Restaurant Can Bosch in Cambrils is a long-standing establishment that has been offering exquisitely presented seafood tasting menus and delicate desserts. It was originally a fishermen's bar founded in the 1970s, but under the direction of Joan Bosch, it transformed into a renowned restaurant. Since 1984, it has maintained its Michelin star thanks to its exceptional selection of fresh seafood from the Cambrils area and the humble yet skillful service provided.
Enjoyed a week back with my wife our pre-Christmas lunch here. One of our favorite places in Cambrils. It was jam packed but despite that, as should be with a Michelin ⭐️restaurant, the service was impeccable and food timing perfect. We enjoyed the Tasting Menu (Menu Degustacion) and had a lovely bottle of Embruix wine from Priorat. Lovely taste sensations throughout and highly recommended. But book well in advance as almost always well booked.

Beautiful dishes, but very mild flavors. I have to say that the deserts were obvious winners! The service was nice and friendly but sometimes felt a bit rushed when presenting the food (might have been a language thing?). Got cork in my cava (and so did my sister in law) and sort of expected that they would change the bottle. However they just took our glasses and gave us new (empty) ones 😅 If I would change one thing, it would have been the lighting. On the plus side we got a very good view of the food (and each other), but I would have appreciated a more “cozy” environment. So to sum up, food was good, desserts amazing, environment and service ok.
Sandra S — Google review
Can Bosch is furnished extremely stylish. Brickwork, lots of glass, and bright—everything looks very inviting at first glance. Upstairs, you can see into the wine cellar—also very visually appealing. Unfortunately that evening it was extremely noisy due to (presumably) a birthday party of close to 20 people—the restaurant can't be blamed for that, but there were times when it did affect my enjoyment of the food and the atmosphere. (This is my subjective opinion of the food. The rating refers to the expectations one might have of a restaurant in this category. +/0/– should be self-explanatory then) I choose the large tasting menu, which is pleasantly inexpensive at EUR 115. The appetizers are a Bloody Mary variation (-) and a bite-sized snack on tomato bread with regional tomatoes and eel tartare. (0) Then beef in a parmesan crust and a fish soup with tapioca (-). All of this is very tasty for a good restaurant, but for me, the flavors conveyed are a little unimpressive for a Michelin-starred restaurant The actual menu begins with Balfegó tuna belly. The dish has a fine texture—balanced between freshness and heartiness. The portion is almost a little too large. Overall, I can already say that even the most ambitious eater will not leave Can Bosch hungry. The presentation is spot on, and the addition of wafer-thin olive crackers is also a good fit. (0) For me, the absolute highlight of the entire menu was the almond soup that was served next—extremely creative: in addition to the subtle almond flavor, the soup contains three pickles, and depending on which one you choose, you get three different flavor profiles—great (+). The eel is also impressive: perhaps it would be more straightforward with just a trio of eel, foie gras cream, and fig, but the other side dishes are pretty to look at (0) I always look forward to a langoustine course, as it is one of my favorite ingredients. Unfortunately, the taste is not as good as I had hoped. The vegetables are a little overcooked and the shellfish is relatively bland. Visually, it is also not on the same high level as the first courses (-) The sea bass with shrimp is attractively presented, but unfortunately, appearance triumphs over texture here. The shrimp is good, but the sea bass was probably cooked at too high a temperature or too long and is tough to chew. The bone foam also does not contribute to a balanced flavor (-) Unfortunately, the pork meat course is not for me either—it is much too heavy overall and one-dimensional in flavor. A very intense square pulled pork (nice idea) with an eggplant cream—it had no counterpoint and thus remained simply “heavy” (-) The pre-dessert is superb: fresh and balanced despite the mint (which I don't like) – really delicious, a highlight (0). And for dessert, I think it's a good idea to use pineapple as a base – it provides an interesting contrast to the other flavors (0). Unfortunately, the desserts don't quite manage to redeem the overall impression. To be honest, I find it difficult to give a final rating. Without taking the price into account, purely as a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would give it 3 stars, for three courses in a row that are not up to the required standard (in terms of taste and texture) lead to this assessment. As a restaurant where only the price plays a role and determines expectations, one could also give it 5 stars. I agree on 4. On a positive final note, the very attentive service was pleasant, and the brief exchange with the chef was also enjoyable.
Klaus K — Google review
We visited for lunch and opted for the traditional menu along with a non-alcoholic wine. Several dishes stood out, particularly the miso octopus and the shrimp corn dish, which were both excellent. However, the traditional black rice had an overpowering flavor that didn't complement the other dishes well. For the main course, I ordered the slow-cooked veal, but the sauce had a bitter taste—possibly due to the sauce itself or the lingering flavor from the black rice. The dessert was delightful; since I'm allergic to almonds, I was offered a lemon desert as a replacement, which had a nicely balanced tartness. The service was generally good, though not always timely, and they unfortunately forgot our request for the check so we had to ask again. Additionally, the staff didn't provide explanations for some of the dishes' ingredients.
Shiyi L — Google review
Outstanding restaurant in all aspects, service is not a Michelin level, but food is. Overall service is really good, not annoying. We had 11 course dinner and we were very happy with portions, taste and presentation.
Ella Z — Google review
Great restaurant, but food too complex with some dishes where alp flavors did not work (most dishes were great - a minority did not work). Very very cold (the owner routinely lends shawls she told us). Great service
Marie-Gabrielle B — Google review
We had the traditional set-menu and opted for the 95euro deal with a bottle of cava to share, sparkling water and coffes. The dishes were very well executed and the timing of the service was impeccable and always friendly. It has all the little touches in the right places and we had a fantastic experience!
Arne L — Google review
We were really excited to eat here, as we'd researched it well, and the reviews looked great! The food is beautifully presented, and each course is introduced / described by your waiter as it's brought out. The reason I've marked down 1 star for the food was the seasoning. We had one course which was screaming out for more salt, and then an accompanying component to the veal dish, an emulsion, was so salty, we had to leave it, which was a shame as the veal was amazing. The service overall was first class. Efficient, informative, and friendly. It was also nice that the chef came out and spoke to the guests! I've marked down the service by 1 point for the service given by the sommelier. Unlike the food, the different wines we ordered were not introduced, explaining the region, the grape, the flavour profile, and why he has chosen a wine to accompany your food!! Also, there was no trying the wine to affirm approval. 2 glasses were just poured!! This was a real shame, and a good sommelier should know better

This charming eatery is known for its commitment to quality and freshness, offering mouthwatering options like oven-baked sea bream and tender baby octopus sourced from Cambrils. The inviting atmosphere and attentive service create a warm dining experience that keeps both locals and returning visitors coming back for more.
Exceptional seafood restaurant with home-like atmosphere. All patrons are regular customers and manager greets them like family. Highly recommend mixed seafood platter for 2. All four of us ate it and enjoyed it a lot.

This is my top restaurant to go whenever I have any visitors who come to visit us. This is also a perfect place for celebration like birthday, anniversary, etc. Food and service are always so so good.

An excellent experience at Acuamar. Our servers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. The food was extremely fresh, cooked with extreme care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is also lovely with a view of the sea from your table. The wines were also a perfect pairing with our meal. I would come back anytime im in the area. Congratulations to the team of Acuamar!

An incredible place to eat in the centre of Cambrils. The seafood dishes are amazing and most of the appetizers are highly worth trying. The black paella is simply amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and always stand by to help. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.
Stefanos F — Google review
The friend been recommended the place a time ago. Be aware to reserve with time, it's getting full fast and not use to accept without booking. Normal. Nothing special. "Mariscada de la casa" disappointing after used to Galician restaurants in Barcelona, this one was a bit poor. "Vieira con bechamel" in the middle of seafood is absolutely out of the place. Pity no oysters arr available at the restaurant. Double check the bill, we haven't asked for a bread and actually rejected it, although it was charged. On other hand the dessert was great.

Fantastic restaurant! We came for my birthday, and everything was great. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the owner, who was also very helpful with the selection of food. There was a good selection of drinks, including a very good non-alcoholic lager. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The birthday song from the whole restaurant was a pleasant surprise. A fantastic experience all around. Highly recommended! :)

The best paella ! Having tried paella in a few other restaurants and being left disappointed, I was delighted with the excellent paella at Al Punt The owner served us and was charming. Funny banter delivered service with a big smile. Prices are higher than other nearby restaurants but......you get what you pay for ! My partner had steak, it was tender and delicious.

Nestled just a stone's throw from the Cambrils Nautical Club, Restaurant Rincón de Diego is a culinary gem that beautifully marries tradition with innovation. This elegant eatery showcases whimsical presentations and inventive interpretations of Spanish cuisine, all while emphasizing the freshest local ingredients. Seafood takes center stage here, with dishes like lobster paired with Thai green papaya salad and sea bass complemented by Jerusalem artichoke puree.
We had a 65 Euro set menu. And to try as much dishes we could we both made different choices. I can tell about dishes, but at the time you might want to visit the restaurant the dishes have changed. So… the amuses, are many, and all very high on taste/seasoning. Very good Starters are also very high quality and with humble ingredients nice dishes are presented. When you are like us not from Spain, I would suggest to ask for a moderate tempo, because dishes are served extremely quick. Only criticism… the dishes are really big. I am a big guy and was fully stuffed. Main was very simple presentation but taste wise perfect. Desert also very nice. Verdicht: 1 michelinstar, 65 Euro for this menu, very high standard of cooking, 5 euro for a glass of wine… This is an absurdly good price quality. I cannot recommend enough!!

Great quality of food! The presentation of the food was stunning. We had the Summum Menu and each course was a suprise on it’s own! Make sure you try the lobster chili crab, best dish we ever had.
J B — Google review
Had a nice dinner at Rincón de Diego. The starters were excellent: full of flavor and beautifully presented, definitely the highlight of the experience. The main courses were a bit mixed, but I really enjoyed the Gazpacho, which was refreshing and different. The wasabi ice cream was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I found the desserts underwhelming and not quite up to the standard set by the earlier courses. Dubai chocolate just felt lime a cheap ending to the tasting menu and not something I would expect at a place like this. The petit fours were a nice touch overall, though the lucky cookies were a bit too messy (they broke and couldn’t read the message well) and didn’t quite work for me. Service was professional.

Amazing restaurant - whenever I stay in Cambrils I come here weekly. The staff is kind and attentive, the food is delicious and surprising, with a mix of flavors, textures and hot and cold. Amazing amd varied petits-fours both as appetizers and after desserts. Absolutely deserving of their Michelin star. I always and will always come back!
Marie-Gabrielle B — Google review
Simply incomparable in Cambrils. A master of great produce, flavours/ texture combinations and gratifying deception of eye and mouth. Great service , excellent wine pairings . Been here so many times and they have all been memorable . Chapeau!
Craig B — Google review
Our dinner at Rincón de Diego was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the elegant yet warm atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. We opted for the tasting menu, which was a true culinary journey – playful, creative, and deeply rooted in Mediterranean flavors. The presentation was stunning: amuse-bouches served on intricate artistic stands, vibrant seafood platters brimming with the freshest prawns, mussels, razor clams, and lobster, as well as beautifully plated tuna tartare, lobster fideuà, and imaginative desserts like rose-infused cotton candy. The wine and sparkling selection was equally impressive, with excellent Cava, Champagne, and a well-curated wine list that perfectly complemented each course. The service was flawless – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, making our large family feel right at home. A Michelin-star experience that perfectly blends creativity, flavor, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambrils who wants a fine dining experience to remember.

It was worthwhile seeking out this restaurant as we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We ordered the sampling menu and enjoyed each course. The highlights were the appetisers and starters, which were absolutely packed with flavour. The desserts and petit fours were also super tasty. We ordered 4 glasses of wine, water, a coffee, and a very large glass of Amaretto, and the bill came to 90 euros. Incredible value. The service was also excellent. There was only 1 waitress, and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

The food was lovely. They were very kind with the kids and made schnitzel with chips and pasta for the children, with ice cream for dessert. I had a lovely beetroot and mushroom yoghurt for starter and a 300g steak. Plus an interpretation of creme Catalan for dessert - delicious. I would suggest wearing insect repellent though as we all got a few bites whilst we were there.

Good value for money: Reasonable prices for the quality offered. If you are in Cambrils and want to enjoy a delicious Mediterranean meal, El Pòsit is an excellent choice. Ps: Book a table in advance, especially during the tourist season, to ensure that there is a place available.

A lazy lunch of gloriously seasoned and fresh salad and seafood paella. Swiping the crusty bread through the olive oil of the salad before the paella arrived (it takes a while, we were warned), was absolutely delightful… and yet just the starting act for the seafood paella. Cooked beautifully, asked for some lemon to cut the saltiness, which made it superb. Accompanied by a light sangria, this is the food we came to Spain to enjoy, and enjoy we did. Highly recommended.
Nigel P — Google review
This is a good place to spend time with your family and friends over a nice meal. The menu allows to choose among a good number of options, no matter what your food preferences are. I highly recommend the tuna tartar, it was so good I forgot to make a photo before we dug in😅 The mussels could be richer in taste but they were good anyway. I do not recommend langoustines, they were small and bitter. At this price, definitely not. The waitress brought us white vermut instead of black but that was the end of the day, so I guess she could be just tired. Anyway, the place is good and we are coming back to try more dishes.

I ordered Arrazon con Pato and Setas( duck and mushrom) and I got a bad taste rice, burned, and no meat at all. When I asked the waiters they tried to explain that the duck meat is too fat to be in bigger pieces, but to trust them that is there- which was a lie. The robot is a nice touch, table arrangement bad for service specially to serve the big hot paella tray. the rest of the dinner meniu was good and quick served and we enjoyed the family time.

If you're on a culinary adventure in Cambrils, make sure to stop by Restaurante Macarrilla. This charming eatery specializes in an impressive array of seafood and fish dishes, each infused with unique flavors that elevate the dining experience. Recently modernized yet maintaining its commitment to quality, Macarrilla offers a delightful set menu that's perfect for those wanting to sample various specialties. Diners rave about the exceptional service and personal touch from the head chef, who shares insights into each dish's inspiration.
WOW! Took my boyfriend here today for his birthday, we went for the €45 pp Menu and couldn’t believe what we got for the price. Not only was the service spot on, you are made to feel special, The head chef (possibly the owner) talks you through the dishes and the inspiration of some of them. I am English, but my boyfriend is Spanish and when he would translate I was so excited to try the food and get an insight of the story. What we loved most, is that we would never of picked the food in another situation but trying it made us love new food and flavours that we have never tried before!! Why always eat the same things when you can try something new? You can tell that food is art to this restaurant, 5 Star for everything. Thank you for the kind waiter too for giving us a high standard service.

Perfect evening for the second visit. We selected dishes a la carte and had the red prawn carpaccio, fresh fish tartar, the lobster cream, sea urgin with shrimp and the amazing t-bone steak. A super restaurant in Cambril which can not be skipped. Culinary lovers, this is the place you are looking for.
Filip D — Google review
This is a restaurant that strives towards a gastronomic image, succeeds at certain points but sadly misses the mark at others, especially the service. We went as a fairly large group (six people) for a semi-casual dinner. We had booked a few hours prior and were happy to get a table. Three of us ordered the set menu and three had ordered mains and starters. While our waiter told us that the whole table didn’t have to order set menus, he was extremely pushy trying to upsell menu items to the point that it got uncomfortable. He did this throughout the meal, up until desserts: our friend wanted to order the mango sorbet and he kept pushing her to order another dessert for double the price. I get what’s going on, but this attitude really ruined the experience for us. The food in the set menu was good, especially for the price. We really enjoyed the “seabed” starter which looked and tasted amazing. The sea urchins were impressive and I would especially like to point out the cream of langoustine which was a delight, both visually and in terms of taste. Sadly, the restaurant’s specialties (the fishing boat appetizer and the paella main course) were average at best. The appetizer was ok, but it lacked substance beyond the presentation. The paella was sub par: soggy, badly seasoned rice. Overall, our experience was OK, especially for the price, but if the restaurant wants to position itself as a gastronomic destination, it still has long ways to go, both in terms of the service and the menu.

Amazing food, amazing service, and the place is really original and beautiful! And the prices are really good for what you eat, the products have an amazing quality, and the chef don’t stop surprising you with amazing dishes and great Trompe-Oeil! Will return for sure!

We have been here several times in the past, and has become our go to for sea food when we visit Salou. It has become more modern recently but the quality of food still great and prices have remained reasonable. I would recommend the set menu if you want a variety of things to try! We added a dish of mussels which were fabulous. Perfect date night location or for a nice meal out with friends. Look to spend around £50 /pp for a good meal, water and bottle.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful Italian dining experience, look no further than Pasta e Basta Cambrils. Nestled conveniently near the beach on Rambla de Jaume, this charming family-run eatery offers an array of mouthwatering dishes that celebrate both Italian and Mediterranean flavors. Indulge in their delectable vegetable pizza with its perfectly thin crust, savor the rich lasagne Bolognese, or twirl your fork around some fresh tagliatelle.
Great pizza, wonderful service and lovely people. Highly recommend you give it a visit.

Our family has been going to Cambrills/Salou for over 6 years now. One of our major attractions is PIZZA E BASTA. The only thing better than the food here is the service and atmosphere. This is our home away from home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nestled just 50 meters from the beach on Avenida de la Diputacio, The Rugby Tavern is a delightful pub-restaurant that captures the essence of British culture in a vibrant sports atmosphere. Perfect for catching major sporting events on big screens, this venue offers an array of classic British dishes like fish and chips and curry, catering to all tastes with its diverse menu. Families will appreciate the kid-friendly options and reasonable prices, making it an ideal spot for everyone.
Visited this bar by myself while my family were at a theme park. I was welcomed by a lovely Scottish lady (I'm rubbish at remembering names 🤦). I ordered a pint of Guinness and sat at a table on my own, next to an English guy who was the beer delivery guy. We got chatting and he said he had lived there for about 20 years. Next came along a guy who worked in the bar and he sat down with the delivery guy and started chatting. He asked me where I was staying and said what a wonderful place it was. As we were all chatting a Spanish guy arrived who was the bread delivery guy. He sat at the table with the other two guys and I was introduced to him. The other two english guys interpreted for me. I have never felt so relaxed and made to feel as welcomed as I did that day anywhere else. I had an amazing time talking to these people and even had a drink bought for me. I ordered a Rugby burger and a pint of Guinness for my lunch, and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone and would definitely return if I was in the area again. A definite 10/10. Thank you so much

We went to the rugby tavern every night while we stayed in cambrils. 2 adults 3 children. Can honestly say that the food we had every night was lovely, every meal was cooked to a high standard and more importantly very hot. I had several dinners on the menu, curry, burgers and the fish and chips. Standout favourite was the Cajun burger. Best place we’ve ever eaten abroad. Family. Tony and the guys who work there were all very accommodating and real nice people. Would definitely go back!
Leigh C — Google review
We had 9 of us here for food on Thursday 4th of September. 7 adults and 2 kids. We came back here as we eat there last year and it was really good. This year it was terrible. The service was very disappointing. We started off with a lovely young chap and then a woman served us and she was shocking. Was rude in so many ways. The food wasnt great. I myself had the wings and ribs combo Wings were very dry and crisp. Ribs were rubbery and bland. Would be avoiding this place again in the future.
Marcus M — Google review
I went here from my birthday and I really enjoyed it. The menu has something for everyone. The food is really nice and they brought out a cake for my birthday too. Not a traditional Spanish restaurant, it’s more of an English pub and has curry chips etc so it’s nice for something different in Cambrils. About a 5-10 minute car ride from most of the hotels; Cambrils Park Resort and Sanguli etc. Right beside the beach so you can head for a walk after your meal. I had chicken wings and curry chips. The staff are so friendly and they have plenty of live sport.
Aimee — Google review
Very good and reasonably priced bar food. Well worth a visit. We had 2 meals here with several drinks and each one was under €70 for 2 kids and 2 adults with extras. Can't argue with standard of food especially for the price of it. Very family friendly and also one of the few spots that seems to have a multicultural workforce.

Decided to go out for our last night and didn't fancy going too far. We chose to come here for our dinner and was so glad that we did. The food choice is excellent and our meals that we chose were delicious, really reasonable prices too. We had cheeseburger with all the accompaniments, home made lasagne with garlic bread and a side chips with gravy. The Scottish lady that served us was super friendly as were all the staff. The atmosphere was great, there was sports on tvs in all directions, something for everyone plus some great background music. We're only disappointed that we hadn't come here sooner. If we ever come back to Cambrils we would 100% eat here again.
Laura P — Google review
Great place to eat. Very attentive staff. Yes they show a lot of sports on tv, don't let that put you off. Caters for all from singles to families. Out our 7 night stay, we are here 5 times. After the 1st visit, we decided we didn't need to look around as food was so good.

La Selva Street Food in Cambrils is a delightful culinary gem that offers a unique twist on traditional dining. Nestled on Carrer de les Barques, this vibrant eatery features an inviting terrace perfect for summer evenings. The menu boasts an exciting array of gourmet tapas and international appetizers, including must-try dishes like sea urchin stuffed with prawns and electric oysters. Guests can also indulge in premium signature cocktails or refreshing mocktails, such as the freshly made strawberry mojito.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The strawberry mojito mocktails were freshly made to order and were delicious. Immaculate vibes and great interior decorating. Our order was taken quickly and our waitress was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was incredible, everything was presented beautifully and the flavours were wonderful. I can't wait to return to try other dishes on their extensive menu. Thank you for a great time!

Had a quick evening bite here. A place we like to revisit once in a while as different from the classical Cambrils and Seafoods. They have a big great terrace by the square where nice to sit during summer evenings. The menu has a very interesting variety to many different tastes. So far what we have tried is always very tasty with interesting taste combinations and always with good and fresh products. The portions are not very big but planned more as bites. The Thai Springrolls is one of our classics. Fantastic place for cocktails. Well worth a visit if interested to try something different.

After living in Cambrils for 4 years i highly recommend La Selva for cocktails and food. Best cocktails in the town and if you fancy some top quality food with a twist this is the place. Fantastic staff and service! Located beside a beautiful square it is a perfect location for a some relaxed downtime. Family friendly! Highly recommend! 🤩

The food experience was excellent! We’ve already been twice, and each time it’s hard to choose what to order because of the fantastic variety of options. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming—perfect for a relaxed lunch with kids. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the port and parking facilities in Cambrils. Highly recommended for families or couples looking to enjoy great food and exceptional cocktails!

After reading the positive reviews I came away thinking I must have got the wrong restaurant! It would be a travesty to call Selva a restaurant. I thought it was dreadful. Dry chicken which looked as though it started as a chicken nugget then sliced. Horrible. The wrap was glutinous. I did smile though watching the young man behind the bar trying to look cool shaking up cocktails. Avoid.

If you're searching for a restaurant in Cambrils that offers a more upscale and exotic menu, Bresca Restaurant is the place to go. This establishment comes highly recommended by the Michelin Guide Spain due to its unique creations. Rest assured, you'll discover delicious dishes during your visit. The friendly owner and talented chef ensure top-notch quality food. Specifically, their rice dishes are exquisite.

Wonderful experience here, fantastic service and so tasty food, we had their Bresca 6 course menu, put so many UK "tasting" menus to shame, no pretensions just great cooking. Two tips, you need a smart phone as they don't have a printed menu but they have WiFi and the entrance is up the stairs on the right (there is a lift), at first we thought they were closed as we couldn't get in through the street level door. You can book on line in English.

Great location, with totally outstanding food. The host is amazing, we went twice in a week whilst staying in Cambrils. The host manages 30+ covers with ease. Smooth fluent service, no one left waiting for food or service. Great wine choice. Overall, I cannot rate this high enough. Totally amazing.

Sharon B — Google review
We’ve enjoyed dining at several one-star Michelin restaurants. Bresca is better than most of them. The environment is beautifully simple, minimalist and free of distractions. The atmosphere is understated, which allows you to really focus on dinner with your friends and family. My wife ordered the lamb chops, which were perfectly prepared. I explained that I prefer light and flaky fish, so the staff suggested the hake with spelt and tomato. The fish was exactly as expected, fresh and flavorful, without needing to be smothered in sauces. The spelt was slightly tangy and provided a nice balance against the delicate fish. For dessert, we ordered their apple pie and caramel ice cream. The apples were sliced in half and baked in a wonderful marinade and finished with a slight layer of carmelized sugar to provide a crispy sweet contrast to the soft and juicy fruit. Everything was perfect. Definitely worthy of a Michelin star!

Wow, this place is amazing. Fabulous traditional Spanish food in a busy vibrant restaurant. We had the set menu at €19 per person and the food is some of the best we've experienced. The seafood is excellent and the aioli with fresh bread is simply delicious. Apparently it's made by crushing garlic with olive oil but no mayonnaise. If you like aioli you've got to try it. From the moment we stepped into Vora, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed. Food lovely, Staff amazing, Atmosphere excellent. Exceptional Restaurant
Oscar B — Google review
There are places that time forgets and others that remember us. Vora a small, quietly confident restaurant in the heart of Cambrils, is one of the latter. I first sat at one of its tables ten years ago, celebrating Christmas with friends & family. Since then, despite years exploring Asia’s & Europe’s Michelin-starred restaurants, I keep returning. Always here. Because here is where the soul of Catalan cuisine lives: unspoiled, unpretentious. Let me be clear: stars matter. Technique, precision, ambition, they have their place. But sometimes the pageantry, the tweezers, edible flowers, hushed service can forget what food is truly meant to be: a story of place, people, memory. And that’s where Vora triumphs. Run by Pol and his family, Its menu isn’t composed, it’s inherited. Vora’s identity is rooted in reverence, not spectacle. Food that doesn’t beg to be photographed but insists on being remembered. There’s arrogance in assuming excellence only lives in guidebooks. Cambrils knows better. Vora proves it. I’ve dined in places that dazzled me for a night. But Vora stays with me year after year, bite after bite. It may not have stars. But it has soul. And for me, that’s more nourishing.

I was a little apprehensive of this restaurant because of its beachfront location set right next to some very touristy looking restaurants (with photos of the food out the front, etc). We were pleasantly surprised with their menu del dia. It was very well priced and the food was excellent. The menu stated that we would have wine with the meal - we didn’t expect a bottle of nice wine. The paella was so tasty as was the salad and dessert. Highly recommend!!

The monkfish and sole were very nice. A great place to sit and enjoy good food and drinks. Recommended.

Cambrils Park Resort is a family-friendly destination offering a variety of accommodations including apartments and villas. The resort features four restaurants, pools, a spa, and activities for kids. Parc de la Ciutadella in Barcelona provides a vibrant green oasis with various activities such as music, picnics, and sunbathing. Known for its bungalow-style accommodation, Cambrils Park offers an extensive range of facilities suitable for families.
Stayed in MED 3 bed villa. Accomodation top notch with superb air con. Villas are stone throw from all pools and ammenities and all bedrooms are either twin or double will full en suite. Staff lovely and daily cleaning/towel/bin change if needed. Chromecast built into tv. Sky news only english channel on tv. Fridge only slightly cold. Hob but no oven. Air fryers available to buy on facebook marketplace always though. Food is nice but will get old after 2/3 days with every resturaunt serving the same menu all day... so a few short trips into salou/cambrills is recommended every few nights. 12 euro taxi/15 min bike/40 min walk. Cambrills much nicer than salou for shopping and is more quiet/family freindly. On site supermarket have everything you need and at reasonable prices. Bakery lovely also. Coffee is only ok...4/10. Entertainment is pretty good with plenty for kids in the evening while parents have a drink. However its pretty loud till 11 every night. On site laundry service very handy...be sure to explain if wanting garments washed or dried at speciific temps. Bike rental cheap and easy at max 9 euro per day and much less for consecutive days. Neighbours had an ant problem in theirs. We also found turmites.. so check floors before you settle in. Reception very responsive to any issues.

I stayed at Cambrils Park Resort for a week during a trip with our football club, training at a nearby center. The resort was undergoing major renovations (new cottages being built), but it didn’t bother us too much. Most of the entertainment areas were open, except for the pools. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful – several times they even stopped their golf carts to give me a lift. The food was also tasty, and the beach was only about an 8-minute walk away. Overall, a nice resort, and I might come back here with my family someday.

We are currently here for a two week holiday. The entertainment for kids is really good something on every night for them . We are staying In the log cabins they are quite small for a family of five , they also don't provide cleaning in these and this was a disappointment for us . All we were provided with is towels every three days and toilet roll by request. There are three big pools with slides for the kids however they do fill up very fast. All the staff were really nice and friendly. There is a beautiful bakery on site and a good size supermarket. The food here isn't great it was a huge disappointment. Not sure would we return
Gemma D — Google review
We just finished an 8-day vacation in this resort, and it was AMAZING! We loved it so much that we're already booking again for next year. We have two little kids, and this resort is perfect for families, especially for kids under 10. The slides and pools are very well adapted for young children, and there's a good playground that kept our kids very busy. The night entertainment was also superb. They have a mini club for kids at 8:30 pm and a show for adults (but also kid-friendly) at 9:30 pm. We stayed at Villa Bonita and highly recommend it. The only thing we didn't like was that our house had a very small garden and was on the main road, with many bikes and golf carts passing by, so it wasn't the safest for little kids, who wanted to play outside and cross the street. If you have little kids, make sure to request when you make a reservation for a house with a big garden + at a pedestrian street. Additionally, the house had numerous insects, so be sure to inspect the house thoroughly before unpacking. We had to constantly sweep the floor to get rid of small earwigs, spiders, and ants. But apart from that, the house was new and comfortable. The restaurant food is good (not amazing), and the supermarket and bakery inside were good. The beach is 10-min walk, but we ended up not going because it was not practical with our little kids. We paired our stay with the 4-star H10 Cambrils Playa hotel (10 minutes away) and got a full board at the hotel for another week, where the food was much better, and it was right next to the beach. We recommend the combo: resort + hotel.

I loved my stay here! It is a fantastic place that feels homely, tropical, clean, modern, luxurious and more. It was well lit, pretty and clean, with a good amount of bins around. I was staying in the Mediterranean accommodation and loved it. Clean, comfortable and well kept. I enjoyed having access to a kitchen and fridge. The towel was huge and cosy and there were a good amount of power points around. The bed was comfortable. Suggestions: - a hook to the left of the sink in the bathroom to hang the hand towel on. - It would have been nice to have a tea towel to dry hands and dishes and a cloth to wipe surfaces. Unfortunately only 1 pool was open due to heading into winter, but it was big, clean and a fun little slide. There is mini golf to hire, trampolines, ball and soccer, padel and volley ball etc. You won't get bored! The staff were average. They were not super helpful always. We also had check in admin issues. They were ok quick to respond when there was an issue. Otherwise they were ok nice and helpful. Special shout out to Estella on wonderful service! I attended a conference here and can say that the conference room we used was a good size with all the dividers open. It was diverse to be able to use the dividers to make many rooms. The buffet was good! Hot chips every night! The fruit was fresh. There was a good variety and always something for the vegetarians - athough some days had more options. The tight food time allocations were abrupt sometimes, but that system worked well to pump people through the system. Plenty of car parking spaces. Bike hire on site. Clothes washing and massages on site - you need to book it in. The beach was 1km walk away. The resort is very well maintained and felt safe. Luxurious place.

Spent a fantastic week in Cambrills Park Resort, we stayed in the two bedroom bungalow, had everything you need for camping, kitchen good size bathroom, nice and clean. Good entertainment for the kids during the day and nighttime, also good restaurants on site and the shop has everything you need. Would totally recommend Cambrills Park for a family holiday, good security clean pools and surrounding area and nice staff.

Great spot for a family holiday if you enjoy pools etc. Bike hire on site. Found the food and drinks grand in the restaurants on site and the family entertainment was better than other places I've been. Only negative is the up keep of the area around the Alohas where we stayed- the other areas seem pristine by comparison. Bit of grass seed and weedkiller would go along way.

This resort is absolutely amazing. It is the second time we are here. Very relaxing but still a fun place for the kids and adults. We have stayed in the appartments both times. Great rooms with a big private patio. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here. Entertainment is also great. Both during the day but also the shows in the evening.

Nestled in the vibrant Guiri area, La Masia is a delightful dining spot that truly shines with its exceptional service and delectable cuisine. Guests rave about the seafood paella, often ranking it among the best they've ever tasted. While other dishes are enjoyable, there's room for enhancement in both quality and portion sizes. The staff at La Masia consistently receive high praise for their attentiveness and professionalism, making every visit memorable.
Good food and great service both times we ate there. When a kid on the table next to us fell asleep the waiters bought over a pair of chairs and made a bed for him. The lobster was a little over cooked on the first visit, but that was more than made up for by the seafood platter on the second visit, that was cooked to perfection. Muscles and kids pizzas were also great.

One of the restaurants at Cambrils Park Resort and it’s very good. However it’s very similar to the other restaurants has pretty much the same food but way more expensive. Good view of the entertainment stage. Food is tasty and all enjoyed but if you have a big group I would definitely recommend booking a table beforehand. I ordered a chicken and vegetable paella and a non-alcoholic San Francisco. Service is a lot better in this restaurant than the one across from it, the service is just a bit faster as it is less busy. We went here twice while staying in Cambrils Park and both times were good.
Aimee — Google review
Went for a quick dinner before bed time as we had a long day with or toddler so decided to eat here for the first time. Waiter went to take our order and after taking our order asked us were we ordering off the correct menu and walked away. We were ordering off the correct menu which I think he should have known. He then proceeded to take orders off 10 other tables including people who arrived after his first visit to the table. At that point we left without even getting a chance to order.
James W — Google review
Just back from cambrills, this is our 3rd visit there. Dined in la Masia on a couple of occasions but the service has gone down considerably. Waiter's are like headless chickens, we waited for a hour and half for food and weren't even approached to see if we need drinks. Food was cold when we got it after asking on a few occasions where our order was. Would not recommend, nicer restaurants around.

Evening meal with my family (5 children) also hosting our (70 & 72 year old parents) .. simply easy to cater for .. we ordered a share platter - kids chicken and chips .. monk fish n salmon … 35/40 minutes later salmon hadn’t arrived.. when prompted to go back and get it .. it arrived - but wasn’t ready to eat yet … it was still raw in the middle… that’s where it finally got to me… As for waiting service… blame everything and blame everyone.. but don’t own up .. so it’s a 2 star rating for me..

The Xiringuito Restaurant Del Mar - Camping Joan is a fantastic place to dine, offering delicious and delectable cuisine. The service is prompt and efficient, with staff members who are delightful, amiable, and extremely attentive. The prices are reasonable and the overall experience is highly recommended. A recent visit was particularly enjoyable due to the cheerful and helpful waitress named Ruth. The manager Marianne, along with the handsome waiter Gerard, Nia, and Dilenia contributed to a lovely dinner experience.
Lovely restaurant in a great location the food is delicious and plentiful. Our waiter Sisco was very helpful in making the right choices. It is very popular and I would advise making a reservation if you want to make sure of a table. Also go with a group there were two of us and we wanted to try a few things but the portions were very generous so we couldn’t eat it all!

This was a very positive surprise. A Chiringuito by a caravan camping place next to the beach. The setting is nice and plenty of shade on a hot day as we had it with effective roof ventilators installed on the terrace and A/C in the dining room. Since Cambrils changed the concept of Chiringuitos and they sort of lost the old classical charm as well as dishes here you can still find most of them on the list. Reason also it was jammed packed on a Monday for lunch. Can be a bit noice when full but part of the charm as well. Prices are reasonable and menu very complete. Portions are okay size as well but foremost the taste is very good. We had some boquerones fritos (fried anchovies), mejillones marinera (mussels in a seafood sauce) and pulpo gallego (octopus in Galician style with potatoes) followed by a excellent fideuá de mariscos con alioli. All really good and tasty! The white Ribeiro wine we took fit very well with the seafood. During the summer book in advance as getting really full. Offseason not that important. As it is along the beach you need to walk there as no parking around but worth it as the walk itself is wonderful.

One of my favorite spots in Cambrils. Great food and fantastic location. I come here every year and I am never disappointed. The food is varied, tasty and the staff friendly. A great way to enjoy a good meal by the sea. TIP: the place tends to be super busy especially during weekend so would recommend making a reservation to avoid any disappointment. Note also that parking around there can be pretty difficult and so be prepared to either wait for a spot or park a bit further out.

The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to maintain communication despite our poor knowledge of Spanish. The food was also good, although I personally would have liked a larger selection of meat dishes.

Without a doubt the worst meal I have had in recent years. Belly of Pork full of fat and only lukewarm. Complaint followed whereupon a replacement meal was delivered which was only slightly better. No apology followed and full cost was still brought to bear. Never again.
Danny C — Google review
Unfortunately we were treated exceptionally bad. We arrived for a family event in the evening, the restaurant were empty and we received a bad table as they said that we are late. The waiter treated my parents (over 75) with disrepect up to this point that they insulted us. We were so surprised by this unpolite and disrepectful behavior towards older people and aggressive treatment. We left with a bill over 300,- Euro and won't come back again.
Ziegert T — Google review
The service is terrible! We were a party of 3, one of us is vegetarian. The food arrived for everyone except the vegetarian, and we had to ask twice to have it. Meanwhile the food, even if it was good as soon as it arrived, became cold and not as good. In general it was an unpleasant experience.

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Cambrils, Restaurant Miramar offers an exquisite dining experience that beautifully marries tradition with modern elegance. Established in 1957 by Agusti and Irene, the restaurant has evolved from a humble guest house into a celebrated seafood haven under the stewardship of their grandson, Joan Gomez Colom. After a significant renovation in 2012, Miramar now boasts chic interiors adorned with rustic stone accents and multiple inviting dining areas.
Marvelous restaurant. Warm atmosphere. Excellent service and food. That is Michelin level i can say without hesitation. The delicacy of the dishes and the multiple treats from the restaurant are no wonder a great appreciation to mention. Thank you for the experience ! From a french couple who celebrated their 2 year anniversary.

We enjoyed the setting next to the marina. It had a lovely ambience too. We had the fish set menu, and the appetizers and tuna carpaccio were the highlight. The main course fish dishes were flavoursome but were more rustic. The service was good, but the choice of wine by the glass was limited. It was 140 euro for the 2 of us, including water and 4 glasses of wine.

A iconic restaurant in Cambrils, specialising in fish. Very classic style. All plates were tasty and fresh. The only comment we have is that the fideua with clams, did not have enough clams on it.
Filip D — Google review
I stopped by this restaurant as a solo diner around 15:45, aware that it was close to kitchen closing time, so I politely asked if they were still serving food. What I got in return was a blunt and quite rude “What do you want?” from a woman who seemed more annoyed than welcoming. Not the kind of greeting you'd expect anywhere, let alone at a Michelin starred spot. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them by walking in. I was handed three menus: the tasting menu, à la carte, and the wine list. Knowing the timing, I opted for à la carte and kept it simple, aiming for a quick lunch. I ordered “bogavante con patatas fritas y huevos”. The lobster was decent, flavorful and cooked ok. But that’s where the positives end. The fried egg was awful (see pictures), and the chips were a soggy, oily mess. It felt like the dish was thrown together with no care or attention. The overall presentation and atmosphere didn’t help either. The tablecloth was dirty, my cava glass was chipped, and the same woman who greeted me continued to show a complete lack of professionalism, throwing the cutlery on the table and making zero effort. Grooming standards were also questionable: chipped nail polish on visible hands isn’t exactly what you expect from front of house at a place with such credentials. The one saving grace was a gentleman (possibly the owner?) who took my drinks order. He was attentive, polite, and seemed to be the only person there upholding any standard of hospitality. All in all, a very underwhelming experience. I understand arriving near kitchen closing can be tricky, but if food and service standards can’t be maintained until the last guest is served, then perhaps it’s better to stop accepting customers after a certain time. Disappointing, especially considering the reputation this place carries.

Dick B — Google review
What is there to say…. For me the best seafood restaurant. Joan the owner runs the show with such kindness and passion. The food is direct from the sea to your plate. Lots of little attentions are served complimentary from the chef. Very elegant, excellent service, and truly my favourite in Cambrils. I can only highly recommend it.
Aleonora B — Google review
The food you have on your plate is indeed very good. BUT I just find it sad that as a „fine dining restaurant“ as it is showed on Google Maps, you charge the customer for bread. (14€ for 4p) First it is not stated in the menu, secondly you are not informed, and for the prices the restaurant asks for the food, it is not appropriate. Furthermore, I would appreciate to have more side dishes, even if you‘d need to pay extra.

Wonderful lunch in Restaurant Les Barques today with our family (4 adults + 2 year old). The service was excellent. We had plates of tapas which were all delicious. Quality of the food was excellent and sangria was great too. Would definitely recommend!

At first sight a nice authentic Spanish restaurant. However, service is bad, food is mediocre and they forgot 2 times to bring the dr. Oetker pizza of my kid. Yes a dr. Oeker pizza… 😕 Will not come back!
Maurice V — Google review
We were recommended this place as one of the best spots for paella — and it truly lived up to the expectations. The paella was fantastic, and the sangria was also delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return the next day, right when they opened, just to have a dessert and a glass of sangria before continuing our day. We specifically came back here because we already knew the sangria was great and wanted to enjoy it again. However, the experience was spoiled by the waitress who spoke English. She was noticeably rude when she realized we were not planning to have a full meal, only dessert and sangria. Her comment — “this is a restaurant” — came off as unwelcoming, even though she did eventually bring us the dessert menu. This attitude felt unnecessary and disappointing. After all, there shouldn’t be anything wrong with coming in just for dessert. To be fair, the lemon dessert was really good. In summary, we loved the food and the overall atmosphere, but the unpleasant attitude from the waitress left us with little desire to come back again.

The place was open, so we went around 12:30 to eat. However, the lady told us that the kitchen was closed and would only open at 13:00 — though she added it was already fully booked. Strangely enough, when we passed by again around 13:30, only half the terrace was occupied. Not exactly the most welcoming experience, to be honest.

Having visited Cambrils regularly for the past 15 years, we were disappointed by our experience at this restaurant – unfortunately, it was the worst meal we’ve had in all that time. While the calamari starter was enjoyable, the service throughout the evening was disorganised and inattentive. A simple request for pepper was ignored multiple times, and the manager appeared uninterested and dismissive, often disappearing into the kitchen for extended periods, which felt quite odd and unprofessional. The biggest letdown was the main course. I ordered a steak (€30), which arrived cold. I sent it back, only for it to return overcooked and extremely fatty – almost inedible. I had to send it back again, and there was no apology or attempt to rectify the issue. When we eventually left the restaurant, no one acknowledged us or addressed the situation. For the price point, the quality of food and level of service were extremely poor. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

I have been residing in this area for a couple of months now, and I must say that there are both pleasant and subpar establishments in Cambrils. However, recently I had the most exceptional lunch of the year at La Barra Del Posit in Cambrils. Their menu offers an astonishing selection, with top-notch vegetarian options alongside their emphasis on high-quality meat and fish dishes. They clearly prioritize buying local ingredients, but what sets them apart is their extensive Gluten-Free choices.
This is always one of our favourite places to eat. The choice of dishes is wide, all of good quality and freshly prepared. It is also good value. You can peruse the menu using the QR code on the table and the menu is available in 4 languages. However note that it does translate your choices! Some of the staff helped with language when we needed it, Wiam in particular was really friendly and helpful! She's amazing. Oh and try the cheesecake... It is to die for!

While looking for our final meal of the holiday we came across this place on Google and were very confused as to how we hadn't seen it sooner being the great reviews. On arrival the place was very very busy which is hard to do in such a huge resteraunt but that signifies just how good the food is, despite being busy a table was found for us with our pram and a high chair for baby. The menu has a wide variety of foods and some great tapas style dishes alongside main meals. We went for a selection of starters croquettes (as I always get) tomatoes and the toasted bread with tomatoes and garlic. I could go through each dish but to be honest every single one was very very tasty the croquettes absolutely delicious and the tastiest tomatoes. The best starter however was the herminias pork in sauce which was so tasty and highly addictive it was pork cooked so tender with a pepper, wine and garlic sauce which was absolutely amazing and full of flavour honestly I could've had 2 myself. For mains I had the octopus which was huge but cooked to perfection with a nice charred taste and a great potatoes puree, then my partner had the ribs again what can I say if you cook ribs correctly you end up with meat that falls off the bone and these did just that, add on the flavour of the sauce and you have perfection Service was fantastic considering we had a fussy baby and a good selection of drinks.

Yesterday we ate at this fancy restaurant that had a robot that brought the waiters the food. We absolutely loved it! We shared the plates and enjoyed delicious food. The waiters are friendly and speak English. Would love to come again!

Ok the food is fine but then so is the food at many restaurants in Cambrils. However, the staff are not very welcoming, well not to us. I even had one waitress sternly tell me, and keep on insisting, that I had ordered a bottle of wine, even though the waitress who actually took our order and showed it to her on the system confirmed I had actually ordered a glass of wine! Also, the wine, a red Aproppòsit Trepat D.O. Conca de Barberà, was served COLD!!! straight out of the fridge! Wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate, as there are so many other options in wonderful Cambrils!

I came across Bar del Posit on social media. I was trying to do some research for decent restaurants while traveling thru Spain. I saved a note in my maps. I'm so glad that I did. We arrived in Cambrils without any plans. After consulting maps, I went over to the Restaurant website and made a reservation for later that evening. I didn't realize there's 4 restaurants in the group. Typically, when trying someplace new with the family, we order a bunch of stuff and split it. Given that there's a lot of tapas on the menu, that worked out. It was a cooler evening, so we stuck to mostly hot dishes. All of the dishes were great. I don't think anything we had was bad. Everyone's favorite was the Mussels with white wine and garlic. We actually ordered a couple of additional bread rolls to soak up the flavorful broth. I highly recommend going. I would certainly go back and try more dishes. There's even a robot server that was wandering around. It never served us, but it made for an interesting sight.

L'Indret de Cambrils is a modern restaurant offering innovative tapas and an excellent selection of wines. The friendly staff, high-quality food, and beautiful beachfront terrace create a fabulous dining experience. Guests praise the delicious and unique dishes, as well as the reasonable prices for the upscale ambiance. While some mention slightly snobbish service, overall feedback highlights the fantastic food and lovely atmosphere.
Very friendly staff, great menu, excellent wines. We were flashed. The dishes are tasty but not just normal, hard to explain, but delicious to eat. Even though my wife and I (and our dog) only had an overnight stay here in Cambrils on our way from Zurich to Malaga we are considering to have another stay in Cambrils on our return trip, just to have dinner and a new "flashy" experience at L'indret's. Fabulous job, guys.

A great restaurant right on the seafront! Cozy Mediterranean-style terrace with a lovely sea breeze and stunning views. The fish dishes are of truly high quality. We especially enjoyed the lunctartars and lamprey salads — absolutely delicious! The toasts with tartines were also really good. Nice white wine and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place!

Wow!. This place is fantastic! Great food, nice served in a fantastic environment (sea side view) with friendly service. Price is however on the high side for Spanish reference

Quite disappointing really. Staff were less than welcoming, steak was tasty in part, but mainly chewy and inedible….wouldn’t be in any hurry back
John M — Google review
Nothing to do with what it was... Very poor plates badly cooked, unless the ones that wasn't cooked, like sausages (you don't really need a cook for that...). Their greatest plate, eggs with potatoes and truffle, was oiled and had only some truffle's taste... And they haven't known how to cook a grilled monkfish (incredible that could happen in Catalunya). And quite expensive. Won't come back.

If you find yourself wandering the charming streets of Cambrils, Spain, make sure to stop by Heladeria Antonio Sirvent. This delightful ice cream parlor is a true gem that offers an impressive array of flavors, ranging from beloved classics to innovative seasonal specialties that are hard to come by elsewhere. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, perfectly situated along the marina for a sweet treat after dinner or just a casual afternoon indulgence.
Sirvent is hands down the best and most high-quality ice cream spot I’ve ever visited. The variety of flavours is outstanding, from classic favourites to unique, seasonal creations that you won’t find anywhere else. The staff are warm, friendly, and always happy to offer samples or recommendations. The shop itself has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, directly on the marina, perfect for a casual treat or a post-dinner stop. Don’t miss the turrón ice cream, it’s their signature and absolutely divine. A must-visit if you're in the area!

La Tagliatella in Barrio Maritimo, Cambrils, offers a delightful dining experience that combines a stylish interior with the option of enjoying your meal on a lovely terrace. Guests have noted the consistent quality and flavor of their dishes, making it an ideal spot for those craving familiar favorites. While some diners mentioned a change in the spiciness of their condiments, they still appreciated the overall taste.
Have eaten here before on previous trips and it never disappoints. Great food at reasonable prices and the staff were very courteous and efficient. Our server was superb and very attentive but not overly so. Popular so advise booking ahead .

Seemed like more than half the menu wasn't available. The only pasta available seemed to be spaghetti and the only vegetarian sauce for it was pesto, pizza selection wasn't great either. Spent €13 on the provoletta starter which was burnt to the plate and €18 on pesto spaghetti which was nice but could be made at home for a fraction of the price, pizza was ok but undercooked. Couldn't fault the waiters, they were very attentive and doing the best they could in the circumstances.

Beautiful food in a fantastic setting upstairs. We were just off a boat trip so waited an hour for this to open. When it did it filled up pretty quick. Big portions, very tasty meats, cheese, breads and pastas. Tiramisu a little dry but very minor. We will be back.

Lovely place for food. Portions were quite big and could have done with a side rather than just one big lasagne. Mohammed was very helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Terrace was lovely. Service was slow, so definitely more suited to a long leisurely lunch than an express one. On initial impressions the food was good, however it turned out my mothers pasta had large chunks of undercooked, stuck together pasta. She removed what she noticed, however one large chunk went unseen and caused a choking incident which was quite distressing for my young son (and mother of course!). On informing the staff we were disappointed by their reaction and further disappointed to be handed a bill for the full amount, despite having abandoned the meal halfway through following the incident.

Trastevere Cambrils is a delightful dining spot that truly captures the essence of its picturesque surroundings. Modern 2 level restaurant. Upstairs open concept outdoor patio super nice. Main level indoor and outdoor. Pasta here is delicious, amazing 5 stars. Pricey but in the heart of Cambrils! It's busier during the evening night time especially with tourists.

Waitresses friendly enough. All junk in lift. Bird poo on table, which had been there a while as it dried and crusted. Food tasted like something from a tin, cheap and bland. All plates were badly chipped. Only reason this place is busy is because it looks nice from outside and can only be from first timers. Can’t see why anyone would go twice! We complained and other than an apology from the waitress as she took full plates away there was nothing. Even had the cheek to chase after us out the door as we accidentally short paid by 50 cents. Want a nice meal go las palmeras!

If you don't speak English, better stay away! After ordering soft drinks and Sangria/cava (1.5 liters) we had to wait a long time for the ordered drinks. After we finally got the drink, we asked for the necessary glasses to pour the drink into BECAUSE WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY WHEN THE DRINS WERE DELIVERED!! It was not clear to the (only) Spanish-speaking waiter that when a carafe of sangria is ordered, people must also be provided with glasses. Which is also directly related to the food, if we hadn't collected our cutlery from a table that was not in use, we would probably still be waiting for it. I wouldn't eat pizza here again crust was very airy and pizza was very thinly filled. The pasta dishes taken by our group were tasty (although these arrived 30 minutes after our main course). Very unfortunate business is beautifully situated aab the harbor and has a nice terrace, but the current staff can't handle it. During our next visit to Cambrils we will eat somewhere else! Hope this was a fair warning to all who visit Cambrils!

First of all they don't serve tap water which is illegal in Spain. Food is subpar, the pasta doesn't taste fresh at all. They also offered parmesan for our past but it never arrived. Overall, not a very pleasant experience, wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely appalling experience. I’ve never had such bad service, with staff mocking and laughing at us. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive. The food took over 2 hours to arrive because they forgot our order, then when it did arrive we received the incorrect food. Extremely disappointing and will not be returning again.
Rachel G — Google review
The best thing about this place is the interior decoration and the splendid terrace with the eye popping view. For the rest: The food I will call it conventional, nothing exceptional and expensive.Used to be better when it first opened The service is at the best erratic. Long waiting times in peak season, stressed personnel, no organisation. When we first visited there we had still to wait in queue, despite having a reservation. Additionally, I discerned in the attitude of the person in charge, a self-assurance and a slight condensation towards the clients. The low rating here is not a surprise for me ....

The food was decent, nothing to complain about on that front. However, we had a very unpleasant experience that completely ruined our visit. At one point, our daughter jumped out of her seat in panic after spotting a cockroach. A server immediately came and crushed it right in front of us. Moments later, another server approached, we assumed to clean it up but the insect had moved a few inches and was still alive. He then proceeded to crush it again, this time placing a napkin over it to cover the mess, without removing it. It was honestly disgusting. My wife nearly vomited, and our daughter was in tears. The crushed cockroach remained under the napkin for several more minutes before someone finally came to remove it. The only gesture made by the staff was to give a lollipop to each of our children. While we appreciate the effort, it felt like a very minimal response to such a distressing situation. It’s a shame, because the food wasn’t bad, but we’re definitely not coming back.

I enjoyed eating in this restaurant. The food I got was lovely and got a big sized portion as were the drinks. Minerals served as 350ml bottles whereas most the time 250ml or 330ml. L'Original is a hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition. During a summer vacation in 2017, I had the pleasure of dining there with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and professional waiter who made our two-hour lunch delightful. The adults opted for the fixed menu, which turned out to be an exquisite culinary journey—definitely worthy of Michelin Star praise!

The chicken that we ordered for our children came out of the kitchen in 1minute after ordering and unsurprisingly was not cooked. The ice on our drinks had pieces of dirt inside. The staff were arguing with each other while we ate while also coming constantly to the table to try to convince us the food was good and constantly trying to get us to buy to buy more. Prices did not reflect quality.

Mmmm, there are many restaurants in Cambrils, I would suggest trying other restaurants before eating here. The service was a bit sloppy. The waiter dropped the food off my plate onto my white dress. He did not even offer a cloth to clean. Meal was served on a slate which was ridiculous as the food slid off onto the table. Although we requested a well done steak , the meat was served medium rare. It was pricey and the portions small ! Not good value for money. Location is lovely on the edge of the square and dinning in the evening outside was pleasant.

Bad experience: I ordered the fish of the day (turbot). The first time it came out undercooked, so I sent it back. The second time, it was still gelatinous and inedible — I had to send it back again. When the bill arrived, there was no commercial gesture, no apology — instead, I got scolded as if I was the one at fault. Thankfully, the waiter was very friendly, but the manager? Rude, even downright unpleasant.

What a fantastic surprise. Why did I newer hear about this place before? This was some of the best food I have good in the summer vacation of 2017 - and for three weeks we have been eating out about 20 times so it says a bit. We (two adults and two small kids - 2 & 6 years old) went for lunch to L'original. We where welcomed by a highly polite and professional waiter, that attended us the best way for duri g our two hours lunch. The adults ordered the fixed menu, that was a really really really nice. The menu was a mix of small gourmet dishes, as octopus with piquillo peppers, salmon caviar and air (foam) or small 'non-hot-green-curry' dumplings with delicious crabmeat, combined with a big portion of a traditional rice-dish as a main course, so everybody got fully satisfied. Even the desserts and pefour It's a sin to try to describe it here with few word. I can only recommend you to "go 4 it"! The desserts and the petit fours went hand ind hand with the great service and finished what I would call a complete and very well done lunch. And by the way: The kids got some amazing sliders (small burgers) with good quality meat, caramelized onions and ketchup and some thin crispy chips (pomesfrites or fries if you want) that tastet heavenly. You can really judge any restaurant by the plates they offer the youngest guests. At this place I would order the kids menu and enjoy it - not something you an say about most restaurants that way to often only offer industrial made 'nuggets and fries' for those who in reality needs the best food. I have to go back after this first truly wonderful experience. At the end my 6 year old daughter made a little origami envelope for the tip and gave to the waiter, that on the best possible way toke it and putted it on display and asked if they could take a picture of it and put on Facebook. Now a week after my daughter is still talking about how glad this little action made her. She was so proud, and that I can only thank the great staff for, as they easily could just have more or less have ignored it. Again: it shows an enormous respect for even the smallest guests, and therefor I will give L'original my absolute best recommendations! We will be back!

However, on 04/09/2023, it seems that they have changed their chef and the quality of the food has noticeably declined. A family meal in Cambrils. I have never had a better seafood pasta, it was delicious and full of seafood. I also had a pizza with smoked salmon which was so good that I plan to try it myself. A very relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant.

If you're on the hunt for an unforgettable dining experience in Cambrils, look no further than Prik Thai. This hidden gem has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike, thanks to its incredible flavors and welcoming atmosphere. Even if you’re not typically a fan of Thai cuisine, the dishes here are sure to impress—many have found their taste buds awakened by the delightful offerings like massaman curry and pad Thai.
Went here tonight without a booking for 2. We were lucky to get in, so I recommend booking. I'm personally not a massive fan of thai food, but tonight, my mind was blown. I'm lucky to live here because this is now one of my favourite restaurants in cambrils! If you're lucky enough to get a booking during peak season, take it because it's worth every penny. My only complaint is they are too cheap for the quality of food they serve. The main man was helpful and very friendly! Outstanding all round.
Sam G — Google review
Lovely setting, lovely staff. Food was tasty. Did bring one main out earlier than the other but bought the rice out for the curry 5 mins before the curry which we found a bit odd. But overall it was nice and would recommend it. Enjoy your meal!

This restaurant has been a favourite of ours since it was recommended to us a few years ago. The food has always been absolutely delicious and the service personal, friendly and professional all at once. Best Thai food we have found in Cataluña. Absolutely adore this gem of a place.
Lucy D — Google review
Tucked away at the back of the port area, this is one of the best restaurants in Cambrils and maybe the best Thai restaurant I have tried anywhere. Deep, fresh flavors and properly spicy (which can be a challenge in Spain). Book a table, its a popular spot.
Conor C — Google review
One of the nicest meals we have ever had in our lives and definitely the tastiest Thai meal we have ever had. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We had the massaman and the pad Thai and it was phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

When exploring new destinations, many of us seek out authentic local cuisine rather than touristy options. Moraima comes highly recommended by friends as the ideal spot to experience genuine regional flavors. A group of four were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of dishes they could share, including outstanding paella, padrones, pintxos, and more. The chef-prepared food was exceptionally delicious and visually appealing that they couldn't resist taking pictures.
We came there wihout a plan, just simply passing by and everything was amazing - food was great as the service and the athmosphere. We really enjoyed our lunch here. Thanks.

The staff were very helpful, they try to make you feel like in a very luxurious restaurant. Also the presentation of the plates are very nice but at same time abundant. I was surprised for how cheap was it at the end.

We used to be regulars at this restaurant. However after today’s experience we have decided not to return. The service was very slow, a very unfriendly bossy maitre. The quality of the food has declined. Such a shame. A great disappointment. Avoid! There are plenty of other good restaurants in Cambrils.
Mary-Rose S — Google review
RECOMMENDED! This restaurant has a really nice modern interior and there’s air conditioning. You are welcomed with a glass of cava and appetizers. There is a lot of choice of Spanish / Italian (pizza & pasta) / Fusion food. The Moraima menu (+/- €28) with starter, main dish and dessert is recommended and is very good price / quality. We come here every year and it never disappoints. I can say that this restaurant offers a better quality and better price than 90% of the restaurants you can find near the coast area. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience!
Timothy C — Google review
Very nice restaurant with a wide menu. It was popular at the time when we visited with the local Spanish residents so that is always a good sign for a tourist. The staff were very helpful as we didn’t speak Spanish so our waitress got her colleague to come & speak to us in English.
Caitriona M — Google review
Firstly, we spent ages walking around trying to find a good restaurant with reasonably priced food. Finally we came across this one. The food is excellent and the price for their standard fixed menu is 15.50€. Additionally, on the day we went they were really generous. We received complimentary slices of cheese and a glass of cava. I'd highly recommend the fish that comes with roasted vegetables. Very tasty indeed!
Thirsty H — Google review
A luxurious restaurant at very reasonable prices. You sometimes have to wait to be attended when you first arrive but after that the service is excellent. Kati

A revelation..the food was above expectation and the price was bordering on the insane. We were a party of eight including one child. We had cava and snacks on the house then the traditional two plates and dessert for each person. Two bottles of wine, coffees and a cognac..150.00 euros..insane. Good service, nice modern atmosphere..win win.

Taste of India is a restaurant in Cambrils that serves great Indian food. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. There are many vegetarian options available, as well as full bar service. The only downside is that it can get a bit spicy for some diners - but this just makes the experience all the more enjoyable!
We fancied a change from all inclusive from our hotel and this restaurant was just up the road from our hotel. We had 2 curries and 2 pilau rice, a peshwari naan and 2 large beers. The service was excellent, the food arrived promptly and it tasted excellent. It was very reasonably priced and the restaurant was busy which is always a good sign.

If you find yourself in the charming coastal town of Cambrils, just a stone's throw from Tarragona, make sure to stop by Bar Restaurant Cal Siscú. Known for its exceptional seafood and fish dishes, Cal Siscú offers a warm atmosphere where you can savor authentic Spanish cuisine.
The Sepia we ordered was fantastic! The salad of their own recipe was also a nice surprise. The weighter did find us a free spot even though we didn't have a reservation. He was very nice. The prices are similar to other such places but the quality of the ingredients and the complex and carefully selected flavors of the dishes are above average. I highly recommend this place!

I just went in to have a coffee, but they only allowed takeaway coffee. I don't mind, I really I am sure where I was… but it’s smart to say it’s wrong place wanted to go to the toilet, thank God they allowed it. I don't know how they cook, but they tried to throw me out with my coffee a little rudely. I think the atmosphere is very important for a restaurant, because we consume food and it becomes us. The young man who made the coffee turned out to be very nice and I'll probably drink it. But I won't come to the restaurant, even if I'm hungry

We did not even sit down before a surly waiter marched over to see if we had a reservation or wanted food. We asked if we could have drinks while we decided on food, having not even seen a menu at this point, and he turned us away - clearly agitated over the reservation situation in a quiet time of the day with plenty of empty seats.

Great surprise. Some of the best croquetas I've had in Spain, the fish carpaccio was seasoned with great taste, the meat was tender, the pulpo dish delicious and not hard to chew, as seen at many places. The desserts, while delicious, were wayyyy too sweet. Less sugar would have been perfect. But the rest was so good, the price below what you would expect for that quality, it deserves 5⭐

We arrived on a Thursday evening and sat outside on one of the free tables. After being there for around 5 minutes, we asked a waiter who was passing for a menu, when he asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't. He got his colleague over to tell us we couldn't sit there and we'd need to go inside, which we said was absolutely fine. We were shown to a table, where we were given some menus whilst he talked in Spanish to the table next to us about 'turistas' which we thought was quite rude... We should have left there and then, but after waiting a total of exactly 20 minutes and nobody had been over to even take our drinks order, we got up and left. It was about 50% occupied, so no excuse, really. Lovely looking restaurant, poor service/staff and need 'reserved' signs for empty tables outside....

Well to be honest the service was good, staff was so friendly and nice, and the decoration was good also, but the issue is that we ordered entercot steak , but the meat was like bubblegum so u need to chew alot inorder to swallow.. then we cooked well with hot atone they gave it to us.. but it is still the same .. so we claim about it, and they just felt sorry ! And feeling sorry is not enough for a 26 euro plate !

This was by far the best food we had in Cambrils! The first time we went they had a different menu cart than today, but both times were amazing. The food is a bit pricier than most of Cambrils but the quality is absolutely worth it. The service is great an the staff is very nice. I would totally reccomend this place. If you visite you must try the Sangria and the Cheesecake as a dessert.

This was the best spot we ate at in Cambrils. The food was amazing, we tried the €35 pre set options. Each dish was great! The service was also outstanding with a great wine recommendation. Very reasonably priced meal for the quality of the food!
Alex W — Google review
We started on a 4 stars note with bread & tomato (decent but not amazing) then Shrimp croquette (very good) and duck foie gras (very good) but then we received our main plates. The tuna tartare (24€) was very disappointing, served with very small pieces of bread I knew I would still be hungry at the end of the meal and the "shrimps from 8 AM" was a complete joke : imagine 5 shrimps, barely cooked, on a wooden plate with gross salt on it, that's it, 34€ ladies and gentlemen. We had to order an extra Cesar Salad (also very small portion) to relief our frustration. All in all I would say this is among the good restaurants in Cambrils but the value proposition in term of quantities destroys the experience.

We normally eat at Acuamar and Montserat when coming to Cambrils. But today we tried Gami which turned out to be an interesting choice. The GREEN salad specially created for the wife of the owner was excellent in its different tastes. The Mexican Taco was well made. For main course I chose the Seabass in Salt and my wife had the Spare Ribs to which she is an expert. Number1 - however - is still a steak restaurant in Amsterdam - also after eating Gami‘s version. As wife's verdict was - too sweet. Even superb texture and Smokey. Interestingly my Seabass was better than Acuamars even the following potatoes was cold and had metal pieces in it. But texture and taste was perfect and the potatoes very tasteful, which I tried before getting hit by metal. 4 stars to Gami. It would have been 5 without the metal. Nevertheless we may return.

The presentation of all of our plates were beautiful. Such a special meal and one to remember.

Went here to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. Firstly things were great, as we arrived for the first sitting at 13.15 so the restaurant was quiet. A glass of cava on the house and aperitivos. Starters great too. That's when things changed. Main course - steak - inedible as was very tough. Mixed grill - some meats again were inedible. Vegetable garnish - potatoes, peppers were uncooked and hard. The waitress asked us when collecting the plates how everything was and we said not good. Showed her the inedible food left on the plates. That was it, no apology, no money off when paying the bill. A waiter came to take our dessert order then disappeared again without taking it and we tried to get someone's attention but the staff were running about to other tables. Only were 4 staff for the whole restaurant. Impossible for them to keep on top of everything. Another waiter then came to tell us our table was needed for the next sitting at 15.30 and we explained we still hadn't had dessert yet. So quickly we ordered desserts. Was a real shame as the restaurant is lovely and the staff try their best. Will not return and would definitely not recommend to others to go. Disappointed and let down.

Having lived in Cambrils for 6 years we though we would try somewhere different. The food is mediocre, over priced for the quality. The staff are friendly but be careful, we ordered a €15 bottle of wine and when the bill came we noticed that they had charged €24, we contested and the waitress agreed she had made a mistake. However the boss refused to refund the difference! Maybe because we are British and thought we would not could me back, which of course we won't! Just stopped off for s spot of lunch. Best food we have had in Cambrils. Nachos and Caprese salad. In fact went back for dinner two days later. We had the mixed grill, fillet steak and chicken Caesar salad. Wonderful! Great food, great service for a fair price. Kids loved it as well.

During a recent road trip from Barcelona to Valencia, I stumbled upon 7 Mares and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The culinary offerings were nothing short of spectacular. I savored the mussels with garlic, deep-fried baby squid, and an exquisite paella that was simply divine. The attentive service added to the experience, while dining by the sea provided a picturesque backdrop that made my meal even more enjoyable.
We made a spontaneous lunch stop at 7 Mares on our road trip from Barcelona to Valencia—and we’re so glad we did! The food was fantastic, especially the mussels with garlic, deep-fried baby squid, ham with melon, and a flavorful paella that truly hit the spot. Service was attentive and friendly, and the setting couldn’t have been better—enjoying lunch by the sea added such a relaxing, scenic vibe to the meal.

Called here for lunch while doing some shopping from out stay in Salou. The staff welcomed us and we had a good laugh. The food was beautiful I had pizza and fries. Would definitely recommend if you are in Cambrils. Great view of the port to look at fancy boats too. The staff informed us while perusing the menu that there was anything we wanted that wasn't listed or if we wanted to modify and ingredients they would accommodate which was lovley as many fish options typical for the location which is not my strong suite. We had 2 full pizzas, fries, water, a soft drink and a beer for around €45 which seemed very fair.

The food was OK, but we have tried better options in cambrils. Portions were big. The waiters didn't care to offer the menu offer. It does say that 10% vat is included, however they did add 10% on top of our bill.

We came here after a recommendation from out hotel reception. Great selection of food and generous portions. Staff was very friendly. And at 7, it was not busy at all.

We had the menu del dia, 3 courses of absolutely gorgeous food, very reasonably priced, weren't charged for extra bread. Staff were lovely, guy outside explained the menu, really friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Had a very nice evening meal with the family. 2 kids and 2 adults. I had the lamb chops and the wife had a veg pasta. The kids enjoyed their pizza. Good service, polite and friendly. Kids were happy with their food and nice views of the harbour. Would return

We had Paella and our son some pizza here last night, very delicous! They also have fruit salad on the menu, which was great for our 5 year old. The prices are good and the staff is very nice. We will come again this holiday for sure! 🙏🏻

Disastrous experience – avoid at all costs We placed an order, but the waitress made a mistake and never took responsibility for it. Worse still, a Moroccan woman came out of the kitchen and made a scene in front of everyone. Despite their error, they tried to charge us for a dish we had neither ordered nor eaten. Dishonest behavior and a complete lack of respect for customers.

Cal Tendre is a restaurant located in Cambrils that offers a variety of dining options. The establishment has received mixed reviews, with some praising its great value sampling menu and well-presented, tasty food. However, there have been complaints about poor service and the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning. Despite this, it is recommended for its excellent cuisine and surprising culinary ideas. Overall, Cal Tendre seems to offer an interesting dining experience with room for improvement in certain areas.
Very nice restaurant. The food was delicious. And very friendly staff. Just perfect.

A great value sampling menu. I think it was 34 euros or there abouts. The food was well presented and tasty. The only letdown was the service. It was done with very little care and attention, and the guy wasn't particularly friendly either.
Shadoon — Google review
Very noisy and the owner himself was shouting across the restaurant. Table and chairs carried from one place to another while we were still eating.

Tapas bar
If you're exploring the culinary delights of Cambrils, make sure to stop by Degustació Daniel Salinas. This charming spot has transformed from a traditional butcher shop into a delightful eatery where you can savor freshly sliced cheeses and an array of sausages, all while enjoying a glass of Vermouth from Reus. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with most seating available outdoors, perfect for soaking up the coastal vibe.
Gastro experience in the Catalan region. Iberic Jamon ham and cheese platter must have with the bottle of house white. Very reasonable too.

If you are looking for very good product, this is the place to go. Very good, service is very nice. Went twice.
M P — Google review
A guarantee! Butcher + Tapas + patisserie (upfront from the same owner) allows you to go there at breakfast, lunch, aperitif and light tapas dinner! Probably the best selection of Jamon in Cambrils, at least in the period of February - March where majority of others are closed. They offer very good service! Tables mainly outside.

We keep coming to Cambrils every year. DS is never ever disappointing. Always keep the same standards which is very hard for many places. Absolutely love it here. During the holidays we r here 3-4 times.
Mishka C — Google review
This is a shop for embutidos and cheeses that also has a terrace to have a coffee, a beer or a snack. The products are fine, as long as you take them away. The problems star to show when you sit down to drink and eat. The staff is enough in numbers, but the place lacks in organization, which results in long waits.

Just had 2 crystal breads with manchego and local ham…. OMG it was amazing and Rosa who served us was lovely … the bread was delicious as was the cheese and meat … 👌
