We came for a late lunch and were not disappointed. The wait staff was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were easily able to explain how dishes were prepared and adapted to food allergies without trouble. The sesame tuna was amazing as were the baked cod and fried shrimp. Sitting outside was very nice and we enjoyed overlooking the harbor, but it would have been nice if more of the indoor motif was present outside. Overall, I definitely think we will make a trip to the Black Cat on future trips to the Cape and we thank them for their hospitality. X

We sat outside with a beautiful view of the harbor, though one seat was right in the sun and got pretty hot. The chowder was award-winning for a reason creamy, flavorful, and a must-try. The giant lobster roll was fresh and generous, but the flavor felt a bit flat. The fried seafood platter was large and satisfying, with the shrimp and clams being our favorites. Great spot if you love fried seafood and harbor views!

Beautiful spot with friendly staff. Views of the harbor and very cozy dining inside. My husband and I ordered the clam chowder followed by their special for the evening of fettuccine, scallops, lobster, and shrimp, and topped it off with carrot cake for dessert. Everything was very delicious!

First time visiting on a very busy summer Saturday evening. Grateful we had a reservation with our large party (learned later that they only take reservations for parties of 6 or more). The seafood dishes were delicious, full of flavor and plentiful! The service was very good. The atmosphere was nothing special among a very packed restaurant.

Well the service was excellent. But… We had a very disappointing dining experience in Hyannis by the port. The food was well below average, with two dishes left completely untouched. Prices were high, and yet the quality fell far short. For comparison, the same day we had lunch in a modest village spot with little reputation: it cost half as much and delivered twice the taste. The clam chowder was especially bad. It had a strange smoky flavor and an unpleasant foamy texture. The only advantage was that it was not overloaded with potatoes, but that did little to redeem it. The three main courses we tried were also below average. The mussels were the worst offender: they arrived with a soapy taste and were so tiny and flavorless but with sausages!!! It takes skill to make fresh mussels taste this bad, and somehow they managed it. The fish and chips were mediocre at best. The cod itself was of decent quality, but it was buried under a poorly made, heavy coating that ruined the dish. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Hyannis has plenty of options, and this one is simply not worth it. The combination of high prices, poorly executed food, and lackluster flavors makes this a place we will not return to and cannot recommend.

The food delicious and service was very pleasant. We sat outside but inside had a great nautical theme going. Surprised to see previous mixed reviews - glad we went and would/will return! Right near the pier too so easy for pre/post boat meal.

Everyone liked their meals. Service was great. Big cat double stack was enormous. Fried scallops and skinny fries were perfect. Blacked dayboat cod over risotto was delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Tostada and tacos were great.

Had a great time at The Naked Oyster! The oyster roulette added a fun twist to the meal, and the espresso martini was smooth and delicious. My scallops were perfect! The service was attentive, and the cozy, stylish vibe made it even better. Would definitely come back!

Seafood was fresh and delicious. I ordered their signature haddock and lobster, which had great presentation and taste. The burrata had its own kick that you have to try to know. Ceiling decor was super cool too.

We spent a week on the Cape and this was the absolute best restaurant of any place we ate. Their oysters were phenomenal. They had different appetizer, dinner, and drink specials each night that never failed to impress. BBQ Bleu oysters were so good, I wish I could’ve packed a couple dozen to take home!!! Great service- highly recommend.

Some of the best dishes I’ve tried in a long time. The steak was cooked to perfection. The salmon and oysters were also delicious. The haddock & lobster was my favorite however.

Amazing night tonight at Naked Oyster. We ordered local fresh oysters with caviar and plain plus a colossal shrimp cocktail, the house salad, followed by sea bass special and salmon with a Tzatziki sauce and cooked perfectly. We decided to order the top three desserts- crème brulée, chocolate mousse and the cheesecake dessert were amazing! 10 out of 10 rating!!! Colleen was an incredible bartender-waitress for us at the bar!! My Mom passed away back in 1988, and her name was Florence. When I heard that the chef name is "Florence" I felt as if it was my Mom cooking for us, because my Mom was an incredible chef too! Loved every aspect of the meal, and hope to come back and meet the chef, Florence! Outstanding service and food! Thank you for a wonderful meal! XO

We had two plates of oysters that were perfectly prepared as an appetizer. The ravioli and clam pastas were amazing main courses. Service was quick and informative.

Delicious meat and great buffet bar with plenty of selection! Their servers are all very friendly and professional. We tried all the meat and ask the server for the meat that we love the most, they will come to your table the next time that meat is out of the grill. The “salad bar” has all kinds of food from hot to cold. Recommended that you come with an empty belly so that you can enjoy the feast!

Edy was awesome. Always made sure my plate was full. Asked me if there was anything else I wanted to try that I had not had a chance to try yet. This place rocks. With every penny. Wish I gotten more pictures but I was to busy eating and enjoying!

We try to make this spot a part of our yearly visit to the National Seashore and when we stopped by on a regular Monday night it was exceptionally excellent. For a Monday, we thought they might've been closed because sometimes it can seem that most places are, but they were actually busier than one might expect. Busy yes, but that didn't change the top notch experience provided by our server, Vanessa. She went above and beyond. Certain that our needs were met, double checking we got everything we wanted! Honorable mention to the grilled pineapple and the attention to detail provided by the friendly staff. We will absolutely return. The Brazilian Grill offers such a unique experience for the carnivore in your life!!

The food here was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! I didn’t get the chance to try the salad bar myself, but I heard the Lobster Bisque was excellent. The all-you-can-eat dinner is such a fun experience—multiple servers walk around with skewers of different meats and carve them right at your table. You can choose your preferred doneness on the spot—rare, medium rare, or well done. My party tried prime rib, brisket, New York skirt steak, sausages, chicken, pork, and even chicken hearts (yes, really!). Every bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked. A friend even moaned out loud after tasting the garlic bread—it was that good! Their drink selection is also impressive. I had a strawberry lemonade made with fresh-squeezed lemons and strawberries, and it was so refreshing. If you’re ever in Cape Cod, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at Brazilian Grill. It’s a unique dining experience with an incredible selection of meats, great drinks, and an atmosphere that makes it truly memorable.

We chose Brazilian Grill for my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary celebration and it was perfect! Dinner was AMAZING. I don’t think there was one thing we didn’t like. You get your moneys worth as the gauchos continue coming around until you are done! They also made our visit super special as I had put the reason we were celebrating in my OpenTable reservation (and didn’t mention to anyone there) as we were about to leave they came around and sang to my husband and gave us both some dessert with “happy anniversary” and “happy birthday” written in frosting on the plate. Thank you so much, my husband can’t stop talking about how awesome his birthday dinner was!

It was a very solid 67/10. Food was perfect as always, and as a gay man who LOOOVES meat, this was exceptional. My boyfriend who turned 20 today also feels similarly. Can’t wait to go home with a full belly and finish off the night with more meat if you know what I mean 😏🤫

I just recently had dinner with 16 other people on October 24, we had reservations at 6:30. I’ve been here restaurant a couple times so I suggested it to my friends the Lawrence Police Dept I cannot tell you how much we appreciated the attention we received from Alys and Mathew. Every request was granted in timely manner. They joined us celebrating a great day for one of our members and I will recommend your rest of mine highly to all my friends and coworkers will see you soon again fantastic time fantastic food great service.

We were so excited to eat here for brunch and were sure to make reservations well in advance. It is located off the main street on a side street in Hyannis with limited specified parking. Lovely interior and so busy on a Sunday. There is also a bakery connected to the restaurant and bar. All has a a relaxed vibe but it can get a little loud. We decided on the traditional eggs Benedict and the Oeufs Pochés, poached farm eggs over seared crispy polenta cake, housemade spicy chorizo with tomato compote & Hollandaise sauce. We both loved the lightness and creaminess of the Hollandaise. The polenta was crispy outside, creamy inside and a perfect substitute for the typical English muffin. However, the spicy chorizo was not tasty. It was not too spicy; it was not all all appettizing. The home fries that accompanied the eggs Benedict were nothing to write home about. The service was fine. The food for all seemed to take longer than one might have expected to come out, but it was very busy at the time we were there. The bakery was bustling and we got a sourdough and a country sourdough to take home. Both were great, especially toasted. The restrooms and whole place was clean. I am not sure that we would choose to dine in again, but might stop on by to pick up some bakery items and breads if in the area.

the definition of “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”. Best bread I’ve ever had in my life. Coffee is amazing try any espresso drink and thank me later. Went for dinner the the food was fenomenal my compliments to the chef! The bartender Marcus is an OG mixologist you can tell, perfect balance on drinks. I could go all day saying how much I love the quality of this place. But you gotta see it for yourself. It’s definitely a gastronomical experience! Will come back for sure!

The bread was amazing of course, you can see them baking it. Cocktails were good too. We both ordered scallops and it was perfect amount, room for desert. Each given a fresh loaf of bread to go :). Nice touch.

Very nice people, and amazing food. I was said when I got there today that they didn’t have any almond croissants left until I tried the blueberry scone. Amazing. The sandwiches are great too, and the bread is phenomenal.

The atmosphere is spot on and very authentic to cafés I visited in Paris. The French onion soup however was just okay, and the server never came to refill our water.

Lovely little bakery with options to order full breakfast. We stopped by early morning. The food was great. Service was on level. We enjoyed the sun sitting outdoors. I will update my review after I try the dinner . So exciting.

We stopped in for tapas prior to a show at the Melody tent. We had made a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived. It has a nice atmosphere and wasn't too loud so holding a conversation was easy. Our waiter was very prompt in taking our orders after explaining how the 1/2 price tapas were listed on the menu and ran to 6pm. We all ordered a few tapas and oysters along with beers. I personally felt my bottled beer wasn't chilled enough. It became luke warm rather quickly. Our food came out very quickly which is fine, however the table became very crowded with all the plates. Maybe the waiter could ask how quickly the diner would like the dishes to come out as it is so fast that one dish gets cold while you are eating the other. The dishes were all very good overall. On the pricey side even with the 1/2 price tapas.

emBargo is my go-to for drinks and apps in Hyannis. Live entertainment, great staff, big drinks, and great food.

The food was great. I ordered the oysters long stemmed artichokes, and Brie Stuffed Dates. The artichokes were phenomenal. My friend ordered a flatbread. The crust was thin and just right crispy. The Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Martini was great.

After having a crappy experience down the street at Torino we came here looking for a good time. They did NOT disappoint! Bouncers are very kind and personable. Music was great! Lots of throwbacks and bar staff was awesome. Food smelled amazing! Wish we got around to trying some. We will always recommend this place for a good time.

This place was fabulous!! The food and service were so wonderful!! David was tending the bar..... there is not a better bartender or dealer in Vegas who can compare to his "working" the bar. I swear.... there were at least 30 people sitting at the bar and he took care of EVERYONE!! All smiles!! This restaurant is definitely worth the visit!! Oh.... the drinks were awesome!!

Loved this place. Overall not traditional Spanish tapas. Some options that you would see on a traditional tapas menu but limited in that regard -- tons of other options that were small plates of more American dishes. Expansive and interesting choices. I thought the food was excellent and varied. As often the case, multiple small plates add up to big dollars, though.

Great food and experience, definitely on the higher end, but worth it, and fun! We shared the Seafood Paella for 2 ($49), and it was a medium amount of food for each of us. It was tasty and chock full of seafood. To really feel full, you have to get a little something extra. They could also just put more rice in it to bulk it up. We also shared the ceviche ($15), which is also a reasonable/medium portion. Sooo tasty, with tajin along the rim of the oversized glass it’s served in. Atmosphere and service were upscale. The rest of the menu looked great. Generally a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely return.

Honestly, it's my favorite place for dinner on the Cape! Seriously, fantastic Italian food with so many gluten-free options! My daughter and I eat here often and never get sick. Our faves include the gluten-free meatballs and gluten-free pasta with white clam sauce. Their drinks are always good, and the service is fabulous. 5 stars all around ✨️ my only hope is they decide to add gluten-free veal parm to the menu one day 😋

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! The service was top notch!! Especially with having to handle a toddler. The waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating! The food was also amazing! Ask for bread! No really the bread was absolutely fresh and warm and delicious! We also got the caprese and a margarita pizza!! Which was also very delicious!

100% go to place! If you are in the area stop by. We only did dessert but from the looks of the dishes on the tables around us or appears more than just a passing score. The desserts - lemon sorbet could only be done better by serving in a lemon - the flavor was spot on without being sour well done. The Ricotta Pie (in NY we call this Easter Pie) was the best I've ever had anywhere in the States.

This is my third time at Colombo’s and now i can definitely say it’s my fav spot on Cape. I even celebrated my b-day there. Food is delicious and well served. Love complimentary warm bread and oil. Service is pretty fast and accurate. And it’s always busy with people so i guess i am not the only fan of this place here. Big thanks to the team 🫶

Great spot on Main Street Great layout for dining and for their bar service. We sat along Main Street with several beautiful planters full of colorful blooms. We were promptly seated, water provided, and menu item questions explained on the spot for a variety of items. Bread was promptly provided with I've oil/grated cheese/black olive. Not long thereafter our lunch items came to the table.......a turkey cheese +panini and a spinish salad complete with walnuts...blue cheese....roasted peppers.... Server was fluent in the menu.

First time here. I heard about this restaurant but finally decided to go in. I was greeted kindly. Sat down and my server came immediately to me. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. She also made me a cappuccino that she designed herself. I believe her name was Andgela. Food was good. Service was great. Definitely will try Colombo’s again.

Stopped for lunch, it was a warm sunny day, so we ate outside. Service was impeccable, the food came out perfectly timed better appetizer and entree. The wait staff was attentive but not over bearing. Loved the Bolognese, portion was generous, had to get a to go box. Was just as good the second day Highly recommended. Excellent food, incredibly fresh and well-crafted. The service is also very warm and personable. Somehow I never tried the scallops sashimi - one of their signature dishes - until my... third? visit. Absolutely incredible. Every bite is an experience here. Highly recommended.

An unexpected gem in the middle of Cape Cod. My wife and I were not expecting Japanese food when visiting the cape. The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional, making our experience and unexpected surprise. We had the chicken karaage and the chef sushi plate to share. Misos made the meal more than enough, and we spent less than $50. It's truly great.

Amazing sushi and sashimi. The fish quality = 10/10. My boyfriend’s favorite sushi spot and he has high standards. Will be back with him again and can’t wait for it

My family has been going here for 20 years and the quality has never wavered at all. I’ve had sushi in Boston, Chicago, L.A., and other cities and haven’t found a better restaurant. Amazing service, great food and also excellent cocktails and wine list if that’s your thing. If I was on death row I’d ask if Inaho could cater my last meal.

AMAZING! I went on a Wednesday night for my six year anniversary. The atmosphere was so homey, I felt as if i Was eating at my asian friends house, Junpei (aka Jilm). The food was exquisite, as was the service. Highly highly recommend.

Great sushi! Practically melts in your mouth. Friendly staff that helped us figure out what we could order for the kids. I will eat here again for sure! We went again this year on our Cape vacation. Still great! It’s hard to get a table, so my advice would be to call early in the week of your stay and plan it out.

I bought the Chicken Pot Pie at a local grocery store for $16. It was expensive but the picture and ingredients sold me, plus having lived many years in MA, and much time on the Cape, I was excited to taste it. With no one here to share Christmas this year, I planned it for dinner. I followed the directions completely, but even after 2 hours and 15 minutes there was no color whatsoever to the crust and it felt soft to the touch. I left it in ten more minutes. Waiting was painful as my mouth was watering. I left it sit until it was completely cooled and was horrified when I cut into it. *(see pictures) Crust: thick, doughy, flavorless Filling: As watery as chicken soup, sans the flavor. Chicken; tough a d flavorless as an old pair of shoes. Overall flavor: Not well seasoned, flat, and weirdly sweet I want a refund! What a lovely Christmas dinner. It's in the garbage. **UPDATE 1/2/25 Though I had already emailed Diane the day I posted my review, I emailed once again, after her "oh no!..." response requesting a refund. Crickets. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR: AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

I don’t write reviews but have to here. This was, by far, the best chicken pot pie we had ever had - mixed with our fav veggies . All white meat, not salty - perfect. CHANGE - The last 3 times (yes I gave it 3 chances) we’ve purchased it from Harris Teeter for $16+ 👀 it’s filled with dark meat and salty sauce. It’s to the point where my kids (11 and 13 years old) who asked for it weekly, now they see the box and ask for something else. Tonight was the last time. Good luck if you decide to overpay for garbage.

Two things , I bought a cherry pie and a frozen chicken pie. $47. I then needed other things so I went to stop and shop I then saw the chicken pie in the freezer section for $14 dollars instead of the $ 25 I paid literally across the street. I also bought a cherry pie at stop and shop $ 9 We did a taste test and my two liked the Centerville pie crust but couldn’t see much difference in the filling. Total not worth a $13 difference plus the $11 on the chicken for a total of $24 more expensive Definitely not worth the hype !

We had the apple pie, strawberry rhubarb pie, and the chocolate pie. We were very excited about these pies, but unfortunately overall we weren’t impressed. The crusts were a bit bland and didn’t have a great texture, and the fruit fillings were very tart. I always prefer pies on the more tart side (I dislike overly sweet), but the fruit pies definitely could’ve used some more sweetness.

We ordered the buffalo chicken pie from Goldbelly and it is a five star experience. With that said I won’t order this same one again, but I will try others. The pie crust is buttery and flakey and perfect. Like wow amazingly good. The filling is the problem. When I want buffalo chicken I was sauce and tang. This has the flavor of buffalo chicken but not enough sauce and a lot of cumin. It was more like buffalo chicken curry than buffalo chicken. Which isn’t a bad thing, just not what I was hoping for. I did enjoy it and am happy with it. If they would add a jar of sauce or a drizzle to pour over the finished product it would have been perfect. I just heated up a left over piece and today there isn’t as much cumin. Maybe it was just the piece I had yesterday. I would definitely try their other pies, especially if they do dessert pies because the crust is incredible and they clearly know what they’re doing.

Haven't been to the location, but I got the pie for an easy meal on nights when we're too tired to cook. I was expecting processed meat cubes and soggy veggies. This was not that. Actual chicken meat, fresh veggies, and excellent gravy. For once, it looked exactly like the photo on the box. I'm usually a home cooked meat and potato kind of guy and avoid frozen boxed food, but this will be my go to easy meal from now on! 11/10!!

Large savory pies can easily be 2 meals and taste delicious. Lobster pies are good but expectantly pricey. Overall I was a huge fan of the pies, and made for a quick, easy dinner. Cookies weren't bad either.

SO happy to have a delicious vegan option in the area! We tried all 3 non-dairy options available the day we visited and all were great. A heads up that they provide wooden spoons to eat with, so if that gives you a nails-on-a-chalkboard feeling like it does me, either plan to get a cone or bring your own spoon. Two clean single-stall all gender restrooms in the back of the store. A+.

How is the only Ben & Jerry's around here going to be closed on Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day? It's a travesty and unAmerican. Waste of a trip.

So angry with this store. Only pay cash here, don’t risk using your bank cards. I paid for some ice cream by tapping card in usual way. Some smug untrained member of staff said it was declined. They tried three more times before I had to pay in cash. Next day I get a message from my bank saying all my cards had been locked due to fraudulent activity which turned out to be Ben and jerrys putting the same transaction through 4 times. To add insult to injury I now have to raise a dispute to get my money back. So said ice cream, which was naff anyway, has so far cost me 100 dollars and hours on the phone trying to sort it out. Thanks very much.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDER. Placed an order through their square website (directly linked from their google page). When my husband arrived, we were told they don't have any online orders. He showed them the email showing its clearly through their website and for this location to which the workers claimed they arent set up for online orders. Clearly they are, otherwise I wouldn't be able to place the order. Regardless, we were told wed have to repay and contact square for a refund. In the end, they made our ice cream (which wasnt previously offered) but this is a big issue. Fix it.

Nice place. Not overly busy, good variety and polite staff. Easy parallel parking up front, some seating inside the store and great surrounding shops. Prices more on the higher side, though the ice cream was delicious. Would certainly go again.

Love it here. The two young ladies working on Saturday night 9/24 around 8:30pm were awesome. So friendly, kind and courteous. I didn't ask for their name, but they were so great. They worked fast and it was busy.

We’re always so happy to stop by this place, it’s one of those spots that just makes you feel good the second you walk in. The smell alone is enough to pull you in… it’s like warm, fresh waffle cones straight out of the oven. Irresistible! 😋 We’ve tried a few different flavors and have never been disappointed. Everything tastes so fresh and creamy. We even got a sorbet for our pup and he absolutely loved it, tail wagging the whole time 😂 definitely one of our favorite ice cream spots!

The chocolate toasted coconut ice cream was amazing. One of the best ice creams I’ve had anywhere, hands down. The whole store smells amazing, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything they sell.

🍦 BEWARE of the Ice Cream price list. It is on display where you order... but: hard to see and even harder to read. Not cool at all. I found out when it was too late. Anyway prices start at $6 for 1 scoop (cup) On their website I could only find the price for a pint of ice cream. Meanwhile there is a large sign hanging in front of you that tells you the amount of calories for each flavor (for some reason a double scoop has less than twice the calories of a single...) I know that it is a legal requirement but this thing should be managed better. Perception means a lot. And the whole thing seems misleading. Talking of perception: the place is VERY NICE, clean and it smells like they are working with a lot of passion. The crew is neatly dressed and happy. it's overall welcoming and warm. Vast selection of sweet stuff that looks fantastic! Now the ice cream: the flavors we tried were decent quality. personally it was too hard, cold and sweet. I know it's not supposed to be gelato, but the Talenti I can get for less than half the price at most supermarkets is better.

Lucky to have found this place during a one night layover in Hyannis. Was easy to find -- the freshly made confections happening inside the store produced a lovely aroma that gently breezed through to the outdoor sidewalk. Fortunately, it was hot so I chose the ice cream and was pleasantly surprised by firm texture, deep flavor and consistency to the cream.

Paid $7.79 for 2 small dark chocolate cashew clusters the size of a silver dollar. I eat a lot of dark chocolate. This chocolate tasted like brown wax. It was terrible. I don't normally go to Kilwins. Won't go back. Only gave it 2 stars because the cashier was polite.

The treats are good and priced appropriately. Only thing is I do wish they would include better gift box packaging. I asked for a box and the box they gave me wouldn’t close fully. For small chocolates the package is great, but they could use another option for larger quantities of their other desserts.

Family stumbled upon this place after we had dinner in town was the perfect end a night. Ice cream was incredible and the fudge was fantastic as well. We're a family with Italian background. Apparently the owner is Italian so that's the icing on the cake as it were

Beautiful cafe. New owners and this now features Brazilian food. Desserts and coffee were delicious. It was fun to try the Brazilian desserts. Since this used to be a bookstore some of the books are still there. It looks like they aren't maintaining the book store portion and instead are focusing on the food and drinks.

Coffee takes VERY LONG and the espresso is not espresso, the latte is very strange, cake is hard and difficult to eat. The receipt was not offered, the waiter speaks bad English and is unskilled. No spoon given. Not recommended. Looks like a bad tourist trap Bathroom: dirty, broken lock

Bread & Roses is a great spot. The place has a really relaxed, comfortable vibe. The staff is kind and helpful, and the food is amazingly good!! fresh and satisfying. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to.

First, the positive -- the new owners have brought some very tasty Brazilian food to the menu, which I quite enjoyed! On the less positive side, this place actually used to be a very decent coffee shop (fun, funky vibe + daily-ish music acts), but it really can't be considered that anymore. I say this to be helpful & constructive, not mean: the staff really needs to learn the difference between a latte, a cortado, and macchiato -- all of which are listed on the coffee menu. If you order any of these, you will get... a mediocre latte. On my first day in here, I ordered a cortado, and I got ... a large latte. I started to explain to the barrista what a cortado was, but there was a pretty steep language barrier so I just let it go b/c i I didn't want to be that guy. Second day, I ordered a macchiato (see photo) to see if day 1 was a fluke .... and... I could tell by the fact that they were pouring the not-quite-steamed milk into 12oz cup instead of a 4oz cup it was going to be the same issue. I wonder what I would have received had I ordered a latte AND a macchiato AND a cortado ;) ? Now, I will say, if a coffee shop doesn't actually *have* a cortado and a macchiato listed on their coffee menu, it can be caveat emptor if you order one of the less common-ish espresso drinks; but if it's on the menu, you should know how to make it semi-correctly. Honestly, I think they must have just left the same coffee menu up from the previous owners without really appreciating what the different types of espresso drinks are. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, there is somewhat of a language barrier with the staff, so it's difficult to communicate the distinction. It's not the staff's fault, really -- they are super nice, and just haven't been trained (and are still learning english). I would love for the new owners to address this-- it can be a very simple fix (and incredibly easy to train staff on)! I look forward to coming back once they've had some time to practice :) Verdict: if you are dropping in for a bite, it's worth trying! But if you are looking for a coffee shop, I'd say you're better off trekking to Nirvana coffee (Barnstable) or Three Fins (W Dennis)

I had a wonderful experience at Bread and Roses! This café bookstore has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a meal. Their menu is varied and creative, offering great options for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. I tried the French toast, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly fluffy, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made me want to stay longer than I planned. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious food and a cozy, unique environment!

I've recently moved into the area and have found this gem of a cafe. The food is delicious and guilt free, the vibe of the place is calming and comfortable. With so many books and plants hanging about it's honestly my number one spot to spend my free time. I've fallen in love with their Blackberry Dandy and their variety of food dishes though my favorite has to be the Feta and Fig Toast I don't usually even like feta!

First time coming here on a local’s recommendation. They had mentioned the nice atmosphere and great food - man, were we disappointed. Atmosphere was extremely bare - empty bookshelves and no artwork. Menu selection was extremely limited. They had told us 40 minutes to make an eggs Benedict. And the service was awful. Raw bread (literally wasn’t cooked) and my friend sent his meal back twice because it was the complete wrong order. Even after the third time, it was still wrong but was so hungry he decided to eat it anyway. Another friend had completely mismatched eggs on her eggs Benedict (1 fried and 1 poached). Considering what we paid (which was almost $120 for 4 meals) this was an unacceptable experience. I will not be returning. I was told this place is now under new management. Terrible mistake for the reputation of this establishment.

The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning. Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great. The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff. I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience. Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.

This location has the funniest and friendliest staff! We came in later in the day and the sweet girl was moping the floors, she was very kind as we walked all over her clean floor! The staff seemed to have fun and make it a good atmosphere! They also had one Stoney clover mug left!!!! Score!

The girl working closing 9/21/24 was extremely rude i stood waiting for 30 minutes before i sent my bestfriend in to try to get her attention. Should not be alone if she cant do the job. Food was cold drink wasnt made at all till after i asked

The staff are sooo rude, barely speak English, in got a bagel with cream cheese at 1pm, I won't again!! The bagel was hard on the outside, I could barely bite it... fresh? I think NOT. Not if they've been delivered in the am and sat there under a display case all day!!!

Was the worst service I ordered a large hot caramel cappuccino , a 2 frosted chocolate donuts, a grilled cheese, and he gave me all different things. A cold cappuccino, one slice of bread with the grilled cheese. People never listen the order.

Great experience! Atmosphere is cozy, chic, friendly, great ambient music, yummy smell...not a lot of choices but everything is to die for. Almond croissant is wonderful as everybody else said. If only they had more options of drinks, an expresso machine, and tea cups and mugs instead of paper cups it would be perfect.

I'm so happy this great bakery has moved into the center of my hometown of Y-port. There's been a void since Aardvark moved out years ago. My favorite is the Almond croissant. Can't go wrong with anything here. Keep up the good work Happy Fish :D

Tried for the first time and bought almond croissants....OMG...so good! They have a Covid policy that you order ahead and pick up in their parking lot. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!

A super-cute cafe hidden in the depths of Cape Cod, with an atmosphere blending modern Cape life, and that of a modern 1920s France. Fresh bread, pastries, and great coffee. Very relaxing, bright aire, lots of natural light to nourish you. *my friend would like that add that it would be a great place for dates.

Would have liked to give them a higher rating but for lack of tact of workers. 3 excited 7 year olds and 5 yr olds became excited when they wanted to talk to a retired astronaut who happens to be an owners father. He was not there. As kids left the man behind the counter began apologizing for the kids being excited being there. He even apologized to me the father when I came back in to make a purchase. Very disappointed and do not feel children under 10 are welcomed and cannot recommend. Cannot recommend about the food since most selections were not available for purchase.

We come from Vermont to visit our family on the Cape and ALWAYS stop at Happy Fish. The almond croissant, babka and cinnamon rolls are to die for. While we are there, a loaf of bread for later.... the best!

A real Yarmouth Port gem; delicious breads and pastries made to exacting standards, and a wonderful assortment of cheeses as well. The almond croissants will transport you to Paris!

LOVE their new location. All the same delicious food, but added inside seating and lovely patio. And in Hyannis. Wohoo. Now I can get their delicious coffee and pastries ALL year round!

We were happy to hear of the new location. Stopped in to try the muffins this morning. We were not disappointed. ! We tried the blueberry/cranberry muffins, the blueberry coffee cake and chocolate chip...the muffins were huge and still warm from the oven. Delicious. Everyone that grabbed one in my party was loving them! I would definitely recommend stopping in for a visit.

Cape Cod Creamery is a must-stop if you’re in the area! The ice cream is incredibly creamy and flavorful, with fun Cape-inspired names like “Monomoy Mud Pie” and “Pleasant-Bay Peanut Butter.” The variety is impressive, and you can see all the flavors beautifully displayed inside the case. We loved how many unique combinations they offered, and everything tasted homemade and fresh. When we arrived, there was no line, which was perfect for our group. But by the time we sat down with our ice cream, a line had already started forming—clearly a local favorite! I ordered a large dish with 3 scoops, and it was more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. My son went with a waffle cone filled with Oreo ice cream. The only bummer was the cone had a large hole in the bottom, and the ice cream started dripping pretty fast. We could have asked for a bowl, but he decided to tackle it as a challenge—and finished it like a champ, eating from both ends! 😄

After a long day flying in from Grand Rapids. The 8 of us decided we wanted ice cream. The creamery was easy walking distance from our vrbo. Headed over around 9pm and was surprised to find it packed. Large selection of flavors and options. Reasonably priced for a tourist area. Ice cream was delicious. Plenty of outdoor seating. Only strange thing that I've never seen before, was the ice cream melted so fast after being served. It was still very tasty you just had to eat it quickly or throw it back in the freezer, which we all did when we got back to the house.

Good quality, homemade ice cream. There is a good variety of flavors. This ice cream is aerated heavily which makes a lightly flavored and easy to scoop ice cream, you can justify eating more because the milk-fat is much less than the richer ice cream that you may get elsewhere. I am not implying that this ice cream is better or worse than the competition, it is for days when you want their type of ice cream, just like sometimes you may choose soft-serve or gelato for different experiences.

Atmosphere great. Flavors great. Staff horrible. No cheer, smiles, or happiness whatsoever! Seemed like a combo of bored, ambivalent, and maybe even angry? There wasn't a huge crowd, so it didn't seem like fatigue. The customers in front of us came in cheerfully celebrating their birthday, and the staff sneered at her when she mentioned it - literally looked at her like, "good for you who gives a crap." Part of the fun of getting ice cream is a smiling staff happy to dole out scoops of tasty treats. This was "Frappes with a Frown". That being said, I'd go back to a different location - the ice cream was great!

If you are an ice cream fan, you have got to go to the Cape Cod Creamery! Our family all agreed it is the best we have had on any of our trips. A lot of flavors, great outdoor seating, friendly staff and they were very accommodating with our daughters food allergies. Make sure you stop in and give this place a try!

Outdoor seating was available when we went there! They have different flavors to choose from. Ice cream was delicious. The only thing that I wasn’t a big fan of was the fact that I couldn’t see the staff preparing my ice cream. It’s behind a wall. The area should be open for visibility. Other than that, it was a pretty cool ice cream place.

Pretty good ice cream here! It’s homemade and I enjoyed the death by chocolate. I didn’t love the chocolate explosion, however. Great with hot fudge! They definitely need better spoons because the ones they have are very small and flimsy. Would go back for sure and try other flavors!

I have been coming to Katie’s for probably over a decade. After seeing a lot of negative reviews I wanted to say, that this place has remained consistently amazing. The staff is always kind and friendly the ice cream is homemade and flavor never disappoints. I’ve been coming since I was a little kid and I will continue to visit every time I’m in Hyannis.

Delicious homemade ice cream. We had the flavor of the day Salty Snickers and the Raspberry Sorbet. Both creamy and flovorful. Also the Chocolate cookies were soft and yummy. Nice outdoor seating where you can watch all the going on.

My family always crave for good ice cream. Katie's have my favorite flavor (Black Raspberry) and I'm always grateful to have the opportunity to be there. My friends and family always enjoy coming here.

Super cute candy store and gifts/souvenir shop. They have a bunch of treats to choose from. We got some turtles and pretzels, and they were delicious. Happy we stopped in.

I love this place and the candy they sell. While on vacation we stopped here to bring my children for a treat. This is the place to bring the kids for treats and more. Great customer service and friendly smiles is what you can expect when visiting. You will enjoy the staff making fresh Salt Water Taffy, Fudge, and more. I highly recommend this place for the treats they make and the friendly staff.

This is a very cute store. I had one of their caramel apples covered in peanuts, it was delicious. Well worth the visit if you're in that area. They have a variety of candy and other various items that you're bound to find something you'll enjoy.

Place is ok enough, but watch the kids in the window "make" candy. Melts sugar, dumps it in a plastic bag, hides it under the counter. The kid melting chocolate pipes from a bag onto an empty sheet pan and hides it away, to be melted again later. Nothing in the store is made on site. It's all a gimmick. That said, its one of the bigger souvenir shops around, and their selection of old-school candy is fun to see. We usually find something for everyone here.

Absolutely fantastic. A definite anytime I return to the cape. The manager Maria puts commitment into a good experience and the candy and ice-cream are second to none.

Huge selection of candy among other touristy things. Good selection of fudge. I was able to try out a few types before I made my choice. The peanut butter cup fudge was really yum. I also bought some dark chocolate caramel sticks that were really delicious. Nice place to visit if you have a sweet tooth!

I got a black raspberry shake. The taste is not quite right. It's not that kind of purpley color, low on flavor and more milky than I usually get. Should have just got the cone... Otherwise this place is pretty good.

Best mini golf in New England! We’ve been playing mini golf at places all throughout New England this summer and Steve & Sue’s has been the best yet. It looks like they put new turf down this season and the entire place was super clean. The obstacles were great yet challenging and there was lots of water and foot bridges. The girls working there and the ice team shop were also very polite and friendly. We will make this our new spot every time we stay on the cape every summer.

Great bang for your buck minj golf at $10/person. We had a blast, and it is a full 18 hole course. Nothing crazy or fancy, but some fun elements. The ice cream was pretty good too with some fun flavor options!

Best soft serve there is! Additionally, they are incredibly generous and community oriented. They support local schools, sports, and clubs by allowing them to use the parking lot for car washes!

While this place is a little love-worn, we loved the vibe! Very quiet and slow-paced, not crowded or feeling rushed at all. Cash only and has soft serve ice cream.

Best lobster roll on Cape. Low price, flavorful and just the right amount. Don't sleep on their chicken and tuna salad either! Ice cream is an added treat. Yum yum. Mini golf course is clean and always fun.

What? 4.7 rating? The food was dry and microwaved or something, what ever it was it didn’t work, both breakfast sandwich sandwiches we ordered were cold in the middle. I would’ve asked, but I was afraid it Get more dried out. Staff was incredibly disinterested in being there. So many places in the area I’m disappointed. I picked this one.. Doh!

Great place! Very authentic, delicious sandwiches and amazing coffee. The owner is very nice and friendly, takes time to converse with customers and even hand delivers the orders. Highly recommend this place if you are in Hyannis, on Main Street east to get to.

We visit the cape every summer. This was my second time stopping by Chez Antoine w my husband and 2 young boys. The salted caramel iced latte was delicious, as was the piece of chocolate mousse cake and the breakfast croissant. The employees were kind and walking into the cafe reminded me of being in France. I would recommend.

Ordered online was called informed they were out of one of the items and was exchanged for something else all pastries were great especially raspberry Danish and chocolate croissant definitely will be back

Sooooo good! I got a few things to try with my co-workers (a croque monsieur, an almond croissant, a chocolate bar, and a spinach and feta croissant) and everyone raved. Best almond croissant we've ever had. The place is also spotless and the staff (I think I dealt with the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He even told me how to reheat everything because I didn't have it done there. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Don’t run by this place like I did the first few times I saw it, it’s fantastic. The pastries we had were amazing, flaky, delicious, nothing short of perfection. The drinks we got were also expertly made and were perfect, give this place a shot!

Picked up the peanut butter chocolate ones at a grocery store. read online reviews before I did since I had never heard of these. reviews were mostly positive so decided to try them. One review said the ingredients tasted fresh but it had no real favor and that’s exactly spot on. I truly don’t taste any peanut butter and the cookie tastes like a whole lot of nothing. I taste the oats, chocolate, salt and that’s it — and even those flavors are whatever. Hard pass

I purchased the Salty Oats Chunky Chocolate Pecan cookies while looking for a treat at my local Big Y Supermarket in Great Barrington. I am super picky about ingredients, texture and taste and these cookies did not disappoint!

I just bought a chunky chocolate pecan cookie made by Kayak Cookies when I was at Whole Foods in Hadley. It was being sold in the checkout line and I usually never buy anything that they are selling in the checkout line. I am so glad that I did because this cookie was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend that you try them.......you won't be disappointed with their great taste!

I recently had the pleasure of sampling the Chunky Chocolate Pecan cookies 3pack from BigY in Stratford, CT. I was so pleasantly surprised at how awesome these are. My new favorite! Worth every penny.
