Restaurant
Restaurante La Rueda 1975 is a charming dining spot that has been serving up delicious meals since its establishment in 1975. The restaurant offers a delightful mix of seafood, Argentinian steaks, and pasta, accompanied by local wines. The traditional decor adds to the overall ambiance, while the friendly and attentive service ensures a pleasant dining experience. The menu boasts an array of personalized dishes featuring exotic ingredients inspired by international cuisine.
Beautiful! Busy at 7pm which is so not Argentinian; all of our dishes were well presented and well thought out. The Dijon mustard bondiola and creamy potatoes gratin was the showstopper, followed by the stuffed local fish and penne with bocconcini. Loved the service, ambiance and pretty much everything. Definitely one of the better places to eat in Iguazu!

Excellent restaurant! We had the shrimp on surubi paste as starters, the shrimp and salmon risotto and the lava cake. They give a generous portion of bread! The starter was really tasty but the lava cake felt a bit overcooked (would have liked it more molten in the middle). Great experience overall!
Nishat A — Google review
La Rueda is an amazing restaurant! I went there with two friends and we were very well taken care of. The food was delicious, we ordered starters, empanadas bori bori with corazon, then bife de chorizo, and finished with a banana pancake with dulce de leche for dessert. Everything was perfect! The atmosphere is really pleasant, with great ambient music that still allows for good conversation. Highly recommend!
Robison P — Google review
The restaurant is beautiful, atmospheric. The figurines on the tables are very cool, I even bought one for myself😌 Friendly staff, does their job well. The food is delicious, I recommend the fish, local, Pacu, Surubi. Take a Chardonnay with the fish. We were there twice, we liked everything.

La Rueda in Puerto Iguazu. A turisty orientated place. "Typically" decorated. Service was ok and the food ok as well. Price was acceptable for two people 68600 pesos. The food, the "empanada de Bori Bori" was excellent, although the "tabla misionera" was just ok. The Ribeye was excellent, albeit slightly overcooked, I ordered a rare and was served a medium rare, but it was very good. The Ravioli were over cooked and over sauced. Acceptable. Not expensive for Argentina
Paulo D — Google review
It was amazing! Food was delicious and the servers were on every detail. Ours was Hugo and he is a very nice gentleman. Thank you for this experience

Mm yummy delicious must visit in you are Iguazú - service wax very nice and perfectly made
Yaneth B — Google review
Overall, not the best meal I’ve had in Argentina but could still be one of the better options available for dinner in Iguazu. The best part of the dinner was likely the bread basket as the steak was good but not stellar and the potatoes were quite flavorless. Overall, not a bad meal but also not a memorable one.

Restaurant
El Quincho del Tio Querido is a renowned Argentinian restaurant with over 30 years of experience in Puerto Iguazu. Known for its innovative approach and adaptation to diverse needs, it stands out as one of the best Grill Restaurants in Argentina. The restaurant offers a delectable selection of Argentine beef cuts paired with aged wines, providing an exceptional gastronomic experience.
Great Argentinian experience. We arrived from the Brazilian side and the restaurant is very close to the border checkpoint. The grilled steak and red wine were fantastic. I enjoyed the tango performance a lot and the teachers invited us to dance on stage. I would love to stay longer to learn the tango dance!
Kenneth K — Google review
Amazing service! All I had to do was look up and our server was right there every time. They were busy, too. He was very thoughtful and double checked a menu item to make sure it was gluten free. It wasn’t. That attention to detail prevented a medical emergency. Kudos! The shows were excellent as well. The dancers were great and seemed to enjoy entertaining us. The band that played between the dance shows is superb. What a great experience. The food…not so much. Part of my opinion is personal preference, such as the Caprese salad. I prefer the fresh, soft mozzarella and more tomatoes. The pesto was delicious, but between it and the cheese it needed more tomatoes to balance the flavor. My tenderloin steak was cooked to my specifications and the presentation was great, but the meat was full of gristle and very tough. The wok vegetables were unimpressive, but I appreciate their attempt to provide a vegetarian and gluten free alternative. I saw other tables with impressive displays of carne asada. Perhaps, we just ordered the wrong food for this night. Overall, this is a superior experience. Meat can be very variable in its quality. You should give this place a try.

We went on a Tuesday around 8pm and did not need to wait. I highly recommend this restaurant, all the shows we watched were really good and entertaining, the service and the food was good too! It was above our expectations :)
Julieta A — Google review
If you're visiting Foz do Iguaçu, do yourself a favor and cross the border to Puerto Iguazú to experience El Quincho del Tío Querido — an absolute gem for authentic Argentinian Asado! The location is super convenient, just minutes from the border and a short walk from the Feirinha, but trust me, this place is far superior in both quality and value. The meat is served sizzling on a hot grill right at your table — juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Pair it with a cold Quilmes beer and you've got the perfect Argentinian combo. The service is top-notch: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making your experience unforgettable.
Lorenzo L — Google review
Great Steakhouse with excellent meat, perfectly cooked. Prices are high but worth the tasteful beef. We wouldn't recommend the hamburger and the ice dessert though. Service is great too.
Stefan D — Google review
Great food at very affordable prices. They even have tango dancers performing during dinner, which makes for a really fun and unique experience. The wait staff are excellent — very attentive, friendly, and helpful. A great spot overall!
Jennifer C — Google review
This restaurant was excellent. From the star, the server Fabian Horacio was great! He was very attentive and always pending to when we needed drinks refill or any other requests. Totally would recommend this place whenever visiting Iguazú.
Aian D — Google review
Fancy restaurant with decent prices. They definitely go with quantity over quality, as our meals were all huge and I would have preferred a bit more quality. We did get the 1/2 barbeque for 2 people and 3-4 people could have eaten it. Note the chicken does NOT come with the barbecue - while it was put on top of the meat, it was for another dish.

Located in Puerto Iguazu, Aqva Restaurante Iguazú is a top choice for those seeking regional dishes made with local ingredients and fish from the Parana and Iguazu Rivers. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its fusion of flavors. After enjoying a meal at Aqva, visitors can take a leisurely stroll through La Aripuca, an ecological park that offers both cultural and natural attractions.
Everything was superb Romantic atmosphere Walk-in at 19:30 hours with no reservations Pleasantly greeted by the kind staff(English speakers) . Food: Ribeye, cooked medium rare. Perfect temperature. Juicy and tender. Lovely steak Gnocchi : light bouncy texture, served with mushroom cream sauce . Very delicious River Fish(forgot the name): tender and flacky. Squeeze lemon for a refreshing kick Saffron shrimp risotto : creamy saffron. Risotto was not aldente, but still good Braised pork shoulders was way too dry . The sweet potato mash was very good Fried yuca was perfectly fried. It had a nice crispy and creamy texture. A must order Table side bread was not interesting . Served with balsamic and olive oil. Nice touch . Wine: Сlaroscuro blend(Cabernet Sauvignon and Melbec ). Berry flavors, Very smooth with Light tannins. Complemented the meal One of the best meals in Iguazu. If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 Happy Eats !!!!!

I don't understand any of the bad reviews for this place. We came on a Monday night early October, no reservation but it got packed. The service was excellent, the waitress helped us with some great recommendations including wine and dessert. The food was delicious, we tried the mixed platter of local entrees, and a beautiful cut of beef they cooked perfectly to our request of medium rare, melt in your mouth. We then tried the dessert platter and dulce de leche pancakes, the favourite being the yerba mate brulee. You won't be disappointed going here, I'd suggest to make a reservation just to be safe.

One of the best restaurants we have ever been to in the world. Wonderful service and incredibly tasty food. Both the meat and the fish were prepared perfectly. We didn’t spend much time in Puerto Iguazú, but every single one of our evenings was spent here. It was impossible to resist such delicious food!

Super yummy food. They had plenty of gluten free options and took care of me to avoid cross contamination. Great place to stop after touring the falls on the Argentina side. I got the pacu river fish and it was really delicious!
Benjamin B — Google review
We ordered the steak with melted cheese and potatoes filled with cheese, fish stuffed with asparagus, with caramelised onion on top and mushrooms on the bottom and a side dish of mashed potatoes. We also ordered 375 ml of Familia gascon Malbek. I encountered the restaurant online due to the steak and must say that the filled fish dish stole the show and was outstanding, we enjoyed every bite, I think the wine was good as well for the price range. Wow, this is a great restaurant (assuming all the dishes as good)

Great place and the best filet mignon I've ever eaten. Also nice desserts, but that filet mignon I'll remember for the rest of my life.

The lacquered salmon rosada was baked to perfection served with teryakisauce, rice and vegetables. Very good food. After days of beef in Argentine I choose the salmon. Good choice I can recommend it!

Bruno and his team were outstanding! 10/10 would recommend. I felt like I got a taste of the Argentina culture experience through food. The food was absolutely amazing, as well as the wine. The whole experience was topped off with a lesson in preparing and drinking yerba matte. Truly worth experiencing!

Don’t forget your passport if you’re going from Brazil. It can cause significant delays in getting there. I got there pretty late and the host tried to turn me away. Fortunately the manager was accommodating.

We had an amazing time trying all the different argentinean flavours paired with great wines. It was fun, interactive, informative and delicious. The hosts (we especially were taken care of by Malena) made sure we were having a good time and explained everything in both English and Portuguese quite well. I am Argentinean and felt that our culture was well represented so my boyfriend’s first time here was pretty accurate and nice. I would recommend the experience to everyone on their first time in Argentina and for locals too to taste our traditions with the twist this restaurant gave them.
Nicole M — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A five-star experience from start to finish! It was such an interesting and fun hands-on workshop — we got to make our own drinks, empanadas, mate, and even dessert. The service from Bruno and his team was absolutely amazing. I personally loved the appetizers — every single one was delicious — and the steak was really good too. Highly recommend this experience!
Debby D — Google review
What to expect! A very detailed review of the evening that included the optional (extra $) wine tasting. Let’s start with the wine tasting. We tasted three wines. One white and three reds. The pours were generous. We each had our own plates of cheese to pair with the wines along with two other small veggie bites including a veggie croquette. Yucca fries were available to share. I would’ve liked to have tasted one more wine. They were generous pours, but again, it was a sampling of three. It would be nice if they added a sparkling. Our guide, Bruno, was very knowledgeable about the wines and the wine maker and the region. He spoke in English and Spanish. We were about 15 minutes late for the tasting, and we really truly felt terrible, but our cab never showed up. But they waited for us. Thank you! I would give the wine tasting experience 4 out of 5 stars. Again, it was very good, but a fourth glass really seems like more of a true tasting. Let’s move on to the main event! The dinner. This was excellent from start to finish. The servers, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the laughing. Bruno was again our guide, but he seemed to be really invested during the dinner experience. He was informative at the wine tasting, but he was quite the interesting guide and performer during the dinner, and his sense of humor really shone! I really enjoyed how interactive the experience was. There were two elements that were interactive. The first was when we made our own wine cocktail. The second was the empanada making. Empanada making was surprisingly easy! Note that each guest only makes one empanada. But, as others have noted, there is a gracious plenty of food. You will not go hungry! What to expect: When you arrive there will be a champagne-ginger cocktail at the table. While you are finishing that, the other guests arrive. Then, together, you all make a red wine cocktail. This was a highlight, and listening to all the guests shake their cocktail shakers all art once was really fun. See video. Then the courses come out and wine is paired with the courses. In addition to the empanadas, there was chorizo and chicken and an amuse bouche that included fish, also bread and salsas plus steak and plenty of roasted ‘gaucho’ vegetables. There was dessert, and we all received an education in mate and prepared our own. The dinner includes unlimited wine. Tip: be sure to ask for the type that you wish to be refilled. Bruno is the ‘Emcee’ of the night, but there is also a server rotating. It is the server that you need to ask for refills. This dinner began with white wines which paired with the appetizers and then moved to the reds with the meats and cheeses. Bruno remained full of good humor throughout the evening, and the server was efficient to pick up dishes and replace plates. The entire experience ended at about 1030. The room where the tasting and the dinner was held was beautiful and warmly lit. This was truly a highlight of our time in Iguaza.
Lockie H — Google review
Restaurant only attend to private reservation. Space can accomodate about 30persons. Serve wines, cocktails, steaks, fish and Mate drinks after meal.
How L — Google review
Wow! What a great experience! It was so much fun and immersive into Argentine food and drinks! We made our own cocktails with their guidance, empanadas and had several other courses including dessert and mate, the famous tea from Argentina! We can’t forget that they also served 3 different wines with the various courses! The steaks were outstanding and cooked to perfection! They also cater to gluten free and vegetarian diets. One of the couples with us didn’t drink alcohol so they had substitutions for that as well! Bruno, Angelo and Aileen were so friendly and patient with so many people there in their own conversations! It’s an excellent way to meet others from around the world. At our table were people from New York, Utah, California, Mexico City, Australia and Ukraine! What a blast we had by all! Highly recommended!
Cary G — Google review
It was an incredibly pleasant experience. The ambiance was not only inviting but also very comfortable. The setup, with the social table, was particularly engaging. We were a diverse group of around 17 individuals, hailing from 8 different countries. The best part was the connections I forged with most of them. Through handshakes and conversations, I established meaningful connections. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of perfect. It's wonderful to recall such a positive and enjoyable encounter. 😍🌟

De la Fonte Restaurant- Patio de Comida by Nordic is a spacious restaurant with a large outdoor patio, offering a vibrant atmosphere with live folk music. The menu features well-prepared pastas, local fish, and meats. Additionally, there are separate menus for pizza, East Asian cuisine, and burgers. The owners' Italian heritage shines through in the delicious fresh pasta dishes.
The owner is an artist and you can see her art sprinkled around the restaurant. There is art at every step of your meal, from the dinnerware to the food presentation. The dishes are taken to the next level with experimentation of flavors that I haven't seen before. A great example is the eggplant appetizer. Their lasagna looks like rose! Our server, Sergio, was magnificent as he was very attentive and explained every course nicely. I highly recommend this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of the dishes they served us
Desiree P — Google review
We ordered two pizzas. To call them pizzas though would be an injustice. Italians everywhere would be rolling in their graves had they witnessed what was served. The cheese wasn’t really cheese - it was more of a white liquid akin to kebab sauce but with the consistency of queso. Not to mention the olive oil had to be sent back. TWICE. Olive oil is hard to mess up. But they found a way. It was more of a white wine vinegar. the waiter concurred with this diagnosis but said that’s the only Olive oil they have. The ambiance is lovely to be fair. And from a distance the sushi looked good. But the pizza needs some work.
Adam M — Google review
It is a very nice restaurant, the food is very instagramable ... But the is no attention to details. I had some dish with oarmesan ice-cream - even when I stabbed the icecream several times, I couldn't break it. Worst was the shrimp salad. The shrimp were a weird body temperature. I felt like eating human ear or finger. The soup was very nice. Plus they have love music with program, which I am not a fan of, but someone might like it.

Hours of work are not correct, we arrived there at 19:30 and it was closed - the sign at the door as well told 19:00.

To start off, I want to pray for anyone who may have written a post before me 3 days ago and gave this place a bad rating. They must be going through some serious mental confusion or loss of taste buds because in no way, shape or form is their review close to the truth. The friendly service, free sampling’s of different items, appetizers and entrees were spectacular. I would give this place 6 stars out of 5 if I could. I have been to high scale restaurants and for the price you pay, the combination and levels of flavor would compare to fine dining in any city and surpass it. If you come to Puerto Iguazu, you must eat at De la Fonte restaurant located inside the Boutique Hotel De La Fonte.

Right, let’s tear this place apart! Pros. Staff: Lovely Food: Delicious Ambiance: Gentle Cons. Thought one of the paintings was a bit ‘A’ level. Cutlery designed by an over enthusiastic drunk Italian (what else!) Verdict. They really care about what they do. X

La Mamma Pastas and Salsas is a popular Italian restaurant located in Puerto Iguazu, known for its delicious and affordable large pasta dishes. The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh pastas and sauces, with many vegetarian options available. Customers can watch their food being prepared in the open kitchen while choosing their dish from a glass counter. Despite its small size, La Mamma attracts a steady flow of patrons due to its tasty offerings.
I honestly think food was not mindblowing, however, it was extremely heart warming. Fresh handmade pasta and cooked on the spot when you order it. Portions were good for the pasta, prices were affordable as well. The lady was extremely friendly even though we had a language barrier.

They are not open daily, so check before going. Basically it's a choose your pasta and sauce kind of place, and then they'll cook it for you. A lot of people come in just to buy some pasta in bulk and take it home.

If you are in Iguazú, you have to eat here. It’s the best pasta I’ve ever eaten! The pasta and the sauce are both homemade! The portions are large and the prices a low for such incredible food! The service was the best and made sure everything was perfect

What a wonderful little restaurant! It is an amazing gem nestled in the heart of Iguazú. This restaurant has been open for 18 years, and we saw why! The homemade pasta is delicious, and the sauces are fresh and flavourful. We went to this restaurant twice during our short visit to Iguazú and all the servers were welcoming, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!

The first item was Empanadas with Onion and Cheese which came with a tomato salsa and omg this is a celebration for your taste buds, the next item 4 different types of pastas with 4 different sauces, all absolutely amazing and delicious. From portion to taste it’s perfect, absolutely perfect. Coming from India this place is a flavour heaven in all of Argentina so far :D

Wonderful homemade Italian food! I had the pasta puttanesca which was excellent! The portion was huge so you will not go hungry and will probably have lunch for the next day. I finished with the tiramisu which was a little heavy on the cream for my taste but the flavor was delicious. The service was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Delicious Argentine food in a comfortable environment with excellent service is what you can expect at the Taroba Hotel Foz's recommended restaurant. The hotel also recommends the Taroba Hotel Foz's Combo Iguassu Facebook group where travellers and tourists exchange travel tips, experiences in the triple border area, tours in Foz do Iguacu and surrounding area restaurants.
We had lunch and all I can say is: wow. Delicious food and very affordable with great service

Good restaurant with delicious food and great service. I ordered the T-bone with aligot potate and corn crumble. It was exactly as ordered and the quality of the meat was very good. The side dish went perfectly with it. It was less than 30 ARG$ for the food and drink, so also really reasonably priced. There were still a lot of unoccupied seats, so a reservation is not necessary.

We had a very nice evening at A Piacere which is located in a connecting street, between the most visited areas in the town, where you are safe and free of 'recruiters' from different restaurents in the most visisted areas. Came to the restaurent at 20.00 without reservation and had a cosy table next to the 'watery art wall' separating our area from the main section of the reataurant. The a la carte menu had several delicious options in different price categories. We chose different cources and the where all served simultaneously with great taste and gastronomic details to the course. Highly recommendable with few difficulties due to not speaking spanish/english. The restaurant also celebrated one guests who had birthday and brought along with singing a birthdaydessert to share with the guests two companions. Nice!

Chicken from the freezer, potatoes from the box, and a 9,000 peso corona that I got tricked into buying. I know tourist towns don’t have great food but this was just sad.
Nico S — Google review
Place is nice and cozy, unfortunately they serve a "Speciality of chef" a 12 hours cooked piece of nice quality beef , what is totally dry an unbeatable. Such a shame. And even I did not eat more than 5% of dish, they charge a full price, even when I told them ia totally unstable. Plus for good starter and nice choice of vine. Do not recommend
Gilli A — Google review
Definitely not a bad choice with a lot of options on the menu. The sorrentinos meat was super tasty and overall delicious, maybe the sauce wasn’t the best choice but that’s on me! The panqueque was definitely disappointing, the burned sugar on top I believe makes it way too sweet and gets over the taste of the rest of the dish.

We had steak here two nights ago and we had a good meal. The steaks were reasonably priced and tasted very good. They were cooked as we wanted and the meat is of good quality. The sides are good, we have the grilled vegetables and the selection of potatoes which carrots. For the price the portion size of the vegetables is small. The potatoes selection was good but there was too much honey glaze, they are sat in a lot of liquid at the bottom making them quite soft. The wine was delicious with a good wine list. The chimichurri was not nice, we have been in the country for almost 6 weeks and found it to be far too overpowering here. The chocolate pudding was delicious. The staff are very friendly and really enhanced the meal experience. We would come back again.

They were happy to provide a table for one person when a neighbour was not. Also have a nice stout, while neighbours have only light and amber beers. The 12h cooked baby beef with mushroom sauce was fantastic. Melted in the mouth with a nice flavour. Eggplant with parmesan additional side was also nice as the "Petite Gateau de chocolate" vulcano with ice cream. Service attentive, there when you need them and food came quickly. Atmosphere was quiet but I was on Tuesday.

Excellent ice cream. Lots of different flavors to choose from. I was thrilled with the duce de leche. Different sizes of ice cream. Very friendly saleswomen.

I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but this ice cream made me question my entire personality. I came in a responsible adult and left a five-year-old with sticky hands and sprinkles in my hair. One bite of the salted caramel and I almost proposed to the cashier.

My partner is gluten intolerant, she had the fig with cognac. The staff recommended their caramel ice-cream. She went back for seconds. I ordered the chocolate and banana-split ice cream which was suggested to me by the staff. The banana-split was the best dairy free ice cream I've had in my life.

Good ice cream, there is one choice without added sugar with fruits, and the dark chocolate is good.

Great ice cream but staff was very rude and seemed very uninterested in serving us although we were the only people in there. When I had changed my mind about which ice cream I'd wanted, one of the girls made a face to the other two, like I had done something embarrassing. I don't know what the exact reason for them being so bothered by us was but I have seen dozens of reviews stating similar experiences which is unfortunate due to the excellent ice cream here :(

One of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to. The ice cream shops in Argentina just keep getting better and better. We ordered dark chocolate, dulce de leche, and passion fruit. All flavors were spectacular and incredibly creamy. The dark chocolate was everything you would want in a dark chocolate. It was super dark and nicely bitter. The dulce de leche was caramely and had that wonderful nutty flavor. The passion fruit was bright, sour, and refreshing with the other two mainly sweet flavors. Also, this particular location had plenty of seating, free WiFi, and bathrooms.

Te Amare Maitena is a charming and romantic restaurant nestled in the heart of Puerto Iguazu, making it an ideal spot for couples seeking a cozy dining experience. With its inviting outdoor space and beautifully decorated interiors, this venue offers a delightful atmosphere. The menu features mouthwatering Argentine specialties like the renowned Bife de Chorizo, complemented by an extensive selection of wines and delectable desserts.
The flavors in the beef were amazing. Great service, really kind. We only struggled with the flies since we stayed outside.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. In the evening, in December, outdoor seating is pleasant (maybe except for the music and the mosquitos. I got eight mosquito bites all on the same elbow!!). Accepts credit cards, and have at least one vegan option, the burger, that I went for. It was OK, could have had some more flavors. The patty itself reminds me of Swedish Raggmunk, or a hash brown at McDonald's (not in a bad way). Still I had it several times during my stay in Puerto Iguazú. It grew on me (second and third time it also had more ingredients, like cherry tomatoes). Service is fast initially, but getting the second beer or to pay is unreasonable slow, especially with a handful of customers.

Noelia treated us super well! The food is amazing and well worth the price. There was a live show that was very nice and well worth the listen to. 10/10!

Service was lacking (for example, basic clean up of the table both in the beginning and throughout) I had to ask 2x for a drink. While staff wandered or stood around. That said, it's a nice spot and the BARTENDER gets 5 STARS for making excellent and fàntastic cocktails! With care and finesse. See below. He knows what he is doing ... you can actually SMELL the zest. I didn't order dinner here as I had already eaten somewhere else. But I did order some French fries as a snack and they were very good. Crisp and tasty. If it wasn't for the excellent cocktails this establishment would only get a 3 or 3.5.

A lively atmosphere with good background music. The menu has a variety of drinks and dishes to select from. I liked the Brazilian steak but wish it could have been a little more tender. The waiters and waitresses were engaging, and with every table full, the service was really quick.

Had my first argentinian steak in my life at this restaurant and it definitely didn't disappoint, it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The service was very friendly, the air-conditioning was good and the cocktails were well made. Definitely a restaurant I recommend visiting if you come to Puerto Iguazu

Just had the Picanha Steak for 2. It was tender, moist and delicious! It came with french fries that were cooked to perfection. They serve bread with garlic butter to start the meal. Our server Sebastian was outstanding! He was pleasant and recommended the meal to us. We were so happy to find an air conditioned restaurant. It is in the center of town.

Great place for authentic Argentine steak! I tried both the bife de chorizo and the lomo a la parrilla. Both were delicious, but the lomo was absolutely outstanding – so tender and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a true parrilla experience in Buenos Aires.

Food was bad. RibEye was dry for a kiddo (it was ordered rare). Passion fruit risotto tasted like desert. The service was super poor. It took them 1 hr to get the order to the table. A friend of mine ordered Coca Cola. The first was a 500ml bottle, the next, 375 and charged the same! We ordered a Lou salad yesterday and it was delivered without salmon. And not even an explanation, left to see if we wouldn’t realize it. Seriously disappointed.

The service was very good, and attentive. All waiters spoke English and the menu was also in English and Spanish. The food, on the other hand, wasn't on par with the service. The main courses were good, but desserts were disappointing. Grilled fruits wasn't a well thought out dessert. Warm bananas, grapes, plums and papaya and melons didn't taste that great, and there were no grill marks on any of them. Grilled pineapples would have looked and tasted better. But in general this was a good restaurant to visit for dinner.

Located in Puerto Iguazú, Jungle Restaurante offers a mix of local and international cuisine with the option to dine al fresco. The restaurant is known for its regional dishes made with ingredients from the Parana and Iguazu Rivers. Guests can enjoy Latin American flavors such as Tostadas and spicy chili, along with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar. Additionally, there's an extensive selection of coffee and tea specialties available.
Superb. Excellent service, prompt and helpful. Tenderloin steak and salmon with vegetables were outstanding. With two garlic prawn starters and a good Malbec the bill was USD 75. We are staying at the hotel so it was a convenient choice, but it makes an excellent standalone restaurant.
David T — Google review
Over the years, I’ve visited Jungle numerous times, and it has always been my favorite restaurant in the city. However, after moving farther away, I went over a year without returning. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit of a letdown. The bread service arrived after the appetizers and only after we asked about it. The biggest disappointment of the evening was the fries. You know that feeling when you show up late to lunch at your grandma’s house, and the fries were made an hour ago? That’s exactly how the fries served with the steak felt. As for the steak itself, it’s still excellent, but it seemed (just my impression) a bit smaller than it used to be. Another side dish we attempted to order was mashed potatoes, but after we placed the order, we were informed it wasn’t available. To wrap things up, we had the tableside tiramisu for dessert. While it was tasty, the dessert was swimming in coffee, which overwhelmed the flavors. As for the price, like most restaurants in the area, it’s noticeably higher than in the past. Two appetizers, three main courses, dessert, and one of the more affordable wines on the menu totaled over 100USD.

We ate here twice during our stay - the Caesar salad was large, fresh and tasty but other dishes we had (steak, seafood rice) were very bad. The meat did not taste fresh, the food was barely edible. The service was also very slow.
Dani D — Google review
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The service is inexperienced and the manager doesn’t seem to care much. The food was okay but not worth AT ALL what they are charging. Honestly, this was an disappointment because I LOVED the hotel and about that I have nothing to complain
Victor F — Google review
Sadly just an average experience. The food was ok. The pasta was a little too greasy for my tasting and the salmon was overcooked. The wine the waitress recommended was great. However we were seated in the corner and had the feeling they forgot us multiple times and the food took quite a long time. The menu was weirdly structured and took some of us quite some time to understand. In summary I cannot recommend as we had much better experiences in other local restaurants.
Henrik K — Google review
Really good Chorizo Steak and amazing Dulce de Leite Crepe for dessert! Kids’ options were also very good. Would’ve liked to have more than one option for side dish. Salad was quite enough and I didn’t want just fries or mash.

Unexpected jewel of fine dining in Puerto Iguasu. Very good cocktails and wine selection, great service and ambience. Although it is part of the hotel and away from the tourist restaurants it is worth a visit if you want to celebrate a special event during your stay at Iguasu.

Such a unique place to have dinner, the street wasn’t that good, it was at the end of the road, but all the wait at the border was worth it. The food was delicious and the price it isn’t so different from São Paulo. I would love to come back there and taste another dish. I spent R$ 360 with a wine and service tip

Cafe
Bakery and Confectionery El Árbol Real is a 24/7 establishment located conveniently in front of the bus terminal of Puerto Iguazu. It offers an array of bread, confectionery products, candies, sandwiches, and beverages such as coffee and juice. During lunchtime, they provide a pay-what-you-weigh buffet with diverse options. The ambiance is enhanced by background music and entertainment for children.
We had breakfast at this corner bakery on two mornings. I recommend trying the scrambled eggs menu with juice and toast — the portion is generous, and it will keep you full until midday. They also offer a wide variety of pastries and baked goods to satisfy your cravings. On top of that, I accidentally left my cap here during breakfast, and when I returned in the afternoon, hoping to find it, they had kept it safe for me — a big thank you to them for that! This place is definitely worth a visit, but be aware of how the system works: first, you place your order with a lady at the counter, then you go to the cashier to pay, and finally, you hand the receipt to another station. Once your food is ready, they’ll bring it to your table on a tray.
MarosH H — Google review
We enjoyed buffet meals four times during our stay in Pueto Iguazu. The appeal wasn't solely due to excellent food, but rather the wide variety of choices available. The lunch buffets were fresher and better than the dinner buffets, which often consisted of leftover lunch items. The buffets were priced according to weight, encouraging diners to only take what they could finish. This system effectively minimized food waste. The average cost for our meal was about $8.00 USD/person.
Shu Y — Google review
Happened to be at the nearby bus station when we noticed this bakery/restaurant. They have a variety of pastries, so we decided to try their breakfast. We were taking the bus to Iguazú falls for three days, so it was really convenient to stop here for breakfast. The food was ok and the coffee was average. The service was friendly and quick, but the food took a while on our 2nd day. By the time we received our food, the coffee was already lukewarm. We noticed they also served lunch/dinner buffet (by the kilos), but we didn't try it. We only tried their baked goods, which were just ok. They do have plenty of seatings upstairs and downstairs, making it a convenient place to have a cup of coffee while waiting for the transportation.

Very relaxed restaurant and the food is unexpectedly GOOD. Really great cooks. The only thing is that to make an order, you have to take a ticket and wait, then you go and pay, then you make the order. Then you have to wait for them to prepare it for you. If there is a lot of people you have to wait a lot of time before eating because of this.

What a joke of a place. After we placed our order and paid, all we could hear was other patrons complaining about how long it was taking to bring their order 1 meter from behind the display, to the table, and the coffees that they’d ordered ten minutes ago were not even being made yet. We waited a long time too and when our food finally came, we were shocked! It was cold! The eggs were like something you’d see in prison. The toast was cold. One slither of the top core of a tomato was placed on one piece of old lettuce. No condiments given. When I asked for butter and ketchup, I was told there was no butter! In a bakery/cafe!? And we were given those disgustingly cheap little ketchup packs. The lemon meringue was delicious but not fresh, it was the only thing we ate some of. I ordered two empanadas and was only brought one, COLD, clearly cooked at least a day ago, meat empanada. The coffee tasted like strong herbal medicine: undrinkable. The orange juice was the only fresh thing here. There were several staff standing around chatting while 3 other staff were doing their best to serve everyone, although I would say their best is unsatisfactory and I guess they were pacing themselves for the whole day because everything seemed in slow motion despite the obvious effort they were putting in. We left still hungry and thirsty despite paying for a nice breakfast.

Italian restaurant
La Mafia Trattoria is a delightful Italian restaurant located in Foz do Iguaçu, established by the Balena and Vogel family in 2013. This charming eatery embodies a rich family tradition, offering an array of hearty dishes that showcase both Italian and Argentinian flavors. The menu features an impressive selection of sauces and pasta, ensuring every bite is bursting with creativity.
Such a fun place and delicious food and wine. From the decor to the most excellent service, provided by Patrick, we were well taken care of and fed! Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!
Alison O — Google review
Food was exceptional. Great dishes with wonderful sauces. Service was really friendly but it took a while till the food came. Air conditioning blowing fully in our faces and necks and the refused to change it when asked.
Patrick H — Google review
Well located in the city centre of Foz. The place seemed really popular with tourist and locals and it had a nice vibe. The food is fine but nothing out of the ordinary; we ordered two dishes from the chef suggestions which were okay. In general, we felt there were just too many dishes on the menu (which results in “so so” dishes, as always).
Fauve S — Google review
I cannot fault the meal we had at La Mafia Trattoria, it was exceptional! The food was amazing and the service could not have been better. The staff were helpful and the menu was huge! The pasta was particularly good, as you could choose your pasta and sauce. Phenomenal, well priced and well worth a visit.

Great place to have dinner after the falls - delicious sauces and handmade gnocchi and pasta. Burrata in focaccia was a bit disappointing as the cheese melted and lost all of the burrata characteristics basically becoming mozzarella but the pasta covered it. On Saturday evening we waited a little for the table and the line was forming after us. I would recommend to come between 7 and 8

Incredible authentic Italian food! The pasta is homemade and cooked al dente, which is how you know this place is good. Lots of seating and a large selection of wine.

Perfectly cooked al dente pasta. Alfredo was light and seasoned well so as not to be overpowering. Dessert was simple and a beautiful compliment to the main course

Barbecue restaurant
Buffet restaurant
Experience a vibrant night out at Rafain Churrascaria Show in Foz do Iguacu, where you can immerse yourself in Latin American culture and folklore. This popular tourist attraction offers a Dinner with Latin American Show featuring performances from eight countries, including Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
The Rafain Show in Foz do Iguaçu is a lively and entertaining cultural experience. Combining a buffet-style dinner with a colorful musical performance, the show highlights the rich diversity of Latin American culture. The performers showcase traditional music and dance from countries like Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and others, making it a vibrant celebration of the region’s heritage. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including Brazilian barbecue and international options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. While the food is decent, the real highlight is the energy and skill of the performers. The costumes, live music, and dance routines create a festive and immersive atmosphere. Though it can feel a bit touristy, the Rafain Show is a fun way to spend an evening, especially for those looking to experience the cultural richness of South America in one place. It’s a perfect complement to a trip to Iguaçu Falls.
Jenny N — Google review
The restaurant offers a wide buffet with plenty of food options and good steaks. However, the dancing show was too long and ended up feeling boring. The cultural performance didn’t make much sense—it felt out of place, especially since you’re already in Brazil and can experience authentic culture elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend the dinner-and-show package. It’s only worth visiting for the food.
Providential M — Google review
Unfortunately, the dinner was not very good – the combination of shrimp with charcuterie felt strange and didn’t work well. The show itself was nothing special, quite repetitive and at times even boring. You could clearly see that many guests were not engaged and looked rather uninterested. It would have been nice if the performers had interacted more with the audience, for example by encouraging people to dance. The samba part, which many were looking forward to, came only at the very end, was very short, and honestly not well executed. The service itself was good and the staff were friendly, but the tables, chairs, and overall setting were uncomfortable and not very pleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience that has a lot of potential but needs much improvement.
Naila C — Google review
Nice touristic place with a great variety of food and drinks. During nightime there‘s a show with Central American dances.
Ralph S — Google review
Rafain Churrascaria Show was amazing! The live performance featured traditional dances and songs from many South American countries. The buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of grilled meats, salads, and much more. A great experience overall!
Suciu I — Google review
We visited Rafain with a large group, and it was a fantastic experience. Depending on where you sit, the cost was around US $34, including transportation. Dinner is served buffet-style — including the meats — and there were plenty of options. The barbecue was excellent, carved and cooked right in front of us, and you can go back as many times as you want. In addition to the meats, there’s a huge selection of sides, appetizers, and even sushi. Drinks are not included, but prices are reasonable — for example, a 500 mL bottle of water was about US $2. The show was the highlight. It featured traditional dances and music from many South American countries. I added some video highlights, but there were many more performances I didn’t capture. The costumes, colors, and energy were amazing, and the show was very entertaining from start to finish. Everything wraps up at 10 PM sharp. For the price, this is absolutely a must-go during your visit to Foz do Iguaçu. Great food, great entertainment, and a memorable cultural experience.
Alper Y — Google review
Went to the Rafain Churrascaria Show and was pleasantly surprised! The show is a terrific tribute to the latin american music and dance. The host and performers were great! The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was buffet style with plenty of options. The presentation was appealing and everything was delicious! The cocktails (extra charge) were well made and I enjoyed them! I had opted for the transportation to my hotel as well and the driver made sure I knew where to find her after the show, she waited for the group diligently and I reached my hotel safely. The entire experience was wonderful and I recommend that if you travel to the Foz do Iguaçu, this is an absolutely amazing way to spend the evening.

Came here as a stop from Argentina to eat, meats here are good, tastes wonderful, it’s a good Buffett if you’re not picky with food. Service is good and fast and the Buffett is always full, they don’t serve coke/pepsi here incase you are looking that.

The Feirinha Puerto Iguazú is a must-visit spot in Argentina, drawing both tourists and locals. This simple market offers a range of typical Argentine products like alfajores, sweets, and cheese. It's a lively place where you can enjoy a casual dining experience with friends or family, savoring empanadas and snacks while having some beer.
Delicious empanadas, great variety of olives, cheese, salame. Loved the cold Plata to share.
Maiane C — Google review
This is a crowded outdoor dining area and market. It's filled with people packed in plastic tables and chairs. You can pay in AGS, BRL, or USD. As others have stated, the restaurants and stores more or less sell the same items; grilled meats, cheese, olives, and alfajores. I had dinner here and enjoyed the flavorful Brazilian grilled meat and empanada. I do not recommend the red wine that was served COLD. The prices for food were steep, however. If you don't end up eating here, I'd still visit for the cultural experience.
Kimberly D — Google review
It's a cool market to walk around, small, but with some nice products like olives, olive oil, wine, dulce de leche, etc.
JH S — Google review
The area is full of good locally-run restaurants. I just want to the busiest one because they all seemed pretty similar. Decent food, and great to soak up the local vibe.
Nicholas T — Google review
Small local market/food court, great for a meal after having done the tour of the Argentinan side of the falls but also good for drinks and starters at night. Most places DO NOT accept card but you can pay with both pesos or reais. Wines are really cheap (we bought 2 Malbec concha y toro for 25 reais), alfajors and chimi churri are also abundant and in a good price.
Caio P — Google review
The place was nice. The staff somewhat bored and impolite. The empanadas were great. The ham and cheese plater was very poor in quality.

A waste of time. Nothing really original or charming about it, just a bunch of ugly looking shops selling large bottles of olive oil and industrialized “dulce de leche“or alfajores. I had empanadas in one of the places further in (not in the main street) and ended up getting tricked on paying more than originally informed.

Had to dine in TWICE of my two night stay in Iguazu. This place is so damn good. Their drinks are delicious, their pastas al dente, and the meat cooked to perfection. Avoid the tourist traps a couple blocks from here. Do yourself a favor and dine in La Toscana instead. 10/10

Just GO!! Unbelievable dining experience from beginning to end. The spaghetti was incredible…some of the best pasta I’ve ever had! Everyone enjoyed their meal! my husband said best meal he had in Argentina!
Sara H — Google review
We visited this restaurant after crossing over from the Brazilian side, and even though the border was quite crowded—it took us about an hour and a half to clear immigration—the meal was absolutely worth the delay. Once we crossed, it was only a quick 10–15 minute drive to the restaurant. This is an Italian-style restaurant where everything is made fresh. I ordered fresh pasta with a rich funghi sauce, along with a filet mignon. As expected from Argentina, the steak was outstanding—perfectly cooked rare, exactly as I requested, and served as two generous pieces. My wife ordered a ribeye, which was also beautifully prepared and flavorful. Our group shared several desserts, and every one of them was excellent. My favorites were the flan and the profiterole—both delicious and a perfect way to end the meal.
Alper Y — Google review
Had a excellent Italian meal with great service tonight. I would highly recommend having dinner at Ristorante La Toscana.
Phil J — Google review
The restaurant was recommended to us. We liked the atmosphere and the place smelled good. We ordered drinks and my boyfriend got his right away but we ended up asking again for mine. We asked for more bread and never received it. The hostess was not friendly and when we were paying she was rude.
Daniel C — Google review
Best restaurant we ate in Iguazú. The pasta was super good and also the meat and the surubí. We asked for the mixed dishes so we could try it all. As per desserts, the tiramisu was amazing. Lava cake was OK, but it needed more heat and the ice cream was not homemade, it tasted a bit cheap and it lowered the quality of the dish.
Denise S — Google review
Probably one of the best dining experiences you can have in Iguazú. Good quality pastas and bread, we had a tasty salad and beef carpaccio, the pasta Ragu and the pasta in the cheese wheel. Too full for dessert. The Pinot noir was quite good at 6900 Argentina pesos. Good service, attentive and professional. This is a find for the kind of honky tonk town that surrounds.
ESB N — Google review
We had Raclette cheese as an appetizer, which was good. As a main course, we had pasta frutti di mare (sea food not fresh at all, although homemade pasta) with traditional italian gnocchi - average. Crème brûlée burnt to hell and therefore bitter, Tiramisu was nice. All in all, restaurant with a really nice atmosphere, professional staff and decent wine selection, but mediocre food.

The menu focuses on meats, offering dishes like empanadas, cold cuts platters, and aged meats. It provides a sophisticated dining option or a place to enjoy sunset snacks and drinks. The cozy and charming decoration reflects the Spanish and Argentine culinary roots.
Had a superb lunch here after visiting the waterfalls on the Argentinian side of the Iguazu river. Our driver recommended this restaurant and we were delighted with it. Excellent steak, great service, superb wine and altogether a lovely restaurant. Additionally they have a really lovely wine shop for take-aways 🍷
Johnny B — Google review
In overall a decent restaurant which doesn’t disappoint in terms of Argentinian meat. As it is located in the city center more likely aiming tourists, the prices are a bit high. Service is okay for Argentina as weren’t expecting much anyways of these touristic places. Be careful you have to add vegetables and fries on the side because the meat does not come with it.
Maggie L — Google review
Went to this restaurant both nights we stayed in Iguazú. We loved the saxophonist! The food is unbelievably good, particularly the steaks. Portion sizes are large but we still managed to order the yummy pancakes and brownie for pudding. The service from waiters both nights we were there was fantastic, both helped translate the menu to English. Thank you Nelson and Facundo. Highly recommend!

Really delicious food, friendly waiter and lovely atmosphere. We got there at 7:30pm (when the kitchen opened) on a Sunday and got seated pretty quickly without a reservation. Highly recommended!

***WARNING*** AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If you like dining with hundreds of black flies sitting on your food! After you have waited one hour for your food! This place is for you! Over prized Americanized Argentina steak house. Terrible table service! I asked for lime, salt & pepper and never got it! I had card issues when I went to pay and the serviced stayed waiting for me like I was going to run. When I was clearly wasn’t going anywhere. The fried mandioca was the best thing I ordered. I ate the meat because I hate being wasteful. I am argentin and Brazilian. I love my meat And I would NEVER come here ever again!
Sergio N — Google review
I am a disappointed with the food. It’s too touristic place where all taxi drivers takes you saying “it’s the best place and the cheapest one😂”. I’ve ordered medium well steak what means I don’t like to see blood in my plate. After all I’ve got super dry and burned picanha. 3 stars rating for them only because another portion was okay. Otherwise I would rate it as 2… Add to all of this flying bugs which landing non stop on your food. Nice 😁 It’s also expensive for local standards and the quality in general. We paid around 60 euros for 2 stakes with sides and two beers. Avoid it, there are so many nice places in Argentina to eat.

The bife de chorizo was impossible to eat ( very bad quality meat, also bad cooked). Long waiting time. We wanted to try this restaurant because of the good reviews but we were sadly very disappointed.
Va N — Google review
It's a cute place in a cute hotel with a small pool, and the waitress spoke excellent English. High marks for the restaurant's intent to give guests a great time - sadly execution was rather hit and miss. The taste was ok but dishes were not quite what you would expect. The Waldorf salad was a gigantic quantity of cream interspersed with tiny bits of celery, with one half walnut and three thin slices of green apple on top for decoration. The risotto was cooked rice with canned mushrooms, well seasoned but not at all creamy. The Milanese chicken was gigantic and rather good! the condiments for the accompanying green salad consisted of multiple bottles that seemed rather old (the chili sauce had a lot of dried residue on its top, the balsâmico was almost empty, and the alcohol vinegar (no flavour) would be more useful for decalcifying than enhancing a salad. We were surprised that the restaurant had managed to run out of espresso but the mocha we were offered instead tasted great. Also the house wine tasted rather nice. We were really glad when the waiter warned us that the pasta we had ordered would take 20 minutes and changed the order because we were in a rush. Strangely, however, it then still took 40 minutes to get our food even though we were the only guests. Net net we left the place with a full stomach and as the experience was rather cute, we didn't have a bad time. At the same time, next time we definitely would try to find a better place to eat, and if we had eaten the Waldorf salad, we probably would have a stomach ache because of the sheer amount of cream in it.

Worst feeling in whole Argentina. We ordered food and asked for two glasses of the house wine. At the end they gave us the bill with a really high price for the two glasses. It was more than the price of a hole bottle in the menu. (1500 peso for two glasses/ a whole bouttle costs 950 peso…)

I wanted to try Milanesas which reminded me much of the Tenderloin. I had the Napolitano one that was ok, wife had traditional. I cant really compare these since it was my first time trying it but the veal inside was more like beef jerky to me. The rice they brought out was cold and under cooked, how do you mess up rice?
Franco B — Google review
The food was ok, the service a bit worse. The best part was the music; the gentleman with the accordion really enjoyed his performance. The special offers are not special or good at all, but you'll figure that out later (there are better options in town). But as with all bad moments in life, laugh it off and move on with a smile on your face.
Kristina K — Google review
The atmosphere of this place is wonderful. It has great decor, a very well designed menu, and good music. I had pretty high hopes for this place. And in some ways it really scored. My husband ordered a burger (just needed a bit of salt) and a beer and both he said were excellent! Unfortunately what I ordered was not of the same standard. I got a pizza which was mediocre and very cheesy and greasy. On the menu was a picture of a pizza that looked delicious. But when I asked about ordering that specific pizza I was told it didn’t exist and that it was just a picture. The pizza I got was not of the same quality of the one in the picture by any means. I tried to redeem the meal with a brownie listed on the menu, which said was accompanied by ice cream! I was hopeful. But it came out as a brownie and ice cream coated in a blueberry/blackberry sauce. I’m not a fan of fruit on my desserts. And I know some people are. But I was upset that it didn’t give a full description of what I was getting on the menu so I could order something else. Other than this, waiters were friendly and Thomi, specifically, did a great job! The mint and ginger lemonade (not on the menu) which I ordered was also incredible. I would go back but would definitely order a burger next time!
Betsy R — Google review

This restaurant has such a cute, cozy ambiance, perfect for a friendly night out. The staff were welcoming and made everyone feel at home. Everything we tried was delicious. My only wish was that the black truffle had been freshly shaved at the table instead of mixed into the sauce, as the flavor was harder to notice. I’d also suggest offering tea alongside the espresso at the end of the meal, since many people prefer tea after dining. Overall, we all enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back.

Cutlery store
Excelso Coffee Co. offers a fantastic iced latte served in a cup suitable for hot drinks, which enhances the taste of their smooth and flavorful coffee. The espresso provides an initial pleasant bitterness that is balanced out by the milk. As the ice melts, the flavor becomes more mellow, so it's best enjoyed promptly. This charming coffee shop provides both indoor and outdoor seating options, along with food and complimentary WiFi; however, restroom facilities are not available.
Excellent iced latte served in (my personal favorite kind) a cup for hot liquids. For some reason, iced coffee tastes the best out of a hot paper cup. The coffee itself is smooth and flavorful. At first sip, the espresso has a nice bitterness to it which the milk milds down. At a later sip, the flavor kind of mellows out due to the ice melting so I would recommend enjoying “soonish”. This cute coffee shop also has a bit of indoor as well as outdoor seating, food, and free WiFi (I think) but no bathrooms.

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, and great and strong coffee! Great value for the money. Chairs were comfy and not plastic so nice to sit in the hot and humid weather.

We've found the best croissant in town! If you like French croissant which is full of buttery flavor, flaky layers, a hint of salt and sweetness, and not doughy at all, then this is your place. We also tried the quesadilla with egg, ham and cheese, but it was no comparison to the best croissant in town. The cappuccino was also delicious. It has just the right amount of foam with a smooth taste of coffee. There are a few outdoor seatings. Highly recommend.

Casual. Fast. If you are in the heart of Iguazú great place to kill some time before a flight! The breakfast and coffee servings are smaller than average. However the quality doesn’t disappoint. They have some fun drinks like a Nutella and Oreo coffee but we didn’t get a chance to try it Staff were incredibly kind will return if in Iguazú.

The best croissant in town. They used the correct dough. The croissant was light and fluffy. The coffee was also very good compared to other coffee shop in town. Highly recommended the combo at the back of the menu.

Pouring a hot coffee and putting 3 ice cubes in doesn't constitute an ice latte. I don't often leave reviews but this egregiously poor for $6000 (on the menu it looks like it should have been $5000).

👎👎👎👎👎 🙅🙅🏻‍♀️🙅‍♂️ Worst service in Iguazu. Very Rude to English speaking foreigners. As we stepped into the shop, the owner saw we were carrying a brown paper bag. He immediately pointed to the bag and said, “no eating here”. Then I used Google translate regarding the taste and notes of the coffee beans, but he immediate shut me down by saying, “ no no no”. Yes, I should’ve left at this point, but my party wanted to rest a bit. Ok. I ordered 3 x Americano. coffee bean unknown. Served hot. Citrus and acidic notes. Too sour. Not palatable I don’t understand how you open a specialty coffee shop and make your guest feel unwelcome , plus have zero knowledge of your coffee beans. Must avoid this place like the plague. If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 Coffee4Life ☕️☕️☕️

It is known for its casual ambiance and affordable prices. The outdoor seating area provides a charming setting to enjoy your meal or drinks. The menu includes delicious dishes such as their famous four cheese pizza.
I visited mid-week at about 8:30pm before the night life crowd. It's a really great place to have beer at a decent price... The service was excellent! They have a nice selection of options and I got to taste a few before making a final decision. Place is nicely laid out and I can imagine the vibe when the place is packed later in the night. They also have decent food options but I was only there for the beer. Definitely recommend and I plan to go back before leaving Puerto Iguazu.

The bar had a range of 10 to 12 beers when we visited, although the up to date printed list did not match the board. We were offered some free tastings which was good. There is a 2 for 1 happy hour but it does not apply to all the beers - make sure to check before ordering. There is a nice open beer garden at the back and service was polite, especially the guy behind the bar.

Nestled amidst the lush greenery of Puerto Iguazú, Icebar Iguazú offers a unique and exhilarating experience that stands out in this tropical paradise. With temperatures plunging to a frosty -10 degrees Celsius, this enchanting ice bar features stunning sculptures, furniture, and walls crafted entirely from ice by talented international artists. Guests are provided with cozy jackets and gloves upon entry to ensure comfort while they indulge in an array of delicious drinks served for 30 minutes at the open bar.

Nothing is very wrong with this place. It's just not very fun. You pay to go 20 min into and icebar. The drinks are extremely bad.
Frederik H — Google review
WE GOT FOOD POISONING! I am very suspicious of the fact that they don’t let you keep your glass after you go out and they don’t give you more than one glass. If you haven’t experienced the cold or snow it is an okay experience; if you have it is not the greatest. The jackets are very thin as well as gloves, the drinks are very bad and the place is dirty. We had fun overall but it is more a place to get some cute pictures and leave. They mentioned on WhatsApp that there was a discount but it is just for Argentinian residents. Just for your information.
Maria A — Google review
Very good. You are provided a pair of gloves and a coat. The drinks were interesting and served in a glass made of ice. There were ice statues and an ice throne. It was a fun experience, though a bit short and there is a limited amount to see. Still, definitely worth a try.

Dont miss it! It is a short period due to the low temperature, but you will have good cocktails and see beautiful sculptures. Even your glass will be made of ice!

I didn't know there is an Ice Bar in Puerto Iguazu. But I'm glad I found it. Was my very first experience of such place. I didn't like the fact that we could be there only for 30 minutes, BUT I liked that in this time we could have as much drinks as we could for no extra cost. In general could be cool to have there a bit more people and have a bit different kind of music but it's just my preference. I had fun there anyways. If I recommend it? Not sure, probably just for a little experience

(Translated by Google) Peso buffet restaurant located in the food court of the Iguazú Falls site. The food is really decent, to rescue the pork, its yellow rice and the capelletis, what I don't recommend is the Milanese that looks very dry, and the FRENCH FRIES are terrible. They are unappetizing and tasteless. Try everything except those last two. Additionally, the cost per 100 grams of food is 2,000 Argentine pesos. You can pay with cash or credit card at no additional cost. (Original) Restaurante de buffet al peso que se encuentra en el patio de comidas del recinto de las cataratas de Iguazú. Nestled on a charming street near Jorge Schimmelpfeng, Bendito - Bar e Restaurante is a delightful haven for lovers of Brazilian cuisine. This inviting spot boasts a warm atmosphere with its vaulted ceilings and dedicated play area for kids, making it perfect for families. The menu is a treasure trove of flavors, featuring an array of mouthwatering snacks like cassava dumplings filled with tender ribs and various escondidinhos that showcase the richness of Brazilian gastronomy.
We dined at Bendito Restaurant for two nights and it was an unforgettable experience. The server, Douglas, was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The menu offered a fantastic variety of Brazilian dishes, and every meal was delicious. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. If you're in Foz de Iguaçu, Bendito is a must-visit!

It’s my second time here. Caipirinha tropical is goooood. It looks a bit weird but it had a lot of fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries and kiwi) in the drink. Definitely will order it again. The shrimp pasta is ok. The taste is good, but the shrimp is very small and doesn’t look fresh. The steak is good and cooked right. It’s slightly on the salty side though. It came with some vegetables, a bowl of rice with garlic flavor and fries. I like the rice the best. The vegetables and fries are ok. Service is good in general, but they rushed to clean the table a bit even we are not fully done with the food yet.

Compared to other places in Iguaçu, I would say that the meat is still very tender and the service is good but lacks in terms of vegetables and the portions were too big. There wasn’t a lot of choices on the menu on that day, we still enjoyed our meal but wasn’t the best.

I went to thos restaurant for an early dinner as I had an important meeting at 8pm. We got the and Douglas was very friendly and accommodating. Thw food was pretty good . Things unraveled when we ordered a dessert. It took over 20 minutes and it did not arrive , Douglas came and checked on our table and seemed surprised that we had not gotten the dessert. He left to check on it and by this time it was getting close to our appointment time. We waved over another waiter and told her we wanted the bill because we had to leave. She said she was going to get it A different waitress came over and said she was going to look for our dessert. We said we did not want it we wanted to pay tje bill because we had to go. We walked over to the cashier to pay and the lady said oh wait they went to pack up the dessert. We again told them we don't have time to wait. Again we asked to pay. The other waitress came back and before handing over the package asked if we paid for it!! Can you imagine such rude service. The dessert was ice cream, I had to pay for a dessert to go that I could bot eat because it melted. No apologies just rudeness. Such a shame it wasn't over the cost because our bill was over 300rs it was just very disrespectful of our time . Again no apologies just the words that this never happens...except it did.

Excellent food and service. I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese but still got a great experience. The croquettes (bolinhos) were fantastically fresh and hot. My first time trying a escondido; a dish akin to the humble shepherd's pie but 10 times better. Loaded with rib meat, cassava and topped with a layer of cheese. I've never had a pie like this before!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and assisting with menu choices with politeness. My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The wait time was excessive, as we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our food. We ordered a chicken breast and grilled pacú, but both dishes were bland and lacked seasoning, which was very unsatisfactory. Additionally, the rice we ordered had a strange and unpleasant taste. The presentation of the dishes was also poor, which contributed to the negative experience. I would not recommend this place and do not plan to return. Perhaps it is better to opt for the grilled specialties like meat and pizza, as the other dishes seem to lack quality. The cost per plate was around 20k ARS, which was not justified by the quality received. The lemonade was overly sweet, and the service was also below par. Overall, an experience I would not recommend.

• 🍽️ FOOD: • Dishes ordered: We ordered sorrentinos with bolognese sauce, asado de tira (short ribs), and an ojo de bife (ribeye steak). • Quality: The quality of the food was great. • Quantity: The portions were generous and we were very satisfied. • 💁 SERVICE: • Attention: The waiters were very attentive, but the food took a long time to arrive, even though there were only four tables occupied. • 🛎️ EXTRAS: • WiFi: There is Wi-Fi available. • 💡 FINAL VERDICT • ✔ Strong points: The high quality of the food and the attentive service. • ❌ What to improve: The speed of the kitchen needs to be addressed.
MARTIN T — Google review
The Pacu fish was extremely greasy, but maybe for someone it may be good, not for me. In the neighboring restaurant the fish costs only 3-4,000 pesos more (not 22,000, but 25-66,000), but the quality of the dish and the taste are just heaven and earth. if you have a choice and you like fish, you shouldn't choose this place. My friends had the Caesar salad and beef and we all felt heavy after eating. The Patagonia beer was strange and I think it’s one the worst beers I’ve ever drink 🥲 We didn't drink it. I don’t know, maybe something happened with taps. The atmosphere and music was good, the garlic sauce was delicious. But overall the experience was disappointing. The waiter didn't bring us change, even though we waited a long time, so we ended up leaving. I hope you will improve on this in the future.

Service is fast and snappy, meat is ok, fries are barely cooked (but that seems regular here in Argentina?). Big restaurant, which makes it less cozy. Lots of families.

This is one of the truly special restaurant experiences I’ve had. The food all around was incredible, the steak tender, the potatoes perfectly cooked, the dulce de leche mousse smooth and filled with flavor. But what really sets this place apart is how much love goes into the service. The owner is from Italy and has lived in Iguazu for 10 years, and he absolutely loves what he does. I’ve never sat through a 10 minute description of the menu before, but I wish all waiters cared about each dish as much as he does. Cannot recommend this place enough.

OMG definitely the best barbecue in town! We spent 4 days in Foz do Iguaçu and tried different barbecue places but nothing to compare to this one - First of all, the place you are in Brazil but they managed to create a real Texan atmosphere, and they have a huge secured car park - The food, high quality of meat with massive side portion for a really fair price! We ordered the Experiência Black Bill, which came with beef and pork ribs, a big piece of brisket with a side of brisket burnt ends, smoked chicken, sausage, mac and cheese, cole slaw, pickles, smoked beans, and two kinds of bread, including one that tasted like corn bread with banana pieces baked in. They say that everything is bigger in Texas, and these guys are certainly bringing that ethos to Brazil. This thing was huge. The meat was excellent, although the dry rubbed ones were a bit salty. Not crazy salty, but it did add up as we tore through the mountain of meat. The server, Silvio, was affable and professional. He didn't speak much English, but he was quite patient and answered all of our questions with the help of a translation app. He made us feel welcome and well cared for. All in all, a very positive dining experience.

Definitely recommend this place. It has a lot outdoor seating. The menu is pretty big. We ended up ordering the bbq platter for 2 and nachos. The platter could have served 4. It was huge. Good food. The waitress didn't understand that we want a grilled fish but she brought the same fish but with some other things. It was good. the Lomo was exactly as you wanted, rare and easy to eat. The prices are average: 200 for a grilled lomo, 70 for a beer and 320 for the fish prepared locally

The cheapest and best steak we’ve had in our three weeks in Argentina. New York medium rare just as ordered. We had the platter for two and the portions were just right. ParkFoz Steakhouse, located in the heart of Foz do Iguacu, offers a variety of high-quality meats including dry-aged and premium cuts such as wagyu, black angus, angus, and duroc pork. The restaurant carefully selects complementary ingredients to enhance the gastronomic experience. In addition to its exceptional food offerings, ParkFoz also provides a selection of craft beers and fine wines to accompany the meals.
It is one of the best steakhouses in the city with the Halal Food option for Muslims. The Wagyu steaks options are good besides the prices are really high. 750 and 650 Brazilian Rial for each. We ordered the steaks be cookef medium-well, but I think it became as medium or even medium-rare. Although if you want, they will put it in the oven again to upgrade the generation😁. Having TV's around the restaurant is good for football fans to follow the games while enjoying their foods.

We've had our fair share of steaks but to find a halal steakhouse in the middle of iguaz falls was a must try. Restaurant
Doña Maria Restaurante is a heartfelt homage to the owner's grandmother, who believed that cooking was an expression of friendship and love. This family-run establishment offers both a buffet and a menu, featuring an enticing cold cuts table for those who enjoy indulging in delightful flavors. It's particularly welcoming for coeliacs or anyone seeking gluten-free options, as the knowledgeable staff can guide diners through suitable choices on the menu.
The food was soooo good, especially the starter basket of breads with the delicious cheese dip! Our steaks came a little undercooked but the staff graciously took it back to cook it a little more for us. Service was professional and friendly, and overall we had a great time!

Delicious food served beautifully. The server was very attentive.

After visiting this wonderful restaurant, I can only leave the most excellent reviews! This restaurant began with our meeting with the waiter and simply a wonderful guy named Lucien! Politeness, a smile, competence, and a desire to create only pleasant memories—that's all he has! He advised us on choosing dishes and wine, and I must say, he hit the nail on the head! With all my heart and soul, I wish everyone who reads this review a visit to this restaurant and enjoy their cuisine and the company of such a wonderful person as Lucien!

We ordered Caesar salad it looks good but vegetables are bitters… Rib Eye steak served not a rib eye… ordered medium rare became medium…. Asked for a dish of the day got recommended as a fish grilled… served with big fresh water fish and fishy smell bad texture cannot finish the dish even… not recommend then.
Amnuaymek C — Google review
Had a quick lunch here, having two salads. The Caesar salad was pretty good, the dressing was delicious and it was all fresh. I would only want more of the dressing for the salad. My partner had a complete salad which comes with fruit. This is a bit different but all fresh and delicious. The restaurant is a nice place, tasteful and cool in the high heat. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The prices are good overall along with the menu. Good for lunch and for dinner.

Amazing restaurant. The dinner buffet offers everything from delicious starters over healthy salads, pasta, perfectly grilled steaks and lots of different deserts. It has reasonable prices and we heard that the breakfast buffet here is really cheap. We loved our evening here and can highly recommend having dinner here.
Travel L — Google review
Amazing pasta, the sauce was fresh and tasty! One of the best I have ever tried. The fish was so good also! The service was kindly and pleasant. I’m really recommend this place.

Food is reasonably good. Rice had no taste at all... Very expensive place. Ordered rice, fries and a T-bone and spent R$300 ($60 dollars) for a couple - beverages included - There are others restaurants at Brasil Avenue... Prices over there less than half of the price (around R$75.00 or $15.00 for a couple with 1/2 kilo of picanha - sirloin cap). Next time we plan to go straight to the Brasil Avenue restaurants.

Tatu Carreta is a restaurant with a cool and air-conditioned atmosphere, outdoor tables and parking for exclusive use. It offers great food that will make you feel good, as well as professional service.
What an amazing experience! They grill the meat right on the patio, where one can sit and watch them grilling. Then there is the harpist that comes out to play exquisite music (he might also perform indoors, but I sat outside). Their steaks are delicious and sizzling when served. The Lomo (tenderloin) is most popular as they ran out when I dined, but their Ojo de Bife (ribeye) is also delicious. I had it accompanied with some Verduras Quemadas (grilled veggies, although translation apps say they're burnt veggies. Trust me, they're not burnt). For dessert, I had their Choco torta, since I had heard their panqueques could be on the sweeter side. I really enjoyed the chocolate cake and appreciated the strawberry ice cream on top. They have a gorgeous indoor dining area and a lovely outdoor area where one is sure to be visited by cats and dogs. Usually one doesn't need recommendations, but it depends on time of year and how busy they are. NOTE: If one pays with a credit card, there is an extra 10% added on.

Amazing food and service. Hugo was our waiter and he was spectacular. Made us feel at home and laugh a bunch. Would recommend this place to any tourist who visits Iguazu and wants a great asado!
Joaquin A — Google review
Found this place by chance and what a find! Hugo was lovely and provided great service. The ribs were incredible, one of the best things I have ever eaten. Do your taste buds a favour and eat at this place on your next visit to Puerto Iguazu. Still dreaming about those ribs!
Wendy K — Google review
Ribeye was good but tenderloin was not. Not enough juice and too rough despite the fact that I ordered medium rare.

Very friendly staff, delicious food and we went back before going home. Daniel was a fantastic waiter so friendly and attentive and Luis was very welcoming.
Denselwonder W — Google review
Pretty good steak if not the best in town. Service was superb and the selections that were suggested were right on point. The Asado de tiras is pre cooked and i was a bit diss appointed.
Rodney M — Google review
I had one of my best dinner experiences at this restaurant. Before I got there I read some of the reviews and many people only gave 1 star but since it was the closest restaurant to my hotel I thought I still give it a try. I entered the restaurant and was lead to the table. I asked Hugo, my waiter, if he could recommend the Ojo de Biefe. He replied it is delicious so I ordered it. After 15min he brought me the biggest piece of tender meat I had in the last 1.5 years traveling Argentina and it was remarkable. In the background there was a virtuous harp player, a master on his instrument. The Malbec I ordered was also delicious. From my experience I can only highly recommend this place and don’t understand the low ratings by others. If I get the chance I will come back!

This place is a Hidden Gem. The food was so fresh, the steak was so tender and the wine was delicious. Our server Hugo was wonderful spoke many languages and they have a person on side the place to get a guitar and sings. Was just wonderful very well recommend.

Bocamora Grill & Wine is located on the banks of the River Iguazu, with a lovely view of the Three Countries. The restaurant serves delicious Argentinian and Latin food at reasonable prices, with excellent service. There's also a full bar and free wifi for guests. Wheelchair access is available, and highchairs are available for children.
Delicious and generous portions, I loved the "veggie spaghetti" which was essentially fine strips of carrot, zucchini, onion and other veggies sautéed in a bit if butter and garlic. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender and such a large portion that I had to take some "to go" because I couldn't possibly finish it. We got some iced tea, which was refreshing and cool. My son ordered a steak, which was quite good, and my husband ordered some pasta dish that I cannot remember. Our waiter was wonderful, very attentive and with lots of information about the area and even able to answer a few questions about the surrounding countries (Paraguay and Brazil). A very nice view of the rivers as the sun sets!
An'e P — Google review
Lovely view of the River and 3 points. Right next to the river walk. We ordered the wok rice with chicken and therr was too much chicken but it was otherwise good tasting. Great location. Prices similar to most restaurants AR$600-900. Good service.
Alba G — Google review
This is the worst restaurant which you can ever think. Service with very little attention. The wine although it was Argentinian it has taste of vinegar. It was one of the most expensive. We ordered steaks to be prepared medium rare but we got over cooked. They cooked another one just one portion which tasted like a rubber. At this point we have enough and asked for a bill. The other dish was not served.

Located in the heart of Puerto Iguazú, Quita Penas Resto - Bar offers a really cool decor with posters of 80s pop bands, famous singers and artists. The menu features a variety of drinks, plate lunches and snacks. Additionally, they have a varied wine list and great service!
We were the first in on a Sunday lunch time. The place filled up quickly. Service was excellent and, far from demanding a tip, our server was a little embarrassed to receive one. Food was excellent too - huge portions. Beer were perfectly cold.
Los B — Google review
Nice, helpful waiter. Only thing we didn't like was the reminder that "the tip wasn't included". We understand why he said it, but it's not very professional. - Avoid the Caesar salad. - The"10" hamburger was excellent. -Music too loud for lunchtime but that is everywhere in this little town.

Service was excellent friendly polite very relaxed atmosphere. Waiter Sebastian very friendly and helpful explained the dishes and recommendations. Had Steak one night and fish the second night both were amazing I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A rare restaurant that keeps their kitchen open late! We were desperately searching for food after midnight. The man standing outside welcomed us inside and cheerfully took our order para llevar, and quickly made us drinks to enjoy while we waited. The food was fast, delicious, and hot. Great service and cocktails. Thank you, you saved us from starving after a long day of travel.

If you're in Puerto Iguazú and looking for a place to have some drinks with friends, Bambu Restobar should be your top pick. It has a wide range of food options, from sandwiches and tacos to pasta and pizzas. In addition, they have an expansive drink menu that features everything from caipirinhas to martinis. They also have outdoor seating if the weather is nice, as well as wheelchair accessible quarters if that's more your thing.
Stumbled across this restaurant on my way back from Three Frontiers. Glad I stopped to eat. The menu came both in Spanish and English. Traditional homely and comfort meals and there were vegetarian options too and I opted for the Chicken schnitzel. Overall, the service and food were excellent.
Oliver X — Google review
Have a dedicated vegetarian section, and you can ask them (using translation app) to make them vegan. Outdoor seatings, no air conditioner, only fans. Had the veggie sandwich (without queso)and snd a pineapple + mint juice. The juice was very refreshing, but the sandwich (that came in a hamburger bun) was a bit sad. The bread was quite dry, and the filling did lack in taste and volume.
Johan B — Google review
No recomedable AT ALL. It looked like the server had no experience + no polite, he didn’t even say welcome or thank you good night. I asked for Pacu with lemon and rice. There was no lemon on the plate, the pacu didn’t taste lemon, no flavor. The rice didn’t even had salt and it tasted from yesterday. The place looks amazing because is beautiful, but the food and service -10.
Delfi C — Google review
They don't pay attention to the customers AT ALL. There were 10 guests and it took the lady 40 min. to get my order for a coffee with milk. I spent another 10 min. waiting for it and after I finished no one came around to ask if I wanted to eat something. Instead 4 staff members were constantly chatting with each other, I left hungry.
Travel L — Google review
Don't get drinks here! They served our mojito with rotten mint leaves in it. At first we thought that maybe the mint was frozen because of the brown/black color but when we took it out of the drink it stunk. Service was horrible as the two people working didn't seem to want to be there. Do not recommend this place.
Desiree P — Google review
I have never seen such horrible meat! I ordered a Milanesa a la pizza, with the first bite of the meat l got disgusted, paid the bill and ran away. I don’t want to see any meat for a long time. Taste first what you are serving to people!
Işılay E — Google review
The service is good, friendly staff and they served us fast enough. But the burgers - rutica or something and their special bambu burger are yuck. The meat in burgers is dry out to death and no, it’s not well-done, it’s literally dry and lost its taste, potatoes are like stone and hard to bite. Whoever cooked it, please learn to cook meat because your country has amazing meat and you somehow manage to ruin it. For two burgers and 1l Miller we paid 5400pesos.
Ekaterine ( — Google review
Serving time: Waited for 45 mins for food to be served, even thou whole restaurant is empty and we are the 2nd pair of customers seated. Grilled Chicken main course: chicken is boiled in water and then seared on the side instead of grilled. Spaghetti on the side was without any condiments. Sandwich Bondiola main course: bottom half of sandwich bun is cold (obviously taken out from the fridge), but meat is still hot. Staff Attention: Only comes to you when you request for them to come. Price: may not be worth it.
