep up the great work PS, the new round tubs with the lids are a vast improvement over the old ones.

Food was extremely mediocre and 100% not authentic Caribbean. Flavours were lacking, everything I ate even down to the rice and peas just wasn’t quite right. Maybe for these areas it must be working due to the high number of good reviews but for someone with a Caribbean background who knows what real flavours are meant to come through, these guys have definitely missed the mark unfortunately. I won’t be back.

Food is usually really good and packed well for takeaway. The last time I ordered it was not packaged well at all, everything was soggy by the time I got home - the burger was impossible to pick up as the bun had just turned to mush. I’d suggest using different packaging for takeaway to ensure the quality remains after a short drive back home.

Gregg's the bakers in Biggleswade set opposite the bus station in the town centre selling hot pies,slices, sausage rolls, coffee, tea, etc etc as well as cakes and soft drinks staff are friendly but seem to be run of their feet at times take away or sit inside. floors inside can be covered in debris that blows in from traffic passing by the door. Current score on the door (hygiene rated 4). Some parking bays are across the way with a two hr limit no return within the hour

Went in yesterday and safe to say the service was non existent, the staff member was so abrupt and we found rude so we walked out and didn't purchase anything. Training on customer service is needed

Greggs is gettin a joke how can u charge one price then the next day I go in u charge me more for the same thing I ordered the day before u need to be careful of the workers in there charging u more and I wouldn’t mind it was the manager in biggkeswade that served me so I would make sure u check prices while u wait to buy or they wil just charge u more greens in lovely can’t fault that but the staff are gettin a joke

Amazing experience! The staff was lovely, and the food was fantastic.

Always good staff who always try to help even if they're not sure about offers on the app. The breakfast roll ingredients were barely warm. I was given a replacement immediately but this was exactly the same. The pre-cooked items are kept under heat lamps which are inadequate for the job.

We had Andy’s funeral wake at the barn here. It all went so well & the staff /food/ setting was really lovely. Louise & Katy were so helpful & made the day stress free & seamless. Thank you for everyone who helped to make a very sad situation .. pleasant & relaxed.

I do like it here love where it is and the chilled vibe and decor. But I find the food a bit hot and miss to be fair. One day I’ll go and it’s exceptional then the last time I went it was fair to middling, I should have said something as my pie was very hard and dry. Price wise is about on par with most pubs in the area but it needs to be really good food for me at these prices. Disabled parking is good and good toilets as well. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Has lots of room inside and outside fabulous garden. Worth a visit definitely. Changed my star rating to four as they are one of my favourite places to go.

My partner and I had our wedding reception in the barn outside the pub, and it was fantastic! Louise was so easy to work with and was consistently organised, which made planning seamless and stress-free. The wedding packages are also very flexible, right down to choosing what food you want. Leading up to our event, Louise was excellent at coordinating the set up of the room, whilst also ensuring that everything was how we envisioned. During our event, the bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff were all so accommodating, polite, and efficient. The whole evening ran so smoothly and us and our guests had a fantastic time! I fully recommend The White Horse if you're looking for a venue that's oozing with character, has great staff and management, has delicious food and drinks, and will ensure you have a night you'll look back on fondly forever ❤️

This pub is neatly tucked away in the countryside and has a lovely outdoor area. The food was good and had options for gluten free and vegan. We called about a half hour before turning up on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t need a booking. We were able to bring our dog and the pub managed to accommodate, finding us a table tucked out the way. The service however was quite slow. After ordering the main, we requested dessert and seemed to be waiting ages before being told they were out of vegan ice cream. Despite this, I’d still go back.

Thank you so much to Louise and the team at the White Horse who arranged the refreshments/food after our mum's funeral this week. The Stable room was perfect for the occasion, quiet and private with plenty of room for the 120 or so who attended. The room was prepared beautifully with thought and care and it is obvious Louise and her team have a real heart for those they serve whatever the occasion. A real credit to the White Horse and its owners The food was very good and timing was spot on. The White Horse is in lovely grounds, so much space to sit quietly or for children to run safe and play and plenty of off road parking. It couldn't have been better for what we needed. Thank you ❤️

Would highly recommend The Stables as a venue choice! My mum celebrated her 60th birthday here and Louise ensured it ran smoothly from start to finish... The venue itself is beautiful and all the guests complemented the food :) The bar staff are also amazing and didn't struggle to serve almost 90 guests! So glad we chose here x

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom was clean and a really good size. Bathroom was a bit dated and in need of updating- but the shower was powerful. Evening menu catered for my gluten free family members and was stunning, but breakfast wasn’t the same positive experience.

A charming hotel, restaurant, and bar. The manager, Guy, is a helpful and welcoming Gentleman! The food here is fantastic. There's loads of yummy looking grub to choose from. I had a fish finger sandwich for my lunch and it trily hit the sweet spot. I couldn't recommend more for a chilled getaway 🙏

Our company had a summer family fun day at The Green Man in July, which was a fantastic event despite the weather. Guy helped us plan the day from start to finish, allowing us access to both indoor and outdoor areas. The buffet was great, and the team did a great job in making sure everyone was looked after. Would thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding food and service. A fantastic menu which catered for the whole group, the Burrata was a big win. All the food was well prepared and presented, full of flavour and fresh. Big thank you to Guy for being a great host and putting up with the amount of changes requested! All 4 of us would highly recommend. The restaurant has a lovely rural, rustic and warm charm. The cocktails were also a big hit. A great place for any occasion.

Always a smile and great service, even when it’s really busy. The food is no nonsense good hearty pub food that’s value for money! Lots of good GF options available for my wife too. This has become a nice regular go too pub for us when we just want something fast and tasty without having to worry about an over pretentious menu.

First time in this beautiful pub last Sunday. It was a belated Birthday celebration/treat 🎂 🥳 from my girl's. The food was absolutely delicious. And the staff were all amazing. So attentive, and extremely helpful and friendly. There was nothing in this wonderful dog friendly pub that I could fault. Will definitely return. Was a great find from one of my Daughter's, who was very impressed too. The whole family loved the place , including our little doggie, nice touch having a jar of treats, and given a bowl of water upon arrival 10/10

We were incredibly well looked after - with the most amazing breakfast in the morning . Despite our very big party of 12 , every need was taken care of. Very friendly service. While the rooms are not huge or particularly stylish they are clean, comfortable & have everything you need .

We are a group of approx 25 WI members from Sandy that had booked a lunchtime meal. The staff were very organised & the cooked meals came out lovely & hot. Thoroughly recommend visiting this pub.

Recently refurbished now looks better inside and out. Menu is quite a standard Greene King menu very predictable. We both went for the pie which was good, came with plenty of chips and a few garden peas with a small jug of gravy. It was good and hot. Staff were attentive and pleasant. No wait for a table but it was mid afternoon on a weekday so naturally quiet. They are still doing some work in the garden, there's now more tables and chairs / benches outside front and back. On site parking is limited.

Decided to give this refurbed pub a go for lunch. It didn’t disappoint. Typical pub menu, main meals and light bites, good selection. The chicken burger was tasty as evidently was the gammon steak. For dessert we plumped for the mini chocolate brownie with a hot drink, just finished off the meal nicely without filling us up too much. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Good value for the money. Wasn’t overly busy (Thursday lunchtime) but reckon I would always book in future just in case.

Went in for Sunday lunch booked first online. Arrived just before the booked time and we were met by a member of staff that checked us in and took us to our table which was clean and laid ready. Left us with the food and drinks menus. 5 minutes later we where asked for our drinks order and as we already knew what we wanted we gave our food order at the same time. Drinks came in good time and our food not too long after. Plates were hot as was the food. Lamb shank perfect just fell off the bone. All veg was good and very tasty, not overcooked.The only criticism was the gravy which was very watery and did not taste much like gravy, also not much of it. We did ask for more and got some. Gravy needs to be thicker other than that good. Dessert was good too although no fresh raspberries on the cheesecake as described on menu my guess is they forgot. Overall we had a nice relaxing Sunday lunch, atmosphere good,staff polite welcoming. would recommend 👌

I adore this pub. It’s always been a favourite (mainly because of the food!). The staff are great and loyal. They’re always smiling and ready to serve. I highly recommend this pub! And I highly recommend their food!

Good food, very polite and happy services. My meal that I ordered was supposed to come with buttered Carrots but there were none on the plate. I then enquired at the bar but was told they did not have any. I was neither told at the time my meal arrived nor offered an alternative.

We spent a wanderful evening meal with the kids. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous! Atmosphere was good, and the food was lovely in general, however, some of the pizzas we ordered toppings were rather thin. Kids menus were good with reasonable choice for the type of restaurant and location.

We have just arrived home from enjoying a lovely meal at O'Sarracino. I would highly recommend booking this restaurant, the food was lovely and the portion sizes were excellent. The staff are very friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed, I can't wait to go back

Food and serwis was very good. Just one minus... Panacotta was over set to much gelatine. The filet steak was wonderful 😋 and definitely try the green beans with garlic. They was so delicious. Definitely recommend 👌

My wife took me here for my birthday and I have to say it was splendid. Nice food, well trained staff who know their stuff. The wife paid with her debit card and as we left I asked her if she had left a tip. No, she said. So I went back the next day and gave them a decent tip.

Following from a recent visit to Potton, i couldn't resist to try the newly opened O'Sarracino in Biggleswade. And most definetly no disappointment. Simply amazing. Ah, and that homemade ice cream if nothing else was so perfect 👌

My first time there, and probably my last. I came in and there was a woman at the till complaining that her lemon chicken tasted tough, but I wanted lemon chicken, and figured that after someone complained about it they wouldn't let it happen again... But guess what... They did. Chicken tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave, the crispy batter was soft and mushy, and the chicken was tough on the outside and dry in the middle, the crispy Wan Ton was soft and in no way crispy, the char siu pork was smothered in a sauce that wasn't mentioned on the menu (when I eat it in China there is no sauce, it's dry, ft inside and crispy outside - char siu should be double cooked, this was just wrong, and the Singapore noodle was like mush. And they charged me extra for the prawn crackers too! She also "forgot" to give me my change when I paid. Overall, a rather crappy experience that cost me nearly £30.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ Most of which has ended up in the bin.

Absolutely fantastic! Jade Garden in Biggleswade has become my go-to for Chinese takeout. The food is consistently delicious, always fresh, and packed full of flavor. Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and I've yet to find one I don't enjoy. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and my orders are always ready quickly. If you're looking for a reliable and tasty Chinese takeout option in Biggleswade, I highly recommend Jade Garden!

Got takeaway this evening, first time going to this Chinese. Not happy with the food at all, noodles dry and stuck together and the same with the rice. Had no flavour to anything.

Me and my girlfriend ordered from here for the first time tonight. When we got there they told us they were supposed to be closed 10 mins ago, we didn’t notice this but they were soooo friendly about it and stayed longer to wait for us. We got our food and we thought it tasted amazing!! It looks so F ing good and tastes even better!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! :))))

We had a gathering of 19 friends on new years eve of 2015 at Jade Garden and it was bloody BRILLIANT! Every few minutes we'd see a takeaway order go out the door, yet they still had the skills to get our meal out to us as well as the other side of the restaurant which was fully booked. So managing a full restaurant and many, many takeaway orders on new years eve was VERY impressive! - The food was delicious! - It wasn't cold when brought out to us. - The portion sizes were great! - The staff were very polite and didn't rush. - The price was great! VERY Highly recommended! :D --- 3 years later and we're still eating from Jade Garden! Delicious! (hence the picture!).

On the very first Sunday of December, visited for the lunch time menu. Had a search on Google maps for Sunday lunch in this area. Great looking pub on the outside, real fires inside,. Clean tidy, great service and xmas menu. Food was fresh, crunchy although others would have like the veg cooked a little longer. Really good Turkey and cheese cake for afters.

Been again tonight and had two meals from the specials board, they were lovely and great portion sizes. Very friendly staff, always made to feel very welcome there with our little one. Always love the selection of gins. The Happy hour and £10 specials board definitely make it a win win.

Excellent lunch for 5 of us (age range 24-87) at this warm and welcoming pub. All the staff were very friendly and professional, with exceptional interaction from the chef who likes to meet his customers, listen to their preferences and offer personal recommendations accordingly. Small touches like a complimentary bowl of pigs in blankets on arrival while we looked at the menu were appreciated. Food (Steak/Fish/Pork) was all very good and superb value for money. Good range of beers. Thoroughly recommend this pub.

Great location so have used this as a base for air show visits a few times. Dmitri the manager is excellent, really knows what he is doing. Breakfast very busy and one poor (very sweet) young lady was desperately keeping show on the road until more staff turned up. Some teething issues but overall the hotel is improving. Good breakfast and nice staff. Some rooms old and basic, some now done up to a high standard.

First off, the staff here were excellent. The blonde lady at reception was superb, really welcoming and friendly. If I ran a hotel I'd hire her. The negatives; our en suite was old and tatty. Bath taps with a hose attached for a shower. The hallway light is on constantly and there's a gap under the door which does light up the room at night. Food is excellent and breakfast was solid. Good pints overall. Compliment sandwich.

No power shower so it was connected to the 2 taps which took time to get the right temperature. No air con so if you had the window open it would be noisy and get little sleep. The bar staff and restaurant staff were great. Food was also great although there was only 2 meals I would eat so ate out most of the week. The hotel was at the end of the high street so close to pubs and restaurants.

Visited The Saddle and Spoke for the first time in a long while - it's great that there is parking just behind that is free to customers. A friend and I visited at lunch time the bar and restaurant were not busy. My first impression was that it was very dark there so we sat in the window seat (the semi-circle seat could do with refurbishment - it was split and the foam stuffing was very visible). The server was very pleasant and attentive, took our order and it wasn't long before the drinks were served followed quickly by our food. We both had the fish finger sandwich which was delicious - the homemade tartare sauce was very good and the fries which accompanied the sandwich were hot and crispy. It's a thumbs up from us - The Saddle and Spoke is well worth a lunch time visit - I'll definitely go back.

Absolutely shocking hotel, rooms are awful, old, dirty and smell stale and musty. They totally messed up our booking, we told them in advance that we had someonewith us that had mobility issues and they said we could have a ground floor room, when we got there they put us on the first floor which was 2 sets of stairs and no lift. Rude staff both at reception and breakfast, just roll they eyes at you as you are a problem to them. Breakfast was rubbish, undercooked streaky bacon, under cooked eggs and they had the cheek to charge us full price for breakfast even though we tried to pay in advance and get it included with the room. Staff have no clue what they are doing, would have given 0 stars if i could.

Apparently that’s too offensive for their delicate decor. God forbid someone with a bit of dust on their shirt walks in and lowers the tone. This place isn’t a pub — it’s a museum of egos. If you haven’t got designer trainers, a fresh blow-dry, or a trust fund in your back pocket, don’t bother. No warmth, no welcome, no respect for the working class that keep the wheels turning. We’re not talking about being drunk or rowdy. I was polite, sober, and looking for nothing more than a quiet pint and a hot meal after a long shift. But apparently looking like you’ve done a day’s work is enough to get you shown the door. What a joke. There are real pubs in this town that treat people with decency — ones that remember what a public house is actually meant to be. This isn’t one of them. This place is all polish and no soul. If you earn your living with your hands, don’t waste your time here. They’re not interested in your money — only your appearance.

We were really looking forward to unwinding after a long day of honest work on the roof, but unfortunately were turned away at the door simply because we were wearing work clothes. No rudeness or noise—just a group of tradesmen hoping for a pint. I understand that some venues have dress codes, but there was no signage outside to indicate this, and we were clean, respectful, and polite. It felt unfair to be judged solely on appearance after spending the day earning a living. Pubs are meant to be welcoming places for the community. Turning away working people sends the wrong message. We’ll be taking our business somewhere more inclusive next time, very disappointed and it was only 5:30pm

I got a delivery from Spice Lounge and ordered a meal for one. It was such a shame as it took an hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive. When I phoned after an hour, I was told it’s because I live 15 minutes away (I live under 10 minutes) but there was no apology for it. When the food did arrive, it was lukewarm at best but it did taste good and very flavourful. Had there have been some acknowledgement about the time it was taking/had taken maybe I could have overlooked it but it did feel a bit disappointing. I don’t doubt that had the meal have been in the restaurant it would have been great, but the delivery was just a real disappointment.

We had a lovely dinner at Spice Lounge and were impressed by the wide range of options on the menu. Service was great, we will definitely come again!

Lovely meal for valentine's day - the banquet deal on a Wednesday is excellent value for money and really good quality. The staff are really attentive and friendly. Food is delicious, served quick and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone in the local area.

Took a long time to take our order. Chicken tikka starter isn't very tasty. We've had better chutney selection with our poppadoms elsewhere. It was cold in the restaurant. Man kept coming up to ask how food was suggesting it was wonderful, then kept badgering us to give a fantastic review before we left. Don't think we will be going back. Average food, pushy staff.

Superb Indian restaurant, the food is always excellent and the staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. I get food for takeaway twice a week from here, and I have never had any problems as the food is always an excellent standard . There is a nice little restaurant area for those wishing to eat in aswell . My personal favourite dish here is lamb garlic with garlic rice. If you are a garlic lover then this dish is a real treat, but of course there are many other tasty dishes available for you to try. Prices are very reasonable and on a Monday and Tuesday you get 10% discount on takeaway aswell as a free drink. Excellent food. Excellent service and Excellent staff. Recommend 💯 %.

Had a birthday meal here last night and it was incredible. Delicious food, great atmosphere and lovely and accommodating staff! A wonderful place to eat out at Biggleswade. They even gave a complimentary birthday dessert for me! We all had a great time and will be returning.

Takeaway Calzone, Pizza and garlic bread ordered on strength of having enjoyed it a couple of years ago. Well, service was extremely prompt on collection. However, what was in the boxes was pretty rank. The Calzone and garlic bread were cremated. I don't mean burnt - there would be less charring at a cremation!!! What was underneath was fairly palatable but the whole top had to be scraped off or my charcoal intake would have been through the roof! Just simply inexcusable to dish out such dross for £40. No self respecting cook should serve it like that. OK you made a mistake and burnt it - just make another couple.

Wow, what do I say?? This place is a little gem!! The staff are amazing and so is the food. The atmosphere was great. My autistic son said it’s his new safe place. We asked to be sat out of the way and we were. The staff made him feel like he was the only person who mattered and made him feel safe. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was incredible and allergies are catered for. Thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back.

We come here quite often on a Saturday for lunch. Food is always great with a really good kid's menu too. What really stands out is the amazing service from the woman who works on Saturdays. We were there again today (Saturday 6th September) and she again was so attentive and friendly. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

This place was recommended to us by a friend. Food is full of flavour and authentic. I highly recommend the seafood pasta, their sticky toffee pudding is one of the best sticky toffee pudding that I had ( very soft, melts in the mouth ) Kudos to the staff, all friendly and very good with assisting customers! ❤️

We ate here on Saturday as a family and I highly recommend it. We were upstairs in one of four small rooms. It had a cosy atmosphere and wasn't noisy. So many large open plan restaurants are very noisy. The service was great - polite, friendly and helpful. My daughter and I shared a risotto and pizza which were both excellent. I was visiting family and I hope to eat here again.

Came here despite reading the reviews of overcharging, unfortunately they were all true. The breakfast was overall okay but the bacon looked like it was on the turn and was quite tough. The place is pretty run down and tired and has a pungent aroma of bleach. The guy serving us seemed pretty weird and eccentric which made him awkward to deal with. This wouldn't have been a problem if he hadn't deliberately overcharged me and all my friends on what was already a slightly overpriced breakfast. Based on what I had read previously and being tired and hungover none of us bothered to argue with him about his creative interpretation of the numbers on the till keypad. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The food here is absolutely diabolical. It was so bad that my 1 year old didn't eat it and even my 4 year old didn't want it. I'm now suffering with a bad stomach from it. It was clear and there was literally no one in there and that should have been a sign with how bad it is. Won't be going here again

Been to this cafe a few times now, food is lovely, cooked perfect and fresh, staff are friendly, sadly the outside looks grubby which i think would put people off going in there, the inside is clean but is tired looking But worth trying as you will be pleasantly surprised!

Worst breakfast I've ever had the bacon and sausage was reheated and tasted like grease and was charged£15.50 for coffee and 2 bacon 2 sausage beans tomato toast

Been going for a few years. Never a bad experience. Good food and good service. Owner is a lovely person and his regulars quite well. If you’re looking for a decent greasy spoon, I highly recommend Cafe 8.

AVOID this place. I asked for the Full English as it comes but they added mushrooms to my order for £1.80(!) and neglected to tell me this beforehand. The server/owner was rude and refused to take off the charge. The food was pretty rubbish and tasteless too, the only good bit was the hashbrowns which are probably store-bought and frozen

Just popped in as not been in for about 8 years. Still as awesome as was back then. Great value for money and a real treat. I was popping by and had some time so thought let’s see if still there. So glad I did. Just shows that when you get it right and the food is great quality you will beat the test of time.

Been in here a few times, the food is always great and the service is very good. Also, everything is so well-priced and reasonable.

Several of our worker in the team shopped at beego's sandwich bar regularly . Lots of choice with fillings to suit everyone and reasonably price compared to other food outlets in the area . We definitely made it a regular visit when working in the area. I would reccomend a visit.

We ordered two buffet lunches for a company get together and the team were very happy with the lunch provided. Great amount and range of fillings and great service by the team in the shop - thank you! Will always recommend Beego's to individuals and companies alike.

In the current situation I have been using this sandwich bar frequently. Although I only get a drink they do provide excellent baps and sandwiches made to order at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and as I have used this place so often they know exactly what drink I normally order.

Best Thai meal I and my Thai daughter have had since visiting the UK from overseas. Freshly cooked and tastes great.

This is my second time at this lovely Thai restaurant. My friends and I go for a retreat every year and this had become our staple dinner since we discovered it last year. The meals are hot, tasty and spicy. Our dine in was lovely as well as the takeaway we had last year. We will be back next yeat

Food and atmosphere a huge plus for Thai Rice, good food and the restaurant is very nice to sit and enjoy a meal. Staff weren’t necessarily bad, but they weren’t exceptional. They are willing to help of course so don’t be worried about any bad service. Worth a visit!

I really want to love this place but it is so hit and miss with whether or not you’re going to get a watery curry take away. Unfortunately every one I’ve had with my husband has been very watery so he’s quite put off from ordering Thai now. The flavour is amazing but the sauce is like water and for a Massaman curry that’s even worse because the potatoes just taste like they’ve been sat in water for hours. I really don’t want to trash this place as Thai is my favourite and it’s the only one we have in the town but just wish it wasn’t so watery!

Delicious food, and a really cosy, but atmospheric interior. Gluten-free dishes are clearly labelled, and they can make many of the dishes gluten free on request! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely come here again!

THE BEST I've ever had! Every time we order from this Indian, it's delicious!! I cannot explain how nice it is. We recently visited the restaurant and the food was still the best!! The staff were very nice too. I met the owner named Layek, and I must say, he's an incredibly nice chap. We'll definitely be back!

Nice food. Located in market square, town centre. Food is nice and tasty. They offer a huge range of Indian food, meat plates, vegetarian plates and see food. Traditional curries are also available. On Wednesday they offer chef special, which is a main, starter, rice or naan bread and a side. Price is reasonable. They offer take away food. I recommend the red house wine, very mind flavour. Kids menu is also available along with steak and a couple of non indian food. Service is excellent and food didn't took too long

Since the recent change in management and name, this is now, in my opinion (after 5 recent visits), the best Indian restaurant in Biggleswade. Service has been excellent on 4 out of 5 occasions and the food has been excellent 5 out of 5. A vast improvement on the Raj Pooth that Indian Monsoon replaces. Still appears to trade using the former name of Raj Poor on Just Eat.

We were a group of 6 and had a table for exactly 6, it was large enough for all the food and drinks we ordered. The restaurant is up some stairs within an old stylish building, it has a nice very big fireplace though it was not in use but adds character, also it has old wood beams which makes the room a pleasant area. All our dishes were good and we had no complaints, the service was good and our food arrived within 25 minutes. The prices are reasonable and they have a good choice of dishes. Our bill came to £164 which includes a service charge of about £14.50. Would I return...yes, its as good as any other Indian restaurant I've been to, and it's in a nice location with relatively good parking.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. When asked the waiter about the dish I wanted to order he just blanked me. I asked the waiter to put the top back on my bottle of wine he just said yes. The whole time my bottle of wine was left exposed. I went out to take a call and the table had been cleaned. Still half a bottle of wine remaining. I asked if I could have a refund on the wine which was left they refused. I advise those thinking of going here please dont. Based on experience and consumer wrights I rate this place as a 0

We had a lovely experience at Miss Vietnam, a warm welcome and isn't it brilliant to have somewhere different to eat! I've been bemoaning the lack of any real variety, restaurant wise for yonks. The food was nicely presented, lightly seasoned, fresh and not heavy. With a menu that doesn't take hours to read through. Generally meaning freshly cooked. I would also say it was good value. So, great service, great food, with a really nice atmosphere, and easy parking. What's not to like! Visited again 25/7/24. Again we had another pleasant evening, my partner having the beautiful avocado and mango salad and I the chilled prawn spring rolls... lovely. We both had a stir-fry main. Mine with prawns (again), my partner with chicken. Both were great flavours, but were swimming in sauce, with very few vegetables, and my partner's chicken was dry, sinewy and tough. Not very nice. Service was good, but the mains were a disappointment.

Booked a table here for 2 people at 11:30 on the 20th of march. The restaurant accepted my booked and we headed over from Henlow area (6/7 miles) to find the restaurant was closed down for what looked like a refurbishment - looking at the newspaper in the windows (see image) this was dated 10th of March, so 10 days ago. Very bad and the google listing is still saying the restaurant is open and the booking system is not paused and is clearly still accepting bookings! You need to manage your restaurant profile properly!

The food was amazing we had the beef salad,salt and pepper squid,tofu spring rolls and beef pho. Would have been nice to be offered another drink but apart from that it was lovely. Fresh tasty ingredients I would highly recommend.

We turned up on a Thursday evening at 7.30 and were able to get a table for two but was busy so recommend booking. The food was proper fresh Thai food. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Lovely to have in Biggleswade will definitely be visiting again.

An exquisite find! After our delightful visit to Hitchin Lavender, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant in the heart of Hitchin. Both the food and service surpassed our expectations. We're eagerly looking forward to our return visit next year!

My hopes and prayers have been answered. A new pho place has opened 15 minutes away from me. No longer will I have to drive an absurd distance to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Service was friendly with a smile. Beer selection was limited but was a good opportunity to experience Vietnamese brands. The mood was just right, music not too loud, people enjoying themselves around me... lighting not too bright, not too dim. The Brisket Pho was outstanding, the meat was tender and soft, not grisly. Although I prefer the beef broth to be a bit more rich I can understand why some would prefer it to be clear. No problem at all. For those of you brave enough I suggest requesting the hot chili oil which added another level of heat, perfect for this cold weather. The spring rolls were served piping hot, crispy on the outside not skimping on the ingredients, I opted for the prawn and chicken filling. Overall a great choice for a dinner with friends/date or family. I will certainly be back!

Super cute restaurant! Lovely food, the team was very friendly and the decor is stunning. It's become a favourite already! I recommend it for a romantic dinner or a nice lunch with a friend. And what a great location in the heart of the Hitchin market. Many vegetarian and vegan options, too.

Ordered Chicken Shish Kebab. Paid almost £12 including delivery fees for 5 small pieces chicken breast. Not only the portion size was ridiculous, the chicken was overcooked and the chilli sauce tasted off. We will never order from order for here again.

I don’t know what’s changed but my last two orders from here have left a lot to be desired. The doner meat is awful, it’s cut too thinly so it’s hard and it’s very very oily.Lamb ribs were partially burnt and the salad isn’t very fresh. I’m sticking to the stores in Mead end from now on.

Today has been my first bad experience. But that said the way it was handle was excellent. My food took a good while to arrive, and when it did unfortunately it was wrong. Mistakes happen so called to let them know. Not even 30 minutes later I’ve just had another fresh meal delivered free of charge and was told to keep the other also. Used town grill regularly for probably 5 years now and this is the first time I’ve had this happen. Beyond pleased with the way this issue was handled

First time trying Town Grill. Was really impressed with the food. I bought a plate of mix kebabs with rice. The meat was very juicy and succulent , really tasty food. The employees were very kind and friendly. Ten out of ten food , atmosphere and employees. Highly recommend.

Just moved to the area looking for a good kebab shop! Have definately found one in Town Grill, had 2 large shish kebabs, lovely quick service, clean, chicken was cooked just right, will use this every time as our go to for a kebab!

Ordered chicken shish kebab, cheeseburger and chips, and mozzarella sticks. Order arrived and instead of chips we received something resembling chicken with cheese and rice. Burger was ok. No chips. Shish kebab consisted of two thirds of fried bread, salad, and some chicken. Will never order again. Beyond disappointed.

Wow, if you've not been to the Shack in Biggleswade, you need to go. We went last night and absolutely loved it. I stupidly didn't book a table because I didn't think we would need to during the week, but it was really busy when we arrived. A good sign that the food is good. Thankfully, they managed to squeeze us in. The service was super, the food took a while but oh my it was so worth it. I had the best halloumi fries I've ever had, not a squeak to be had. They simply melted in your mouth. The flavour of all the dishes was a taste sensation, a little spice, a lot of sticky, a lot of greatness. We obviously did the newbie thing of ordering way too much but they clearly see this often because we were handed a box to bring the goodies home. Will enjoy these goodies today for lunch. We will definitely go again (and remember to book next time). Huge thanks to Layla, Daniel and Richard who looked after us for the evening. Cant wait to see you again 😊😊😊

Delicious food and cocktail! We had a selection of everything, regular burgers, croissant burgers (!), bramble cocktails, nachos, tater tots, tenders and one of the specials - everything was so tasty and the service was lovely. Definitely will be back!

Absolutely lovely great big load of food, can’t complain whatsoever, had the don le clay burger (£13 and some pence) it was a kushty mountain very nice crispy chicken and sauces in there. The waiter Steven was really helpful and explanatory about whatever questions i had, nice warm atmosphere. not enough people in here, great place overall to go

NWB wings, perfect firey heat and deep flavour. Presented beautifully. Flawless. Fire-bird burger was a solid 10! Anyone putting a proper hashbrown in a burger deserves respect. The blue-cheese sauce gave an earthy zing and creaminess like a perfect marriage to the firecracker sauce. All dripping around piping hot fresh crunchy chicken. Hanging over a very decent bun that struggled in vain to contain this mother. A total carcrash to eat with dignity but I couldn't give a cluck. Crisp fresh pint to wash it down. Cheque please! The guys at Biggleswade are great, brilliant service and food, order is always hot and never disappoints. Always enjoyed the pizza from here so was a little wary when we heard new owners had taken over a few months ago, however it remains excellent and I would even go to say the thin crust pizza is even a little tastier than before. 👍👍

We had deep pan pizzas, and all bases in the middle were raw, a total waste of money. Will never order from them again! Recently I have been contacted by TGF about my review suggesting that in fact my review is going to be reported as spam unless I have a order number or a receipt. My son ordered the meal when visiting, so I don't have these. My review is based on my experience.

Honestly one of the best takeaway pizzas I’ve had in years! So fresh! Something has changed recently at this place because they have massively upped their pizza game. Banging.

Really disappointed with pizzas. Had realised it had changed hands. Deep.pan had bigger thicker crust therefore less topping, different dough, all ingredients were cheaper versions and nowhere near the amount of ingredients compared to the old owners. I also had chilli in mine, contaminated by my partner's, good job I'm not allergic to chillis. The pizzas were OK but no better than anyone else's whereas old TGF were excellent. Good luck to new owners but we won't be going back

Every time I ordered large pizza it was never even close to the size it should be, not gonna forget to mention most times was out of shape. That's why they have 50% off pizza cause they are not worth the full price. That was my last order from this Domino's store. Very disappointed! Definitely do not recommend!

Delivery driver delivered the wrong pizza (not sure if this was the drivers fault or the store but my guess is the store) when I phoned the store to inform them, I was greeted with rudeness, an offer for them to send the correct pizza but no apology. I then had to wait a further 55 minutes to receive the correct pizza, but by this time, it was barely luke warm. Horrendous customer service

FOOD POISONING Ordered Chicken feast, clearly the chicken was off, the whole family was ill the whole of the next day. Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. Dominos headquarters needs to look at this franchise branch, it needs serious improvement. Ordered from here before, pizza was not great and took ages, but at least we didn’t get food poisoning last time.

Go on google I don’t come from Biggleswade and on giving feedback to say you should be able to direct people so you should find out. She directed me in the wrong direction and then told me what do you expect I don’t come from the area. No apology. Why spend so much time on advertising when you seem to spend zero on staff training and matching the right staff to the area. Pointless. PLEASE AVOID, USE PECOROS OR BLAZE INSTEAD. Absolutely miserable experience. Last used this branch about 3-4 years ago and I figured it may have improved since. Maybe I should have read the other reviews first. Placed an order for delivery through the app, order was confirmed at 19:25, followed by an order delivered notification 25 mins later - I had not received my delivery. I placed a call the the branch and a very helpful sounding young lady assured me that the food was on the way, the notifications can be estimated and that I will receive the delivery shortly. A further 20 minutes after that and there still was no food so I called again. This time I spoke to a gentleman with little to no customer service technique. This time I am informed the food only left a couple of minutes ago and will turn up in the next 5. I tried to explain that I'd already been told this prior but he evidently had no interest in listening, quickly palming me off before I had chance to raise any more of a complaint. The food did turn up a short while after but it was barely warm, the cheese was already congealed and the box had absorbed any moisture out of the pizzas. As for the "loaded" wedges... Well, look at them. I will not be using Dominos Biggleswade again and heavily advise anyone reading this to do the same. How this branch is still open, I honestly don't know.

Dominos supplied a large amount of Pizzas for our work event at Biggleswade Dental Centre, and we couldn’t fault their service! We ordered on the app and the food was all correct and made quickly, especially for a Friday night. Mr Krzysztof and the rest of the team greeted us with a smile and were super helpful. 5 🌟 for the food and service but minus 5 for someone, I don't know who, coming out from the kitchen nit wearing a mask , arranging leaflets and other things and another guy arranging juices in the fridge, again without the mask! It's tiny place and at least wear the mask when a 10 years old kid is asking why others don't wear it!

Young male behind the counter and tall lady with dark hair, honestly so rude. Not a hello, a smile, a thank you, enjoy your food, nothing. Just “what do you want in your sandwich”, advised I was sitting in and not to pack in a bag or anything, totally ignored what I said and proceeded to put in a bag. This branch used to be fantastic with customers, I feel like a lot of the friendlier staff have left. However, today’s visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. I do understand they must be inundated with online orders as well. However, I was the only customer in the shop at the time, there was no queue and my order was a simple one. Don’t get me wrong, if I was a rude member of the public then I wouldn’t blame them for the lack of service as I know retail can be awful. Not expecting a full blown conversation or performance, just a hello and a thank you would have made the visit totally different. It would be a good idea to perhaps retrain the staff on their customer service. On the plus side, my sandwich was lovely.

Went for the "new" stacks bacon and cheese melt, and I must say it was exceptionally good and very well prepared, so what went wrong! The wait!! It wasn't overly busy, so I don't quite understand why it took so long, plenty of staff, so not that! So maybe the facilities where, (excuse the pun) sub standard, they need a bigger melt machine!!! But that said, it was definitely worth the wait

Fresh salads with a wide range of items to choose from and healthy options. Also you can also buy some side orders as crisps, cookies or hash browns. Mainly they sell sandwiches (subs) they have vegetarian options or low fat as well. A choice of foot long or 6 inch. They also sell kids packs with a toy included. Fast food service and very friendly staff members. Good place to bring kids, have a coffe or eat something quick. Food can be eat there or take away. Highly recommended. Also good location as is in biggleswade town centre.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Called twice and we were met with a really rude member of staff on the phone each time. An hour in we called and were told they were still preparing the food, second time half an hour later we were told it had just left them to be delivered. Guy on the phone said "there's nothing we can do as we just make the food, not deliver it" which wasn't the point! We ended up calling Uber to cancel as had enough of waiting. Terrible service.

Honestly I'm sure if authentic Indians knew they were dishing out food like this they'd close the place down themselves. Ordered through Justeat and my food? I guess you could almost call it that. Korma was like a soup, poppadoms were so mush they bend like a boomerang, but you'd hope they didn't come back after throwing them. Vindaloo? Had better from Iceland. Honestly shocked this place is allowed to operate. Probably the only place Gordon Ramsey couldn't save, I believe Amy's bakery had a better shot.

Since I wrote this review a few years ago, giving 5 stars at the time, the food has changed. I presume the ownership changed? Anyway I ordered Butter chicken a week last Saturday and it really upset my tummy. It was very runny, very creamy, and tasted of coconut and strangely yellow, which is not how I have ever had butter chicken before, usually buttery and rich, and full of subltle flavours. I don't think it was off, it just wasn't very enjoyable & didn't suit me (I do have some gut problems which it affected. (Butter chicken recipes have always been fine) also there was very small portion of chicken. My upset tummy is only just recovering over a week later. I hope this takeaway can be brought back to its previous delicious high quality recipes. But for now I will most definitely not be returning. I was prompted to review again as I had a follow up text asking me to order again, which was not welcome as I've had a really bad week due to the food! We love Indian Spice - consistently beautifully cooked food and excellent service. Thank you.

If I could give it a 0 I would. After waiting an hour and half for this food, I found a copper coil in my food, food which was luke warm. After speaking to a employee who I had to send pictures to he told me the manager will call me. One hour later still no phone call. I then call again spoke to the manager who was unaware of my situation and explained to me he can not give me the refund but can give me a discount on my next order. If this was just the korma being cold I would have accepted but it was metal. I explained this was not good enough and at this point the manager spoke over me several times and was quite rude. STAY AWAY.

Really good Indian food at a more than reasonable price. Having sampled Indian food all over, I would say that they do the best chicken tandoori with in the Bedfordshire area. A note though, it is a takeaway place only.

The worst takeaway ever!!! The order arrived all split in the bag.. it was everywhere. We called for them to rectify this and they said a new order would be brought around. It was BUT they tried to charge us for it. They refused to hand over the order. We then spoke to the manager who raised his voice and was very defensive and aggressive on the phone. Don't be put off by the initial appearance, excellent food with great pieces of good meat and nicely spiced. The poppadoms were nice and crispy with the chutneys adding that special touch to a take away - well done.

Don’t bother!!!! We waited for well over an hour for a pizza that would have been better if I had picked it up from the frozen isle in Tesco. It was stone cold on delivery, chilli’s were burnt and I could count on one hand how much ground beef was on this! Appalling considering how much they charge for these!

TERRIBLE FOOD - AWFUL SERVICE - RUDE PEOPLE!!! - Do not waste your money ordering from this place. The food took over an hour to turn up and when it did it was not warm. The Meaty One pizza was terrible and had hardly any meat on it!!! - Just look at the pictures! And the other vegetarian pizza was awful too - and a pathetic amount of topping too - look at the pictures and you can see the lack of filling - with a crust that is nearly 2 inches wide! When I called the man just kept saying “I will give you credit for 1 pizza” - I argued this and eventually he agreed for 2 credits - but when I called 2 days later to try to get some decent pizzas made they just argued and said they could only give 1 credit - I disputed and they promised the manager/owner would call me the next day but he didn’t. The other telling fact about this place is the pathetic FAKE REVIEWS that appear after a bad review has been written - it is laughable!!! 4 reviews with the same name, Revanth, appearing in them - slightly suspicious!!! Ha ha ha!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The food was absolutely disgusting! Ordered a double pepperoni with special garlic sauce, however the pizza was very chewy and the garlic butter tasted very weird. I ordered the regular garlic butter but was given a vegan one instead. Hull’s Papa John’s is so much better compared to this abomination!

An absolute disgrace! We ordered two pizzas and a portion of garlic bread sticks. The garlic bread sticks were rock hard - concrete bollards would probably be easier to chew! They were also charred. I attempted to take one bite and it actually loosened my crown on my front tooth which has been in place since 2008! I immediately rung to discuss this and I was met with hostility and rudeness. Apparently their bread sticks and pizzas are all cooked at the same temperature so "It's impossible to be overcooked" No apology, no politeness, just "not my fault" Well it IS your fault. I've just moved here and that was the first the first and last time that I shall ever be ordering from them. We didn't have this problem in Hull!

Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order for delivery which included a vegan pizza and a non-dairy ice cream. The regular ice cream turned up. It’s for someone with a dairy allergy so it was totally unusable. We rang as soon as it was delivered to ask for a refund or replacement, thinking it’s an easy mistake to make and would be a quick solution. Instead the shop was so rude and dismissive, they talked over us, refused a refund or replacement. They offered to comp us a free ice cream next time but after the way they had spoken to us we didn’t want to order again. We were left with no resolution and they couldn’t care less. Our previous orders took a very very long time to arrive, over 1.5 hours (and we had to ring up to chase delivery) but now with them so rude about an allergy we won’t be ordering again. It’s unsafe.

Decided to have a collection. Ordered online at 740 and waited 20 mins to say it was ready for collection. Went in there and there was about 3 other delivery drivers waiting too. There was only one man serving customers and also making the pizzas (5** rating for him, but also shouldn't of been in there on his own). We waited about 45 minutes for our pizzas. The man deserves alot of credit and a pay rise!! I think that headquarters or customer service need to know about the lack of staff working in there tonight (23 4 2025) I even had to ask him if it was just him on his own and he said they were short staffed. He did give us a free bottle of drink and apologised. So not the guys fault it took soo long

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - we ordered food and after an hour of waiting, we called them to see where our food was. We were told that the DRIVER had stolen and ate our food and not delivered it. We havent had anything to eat since 12, and its now 23:00. The “manager” had to call a “colleague” because he didn’t know what to do? The communication was appalling and they had no idea what they were doing. We then got told we were lying and that it had been delivered, even though the “manager” told me we had our food stolen and eaten by a driver. I wish i could put 0 stars, as nothing we ordered got delivered! 35 pounds down the drain, should have read the other reviews before ordering!

This place is a joke, ordered two bacon sandwiches. Not only coating £11 but used lardons not even cuts of bacon. The sandwiches not cut and told just as we took our order out, be careful as all the bits falls out! Had i of known before ordering it wouldnt have bothered. Please dont be scammed like I was go to a real cafe. I like to support local but this takes the piss. Would give less but its unethical just avoid

My new favourite place in Biggleswade. Food is fresh and delicious. Everything I've had from here is between 8.5 and 10. Lovely service from the ladies!

It is the second time here and both times greeted with friendly staff and plenty of nutritious choice. The soups are delicious and filling 😋 I had a meal deal - panini and soup which was a great combo. Such a treat

I went today and ordered 2 full breakfast,frappachino and coffee for £32 the breakfast was nasty the eggs under cooks,sausages where horrible the bacon for some reason wasn't rashes it was in cubes which was hard and cold and the baked beans I wouldn't feed them to my cats they were freezing cold and to top it off the hash browns were soggy not cooked properly wouldn't recommend to anybody

I visited for the first time this week. It’s been open about one month since the change in name and management. Coffee, ambience, service and comfort all great. Recommended! I did struggle with the WiFi. It looked like a BT hotspot that wanted money if you’re not a BT customer. However, since I was able to tether, I didn’t check with the staff.

Went to this place this morning and omg the full English was terrible fried eggs not cooked properly hash browns not cooked properly n the baked beans were cold the toast was rock solid n the cheap bacon lardons we’re disgusting I’ll never eat there ever again

Me and my mum decided to pop in for a late lunch, and everything was amazing! The pub has been done up lovely compared to how it was before it reopened. The man who served us was so friendly and welcoming. We ordered a few dishes to share and they were all amazing! Very reasonably priced. Will be coming back soon!

A great tapas menu and the food was hot and really delicious. Unfortunately they couldn't serve coffee as the grinder was broken. The decor was fun and comfortable. Plenty of space. The man who was serving at the bar and also waiting on restaurant customers was attentive and friendly. We booked via WhatsApp which was a really easy experience. We had a lovely time - thank you.

Alfredo the manager and the chef and all staff went above and beyond for my partners birthday this evening. The food was an absolute taste sensation, we had 4 children with us who can be fussy but all the enjoyed the tapas food. Great outdoor area with a pool table room and blue tooth speaker. We spent a good 2.5 hours there and were made to feel very welcome. We even had a birthday surprise from the staff. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely meal with friends . Food was beautiful so tasty. Atmosphere lovely , Relaxed and friendly. Bar staff lovely and very helpful. first time we've been in there and will definitely go again.

This place has now reopened as a tapas bar. There are still teething problems and clearly the team is learning. I’ve been a few times and there are small errors each time, but they do it with such lovely smiles and great service that you can forgive them almost anything and any error is quickly put right The food is absolutely delicious so credit to the Chef, however, on the menu, you’re not quite sure if you’re getting a small plate or a full meal. Will continue to use this place as I look forward to seeing it once they have got used to what they are doing.

We went for a family meal to celebrate my daughters birthday. Six adults and a child. The food was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much. We will definitely return in the near future.

This was a great discovery, we had aubergine and hallucinogenic tapas, croquets and a mixed grill. The food was very good, the service immaculate and the atmosphere excellent. Highly recommended.

I was served raw chicken wings from this place. The inside was visibly pink, glossy, and undercooked completely unsafe to eat. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, not a minor mistake. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Literally the best in town. BEST CHIPPY CHIPS! Best service, best takeaway. The staff are really nice and kind. I always get delivery. Highly recommend their fried chicken, wings, ribs, fudge cake, pizza, garlic bread pizza, CHIPPY CHIPS ARE AMAZING, battered cod, mushy peas, battered sausages, cookie dough. Literally almost every single item they make I love. The only item I didn't like as much as the rest was the Fries so I always get chippy chips which are 10/10. If you like good chips, these are heavenly!!!!!!

Not local to Biggleswade and was here for a darts competition and got here early, decided to find something to eat before hand, easily found in the centre of town with parking just a short walk to it. Service was prompt and friendly and the prices reasonable. Wrap meal with 4 wings I had.... and it was good. Asked if I could eat inside and they brought it to the table I sat at and brought all sauces etc Brilliant friendly service and would come back again 👍

Words from my Mrs: that was the most delicious chicken kebab I’ve ever had! It was the fried mushrooms, onions and peppers which did it. Stumbled upon this quaint place this evening, the menu is so great for vegans veggies and meat eaters! The food was all cooked fresh and full flavour. The interior decor is so cute and cozy. Service was superb. Cleanliness was great! I cannot wait to go back here and have every vegan dish on the menu 😍 so glad I discovered this place and would 100% recommend people to come to this family run establishment!

Absolutely delicious every time! Went again today for our son's birthday and the food was excellent, plenty of vegan and veggie options as well, which all taste Divine. Veggie tacos were super yummy with a squeeze of lime and freshly made Avocado Salad was nice, I don't like the salad leaves that they used but that's a personal taste, I would have rather had guacamole as the dressing is so nice I, also had the smoothie which is super refreshing during the heatwave, flavourful and not too sweet Owners of this lovely Ecuadorian cafe are so kind and friendly!! The burger was great and wings good, the brisket at £16 was such a small portion which was very disappointing, skip the brisket as not good value at all

I visited here a couple of times and I really enjoyed my food and the customer service was great. I ordered the dirty Diana burger which was delicious and made exactly like I wanted. And I also really liked the cheese loaded fried which were really packed with flavour. Will be back again, highly recommend!
