What a unique place to eat! It has a cave inside towards the back of the restaurant where you can take photos! There’s also the view of the ocean of course! Food was amazing especially the lamb. Great service! Arrive early as it gets really busy.

The food was delicious, and the staff was very nice and happy. A lot of gluten free options, which are marked in the menu. Beautiful view during the sunset. At the end for the dessert we saw small kittens. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back. Prices are ok considering the view and quality of the food.

Amazing Greek spot! We had a wonderful meal – tasty dishes, friendly and fast service, and what a view! Even on today’s super windy day we were well sheltered and enjoyed our lunch comfortably. Perfect place to relax, eat, and take in the scenery. Highly recommended!

The service was first-class. I need to eat gluten-free, and he immediately knew what was safe and what wasn’t – even down to what had been cooked too close to or in the same pot. The best tuna steak I’ve ever eaten – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely safe for me to enjoy. I felt completely cared for and could truly relax and savor the meal.

This was the best restaurant of our entire vacation. The location right by the water is perfect, and there are even tables on the beach. The food is good and the service is great. There was live music one of the evenings. We recommend booking a table! Preferably at sunset to enjoy the best view. They handled allergy information well.

Fantastic restaurant especially in sunset. The food is really good as well, the staff is kind and polite they didn’t make us hurry even though there was quite a big queue for tables. Trying the stuffed cuttlefish from the grill and the fava is highly recommended.

One star because the food (the dishes they managed to deliver) was good. Instead, the staff behavior was poor. We waited a long time for one of the dishes we ordered, while the serving staff did their best to avoid us. After we managed to catch one of the waiters with difficulty, it turned out that the missing dish had been forgotten from the order. Sometimes this happens, but the waiter should not behave as if the situation was the customer's fault, as he did in this case, no apology of course. The order was given both verbally and by pointing from the list, so it should have been quite clear. Judging by previous reviews, the same thing has happened before. We cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the best places on the island. it is a familiar restaurant owned for the past 30 years by the owners. The owner was really nice to us. Spent a lot of time talking to us explaining about the restaurant, the food and everything. when we got the food, it was really delicious. I would say it is the best food. we’ve tried on the island so far and we’ve been here for a couple of days. this restaurant is not one of the commercial places, but I would say is the best one you can go and try if you’re in this area. as you can see from pictures, it is like a small paradise on the island. If you are here, don't miss to visit and say hi to the owner!

The moussaka is perfection here, best moussaka I've ever had. Definitely recommend. 2 Germans were saying that it's overrated, but don't trust them! Gift Raki & apple dessert was also excellent.

Some of the best food we ate while visiting Greece! We ended up eating dinner here twice since the food was so good and it offers a great view of the sunset. Food was flavorful and a great price. We tried moussaka anytime any restaurant had it and this was the best ones we had our entire trip!

Overall a good place. Really convenient if you visit the Falassarna beach. The food was decent, my only remark is that portions were not consistent. On one day, the cuttlefish was two pieces, while on the next it was just one, although a bit bigger. The mixed seafood platter was good, but a bit too oily, maybe due to the French fries. The staff was nice and treated us with small deserts and tsipouro at the end.

Restaurant very close to the beach. I ate a gilthead fish, it was nothing special. I think this restaurant does much better work with meat based menus. Nevertheless, staff was very friendly, and I got a free dessert at the end. Maybe I will go with meat next time.

I enjoyed my very generous portion of pastitsio and a glass of Rose (see photos). Also asked if I could charge my phone and they were very obliging. Even though my sister didn’t eat, they still offered her a complimentary raki and yummy piece of Ekmek. A lovely family taverna with very welcoming staff and quality Greek food. 🙌

This beachside taverna is pure Greek charm, right by the sea. The food is fresh and delicious, but what makes it special are the people. The young staff are warm, friendly, and make you feel at home instantly. Relaxing, good views —definitely a place you’ll want to come back to

We had lunch at Gilisma Taverna and really enjoyed it! The place is a bit quieter, probably because it’s in the shadow of the bigger taverna/bar next door – but it absolutely deserves more attention. The service was excellent, the food authentically Greek and delicious, and the staff very kind and welcoming. To top it all off, we were treated with cake and raki at the end. A lovely experience – highly recommended!

We went because of the better reviews out of 3 restaurants in close proximity. We’ve ordered 3 chicken souvlaki portions. A bit expensive for 3 souvlaki skewers per portion with fries (apparently we were supposed to get couscous too) per portion but the seagulls ate it before we opened the box on the beach - couldn’t be arsed to go back as it was tasteless. We also had grilled octopus which was not cooked well and beetroot salad which was very bitter so avoid both. The staff were friendly. Definitely bring your own food and just use buy drinks if you must.

We visited the restaurant in early June and everything was truly impeccable. It is built on the top of a hillside, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the magical Falasarna. It’s definitely worth visiting at sunset — the experience will be unforgettable. Most of the options are based on traditional Cretan cuisine, with some excellent choices in home-cooked dishes. I have to say this was one of the best value-for-money dining experiences we had in Crete. The portions are genuinely huge. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Came here for dinner with my husband and thoroughly enjoyed the food - full of flavours! We asked for house special recommendation from the server and she gave us options. We ordered Beef Stewed in tomatoes with Cretan pasta. The dish is unassuming, simple but a must try! Sooo good! Kudos to the chef! The staff all around are very hospitable and warm! My husband had Raki with a few of them what a beautiful group of people! If you are in Falassarna please don’t miss the chance of coming to visit this beautiful restaurant! Everything we ate was delicious and good quality. I really liked the green sauce next to souvlaki but couldn’t get the recipe :) i wish i could go whenever i want. Service was really friendly.

Very beautiful taverna in falassarna area, this place has a magical view of the falassarna bay and is a great place to have dinner with sunset ! The food was excellent! Spot on for everything, we had the opportunity to try o la few dishes but all of them were delicious - tzatziki - seasonal boiled erbs - lamb meatballs - moussaka - grilled sea bass The only thing I didn’t like is that they brought everything when it was ready, even tho we clarified we wanted different courses. So we couldn’t really fully enjoy the food as we had to rush to eat all dishes if not they would get could. But anyway the food was good and we had an amazing night ! Thank you taverna Mouraki !

A typical Greek taverna with a fabulous view over the whole bay of Falasarna. Big and varied menu at very reasonable prices especially for the size of the portions. Good wine list to compliment the meal. All the oven baked traditional food is great.

There are some things that need improvement. Restaurant with such a view, You expect better waiter service. Kindly my advice for owner/manager of facility; Always have olive oil on the table. The customer does not need to ask for it or demand it. We are on a Greek island and it would be abnormal not to have it. Waiters should be more attentive to customers, do you want anything? Would you like anything else? How was your food? Did you like it? And so on. Very simple and standard things. I did not experience any problems in the restaurant, but I am saying this for your own good. As I said at the beginning; That view deserves better waiter service. :) Highly recommend “Stuffed zucchini flowers”👍🏻

Gluten-free bread! This was hands down our favorite restaurant in the area. The atmosphere was perfect—we came late after sunset, and it felt so cozy. The owner was super aware of gluten-free needs and even had gluten-free bread, which honestly made my night. The food itself was some of the best we had on our entire trip. I had the smoked pork, which was absolutely delicious, and my fiancé had the seafood pasta—also incredible. Highly recommend!

We decided to walk up to this restaurant from the beach instead of ordering from the restaurant that ran the umbrellas, and we were glad we did! The food was good and the view was spectacular. We got the zucchini flowers, Cretan fried cheese pies with honey, and yogurt with honey and walnuts.

We eat at this taverna at least once during every visit to Falassarna. Today was our second visit, and we had lunch. We had a Cretan salad with Mizithra cheese, zucchini and cheese fritters, a fennel-stuffed pie, saganaki feta (fried), and grilled sardines. All the dishes were delicious. The sardines deserve special mention; they were grilled to perfection. The fennel-stuffed pie had an exceptionally good filling. The zucchini fritters were very well seasoned with mint. The service was fast, efficient, and competent.

Quite possibly best place in Crete to watch the sunset and have dinner. The outdoor terrace is unreal and amazing.

The food is really good. Greek salad is meh. Juices are amazing. View is beautiful. Either midday or night, this is a great choice. Service is okay. The owner or person in charge is very welcoming.

Three years in a row we've come to Falassarna, each time at Playa Paraiso. Every single time the entire experience was great, not a beach bar as they call themselves but a fully fledged restaurant with a top notch chef. The food was always outstanding, with quick service, great staff and an overall relaxed atmosphere. The music was not too loud despite us sitting right next to speakers. Sunbed prices I'll admit are quite high even out of season, but the beach itself is the best in Crete by far and the food is priced well enough. Overall a great experience worth repeating.

The best restaurant we have ever been in Greece. Delicious food, very nice waiters, nice view, excellent atmosphere. Waiters managed everything on time although there were many guests waiting. We highly recommend that place.

The food is excellent (feta cheese recommended). The staff is friendly and the service is fast. We have been here twice and both times the sea was rough. Umbrellas are comfortable and you can order food and drinks from your sunbed. First row 60€, second row 40€, all the others 30€.

We ordered a eggplant dip which even the waiter said is not home made, 7 euro , bread was additional , he brought us a very small pita for 0.80 cents ( see pics ) and we took two ice creams from the freezer for 4 euro each. A scam

Not recommended at all!! - Sun bed is extremely expensive even in September when the beach is empty - Service is very average - Coffee was 4€ without a water More general the have closes the road and there is no public parking. They basically monopolized the most accessible part of the beach.

I ordered the Paraiso Salad described as having “various vegetables.” What arrived was a ridiculously small portion: just plain lettuce and a single slice of halloumi. When I asked to exchange it (without touching the food), they refused. Misleading menu, overpriced, and absolutely ZERO customer care. what a shame.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged €5 for just one ice cream and was not given a receipt. On top of that, the driver who takes people down from the parking to the beach drove carelessly — a complete disregard for health and safety. The whole place feels unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Definitely not recommended.

Stopped for lunch with a view. The terrace is cooled by shadow and breeze. Good parking in front of the family run restaurant. Traditional Greek food well presented and cooked. Could be serving the best Moussaka in Crete, it was a delight! Serviceminded and friendly staff. Would go again.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner and the sunset at Sto Plai. Best Mousaka I ever had. My wife had veal cooked in a clay pot. She raved about it. We also had grilled feta. We enjoyed it. Friendly staff. We would recommend it here.

The view of the sunset was marvelous and the stay was very delightful, on top of that, the service is incredibly polite! Just the light conditions could be improved as well as the music, wich is very traditional and quiet wich might enjoyable for some people but in my opinion a little variety would be delightful. Over all, the food was appetizing and greatly delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant! Over all it was the best service on Crete!

One of the most enjoyable places, I have visited. I ate the greatest and very big piece of Mousaka and my friend took lamb, while watching one of the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen. The people there are very kind and hospitable and you can really say, that they really take care of the people coming to eat. The food was as good as many seaside taverns. Prices were slightly lower than others, but the portions were also smaller. No dish stood out particularly, but nothing could be faulted either. The photos turned out that way due to the specific lighting in the restaurant.

I visited Adam restaurant for dinner. I ate baked feta cheese and mixed grill. Feta was delicious and meat was tasty. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very good. I recommend visiting, if you are staying close, or if you visit the nearby beach.

We are 2 young woman having dinner at this restaurant. We kept being harassed by 2 men that kept staring at us and occasionally calling us. We couldn't go anywhere else as everything was shut. These two guys were clearly friends of the waiter and the waiter was just smoking cigarettes with them the whole time without making sure if we were ok or if the food was ok. We didnt like any of the food. We didnt eat Anything. We came from a week of amazing food amd at this restaurant it was just really bad quality. He also made us pay full price while he was laughing at us and being totally unprofessional. We were really upset by how we were treated. Another example of men being mean to two young woman. What an awful experience from food to service.

Great ambience, great food. I really enjoyed all the dishes (went there twice for dinner and tried a few different local dishes, e.g. chicken with tomato sauce, gemista, souvlaki, salads, lemon pie). The view is really nice to enjoy the sunset and the staff is friendly but not invasive that felt perfect for us. The setup is also very nice with some beautiful trees and grapes on top of the patio. A Slice of Heaven by the Sea Alea is pure bliss! The wonderful food—each dish a masterpiece—and complementary treats truly delighted. We savored a nice sea view from our table, enveloped in an unrealistically chill atmosphere. Plus, the nice kids' place meant stress-free dining for us. A beautiful place we will never forget. The staff is so nice, and its so relaxing out on the beach. They bring you a delicious dessert on the house at the end, and bread to start. Everything we tried was amazing I dont think you could go wrong at this place.

As someone who works in the service industry as well, I really can't praise this restaurant enough, because it has satisfied all my criteria on how you should treat your customer. I ate here two nights in the row and got the sea bream each time. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but both times the fish was cooked to perfection. The potatoes and the vegetables that came with the fish were also delicious. The waiting time was short as well. At the end of the meal I was also given complimentary raki called tsikoudia here on Crete with some watermelon slices and the combination was surprisingly good. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, especially Rubini, I apologize if I misspelled the name, but she was amazing and even remembered the second night that I needed some extra lemon for my fish. The views, with the beautiful sunset, are really the cherry on the top that makes this one of the best restaurants I had the pleasure to visit.

We came twice during our week in the area, right on a small beach, great place to see sunsets. Staff were fab, friendly, made sure we were seated in a good place. One of the group was in a disabled buggy, waiter spotted flat tire, and changed it for us. The menus were ever you go were very similar. But we enjoyed the food, love Greek salads. A wee tip, there is plenty of places to park next to restaurant in September so bite the bullet and go down the short steep ramp.

We’ve been coming back here again and again, and every single time it's a full-on flavor fiesta! 😋 From the heavenly dakos, melt-in-your-mouth ceviche, to the golden, perfectly prepared graviera saganaki – this place knows how to treat your like royalty. We came back another time and had the freshest Greek salad, kebab with pita and a herb-kissed yogurt sauce. Oh, and the salmon bruschetta? Perfect. The food is top-tier, no question – but the real cherry on top? The super friendly and genuinely warm staff. They treat you like family, always with big smile. And let me tell you about the kormos sokolatas – a free little dessert gift after dinner, and hands down the BEST one you’ll find in this part of Crete. I'm sure! In short: if you're anywhere near Falassarna, this place is the place to eat. Don’t even think about it – just go. You’ll thank me later.

Food is unbelavable. Salads are full of mixed vegetables, octopus is tender and full of taste. Than the pasta, kids had seafood pasta and shrimp past and it was gone in a minute. A little one had a chicken filet, tender and balanced with spice. I had the best lamb chops and wife had a !!fresh!!! lobster pasta worth every penny!! Bartender Janes was realy helpful and nice. Top restaurant in Crete, must visit.

Great price/performance sea food, excellent service, very well prepared and delicious. It was too hot but manageable :-). To avoid misunderstandings, bill from restaurant is not included for beach spending. They are separated. Small things to be improved: cold water for hand washing, more showers on beach side.

Simply Amazing. Food taste like “real”, and the Owner tell us that all ingredients are taken near by and is super fresh. Plate are massive, big portions but really exquisite ❤️ Strongly suggested to everyone near falasarna. We’ll surely come back.

The place is really nice. It has free parking, shower, beach with umbrellas and sunbeds and they serve food and drinks at the beach. The restaurant has a big variety of food, everything delicious and fresh. Recommend the sea salad and the octopus, they are exquisit.

Go to Falassarna, and you will be pampered. Our roundtrip to Crete started from Falassarna. We stayed at Perigiali beach, which is equipped with sun umbrellas and two sunloungers at reasonable prices. For the laziest ones, they also offer beach services, so you can lie down and relax eating and drinking like an ancient Greek. In the evening, we had dinner at Perigiali Restaurant. Their menu is rich in typical local dishes; we almost tasted everything and found them delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful with information about visiting other places in Crete (and that was not obvious! We appreciated it).

Terrible experience given the prices, the quality of the food and the very long waiting time. We were a group of 8 so we got to try different dishes from the menu: * the seafood platter is definitely not worth it! Everything was deep fried and really poor quality. Truly the worst price quality ratio I’ve had so far for a seafood platter. * the Graviera local cheese pane is a bit tasteless…just a fried cheese with very little flavor * the shrimp saganaki is decent, but given the price definitely not worth it * the grill platter for one person can be shared between 2 people for sure. The meat was very dried (except for the pork meat) We waited a very long time for the food to come and it was the most expensive meal we had in Crete. I was quite surprised to see the big rate this restaurant has. I definitely do not recommend it!!!

A good solution for lunch at the beach. No reservation needed. We had the: 1) aubergine dip (4/10) (very blend and vinegar/ acidic taste) 2) spring rolls (6/10) 3) twice a gyros platter (7.6/10) For a beach bar a good solution, but clearly part of the bigger eco system (parking, beds, drinks…)

Probably the most comfortable and elegant beach club on Falassarna beach. At the back, there’s a restaurant and bar that also turns into a club on certain nights with DJs and live singers (we haven’t experienced the nightlife ourselves, as we always leave by sunset, so best to check their calendar if you’re interested). We also didn’t try the food, but what truly sets this place apart is the space — it’s the only beach club here that offers proper distance between sunbeds and gazebos. The rest tend to feel cramped and overcrowded. Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially during high season, as it fills up quickly. Service varies depending on the staff member, but overall it’s courteous and decent. Prices are on the higher side for the area, with two front-row beds and an umbrella costing €50 for the day.

Cool Place! We ordered the fried calamari, French fries, and local sausage, and each dish was delicious. The calamari was crispy, the fries were golden and well-seasoned, and the sausage…… Another pleasant surprise was the glass water for just €1, which was a nice touch. The ambiance was warm, and the service could be better. A solid spot by the beach. Worth a visit! The bathroom was nice:)

Enjoyable break with a very nice setting. We had a huge fruit salad (which was in fact the smallest portion) and 2 yummy cocktails. I also had a glance at burgers and sandwiches on other tables and they made me a bit hungry 😋 We also rented a beach bed station near the bar for 15€. The setting has the chilling and comforting vibe. The beach is beautiful and suitable for couples, with or without children, but also for friends. This is a beautiful beach. If possible, avoid when windy.

The set up was nice but we didn’t like the idea that you are paying premium for the sun beds compared to others in the area and you don’t get private parking. Took us a while to park all the way up at the public parking which was an extra 6 euro and a long walk. Food was good but i was expecting more premium service for the price we paid. I have visited over 7 beaches and I I know the prices and this place was one of the expensive ones

Very bad smell in the bar and restaurant. Too long waiting time. Very disappointing experience. The transfer driver was rude and aggressive from the beginning. Instead of helping us, he treated us with anger and disrespect, then refused to take us to the café. He completely ignored us, even after his colleague tried to intervene. This is unacceptable behavior and left us with a very negative impression of the place.

REVIEWING ONLY THE BEACH BAR: Fascinating architecture, really. The freddo cappuccino that I ordered was splendid. The view is amazing. Nevertheless, it loses one star because of the high-volume, not-really-fitting music that breaks the chilling. Something smoother and with lower volume would have worked better, especially for daytimes. We discovered the beach bar as a shelter to the windy beach and it worked - it’s not windy here.

A truly lovely family taverna right on the fantastic Falassarna beach. It’s simple, authentic, and beautifully Greek – the whole family welcomes you, even the grandmother, who takes such pride in her cooking that she asked us twice if we enjoyed the food. It reminded me of my own mother and grandmother – that Mediterranean magic where food is love. If you’re visiting in high season, better to book, especially for sunset – it is pure enchantment. The food is genuine, hearty, and full of soul. The house wine? Surprisingly good. Prices are fair considering the fresh ingredients, the view, and the warm welcome. The stuffed zucchini flowers were divine, we had a large, perfectly grilled fresh fish, a moussaka that was simply unforgettable, and mussels cooked with fennel – something I’ve only discovered in Crete.

So good we visited 3 times. Best food on Crete! Amazing food, amazing friendly staff, amazing views, good vibes. Vegan and Veggie friendly there are many delicious options.

My fiancé and I had dinner here twice while we stayed in Falassarna. It was incredible. The views were spectacular and the food was so fresh. The service was very nice and friendly.

Simply unbelievably good food.. authentic.. Tuna salad amazing! Chicken souvlaki incredible!!! Prawns to die for… and Cretan salad just sooooo good.. absolutely will be coming back again… you must try this place. Amazing sunset views, friendly and delicious food..

The waiters and location is really great the unfortunately the food taste, uninspired. Compared to the rest of the restaurants in the area. The taste of the fish & shimps was quite bland. Also the bread was not toasted or baked before being served. It was disappointing. Finally the desert, chocolate cake was cold. Straight from the fridge display to table. Let’s see these points as ways to improve.

That was an incredible experience. We sat here by the sea at sunset and had a superb dinner. It was wonderful on the terrace and the owners were friendly and authentic.

The food was good. The service would benefit from some additional politeness. Atmosphere is veru busy, so not suitable for long conversations, just for a quick meal. Charges 1 euro for a table, without advising it until they give you the bill.

Great service at their beach area - the staff (Christos) in charge of the umbrellas was very polite, helpful and attentive to everyone. Service was fast and always with a smile, the food was very nice, generous portions at a regular price like in any other taverna away from tourist hotspots. Sun loungers were comfortable and in good condition, I paid 10 eur for 1 person in the end of September, 2nd row. The restaurants in this area pf the beach are closer to the water and it's a short walk to the showers, changing cabins and toilets. Parking is free above tne tavernas, and it's a much shorter walk to the water than in other areas of Falassarna beach. I came with low expectations of spending a day at a busy touristy beach and left with a great experience of a relaxing day and very pleasant service from En Plo.

Everytime we went to Falassarna Beach during our holiday we had lunch @ En Plo. Delicious food for an amazing price. Lovely staff. Nice view of the beach from the tables. Highly recommend.

Worst experience in Crete. Although the food was acceptable, the overall experience at this restaurant was terrible. When it came time to pay, the staff insisted that the card machine wasn’t working. This is clearly a tactic to push customers into paying cash. They kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes, pretending to test the machine while repeatedly cancelling the transaction. Eventually, we managed to pay by card, but the staff were extremely rude throughout. Strongly recommend avoiding this place

This is a very nice family-operated taverna right next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. If you care for the original Greek taverna experience with high-quality and handmade foods, I recommend coming here. You’ll find great pita gyros, Greek salad and more.

Horrible attitude, horrible place. Avoid - or read below if you are considering going here. There are women working in the kitchen that decide how things run and when we were there, customers were being told (at the till) that they had to pay with cash only. There are stickers all over the bar saying that they accept Visa and other cards. When customers were quizzing, they said the machine was slow. We had no cash with us, and when I told them that, they went to main female in the kitchen and essentially asked to use the card machine. After a couple of minutes of talking about it and pointing to us at our table, she relented (but very obviously walked off from the conversation with our waiter in a disgruntled fashion). Only then did he start turning on the card machine. He told me to wait a minute, and over 15 minutes after waiting for him to stop avoiding us - I had to stand up and ask for an update. He then brought me over to the machine and started setting it up (from the beginning). I’m familiar with EFT POS terminals and I could see he was cancelling the transaction mid-set up. I asked him about this and he told me to be quiet. I then asked if perhaps Revolut could be used to which he said ‘shhhh’ and walked off to bring menus to a couple walking into the restaurant. Bear in mind, they still were not telling anyone coming in that it was cash-only. When they finally set the machine up - we paid without issue, but it was 35 minutes after we asked for the bill. Avoid this place if you can, they are up to no good.

there were hairs in 2 out of 3 dishes we ordered, worst place I ever visited. And the young waitress didn’t care at all that our dishes were „hairy”, but the waiter who didn’t have any connection to our table, apologised tens of times. But afterall, hairs in food! really? it’s 2025 outdoors, wear something on your head! yeah, and every time I called that waitress to order - she said “one minute” and disappeared, and the same repeated 5-6 times.

What a beautiful local taverna.. the food is simply honest and so tasty.. very tender and moist chicken.. the wine was surprisingly good too! Since staying here, we have tried every taverna locally and I cannot fault any of them. But this one just feels like a local family.. it’s the quietest of the all, but has a very special feel about the place. I absolutely would eat here again and recommend it..

We visited Taverna Falassarna in 2016 our first time , been back here again in 2019 & due to Covid our flight was cancelled . We are back again this year (13th July 2022) and we always eat here, very friendly , welcoming staff & owner , but most of all I love love their special Mousaka , absolutely delicious. We actually stayed at Kissamos but visited Falassana for a day trip only . Thank you for the lovely lunch. See you again next time .

After spending the day on one of the most magical beaches we have ever seen—Falassarna Beach—and staying there for a whole week, the perfect ending was always here. As the sun set and painted the horizon, the taverna offered us a table, a view, and a meal that was as honest as it was delicious. Simple, tasty, affordable, and unforgettable—every dish carried the warmth of home cooking. The gentleman, his wife, and their two young children welcomed us with friendliness, warmth, and courtesy, reminding us why tavernas are the heart of Greece.

Fantastic family run restaurant, very affordable with a wealth of variety to choose from to suit any preferences. Hands down the best food of all the nearby restaurants, we would constantly get takeaway to have at our accommodation. Warm lovely people, a pleasure to visit.

We always come back here when in Falassarna, is a very nice place to get good dishes (try the lamb chops or the stuffed tomatoes). The terrace where the external tables are placed is fantastic. And more important I noticed in 2023 that they have risen the prices less than the other restaurants around!

My God, the lamb chops are unbelievable here. The tzatziki is great, the Greek salad was good and huge, the fava was very nice, and the house white wine was yummy. It's a great place!

This place is a gem! The food was amazing, the service excellent and we had a really nice time ♥️ I absolutely loved the watermelon salad and the scampi shrimps!! And yes, the espresso martini is a hit!

Make sure you make a reservation before you come aas this little piece of paradise is full. I have not rated the food yet but I am sure it will make ch the amazing service and the breathtaking atmosphere. Falasarna is one of the reasons to visit Greece. Here you can enjoy this amazing beach.

Food and drinks were very tasty! Cocktail and sunbed prices were a bit high, but good quality. Sunbed pair front row €40, second row €30, back by the grass €20 - doesn’t include anything The beach was very nice and with the rocks feels a bit private and plenty of sand to lay your towels. Also showers and changing rooms!

The best burger i had in a very long time, i came here twice so far with my family and i honestly consider coming here a third time at least. I tried both the Best seller and the Tubano, we even tried the truffle mayo sauce which was homemade from scratch (amazing and highly recommended!!!) Definitely deserves the 5 star review (and this comes from a burger lover)

Street food at the road to falasarna.. have in mind that this canteen you will find it open after spring. We went there almost accidentally and we were amazed by the food. We tried the normal burger.. even if we didn't asked how to make the burger.. it was juicy like to have it medium cooked. Then we also taste the fried chicken, the panseta pork and the kebab. Fries were tasty and the chicken wings nice too especially with the spicy sauce, they have normal sauce and spicy sauce .. after a short conversation with the owner we decided to go for the spicy sauce and It wasn't a mistake. We wanted to taste the hot dogs but they informed us that this year they won't have it on the menu. Have a look at the photos , plenty of space to park, interesting places to sit .. but above all tasty food.. we will definitely come back there..
