Don’t go there if you’re vegetarian as they will rudely tell you that there’s nothing available for you (even if you have booked in advance and told them that one your group is vegetarian). In the end they managed to serve me a ‘trinxat’ (potato and cabbage) which was good and a plate of mushrooms and green peppers from their tapas bar which was fine but not really a main course! The bread accompanying the meal was still frozen. My friends who ordered the fish had to send it back because it wasn’t cooked properly. Service was extremely slow and the waiters were stressed. During the modernisme festival they clearly need to employ extra staff. Beautiful building, in a nice location.

We went for tapas which were displaced inside beside the bar. Okay quality and quantity for the food except the deep fried pig nose (Morros) were very dry and tough. Service was friendly and price reasonable (a coke or sparkling water costs 2 euros).

As a long term resident in Barcelona I'm used too poor service but this really took the biscuit. This doesn't include the argument about the bill! Lovely location, terrible experience.
