Museum
Specialty Museums
The National Museum of Ras Al Khaimah is a captivating destination that offers a glimpse into the rich culture and heritage of the UAE. Housed within a former fort, the museum showcases archaeological and historical exhibits, including ancient artifacts and relics belonging to past rulers. Visitors can explore galleries that provide insight into the customs, traditions, and folklore of the region.
If you are a new resident or passing through RAK for the weekend, this museum is a great place to immerse yourself in this Emirate’s history and evolution. The layout of the experience is quite unique, several themed rooms around a large central courtyard. The vibe is chilled, the host and security guard are excited to welcome you and yes - there is a gift some with some excellent date syrup and espresso cups made in Ras Al Khaimah. Most of all we left feeling much more informed and excited to learn more. Thanks for a great visit!

Very nice historical museum with the Arab culture and history of Ras al khaima Lady, who guides there's very nice and good historical knowledge share with us,( sorry I forget the name of lady and guy at reception) All staff was very helpful and very well organised Hospitality at the main door with reception was great with traditional ghawa and dates

The RAK Museum is very clean and well maintained. I learned many new things about the history and culture. There is also a guide who explained everything clearly, which made the visit more interesting. A nice place to visit in Ras Al Khaimah.
Aian W — Google review
Nice and well kept museum, small but really informative. What I truly truly appreciated is that they conduct educational events, for instance we have attended summer camp for the kids aged 7-12, and my kids truly enjoyed. Highly recommend for the visit!
Anastasiya B — Google review
“A visit to a museum is a search for beauty, truth, and meaning in our lives. Go to museums as often as you can.” “The only way to understand painting is to go and look at it. So visited the RAK Museum although it’s small have more significant items related to it’s cultural roots A must place to visit a evening spend in Ras Al khaimah
Reaz M — Google review
Nice place to know more about Ras Al Khaimah history. Entry ticket is 5 aed (cash only). Not too big half an hour was enough to go through.
Alaa K — Google review
I walked to the National Museum of Ras Al Khaimah from the corniche, but the area didn’t feel like a touristic spot at all. Once I reached, I found only the museum and nothing else around it. I went in the evening, and unfortunately, there were no lights in the surroundings, which made the place feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was expecting something more like the museums in Dubai or even Ajman, where the national museums are well-presented, surrounded by cafés, and with better facilities for visitors.
Ihar B — Google review
It was such a great visit, both ladies at the counter were very kind and courteous, the security man at the door was very welcoming. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this place for the better understanding of the Emirate 👌😍

Dhayah Fort, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is a historic fortress dating back to the 16th century. Situated on a hilltop, it offers stunning views of the mountains and sea. The fort has played a crucial role in the region's history as a defensive stronghold and strategic vantage point for the ruling family. Visitors can explore its imposing walls, towers, and battlements while learning about the battles fought there.
Dhayah Fort is an absolute must-visit! At first glance from the road or parking area, you might hesitate to climb the 200+ steps, but trust me, it’s completely worth it. The climb is manageable, and the reward at the top is nothing short of breathtaking. From the summit, you get a 360-degree view that is truly unforgettable: majestic mountains on one side, a serene valley on another, and the stunning sea completing the panorama. The fort's historical significance adds depth to the visit. Don’t think twice—this hidden gem is well worth the effort!
Shemeer S — Google review
Visiting Dhayah Fort was an unforgettable experience, a true testament to the rich heritage of the region. This remarkable historical site is perfect for those who appreciate solitude and the beauty of nature. Nestled between towering mountains on one side and the vast, serene ocean on the other, the fort offers stunning, panoramic views that are worth every effort to reach its summit. The journey to the top involves climbing over 200 steps, adding a sense of accomplishment to the adventure. As you ascend, the tranquility of the surroundings makes every step worthwhile. At the top, you'll discover two small room-like structures that silently narrate the tales of the past. Standing there, surrounded by history and breathtaking landscapes, it’s easy to feel transported to another time. Dhayah Fort is a must-visit for heritage enthusiasts and those who seek peace amidst nature’s grandeur. Whether you're looking for history, solitude, or spectacular views, this fort has it all.

It's a traditional tourist spot - old fort. Well maintained. No entry fee, plenty free parking area . Better to visit in daylight. 360 view from fort top was mesmerizing. Night view of city from the top was an additional experience.
Anirban D — Google review
It is a nice historical place. You need to climb 239 steps to reach up. The view is phenomenal from the top where you can see the gulf and the mountains. The road to there was little bit hard.
Alaa K — Google review
Very beautiful in the sunset, one of the best fort in UAE. It still keeps the traditional and history. Visited it in the sunset, this is the best time to take picture. There is no ticket here, there are a lot free parking car. The security guy so nice, he shared the map for us.

Best place to know history. Wonderful view. 239 steps to climb. Better to avoid taking aged people here. 4k years ago people lived here. Amazing place to visit. Avoid visiting day time on summer. Take few bottles of water cause no shops nearby.

Park
Nature & Parks
Saqr Park, located in Ras Al Khaimah, is a popular public park that has been open since the 1990s. It is known for its beautiful green spaces and modern playgrounds, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts and families. The park offers a serene atmosphere and well-maintained amenities, providing the perfect setting for picnics, leisurely walks, or children's playtime.
We spent a wonderful weekend at Saqr Park with family and kids, and it turned out to be one of the best outdoor spots we’ve visited in Ras Al Khaimah. The entry fee is only 20 dirhams per car, which is very reasonable for what the park offers. The place is huge, clean, and full of trees and open spaces — perfect for a relaxed picnic or a fun family gathering. There were plenty of people making barbecue and enjoying the weather, which added to the cheerful atmosphere. The park has all the basic facilities you need — clean washrooms, a mosque, and plenty of car parking spaces. We noticed good security and staff presence around the park, keeping everything organized and safe. For kids, there are lots of things to do — both paid and free activities, like playgrounds, small rides, and bicycles for rent. Our kids had a great time cycling and running around while we enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. It’s best to bring your own picnic setup — mats, snacks, and games — to make the most of your visit. The greenery, calm environment, and family-friendly vibe make it an ideal place to unwind and spend quality time together. We absolutely loved it and will definitely visit again.
Abdul W — Google review
Saqr Park in Ras Al Khaimah is a great spot for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors. One of the best things is the convenience of parking your car inside the park—just 5 AED per person or 20 AED per vehicle (which is a better option if you’re more than 3 people, and it includes parking too). The park is spacious and green, perfect for picnics, BBQs, and spending quality time. There are designated BBQ areas and you’re allowed to bring your own tent, which adds to the fun—just keep in mind that overnight stays aren’t allowed. The park closes at 12 midnight. Currently, the water splash area is closed for maintenance, but there’s still plenty to enjoy. Whether you’re strolling, relaxing, or having a BBQ with friends, Saqr Park is a peaceful and affordable escape.

Saqr Park Review Highlights: - Huge area to explore with play areas at different spots, perfect for kids - Rides available on one side (paid) and swings/slides on the other (free) - Clean washrooms located at various points throughout the park - Barbecue stations available at different spots *Important Details:* - Entry fee for one car with parking: 20 dirhams - Rides close by 11 am, so plan your visit accordingly - Best time to visit: Winter *Directions:* - Be aware of ongoing construction at the park's entrance, which can make it hard to find - After taking the signal, stay right on the road to spot the entry signboard - Keep right and enter the park
Manu A — Google review
Saqr Park is a great family-friendly destination in Ras Al Khaimah, offering spacious greenery, play areas, and a relaxing atmosphere. There’s plenty of free parking outside, while inside parking costs 20 AED/hour. Entry is just 5 AED, and it’s free for children, making it an affordable and enjoyable spot for all ages!
Travel H — Google review
Amazing park. Enjoy the rides, drive the cars and do the picnic... Very neat and clear park, with ample parking space too. Adults and youngs both can enjoy fun and family time...
Shreshtha M — Google review
Great Park for Kids – Fun Rides & Affordable Prices! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This park is a must-visit for families with kids! There are plenty of rides to keep children entertained for hours. The best time to go is on Wednesdays and Sundays, when all rides are half price, and the maximum you pay is just 10 AED per ride. To enjoy the rides, you’ll need to buy a rechargeable card for 2 AED and top it up as needed. Entrance is 5 AED per person, but here’s a great perk: you can drive your car inside the park for 20 AED, which includes entry for everyone in the vehicle. This is super convenient, especially for families with small kids or lots to carry. The park is spacious, great for walking and exploring. However, since cars are allowed and parked inside, there will occasionally be cars moving around, so it’s important to keep a close eye on kids and ensure they stay safe. There are also a few food stalls available for snacks and drinks. Overall, it was a fun and budget-friendly outing, and the kids had a great time!

A fantastic outdoor space in RAK and a pleasure to visit as a parenting hack. Whether a simple stroll for some fresh air, burn the little ones energy or just relax somewhere on the grass, it’s a great idea to visit. Please be respectful towards others when visiting. Great birdlife. Enjoy this beautiful space.

Suwaidi Pearls, operated by Abdulla Al Suwaidi, offers a unique journey into the historical world of pearl diving in the UAE. Visitors embark on a traditional pearling boat to reach the 4000-square meter farm and learn about the rich history of Julphar, previously known as Ras Al Khaimah. The region has a deep-rooted tradition of pearl fishing dating back for centuries, with entire communities dedicated to this industry.
A fascinating tour and highly recommended - really great way of learning about pearls and their production in a unique setting. Our guide was welcoming and informative and the service was great - we visited in August and the weather was scorching but we were kept well hydrated! They do have pearls and jewellery for sale, but there is no hard sell, which is commendable!

My second time. Always a good experience, this time with a different speaker. Interesting visit, with many facts and curiosity. Recommended if you don't know about pearls and the pearl industry.
Daniele G — Google review
It was my first time visiting the farm together with my parents. Was very exciting to be part of the unique experience and get to know about the history of pearl diving and present day pearling industry. The farm owners and employees are doing a great job preserving this big and important part of the UAE history and letting people learn more about it. All staff the are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work! Will definitely recommend my friends and guests to visit the farm and would be glad to come back myself.

A nice experience in Ras Al Khaimah. Suwaidi Pearls satisfied you with the trip about how oyster generates the pearls. On Friday, I booked the ticket of Monday but I don’t know why the official website showing I have to buy tickets for two. One ticket is not available. But later I tried to book the ticket of Sunday and I made it. From the beginning, the reception is very friendly and treat you water. During the process, everything is curious to everyone. The staff has a professional knowledge and deliver it to us clearly. I like the scenery on the way to the middle. The mountains view makes you very peaceful and this view only belongs to RAK. And in the process, you can also learn some new knowledge about this part. Really nice. And on the boat, the staff also gave you snacks and drinks. Thank all staff for everything. Just one suggestion, after staff show how to take out the pearls from oyster, if the customers have the chance to try to do it, it will be perfect. This trip, around 2.5 hours , but the price is not very low, so I think customers can have more interactions inside, not only listening to the knowledge about pearls.
Billy H — Google review
Amazing experience, loved to learn about the pearl farming process and understand better local Emirati culture. The tour was very interactive and knowledgeable. Great for kids too!

I visited Suwaidi Pearls yesterday afternoon and must say, I could not have a better investment into my time and emotions rather than this amazing tour. I was super lucky to join the group of 9 tourists and hop on the tour in just 15min after my arrival to the site. Out tour guide Zubaid showcased a high level of hospitality and conducted the tour in a way it was informative and educational to both adults and kids. I was impressed by how each minute of the tour was well-planned and organized, with offering a lot of refreshments, change of activities and allocation of time for questions and answers. Indeed, this is a great attraction and demonstration of RAK's legacy over decades. I am sure to be coming back with my friends.
Liudmyla N — Google review
I had a wonderful experience at House of Pearls by Suwaidi Pearls—everything was well-organized, from booking to the actual tour. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking and a welcoming showroom featuring a beautiful collection of pearl jewelry, along with a cozy and thoughtfully designed waiting area that reflects their commitment to sustainability. The tour began with a 15-minute ride on a traditional boat through the mangroves, where we were treated to Arabic sweets, ice cream, and stunning views. Our destination was a floating building housing an interactive exhibition. The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights into the history of pearl diving and how oysters are cultivated. The highlight was, of course, the magical moment of opening an oyster and discovering a real pearl—it was truly unforgettable. Afterwards, the guide introduced us to their exquisite pearl collection. On the way back, we enjoyed fresh mango juice while watching the sunset over the water. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant and absolutely worth the price. I would definitely love to return for a second visit!

Beach
Flamingo Beach, located in Ras Al Khaimah, is a popular public beach known for its stunning views of the Arabian Sea. With over 10 restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, visitors can enjoy everything from local Arabic dishes to international favorites like sushi and burgers. The beach is equipped with facilities such as changing rooms and toilets, making it convenient for families to spend quality time together.
If you enjoy calm waves that aren’t too strong, I highly recommend this beach. It features a wide shoreline with a stunning view of the open sea. The beach is well-maintained and kept clean, making it an excellent spot for relaxation. One of the highlights of this location is the designated grilling area, perfect for a barbecue with family or friends. Additionally, there is a beach volleyball court available for those who enjoy playing sports. However, one observation is the lack of markers indicating the safe swimming zones or distance limits in the water. While this might be due to the beach’s expansive area, it could pose a risk. Thankfully, lifeguards are present to ensure safety. The beach is also equipped with public restrooms and showers, which are convenient for visitors. Parking is abundant, so finding a spot is usually not an issue. Overall, this beach offers a fantastic experience for those looking for a relaxing day by the sea.
Djared B — Google review
I must say, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place. The weather was perfect that night, and the atmosphere was so calm. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit by the sea and enjoy quiet moments with your loved one. Although there were a lot of people that night, it still felt relaxing and spacious. I was truly amazed by how lovely the place looked!there were trees, a flamingo statue, and other nice touches that made it feel special. Overall, it’s a really nice spot to unwind and take in the view. I really liked it and would definitely recommend it!

SubhanAllah, what a beautiful sandy sea! The kids had a great time playing with the sand along the shore. The only drawback is the lack of washrooms and shower facilities for changing after swimming, which is a bit inconvenient.

Absolutely magical place - Flamingo beach🦩🦩 You can see you can feel it’s alive. Here is so many little creatures and beautiful birds you can meet every day. When you walk at the beach near the little waves, you can see a small fish playing and chasing each other in shallow water and little crabs raising their little claws like they greeting you and happy to see you here. 🐠🦀 You can hear Cicadas singing in the bushes early in the morning when there is no people and everything so quiet. And you can hear the sea is breathing and whispering with its waves every time you near it. And in the evening when the sun is not so hot anymore and a nice breeze comes out all the families and friends gathering here. Playing chatting swimming… It seems crowded, but it’s not crowded at all… With this magical atmosphere this beach creating for us all - everyone become just like one big family …here….in magical Ras Al Khaimah at the Flamingo beach. 💫
Olesya — Google review
Popular public beach with beautifull sunset views. In proximity there is a choice of restaurants and caffe shops. No toilets and no changing facilities available. A plenty of free parking spaces avaliable. The cleanliness of the beach improved, however there litter and cigaret buds can be seen everywhere.
Dana Z — Google review
Nice place to visit. Specifically weekends busy Lifeguards are available You can swim or go to see without danger Safe
Kamal G — Google review
Nice and clean beach, the sand is so smooth and clean, you can swim or just sit in front of the sea. As it's open beach so you can do most of the activities you want. Weekend you have to expect it's crowded .. but still easily you can find parking, and area to sit. I will recommend it for all. There are also different restaurants opposite of the beach if you want to eat after your activities.

My wife gifted me this amazing experience as a surprise birthday present! We both agree that ActionFlight's communication was excellent, particularly when buying the gift certificate and when we had to reschedule the original date due to weather. The experience itself was fantastic, with a small but very professional team and an incredible aeroplane! Capt Wayne Jack is an excellent pilot who gives detailed briefs and tailors the flight depending if you have previous experiences and personal comfort. The photos and videos they provided afterwards were also very high quality. (see the attached pictures provided by ActionFlight) 100% will do again!

The experience was amazing, got to see the sunrise and it was definitely a very beautiful sight at 3000m (according to Tariq, our flight captain). The staff also were very nice and friendly and gave us direct instructions before onboarding the hot air balloon, they also provided pick up service from your location and drop off at the designated location, provided us with tea, coffee and snacks when we arrived and also when we landed and on flight also they provided us with water. My only issues were: 1. The shade above the basket was not fully covering the basket. so whenever there’s fire blowing from the center the heat from the fire was hitting us really a lot as we were on one corner of the basket as allotted to me and my husband. 2. The space in the compartment within the basket was very small. Every compartment had 4 people in it and we were the only compartment to have 5 people which was not comfortable. We couldn’t turn much as we were bumping into the man next to us at every slight move and was stuck to one corner facing one side because of limited space. Additionally, this caused discomfort during landing as the basket had fell over (which according to the crew was very normal) but it ended up with me landing on my husband’s ribs causing him pain, all coz of the lack of space. I wish they didn’t squish that extra person into the booking because the remaining two in the basket was a couple as well. So it was couple | stag | couple. The other couple were getting engaged while in flight and that too was in this small space. The overall experience was memorable and the ride was smooth, me and my husband enjoyed it for other than these two issues! 👍🏼

Whether you're lounging at one of the upscale beach clubs or diving into thrilling water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding, there's something for everyone here.
Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is a hidden gem for travelers seeking a blend of nature, history, and luxury. While Dubai and Abu Dhabi often steal the spotlight, RAK offers a quieter, more authentic Arabian experience, making it a perfect destination for those looking to escape the bustling city life. One of Ras Al Khaimah's biggest draws is its natural beauty. The emirate is blessed with stunning landscapes, from pristine beaches along the Persian Gulf to the rugged Hajar Mountains. Jebel Jais, the highest peak in the UAE, is a must-visit for adventure seekers. The Jebel Jais Flight, the world’s longest zipline, offers an exhilarating experience for thrill enthusiasts. The mountain is also ideal for hiking, and the views from the summit are nothing short of breathtaking. The desert of Ras Al Khaimah also provides opportunities for dune bashing, camel rides, and Bedouin-style camping. History lovers will appreciate the rich cultural heritage of RAK. The National Museum of Ras Al Khaimah is housed in a 19th-century fort and offers a fascinating insight into the region’s past, including its involvement in the maritime trade. The ancient Dhayah Fort, which played a crucial role in defending the emirate against British attacks in the 19th century, provides panoramic views of the surrounding area and is a testament to the emirate’s historical significance. For those looking for relaxation, RAK boasts some of the finest luxury resorts in the UAE. The Al Wadi Desert, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, offers a unique desert escape with private villas, spa treatments, and wildlife experiences. Similarly, the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah provides beachfront luxury with a touch of Arabian elegance. Food lovers will find a mix of traditional Emirati cuisine and international options, with restaurants offering everything from local seafood to Middle Eastern delicacies. Don’t miss out on trying local dishes such as "machboos," a fragrant rice dish with meat or fish, and "luqaimat," a sweet treat served during festivities. In conclusion, Ras Al Khaimah is a destination that offers something for everyone, whether you’re an adventure seeker, history enthusiast, or someone simply looking to unwind in luxurious surroundings. Its combination of natural beauty, rich heritage, and modern comforts makes it a unique travel destination in the UAE.

Historical landmark
Nestled atop a rocky outcrop, Husn al-Shimal Fort is a captivating remnant from the Islamic era that offers breathtaking panoramic views of its surroundings. During my spontaneous day trip to Ras Al Khaimah, I found the drive through local neighborhoods to be an intriguing glimpse into everyday life in the UAE. Upon arrival, I climbed the staircase leading up to the fort's ruins—though they consist mainly of stone piles, it was fascinating to ponder their historical significance.
We decided to visit this site on the spur of the moment while on a daytrip to Ras Al Khaimah. The drive between the houses to reach it is interesting and one gets to see normal life in the UAE. One can climb the staircase to get quite close to the ruin and explore the area around it. The ruins are really not much more than piles of stones, but it was interesting imagining why the fort was built. What is does offer are beautiful 360 degree views of its surroundings. We did not linger for too long, but it could be nice taking a small picnic along to enjoy while admiring the view. There is no shade though so choose your time well!!! The entrance to the site is not clearly marked so get out of your car and find the huge gap in the fence before climbing the long staircase. Entrance is free and the only guides are the lazy goats. What is missing is any information/explanation about the fort and its history. Oh yes! Don't expect to see that lovely building in the picture...it's not there!!!!!!

Ruins of ancient stone building with many rooms and passages. There's no information posted anywhere. Supposedly Queen Sheba / Bilqees Palace. Not sure of the age of the structure. Nice view of the surrounding Shimal area.

Easy Drive from RAK. Stunning view across the valley to the sea & of Jebel Jais, UAE's highest mountain. I climbed up in the middle of the day a really challenge but so worth the effort. Has stair case but this runs out near the top, so a bit loose under foot, wear a good shoe or trainer. Take a bottle of water. The Fort is pretty much gone but the layout is clear. A nice place o watch the sun go down.

RAK Nature's Treasures is a stunning destination that offers a serene and picturesque environment, perfect for both relaxation and creative endeavors. Visitors have found it to be an ideal spot for photoshoots and music videos, thanks to its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. The breathtaking views make it a must-visit location for nature enthusiasts and content creators alike. Many guests leave with fond memories, eager to return for another experience in this beautiful oasis.
I had a great time visiting RAK Natural Treasure! I went there for a photoshoot and to shoot a music video the place is so natural, calm, and beautiful. 🌿It’s a perfect spot for creative work and relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the views are really amazing. I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended for nature lovers and content creators!
MALITHI S — Google review
RAK Natures Treasures is a nice place with a unique concept, but it feels quite old and in need of better upkeep. Some areas require renovation and more frequent cleaning to enhance the overall experience. With a bit more care, attention, and maintenance, it could be an amazing destination. Adding more entertainment options and a coffee shop would also improve the experience for visitors. With some updates and better upkeep, this place could truly stand out!
Dr M — Google review
RAK Nature’s Treasures has potential but unfortunately falls short in several areas. The facility seems outdated, and it appears that maintenance is not a priority. The enclosures for the animals are limited, and the variety of animals is quite underwhelming. While there are some vegetable plants on display, they don’t offer much to enhance the overall experience. For the price of entry—20 AED for adults and 10 AED for kids—the value provided is not satisfactory. Visitors may feel that the attractions don’t justify the cost, especially when compared to other places in the region that offer more interactive and engaging experiences. To make this place worth visiting, significant improvements are needed. Better care and expansion of the animal exhibits, as well as improved landscaping and facilities, could make this a more enjoyable destination for families. Until these changes are made, it’s hard to recommend this spot wholeheartedly.

It's a beautiful cinema.neat and clean but I don't like the place where washrooms are not clean.their flush sensors were not working properly.because of it, it wasn't clean otherwise interior is good.ticket price for standard seat is 50.i don't know why cinemas ticket and nachos/food/snacks are expensive in Dubai in every mall....ticket price should not be more than 30 AED. Nachos 30 ok why so expensive?

Amazing experience and the staff is just lovely from the ticketing counter till housekeeping staff that maintains the luxury fe of the outside and inside of cinema alongside bathrooms. We always feel that this is the most decent cinemas where there is less crowd and rush moreover simply the best and one of our favourite mall too. Keep it up and we are proud to share that the mall scent and cleanliness is top notch.

Had a lovely time in this Cinema it’s so peaceful and less crowded then other mall cinemas you can always find seats and tickets here if other ware sold out or the seats are not to your liking else where. It’s always clean and the seats are conformable. My preference is always having a good seat and no annoying bystanders when I am trying to enjoy a movie and you get that here 100% of the time.

My experience wasn't bad but nothing impressive. It's a small theater which feels cozy and homely, but the seats at the dolby cinema were uncomfortable and the popcorn was not great. The slushies, however, were AMAZING. I would recommend the blueberry slushie if you're planning to have one.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park, located in Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai, offers an exhilarating and family-friendly experience for visitors of all ages. The park is known for its wide array of trampoline-based activities that cater to both children and adults. It's a popular choice for those seeking a fun-filled outing with friends or family. The spacious and clean facility provides ample parking and has become a favorite spot for kids to hang out and expend their energy.
Yesterday was my children's birthday, and honestly, it was a fantastic celebration. Everyone was so helpful, and I want to give a big thanks to the supervisor, Mark, who managed everything excellently. He was very cooperative and made sure everything was just how I wanted, and even better. The room decor, food, and cleanliness were all perfect. I truly appreciate their efforts. A big thank you also goes to Maria, who responded to all my questions and helped prepare everything. The team was cooperative and hardworking, going above and beyond to make the day memorable. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and attention to detail. Their support made the event even more special, and I am truly grateful. I will share some pictures with you. I highly recommend anyone planning a birthday for their kids not to hesitate to book there! Thank you again for everything!
Sara A — Google review
I was really disappointed with the customer service at Skyzone. When we arrived, I asked the lady at the counter about the available promotions (since I had Entertainer and saw offers on Groupon). Instead of explaining, she just said, “OK, at 12 o’clock it will start” — even though it was already 11:50. When I asked again, she rudely insisted that I first fill out the consent form, without answering my question. After completing the form, another staff member told us we had to buy their socks separately, even though we already had trampoline socks from another park. If only Skyzone socks are allowed, that should be included in the ticket price or made clear in advance. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the right size for my son (size 43). The socks they offered were poor quality and looked more like baby sizes. In the end, my son wore his own trampoline socks — and nobody objected. This shows the rule wasn’t even enforced consistently. Overall, both staff members we interacted with were rude and unhelpful. For a place meant to be fun for families, the experience at the front desk left a very negative impression.

Birthday Party Review – Sky Zone, Ibn Battuta Mall We celebrated my son’s birthday yesterday at Sky Zone in Ibn Battuta Mall, and it was such an amazing experience! The kids had a fantastic time — everything was well organized, fun, and full of energy. A big thank you to the wonderful party organizers Maricris, Mark, and Sanjila for making the day so special. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The activities were exciting, the setup was perfect, and the team really went above and beyond to make the kids happy. Highly recommend Sky Zone for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free place to celebrate a child’s birthday!

The sky zone trampoline is inside Ibn battouta mall - Just next to Paul 1hr entry 99 AED you will get anti slippery socks The only thing is that they allow only every 30mins so let's say you arrive at 12:40 they will have to write it at 12:30 you will lose 10mins or 1pm and you will have to wait 20mins The place is clean and well managed - kids enjoy the trampoline and the zip line

We celebrated birthday party for my son at Sky Zone, and it was absolutely fantastic! The kids had a blast with all the activities—from trampolines to dodgeball and the foam pit—non-stop fun the entire time. The party host is so friendly and helpful, making everything stress-free for us. The setup, food, and organization were all handled perfectly, which let us enjoy the celebration along with the kids. It was the perfect mix of excitement, energy, and fun. Highly recommend Sky Zone for an unforgettable birthday party experience! I commend Mark for helping us through out the process and providing us the best party and space for my son. Thank you very much..

Very very bad place and service!!!! Not a place recommended for kids below 3 at all. Don’t even waste your money nor energy. If at all, the play area is a hazard to small kids, pls do mention it at the time of entry. No one should waste their money after entering. Kids below 3 only have like 2 small zones to play compared to the 15 areas that they have. Parents pls take note!! There are much better play areas compared to this place.
