I stood waiting to pick up my order, one staff was assisting customers. The other was cleaning. The one cleaning the slicer would not acknowledge me at all. It was an online order that was ready and paid for. She could have simply asked if I was there for an order and hand it to me. But I had to wait for the other staff to finish with the other customers. The bread was not what I ordered. Everything else was good.

Great place to stop in for a healthy bite or if you’re like me a pizza sub lol. Staff is always up front ready to work and helpful. The restaurant is very clean tables all wiped down. The restrooms where clean and well stocked. Do yourself a favor and stop by and check it out.

Stopped by and there was 1 employee mopping the floor. No greeting, he ignored us. We stood waiting for service as there were no employees behind the counter. Got tired of waiting, drove around the building and 3-4 other employees were standing out back. I said hey there’s people waiting at the counter. They just laughed and made some remark.

Stop by for a quick dinner. Place was clean and workers were very friendly no issues on order.

Ordered 2 subs. 1 meatball and 1 chicken, bacon ranch. We received 2 different subs. The receipt was correct , the subs were not. See the picture of what should be a meatball sub. Chicken, bacon, ranch, had no bacon or ranch. Very disappointed.

Christina is a great worker. She is always pleasant and sweet. I can tell she is smart. She is amazing.

If your systems down then close the store don’t just lock the doors and be in the back smoking in your car . What a joke corporate needs to start fresh .

We enjoyed are meal and felt the service was very good. Our server recommended the chilles rellenos platter which was very good, my husband chose the chicken special. The sopapillas were excellent.

What a amazing experience. My wife and I were traveling through, and I looked up good places for breakfast. This place is beyond excellent. The food is fresh, and this is what a taste of the southwest should be. Prices were excellent. Food was excellent. But without a doubt the service there was so above and beyond. Our server was a lady named Debbie. Very sweet and amazing person.

Excellent every time ♥️ love the breakfast burritos. Lunch and supper are also excellent. The chimi is one of my favorites. The husband likes the steak with green chili. Fast friendly service, always make you feel at home.

My favorite Authentic New Mexican Restaurant. I moved to the east coast many many years ago. Come back to Grants to visit family every year and El Caf is a MUST in our visit! Great food, friendly welcoming staff & Real Soppapillas!

The place was so clean and so well maintained, I thought it might have been built this year. But they said the building has been there about 10 years. The service was great, the food was great. Just a great little place.

Food was really good, service was friendly, atmosphere was relaxed. I recommend stopping if you are traveling and want a good meal at a good price. Zero complaints.

Great little steak house to hit if your visiting or passing through. I like the combination of a traditional steak house with Mexican food. They give you chips and salsa AND free bread. Service was great. We came in near closing time and they had no problem with it. The only thing they could improve on is getting the steak temperature right. Two of us ordered different steaks at different requested temperatures and both were under cooked.

I like a lot about this place. Freezer veggies and day old lettuce for salad aren’t my likes. The salsa is great. The green chile is fantastic. The steaks are amazing too

Had an awesome, melt in your mouth, aged black Angus steak for just 14 dollars. Great bourbon selection as well. Monica was our bartender and was absolutely fantastic. Will visit again.

Hidden gem if passing through stop in. I found this place by accident but so happy I did. Food is excellent staff is fast friendly and efficient. Awesome atmosphere 😎

I ordered steak and crab legs.Steak was aged for 21 days and very delicious.King crabs were also delicious and are served pre cracked so it made easier to eat.Not very busy but a little dark and i didnt mind the paper tablecloth but prefer it not be part of the table only because they seem to bit fancy which I like. Service was also great.

Oh... WOW!!!... the best steak I've ever had... I'm a steak guy and I have had some really great steaks and this one was fabulous. What a great experience. People could really take lessons from these people. They have all the important things covered. Even the salad was very fresh and not from pre mixed in a bag either. Will definitely be back for more... I can't wait!

Super nice people, very accommodating (gave us baked potatoes earlier than their normal serving time.) We were so happy to get a great meal after many hours & days on the road. Our campground host recommended this place and we are glad he did! Would definitely stop by again when in the area.

First the food was EXCELLENT! The service was HORRIBLE! ot was not busy hardly anyone there.. trying to get our waitress attention was like pulling teeth! The bathrooms were gross.

Proper communication improved customer service. Hash brown was like plastic strips so asked for brown skin diced potatoes.

Lisa greeted us with a warm smile seating us, brought us coffee and took our order right away. What drew our attention was that she was the only waitress and what was amazing, she greeded the other guests coming in the same way, she multitasked taking care of ALL the guests with that same smile, she's a keeper.... The breakfast was very good and filling, the pancakes were fluffy and tender excellent.... P.S. we left to Arizona and i realized that i had left my cell phone at the restaurant, when i returned. Liza had put it away and returned it to me, such honesty is priceless, keep her...

First, I want to mention that the restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. I opted for a burger and the experience was excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection but still juicy, and the cheese melted like a waterfall, not to mention the seasoned fries with ranch will delight you’re day.

Ordered a grand slam breakfast. Food was terrible, Pancakes were absolutely disgusting and the size of silver dollars. Horrible price too. Close to 20 bucks for breakfast and a tea. The only good thing I can say is the waitress was very good

Had dinner there over the weekend. Food was good but the server Nathaniel provided excellent service, we did not have to request for refills he just brought them out, he ensured we were taken care of. It's people with great service such as his that make a restaurant great. If you happen to Dine at Denny's request for his section he will take care of you! 🙂

You never have high expectations from Dennys but we had no choice. We hadn't eaten all day and didnt want fast food. We ordered nachos to start. It arrived as a big glob of soggy mess. The few pieces of chips that weren't soggy had an unpleasant taste. I think it was supposed to contain beef but if it was there it was well hidden. The fried chicken with gravy was burnt and hidden by the gravy. The burger was edible and the fries were actually pretty good although way too salty. One of the employees had her children or siblings or some type or aquaintance sitting at the table next to us so we had the privilege of listening to thier youtube videos throughout the first three quarters of our meal while the employee filled them with sugary soft drinks. We didnt plan on going to Denny's that night and we have no plans to ever go again, but for some reason we seem to end up there while traveling.

It's insane the level of quality at this place! The fish fillets are juicy, with minimal breading. When I was told about the "all you can eat" ice cream, I figured soft serve. No, it's high quality hand dipped! Just awesome!

This is one of the best Asian food buffets. The food was fresh, visually appealing, and the variety was amazing. Delicious is perhaps not strong enough of a word to express my opinion of every dish I sampled. The egg drop soup with the fresh green onions was outstanding. The Sushi, please remember this is a buffet, was very good indeed. Watch out for the wasabe and the mustard...both flavorful and hot! Will definitely return and tell others.

My son and I love this place . We are from California moved here in 2020 and have felt at home from day one! The staff is amazing kind and very friendly. The food is on point each time. If something is not on the serving bar within reason they will make it. They are very accommodating and resourceful to help out with planning of a group I am trying to create with the help of the Big man up stairs. If I could I would give them 100 stars. So 5 will have todo.

We are from GA. But this is our second year visiting NM. We found this little establishment and have repetitively returned for both lunch and dinner hours. Food is always consistently good. (I’m a picky eater) there was enough to choose from without being over whelming. Hostess is always pleasant. Atmosphere is comfortable. Never too busy or too noisy. Just all around good place. Definitely recommend and will continue to return to this establishment if we are in the area going forward.

One thing to note: on our visit there were several flavors of ice cream in the self serve cooler. None of these were labeled with the flavors. Why is this important? Because many people do not partake in alcoholic drinks or food, for a variety of reasons. One of the flavors, the most easily accessible, happened to be Rum Raisin not the Butter Pecan I mistook it for. Please label these items clearly to avoid exposing your customers to ingredients that might cause them to react negatively.

Excellent food in the buffet. What should be hot, was hot. What should be cold, was cold. Staff constantly refreshed the buffet. Quite a crowd of locals, but there was plenty of room. Price ($15) great for an unlimited buffet. Recommend unconditionally. (We were there on Saturday. Mid-week might be different. Closed on Tuesday.)

I love eating at this place! The buffet has a very good variety of food that is fresh and delicious. The service is fairly good and the wait staff are pleasant. The atmosphere is very pleasant and not loud. The owners have done an amazing job with this place as it draws a lot of locals. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes Chinese food.

Food was delicious. Workers were nice. The arcade area NO games work and area is closed. The play area old amd dirty.

I did give this pizza place 5 Stars. But lately the pizza is dry , hardly any sauce on the pizza. The bald headed manager is a rude dude. He looks right through people. You wave at him in front of his face and he looks the other way. Very disrespectful. This pizza place will fail because of that management is not good. Fire him and I will go back.

You can never get such delicious pizza for this price. Even small size will fill you up. people are very kind. the place is a bit old. it will be more beautiful when you are new.

So disappointed tonight about our pizza, and I never thought I would be. Our family eats here often and earn points to use for pizza when we're down on cash. Ordered a large pizza n it looks like a Dominos medium thin crust pizza. I'm sad.

The best spot in town. Order my special creation: Cheese, light sauce, 🫑, sausage, pepperoni. Bake 5 mins extra. Crispy, cheesy, chewy, and dee-licious!! *Out of towners: stop here!!!! Highly recommend. (Game room available.) But no TV. for the football game.

I ordered a jumbo thinking it would be a jumbo pizza but it looked like a large. But the pizza is fire and the place is awesome so little to no complaints.

Went again last night when had an overnight in Grants and again it was really better than expected. The $6.00 salad was pretty good with a super Thousand Island dressing. I could do without the fake bacon bits. Also had a thin crust green chili pie which was really good. The place is always going to likely be a bit run-down because life is hard in Grants, but the guys working there were super cool and the food was good and a decent value for sure. I have upped my Service and overall ratings. Give them a shot!

Food is tasty! Portions are large. We are very blessed to have this family in our community. They as serve slushies and smoothies now! Check out the turtles when you go in. There’s even albino turtles!

You would not expect such great food looking from the outside but don't miss having lunch or dinner here! We got the beef and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. We took home as much as we ate. The portions are large and the service is wonderful.

8/27/24 review. The food dishes are large portions and it's pretty tasty too. We came in for the Green Chili Chicken Fried Rice but they didn't have any green chili. So we ordered the Garlic Chicken and Kung Pao Beef. They were both a bit on the sweet side, so if you like the sweeter side of Chinese food you'll love it. Don't let the outside appearance of the building scare you. Do go in. The owner is a sweet lady that likes to visit with you.

Food is great and plentiful. Service was OK. The waitress never brought out our soup. We ordered egg rolls yet the waitress didn't tell us the meal comes with 2 egg rolls. Charged for water.

Large portions and great service. The owner is such a sweet lady and had tons of conversation for us. The building itself doesn’t do justice for what’s inside. Definitely need to update their signage, I almost passed it. Parking is in the back. I will very likely swing in again the next time I’m passing through.

It took 16-minutes to get our food after ordering at the counter inside. Others came and went with their food while we waited. Apparently a McChicken is a tough ask?? Other than a “sorry for your wait” as she dropped our bag on the counter, no acknowledgment

When one orders two milkshakes, it would be really nice if there were straws in the Bag. Nice whipped cream and plastic cap, but no straw? Also, no napkins or salt for the fries in the bag. To late when you get home without them. What gives?

I ordered take out, it took 10- 20 mins for a cheeseburger and (buy 1 get 1 for a doller) 2 mchickens. This one is filled with kids employees, thats already a red flag for service. My order is finally ready, and the kid literally hands me my bag, not folded or anything, literally just dangling it... like im some sort of dog and he let's it go... 🤣🤦🏼 Ive never felt so disrespected by a kid before but am I surprised, absolutely not. This McDonald's is horrible for many reasons.

Don't order iced coffee from here. It's NEVER made right. And mobile order w/curbside pickup takes longer than ordering through the drive-thru. Sometimes coffee after 7pm is served luke warm.

Had a wonderful experience and the waitress Alia was so kind and such a sweetheart I was having a bad day until her little jokes giggles and smiles completely lifted my mood and made the whole experience bubbly amd wonderful

Stopped by here when I was passing through on my way back to California, absolutely starved as I had not eaten all day. They were getting ready to close but I was welcomed in to eat at the buffet. The food was delicious and the ladies working there were so kind and accommodating. When I was ready to pay, I was given a to-go box and offered more food to take with me. Truly amazing people and a delicious buffet. Highly recommend.

The family finally returned from vacation!! The wait was worth it, though. The food was AMAZING as ALWAYS. The people are ALWAYS so nice and inviting. I feel, that's what makes the experience of eating here more enjoyable. I've been coming to eat at Canton Cafe since I was a little kid with our family on Dad's payday. What a great memory ❤️😋❤️ I imagine, it's like that for most people. I always try to eat something different but I have my favorites 🤔😋😆 I hope and pray they will be open for many years to come ❤️🙏🏼🐉🌻😋❤️ creating new memories for other folks... There's more than salad on their menu. 🙂

The food is always delicious and the service is perfect at a good price. This time, rather than get the buffet, I got the moo-goo-gai-pan with extra mushrooms, steamed white rice, and lemonade and took half home for dinner the next day. It was so healthy and delicious!

Experience was marginal. Staff was friendly and responsive but too much of each food was put out at a time resulting in lukewarm offerings. The food was either just not great (sweet & sour pork was tiny pieces that were mostly breading, crab rangoon had an odd sour taste, and chicken teriyaki sticks were just too umami, like somebody went nuts with the fish sauce in the marinade) or seemed mass-produced, like the desserts. Nothing was actively bad, just not hot and not really delicious. The fresh fruit offerings were fresh and tasty, and the ice cream was fresh and at the ideal temperature for serving.

Stopped here to have dinner with family, this place has run down to awful. Thought we would have a good dinner. Ordered Hot and sour soup was horrible. Nothing was appetizing. Paid about 75$ for food we didn’t even eat.

While staying in the area during a cross country trip, I found Junkyard on 66 Brewery near my hotel. What a cool place! Atmosphere was just awesome, loved it. I had a couple of their beers and was not disappointed. I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, it was VERY tasty, paired well with the beers. The lady working there was very nice and brought my food and beers quickly. If I travel through Grants again, I'm definitely stopping at the brewery.

We knew about this place through Harvest Host so we stayed a night. Had a beer and dinner after our long drive. Very cool spot. We felt safe the night we spent here. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to try this place for a year and a half. I finally took a ride on my bike with my girlfriend. I love this place. The decor is awesome. The staff is super friendly. Great drinks. We will definitely be back

On our road Trip From California Back to tulsa we found this little gem. This is one of the most unique places I have been very simple, but yet Genousily thought of. Had the piston colada beer along with the junkyard .. my sandwich was pulled chicken with brisket. Maria and Audrina hopefully name spelled correctly apologize if not. They was very gracious host.. this is onyhe top of my list for a must try place. Very aweso.e definitely coming again.. Thank you guys see you on next trip. Food is a 10 out of 10.

This is a GEM! Friendly waitress/bar keep, very cool Historic 66 vibe, great bbq sandwiches. Get the junkyard, you won’t regret it. Their home brew lager was great as well. Will be stopping here every time we pass through Grants.

Stopped here in our RV for some barbecue and an overnight stay in their large parking lot (boon-docking). They were very accommodating. Food was excellent. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling and need a place to pull over and spend the night and enjoy some great food.

extremely poor customer service by the manager and an individual on the phone. He was claiming to be his district manager. I went into the store, ordered an item that they advertised in their window, the total came out to be almost 2 dollars more than what it was advertised for in the window . When I questioned this, I was told "that's how it came up in our system. Do you want it or not?" I challenged this a couple more times at which point the individual threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown out of the restaurant if I would not leave. Once I left this individual claiming to be the store manager, took down the advertised price out of the window. Also note that none of the menus inside of the restaurant have prices on them, which is very suspicious. in the beginning, I was very pleasant about the whole situation until the "manager" was so nonchalant and rude about the situation. This is when I requested the phone number for the district manager, which I was refused and at which point he threaten to call cops and have me removed. I suggest using caution whenever ordering from this particular Pizza Hut in Grants New Mexico

Ordered a pub style pizza, it delivered promptly. The issue is it had been dropped and was soggy. I reported the issue, and to my surprise not even an apology or issue of a refund. I understand things happen, but when you’re in the food industry you make it right. I ate one piece and it was horrible as it wasn’t even thoroughly cooked.

Where's all the workers? Why can't I go in and pay cash for a Pizza? Only debit cards accepted. Sounds suspicious if you ask me. No you may not have My debit card info,I prefer to pay cash.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Service While Traveling Through Town We stopped here while traveling through Grants, New Mexico, and it was a huge disappointment. We ordered a large half cheese and half pork topping pizza along with breadsticks and mozzarella sticks. About 10 minutes later, the staff came back and said they were out of breadsticks but made a substitute instead which wasn’t what we ordered and definitely not the same. We never got the mozzarella sticks either, and when we went up to pay, they told us they were out of those too. When we calmly mentioned it, the staff got rude and nasty with us for no reason. We asked to speak to a manager, and when we asked for his name, he refused to give it and said he could refuse service if he wanted. He also said the GM has been gone for two months with nobody replacing them which really shows how poorly the place is being managed. The pizza itself was fine, but the lack of communication, missing food, and unprofessional staff ruined the experience. We were just passing through town, but after this, we’ll make sure to skip this location in the future. I’ll also be reaching out to corporate about how we were treated. And we ask for itemized bill they said they couldn't do that for us. And they charge us for three drinks we only purchase two drinks. There are no prices on the menu. We also asked for forks and they said there was none even though salad bar at this location.

Incredibly rude drivers and people are bad at taking orders. In 2021 I still lived in town and ordered delivery. I called the delivery guy over to me because they were walking to the wrong apartment and not paying attention. The delivery man got very rude with me and said that "you don't have to yell" ok. How else am I suppose to get your attention? I was barely loud, just vocal enough for him to hear me. You're walking to the wrong house, idiot. Don't get mad at me for helping you do your job. Although they were rude about it, I was still going to tip EVEN STILL but they took off and left so FAST. Clearly did not want to be there or on the clock for that matter. I really wish I got his name. The workers there clearly have no social skills at all. Especially today when I ordered a hand tossed buffalo chicken pizza and they made it with NO SAUCE, barely ANY CHEESE, peppers and onions. Who tf eats a pizza like that?! And if you didn't make it, please let me save my time and money by telling me you don't so I can order something else. You are TERRIBLE!! Step up your game. Everyone there needs to be fired and replaced with competent staff and workers. The buffalo pizza I'm most likely feeding my dogs because I'm not going back. I don't live in town.

The pizza was as good as Pizza Hut could be but these 5 stars were earned by the friendly help staff. Amelia and Isaiah went above and beyond to make our visit awesome. They have great customer service and I’ll be back just because of them.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE This is not the place for a good meal! So sloppy and poor presentation. Ordered a breakfast burrito looks absolutely NOTHING like what is presented on the menu/app.

It's not hard to cook a kids cheeseburger but to get it twice and the burger both times has no cheese. The burger was also very dry. The third time they finally got OK. Oh and this is to sonic Corp. kids most of the time don't like mustard. Extra ketchup even pickles it's just like McDonald's with onions in kids burgers. Oh well, I suggest getting a gas station hotdog.

I had to repeat my request multiple times. I finally asked for the manager. She came to the window. When I told her what I wanted she told the young lady (the one who could not understand) it was supposed to be a HALF of a cup. If you look closely you can see that rather than half a cup she gave me 7/8 of a cup. I believe that was done on purpose and with malice. So I paid $4 for crushed ice with maybe 10 ounces out of the 44 ounces of lemonade. In other words I was ripped off!! I will add to this review of a separate meal. I ordered the “premium” chicken bites. It was like eating rocks. Much more breading than chicken and likely overcooked.

Definitely the woman lacks a little kindness and better concept about what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about, we don’t speak Spanish well and I think she gave us a very bad attention, there are many tourists in the area. You should have a little more empathy

If I could give 0 I would. Worst customer service from a manager I have ever seen and I worked in fast food for almost 10 years. Messed up our burrito. Refused to refund without bringing it back. So I said if I bring it back I’m bringing back the whole order for a refund and then she refused to refund the entire order and called the cops cuz she felt “threatened”. And wanted to play the victim when she was rude as hell Everytime with my girlfriend who was trying to be sweet about the entire deal because she worked for sonic and knows that needing to return the burrito for a refund is a lie. An absolute joke of a restaurant and a joke of a manager.

We ordered on the app, when we showed up to get your order they informed us they can’t make ice cream and couldn’t give us a refund. We had to call another number to get a refund and it was less than what the items we were missing were. Do not give money to these people that don’t have enough common sense to do their job.

Stopped in for dinner after a day of driving from Colorado. The wings were baked. Large, but hardly edible because they were barely cooked through. Pizza came out with topping we asked not to be on it so we asked them to redo it. After about 30 minutes we asked about the status of the pizza and we're told they just put it in and it would be another 25 minutes. This was 25 minutes before they closed. The waitress also had no clue about some of the menu items. Save yourself the trip and just get taco bell or dairy queen at this exit off highway 40.

I didn't like the crust on the pizza. It is flat, dry and hard. The pizza overall doesn't taste moist enough even including the toppings. It definitely needs more sauce. It is very untraditional. It cost far too much for the pizza I bought.

The service was unacceptable. We ordered a pizza which came out with the wrong toppings. We asked to have it remade and after 25-30 minutes we asked when it was coming and was told another 25-30! It was closing time by now and they were putting the chairs up and asked if we wanted it to go. We went to Dairy Queen to eat after an hour of waiting at the Pizza 9. I suggest Dairy Queen who were very nice, very clean and very good.

Stellar experience at Pizza 9! Definitely would not have known or thought to stop here, but with restaurants few and far between, this seemed like a good choice. Service was awesome and food was absolutely fantastic!!! Would recommend highly ✌🏼

We had a fun time in this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and upbeat -- and the food was very good. We ordered buffalo wings - they were excellent -- big, juicy and tasty, and then we ordered a pizza and that was also really good. The service was friendly, the prices were good, and overall, it was a pleasant night out to dinner. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun place with the game run, music, as well as good food and service.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza 9 in Grants on Friday. They tasted great, but 2 pieces had no cheese on them. I hadn’t stopped since then. I just called them. I thought they would do something to make up for it. I wasnt rude. The manager said because it was Sunday he couldn’t do anything about it. I am very disappointed in them. I thought maybe they would offer me a discount the next time I come in. I have recommended this business to friends. This is how I am repaid for my customer loyalty. I have posted this on Facebook so their customers will know how little regard they have for their customers.

Pizza was top notch! Pizza crust ratio 10/10. Dont need extra crust like the other local pizza shops. Staff was young but did the job with no issues. Enjoy my meal here will be coming back.

Pizza gave us the runs.Workers are definitely not washing their hands or they are lazy . The BBQ wing's are not what you think. I definitely would not recommend this dominos. There no smiles only workers looking at you like your from another planet. One lady was the only nice person there,she took are order and was very polite. The rest look at you like you don't belong there. Bad attitude people makes bad pizza.and wings..........

A driver parked in front of my house, I didn’t order pizza so I was looking out to see what he was doing, I observed him picking toppings off a pizza eating them before he drove off to deliver it. I went to dominos to report it, guy came back, picked up another order and off he went. Management didn’t bat an eye as if it was normal to do that.

We ordered a small three meat (sausage, pepperoni, hamburger) it was the best.

I was driving late at night and stopped through the gas station next door, so I decided to get some taco bell. I have had Taco Bell all over the country, most are at least ok. The worst ones that stand out are definitely in Saint Louis, and one of the three in Springfield, Illinois. Usually this is because of the service or the cleanliness. This taco bell however is had because of the food. It was gross. I have been to hundreds of taco bells. The good all tastes the same. I'm not sure what they are serving here. I ate one of the five burritos and lost my appetite. I thought later that I must be crazy and tried another one. It was exactly the same gross flavors. I there the rest away. Also ordered some nacho fries, which were obviously really old and cold. Fried food that isn't fresh is the worst. I can't decide if this is the worst taco bell I've been to or tied for second worst, but when I think about bad Taco Bell experiences in my life I will always think about this one. Not a good way to stand out.

Wonderful food! Honestly the best taco bell i have ever had in my life. For real, this taco bell made me like taco bell. Drive tru was quick, the lady who took my order was very nice, polite, kind and overall the absolute best! I wish I got her name so that the manager can see and give her a raise. Truly an amazing experience, I am not from around here. Came from Virginia and this experience had me love this state considering everyone is kind. Employees like the ones there this evening are the sole reason that either make a restaurant great or not and this place is absolutely GREAT! 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wasn’t sure if this place was open yet because I couldn’t really see the open sign from the road. It was clean in there. Anyways I was excited to see the summer watermelon blast flavors! I tried the watermelon berry but it wasn’t my fav. The watermelon lemonade was good though. If you get there when they first open there is a chance that their machines might still be in defrost mode. The manager was really nice she helped the girl at the counter fix a mistake she made on my order. We ordered chicken chalupas and Doritos loco tacos. We happened to notice that the hot sauce packets all had clever slogans on them I lived that!

Our food was hot and served efficiently enough, but the prices seem high. We had one meal and one taco plate, for a total of $27. With Taco Bell, one shouldn't expect fine dining, but rather a hot, reasonably tasty meal served quickly, especially for an I-40 drive-thru experience. So for this expectation, they delivered. But if one weren't eating on the run and needed a drive-through, then a local family Mexican restaurant likely provides a better meal experience for the money.

Placed an online order and chose dining room pickup during the middle of the day. All 3 doors were locked with no signs, I knocked on the window and had multiple people look up and dismiss me standing there. I had to get in the long drive thru line for my mobile order and after getting my bag which was so taped up I couldn't open it to check it's accuracy and I found there was no sauce or napkins. Pulled out front again to try to get my sauce and napkins and held up the bag when I knocked on the window and this time someone let me in. Just frustrating experience that took 25 minutes in total for an online order.

This location doesn't make the food right. Positive that this location is scamming people, by asking customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar, then an additional 2$ to 3$ is added onto the charge. Taco Bell employees should be investigated!

I experienced Taco Bell for the first time here. The staff was kind, and the price for the combos was reasonable.

Food is good! Order takeout 3-4 times when in town visiting my Momma. Ordered the exact same smothered breakfast burrito two mornings in a row. The first one was perfect size. Filed the now smaller to go container. The next morning, same container, burrito two thirds the size of the one the day before. I love their food but after I finish a meal, I want to be full. 😪

Taco were fresh & Delicious, as well as the salsa. Service and workers were awesome.

We come here to get a French Pepsi often. Food is ok. Nothing wrong with it. Expect a long line in drive thru but that's to be expected when your in a small town and not many places to eat so you get half the town at the same place all at once.

We tried Taco Village because it's advertised on one of their radio stations. The taquitos were pretty good. This place is known for their tacos and the tacos were, just okay. The meat was kind of weird. Plus, they're one of those places that use bagged lettuce instead of fresh. I also think that their Tomatoes were bagged and already chopped. There wasn't enough salsa given either. We did get carry out. There's another place in Grants, New Mexico that has some really good tacos. I think we'll keep getting our tacos from them. The other place uses fresh tomato and fresh lettuce and their shells and meat are awesome.

Use to be one of my favorite places to eat. But the rude manager and high school drama have really made this an uncomfortable environment. Overpriced and ZERO Customer service skills. How rude the manager was. Like she wanted to pick a fight. Wow! Not eating there again! El Cafecito is probably your best bet!

Whenever I travel past this Subway, I stop. The service is great. Staff is friendly. Food ways hits the spot. The place is clean. When I asked where the tip jar was, I was told they can no longer accept tip money. I asked if I could use my credit card to leave a tip and was told they will NOT get it. The company/owner keeps it. WTH! I have no idea when this actually started but that is just wrong. I hope by me posting this, Subway will reconsider their tip policy. I will still visit this location when I travel thru but before ordering, I will definitely ask if I can leave a monetary tip.

It was dead when I showed up, but I still had to wait before ordering. At checkout, I asked to add a cookie, and they told me to go back and re order 😂 i came back before I left and suddenly they were out of cookies. Terrible restrooms with urine all over the seats and floors, the workers weren't as bad as the other reviews said, but they were pretty pushy when it came to upselling.

The cash register attenders were rude and snotty. When we discovered there was no tea after purchasing drinks, we asked for a refund for our drinks. They gave us cash back. When we inquired about putting the refund back on the CC, they said is was too much trouble. When I thanked them for the cash back, they replied with rude, snotty remarks. I recommend avoiding this Subway.

Cashiers were rude. As if they didnt want to serve us. Ordered with a Smile and got a cringe from Cassie I think is what I read, tag wasn't visible. Still ate and pitched in for her check. But man probably won't go back n won't recommend this place.

Didn’t have any bread and prep done to make our app orders when I got there.. I wasn’t the only one who didn’t get our order. Maybe need to hire more help.

There is a very specific employee who works here who brings down the experience in a significant way, and I hesitate to leave a poor review because the others have been great. But when it gets to the point where you walk in and see a certain young woman behind the counter and then know you should just turn around, that's a problem.

I ordered the mac and cheese, and there was the longest black hair I've even seen in my food. I also ordered nuggets, and they forgot to give them to me entirely. DO NOT go here. They have gone downhill, and its not worth the terrible customer service or hairs in your food.

During my latest visit, both my mom and I commented that this was one of the best visits we had had at any kfc. The tenders were perfectly crispy yet juicy and full of flavor, the fries were nice and crispy and the biscuit was very flavorful! Mom also had the coleslaw and she said it was very good. Great visit!

I would have taken pictures, but we were hungry and before we knew it ate every piece. Coming from out of state, it was nice to be surprised how fresh and delicious the food is. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Orders were out in a good time and everything tastes great! Phx, AZ KFC needs to get training from this location! Restaurant is clean, fountain drink machine is clean. Parking lot is even clean. Restroom was very clean. The staff works great together, it was nice to see them help and appreciate each other. This is the atmosphere that existed before the pandemic. It made our family experience wonderful! Also, Chicken & waffles! They taste so good!!!! I hope they keep it on the menu! This restaurant has a great team, DELICIOUS food and is very clean. This will now be a regular stop when traveling as we do so often. Thank you 😁

I walked up to the counter and waited for about 7 minutes at the counter. Finally the employee came walking up to the counter with this mean face. I looked back at maybe she was looking at something else. No, she walked up and stopped. Still with that look like stole her brother's lunch money. See was just glaring. So I ordered a meal that was clearly on the board behind her. Her reply "What we dont have a meal like that. Still looking at me like she wanted to punch me. I politely pointed at the menu. She looked back at me and said. That meal don't come with Mac n cheese. I replied back mamma I know that. That is why I asked if I could have a side mac cheese. She shook a cup in my face and said Here! Ok #1 I don't eat there. #2 this food was for my wife and if I messed up the order. #3 she shakes the bag and yells my number. I never said anything back just a smile and got out of there before I turned to stone. # the grease trap or some plumbing issues because it smelled really pretty bad. Well I get home and I hand over there bag my wife open it a what I ordered and what I took home was not what I ordered at all. Wife wasn't very happy at all to say the least.

Really disappointing experience. No jelly for the biscuit, just one sad-looking butter packet thrown in. The service was painfully slow, and they even missed a piece of chicken in my order. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what anyone behind the counter was doing. The customer behind me had to send their food back twice and looked just as frustrated. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

Did an online order for pickup. Arrived and the dine in was closed, from what a family member told me it’s been closed for weeks. They have cones blocking off the parking spots and the doors were locked. Per my online order the order was ready when I arrived…. Instead I had to wait 25min in the drive through line for an order that was ready the whole time….

It's always something with this KFC. Last time they had no chicken.. the time before that they had nothing and closed at 6. Now today they have no plates. At least they have food.. we have to buy plates from the dollar store and bring them in here to use.. lol. Who's the manager...

It’s obvious from the moment you step through the door to the time the check arrives that Rosie and her daughter put alotta love and energy into their establishment. As a result, the diner feels cared for and looks forward to well presented and generous helpings. They could take the salt down a notch and I think the flavors would speak for themselves better but I still highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back when in Grants.

We had an unfortunate experience here. We came in for lunch at noontime on Friday, and the place was very busy, and it seemed understaffed. We were told to sit at the only available table, which had not yet been cleared. A staff member came and removed the dirty dishes and glasses, but didn't wipe the table, so it was still soiled with food and drink. We waited, and it never got cleaned. The next server came and seemed a bit frazzled, but gave us silverware and napkins. I remarked the table was still dirty, and she said she would send someone over. She took our drink order and our food order --we only wanted a light lunch and knew what we wanted and we had another appointment after lunch. Another person came by and dropped off our drinks. We took our napkins and wiped the table ourselves. The food came, and we had ordered the fiesta chips - an appetizer - which was supposed to include salsa, queso, and guacamole. The queso was fine, but there were two other "sauces" that were not salsa or guacamole. The red liquid, instead of salsa, was just like a pure hot sauce, and the same with the green sauce -- it was not guacamole at all. I had ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries platter. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, the burger had not arrived, and people who had come in after us had all been served. I called the one young woman server over to ask her why our chips platter had not included the salsa and guacamole -- and she said, "sorry, we're out of guacamole and salsa" -- I said, well, shouldn't the previous server let us know that BEFORE we ordered the appetizer-- she said nothing just apologized. Then I said to her as we had waited close to 45 minutes now and had not gotten the rest of our meal that we had to go as we had another appointment, to please just cancel the hamburger platter. She got, who I'm assuming is her manager, and this person got very nasty with me, demanding to know why. I told her it was too late and we needed to go and we had been in the restaurant for over an hour, as it was now 1:10 pm. She then insisted I should pay for it and take it to go. I said no, I was no longer wanting it, especially after the poor service and food. She said, "Good -- we don't want your business!" I nodded, and paid the bill for the terrible chips and our 2 drinks. I left a tip for the server, because she is just doing her job. But, yes, I'm sure they don't need my business, and I'm fine with that. I will go to another restaurant that will welcome my business and treat me well, like a customer should be treated. I always try to give local/small businesses my business, because I like to support the community, but this bad experience is no loss for me or my wallet. I only gave the restaurant 2 stars because the server tried hard.

We are so glad we found Rosie’s on a google search of breakfast restaurants near Grants, New Mexico! This is a family run cafe with a Mexican emphasis. The restaurant is quaint, with beautiful plants all about. The owner, Rosie, came by to greet us. Her daughter, Jackie, also stopped by. She was very sweet and explained that the plants are there to remind them and give their guests a sense of her grandmother’s home in Mexico. Our waitress, Jaycee, was adorable and helped explain the menu. Her service was excellent. While the building is a bit dated, they have done much to make it homey. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel like a welcome guest. Thank you for making our breakfast on the road a pleasant and joyful (and delicious!) experience!

We are from Arizona and have delicious Mexican food back home. However, we were not disappointed at all with the delicious Mexican food we had for lunch. The guacamole is exceptional and fresh. The taco plate was delicious with large servings of rice and beans. However, you are really missing out if you don't get the mouth watering Birria tacos. Better than any we have had in both Arizona and Mexico! You will not be disappointed eating at Rosie's.

Excellent food, really friendly people, and all the plants have names which I loved.

12/18/2024 8:30 pm This is my first visit to this Dairy Queen. I usually go to Sonic on the other side of town because you get more for your money. However, I figured I'd give this DQ a try since my hotel was down the street. I noticed the dining area was clean and was quite busy. A tall young guy took my order, and either he was not in the mood to be there or was tired. I say that as he seemed to have the "I don't want to be here, demeanor." I didn't take this personally, obviously, but it was not an enthusiastic or happy presentation. There were two young ladies also working in the background (or drive-thru), and I saw an older lady pop up in the back as if to monitor the situation. One of the girls made my Blizzard, and I was given it right away. So the service was pretty quick, and my Blizzard stayed cold long enough for me to enjoy back at the hotel. I've been to some DQ's where the ice melts down rather quickly, and this one didn't. Overall, the customer service experience could have been a little better but everything else was great.

Outrageously paid $5.50 plus tax for what you see in the photo. Barely a scoop of ice cream with a few drops of Carmel. When I asked why there was so little ice cream less than half of the same thing I ordered yesterday at another Dairy Queen the sassy lady said, “ I make them weigh them. It’s the correct weight.” Well lady, other Dairy Queen’s make their product look good and have an appropriate portion for a five dollar purchase. Look closely at my photo and you can see the extra fifty cents for whipped cream. That lady was lounging on the counter while her two employees working were scrambling to fill orders. Most disappointing ice cream purchase in my lifetime. The blizzard my son got was good but he said not nearly as much cookie dough as he has gotten the last week at other DQ’s all over NM and AZ and only $1 more than my pitiful sundae. We have fewer DQ’s where we live so have been to DQ five times this week. I have never given a one star review but this deserved it. Skip this DQ and go to one who serves customers and makes their product look like advertised. Or, get triple the ice cream for a Sunday at half the price at Sonic just down the street.

New workers with bad attitude, went in wensday about 6:00 pm . The lady was talking my order has a bad attitude. I usually come in a lot and usually all worker's are nice, even the owner is really cool, But I won't be coming in no more. These new workers are going to bring down this dairy Queen.

I ordered a 6 piece sauced basket. I got 2 whole chicken strips and 2 strips broke into half to make up the other 4 strips! Not to mention, they forgot my gravy! Thanks for ripping me off, dairy queen! 0 stars!!!

Very nice stop but service is painfully slow.

The gravy is like water down the chicken strips are overcooked I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, and I think I’m going to stick to my DairyQueen a Dancing Eagle this one in Grants was not good at all!!! I didn’t even want to give a full star, but they don’t have the option for no Star.

Great customer service and very clean DQ! Although, they don’t have my fav HAWAIIAN BLIZZARD 😭 it’s okay, still enjoyed our late night treat. Thank you all!

Best Al Pastor Tacos I've had in a long time. Top 3 places I've ever been. I loved how all the taco ingredients were on the side. The tacos tortillas were fresh(at least they tasted fresh) and I think toasted before they came out. And it was on a hot plate. Hot sauce was on point.

Passing thru grants, was looking for some good food. Seen the good reviews on this place so decided to give it a go. My asada meat was tough, it had no flavor. Frozen burger patties were too burned. Chili cheese fries was basically a soup with hardly no cheese and fries. The drinks are too damn sweet! The only thing that was enjoyed was my son's cheese fries. Will not be returning or recommending.

The food here is delicious. Everything they serve is very good including the burgers and drinks like horchata or Sandia (watermelon). You must stop here if you are passing through Grants and skip places like Sonic or Mc Donald's nearby. During the pandemic call in your order or go to the drive thru to order and pick up this amazing food!

Some things where ok, I had the combination plate, consisting of an enchilada, a tamale, a chile rellano, a beef taco and a chicken taquito, served with rice and beans, I chose red and green sauce. Best part was the rice and beans. The taco's meat was unseasoned, not even salted, the chicken in the taquito was the same. The red sauce was inedible, it was like tomato paste that had burned, it was extremely bitter, so the parts the enchilada, chile relleno, and tamale it was on, made them inedible as well. The green sauce was so thin and clear, it had no flavor, the enchilada, chile relleno and tamales under this sauce where of good flavor, but under seasoned like the taco and the taquito. Will not be returning. Will go back to El Ranchero for New Mexican Food in the future.

Hispanic restaurant on Main Sante Fe ave. in Grant's NM. tortas, burritos, enchiladas, eliotas, most with rice and beans. hot sauce optional. the restaurant has moved to this location very recently. many other Mexican food items, right off the freeway, a good alternative choice from the other fast food restaurants.

6/20/25 The food was good but this place is not comfortable to eat. It's stools and small rap around the windows table bar It's Order, wait, and get out. A lot was wrong with my order, I ordered 2 Lot A burgers with one of them green chili. I got charged for one burger with green chili, and she gave me the burger without green chili. I ordered 2 Lot A Hotdogs, and she only got one, I ordered a milkshake, but she didn't get the milkshake. In the end, the cook brought me the green chili to my truck outside after calling it in and my husband went inside the restaurant twice. I kept seeing 2 guys without Blake's uniform T-shirt going in and out the back door of the restaurant about 12 times. The girl taking the order was not paying attention and just looked straight through me when ordering, I will never come here again.

Phenomenal experience. I am not kidding you cannot go wrong at this place. The burritos, the chili cheese fries, burgers. It is truly one of a kind experience you can only get in New Mexico. I want to give a special shout out to the grants lotaburger though because they make everything to perfection. They are friendly. Be patient with them though because it does get crowded. I asked the guy who worked there what he orders and without any convincing at all i ordered it in good faith. He recommended his favorite burrito with the green sauce. It was so good I drove back and ordered another one 10 minutes later. My only complaint is I overate lol HAHA . Just teasing. LOVE YOU GUYS, air hugs. GREAT VIBES AT THIS PLACE.

Worth the wait. Everything was perfect: very fresh and well-made. Very glad I can always rely on Lotaburger.

Happened by here on a long drive across the state. We got the smaller itsa burgers and a seasonal shake. Our burgers were terrific. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and colorful. The fries were really good. The shake was wonderful.

Although my burger was wrong it still taste great and I'm glad we stopped here to eat while traveling on our honeymoon, I would recommend it

The evening crew although they were busy beyond normal. They got our order spot on and the burger was made so delicious. The fries were actually fresh. The cashier who was very respectful and helpful she was very polite and very patient with me. And I even got to see the leadership work on orders. I strongly recommend that you get the same experience as I did. Keep up the amazing work and I will definitely be coming back

I have to tell you that this Lota Burger is the best Lota Burger out of all the Lota Burger’s we’ve eaten and we have eaten at a whole bunch of them Here in New Mexico and in El Paso. This used to be just an exclusive brand for New Mexico, but unfortunately, they went out in branch into El Paso and some of those El Paso stores look more like New Mexico than the ones in New Mexico… Go figure.We came today and we were met with nothing other than smiles and Ryu welcomed us as soon as we walked in. And I have to tell you that no other Lota Burger except for the Lota Burger on Manual in Albuquerque knows how to make a French Coke but Eliana started making a French Coke, but Katrina said to ask me which type of French I wanted because there’s two ways to make it. How nice of them to ask me because I did want the original OG taste. Katrina said her mom used to work at the other Lota Burger in town so she knew about the old style way of making a French Coke. Elaina was sweet as she took our order and Ryu and Joshua made our hamburgers. I always get a regular Lotaburger with fries, but my husband always gets his “heart attack”, which is the New Mexico style with lots and lots of hatch green chili, double meat, and double cheese! There is no other burger that will outdo this burger! When you get a chance, stop on by because these guys are not only friendly, but they know what they’re doing and they know how to treat their customers right! We always stop here to get a burger when we’re passing through and not once have we been disappointed. I loved my French Coke and the lady behind me was interested, so she ordered one, too. Try it out but only at this Lota Burger because no one else knows how to make it! These guys are the best!
