1ME Sitges Terramar

Hotel
ME Sitges Terramar is a trendy hotel with contemporary accommodations and a relaxed vibe. The ultra-modern building stands out on the Passeig Maritim promenade, offering a private beach club, outdoor pools, and chic dining options. The air-conditioned rooms feature private balconies and sleek decor with carpeted floors and satellite TV. Guests can enjoy discounts at the nearby golf course and access to tennis courts on-site.
We just returned from a fabulous stay at Me Hotel Terramar in Sitges; incredible! The hotel is stunning and welcoming the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are amazing! We felt utterly looked after from the moment we arrived and staff were always on hand to assist if we needed anything. From front desk check in to concierge to pool staff to cleaning staff; there was always a smiling face to greet us and we will definitely be coming back. My only tiny grumble is that we had a 'superior room' on floor 6, and the rooftop bar was directly above us - so there was some slight music could be heard, but wasn't too loud and it did stop around 0200am, so it didnt spoil the holiday at all.

Beautiful hotel. Its location is stunning with views of the sea while sitting around the pool area. Beautiful beach just across the road so you can simply walk over for a swim in the ocean. The views are lovely , we have a room with a garden view but you can still see the sea, the view over the mountains is equally as stunning. It could be that it’s not holidays yet but considering it’s June there is always availability on the sun beds so you don’t have to worry about that. Yes I have stayed in five star hotels where attention to detail is slightly better but nothing major to complain about. Only thing I would say is that you have to pay extra for one of the hotel sunbeds on the beach , which seems bizarre to me. We just went to the beach for a swim and based ourselves around the pool. The AC was rubbish in the room. I think the hotel limit it as it didn’t change depending on which setting you choose. We have a car too and parking was easy. The hotel has a car park but they charge €23 a night !! there is parking around the streets for free on the areas without blue lines. The areas with blue lines are still much cheaper than the hotel car park. For such an easy area to park it seems odd the hotel feels the need to charge €23 a night for their very large EMPTY car park.

We had the most amazing stay at Me Sitges Terramar for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say it was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, the team made everything special, and a huge thank you to Claudia who went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning: the pool area is incredible, with great service, delicious food and drinks that we enjoyed every day. The breakfast was outstanding with so much variety, and all the food we had during our stay was excellent. We also loved the fitness facilities, perfect to balance all the treats! Beso Beach with its sun lounges and super friendly staff was another highlight, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea. Our room had the most beautiful view, it was spotless and so comfortable. Everything about our stay was wonderful: the service, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the food, and above all, the people. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars well deserved!
Tania H — Google review
After paying more than 600 euros per night you would think you would be greeted by a more friendly staff. Everything was an up-charge including ice. The beach is not part of the hotel. So you don't get an umbrella or sun-bed. If you want to sit close to the pool you need to pay extra for the spot. Nothing was included not even the breakfast. The staff was very rude - nobody had a smiling face. The atmosphere was very cold and money oriented. The electricity was not working in my room. I asked for a glass of water, they brought it filled 1/4 of the way. I have stayed in 2 star hotels with better service and food than this place. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. If you want to stay in Sitges, go to the center of the boardwalk and you can see how much fun everyone else is having. Total waste of money

My 10th visit to beautiful Sitges. Never stayed at the Terramar but decided to splash out this year. Positives: Beautiful clean hotel. Amazing breakfasts. Beds so so comfy. Beautiful pool. Young small lad conciege with dark hair and little beard was lovely as was the pool bar lady and the egg lady at breakfast who taught me more spanish. Amazing club sandwiches. Mojhitos too were fab. Minor points: Reception staff maybe could do with some empathy training as our suitcases never arrived and they didn't really seem interested. Maybe just to checkin with us to see if they could help with anything would have been nice as we've quite upset by the experience. Also when we checkedin we were presented with an addition 700 euros for services at the hotel. We decided to pay as you go but got chased twice in an hour to come down and pay for a club sandwich. A little attention to detail needed in rooms as battered waste bins and not replenshing teas in room. Overall: All in all it's a wonderful hotel and we will be back hopefully next time with suitcases. Thank you.

We had been on a 4 week European holiday from Australia and our few days spent here were hands down the best hotel experience we had during the entire trip. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, with a relaxed pool and great rooftop bar. The rooms were spacious and the balcony views facing the beach were wonderful to sit and watch sunrises and sunsets. The real star of the show, though, were the staff. Every single interaction any of us has with any staff member was an absolute joy. From check in to asking about the town to the poolside people (special shout out to Sarah who was an absolute legend!) I've never experienced such customer service. Even something as simple as organising a taxi ended with a wonderful booking at a local restaurant where we were so well looked after and has amazing local cuisine and a few great places of interest to check out. Sitges itself is a wonderful place and this is an absolute gem of a place to stay. Huge thank you to everyone to who took such great care of us!

I had a great stay at the ME Sitges Terramar. First, the staff was very friendly and helpful. From the people to the front desk, the people who worked in the restaurant for Breakfast, and to the pool staff, everyone was great. My room was a good size, modern and well decorated. It was overlooking the pool with a tiny balcony. I was worried about noise in the room from the pool, but it was very quiet when the balcony door was shut. The pool area was a good size and spent the majority of the day by the pool and enjoyed it. To put one slight downside, it was a little far from Sitges town and had to take a taxi back and forth for dinner at night since it was too hot to walk. But I would happily stay there again and really enjoyed my getaway.
Peter B — Google review
I wouldn't stay in this hotel again if you paid me. They don't know what to charge for drinks. One day it's €14 for a gin and tonic, the next day there are asking for €21 for the same drink. The restaurant waiter said there was no Mar Salada Cava even though it was listed on the drinks menu. I had to buy it directly from the bar. Thankfully we found the Playa golf hotel. Nice people and nice prices. Same gin and tonic and a beer for €14 on a superb terrace. I hope the hotel manager running the show in Me Terramar reads this review. Tom Gallagher

Nestled along the picturesque coastline, Hotel Subur Maritim offers a delightful escape with stunning sea views and a serene atmosphere. Located conveniently between Sitges and Calipolis, this charming hotel is just a leisurely stroll from the vibrant old town and sits directly across from the peaceful Riera Xica Beach. The property boasts modernized rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private terraces that provide breathtaking ocean vistas.
Wow we had an amazing time at this hotel had come to SITGES to attend a destination Wedding. Right from Check in procedure to Check out everything went fine . We had booked the reservation through our friend Coast 2 Coast Tours in Mumbai and everything was as per our agreement. There was a wide variety of choice for the Breakfast for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. They have an open restaurant facing the pool . There is ample space for Car Parking and free bicycles available. It’s a 10 Step walk to the Papaya Beach waiting for you with clean water. While booking the UBER please pin 📍 the pick up point to Hotel Entrance as the Uber may wait at the Beach side. The Guys at the front desk Orial , Manuel , Victoria, Dalida are super nice. You can ask for an Iron & Board while checking in. Don’t forget to greet with “Ola Komustaas” and their Muu Bein ……

Reception: Lady was pleasant however checkin process is long and slow. Other reception staff we encountered were not terribly welcoming. Room / facilities: Room number 308 is on floor 3 and is clean. Although the top of the bathroom door and the rear of the TV were very very dusty. We stayed 3 nights. Full Self control air conditioning with a balcony door that opens. The balcony has 2 plastic seats and a table, from where you are able to see the sea. The room has two queen extremely confirmable beds, flatscreen TV, work bench with seat, small fridge, bedside tables hanging room, bathroom within tub and shower, toilet, very long sink (with no side bench storage) and a bidet. This left very kittle room when using the toilet. There is also a luggage rack and a safe within the cupboard.. There is a lack of power outlets available for use. I had to disconnect the room telephone from the power outlet to enable me to use this facility. The two queen beds take up an awful lot of space, meaning there is very little room to store luggage or manouver around the room. Laundry: There is no self service laundry on site, however 1.5 km away. This is a public self service laundry, which has coin facilities. The laundry has 4 washers and 2 dryers costing from €6 to €7 to wash and between €4 to €7 to dry. Credit card payment is available via the app only, which details are available at the laundry site. As there is only local parking and paid parking, which us extremely hard to find availability, access to this site is probably best by foot. Parking: is available at no cost. There is spaces available for about 20 vehicles however, if you arrive late, you may not be able to obtain a car park. Parking in streets is for residence (green zone) or paid Parking (blue zone) only. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. A password is required which is provided by reception. Breakfast: Available for additional cost of €15 per day per person, but not utilised on this stay. Conclusion: A fantastic hotel with great location sea views are available. Letdowns: Tired, but very functional rooms. Pillows were not the best for me to get a good night sleep. Lack of power outlets for charging devices. The in room phone did not dial out.. Location / Nearby: Old/New Town is 1.8km walk away on the stunning beach front promenade. Recommendations: Great hotel with parking available. Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS

The lady ( Dalida ) ad the cheque-in was very friendly and give us a lot of use full info. She even noticed that it was not our first time there and mentioned it and made us feel even more welcome back. The younger front desk night receptionist was also very friendly … the rest of the desk staff more on the rude side and ignoring you as much as positive. Thé breaks was ok … but every day kind of the same and also here big difference between staff some friendly some rude. Maybe it’s bc they only speaking Spanish and are insecure. The room was nice. The pool is good and there are nice ( free) cabanas and sun beds, would be nice if the order some more service ad the pool side. You have to get your own drinks and some times you have to wait b4 staff is coming to serve you. Very nice detail , the have a small goody bag for your dog ad arrival. If you’re looking for a affordable room next to the beach with a good size room ( most with a good sea view ) swimming pool and cabanas. Dogs are aloud, not ad swimming pool or breakfast room ( of course ) With free parking space and on walking distance of the city center i surly can recommend you this hotel
Yan I — Google review
The room was extremely outdated, with several broken fixtures, and the entire hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable—the mattress felt completely misshapen, almost like lying in a bathtub. Towels were worn out and even had holes in them. The corridors were in poor condition, and the walls and ceilings were so thin that you could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Communication was also difficult, as most of the staff barely spoke English, making it challenging to get assistance. One particularly unpleasant incident was when the pool attendant asked me to show my room card to prove I was a guest—even though I had already been staying at the hotel for six days. I couldn’t help but notice that he never asked anyone else for proof, which made me feel singled out. As a Latina, I’m not sure if this was a case of discrimination, but it certainly felt unfair and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the swimming pool area was beautiful, located right in front of the beach, and the overall location was peaceful and quiet. However, despite these few positives, there’s no way this property deserves a 4-star rating—at best, it’s a 3-star hotel.

Third time staying here in the hotel. A lovely walk to everything in the centre of Sitges but far enough away to be free from the hustle and bustle of the bars, clubs etc. great pool area and a lovely beach across the road. Rooms are spacious with balconies and clean. Breakfast is a good standard and the team are helpful and friendly.
Louis R — Google review
DONT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!! We booked a suite of 279 sq feet as we have stayed here before and loved the room. The room they put us in is not 279 sq feet or the same as our original room, which we thought we were getting as in the pictures. I was told we are not guaranteed to get the room we booked in the pictures or description. Instead we are in a tiny room looking into the car park. No solution is offered . I wouldn't recommend staying here. The manager is unhelpful and uninterested. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. The pictures are not truthful or is the room description. They supply these details to Booking.com but say they are not responsible and that our problem is with booking .com someone is giving untruthful information to booking.com. The place is dated and needs renovation. Horrible experience. We feel ripped off🙄. Also, you get a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar, and it's for a glass of water. Why does the manager only respond to good reviews and not bad?

Fabulous small hotel right beside the beach. Lovely 10 minute coastal stroll into the town. Great friendly helpful staff.
Clodagh M — Google review
We have just travelled 8 weeks around UK, Portugal and Spain, first major hiccup - Hotel Subur Maritime. My husband is very conscious when booking accomodation ensuring bigger space is a priority. He booked a room stating 279sq ft which is classed as a 'suite', we stayed here in 2023 and booked the same which had plenty of space and a beach view, so we were offay with rooms. We understand the configuration may differ but we go for size. Sadly we were put in a room that you can barely move in with then NO assistance from reception when asked for help or even the Manager when we requested to speak with one, the view overlooked the carpark, maybe they class this as Garden - not acceptable for what we had booked and it is not cheap for a small room. We were told "take it up with Booking.com" - extremely poor. Give this hotel a Wide Berth and look elsewhere, totally ripped off 😡

Hotel Subur is a relaxed hotel located in Sitges Town Center, just a short walk from popular attractions like Can Llopis Romanticism Museum and Placa Cap de la Vila. The hotel offers informal rooms, some with balconies, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy the seafront promenade location, as well as amenities such as a sports bar and air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV.
Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel can not be better, even from the balcon of the rooms at the side street man can see the sea. Everything was very clean. The breakfast at the terrace of the Sports Bar was delicious and rich. Mainly the carrot cake :-) When we will go to Sitges next time, we would like to stay at Hotel Subur again. The Sports Bar is also good choice for dinner.

The location is perfect, you can go to the beach in 20 seconds. The rooms had the essentials, good cleaning, and you are only one block away from the action and nightlife of Sitges (with good sound isolation and no problem sleeping for us). My only complaint would be sound isolation within the hotel, as we could very well hear conversations in the corridors.
Jonathan D — Google review
The hotel is in a great location, right by the beachfront, so you can sort of see the sea from your room depending on where you're staying. Staff are friendly and helpful — from front desk to housekeeping. The room was spacious, with decent air con and a nice terrace. The price is also quite good, especially compared to other places in the area. But there are quite a few things that really let it down. The bathroom feels a bit budget compared to the rest of the room, especially the shower — very low pressure and the temperature keeps jumping from warm to scalding. The soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the rooms around you — people talking, using the bathroom, everything — the walls must be paper thin. Every morning around 9–10am, housekeeping goes up and down the corridor chatting loudly like you're meant to be part of the conversation, so forget about sleeping in. There's also only one lift, which is constantly tied up with housekeeping moving stuff around, so you’re often waiting a few minutes just to get downstairs.
Felipe S — Google review
Lovely atico room, clean, nice parquetry floor and freshly painted, fresh but old bathroom, good sized terrace, and while advertised as city views, we also had sea views too. Air conditioning was good, in room fridge and safe were all fine. The double bed was firm and comfortable. Cleaners were kind and thoughtful too. The walls are paper-thin so we could hear reasonably quiet conversations next door. One morning we woke up to find a polite young man sleeping on the outside of our room’s doorway, no problem but a bit strange. Checking is a bit slow and sometimes chaotic since left luggage is not colocated with the check-in desk. The lift to the top floors is slow and a bit alarming the first few times you use it, but quite good enough! It’s a dog-friendly hotel which must be nice for people travelling with their pets, we didn’t mind it. I really liked our room, our outside terrace and the location.
Peter C — Google review
The staff at this hotel are not very friendly, in fact they are downright rude. The male staff member that checked us in, made us feel like we were a bother to him. No smiles, no welcomes just staring at us like we should not be there. The location is great and close to most things but hotel is run down with curtains falling from windows, cracked tiles, peeling paint and basically no wifi. There seems to be better options in the area at similar prices. Go there.
Joe B — Google review
The 1-star is mainly for the polite and helpful staff. Otherwise, I’d give this place a zero. This hotel is not worth your money. It seriously needs an upgrade and deep-clean. The room we were given was filled with mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and even the shower curtain. There was hair in the bathtub. The air in the room was stale and reeked of cigarettes and mildew. We felt nauseous and asked to change our room. The second room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wiped down the countertops and the bathtub and it was filthy, dusty, and there was still mold in certain areas. The floor and the walls had hair sticking to it. The rooms are in definite need of an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. It looks like they just paint over the mold after “cleaning” it. The floors are filthy as well. I had eczema flare-ups during our stay there, that alone tells me it’s not been thoroughly cleaned or ventilated. All the bath towels smelled as if someone had left their fast-food bags on top of it. Most of the towels also had stains on them. The walls are thin, you can hear everything in the hallway even with earplugs at night. The beds are not comfortable either. Worst sleep I’ve had at a hotel. There is only one elevator and it is constantly being used. We walked up to the 4th floor the majority of our time there. Overall, this hotel made us feel disgusted and cheated, as the photos on their website do not reflect what was presented to us at all. I would not recommend this place, especially for the price. We usually stay at another hotel in the area, but this time wanted to try a new location. HUGE mistake. It’s crazy that they call it a 3-star hotel…
N T — Google review
Let me start of by saying that all employed people were really kind. I just really want to urge this hotel to stop using bleach for cleaning. I left my medicine in my bathroom and because of condensation most of it was ruined… and that is just really unfortunate. Bleach is such a strong cleaning supply and as a housekeeping-employee myself I know that there are other ways, better ways, to clean. Please I really urge the hotel to do better!
Kathi M — Google review
Do not book this hotel would be my advice! I cancelled my room 4 days prior to check in for the remainder of my holiday after a very unpleasant experience where I was mugged and had my phone and wallet stolen, and had to get an earlier flight home. Despite informing them of the circumstances they still charged me the full amount of £260 for a 2 night stay that didn’t happen. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable customer service.

Meliá Sitges is an elegant conference hotel offering complimentary Wi-Fi and exquisite Mediterranean dining. Nestled in the charming town of Sitges, it boasts breathtaking views of Port d'Aiguadolc and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel features a spacious garden with a sun terrace and outdoor pool, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, hydromassage, and massage services. Its renovated restaurant offers delectable cuisine blending traditional recipes with innovative techniques.
Thank you for another great visit. We felt welcomed throughout with perfect service and hospitality. Top floor rooms are spacious with fantastic views over beautiful Sitges. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful and food & drink are tasty and good value for a hotel. The perfect location for a stroll into town. Clean, stylish and peaceful. A good size pool and lots of beds. A mix between a business and holiday hotel so perfect for anyone who wants to relax but doesn't want pool side noise or evening entertainment. Very child friendly but definitely not a resort with kids club etc. Many conferences going on so an interesting hotel for all.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. Three mins walk to the harbour. And about 15 mins to Sitges beaches and the old quarter. Breakfast was good. Gym - average. However, my room was tired and dated - threadbare carpet, old-fashioned, mid-brown wood interior trimmings, rickety wardrobe doors, thin towels - in fairly urgent need of a refurbishment. My room felt like a three star. Ask for a room on floor four or above as those seem to have been modernised. Service is mixed. Some of the staff seemed a little apathetic. It's a large hotel specialising in business conventions. I'm guessing their corporate customers are more bothered about price.
Nick — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (3/5) The location of the hotel is excellent, with stunning views from the 6th floor, both sunrise and sunset were truly unforgettable. Breakfast was good and varied, and the staff was very professional and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. However, the hotel clearly needs better maintenance and deeper cleaning. The room was only clean in the visible areas, but underneath the furniture and bed there was dust. The gym especially requires attention: old equipment, broken parts, dirty and poorly maintained floors. Even some details at breakfast (like lemon slice) could be improved for freshness. It’s also worth mentioning that floors 1–3 are very dated and in need of a full refurbishment, while floors 4–6 have been renovated and are in much better condition. With more consistent maintenance, thorough cleaning, and updates throughout the property, this hotel could truly match its great location and amazing views.

Super location for the beach of a certain type. Outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center so quiet at night. Amazing breakfast buffet. Staff very good at what they do and they will go their way to help you in case something is wrong, which was my case. Thanks by the way to the staff when we checked in as they solved an issue within 10 minutes that could have ruined the trip so well done. The rooms are comfortable, all with a balcony, bathrooms are really good and the Rituals products are great. Also very clean and friendly housekeeping.
Matthieu B — Google review
Semi-elegant rooms. Certainly good enough for a holiday vacation; however, Mattresses are a bit firm. Definitely not pillow top or even an inexpensive mattress topper. That represents the difference between a very good resort and an exceptional one. 4.0 here. Great breakfasts and dinner buffet--Recommend you save room for dessert. Both are either included or reasonably priced. Leda's service was excellent! 5 0 Great front desk service and staff.... Especially alex and clara! 5.0 Very good fitness room. 4.5 Like the other hotels in this area, expensive for summer weekend stays. 4.5 stars overall.
Joel H — Google review
The hotel is a little tired, but overall it's very good. It has a nice pool. There's plenty of free parking nearby. It's best to book a room in a higher category, as the balcony will offer a stunning view.

Had been to Sitges many times before but never stayed here. So happy we booked and would definitely return. Staff were lovely, all of the poolside staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly Adrian who ran the snacks van. Breakfast was fantastic and never ran out of anything. So many staff ready to clear away and replenish. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Location is great if you want a quiet area, you are about 20 min walk to town but like 5 min to the beach. The room could do with an upgrade on the air con so they could be a slightly colder, but everything else awesome!

Fantastic hotel. Arrived early the lovely owner who made us fell really welcome. Although early we were allowed to leave bag and enjoy a day at the beach without worrying about bags. Great room. Brilliantly decorated. Great location near to train station. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Sitges

This hotel is GREAT. Literally 1 minute from the train station and less than 10 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. They are so nice there and helped us bring our bags to our room (the only downside to this hotel is no elevator). They let us borrow beach stuff - chairs, towels, toys free of charge.

Leisurely and comfortable stay. Felt like home away from home Things I liked- -Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Gave me valuable tips for places around - My room was large and comfortable. Had air-conditioning as well - Good location. Walking distance to the beach but fairly quiet at the same time - Breakfast was available till 12 noon. Which allowed me to wake up late - The hotel and the restaurant is very beautifully done up. Loved all the teddy bears everywhere - Quick responses to messages and queries. Have WhatsApp option as well - They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. That’s the cherry on top. Could do better:- - There is no lift. - Would have been nice to have the option of bananas for breakfast. The juice wasn't very fresh on the first day. - The room floor had some sand when I checked in. Not sure if there is option for having the room cleaned during the stay. Would have been nice as I was there for 5 nights - The mattress was just average in comfort

Very good hotel! To celebrate my birthday, I booked three consecutive nights. Arnaud was very enthusiastic to provide me with free breakfast, and there was a super cute little teddy dog to greet us during breakfast. The hotel is very centrally located and beautiful inside. If I come on vacation again, I will book this hotel without hesitation.

I loved our stay at Hotel Liberty. It's very close to the train station which was a relief after a hectic morning of travel. The building itself is very charming and the decoration is very cute and apropos for the Bears staying in Sitges. We rented the penthouse that had amazing views on both sides of the unit, including a hammock and some nice lounging furniture. Inside was just as cozy. Get the breakfast as well. Very lovely setup and a great value for what you can eat in the morning. We don't get bleu cheese like that in the States. Finally, our hosts were so kind and accommodating. I can't wait to stay again when we return to Sitges. :) <3

My wife and me had a great stay. The accomodation was perfect and the owners were absolutely terrific :-) There is/was nothing to complain. We definately like to stay there again if we come back to lovely Sitges. Thanks for all and keep on going!! :-)

Booked this hotel last minute and got really lucky, because it's a wonderful place! The room had plenty of space, was super clean, and had great AC and a nice ceiling fan. Shower was wonderful as well. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated as well, enjoyed walking into the lobby each time. Only had a little bit of time for the breakfast but I enjoyed it a lot as well.

Experience the charm of Sitges at URH Sitges Playa, a refined hotel centrally located and offering stunning beach views. Enjoy the outdoor pool, fitness center, and even rent bicycles for exploring. Indulge in delicious cuisine with ocean views at Nuestro Restaurante or Amanit Restaurant. The elegant rooms feature private balconies, air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi.
We had a wonderful stay at URH Sitges Playa! We traveled with our 1.5-year-old daughter and everything was perfectly prepared for us in the room. The hotel was very clean and the service staff were exceptional – always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with any request. Breakfast on the terrace with a sea view was a real highlight and the buffet had everything we needed. We also loved the pool area – perfect for relaxing when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The only small downside is that the walls are quite thin, but this didn’t bother us much and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place offered stunning views, and the restaurants were fantastic. The staff was cool, friendly, and easygoing, making for a relaxing experience. Everything was conveniently accessible, which made getting around a breeze. The room cleaning wasn’t the fastest — sometimes it took until the afternoon — but I appreciated the laid-back vibe, and it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Highly recommend for a chill and enjoyable stay!
Hemaseh M — Google review
This hotel was exceptional. Can’t beat the location - 20 steps from the beach and main promenade. The hotel staff were incredibly nice, helpful and kind people. Fausto and the young man he works with were so sweet! They always greeted us with smiles and were very helpful when we asked them questions. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern and relatively spacious for a European room. I’d recommend getting a sea view as you are so close to the water that you can hear the waves. I’d stay here over and over again because it was exceptional from all angles. The pool is nice, in a more shaded area if you need a break from the sun. We didn’t spend much time there as I am a sun addict but it’s a lovely little lush oasis. It’s in a more quiet part of Sitges, away from the party areas - which we really liked. Still lots of people out at night, walking on the promenade but less party and more chill.
Chelsea S — Google review
We stayed a week in this hotel, with a room just in front of the sea and on top of the restaurant. The position is amazing, just by the beach, room as big and quite new with a nice bathroom and a huge comfortable bed. We unfortunately got a cockroach in the bathroom, but everything was very clean. The service is a bit so and so, with cleaning coming a bit at random times. People working there super friendly, and dogs are not only well accepted but really loved. Another issue is the garage, that has an incredibly tight entrance with a crazy curve. I was able to park, but going out scratched a bit the car, which was not the best outcome. And it also costs around 20 euros/ night.

Wonderful location steps from the beach. Staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Loved that they gave you pool/beach towels. AC struggled in the room but temps outside were not too high so it wasn't that big of a deal. Highly recommend

This was our 3rd time at the URH Sitges. We can't stop coming back mainly because of the hospitality and care of the staff. Alex in particular is genuinely the best hotel manager we have known. He is personable, polite and extremely thoughtful. And this time we also met Santiago who gave us some good recommendations on local places to travel to by train and advised on what tickets to get. As we stayed for 5 nights in lateral sea view deluxe room this time we had plenty of time to explore Calafell and Vilanova. The room was on the 1st floor (116) but views were still great and the location is ideal to enjoy Sitges vibes. The pool area is an oasis of calm. Breakfast good as ever as well as the bar. We enjoyed our stay so much. Always feels like home full of lovely people. We will be back!

The hotel was nice and clean. Very confortable and big beds. Breakfast was good missing other meats (only pork) or fried eggs only scrambled eggs. Close to the beach only you had to cross the promenade. Very helpful reception. Nice pool.

I stayed for 5 days in urh hotel , the reception was very welcoming and helpful, there is a little grocery closet dawn in the lobby with necessary supplies, close to the beach and have very nice restaurants in the front of the hotel , to get to the hotel with a car is kinda tricky, I recommend to book the sea view rooms they are very nice and spacious, i would come back to them anytime i visit spain again

We loved staying at Hotel Capri. Super friendly helpful staff and management. Fantastic location - easy walk to great restaurants and 2 minutes to the beach. Our room was incredibly spacious with classic original features. The pool area was lovely and calm. It was a pleasure to stay.

This hotel is fantastic to stay at. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. You feel so welcome as a returning guest too. The rooms are comfortable, have air conditioning and the breakfast is good too. The hotel is nice and quiet. The hotel is very well located, moments from the centre of town, and the beach. I will stay here every time I come back to Sitges.

We had a lovely stay here. My main reason for reviewing is that they had a dedicated gluten free area at breakfast with its own toaster, GF bread, cakes etc. As a coeliac this was such a bonus! I definitely recommend this hotel for coeliacs who want breakfast included with their stay.

The hotel itself is a beautiful, charming building decorated and furnished very tastefully. The pool is in a leafy courtyard perfect for sunbathing, reading and eating breakfast. The location is also perfect, 100m from the beach and only a few minutes' walk into the centre. The best part about this place though is the staff, who all went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Extremely friendly and nothing too much trouble. Even on days when we didn't leave our room until late afternoon we returned to find it having been cleaned. We enjoyed our stay immensely and whenever we return to Sitges we won't stay anywhere else!

Hotel Medium Sitges 1883 is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Sitges town. Housed in an original mansion dating back to 1883, the hotel offers low-key rooms with city views, balconies or terraces, and a beautiful garden. The staff is known for their exceptional service, with special mentions for Jacobo and David at the reception. The central location allows easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach.
Overall an amazing experience at this hotel from the time we checked in, they were so welcoming the gentleman I believe his name was David helped us and even carried a bag to our room. Breakfast was amazing one of the best you can get. The only issue we did experience that was negative was we went to exchange a here €50 bill and caught it at the front desk in the morning to pay for our breakfast and the receptionist at the desk refused to Break the €50 bill down as it had a minor tear in it. She left to go examine the it in a back room or office I assume and then came back and said she would not take it because it was weird because it had a tear in it. Along with that she had a bit of a snotty attitude overall about it.

The location is great! The rooms are quite small and it’s very loud within the hotel. We stayed on the main floor and could hear all guest movement within. Overall our stay was nice, but if you need a quiet place for lots of rest you might want to consider another hotel. Would stay again if the price was right - the hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our needs. :-)

Slap bang in middle of the city centre. Walking distance to cafes shops and bars Also beach very close by. Very comfy However bathrooms can do with updating as we stayed in the 1883 property. Can share the medium breakfast at extra euro 12 very reasonable also a great pool area to enjoy 😉

Hotel Medium Sitges 1883 is a short walk from where the bus from the airport bus drops you off and an even shorter walk to the train station. You check in at Hotel Medium Sitges Park which is a 2 minute walk from 1883. We were in room 106 which is a generous size and gorgeous French doors with a small balcony. The bathroom is also a generous size. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the room very dark and we slept well. Awesome location - so many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets around. Only a very short walk to the beach. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The TV only had spanish channels but the WiFi was really strong so we had no problems streaming with our device. No fridge in the room but that was no problems.

First of all The Location Location Location !!!!! Right in the heart of sitges town, all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and beach where within a couple of minutes walk.. An old original mansion that was turned into this beautiful boutique Hotel. The staff at the reception were simply amazing, Jacobo who always greeted us with his amazing smile, as well as the amazing gentleman who did the night shift. We stayed at Sitges 1883 (5 nights) in room 003 at the ground floor which has this amazing huge terrace overlooking the garden and the bar (which operates from WED from 18.30 till midnight). Our room was Very basic but charming, bed was rather small for 2 to sleep in but we managed without any discomfort. The room was very clean , A/C worked great. What was missing was a refrigerator in the room but that was also fine. Breakfast was perfect, with an amazing selection from hot dishes to fresh fruit, Breakfast takes place in the beautiful garden. I would say that the cost i paid which was almost 200E per night is a bit too much (as this can be be paid at 5* hotels) but hey this was high season period in one of the most amazing resort towns. I had a wonderful experience and i will certainly love to stay again in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sitges 1883 and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Although there was no view from my room and a slight issue with the air conditioner, it didn't diminish the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Hotel Sitges 1883 for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Looking forward to my next visit!
Gian ( — Google review
The location of the hotel is very good, it's in the City center, very close to restaurants, pubs and clubs. Very close to the train station, to a supermarket, and not far to the beach. The staff is really nice and helpful, especially David, who works at reception is super nice, will tell you where the best things in the city are and very quickly find solution if there is a problem. The building has its history that was preserved when changing it into the hotel which is really interesting. The rooms were cleaned regularly, towels changes every few days. However, there were some disadblvantages. The overall quality of the room for this price was poor - there was one small wardrobe with only a few hangers, only one chair (in a double room), no chairs on the balcony, so we didn't make any use of it, despite nice view on the street and visible sunsets. There wasn't a fridge in the room, but outside in a small "kitchen", where anybody had access and some of my food was stolen by other guests, which is not fault of the hotel, but I would feel much more comfortable having a small fridge in the room for my personal use. This would be a small but very important improvement. Also I need to warn you that the windows are not soundproof - they're historical, very stylish, i loved the shutter they were equipped with, but you could hear every sound, so if you're a light sleeper, you're not gonna sleep well (they collect rubbish late, clean the streets early, there is a crazy neighbor who shouts a lot and loud at 5 am, some bars in the vicinity where people sit, drink and talk till late etc). All in all, it was a nice stay, but the hotel could use some improvements especially for this price.
Anna C — Google review
The hotel it is in a great location, literally 2 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel building is fascinating, beautiful old building, with all the old features still kept in there, the bedroom is big and well spaced, specially the rooms with balcony. The hotel has a lot to improve yet, I booked a room with balcony and I giving room 101 which had several healthy and safety issues, you can see from the pictures below that some of the plugs in the toilet had exposed cables and not an appropriate cover. The shower curtains was over the time to go to the bin, how ever you shower you will flood the room, because there isn’t an appropriate curtains. The bedroom didn’t have ANY duvet available, we had to cover ourselves with bedsheets. Plus the room is extremely noisy, you won’t get a minute of sleep, the room doors are not sound proof and you will hear anyone coming to the hotel. On the second night we asked to changed to room 107, which was inferior to what we payed, but we couldn’t stay in Room 101 for another night. Room 107 was much better, the room was better finished and more silent during the night. I don’t think I would stay there again or even recommending to friends and family. The hotel has a lot to improve, better paying a bit extra and staying in a better hotel. David and the cleaner were lovely thought, both has great customer service and very helpful and polity, 10 out 10 to both of you.

Nice & clean room with Juliet balcony facing quiet back street. Bathroom is modern & clean too. The reception lady doesn't speak English & made a big fuss when we arrived earlier although the room seems to be ready. No coffee & tea making facility which seems to be a norm in Spain. Only 1 coffee machine at reception but was broken. Beach towel & beach umbrella is provided which is handy!

Stayed here for the night with my dog and highly recommend it. Friendly staff, close to shops and places to eat, short walk to the beach and parks for the dog. Slept comfortably and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

I have found a truly wonderful place tucked away in a quiet side street but all still very close to everything .beach ..shops ..restaurants etc. A family run business with a welcoming atmosphere at all times and everyone so friendly . You feel part of a big family from the moment you arrive. Was travelling alone but felt very safe. Top marks for shower pressure and constant hot water. Quiet Air Con . Fridge/ hairdryer/ kettle . More than I expected from a Hostal. A small hotel I feel is a better description for this "gem" of accommodation and such reasonable prices to make it the most perfect stay in every way. I will only come back to Sitges again if I can definitely stay here. Top marks from me. One very satisfied happy guest ...Irene

We stayed here 5 nights in July and it was perfect for our budget. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, great shower and air conditioning. John and Yolanda made us feel welcome, very friendly staff. Great location close to the nightlife but very quiet and respectful in the evenings. Good espresso in that machine;-)
Peter W — Google review
I loved this place from the minute I stepped though the door. Yolanda was so welcoming and friendly. She explained everything very clearly. I had asked for a ground floor room as I am a solo traveller who has trouble lifting luggage upstairs. They gave me a perfect room on the ground floor with a small fridge in the room. It was very quiet, even though it was near the reception area and the room looked onto the street. Good hot water with excellent pressure. Good wifi. All very clean. Coffee vending machine and microwave oven for guest use in the reception area. I chose the Hostal Termes because of its reasonable prices and central location. I will go back every time I go to Sitges. Thank you!

Conny made this villa a paradise. The views were amazing. Place was sparkling clean. Breakfasts were simply delicious. Beds were comfy. There was a hairdryer and everything we needed for our February romantic stay. By car we were 15 min from the downtown. Neighborhood was calm and chilled. Conny's doggy girls were incredibly sweet. Absolutely worth the money.

Enjoyed our stay here. Lovely view over Sitges from high up. Enjoyed use of the pool and kitchen. Great breakfast. Fab host. We were happy to hike up and down the hill to and from the town centre but wouldn't recommend for those who are unfit, however it's easy enough to catch a taxi.
Bianca F — Google review
It was a good stay but there are a good amount of points for improvement. No Aircon. In augustus in Sitges it is mandatory, also as it was impossible to have the doors / windows open due to the mosquitos. ( No mosquito blinds anywhere) The pool is difficult to access, you have to take 2 very difficult stairs to get there, not for children or elder people, stairs are very dangerous. In the pool area there are a lot of mosquitos, we had bites everywhere. Furniture inside is very old and not clean ( arm chairs) they looked like bought second hand, and not clean. Fridge, small for a big group (6). Dishwasher failed, in general low budget equipment. Matrasses not good quality. " Gym" area was closed , as all was broke. Blinds were all or broken or not proper working. In general we had an ok stay but from description and pictures we expected a lot more as it is all outdated and old. Connie was very helpful and ready to fix anything. But fixing the broken things is not enough there, he would need to do a serious upgrade inside and outside. We would not go back. Positive; views, host, privacy. Tv with Netflix etc, water machine. Big house. Vans in bedrooms.
Sandra B — Google review
Perfect host conny made us feel very welcomed and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortavle. He made a very tasty dinner and super breakfast and we could bring our cats. Great location and super view from the terrasses. This is a place I can highly recommend .

Absolutely loved my stay at Alenti Hotel in Sitges! I booked a regular room with a king-size bed — it was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with large windows and a modern feel. The bed was super comfortable, and everything about the room felt premium and well thought-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Sitges, just steps from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Yet somehow, it still felt peaceful inside the hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also tried their food — it was excellent. No complaints at all. Honestly, I think this will become the only hotel I stay at when I visit Sitges from now on. Highly recommend!

The hotel is reasonably nice and new. The restaurant is not the best quality food. Housekeeping was excellent. Roof and pool was very clean. Pool is small, cold and shallow but still useable and nice to have! Window in the room was badly cracked.

A few months ago, I made a reservation through Booking.com. The selected payment method was a payment card. The hotel had issues charging the card. Without providing any reason, they demanded that I change the payment method. Despite my reasonable and specific questions, the hotel did not respond to most of them. The manager, Malo, was extremely rude and disrespectful in his replies. The hotel canceled my reservation without giving any explanation. Fortunately, I managed to book a different place afterward. I do not recommend this hotel and warn others about such situations.

Friendly staff and a great location. Just a short walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a relaxed stay.
Gerald L — Google review
I loved the location, cleanliness and how modern it is. I think employees can have more training on customer service and hospitality. Most of them seem like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Especially the ones in the restaurant in the morning. Hospitality is about enjoying to service your guest to the best of your ability making their stay the best possible!!! If you don’t like to do that, this isn’t the job for you! Breakfast is ok but boring! It could have one or two specials that changes each day, so if a person is staying there for 4 or 5 days there would always be a surprise factor.
B P — Google review
Super unprofessional. We showed up in person hoping to book the penthouse, which was still showing as available online. It was 5pm — and they told us it wouldn’t be ready until 7pm. Sorry, what? Checkout is at 10am, so how is the room still not clean seven hours later? Makes no sense. On top of that, the woman at reception had a terrible attitude — zero welcome, zero explanation. For a hotel that tries to brand itself as boutique or luxury, this was a joke. Not worth it.

This charming hostal features a lovely tree-shaded terrace where guests can unwind with refreshing drinks and delicious tapas while enjoying the gentle breeze. Although it’s slightly off the bustling center, this hidden gem provides a serene atmosphere perfect for those seeking tranquility amidst their travels.
I’ve stayed here a few times now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The rooms are bright, clean, and fresh and the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are good either a fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee maker. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would highly recommend

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I strongly advise never to stay at this property. The rooms reek of sewage, and there is no hot water – something that was not mentioned anywhere before booking. Despite reporting the issue, no one came to check or fix it. Trying to reach them by phone is impossible, and the customer service is terrible. This is not even a hostel – it’s basically toilets at a bus station. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place!!

This place promised a lot, but delivered little. We only ordered one starter, some croquettes, which took 27 minutes to arrive at our table. When they did arrive, they were small, tasteless and greasy. Our main courses then followed which were again very average. The whole process was agonisingly slow, And the waitress coming back to the table to run through our order again almost half an hour after she had taken it only made us feel that they had not even started preparing it. We had no desert as by this time we just wanted to leave. The location is great, but sadly the service, the food and the feeling of being ripped off (€70 for some croquettes, a salad, a moussaka, some wine and a coffee) means we will not return.

ALERT SCAM HOSTEL DO NOT RESERVE. Booked 1 night stay over Airbnb but on the day there’s a railway construction work from Barcelona to Sitges. I’ve communicated for cancellation the moment I realized that there won’t be any train on the day (as the solo traveler this may sort of be the only commute option that’s available). It was around 1PM on the day, theoretically still far before the check-in hour, but they refused to refund and claimed to be their policy - which is invisible I suggest everyone to avoid this scam place so as to make sure a pleasant journey - I’m currently escalating the situation with the travelling/hostel management department.

I felt this hostel was over-priced for the experience. Check-in was communicated via WhatsApp with a code to a lockbox to get my room key, there is no reception. There were no common areas that I could find. I was upgraded to a more spacious room, however the room was overlooking a noisy road, which made it difficult to sleep. The hostel is close to nice beaches and the old part of town, however you have to search 'Hostal Bonanza' to find the right location on google, as 'Sitges Beach Hostal' shows up in a different part of town.

Great service even though all online. Communication was simple and always responsive. Room was great, clean, functioning and excellent air con. All good and will use again 100%

This hotel is way too expensive for the very small rooms. The double rooms have 1.5 person beds. The rooms are extremely small. I have been coming to Sitges for 8 years and all the hotels I have visited before have better value for money that this hotel. Book something else.

Another excellent meal! This time we got a home delivery of the vegetarian paella and it was excellent. Arrived piping hot and beautifully presented - photo doesn’t do it justice and we were too greedy to wait!!! Ordering process quick, simple and efficient.

Mediterranean restaurant
La Santa Maria is a low-key hotel with unfussy rooms and a laid-back restaurant featuring a bar and patio seating. The restaurant, located on the waterfront in Sitges, is known for its paella and other Mediterranean specialties. The hotel has 57 rooms with views of the sea, city, or mountains, including family rooms. Guests praise the convenient location and friendly staff. The restaurant offers various types of paella and is popular among families for its menu choices for both adults and children.
Stopped her for dinner and was happy with everything. Great location to eat Al fresco, the service was friendly and they catered for English speaking tourists. The food arrived quickly, good portions, well cooked, reasonable prices including the vino.

You cannot beat the location! Absolutely the best location with a good Spanish restaurant, with various types of Paella, on ground level with lovely seating right on the promenade with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Yes the room decor is dated. However, the balcony we had was large enough to enjoy and overall very clean. The staff was super friendly and great drinks at the lobby bar as well. Air conditioning was super by any standard. They make up for the dated decor with their friendly smiles and excellent service. Definitely will be a first choice on future visits. Cheers!

Went here for dinner, presumed it was good since it was always full and the menu looked interesting. Took us a while to be seated food came out very slow. We had Thai-Style prawn salad, which was only Thai in name, but still it was okay. We also had the mixed seafood grill, big mistake unless you like your seafood very over-done. Front staff where pleasant and you could see that the Maitre d' was trying his hardest, but unfortunately the kitchen was letting them down.

La Santa Maria has a fantastic location facing the sea and is less than a minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quite so I had a great sleep there. Check in was very quick and after checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage there for the rest of the day (they also offer late checkout at 4pm for an additional 20eur). I dropped two stars for three reasons. Firstly, the room which we booked was not the room we got. Secondly, there was quite a bad ant infestation in the room and thirdly, the breakfast was quite horrible (I recommend going to a local cafe for breakfast instead). Apart from that it was good value for money and the views watching the sea were incredible.

Best 3 stars hotel ever and an outstanding customer oriented service from the receptionist Patricia and the breakfast staff. Patricia was so helpful and friendly trying her best to offer an amazing support to all of the clients. Location is 1 million dollars on the front line of the sea just across the street from the best beach side of Sitges. Highly recommended!

Great. While I can’t speak about the hotel, the food and service were excellent — the portions also much bigger than what one would expect. The green peppers were super nice, and so were the potatoes; the calamari were fresh and nicely fried, finished off with a fresh lemon that gives it a touch of sparkle.

Last time we came to Sitges we ate here a lot. So we thought we would give it a try again. Lovely place, very family oriented and lovely staff. Always busy so best to get here early. Nice choices on menu for adults and children. Will definitely be going back. Thank you for the lovely food and service ❤️✌🏼 P.s We did not stay at the hotel only went for food, lunch and breakfast both lovely every time we have been ❤️😊

We have been coming to this hotel for almost 10 years and will return. We feel at home and relaxed here. We love the comfort and enjoy breakfast each morning and meals in the evening. Best paella in Sitges. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and warm.

Hotel Ibersol Antemare (Only Adults) is a relaxed and casual adults-only hotel located in Sitges. The hotel features a laid-back restaurant overlooking a pool, where guests can enjoy breakfast. It offers bright rooms with basic amenities and options for larger rooms at an additional cost. The hotel is situated in a residential district, offering easy access to nearby attractions such as Palau de Maricel Palace and Pink Triangle Monument Against Homophobia.
Stayed at this hotel and was even better than we were expecting. The hotel is so close to the beach and about 20 minutes walk into the main town. Lovely rooms and terrace area was amazing with some beautiful art. Rooms kept clean and breakfast was tasty with nice surroundings. All in all no complaints! Would come again

Perfectly located hotel in Sitges! The hotel is okay! Great breakfast buffet. However, the rooms could be a little more cleaner, especially the bathroom! And the sound isolation is not great,I heard my neighbors several times… The receptionist was very nice! It would be a 3,75/5 for me.
Younes O — Google review
How on earth can you eat the lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant when the food at the breakfast buffet is inedible. The hotel should charge for the breakfast instead of being so cheap by serving crap. Today at the Sunday breakfast was especially bad. I would never order any food at lunch or dinner from this hotel period. The hotel is getting run down. They need to spend some money and renovate this hotel. The outside needs paint badly, it’s a shame the hotel looks so bad surrounded by beautiful homes. We stayed here two years ago and nothing has been done to improve one thing at this hotel. This will be our last stay at this hotel. What a shame they are letting this hotel go to hell. The staff seem very unhappy as well. If you can find a person at the bar serving drinks it’s your lucky day. I ordered a Bloody Mary and the girl at the bar had no idea how to make it. She had to go ask someone. The hotel did not have Tabasco sauce anywhere in the hotel. Unbelievable The pool is great except the smoking are is as you enter the pool by the door and there are no restrooms anywhere near the pool so you can only imagine that people are relieving themselves in the pool. Maybe that’s why they don’t offer pool bar service which they are losing money by not being able to order your drinks pool side.

I had the chance to stay at the hotel in September for 5 days. The hotel has a great boutique feel, staff are welcoming and cannot do enough for their guests. I had my 60th birthday there and the staff could not do enough to make my day extra special. All the staff and the Manager gave a 10 star service. A special “thanks” to Veronica who made my birthday so memorable

Huge shout out to Barbara, who works the front desk. She made our trip! We requested separate twin beds which resulted in her giving us an upgrade to a nice room overlooking the pool. The rooms are somewhat small, but big enough if you don’t spend a lot of time in them. Breakfast is great, there’s something for everyone. Staff is very friendly. Two things that can be improved: more sunbeds or (actually) don’t allow people to reserve them with a towel. The rules state people can’t, but you know how people are. Two of the seven days we had a sewer smell out of the bathroom. It quickly disappeared but was strong.

I would like to start by saying that this hotel was very reasonably priced (booked through easyJet), and the pool facilities were lovely. The rooms were a good size too, which was appreciated. Our Spanish is not the best, so we understand that some things may have been lost in translation. That said, I do not believe this hotel deserves its four star rating. The hotel felt quite tired and was noticeably dirty in places, with stained carpets and marked walls. Our room was very dusty and not clean at all. The door frame was coming away from the wall, and the walls were paper thin. I dropped something under the chair and found that the floor underneath was filthy. There was also no kettle, mugs or coffee in the room, which felt like a basic thing to miss. Breakfast was as expected and the selection was good, well stocked and ran smoothly. However, the atmosphere at dinner was extremely uncomfortable. We saw people waiting in the corridor for around 15 minutes (to pay or to be seated) while several tables sat empty, with waiters walking past us and tending to places where no one was seated. When people were finally acknowledged l, we once said that we were a group of five (which was part of our booking), the waiter huffed and said, “this should be fine.” We were then shown to a table with only two chairs and had to pull up the other three chairs ourselves. We ordered a sangria at 10.15pm and by 10.51pm it still had not arrived. We had already been served our main courses but still had no drinks, so we ended up leaving early that evening. When my friend went to the bar to ask for a drink instead, she was told quite aggressively to sit down, which felt really unnecessary. Staff did not appear to be rushed off their feet – in fact, they spent more time chatting with each other than actually serving guests. Our vegetarian friend found a piece of bacon in her pesto pasta. The dinner setup was also quite confusing. Nothing was explained clearly, the menu was poorly laid out, and we struggled to communicate with the staff about how things worked. One particularly unpleasant moment was when we saw a waiter applying cream to something on his lip right next to the food station during breakfast. That really put us off. On a more positive note, check in was smooth and the reception staff were genuinely helpful and kind.

This is a great hotel located 15 min walk from the city center. I have been to this hotel many times and it is finally time for a review. The hotel staff are friendly and energetic. They provide a welcoming atmosphere to the adults only vibe that this place gives off. The rooms are recently renovated and have AC. This particular room had a balcony as have all the other rooms I have stayed at this hotel. Be aware that this is a high mosquito area and you will encounter a large amount of them. We bought mosquito spray at Mercadona to spray in the balcony and room. The sliding door had a nice large crack in the lower corner. (picture added) The Bathroom in its renovated state is clean and large enough to accommodate two people if needed. The only negative to the bathroom was the over calcification of the shower head which had more clogged holes than open ones (picture added) The hotel has two pool areas. A small inner pool which is newly renovated. It is missing sun chairs by the pool but you can go to sun chair area less than 20m away. The principal pool is a bit outdated and needs some repair and proper maintenance. On this occasion myself and a few of the hotel guests witnessed what looked like worms in the pool. Hotel staff was notified. There is a part of the pool area that is corded off which give the whole area a we are forever under construction vibe which is not pleasant. (picture added) The buffet breakfast is the bomb as usual. One of the best hotel breakfasts in Sitges by far. If you have the option to have the bfast included do it. The hotel tax seems a bit high to me and there is a 20€ deposit for towels. Ordering a taxi back to the train station was a snap at the front desk. The hotel lost a star because it lacks a bit of aesthetic maintenance. The outside needs a paint job very badly. The entry fountains need help. The interior hallways can use an update as it looks very original and like walking through a time capture. This place is worth going to despite all the bad stuff. Go and enjoy being among adults only.

The worst hotel I ever been to! The room smelled horrible, the bathroom was full of hair and mold! The floor was noticeable dirty, the fridge didn’t work at all. There’s no kettle, water, either bathroom amenities (only soaps). The ventilation was clogged with dust right in front of you and the bed was full of sand. And the walls paper thin, cleaners were making way too much noise from early morning. There were also dirty plates in the buffet and the machines weren't working. When we asked to change the room because it was full of mold, the administrator said that there’re no rooms available at our price, so we had to stay in a moldy room till the end. I asked if that’s our fault that the room is dirty, she started YELLING at me that she can’t kick other people out of the hotel, despite the fact that there were better rooms available. We were too cheap for those… This was definitely the first and the last visit to this and other Ibersol hotels ever!

Camping El Garrofer is located just 900m from Sitges beach and offers a range of accommodation options including air-conditioned units with free WiFi. The site features an outdoor pool and over 500 campsites shaded by pine trees, along with a dedicated area for caravans and 28 bungalows that can accommodate up to five people. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the site, outstanding shower facilities, and delicious food options including breakfast served every morning.
We came on holiday here in the May half term and couldn’t recommend it enough. We stayed in a 2 bed comfort bungalow (2 adults & 2 kids). The bungalow was compact but had everything we needed. Ours was right next to the playground and tennis/basketball court. Which was great for the kids to run off and play. The swimming pool was juts around the corner. The pool area looks almost brand new with great options for all ages. The little supermarket on site is great for essentials and also serves coffee, cakes & pastries. We ate in the restaurant one night which was food and for a takeaway pizza on our last night. If you have a car it’s only a 5 minute drive into Sitges. The beaches there are beautiful, the sea was calm and shallow. Lots of fun rocky bits for the kids to explore. We would highly recommend staying here. It’s such good value for money, so quick to get to from Barcelona airport and the kids loved it!

A very family orientated campsite with great facilities for everyone, the pool is clean and large with slides and there is evening entertainment. It's a huge place with hundreds of guests at a time but it feels well organized. The staff in reception are very helpful and the links to Barcelona and Sitges are easy. We camped and the plots are very large and flat with good access and shade. Much more reasonably priced than other campsites around. Would defiantly recommend

This was my 4th time staying at this site. It's a great site, with good size pitches and good facilities. It's a 20 minute walk from Sitges town and only a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest beach. Since my last visit they have spent some money on the shower and toilet facilities. The original block could do with modernisation, however, I expect they will complete this soon. Quiet times from 23-7am, which people do respect and they do close the security gates. There a swimming pool complex with 3 slides available. The is a smaller young childrens pool area. Sun beds are available and we've never had any issues getting a sun bed, however, I can imagine in peak season, it could be a challenge. They also have a tennis court, adventure play area and basketball court available on site. Onsite restaurant available, which does get busy so I'd recommend booking a table in advance. Food is ok, but we prefer going into Sitges itself for dinner. All the staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will stay here again the future.

Been back a week today after staying at HolaCamp Sitges Garrofer. Situated on the outskirts of Sitges, but not to faraway to get too. The staff on reception were amazing nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get to places on the buses. Had a problem with the door at our accommodation reported it to reception and within 20 minutes maintenance came and fixed it. We stayed in a mobile home premium 2 bedroom, this was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had a powerful shower, and there is air-conditioning which was needed. A nice clean decking area. The onsite shop sold what we needed for our first day and has a good selection of fresh pastries, bread and hot drinks and the staff were lovely. We went to Mercadona for rest of shopping, which was easy enough to get too as we didn't hire a car, got the mini bus which runs from the camp into Sitges and picks you up again at four different zones around Sitges. There's a restaurant and pizza restaurant onsite and also one at the other camp just a short walk away, we ate in both and the meals were excellent friendly staff and reasonably priced. Went to the swimming pool which is salt water, one afternoon it was clean and had a lifeguard, there's slides in the main pool. The beach near the camp is accessed through a gate at the back of the camp, it's a 15 minute walk and brings you to Platja de les Anquines a sandy beach which is next to hotel ME Sitges Terramar. The mini van also drops you around the corner from the main beach in Sitges. The camp has 24 hour security who were friendly and helpful. A big massive thank you to all the staff on reception who helped us with any queries we had and the lady who drove the mini bus you were all amazing. I highly recommend staying at Holacamp Sitges Garrofer and we will definitely be back with the rest of the family

The worst holiday I’ve been on to date. Accommodation: Bungalow in our booking had cockroaches. The studio cabin we also booked for our group had a paper wasp nest. I was stung and now seeking treatment in the uk. Wasp nest was between the wooden slats around the cabin. Cabin was also super dusty and could see the underneath of the bed had not been swept. This isn’t good for such a low bed on offer. There was also lots of hair left on bathroom floor. Pool: overcrowded, awful. Far far too many children allowed in the pool at once. You had to navigate around one another. One child near us was sick in the pool and when they told the lifeguards, they just shrugged their shoulders and didn’t bother to get the chunks of sick out of the pool or close it down to clean. Entertainment: god awful singing acts on most nights and the entertainment goes on until 11-30-12. 30 am every night. You can’t sleep through it while in a paper thin bungalow (a caravan) or a wooden cabin. Other: bikes advertised are 25 euros each for the day, these are needed if you want to go to others or the beach. The beach they advertise is rocky, so you need to go slightly further out to enjoy a sandy one. Sitges is ok - nice old town but very little to do or see. Very small.
Louise B — Google review
Mixed feelings on this - they market themselves as a family friendly upmarket campsite and whilst it was overall ok there are a few flaws. Nice clean cabins - we were in a Comfort 4 - close to the pool - which was great....during the day. There's a stage next to the pool and most evening's (very loud) entertainment wouldn't start until 10pm and sometimes go on until after midnight, not good with smaller kids! The main draw back is the pool which is far too small for the number of people on the site - yes, we were there peak season, but it was far too cramped (not much room to actually swim!) and spoiled the holiday a bit for us. We ended up spending more time out at the beach as a result. There's lots of activities available for the kids. The transfer bus to Sitges is good value and handy but the 8 seater minibus gets full quickly! Restaurants - La Sinia is nice, but quite expensive. The pizza place - nice wood fired Neapolitan bases but the toppings on all three pizzas we ordered were very salty. The QR menu system didn't work.

Booked through Eurocamp. The park is fantastic and the staff are really helpful and speak fluent English, French and I’m sure I heard some German too. The onsite shop is great although as expected, a little more expensive than if you went to a local store (caprabo supermarket was our favourite) - but definitely not overpriced. Pool is a good size but can get very busy. We frequently got there for 3pm and still found space for a few hours. Life guards were always on duty and very aware if someone misbehaved… Park is very clean with plenty of recycling points and waste bins - and there is a very visible security presence so we always felt safe. There is a playground which we walked around but didn’t use, this would be ideal for younger children. The only difficulty we had was hitting bikes which was very popular as it’s easy to cycle into Sitges. We used onsite laundry which is controlled by a smartphone app. Instructions are on a sign next to the machines. We took a bus to Barcelona from the bus stop onsite (E16) but the staff onsite can detail this further. This was roughly an hour and found it easier than getting into Sitges to catch a train. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or pizza takeaway. Not the fault of the Holacamp but the Eurocamp accomodation we were placed into was very “tired” (putting it politely…) insect screens had holes in, kitchen sink with no plug, blocked drains, broken window handles, snapped towel hangers, snapped cupboard handles and one power socket had the cover off. The kitchen felt like it was going to fall apart - although there were lots of glasses, plates and cutlery. If you’re considering this park, I’d suggest you look at another provider.

Malísimo… have been to 3 campings this year. Would definitely recommend Costa Brava coast for best campings. After 1st stay here we received disease in the swimming pool. During second day they haven’t returned money, because of a misunderstanding with a check-out. When cleaning lady says she comes back for accepting the house, you just wait and then they charge for 2.5 hours more. Ridiculous!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Sitges, Hotel MiM Sitges is a chic retreat just a stone's throw from the beach. This upscale boutique hotel boasts 77 stylish rooms, including five Junior Suites and one luxurious Suite. Guests can unwind at the trendy restaurant or sip cocktails at the rooftop bar while soaking in breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel's rooftop outdoor pool offers an idyllic spot to relax under the sun or enjoy stunning sunsets over Sitges.
Stayed here in June 2025. Had a very nice room for me and my husband for five nights. Very comfortable and quiet. Had a great breakfast every morning, both hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would also highly recommend the spa! I had a massage with Rafael (who I have had massages with many times while visiting Sitges over the years). I also had the opportunity to have a massage with Alvaro while I was again in Sitges in Sept 2025 (but did not stay at the Hotel MIM). Both Rafa and Alvaro provide excellent and intuitive massages, leaving me completely relaxed. I recommend both the hotel and the spa!

Had a lovely time on our honeymoon at the MIM, with our room being upgraded, which was greatly appreciated. Hands down, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Gorgeous roof top pool, reasonably priced drinks, free beach towels every day and a stunning spa with pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Only negative was the bathroom cleanliness - lots of mould which hasn’t been cleaned for some time, and our room had many beetles & ants within it.

. We booked a Junior Suite in this four-star superior hotel for a week. The location is very central, but the hotel clearly needs a complete renovation and refurbishment—especially regarding sound proofing. You can hear everything happening inside and outside the hotel from the room. The TV does not work properly, the bathroom and toilet need significant attention, both lifts were broken at the same time for almost a full day, and the entire hotel lost power one early evening. On top of that, the hotel lacks proper management. This is particularly noticeable at breakfast and in the rooftop restaurant. There is constant chaos: if the cheese is available, the plates are missing; when the plates arrive, the coffee machine is not working, and so on. Most of the staff are trying their best, but there is no coordination, and no one seems to be leading them. However, the main reason for our one-star rating is that we were made to feel foolish. From the beginning, there were announcements of a pool party posted everywhere in the lifts, scheduled for Friday starting at 5 PM. We finished our beach day a bit early and returned to the hotel to join the party, only to find that the announcements had been removed. To be sure, we asked at reception, and were told that no such party was ever planned. This was extremely frustrating. The likely reason was a spontaneous party in the same area the previous day that had been shut down by the police. Whatever the reason, it could have been communicated in a much more transparent and courteous way.

When I first booked this hotel, I was nervous because the reviews were very scattered so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Here is an overview for anyone on the fence: Rooms: We stayed 6 nights in the cheapest room since we never intend on being in the room often. I’d say it was pretty clean but the reviews were correct that it could use an update. Wallpaper was peeling and other cosmetic things could be done but not a huge deal. There was mold in the shower as I had previously read. The beds were comfortable. We did kill 3 baby cockroaches as well within the first few days. For it being a small room, it was a good size. Double sink in the bathroom which was helpful and a lot of space to unpack clothes. Breakfast: The breakfast was really good contrary to the reviews I read. Laura is AMAZING. When she was in charge of breakfast, it is organized and well stocked. She has such a friendly personality and makes you feel at home. It was a very good variety of typical breakfast foods that you would expect with omelette and eggs made fresh when you order. Pools and Spa: we didn’t use the spa but if you sign up to be a member for free, you get one hour of pool access per day. We thought it was very nice. Romantic lighting throughout with a salt pool, regular pool, cold plunge, heated seats in a relaxation room, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend. Rooftop: beautiful views! The pool area is small with only about 6 chairs to sit out but never had a problem grabbing one if we wanted to hang out and lay in the sun after getting back from the beach. Staff: the staff generally was very helpful, kind and approachable. We absolutely loved Alex and Laura!! There were only a few staff members that were distant or felt short in their communication. Location: perfect!! Not even a minute walk to the sea and a generally prime location to get anywhere within 10-15 minute walk. Despite some of the issues with our room, I would stay again and recommend to others. We are pretty low maintenance travels and to only spend about $1200, what we got for it was pretty good. The staff really went above and beyond in any way they could so that helped offset the issues with the room.

Wonderful experience for my partners birthday. We found the service to be exceptional, from the front desk, bartender, wait staff and housekeeping, everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. We overslept and missed our hour at the spa, so we will be coming back next year. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The hotel room quality is not the best. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2021 and every time I’ve stayed here, I’ve noticed the quality and condition of the hotel rooms has gotten worse over the years. I stayed in privilege room during this trip and it was not good. The hotel does not do a good job at maintaining their rooms in good condition or at least this tier of room. They don’t repair things properly either. During my stay I noticed the vanity in between the sink had a broken door that was not held up properly by its screws. The wood cabinet door that contains the mini fridge looked like it was about to fall off the hinges The wood varnish on the bed side tables was peeling off as well. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and I stated that the hotel really needs a renovation and do better with the upkeep. They said that the renovation is in the works but the dates for it are unknown. In the meantime the hotel should still do a better job and make sure the rooms are in good condition with features that are not falling apart. The cost per night for a room that’s falling apart doesn’t make the stay feel worth it in my opinion. The hotel breakfast wasn’t the best in my opinion… I noticed a decrease in the quality of the breakfast from my last 2 stays. The location of this hotel is great but I am disappointed with the quality of this stay.

First night in the hotel, quite an early review. Rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel Grounds are well looked after and breakfast is a 10/10. Really friendly staff and plenty of food options. The rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out, as they make a good cocktail. Rooftop pool is ideal for cooling down - rather than swimming lengths in it.

My first time at MIM has been a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff at the front desk have been helpful and kind, and the overall service made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sitges.”

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Sitges, Hotel Calipolis is a luxurious retreat that offers breathtaking views of both the sea and mountains. Just a stone's throw from the beach and a leisurely 10-minute walk from the train station, this hotel serves as an excellent launchpad for exploring the picturesque streets and stunning coastline of this charming town. Guests can indulge in modern comforts such as air-conditioned rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms.
I really wanted to love my stay at Calipolis and I did! the Team at the hotel across the board could not be more welcoming helpful or friendly! I had a few issues booking but the speed of correspondence from the hotel was superb and they more than composated for that! One small area is just the size of the pool making getting a sunbed sometimes challenging and also noisy with kids. The beach is right in front of the hotel though and the provision of Towels, Chairs and Beach umbrella is perfect. Breakfast was superb the room spotless and the view from my room unmatched Would highly recommend

We were first given a room that smelled like smoke, but the front staff were really responsive and moved us to a new one, which we appreciated. That said, the overall experience was pretty underwhelming. The hotel feels more like a dated beach resort, with an intense sewage smell in the lobby when entering. As for the bathroom.. the only consistent part of our stay was the flooding after every shower. The staff did what they could and were good throughout, but honestly, I’m not sure what star rating this place should have, but it’s definitely not a 4

We stayed once again at Calipolis in Sitges, and it remains the best hotel in town. A special thank you to Alex at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — truly an outstanding professional. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and breathtaking sea views make this place a real home away from home. We will keep coming back, again and again.

The hotel is modern and within close walking distance to the heart of Sitges. Across the road from the beach. There is a gym and restaurant available. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and they offer a set menu for 28 euros, which includes 3 courses and drink.

Here’s the good the bad and the ugly. The good It’s one of the nicest hotels in Sitges. Nice clean quiet contemporary hotel in a great location and wonderful beach views (if you can get them) and very nice breakfast, quiet spacious rooms and comfortable beds The bad The wifi service is horrible, the bathroom floods due to poor design, and the gym is useless. The universal machine in there has faulty cables and is dangerous This hotel has 170 rooms and only 13 seats by the tiny pool so forget trying to sit by the pool. There’s space to put 20 more seats out there but it’s taken up by the hotel restaurant tables that nobody is using during the day. It doesn’t really matter. The pool is freezing anyway. We tried to rent a bike but none were available. No biggie, but I asked them where we could go to rent a bike and they said there are no places around to rent bikes. I then googled bike rental and found several places nearby. In fact we ended up using the same bike rental company the hotel uses to rent bikes. The ugly I see a lot of complaints over the years about the same issues (poor wifi, minimal pool seating, bathroom flooding, bad gym) and they never fix hem. So to the hotel owner: don’t even bother responding to my review with your canned response.

Location is perfect across from the beach and a few minutes walk to the main shopping streets. Reception staff and guest services were excellent, friendly, attentive and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and bathroom is big. We had partial sea views on level 8 with a balcony. Highly recommended

Wonderful hotel on a beautiful beach! We found the room to be clean and spacious and to enjoy an outstanding view. Yasine and Tony at the Front Desk were extremely helpful in booking a couple of restaurant reservations at places we wanted to try around town. We'll Be Back in 2026.

Lovely experience staying in this hotel. The small fault I had with rooms was noise from another room that was very disruptive and thankfully it was only 1 night but, we also did "hear" our next room neighbours on a few small occasions too.! As for the room itself was it very pleasant and comfortable and lacking nothing, with the housekeeping being excellent both in the bedroom and throughout the public areas👌. Breakfast was substantial, nothing fancy or exciting, but you would be fed. Reception staff member, very polite well-informed and a pleasure to interact with. The location was very good. Everything in walking distance with fabulous beaches. I would definitely recommend this hotel but also floor 9 or 8 for views. Would love to return to this hotel again.

Hotel Estela is a captivating lodging option situated in Port dAiguadolc, boasting artistic décor and an enviable location facing the sea. The hotel showcases charming accommodations adorned with art-infused walls, offering guests the opportunity to soak in temporary exhibitions located throughout the communal areas. This includes a delightful array of sculptures and paintings that add to the overall allure.
Had a wonderful dinner at the Hotel Estela restaurant in Sitges. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and attentive. The staff were also very accommodating with my dietary restrictions, making sure I had plenty of tasty options. And the food was fantastic, with every dish full of flavor. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back.

Checked in with two small kids late at night and everything was perfect. Receptionist was very helpful, room had sofa bed made up and everything needed for kids. Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast included in price. The hotel has an incredible selection of artwork and is like staying in a museum. Location is great as it's only a minutes walk to a lovely beach or to the marina. Would go out of my way to stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay, here! The hotel preserved the atmosphere of exquisite holidaying, about 30 years ago. You enter an atmosphere of art and culture with Escher-like stairs, a waterfall of falling spheres and windblown marble sculptures. We had a room with a wonderful view on the beach, all in reach for a quick swim in the morning. Rooms were reasonably priced and breakfast was good.
Beate P — Google review
Attended a business function and was very satisfied with the hotel. The food, service and venue were excellent and the staff friendly and accommodating. Excellent WiFi coverage and easy to stay in contact with the business and family. The season we attended is not ideal for beach going but the water was warm and swimming safe. The rooms are a little bit dated and the beds on casters so a bit unstable when moving around at night. The bath shower was too small for a larger framed person like myself but otherwise very pleasant with a sea view from the bed. Overall a very pleasant stay and good value for money making it a great place for our conference
Jason S — Google review
Complained about intermittent noise in the room and was told it was the air conditioning… though I had it off on two nights. Moved room (next door) and suspect that the problem in our original room 112 was due to the air con in the new room (next door). The two room are adjacent to the port, so lots of early morning noise from kitchen and from bin collection. After three nights of broken and poor sleep we gave up and moved out. The hotel is in serious need of modernisation. The staff try hard, but there is no sense of any management or attention from the owners. Will not be back to the Estela. Pay a few euro extra and go to the Melia nearby. Rooms are very outdated. Awful Wifi service in bedrooms. Breakfast service is ok… but coffee machines are slow and the coffee is not nice.
Derek M — Google review
Great place to stay, fabulous location right next to a lovely beach, a genuinely nice hotel. It had weddings and events in garden below our room while we were there but they made sure to finish early, before 10pm. Only dowñside is I am early waker and no tea or coffee in room, no service and not even a vending machine. A nice early walk around the pretty port solved it, but a hotel of this otherwise outstanding quality should have a service for this!

Great hotel to enjoy Sitges, small coastal town next to Barcelona. Trains/coaches your best bet for travelling into the city as taxis were hugely overpriced!
Thomas H — Google review
Front desk workers were beyond crabby and not welcoming. They never looked at us or greeted us when my husband and I walked through the lobby. There is no complementary water or coffee, to me this is ridiculous being it is a higher end hotel. Do not order coffee to your room, you will be charged $10 for "room service" plus the cost of the coffee, go down to the restaurant yourself. Location of the hotel was great. Room was fine.

Kalma Sitges Hotel is a charming hotel with an elaborate facade located right across from the beach. The interior has a modern and breezy feel, with comfortable furnishings that create a cozy atmosphere. Opting for a sea-view room or visiting the rooftop terrace will provide stunning views of the ocean, along with access to a pool and loungers for sunbathing. The hotel offers 4-star accommodations and is conveniently situated near popular beaches and local attractions.
The hotel stands out for its excellent location just a short walk from the promenade. Especially towards the end of the high season, the room rates were surprisingly reasonable, offering very good value for money. The additional services are also fairly priced and guest-friendly. The early check-in fee of €10 is very reasonable, and the late check-out option — charged per hour — makes it a very attractive service when available. Breakfast deserves special mention. The selection was varied and of good quality, and the morning service — particularly from the very attentive breakfast lady — was outstanding and really made for a pleasant start to the day. One minor drawback was the room itself. Although it had a balcony, it faced the back courtyard and other buildings, making it less inviting to use. In addition, there was a constant noise at night, possibly from a water or ventilation pipe on the second floor, which was somewhat disturbing. For a future stay, I would therefore prefer a different room. Overall, a very pleasant stay with good service and an excellent price-performance ratio.

We stayed at Sercotel Kalma Sitges during Pride weekend (Friday to Monday). This was my third time at the hotel, and while I’ve enjoyed previous visits, it feels like the property is starting to show its age and could really benefit from some renovation. Positives: • The location is perfect – right by the beach and close to everything. • The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christopher at breakfast – thank you for your great hospitality! • The room was clean, comfortable, and included blackout curtains and the essentials. • Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with a nice fresh orange juice machine that I really appreciated. It seems they make just enough to avoid waste, which is a nice touch. Negatives: • The air conditioning system really needs an upgrade – it’s noisy and doesn’t cool effectively, even at high power. • Despite some claimed renovations, the overall feel of the hotel is a bit tired. • One issue I couldn’t ignore: the fishy smell in the lobby, likely from the restaurant below. It was noticeable every time I walked in. At around €250 per night during pride weekend, I expected a bit more comfort and updated facilities. Overall, it’s a decent stay thanks to the staff and location, but I’d say it’s time for a refresh.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The calm atmosphere and the hotel’s intimate scale made it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the minimalist breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location offers the best of all worlds: close to the seafront, the old city, and the beautiful alleys of Sighet. Everything was wonderful for us. Thank you!

Our first visit to "Sercotel Kalma Sitges" and we had a lovely stay, the room was large, air-conditioned and comfortable. We opted for the breakfast option and it was definitely worthwhile. The rooftop terrace and pool was welcome and such a peaceful place. Our room didn't have a balcony but had amazing views to the beach and Sitges town. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we'd definitely stay again!

We unfortunately, stay only two nights with this hotel. The location is great and directly at the beach front. We booked, unfortunately a room back site with a balcony, we not just really the balcony, because the beach in front was better. The ventilation system is a bit noisy, prefer, there are rooms in a higher floor and maybe visiting to the beach And to the mediterranean sea. Very positive are the low costs for early check. In and for the late checkout until two o'clock. The room was clean and well maintained. For us, it is always better to stay not in the high season here. Mit or end of september, is more recommended, less crowded and the rates are as well a bit cheaper.

Disappointing stay. Arrival - no water for showers when we had an event on soon after arrival. Water went back on but no hot water so had to make do as we had to get ready. Morning of day 2 at 0900 a lot of hammering and drilling from next door. We had a late night due to the event so a long lie in was required but we were rudely woken up by this. A lot of maintenance ongoing on top floor. This continued throughout the day into the evening. Good location right on the beach from and the restaurant next door, as you turn left from the hotel, is brilliant. Room we stayed in very dated and air con could be cooler.

Breach of agreement and poor hotel management The reservation specified a room with garden views. The assigned room faced a wall, failing to meet the description on the website. The hotel claimed that the correct room had been available since the second day, but I was never notified. Their argument: since I did not request it, they did not consider it necessary to inform me. Even the day before departure, they insisted the room had been available the entire time, demonstrating poor and negligent communication. When I requested to speak with the director, the reception stated that she had already left because I was not present, claiming it was Saturday at 1:30 PM. The director insisted that the assigned room was correct, which is false. The internal coordination and excuses from the staff are unacceptable. Hotel condition and facilities The room’s size and location do not match the advertised specifications. Email responses were unhelpful, discourteous, and lacked professionalism. The pool receives no sunlight at any time, making it unusable, and the bathrooms have old tiles merely painted white as “maintenance,” showing that the hotel requires a full renovation. Conclusion Failure to deliver what was promised, poor communication management, and inadequate maintenance. A disappointing experience that I would not recommend.

Hotel Medium is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring both the town and the nearby beaches. The pool area is lovely, and for most of my stay, there were plenty of sun loungers available. There's also a small outdoor bar that operates for about six hours a day, offering a limited snack menu. However, service can be frustratingly slow when it gets busy, I once waited 20 minutes just for a sangria. A concerning moment during my stay was when a large parasol, which hadn’t been properly secured, was blown over, narrowly missing some guests sunbathing nearby. It was quite a scary incident. The rooms were disappointing. Although they’ve had a light refurbishment, they still feel dated, like a 1990s hotel with a bit of surface polish. Notably, the polystyrene ceiling tiles are still in place, which surprised me given the known fire risk. On the plus side, the room was very clean, except for under the bed, which clearly hadn't been swept in a while. Reception service left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point. Check-in was slow and overly manual, while check-out felt cold and robotic, with no effort made to engage or thank guests. Honestly, a self-service kiosk would have been preferable. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location and pool, but it falls short in terms of service, room quality, and attention to detail.

This stylish contemporary hotel in a calm leafy spot offers snug, minimalist rooms with a soothing palette of greys and whites. The hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore the city of Sitges but also want to have some peace and quiet. The staff are very helpful and the location is amazing - just a 3-minute walk from the beach.
I paid for the cheapest room to save money on my trip and I was actually impressed with the quality of the room and bed. Small but cute. My partner enjoyed it and it had a nice little view. Best part about this hotel was the bar and bikes! They have bicycles you can use to get around which saved us time/money... The bar was great and their service was better!

Really nice hotel for the price charged. Even though we were late arriving this was not a problem for them. It is nicely themed and decorated throughout. Room was a good size, clean and tidy. Plenty of charge points for phone. Decent bathroom. I would only suggest using perhaps a fridge would be a nice touch. It is situated about a 15min walk to the town centre but close to the beach. They do have bikes which I assume you can’t rent if you wanted. The only thing we struggled with was if you wanted some supplies the shops are a bit of a walk, but they do have a bar and a vending machine in reception. The hotel itself has a nice chilled vibe to it. Nice pool area which gets plenty of sun.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and appreciated its many positive aspects, though there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience. The room would benefit from a full-length mirror, as the only one available was in the bathroom. Additionally, we weren’t aware that some rooms feature balconies, while ours did not. As a smoker, this meant I needed to go down to the bar area for a coffee and cigarette. One of our friends also found their room to be quite small and a little cramped. We also noticed that the air conditioning could be improved – when set to 18°C, the temperature gradually rose back to around 22°C while we were out. On a positive note, the location is excellent – just a 15-minute walk to the town centre and only 5 minutes to the beach, which was very convenient.

Port Sitges Hotel is a charming apartment hotel located opposite the port in Sitges. The hotel offers an outdoor pool and hot tub, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It is conveniently situated on the boardwalk, providing easy access to Sitges Beachfront and Aiguadolc Port. While some guests have noted that the rooms could benefit from redecoration and attention to detail, the location of the hotel is praised for its stunning sea views and proximity to the beach.
Visited in December 2014. The hotel is somewhat isolated from the city of Sitges, although it’s within walking distance to the city center. The sea view wasn’t that great, as we were placed on the 2nd floor with a view of the marina (not the sea), and the terrace was really tiny, offering a view of the building next door. However, the room itself was spacious, and there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast was enjoyable.

What a waste of 4 stars. This is definitely a 2-star hotel elsewhere. It is just the location that is wow. Services are poor and extremely unpleasant. The room price was very high for a 5-star hotel. I had to book there since I had a conference near by to attend. It is the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life. No joke
Hussain R — Google review
The hotel was alright but definitely not worth the price. Upon arriving we had been put in the wrong room (twin instead of a double) and though they were quick to correct it, our new room smelt like cigarettes and had not been very thoroughly cleaned as the mirror was dirty, our shampoo had not been refilled and was well below half way gone, and there was dust everywhere. The rooms are ok though the mini fridges don't work and when asked the staff member told us that's just how they are. The walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbours too. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is not included which for a 4 star hotel you might expect, though that just could be us. Overall, it's an alright place just quite overpriced and not the best service.

Nice hotel, not many amenities, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Nice pool but not used as the sunbeds are so unfortable, breakfast, but other than that, a vending machine. Great place for lovely restaurants.

Was greeted by a very rude member of there booking in team, he obviously didn't want to be there. The parking charges are ridiculous at 25 euro per vehicle. The room was clean and spacious but pretty basic. Lovely view of a harbour though and plenty of restaurants to choose from

Stayed here with my two sons in July, it cost 500 euros for two nights and claims to be 4 stars. It is an apartment hotel, not a hotel. We had a room ov erlooking the swimming pool. Let's start with the positive things. The view was great, the cleaners did a good job. The room was spacious. The aircon worked well. The swimming pool was good and clean. However, as other comments the hotel is well past its prime, and in need of a drastic refresh and redecoration for this price and stars. The room we had was sparse, very small and feeble cooker, a fridge and very little crockery. No ability to make coffee or tea. My son summed it well, this is like the lodges they stay at for school trips. The sliding doors to the balcony both did not lock at all, unlikely anyone would climb to first floor, but its not unknown. We didn't feel that secure. Just a simple fix would solve this, its neglect. There was no kettle, the toilet had been adjusted to barely use a litre of water, which is fine in a drought except it doesnt work and you end up flushing six times, so actually wastes water and is very frustrating. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Sitges, but there are plenty of resteraunts right outside. All in all, the hotel would be an OK budget aparhotel, the view and pool might push it to mid range. The claim of 4 stars and 500 euros for two nights left me feeling robbed!! I have stayed in plenty of 4 stars, so I feel I am qualified to judge. You can have a nice time in this clean hotel, but not at this price. For example, right now, I can get two nights on the same days next week at another genuine and top rated 4 Star hotel in Sitges for 20 Euros less than I paid.

Second time we've stayed here. Staff always super helpful. Location great for restaurants at Port. Breakfast was lovely . Hotel is always clean with big pool. Hotel is a bit old and could do with some upgrading. 15 minutes walk to centre of Sitges. Very quiet and peaceful. Joaquin, the main receptionist is always accommodating. The room we had this time had nice view of marina (same as last time) but this room was smaller and had all glass shower in middle of room with (no privacy). Bathroom was also exposed with no privacy. Not for us.

If you like your hotels to be quiet, this place is not for you (See more about that below.) Nice location. Away from the crowds. Older building but has character. We did have a little issue with music playing too loudly in the restaurant below our room, but after talking to the hotel staff, they were able to get the restaurant to turn the music down. But it did keep playing though, right until 11. So if you like quiet, I would recommend not staying here.

Nestled in a serene residential area, Hotel Los Globos is a charming gay-owned establishment that offers guests a delightful stay just 250 meters from the gay beach and a short stroll to vibrant nightlife. The hotel features bright, newly renovated rooms equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Some accommodations even boast private terraces with lovely sea views. Guests can enjoy a substantial buffet breakfast each morning in the inviting lounge bar area.
Very helpful and attentive staff. This older establishment is full of charm because of its age and state of decor. The locals and guests are beautiful people. The breakfast package is a must. The beach is located about 300 paces away, super close.

Just returned after a short birthday break. Great hotel, basic but homely and staff are very friendly . Breakfast was perfect. Lots of choice and a great start to the day. Rooms were small but comfortable and our little balcony was lovely to sit out on.Very close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the centre once we got our bearings. Would recommend this hotel. Very good value for money .
Susan W — Google review
Friendly staff. Rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. About 10 minutes walk out of the main town area so if you are visiting by car on street parking is not a problem and free. 2 mins to the beach. Would be happy to stay again.
David R — Google review
I wasn't sure whether to give Los Globos 4 or 5 stars - it is a little tired in places. But, the staff are great, the location is brilliant and it's really good value for money. And they have a parrot. Seriously though, Gustavo was very helpful, the breakfast was nice, the bar / breakfast area is very pleasant and most importantly, they aren't dog tolerant, they really are dog friendly. If we're ever travelling that way again, we would use them without hesitation.

IT IS NOT A BEACH FRONTLINE HOTEL They sell the hotel as in the beach frontline and even thou it is very near the beach, it is not in the frontline. This is a very important miss-leading information. As well, I reserved a room with sea-view which was confirmed by the reception but when I arrived, the only room with sea view was occupied by someone else. Not cool either 😕 The good parts were the good breakfast and how nice are the people who work there in general.
Renara L — Google review
This hotel probably has a colourful history. We paid in advance for two days, and discovered some of the history underneath the bed. Lots of hair, pubic hair, food crumbs. The staff became hostile when we pointed out that the room wasn't clean. Went to the beach and discovered that one one the beachtowels was marked "Sauna" . That was enough for us. We left. They refused to give us any refunds although we hadn't used the room. Beware of hotels requesting advance payment. Hotel Los Globos is probably the worst hotel in Sitges. We've been coming here for 20 years and never experienced anything remotely as bad as this hotel.
Ketil W — Google review
The rooms are very basic, but reasonable. The location is close to the beach and about 15 minutes from the town centre. The views from the balcony are nice, as is the bar area.
David P — Google review
A nice place for a stay in Sitges, a friendly staff, a good breakfast and close near the beach. You have to walk a little while when you want to visit the centre of Sitges, but luckily it's a pleasant walk on the boulevard.

Sitges Eleven is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sitges, close to attractions including Calle del Pecado and Maricel Museum. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and a sauna, as well as helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and guests can enjoy local shopping areas nearby.
I was a bit scared about staying in this hotel after reading the reviews, but I was wrong. For one star hotel is perfect. The reception is very welcoming and give u a nice feeling. The room itself was clean, specious, bed was pretty comfortable, shower was good, they had a little fridge inside which was working perfectly. The design of the hotel is pretty hip and walls were freshly painted. On the 5th floor they have a little chill area with swimming pool to cool down. So there is no cockroach, bed bugs, mouldy rooms, nasty bed mattress. If u are looking for a responsibly priced hotel and don't need luxury to enjoy Sitges, I higly recommend this hotel.

Loved staying here for my 5 or so nites. The manager was amazing, so welcoming. The room was massive with good size bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. Air con worked well, included bar fridge. Really enjoyed my stay at very competitive rates.

The most terrible experience ever! We booked a room with two beds for five days. It was our first time a sitges and we weren't expecting such a "worm" welcome. We paid for the room and got our keys. The second we got the room, we noticed that the room wasn't ready. The TV didn't work, there were no batteries in the remote for the AC , no light bulb in the room , no soap in the shower and no wifi connection. After telling the owner about all the problems we found, she just said that it was normal and it happens all the time in hotels. We said that those were basic serves that we were told were provided in her hotel and asked her to take care of all the problems by the time we come back from walk around town. When we came back at night- the was still no TV, no wifi and no light. We woke up early and confronted her to find a solution. In return got the next answer "if u unhappy you should leave" . We didn't want any trouble so we agreed to go fine another hotel and leave the next day. She explained that we have AN HOUR to get our stuff out of the room and to leave. In complete shock we were kicked out and shamed. Totally lost and confused. Would recommend this dreadful experience to anyone. Stay away from this place.

There was no bathroom door! It had been removed. The girl on reception didnt know what to do about it. A plastic shower curtain had to be strung up over the doorway. Also, when it rained water dripped heavily though the ceiling!

The room was just above the sauna that played music very loud until 6 AM. Worst night ever. The bedding is cheap. Won't go back.

Hotel
Casa Mimi is a casual guesthouse with laid-back rooms that offer sea views and whirlpool tubs. The boutique hotel in Spain continues the tradition of service excellence seen in their establishment in Paraty, Brazil. The hosts are known for being hospitable and caring, creating a home away from home for guests. Visitors praise the friendly and professional hosts, cozy and clean facilities, delicious breakfast with fresh options, helpful local restaurant tips to avoid tourist traps, and beautiful views.
Absolutely fabulous! Could not recommend Casa Mimi highly enough. The owners are so caring and warm and welcoming. They have two very sweet animals. The house is gorgeous and the views are stunning. It was such a comfortable stay and the town is charming. The location isn't the most convenient and the towels were are little threadbare but other than that the rooms were so clean, it was like a resort but in a little house. It was worth the trip and I will absolutely stay here any time and would recommend it to anyone. Also great breakfast and the value of the room was unreal for the price.
Jessica N — Google review
We had a lovely stay at Casa Mimi. We stayed in the room with a view over the town and the sea, lovely! The surroundings and the couple running the BnB was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We were served a continental breakfast in out room in the morning, which was generous and included all that we wanted. The room was OK, rate standard, but with a very nice bathroom. Super clean and comfortable! As the weather was not on its best, we didn't take any time to discover the pool area. Location is nice for those looking for some quiet nights, on top of the hill over the city of Sitges. It will take you about 1015 minutes walk to the city centre and about 25-30 minutes back as it is uphill. Stairs, so not perfect with any with disabilities. Recommended for these who prefer a nice view and an undisturbed stay before being right in the center.

Casa Mimi is a fabulous place to stay, in a quiet location on a hill, overlooking the town of Sitges and the sea. Ronny and Fernando are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is very dogfriendly too. Large, comfortable, clean rooms and excellent value for money. Don't miss the delicious breakfast, which we could enjoy on the balcony in the sunshine, even in January. Very highly recommended!

Loved this place. Our host Paula was amazing. She went above and beyond. This room has a amazing view of the Mediterranean sea, and surrounding mountains. It has an awesome view of the city. Great communication with Ronny and Fernando. L 1 bus stops right outside.Try the breakfast it's worth it and delicious. Thank you Casa Mimi for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Casa Mimi made our trip to Sitges even more special. The room is wonderful, very clean, cozy and with an amazing view. We spent incredible nights, even taking showers viewing the sea. The breakfast is perfect, with a lot of option of fruits, breads, cheese and sweets. Not to mention that the place is pet friendly, and our dog Kiwi loved it as well. Additionally, the hosts are very helpful and adorable, we were super well received. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Best place to be! First of many times in Sitges, we couldn’t have been more welcomed at Casa Mimi. 1- our hosts were super friendly and professional, helpful and caring 2- the facilities were super cozy, clean, comfortable and warm 3- delicious breakfast with special attention to food preferences and undeniable freshness 4- the hosts’ tips were essential to find the best local restaurants avoiding touristic traps 5- oh the views were so beautiful! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! We’ll be back soon 😁
Marina P — Google review
Really disappointing place. The photos with the sea views are JUST FOR THE ROOM WITH SEA VIEWS NOT ALL OF THEM AND NOT FROM THE HOUSE. We booked the last room that was available, with views to the pool and asked before to them if there were sea views from the rest of the house, which we were told yes. That was not true! The views from all the house are almost inexistent. There is not a balcony or terrace to sit down and enjoy the views. The only terrace they have next to the living room is full of trees and branches which they hide all the views they could have, also that terrace is down at the first floor, where you can't appreciate any view. The pool is between the building and there is no view from the sea there either. Our room was pretty small, with just two windows, no balcony. Nowhere where to put our towels or swimsuit to dry. Totally overpriced for what you get. That room should really be half price of what we paid. Location is awful as well. Buses are NOT every 20min like they say on the website. They come every 30min if you are lucky as they are always late! Also last bus is about 8-9pm. We tried to walked it as well and the way down is ok but they way up is all up hill, quite hard. The town is almost impossible to park as well, so in my opinion, you better get a place close to the town and just look for parking ones for all your stay.

The guesthouse is lovely, beautiful views, great room, and breakfast was delicious and brought to our room when we wanted it. The owners are lovely. Helpful, very polite and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Cash is a lovely labrador, sweet and calm, who also welcomed the guests with a lovely smile.

(Translated by Google) My rating for the service is poor because when they gave us the keys, they emphasized that we couldn't make any noise at night, which I think is good for a good atmosphere. Well, when I called at 1:30 a.m. (I think I waited long enough) because the people in the apartment below me were having a party with music, slamming doors, shouting... they told me they'd fix it, but I had to call again at 2:15 a.m. because the story is still the same. They told me they'd fix it now, and they didn't. Eventually, the noise stopped, but it was due to the exhaustion of the partygoers. The apartment is fine, clean, and very well located. I wish them luck if they want to rest at night, or if they want to party at all, or if they want to stay there.

We enjoyed the location and spacious loft so much that we extended our stay for a few days longer. The caretakers are most pleasant and kind. We imagine staying no where else except here on our next visit to Sitges.

I have given four stars for this apartment . It was beautiful but we had no heating apart from in the. Bathroom. We like to dine in of an evening but it was that cold we had to go out and eat. The reason was because the heating had broken down. We were told a heater would be put in as a temporary measure but nothing arrived. It was also costly to eat out but obviously warmer in the restaurants. I presume in the summer the apartment will be lovely. would return providing heating was working in the cooler months.

While some guests found the location to be fantastic and enjoyed the exceptional sea views, others noted that the beds were not very comfortable and parking in the area was limited. (Translated by Google) Absolutely great location. With elevator. Very nice apartment. 4th floor, nice terrace. Very loud, portable for holidaymakers. What bad are the beds. Unfortunately, they are not comfortable. After 6 days I got real back pain. There are no substitute bed linens. Another negative point is the lack of parking in the area. You can only pay at the machines for a maximum of 3 hours. That's why Sir always has to walk to the car. The parking garages and free parking streets are far away and mostly occupied. The environment is not entirely suitable for families with children. (Original) Absolut tolle Lage.
