Le Yacht Club is a restaurant and jazz bar with beautiful views of the Marina in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe. The menu features seafood dishes and Creole specialties, and regular events include live music performances and karaoke nights. The staff are friendly and the toilets are very clean - reviewers would recommend it highly. However, the prices for entrecote can be expensive at 25 euros.
Located right on the harbour with great views to take in over a drink. Didn't eat so can't comment on the food. Very reasonably priced drinks.

Good atmosphere, nice decoration, sea view. Service can be improved. Good pizza.
Filipe F — Google review
We really loved this place. The location is good and the atmosphere is great. We were very well welcomed and for our surprise, the person who served us, spoke good English, which made the all experience even better. The food was great and everybody loved it.
Pedro R — Google review
The Yacht Club is the only upmarket restaurant that I found within walking distance from my apartment close to the cruise terminal. It has nice views over the harbour and a pleasing minimal decor. The service was very attentive and the food was good. I had a large portion of duck and side dishes for a more than reasonable price. Highly recommend should you be somehow stranded in Pointe-a-Pitre (which has a flavour of a rundown and decaying city).
Rainer G — Google review
The cod fritters are delicious but the service was awful. The tall guy with the blonde hair was very rude. My friend tried to ask a question but he put his hand in her face and said no no no. Our drink order was completely wrong. There was a female bartender that was very nice and got the second drink order correct. Food was not worth the attitude from the blonde guy, I don't recommend it.

Vanessa was amazing ! The food was delicious. Can’t wait to be back

Very friendly waiter and waitress. Excellent clean toilets! The best entrecote we have had in Guadeloupe. We have been to 4 different restaurants eating entrecote. This was the most expensive 25 euro, but the very best, no doubt. (The prices have varied between 21-25 euro). I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I want to go back.

Restaurant
La Route du Rhum Restaurant offers a spacious layout that provides diners with stunning views of Marina Bas-du-Fort, whether they choose to sit indoors or outdoors. The restaurant also features a vibrant bar area where guests can savor colorful house cocktails before indulging in a diverse menu showcasing seafood, mixed meat dishes, and traditional Creole accompaniments. It comes highly recommended for an exceptional dining experience.
(Translated by Google) Tasty. Beautiful view. We ate grilled fish, chicken with rice, and carbonare pasta. For dessert - black coffee and creme brulee. The downside is that the toilet is cramped. A big plus is that it works without a lunch break (we had lunch at 3 o’clock, when all other restaurants were closed). Well done!
Kseniya S — Google review
La Route du Rhum Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience, especially for those looking to enjoy a meal with a view. Located next to the marina in Pointe-à-Pitre, one of the most picturesque spots in the city, the restaurant boasts several outdoor tables that allow you to soak in the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of the waterfront. During my visit, I tried the Chef salad and the roulade, a savory pork stew. Both dishes were well-prepared, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to quality and flavor. The balance of fresh ingredients and hearty portions made the meal satisfying without being overwhelming. The service was perfectly adequate—not particularly standout, but certainly polite and efficient. What really elevated the experience was the setting: the aesthetics of the restaurant, paired with the serene views of the marina, made for a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. If you’re exploring Pointe-à-Pitre and looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy good food while appreciating the charm of the marina, La Route du Rhum is a solid choice. It’s a four-star experience overall, with the picturesque location being its strongest feature.

The champagne is of the day, served very chilled as it should be. There are also nice wines. The staff is very cheerful and eager to do the right thing. Without forgetting the breathtaking view of the marina I highly recommend (Original) Moi qui ne jurais que par le Coco kafe et le Jiss J’ai trouvé un endroit très agréable à taille humaine qui propose une cuisine maison raffinée à des prix très corrects. Great dinner here tonight! The ladies serving were so kind and patient! We enjoyed the presentation of each of our meals- and the flavours were very good! We enjoyed it all! Thank you!

As English is not widely spoken in Guadeloupe, I was pleasantly surprised that some of the staff at this restaurant spoke fluent English. The second we stepped into the cozy restaurant, the staff made us feel very welcomed with their big smiles. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with some great recommendations. The waitress was very attentive even though the restaurant was full. As for the food, the presentation of the dishes was not only beautiful, but also tasted amazing. By far the best restaurant in the marina area. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Great place, very friendly and wiling staff. The chef is really a person who knows the best how to prepare delicious and fancy dish. My fois gras and beef steak were real culinaire experience. And I looooove the crunchy grilled vegetables! Highly recommend visiting and eating in this place.
Jenny K — Google review
Oh dear what a disappointment. Accra is good. Cocktails were good. entrecôte on the menu was substituted with bavette., they did say. It’s lucky that the serving was much less than the 300g advertised as this was the toughest chewiest meat ever. Our feedback was met with the response that we should have ordered it to be cooked differently. Why cook it to be tough?? If you do go avoid the steak and if your feedback is less than positive don’t expect anyone to care.
Letitia S — Google review
Great restaurant where you can serve very tasty French cuisine plates and specific rhum based cocktails with a great view of the Marina area. The restaurant is open late at night and the staff is very professional and friendly. One of the favourite places when I visit Guadeloupe.

Lebanese restaurant
Restaurant Fairouz is a delightful establishment with a pleasant atmosphere and generous portions of top-notch Lebanese cuisine, such as hummus, vegetarian dumplings, and chicken skewers. They also have the capability to host events and accommodate large parties. Located at 17 rue Jean-Jaures in Pointe-a-Pitre, this charming colonial house painted white and red offers a refreshing alternative to the prevalent Creole menus found elsewhere in town.
The food here is excellent. The skewers were savory and had a beautiful grilled taste. The hummus and babaganoush were fresh and tasted Smokey and savory as well. The salad and rice were also prepared well. This place is a hidden gem. Definitely worth the trip.

Very disappointed. The service is friendly but definitely extremely slow. Count one hour between order to food on the table. We even order another beer to pass the time but it never came. (Translated by Google) Good morning, We wonder how such a restaurant exists in Guadeloupe, very expensive, for example a punch for 12 euros, a liter of rum on average 10 euros in the country in short. Disgusting meal, we took two grilled fish for + one desperados the bill came out for 59 euros, grilled fish which was not grilled but fried and passed with a blowtorch to make it look like it was grilled, we asked for raw vegetables and fried salads as an accompaniment, we had coconut pasta with no flavor, the salad was bathed in a ton of oil, the same fish made you want to vomit, in fact my partner didn't keep it on leaving she returned everything, in the end to tell you everything if you should go treat yourself to a good meal during your vacation period to erase on your calendar, on the other hand the setting is very pleasant but the content really, really leaves you to desired to make this establishment. The house specialty Lewoz is a kind of cassava pancake filled and accompanied by different local products. Those who took it (at lamby) found it excellent Personally, I had fish, the quantity and quality was there. The only downside is the prices, for dishes cost 25 to 30 €, and for drinks the cocktail is 12 and the beer is 6... The place being what it is (it even has a kafé concert on occasion) it's up to you to see if the prices are justified. I give 4 stars, for the quality of the dishes and the general atmosphere (in the evening), and I keep the 5th for the price of the drinks (Original) J'y suis allé le soir, service assez rapide. A very cozy vegan restaurant and bakery with homemade food, bread and pastries! The owner was such a sweet lady who was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable and did her very best to translate for us since we did not speak French ❤️ The food was very comforting and filling! The juice was fresh and the pastries tasty. We met some very friendly locals which added to the experience. Very lucky to have this place to go to for comforting vegan homemade food in Guadaloupe!!

We just had a fantastic meal (see picture) here and I feel compelled to let everyone know about this special place. To be mentioned: - it was all local products (not shipped by container from France) - it was a traditional Guadeloupe plate! I admit until now, after 10 days of restaurants here, I thought the only traditional plates were rice/chicken, rice/cow meat, rice/fish. But I was proved wrong by Mignonette the owner. Which by the way is an absolutely delightful lady, very polite, gentle and generous, worth the visit just to meet her. Also she offered more food, included in the menu price. But the quantity had been enough and we had no more. Within the menu we also received a juice of choice and dessert. We are looking forward to be back on the island to visit again. The restaurant is near the harbour, you can have a nice walk under palm trees 1 minute away from the restaurant after lunch. You know, digestive walk :)

Pizza restaurant
Nestled near the picturesque Bas du Fort Marina, Al Dente is a beloved Italian restaurant that perfectly marries an enchanting setting with a laid-back atmosphere. This charming spot invites you to indulge in classic Italian dishes like gnocchi with gorgonzola, delectable seafood pasta, and mouthwatering pizzas. The best part? You can enjoy these culinary delights without worrying about your budget! It's an ideal place to gather family and friends for a leisurely lunch where good food and great company take center stage.
Food was actually good. Initially a bit skeptical because of the 3 star rating. However the pizza was made with love and actually tasty. Only downside the service wasn’t amazing (quite slow because of Valentine’s Day (according to the owner one of the 3 busiest days per year)). And the prices are a little higher than island standard. But that might be because of the location.

That evening we weren't very hungry because we had eaten lunch quite late. So a pizza for two seemed to surprise and upset her. In short, at 20€ a pizza anyway! We ate and settled without having dessert. I was even afraid not to take it. In short, not the first time but the last time at their place, even with their new decor! Bye! The signature item is the Renée sandwich, featuring bacon and cheese. Despite its small size, the place is known for its good Martinique chocolate, delicious sandwiches, fresh juices, and tasty pastries. Customers appreciate the consistent quality across all locations but note that prices are on the higher side.

Nestled in the charming Bas-du-Fort area of Le Gosier, Chez Margaux is a delightful culinary gem that invites you to indulge in a diverse array of French, Caribbean, Cajun, and Creole specialties. Open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner—except for Wednesdays when it serves only dinner—this restaurant has become a favorite among vacationers seeking an authentic taste of the region. With vegetarian options available, there's something for everyone at Chez Margaux.
Very happy with the meal here. Not cheap, all main dishes are €25+ each but you will be very full just that, and the punch is €7. Complementary samosas, which was very good- crunchy on the outside and perfectly flavored inside. The owner was very nice to brought us a glass of rum after the dinner and had a quick good chat with us.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here, Jean François is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. His gourmet cuisine was delicious, we enjoyed and recommend his place. Even though our French was very bad he and Manue (not sure of the spelling) the waitress, made us feel at home. Thank you guys.

I stayed at the Airbnb above the resturant for a week and ate here several times for lunch and dinner. The food is unbelievably tasty The owner is friendly and hospitable! The atmosphere is very relaxed The service is impeccable!!! Seriously one of the best places i have dined.

Chez Margaux is an authentic and very unique fine dining experience with lots of charm and hospitality. Owned and operated by French Chef Jean-Francois who combines traditional French and local flavors into delicious selections of wonderful plates du jour. Jean-Francois puts a personal touch on everything he does, from greeting patrons at the door, to reciting all the details of his menu. To start we had a delicious rum Coconut cocktail (tastes like Christmas egg nog), and a few small tasty appetizers. For the main course we tried a delicious Tuna stew, as well as a fish with a delicious Creole sauce; both served with a small side salad and thick cut fries. Lastly, for dessert (my favorite part) we had a divine chocolate tart with a wonderful Coconut flan...Délicieux! This is THE “Casual Creole” dining experience to have in Guadeloupe...Chez Margaux is an ideal recommendation!

The food is really good at least the brochettes but don’t drink the cocktails…they are horrible. I went with my husband and his family who are French. There was a woman working who came to take our order and I asked can I speak in English (I am not French and can’t speak much of it) She said NO and started talking to other members on our table. All evening while serving us she did not look at me or talk a word to me once. Made me feel like she hates women or something. Interesting experience

We had fish brochettes which were well cooked but overpriced. Don’t like their policy to make you order another appetiser for 9 eur if two people want to share a brochette. I had the plate du jour. It took a while to be served and it was just slightly warm. The fish was extremely bony. The entertainment was provided by an eclectic duo playing electric bass and trumpet. The latter missed quite a number of notes. I left the place with mixed feelings.

Sadly, the worst meal of our month in Guadeloupe. The court boullion and poulet boucanne were served within minutes of ordering and hence, were already prepared. The fish was a very small whole, bony parrotfish. Eating this reef fish is not sustainable and is very bad for the ecosystems of the local reefs. The broth was fatty and not particularly tasty. The rice was lukewarm. There was a large hunk of steamed whole potato covered in gloopy garlic sauce. The chicken was fine: crispy skin and sauce aux chien. The price to quality was truly poor. I believe a bottle of water was 9 Euros (usually 5 or less). The resto clearly caters to the cruise ship crowd, not to prospective return customers.

This restaurant is located in a beautiful location on the Marina bay, and their food is absolutely spectacular. They have a great selection of wines and deserts as well, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing evening out.
Came for dinner when we were docked at the Marina. The staff was friendly and accommodated a group of 10 with no reservation. The food was excellent.

I was looking for a new restaurant to take my girlfriend to for her birthday and I found this one while checking Google Map and decided to give it a try and my girlfriend and I were surely not disappointed. The ambiance was chilled and comforting. The workers were friendly, social, and professional. The wait time was really short compared to other restaurants I've been to. I'm surprised by how quickly we received our meal and the food was delicious 😋 , I will surely be going back. 💯

We ate there several times since we were staying in the Bas-du-Fort Marina for a week. The food was very fresh, and portions were generous.

Extremely nice experience spent on this restaurant each time was passing it's gates as it is on a very beautiful location on the Marina bay. The food is absolutely spectacular, especially the beef steaks. They have also a great selection of wines and the deserts are absolutely tasty. I can highly recommend this restaurant and could say I'll be there as often I'll visit the island.

We were there for lunch, 2 persons, and had the entrecote. 24 euro. The meat was tender, but not the very best we have had in the Point a Pitre area. I still would recommend the restaurant, the waiter was friendly and the setting is very nice.
Nettan H — Google review
Food is tasty and a little high, priced about right for the waterfront location. However, they overcharged us 3 out of the 4 times we ate there and had to repair the bill (the last time they just handed us the cash difference instead of trying to refund the card), be sure to read your bill carefully before handing over the card/cash as they put a lot of other people's alcohol on our tabs each time. Love the atmosphere and the staff is friendly, some speak English and the (best part) the patio is dog friendly.

Quai ouest is a great setting, down by the Marina. Has a good drinks selection and has local Gwada Beer on draught Service needs a big improvement, can be waiting upto 30 to 45 mins being served then an extra 15 to 20 mins for a drink even if you only order 2 beers. This doesn't matter how busy it is whether they have 5 tables or 40 tables full Going to pay is also a choir, make sure you get up to pay 15 to 20 mins before you plan on leaving as you can be waiting a while Quai ouest has lots of potential if they can be more attentive and speed up. This will benefit them a lot Update, this place goes from bad to worse, sat here still waiting for service after 35minsnof waiting

Le Gondwana is a charming eatery nestled in the marina, offering delectable West African cuisine. Many patrons have commended the establishment for its adorable ambiance and central location. The menu includes a variety of mouthwatering dishes such as beef samosas, meatballs with shrimps, and rougail saucisse accompanied by fried banana rice and fries. Guests can also indulge in a bottle of cote du Rhone wine while enjoying the pleasant view.
Lovely owner, colorful atmosphere, and delicious food. Best accras I had in Guadeloupe through my personal experience. Everything else was spectacular as well( Yasa chicken, samoussas and the chicken brochette.)

Such a cute creole place in the heart of the marina. Went there last night with my gf for SValentines because we were not convinced about other places and it ended up being the right choice Ordered a bottle of côte du Rhone wine, beef samosas, meatballs plus shrimps and rougail saucisse accompanied by fried banana rice and fries and everything was so good. On the other hand, even tho they were friendly, the service was not well organized and it was quite slow

(Translated by Google) The meal was very good, nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes. However, the wait really spoiled the experience... We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, then 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. It's a shame, because the food is worth the detour, but the service is much too slow. Because of this, we preferred not to stay for dessert. O’Bistrot is a delightful culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. Nestled by the marina, this Italian eatery serves up homemade dishes that are bursting with flavor. Diners rave about the delicious ravioli and penne Arrabiata, while the truffle pizza has become a must-try for visitors. The generous portions and attentive service add to its charm, making it a popular spot for both lunch and dinner.
Excellent Italian! Ravioli were tasty and the penne Arrabiata was delicious. Worth seeking out this gem on the pier. Everything is homemade. Sauces were the best. The desserts were very good. Excellent value for the money. The owner was very welcoming.

A place with extremely friendly staff. The smell from the marina hits here and there, but it is not a deal breaker. The food itself is a mixed bag. While some of the dishes are great, the others are below par.

What a disappointment, I got fouled by the 4.3 review which clearly didn’t deserve it. I would give it a two and I never gave a restaurant a bad review before. - we ordered three pizza; the ingredients were mediocre, blend sauce, dough seem to have never risen, 75% of the pizza was not eaten because it was not worth it. - the images on Google review were nice, but not what we experienced; table were worn out, sticky, and overall deco old. - service was ok, however, the server never did a quality checK, otherwise we would have mentioned the it concerns. When I paid my bill, I told the staff our discontent ; they didn’t even offered a discount or compensation, they barely acknowledged my feedback but instead mentioned that they people love their pizza. Not sure if my feedback will make it to the kitchen staff or the manager /owner, so I thought to leave a review. I

If you're looking for a delicious seafood dinner, Sea berry is the perfect place to go. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area that's perfect for a summer evening, and their European cuisine will leave you wanting more. They also have highchairs available, making it easy for parents to bring their little ones along. Plus, they serve alcohol so you can enjoy your meal to the fullest.
We luckily ended up in here because we chose the one next to it thanks to the internet reviews. Such a great choice. The place is beautiful, situated in the heart of the marina. This harbour is so cute. The staffs service was sublime, not a long wait, so friendly, professional and good. Prices were more than correct. Had lobster menu with a cocktail each for less than 40eur each. Starter was outstanding. Had white and black fried blood accompanied by salad and other local stuff like cod accras and my gf had carpaccio's platter Main's were grilled lobster for both which was magnificent. We were more than full but when we had pineapple carpaccio with coconut icecream. Such a great end for s perfect dinner Strongly recommend it

Chicken pad thai as tasteless as can be, there are crushed peanuts and a half-yellow slice of lemon, no vegetables, we smell a little salt and chili, the chicken is fri, aftertaste of dirt to remain polite, even visually it's special: the pasta is white, the chicken is gray... The restaurant smells of bleach and "not clean" when you sit for two seconds. If the welcome had not been so well done I wouldn't even have stayed.. For 17eu I was expecting something decent... (Translated by Google) Loss of quality in the flagship products of Chinese cuisine (Cantonese rice which no longer has one!). I got a chicken salad today to take out and found the chicken not cooked and it must not have been seasoned because it smelled bad (lack of freshness). The vegetables were roughly cut so not pleasant to chew. The Cantonese rice did not taste at all like classic Cantonese rice but rather that of a mushy rice to which burnt eggs were added among other things. Really disappointed since the place left 1 year ago!

(Translated by Google) Very friendly staff. We all had bokits and were disappointed with the texture although they were nice and well filled. They weren't crispy at all, they looked more like large loaves, a bit like agoulous. Very atypical Bokits in the composition but we found that we were losing the idea too much. It felt a little less local and it wasn't very tasty apart from the pickles. I still encourage this young team. With different opinions you will surely find the right balance and then it is also a matter of taste. We didn't like it but others will love it. On the other hand, big thumbs up to the taggers who made the street art drawings opposite, where you can eat. Too too beautiful. Trop trop beau.

Le Petit Cèdre is an outstanding Lebanese restaurant with delectable and generous mezze, along with excellent service. Although the room's decor may be a bit outdated, it doesn't overshadow the scrumptious cuisine. Moreover, in Pointe-à-Pitre during curfew when everything was closed, the owner went above and beyond by opening the restaurant exclusively for a customer and even cooked for free. This gesture exemplifies the proprietor's immense kindness and underscores their amazing food.
We landed in Point à Pitre during curfew, everything was closed and the lady opened the restaurant just for us and cooked for free. She made our night!!! Super nice the owner and very great food. I advise it! 👍
