Mi marido comió hamburguesa de legumbres la cuál no tengo nada q decir más q estaba excelente, mi hijo hamburguesa el faro y también exquisita, mi nena empanadas de bondiola que realmente eran grandes, cargadas de relleno y una delicia. Por mi parte pedí en principio lomito de la especialidad que venía con varias cosas pero q no pude probar xq no había, un jueves... A cambió pedí lo q sería un plato del día que era matambre a la pizza, por fuera de la carta y q antes de sentarnos nos ofrecieron, estaba perfecto, el comentario va en qué la moza no sabría cómo ofrecerlo, casi todo viene con papas o ensalada, al ser plato del día consulté si podía ser ensalada y ella no tenía idea, no es algo q me moleste el que no sepa, pero debería saberlo. Al dejar el plato tuve q pedir cubiertos xq nunca los trajeron, la panera brilló por su ausencia.
Comimos muy bien y los precios son más q bien, 4 personas con una cerveza y agua de litro y medio $39mil, luego pedimos café y no poseen cafetera, que se yo, el lugar da para tomar café, acepto q no tenga la cafetera, podrían haber ofrecido un té en su lugar... Se trata de vender y para eso les falta muchísimo en capacitación...
Respeto a la ambientación... En principio nos costó llegar ya q no somos de Concepción y por ahí nos perdimos, el Google nos llevó a otro lado, luego nos indicó q estaba cerrado y hasta q igualmente llegamos y estaba abierto, te das cuenta cuando estás frente a la puerta ya q carecen de iluminación, o por lo menos de personal atento a estos detalles primordiales como prender las luces del faro...
Es un lugar q le pondría una música tranquila, bajo volumen como para cortar las charlas entre mesas ... Una velita a las mesas de afuera les cambiaría la onda al igual q alguna luz tipo guirnaldas... Falta la inversión en este sentido que es lo q te llama a sentarte y q no creo q sea tan costoso.
La carta podría ser algo más extensa, alguna ensalada, algunas pastas...solo son dos hojas y no tiene todo lo q dice en ellas...
El lugar me encantó, pero siempre imaginando todas estas cuestiones y podría ser un diez sin mucha inversión.
Solo abren de noche, cosa q también cambiaría, desayunar, almorzar o merendar en esa zona debe de ser hermoso, ya que da el patio/terraza al puerto, una carta de cafetería básica con algunas porciones de tortas...
No sé, se me ocurren tantas cosas... Espero q puedan buscarle la vuelta ya q es un lugar con mucho potencial, y un jueves q este vacío en temporada no es buena señal...
