A nicely kept UNESCO site. It's basically farm lands kept irrigated by the ingenious fulajs. The thing that makes it different is that we are technically in the middle of a desert and with that fact, the appreciation heightens as you are surrounded by pretty lush and varied plantations. Don't miss the centre to learn more about the site history with an interactive projection.

Visited Al Ain Oasis in mid-July to explore the beautiful date palm plantations. We rented a 4-wheel cycle and rode around the oasis, which was a fun experience! Saw fresh red dates and the traditional irrigation system through water channels – very interesting. The place is perfect for nature lovers and photographers, but July was extremely sunny, so our photos didn’t turn out great. I recommend visiting between November and January for a better experience. A peaceful and refreshing spot!

Visiting Al Ain Oasis was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had in the UAE. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The place is absolutely unique it feels like stepping back in time, surrounded by pure, untouched nature. The oasis is vast and incredibly peaceful, with thousands of palm trees creating shade and a magical atmosphere. We rented a quadricycle to tour around, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Riding slowly through the shaded paths, with the sound of birds and the breeze passing through the trees, felt almost like entering another world. It’s a true escape from the fast rhythm of city life. One of the highlights was discovering the Falaj irrigation system, a centuries-old technique that still works today. At the end of the visit, the explanation about how it functions was fascinating and gave so much cultural and historical depth to the experience. There is also a charming coffee shop inside the oasis with beautiful design and an incredible view of the palm groves. I truly recommend this experience to everyone living in or visiting the UAE. Whether you are looking for history, culture, or simply a peaceful connection with nature,it is a hidden treasure that should not be missed. ** Free parking available at the entrance.

Great place to walk and perhaps cycle. You can rent a bicycle or a quadricycle and explore the place. One of the cafes we wanted to explore was closed. Lots of nature, very peaceful. Not much to do apart from enjoy the calm and quiet.

Hi this is a beautiful Oasis which was once naturally formed. Now a days they bring water from far sources. Although it is lot greener compared to other places, still it was very hot during the day. And there were no activities. It is advised to visit during winters when there are programs and stalls. Nice and quiet place to spend with Nature.

I went there in mid-June, when there are few tourists! I didn't have guides, but I was just interested in seeing the date gardens. I was pleased, no one distracted me, I just rode my bike around everything. For the first time in my life I saw red dates. I saw artificial irrigation through water channels! In a word, it's very cool there for lovers of nature and oriental culture.

I was born and raised in the UAE, and some of my fondest childhood memories are of school trips to Al Ain Zoo. Visiting again after so many years was such a nostalgic experience. The zoo has transformed into something truly remarkable, with its sustainable building that even houses a research center filled with books, a peaceful space to sit, read, and reflect. Everything has been so thoughtfully designed, making the place even more special. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. The valet team was so kind, and the gentleman at the ticket counter greeted me with such sweet words. I chose the full option, which included the safari, and I even got upgraded to an SUV, such a thoughtful surprise! The safari was the highlight. I had the chance to feed the giraffes and see the animals up close. My guide was a lovely Emirati lady in abaya (I feel ashamed I forgot her name, maybe Mariam). She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, sharing so much about animal migration, different species, and what’s coming next for the zoo. Hearing about their plans for elephants and more lions in the future made me even more excited. It was a marvelous experience, nostalgia, warmth, and discovery all in one. Al Ain Zoo will always hold a special place in my heart, and seeing how beautifully it has evolved makes me so proud.

Our visit to Al Ain Zoo and the Safari was truly wonderful. The zoo is clean, well-organized, and home to an impressive variety of animals. The Safari experience was definitely the highlight our guide was excellent, sharing so many interesting facts about the animals throughout the tour. We even got the chance to feed the giraffes, which was such a special and memorable moment! Just a little tip, make sure to book the safari in advance, as spots can fill up quickly. A perfect activity for families, nature lovers, or anyone wanting to discover wildlife up close in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Always loved this place as a kid growing up in alain. They have changed their interior space now. While I liked a lot of things, really miss the old layout. It was easier to walk through. Buggies are very convenient. Currently animals are reduced as they are doing maintenance work to the zoo. Hope to see more animals soon. Also now we have to pay extra to see some animals like giraffe, zebra, elephants.

Never been a fan of a zoo as it’s always been sad to see animals taken from their real habitat. However, when one visits the Al Ain zoo you immediately feel different about it. Only as good as what the UAE do things - this visit was actually quite heartfelt! What an incredible experience for kids and the Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre is so well done. Well worth the visit and we thank the United Arab Emirates for such wonderful opportunities. Shukran!

Our visit to Al Ain Zoo and Safari was amazing! The zoo is clean, well-organized, and full of fascinating animals. The Safari was the highlight — our guide was great, and feeding the giraffes was an unforgettable experience. Tip: book the safari in advance, as it fills up fast. A perfect outing for families and nature lovers — highly recommended!

We were 6 family members, had a nice time- October is still not the best time to visit- but was generally fine. Not all the sections were open. Was very convenient to commute. Plenty of facilities... but not much animals as you'd expect

Well preserved and old historical fort. Free entry and beautiful collection of old photos and antique collection. Although it seems fully renovated, however one still feels the old vibes inside the fort. Clean washrooms and since fort is inside the garden, car park is also easy. Winter days are the best to visit the fort

Amazing place if you are looking for a cultural and heritage site. They offer complimentary coffee in the Majlis and they have exhibitions within the hallways. The exhibitions are shown gold photos on the history of the Al Ain and the Jahili Fort. You can also walk inside of the fort, so I suggest you definitely take a look! There’s a lot of free parking across the street so it’s really easy to get to.

A must visit, if you have noticed the unique round tower on Al Ain water brand. It's a one of a kind and you can even enter the round tower, which is pretty interesting. Other than that, it's also great for photography enthusiast as it has a permanent exhibit of a western traveler who has crossed Empty Quarter twice in his life, with solid photography and anecdotes recorded.

Al Jahili Fort is a fascinating cultural and historical experience in the heart of a rapidly changing time. Visited in 2012, Al Jahili Fort & Park is an absolute must-visit in Al Ain! The park itself is a gorgeous, sprawling green oasis, offering a beautiful space for a picnic or a peaceful walk. ​The true highlight, as seen in the photo, is the magnificent Al Jahili Fort walls and towers. The mud-brick architecture is incredibly impressive, and the way it is illuminated at night is absolutely breathtaking—it gives the whole area a majestic, historical, and very tranquil atmosphere. ​It's a wonderful blend of history and nature. Highly recommended for families, history buffs, and anyone looking for a beautiful, free cultural spot in the Garden City! Don't miss the chance to see it lit up after sunset.

A magnificent and well preserved historical place! The Al Jahili Fort is a real cultural jewel in the heart of Al Ain. The architecture is superb, with its adobe towers, its large courtyards and its thick walls typical of Emirati history. We really feel the authenticity of the place.

I visited during the Eid holidays in the UAE, in the evening. It was surprisingly not crowded, and the peaceful environment made the experience even more enjoyable. From there, you can truly experience the traditional culture of the UAE. The fort is fully open to the public with no entry fees or other charges. You can explore the rooms and see many traditional items on display. There are also plenty of photos and video presentations that help you understand more about the local history and heritage. As a warm gesture, we were offered Kava, a traditional Arabic drink, which added a special touch to the visit. There’s also a park nearby, so you can take a relaxing walk or spend some time there after exploring the fort. Overall, a calm, cultural, and memorable experience

Great place to visit. It was an absolute pleasure to be there during the re-opening of the museum and to get to experience history from the beginning and through all the ages as well. Would highly recommend this as a stop for anyone that wishes to learn more of AlAin’s history and UAE’s history as well.

The history of Al Ain is really well explained with in situ expositions and really nice objects to see. Important to do it if you pass by since it allows you to learn about how locals used to live and their remarkable way to use the available water.

Had never heard about Al Ain Oasis earlier, and it was a pleasant experience to visit the Al Ain Museum. It gives great knowledge of Arabic living and culture in olden days. We spent more than 2 hours and were very happy to have visited the museum 😊

The new Al Ain Museum is just spectacular. Absolutely in love with the architecture and interior. So minimal and modern. Very good. The reception staff members were so welcoming and helpful.

Very beautiful museum, which can be visited combinated with the Oasis visit. Museum employees are welcoming. The shop (Fount shop) at the museum is super nice, proposing local products with interesting design. You won't find better to get some qualitative souvenirs from UAE. And the 2 persons managing the shop are very communicative. Very good experience !

Great place to learn the history of UAE as well as that of homosapiens in relation to UAE. You can find some well preserved ancient burial sites, underground water canals, potteries, guns, old photographs, videos etc etc etc. Although i would have loved a chronological order of the rulers of various emirates and more details on how the union came to being etc to be included as a video. I am sure they have that in line. Lets wait for it.

Qasr Al Muwaiji is a beautifully restored fort with deep historical significance—it’s the birthplace of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The interactive exhibits and audiovisual displays do a great job of bringing the story of the UAE’s leadership to life. The architecture is striking, and the surrounding courtyard offers a peaceful atmosphere. A meaningful stop for anyone interested in Emirati history and heritage.

This was a surprisingly good visit! First off, the hospitality by the staffs here is tip top, they offered us fresh dates (from the palm trees around this fort) which was really cool as we have never tried fresh ones (usually dried ones). Second, the carpark is so beautiful on its own, it's like a parking space nestled in palm tree plantation. Third and last, of course the modern additions (the water feature) and the fully air conditioned space, including a visit to the actual house of the founder of UAE, is also interesting.

Visited on 2nd August 2025, All I felt was very warm welcome, real nice hospitality from every staff especially receptionist. They were dedicated and ready to explain each and every detail. They will consider your recommendation and opinions as very serious matter and assure you the same will be taken care of later. Parking is available nearby and good maintenance is done for entire premise. Well maintained washrooms and fountains. They were guiding where must be next stop for the visit, and they are considering weather conditions while selecting destinations. Very first time feeling good after visiting a historical place like this. Thanks for the people were there and who ever leading them. The place and people will be in heart for ever.

An interesting place to visit. Not at all what I expected. It's billed as the childhood home of the former president. In the courtyard, there's a good exhibit with signs in Arabic and English about his life. But that's it. Once you enter the actual living space? Basically empty rooms. No furnishings, props, decorations of any sort. There are some minimal video projections on the wall in a few rooms and a few seats to sit on as you view the slide show. It would be more interesting to see how the family once lived in these spaces.

I visited the museum last year in 2024. Al Ain Palace Museum is a must-see for anyone interested in authentic Emirati culture, the life of Sheikh Zayed, and the pre-oil era, all at no cost. A rewarding and comprehensive experience, especially during a tour that includes Al Ain Oasis and Al Jahili Fort. If you plan a future visit after the renovations, be sure to check the official reopening date first.

We really enjoyed our time here. It doesn’t take long to explore, an hour and a half at most. Entry: Free The palace museum is very clean and well kept. The staff were so polite. We were traveling with our cat, and we couldn’t just leave her in the car alone during the extreme hot weather and they allowed her to stay in the staff room while we visited ☺️💕

A must see place if you are looking to know about the founding father of UAE, HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The palace is well maintained and takes us back in time. There are well preserved artefacts within the palace. One can spend an hour easily exploring and definitely worth a visit if you're in Al Ain.

A good place to know more about the Emirate's culture and tradition. A big museum and many traditional things are displayed. The location is good and UAE architecture is also fantastic. A must visit place for tourists and children. Located in the middle of Al ain. Easily accessible area. Less.crowd and nicely we can spend our valuable time here with our family.

a nice museum that actually used to be the former home of the former ruler of the UAE. a beautiful home to walk through and lots of history to learn. we were greeted with gahwa and dates. the staff was very friendly in explaining things to us. there are restrooms available. unfortunately a majority of the museum is outdoors and the parts that are inside do not have any AC. the parking is outdoors and not shaded either. still worth a visit!

Such a beautiful, serene place to visit. There were lots of great spots for photoshoot. Went here to do quick snaps of my daughter in her National Day outfit. Photos turned out great. 💯 Parking & entrance are free. The best time to go is during the golden hours because the sunset view is awemazing!!!! 😍

We went there during weekend. Entrance is 60 dhs. Unlimited rides. It was indeed a fun city though facilities are old. My kids enjoyed. There is also a playground and barbecue area. Some of the rides are carousel, boat, train, bump cars and even 5D Cinema.

Have been planning for a long, finally their renovation was over. Bravo, all rides open. 1 time payment all rides multiple access inside. Rides for small kids to teenagers and adults available. Im giving 5stars bcz of the management who's keep this place alive. It's our childhood vacation spot. There's nothing like this in the whole UAE. My humble request to the management please renovate and add some new games and bring it back to its glory. Use social media and all sorts to promote it. There are many tourists and visitors coming to the UAE, nobody knows this place. The population of UAE have also increased. Wonderful experience! The place offered great activities and a welcoming environment. The ticket price was fair, and they showed thoughtful consideration by providing special access for those in need. Highly recommended!

Of course worth for the money. Friendly staff, You get normal tea, noodles and all for very reasonable price. Unlimited access to rides is the highlight... I liked it for sure. If they do some painting on the rides and make it look like new, then this place will rock..

It's neat and clean. Well maintained. Less crowded The courts are free to use and that is wonderful. Tennis football, basket ball courts are very good.

More of a "park with some archaeology" than an archaeology park. It's a beautiful, lush green space with plenty of amenities, like a cafe (closed during my mid-August visit), ball courts, and clean bathrooms. But I came to see the archaeology! The park map outlines the several archaeological sites nicely. About three of those sites have some worthwhile signs explaining what you're looking at and what its significance is, which was great. They're partially or fully reconstructed to give an idea of what they originally looked like. Some were dwellings and others tombs. The other sites are essentially just fenced off areas with no signs or explanations, which look very poorly cared for -- irrigation pipes and light poles clearly visible inside the site. I'm attaching photos of each of the archaeological sites.

This park is amazing 😍 but no cafe here so lil bit less joyness otherwise park and cleanliness is super also they've masjid there and barbecue area too.

A good park to come with kids to play the playground, but in terms of archeology it is not really impressive, if you were looking for some historical places, this is not an interesting one. I have attached photos of signs with information , that's all you can see there.

I had a chance to visit the place just by chance. We were in AL AIN last day and already had a plan of cooking in the evening before returning to Ajman, so i just tried to find some random spots in AL AIN for BBQ. And i chose this spot to try out. The management of Hili archeological park really deserves appreciation for providing and maintaining all the facilities. Drinking water is available, very clean and well maintained washrooms, perfect green grass all over the park, very beautiful green trees all around the park that gives you vibes of you being roaming in a beautiful garden. They have BBQ and cooking dedicated spots, where you can cook, even tables are there to sit and eat, no need to bring your BBQ/ cooking stands. The place is amazing and perfect for families. And it will surprise you that all such perfect arrangements for the public are free, no ticket.

A great place to get inspired from art to culture. The uniqueness is the possibility to book different classes and experiences for painting, Arabic calligraphy, pottery, piano and much more. Kids can also do classes from 6 years and up. The center is free entry but there is a charge in case you want to book a class.

Visited on June 20, 2025, is a remarkable destination that beautifully showcases the rich culture heritage of the UAE. The centre blends historical significance with modern artistic expression, making it a must-visit for anyone eager to deepen their understanding of Emirati culture, arts and crafts. The exceptional support from the reception staff since I arrived, a warm welcoming, providing detailed insights.

I had one of the most wonderful experiences in this place. It's rich with culture. I would love to visit it again and again. Staff are amazing and lovely and so welcoming. I'm so sad I couldn't catch their names but every single lady I met there was awesome. I want to send thanks for everyone. They have art classes with subscription. They have classes for children. They have seasonal galleries Souk works only in Winter The place is more of a camp, families would enjoy it the most.

Thematic arts exhibitions dependent on what's available. There's a outdoor area that seems more suitable on non summer days. If you are looking for modern arts in Al Ain, this is a good spot to drop by! It comes with an underground excavation museum too.

Local art gallery with various studios inside, where local artists represents their art works. Also, there is an archeological part , its not big but its amazing to feel the history which goes back to 2500 BC. Better to go afternoon when its not hot, and when souq is opened. I love this place ... Gorgeous Arts studios, always evening events centred around traditional culture and music. An absolutely gorgeous outdoor cafe ... Well worth a visit to sample some lovely traditional Arabic culture.

It was one of the most thrilling activities available in AlAin. White water rafting is highly recommended, it has experience like no other. Wave beach & Swimming pool with jacuzzi are next best activity. Also consider to visit on winter time to enjoy other activity ( on summer they closed all other than rafting, pool and wave beach). We missed paint ball and zip line due to season condition.

Our team of 18 had the most incredible time at Al Ain Adventure! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and handled so professionally. We tried surfing, river rafting, kayaking, and so much more every activity was exciting, safe, and so much fun! The entire staff deserves a special mention the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the lifeguards were everywhere, making sure everyone stayed safe at all times. We truly appreciated how well-equipped and well-maintained the place was. It’s the perfect destination for team outings, family trips, or anyone looking for an adventurous day in a safe and professional environment. We absolutely loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

Visited with my family, with two teenage kids. Whole family had fun and enjoyed the place. Rafting, inflatable kayak, and tubing are included in the AED175/person package deal. We got 3 rounds in the kayaks, 2 rounds of rafting and one round of tubing. Took in total 2.5-3 hours including the information and a couple of short breaks between the activities. Access to the swimming pool and wave pool are included in the price.

I used to visit the wavepool once a month until it became a habit to surf there once a week. This is one of the best places in the UAE to get better at surfing and a big part of my surf journey.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit on Friday, 24 April 2025. Our group of 13 adult members was treated with great attention to detail from start to finish. A special thanks to Ms. Salma, who assisted with the booking well in advance and organized everything meticulously — from the initial coordination, securing applicable discounts, and guiding us throughout, to ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable experience at the park. The entire team was very helpful; despite our late afternoon arrival, we managed to enjoy all the rides before sunset. The park facilities were excellent, and the staff were well-trained, ensuring a safe and fun experience for everyone. The only minor downside was that the conveyor on the main ride was not operational that day — otherwise, everything went perfectly. A big thank you once again to Ms. Salma and, of course, to her entire team!

What a wonderful place for an adventure. Polite and hospitable staffs. Life guards after every 5 metres ready to save lifes. Your guide so polite and welcoming. Ideal and amazing place in alain to sit with friends and relax. Many kids in the area to play football and other games together so it is suitable for families and all ages. There are also restaurants and cafes in the area, and also the ability to BBQ.

I stumbled upon Mbazzarah park in Al Ain, and it was a revelation! This tranquil oasis is a must-visit for anyone seeking serenity and natural beauty. As I strolled through the gardens, I was struck by the lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and towering palm trees. that is very nice place for outing. specially in nice weather you may enjoy a whole day over there. kids can play under the tree shades and do some physical activities. such as camping, rides and walk. there is a nice lake and see the fishes. do boating peaceful place away from urban life and enjoy nature. you can prepare food and there is BBQ grills.

A nice place but suggest to visit by winter and evening

This place got a face lift since the last time I visited many years ago. There are a few activities in place..like boats, kayaks and cycles available for rent. Great place to unwind with the family.There are also chalets available for overnight stay. The one thing I missed was the hot water springs that the place was famous for. Seems like there is some maintenance work underway.

We went without much expectation. But had a great kayaking experience, and the weather was soo good. I suggest visiting this place during winter season We went in December and the climate was best, the cold water, the peaceful atmosphere, the mountain view and everything was enjoyable. That was my first kayaking. We took one single person kayak (aed 15) and two persons kayak. (aed 25) which was for unlimited time and pedalled type. There are other options too, like bigger ones carrying 5to 6 persons. This place has space for barbecue, kids paly area and a spacious ground. You can see ducks in the lake. I would say this silent place is good for spenting half a day with your family.

Perfect for history buffs and nature lovers. Visit early or late in the day to avoid the heat.

The tombs at Hili Archaeological Park are designed in a similar shape, but it's important to note that they were not originally discovered in this form. They have been reconstructed for exploration purposes. The tombs are related to the Umm al-Nar culture, dating back to the Bronze and Iron Ages. The site itself is quite dry and, in my opinion, not particularly impressive when compared to other archaeological attractions. While the park does offer a few sculptures and, during sunrise and sunset, the valley provides a picturesque view, these features don't quite make up for the overall lack of depth in the experience. For those who are deeply passionate about history, there may be a sense of connection to ancient civilizations that once thrived here thousands of years ago. However, for most visitors, the site feels somewhat underwhelming. Overall, I found Jebel Hafeet desert Park to be an overrated tourist destination, offering limited exploration and not enough to fully captivate the interest of those seeking a more immersive historical experience.

Great location, no need for a 4x4 to enter as new roads have been installed by the ministry of tourism. Various sites to see in this location. Shame that some don’t follow the rules and enter the tombs!

A complete gateway for adventure, camping, exploring uae archaeology discoveries, stargazing, birds hide out, glamping and much to discover. Nice dining restaurant, kids play area, neat and clean washrooms all around the place. You can rent a bicycle to explore the area, or carry your own or even trek all archaeological locations. Ticket per family is aed 35 if you are visiting the tombs and for overnight booking can be done for camping area, heritage tent and domes. The peaceful location in the Jebel hafeet mountains. No need 4*4 for driving and all locations can be reached easily in sedan. Don't liter the area and keep the environment clean.

Nice spot to drive around (if you have 4x4) - awesome views, nice picture spots. Security need training, one guy stopped us from entering the drive saying we had to pay for a tour (after we just paid entrance fee) but thankfully another guy was also working who corrected him and let us pass through.

I tried to visit on 10 August. Drove all the way from Abu Dhabi city. Unfortunately, the park which it's in is closed, which would have been nice to know in advance... The security guard tells me it will open on September 15. These sorts of places deserve some sort of online resource, even just a single simple web page, that have an overview and list the opening days and hours. I can't post this without rating it with stars, even though I never got to see it. Sorry.

The place is already Al Ain Paradise was an attraction that held a Guinness World Record for its unique flower baskets, but it seems to have closed down as the search results focus on the larger Al Ain Oasis, which is a public park and cultural site.

It's closed already.. Please don't go if you don't want to waste your time... Jebel Hafit id the other option aside from this...

A perfect getaway from a busy city life...from the Jamil, the receptionist to Adny, the manager and waiters like Michelle, Tat, Sushant, Elmar and Murat, these staff made the stay unforgettable. Murgan's many delicious Arabian and European dishes made the stomach sigh with pleasure. This building has existed for 10+ years but it is still impressive in its architecture and kept impeccably clean. The exhibits are also fantastic and of course the airconditioned indoors is great for a stop if you are visiting in the summer heat.

Our visit to the Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre was an outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the ladies at the entrance were so warm and welcoming. They explained everything clearly, guided us on how to approach the visit, and made sure we watched the film. The exhibition itself is incredibly well thought out, taking you step by step through the history, culture, and environment of the UAE in a very coherent way. Each section flows naturally into the next, making the visit both educational and engaging. The architecture of the building is absolutely breathtaking modern, innovative, and sustainable. It’s a true work of art that blends perfectly with its surroundings while showcasing the UAE’s vision for the future. What makes this place even more special is how it highlights the richness of Emirati culture and the values of its people. The final film was a brilliant way to conclude the visit powerful, inspiring, and beautifully produced. This is far more than just a learning centre it’s an experience.

This represents the futuristic view of educating people about the geographical changes or the existence of different species over the years. There are theatres inside which has different shows covering lot of topics. Architecture of the learning center is so beautiful, when you enter the zoo to see the animals and you found this beautiful building you will be amazed!! Wonderful place to spend with kids, family and friends.

Absolutely stunning both the building (amazing architecture), the exposition, the interactive areas, even the shop was lovely. Views even from the bathroom were breathtaking. Free entrance ! Peaceful place in the morning. My baby was even able to take a long nap in the baby room. Staff are all professional and polite. Highly recommended to visit as part of Al Ain zoo - do not miss it. The location of the center is close to the main entrance of the zoo and it can also be used as an escapade for the outside heat.

A great addition to the zoo, included in the zoo ticket. Well built architecture. Visit for information about the past Times of UAE as well as a vision of the future. Interactive sessions for kids and mini informative theatres, which were unfortunately closed due to covid restrictions. Nice respite after a trek in the zoo. Has a cafeteria as well. Suggested to visit after having checked out the zoo.

Nice place to hang out with family (ladies). For men, this is my advice to you... Bring your family here but note that, while your wife and kids are playing inside the park, you'll only hangout with a cup of coffee from this food truck...

One of the best family parks in Al ain

Beautiful park. Great for walking and has lots of slides and play houses. Its not super crowded and the kids have lots of fun playing. They can stay entertained for good two hours while the mums can walk around. The walls are solid so u dont have to worry about anybody peaking from outside. Its a big park. Lots of benches to rest.

Place is good for kids to enjoy. Too many video games and lots of rides... Even for families. Next to it we have food court as well. Over all a decent place and not too expensive.

they refused to help me, I was playing the arcade named transformers human alliance, and I realized the game had no audio, the game is fine but the audio is not, keep in mind this isn’t the first time that this happened, last time it happened was on Friday, and they fixed it, but now they refused to, and kept ignoring me, even the manager ignored me, please lower your tone at me and fix your services manager. if they do the same tomorrow then I will take action by my self

This is where the kids and I spend most of our time in Al Ain. There are two soft play areas in the back. One is for toddlers. The other is for bigger kids. We paid 99 Dhs (per person) to have unlimited access to the toddler area and it really paid off. My boys get a chance to run around for an hour. They have an imagination area with costumes and cooking materials. (This area is usually destroyed in the evening). There are also pedal cars and large blocks. The large space is really safe, except for two areas. They have really steep wooden stairs and three wooden slides. My eldest managed to bruise his tooth (which I didn't even know was possible) and bust his lip. Even still, he wanted to keep playing. Outside of the toddler area, the games are pretty fun. There are plenty of miniature rides for little ones. I only removed one star because of the bowling alley. It's difficult to find lightweight balls and some of the lanes have technical glitches. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't try to help us much. Beyond that, we love playing here.

The customer service is really bad. No one is getting back to us. I’ve been trying for a week to contact them just to make a booking, and no one answers. When they finally do, they hang up in my face. This is not okay and definitely not the right way to treat a customer.

The kids are enjoying their every time. And always having a promotion

We went 1 week ago. The rabbits had no water to drink at 3 pm in the afternoon. I had to ask one of the staff to put some water. Poor rabbits, they raced to drink it😢. Not to mention that there were 2-3 rabbits in a small cage at the time that we visited. I hope that they allow them to hop around freely later on. Even the large turtle raced towards us when we passed by, I m not sure whether out of thirst or hunger. I must say, I was quite distressed by this visit. I hope the management takes this comment seriously and improves the situation especially for the bunnies and makes sure the animals have access to fresh water at all times and food when necessary.

Good place to hangout with kids, quad biking and horse riding is the nice experience to kids!

My children love this place!!! We go with pleasure 2,3 times a week. Is a great place for children to stay outdoor ,play and feed the animals. The prices are average. Highly recommended!

Staff could be much kinder with the children

A small area with a swimming pool and horse rides for kids . Swimming pool ticket costs 20 AED per person for 1 hour and horse ride costs 30 AED per child for a 10 minute trip . It also has some wild animals as well in a few cages .

It amazing place for guys and family to spend time playing motor bike, riding a horse and play gym with swimming pool. It's a very nice stable they have more than 50 horses
