Nestled within a tranquil beachfront setting, Marbella Club Hotel offers luxurious accommodations, upscale dining options, and a chic spa. The hotel's renowned restaurants boast Andalusian cuisine crafted by the talented chef Juan Galvez, featuring a diverse menu of local and international dishes.
More Than a Stay – A True State of Mind ★★★★★ Marbella Club isn’t just a hotel — it’s a feeling. A rhythm. A completely different standard of luxury that you rarely find, even in the most prestigious places. From the moment we arrived, it was clear: this isn’t about flashy glamour. It’s understated elegance, deeply rooted in heritage and soul. The entire property is breathtakingly beautiful — perfectly manicured gardens, timeless architecture, and a layout that feels more like a private village than a resort. Every corner has character. Every view is calming. Our suite was pure perfection — spacious, refined, filled with natural light, and designed with a quiet sense of luxury that speaks for itself. Everything felt intentional, from the linens to the lighting. But what truly sets Marbella Club apart is the service. This is not just staff — these are hosts. Warm, intuitive, and effortlessly attentive without ever being intrusive. You don’t even need to ask — they already know. Every interaction felt personal, not rehearsed. There’s a serenity to this place that’s hard to describe. Whether you’re having breakfast under the bougainvillea, relaxing by the pool, or walking to the beach club — you feel completely at ease. This wasn’t a stay. This was a reset. We left feeling lighter, inspired, and already planning our return. Marbella Club doesn’t compete with other hotels — it transcends them.

This feels like a dreamresort and the best we ever visited. Everything is so well-mainted, clean and fresh smell. It was such a great pleasure to make a visit there. So many facilities like a wellness spa, kidsclub and you can walk straightaway into the beach and clear sea. Even the pool and bar is amazing. Beautiful location and awesome service from the staff, they so friendly and helpful. As a guest you truly feel welcome. This hotel even offers a few shops from famous brands.
Gina S — Google review
The service is very good — everyone is extremely attentive all the time. However, the room was quite outdated for what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The furniture looks old and very worn, and the décor is rather unattractive. The food offered through room service leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the prices. A Caesar salad costs almost €40, and there’s really nothing special about it — I’d even dare to say the one from McDonald’s tastes better. On the positive side, the Kids Club is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. All the girls and boys who work there are truly professional and incredibly kind and loving with the children — they do an excellent job. The surroundings are beautiful and picturesque, and there’s always something going on in the evenings. The staff is VERY friendly, and there are plenty of services available. But honestly, I wouldn’t return, as the value for money just isn’t worth it.

Terrible service and security very disappointing stay I stayed at Marbella Club Hotel for 4 days in room 266. During our stay, someone stole €400 from my bag inside the room, and my friend also had $600 and £100 stolen. We immediately reported it, but the staff did absolutely nothing. No apology, no investigation, no support just silence. The service overall was terrible. Room service took over 2 hours to deliver food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. For a hotel with this reputation, I expected much better. But instead, we felt unsafe, disrespected, and completely ignored. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of security and basic service is unacceptable.

I appreciate the dedication of your team. The staff worked hard to provide excellent service. The hotel’s cleanliness was remarkable. The food was delicious and added joy to my stay.

10/10 most amazing hotel! Service very good, people are really kind, everything you ask is possible! Food is really good and a delicious breakfast! Love this place, hopefully coming back soon!

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Marbella Resort! We ordered two salmon dishes, one grilled shrimp, and a pizza, followed by refreshing juices and teas — every single item was perfectly prepared and delicious. Special thanks to Ratna, who truly made the evening exceptional with her warmth, professionalism, and constant attentiveness. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and her friendly personality left such a positive impression on us. Irene was also wonderful, providing attentive service with a genuine smile that made us feel at home. A big thank you as well to Chef Reda — the flavors of each dish were spot on, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the passion and skill that went into the food. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were all 5/5. Ratna especially deserves recognition for making the evening truly memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Dined at "the bistro", staff were incredibly kind & made the entire experience very special. Dined with two kids (11 & 13), both loved the experience, ambience & meal. It is fine - you must 'dress for dinner', which is a lovely reminder to pause & mark the occasion as something special.

Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá is a luxurious five-star beachfront resort in Marbella, offering lavish accommodations with stunning sea views. The hotel boasts spacious rooms, three pools, and a top-notch spa for ultimate relaxation. Guests can indulge in Michelin-star dining at the on-site restaurants or enjoy cocktails at the whiskey lounge. Surrounded by vast tropical gardens, this stylish hotel provides a serene atmosphere and impeccable service for an unforgettable stay.
This is my fourth trip to Marbella, my first time in hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá and it was incredible! I will definitely be back here. Every aspect of the hotel is spotlessly clean, the lobby, the rooms, the gym all kept to a perfect standard. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure we had an amazing stay. The pool concierge team and the pool staff from Bardot made every day we spent by the pool perfect. Although I can’t praise the staff throughout the hotel enough, everyone was friendly and helpful. We booked the red level and the lounge experience was great. Breakfast, snacks and drinks all available in a quiet lounge area. The hotel itself is a very easy short walk to old town. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful, a mix of green gardens and pool area, with easy access to the beach and promenade. I would highly recommend a stay here, the hotel, staff and overall experience were all exceptional!

Isabel from guest services was just totally amazing and made our stay at this hotel just so perfect. She was so professional and has the ability to really connect with us as customers and made us feel important. We can’t thank her enough and I hope management appreciate her and the values she adds to this hotel. We wish her the very best in her career and future ! ❤️❤️

Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to kindly share with you our review of our recent stay at Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá. Please find our detailed feedback below. Positives: • Excellent location, very close to the sea. • Beautiful and well-maintained garden and pool area. • Very good breakfast with fresh fruit and made-to-order items like omelets or boiled eggs. • The ERRE restaurant offers great steaks and a nice atmosphere. • Friendly, helpful staff and convenient on-site parking. Negatives: • The hotel clearly shows its age and no longer meets modern five-star standards. Carpets in the hallways are heavily worn. • Our room faced the inner courtyard, and every morning around 6:30 a.m. we were woken by truck noise and the sound of breaking glass, likely from bottle collection near the main entrance – clearly audible even from the 5th floor. • The windows, probably original from the 1960s, offered almost no sound insulation and couldn’t be closed properly. • The sofa bed for two children was only about 1 meter wide, with a completely worn-out mattress where you could feel the metal frame. • Blankets had no proper duvet covers – just sheets wrapped around them, constantly slipping off. Overall impression: While the hotel shines with its beautiful location, pleasant outdoor spaces, and friendly service, the rooms and windows are outdated, and noise insulation is poor. A renovation would be needed to bring it back to true five-star quality.

From the moment we arrived back at Don Pepe we felt 'back at home.' Lovely warm welcome and speedy check in to a Red Level Room. Beautiful sea view room - which was serviced daily by the charming room team. All the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The beautiful grounds help you to relax between meals. Hopefully the 'Breakfast Room' will return once the hotel has been refurbished. Can't wait to return in 2027

Location is the best and therefore fabulous views all over the coast. Gardens are beautiful as is the lobby bar and terrace Red Level rooms are spacious ,function well with balconies to the sea. Housekeeping is very good All the staff here are some of the best you will ever come across. Big shout out for Isabel in ‘guest experience’ at the Don Pepe, Marbella- what a professional! She is a class act and a great ambassador for the hotel and the hotel group. From day one she tried her very best to ensure we were comfortable and had a good holiday. A real asset to the team. Abel, too was most helpful and deserves a mention. Many thanks

Fantastic hotel/resort. Excellent location with direct beach access. Close to all local amenities (walking distance). Service is amazing and staff are brilliant and extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended and will definitely visit again.

Reviewed 2 days ago There is no other hotel in Marbella for us whether we travel with our children or as a couple. The hotel is very special and the staff are excellent. Friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you. There are excellent restaurants, a beautiful, comfortable pool area with amazing pool staff and the location is perfect. Rooms are not large but very comfortable with all amenities. We will miss it next year when it closes for a refurb but we will be back! Special thanks to Abel for all his help and for always looking after us.

Wellness hotel
Hotel Amàre Marbella is an adults-only hotel with a contemporary vibe, offering a range of amenities for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The hotel features a spa where guests can indulge in massages, therapies, and hydrotherapy pool sessions. The spacious and elegant rooms come with balconies and sea views, some even offering VIP treatment and access to the exclusive The One Lounge.
Staying at Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella was easily one of the highlights of my summer. The hotel delivers exactly what it promises a refined adults-only experience with a perfect balance of luxury, energy, and peace. The staff treats you like a VIP from the moment you arrive. Every interaction felt personal, from the concierge to the beach club waiters. The room was spotless with an incredible view of the Mediterranean waking up and stepping onto that balcony every morning was unbeatable. The beach club and pool area are lively but never out of control. Great music, great cocktails, and a crowd that’s upscale and attractive but chill. It’s the kind of place where you can socialize if you want or simply relax and feel like you’re in your own world. Breakfast is a full spread — everything fresh, beautifully presented, with both healthy options and indulgent choices. Location wise, it’s perfect. You’re right on the beachfront and just a short walk into Old Town Marbella if you want real Spanish restaurants or a change of vibe. Overall, Amàre feels like a mix of a boutique hotel and a beach club clean, modern, stylish, and made for adults who enjoy life. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel in Marbella was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect, right on the beach and just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town. The staff went above and beyond in every area – at the reception, by the pool and beach, and especially in the restaurant, where the team truly went out of their way to create a flawless dining experience. The entire property is immaculate and very well maintained. The food was exceptional, with an impressive variety and top quality that turned every meal into a highlight. Combined with the unique Mediterranean atmosphere, the hotel offers both elegance and warmth, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy Marbella. Simply put, this is *the place to be* if you want the perfect mix of beachside luxury and authentic charm. Without a doubt, this hotel fully deserves its 5 stars!
Boaz F — Google review
Our stay here was deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise other travellers to think twice before booking. We reserved a premium “Oh là là The One” category room based on the photos and description on the hotel’s own website. The reality was nothing like what was advertised — completely different layout, view, and finish. When we raised this immediately at reception, the response was defensive rather than helpful. We were told we could leave “if we wanted,” but that no refund would be made for the price difference. After a long journey, we felt backed into a corner and stayed — hardly the 5-star service one expects. Management’s tone throughout was patronising. They later offered a “free dinner” and to waive parking fees (which we hadn’t even been told existed) as supposed goodwill gestures — gestures that came across more as a way to silence complaints than to resolve them. There was no genuine sense of accountability, only excuses about “representative photos.” A hotel of this price and brand should understand that transparency and empathy matter far more than empty gestures. What should have been a special and relaxing stay turned into a stressful experience handled with complete indifference. We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved. Misrepresentation, poor customer service, and an attitude that treats guests like they’re the problem — not the paying customers — are unacceptable.
Granada G — Google review
Beautiful beach luxury hotel with beach and pool access right out your door. Delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet with anything you can imagine. View of ocean and pool from room with private terrace. Enjoyed pop up fireworks last night. The Oh La La club has drinks and small plates all day long, food is average but cocktail and wine are perfect.
Pam B — Google review
Tourist trap – 5 stars gone wrong Quite the opposite of the hotel I stayed at the night before, where the service was absolutely outstanding. Here, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Even before arrival, I received more than ten promotional emails pushing me to prepay for extras, but a simple request about late check-out went unanswered. Upon arrival, no help with our luggage – the concierge apparently “did not see us.” The room setup was misleading: whether you book twin beds or a double bed makes no difference – the only change is how the sheets are tucked. In fact, there isn’t even enough space for true twin beds. The quality of bedding, towels, and linens was far below 5-star standards – thin, cheap, and in some cases with stains. Honestly, even a Motel One offers better quality and service. The only redeeming factor was the view. Breakfast was another low point: long queues just to enter the dining room, and again for basic items like eggs. After we had complained, for example at the reception, or the pool bar, the staff showed an unprofessional attitude – chewing gum, rolling their eyes, and blaming guests instead of offering solutions. All in all, countless small details proved that management has little interest in genuine hospitality. Definitely not worth the 5-star label – a classic tourist trap.
Felix M — Google review
Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. You have to order at the bar..and wait there to collect your own drinks because it will take 30 mins to receive them. About 10 people in the bar and they still can't do this. Totally turns you off the idea of going to the bar as staff are clueless. 25 minutes to get a drink on first night. Second night we gave up and went elsewhere. Never once saw a manager. If going there. Please do not use the table buzzer as they do not work. Even asking for an ashtray.. They forget and walk off. There is a serious management problem here. Complaint made in hotel too as it was such a disgraceful experience..sad to see they hire people with no training.

I recently stayed at Amàre Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The hotel itself is beautiful modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful balance between comfort and style. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service, especially from a waiter named Toni. Toni went above and beyond in every possible way. Throughout my stay, he was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to help me with directions around the city, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, and even checked in later to see how everything went. His suggestions were spot on and helped me make the most of my time in the area. What stood out the most, though, was how compassionate he was when I had a small accident and fell over. Toni didn’t hesitate for a second he came over immediately to help, made sure I was okay, and even offered to bring me some water and check if I needed medical assistance. That level of care and professionalism is something you don’t see every day, and it left a lasting impression. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who truly embodies what great service is all about, but Toni absolutely does. He made me feel comfortable, valued, and looked after the entire time. It’s staff like him that make hotels like Amàre stand out from the rest. To the management: please recognize Toni for his outstanding attitude and dedication. He is a real asset to your team! Overall, I highly recommend Amàre Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll be sure to say hello to Toni when I do!

As in other reviews the management are on a different planet and really believe there own hype. Rooms nothing like advertised this is more a 3 star hotel. They even tried charging us for ice to be sent to the room yes seriously Ice!. General manager there is a really poor manager which clearly extends from head office and a poor culture towards being ignorant of guests. Our room was not clean and the food they wanted to re heat it when i complained it was cold i could have ended up in hospital there is also a lot of Jet 2 holiday types

Nobu Hotel Marbella is a luxurious and trendy hotel located on the Golden Mile, offering an exclusive and tranquil retreat for adults. The hotel combines Japanese minimalism with Andalucian charm, providing sleek and elegant accommodations with access to the natural beauty of the Mediterranean beaches. As part of the Puente Romano complex, guests can enjoy renowned dining options at Nobu's restaurant or through room service.
A spectacular luxury hotel experience. Upon arrival Laura and the reception team was warm and welcoming. They provided an excellent introduction to the property which is so beautifully maintained. and recommended some excellent restaurants. There are over 15 restaurants on premises but you never feel like you're in a Las Vegas type atmosphere. The landscaping is magnificent and its right on the beach and plenty of locations where you can just chill On a clear day you can see Morocco across the Mediterranean Sea! The experience is more than worth the cost .Will be coming back soon!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars or minus stars I would. I’m an attorney and a partner at the law firm, and I only say that to indicate that I have the ability to spend money when I want to, and I’ve been to quite a few five-star hotels. This is nowhere near a five star hotel. Not even close. Service is lacking and leaves to be desired for a five star. Worse yet you get charges you don’t make and then you try to question what they are in they can’t explain it. That’s true the restaurants particularly. We had dinner at Nobu and Cipriani and the food was just OK and then Lena, a restaurant we never went to, charged us for no particular reason and they can’t explain why, nor did they offer to refund it right away or offer to make up for the inconvenience and the hassle of being fraudulently charged. unbelievable I’ve never seen anything like this before
Shahrooz S — Google review
Aside from a modern gym and a location near some restaurants in the Puente Romano area, Nobu Marbella offers very little that justifies its exorbitant rates. There’s no world-class service, no peace and quiet, and certainly none of the attention to detail you’d expect from a true five-star experience. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Marbella, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This property may carry a big name, but it dramatically falls short in execution. • The beach loungers need to be completely replaced — as you’d expect in any proper five-star hotel. • At El Chiringuito, guests are expected to pay an extra €100 for a sunbed — and they were fully booked on the day we actually wanted to reserve one. • The pool areas are in serious need of renovation as well. There’s no decent pool service, everything is overpriced — a kids’ meal costs €24, including just one drink. • Overall, neither the guests nor the staff seem to be in a good mood. There are no good vibes at all — you constantly feel ripped off. The value for money is extremely poor, even in the restaurants. If you don’t make a reservation days in advance, the only option left is to eat at 6:00 PM, or the next day, or pay extra to sit in a different area — as was explained to us yesterday when trying to dine at Nobu. We were able to change rooms on the second day, but I was initially placed — with my four-year-old son — in a room directly next to the restaurants, with unbearable noise. I’ve travelled all over the world, and the standard of a true luxury hotel should be completely different. You will leave thoroughly disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella. Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived. The staff were super professional and friendly, check-in was smooth and we felt well looked after the whole time. Our room was really comfortable, beautifully designed. I have to say, the cleanliness was impeccable, the housekeeping team did an amazing job. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The gardens are so well kept and it has this calm, elegant vibe during the day, but then in the evening it becomes more lively in a really fun. We tried a few of the restaurants on site and they were all excellent, great variety and quality. I went with my partner and we both loved the whole experience. The location is perfect too, super close to the beach and not far from Marbella town, but still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. If you're looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway with great service and attention to detail, I’d definitely recommend it.
María S — Google review
The hotel is beautiful and the location amazing. The personnel is super professional and the rooms are great value for money. Unfortunately the hotel has a private members club. Which started as an amazing experience for me ended with a sleepless last night for me as the hotel turns into a night club. I was sure I want to go back but the last night just totally killed that wish for me. The hotel should have a disclaimer for the members club and that they have parties until 4 am in the morning. There was not much that the poor reception guy was able to do, but the hotel has clearly its priorities and I am not sure if its the hotel guest that pay to being able to sleep in their rooms, because that is the minimum requirement that a room needs to meet.
Filiza R — Google review
Very interesting - the hotel managed to take down my review. Well in a nutshell, we managed to score an amazing deal on their 3 bedroom suite most expensive and so we booked it for 4 nights. The expectation was it would be an amazing experience for this price. Well, we battled some issues - electricity was down in half of the apartment so we had to call reception. Jacuzzi was dirty apparently they missed maintenance service so we had to wait two days to use it so the service guys could come fix it. Room service walked in without knocking even though do not disturb was on. Construction next door was also very disruptive. Manager issued if I remember correctly 1,000 euro credit for room charges so that was alright, but that didn’t really help us get over all these issues.
Waldek — Google review
Extremely Disappointing Experience Not Worth the Price or the Hype I’ve stayed at luxury hotels across the globe, and unfortunately, my experience at Nobu Hotel Marbella ranks among the worst I’ve ever had. At over $1,250 per night and having booked three nights I expected far more than what I received. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been given an “upgraded” room. What I walked into instead was a major letdown. The room was filled with mosquitoes and flies, and there was an overwhelming smell of humidity and dampness. After a long international flight from Japan, all I wanted was rest but sleep was impossible. The room was positioned right next to a venue with blaring music that went on all night, even though it was just a regular Tuesday. No one at check in had warned me about this. Not only was this unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a luxury property, but it also showed a serious lack of communication and guest consideration. I reported the situation first thing in the morning and was moved to a different room by 1 p.m. The new room was a clear improvement quiet, clean, and odor free but the sleepless night was already lost. When I asked the front desk why they would place guests in rooms exposed to nightclub-level noise, I was told, “Some people like to party.” That response, frankly, says it all about their priorities. Aside from a modern gym and a location near some restaurants in the Puente Romano area, Nobu Marbella offers very little that justifies its exorbitant rates. No world-class service, no peace and quiet, and certainly no attention to detail expected from a true five-star experience. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Marbella, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This property might have a big name attached to it, but it falls dramatically short on delivery.

It’s 30 minutes past midnight and music is still blasting into our bedrooms, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The turndown service was a joke, all they did was put a small bottle of water next to our bed and not even remove some trash.

Nestled along the stunning Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus, Puente Romano Beach Resort is a luxurious escape that captures the essence of an Andalusian village. With its charming low-rise buildings surrounded by lush palm trees and subtropical flora, this upscale resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Guests can enjoy five sparkling outdoor pools, indulge in culinary delights at over 15 restaurants—including renowned spots like Cipriani—and unwind at the serene Six Senses spa.
✨ A top-notch experience in Marbella! The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting – lush gardens, elegant Andalusian-style architecture, and a relaxing yet refined vibe. The rooms are spacious, impeccably maintained, and every detail reflects high standards of comfort. The service is flawless – attentive, discreet, and always available staff. The location is perfect: between the Golden Mile and Puerto Banús, just steps from the beach and great restaurants. We’ll definitely come back! 💫
HELLO B — Google review
I stayed at Puente Romano with high expectations but felt the experience didn’t match the very high prices. The beach is small and poorly maintained with limited, dated sunbeds. On several occasions there was no space at either the pools or the beach for guests, which is disappointing at a hotel of this level. The pools themselves are small and dated, with too few staff to assist, and breakfast often meant long waits with food quality that could be improved. Our “junior suite” felt tired, with uncomfortable furniture and no AC in the bathroom. Much of the hotel overall has a slightly claustrophobic and dated feel, with some rooms along a public road and the better stretch of beach requiring an extra fee. The property also feels extremely over-commercialised, with branding everywhere to the point where people even try to sell you perfume as you walk through the hotel grounds. The restaurants in the main square of the hotel demand minimum spends of €100–200 per person, even for hotel guests, which feels unreasonable. While the property is marketed at the level of Four Seasons or Belmond, the reality felt closer to a four-star standard. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the gym is excellent and modern, which were the highlights of the stay. However, overall I wouldn’t consider ever coming back to this hotel.

Beautiful facilities, tennis courts are very well maintained. The staff is friendly. Parking can be tricky as they’re not enough spots.
Brian T — Google review
Beautiful resort with very nice landscaping. Rooms don't have good noise isolation and are a bit subpar for the hotel. Many good restaurants. Kids club isn't great.
Louis L — Google review
We stayed at Puente Romano for a week, and overall it is a mixed experience. Some areas truly impressed us, while others fell short for a resort of this calibre. Firstly, what an amazing resort. You really feel like you are walking through a botanical garden. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is serene and luxurious. The restaurants are outstanding, and the breakfast selection can easily satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The facilities, including the pools, tennis club, and beach, were all excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed spending time around the property. However, the room experience was disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected more attention to detail. The handheld shower head is mounted far too low, which means you are forced to use the rainfall shower instead. Unfortunately, the water temperature between the two was very different, with the handheld being much hotter, which was uncomfortable when switching. The bathtub showed visible signs of wear and even some mould, so we decided not to use it. The towel rail setup is also poorly thought out, as there are only two hooks, both used for bathrobes, leaving nowhere to hang towels. The steamer and board were a nice touch, but there was nowhere practical to set them up. The coffee cups in the room were very pretty, but they did not fit the coffee machine, which made it almost impossible to use without spilling. One night, we had a terrible experience when our room key stopped working at around 1 a.m. I had to walk to reception, after a few drinks, to reactivate the card, but when I returned, it still did not work. After calling the hotel and being transferred twice, concierge eventually sent someone with a new card about 25 minutes later. The receptionist’s handling of the situation was shockingly poor. Another issue was the language barrier. For a five-star resort that hosts international guests, I expected staff to have a reasonable level of English. On multiple occasions, I had to repeat myself several times for simple requests such as asking for a buggy at checkout. A mix-up at the tennis club was particularly frustrating, as I booked two padel courts but was told I had booked a tennis lesson instead. Lastly, service at Six Senses breakfast one morning was chaotic. After being seated, we asked three different staff members for coffee. It took around 15 minutes before it finally arrived, twice. I understand that breakfast can get busy, but either more staff or better coordination would make a big difference. Overall, Puente Romano is a stunning resort with world-class facilities and dining, but the service inconsistency and room maintenance issues really let it down. With a few improvements in staff training and attention to detail, it could truly live up to its five-star reputation.

Disappointing experience. They charge you for absolutely everything — even calls to reception! The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, with visible stains on the curtains. Pools are far too small for the size of the resort. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. The on-site restaurants are extremely overpriced, and the service staff were consistently unfriendly. Overall, it felt like a complete rip-off and definitely not worth the high price tag.
Dini P — Google review
We are currently staying here untill Saturday. Do not stay here with children. There is nothing to do. The kids club is an extra charge & it’s an absolute free for all mess. I understand children play, but this looked like it has no structure atall compared to many other kids clubs we have visited. We originally booked Nobu hotel but the room was incredibly tired & filthy. There were no other rooms so we’ve been moved to Puente Romano. While the reception staff have done what they can, I am shocked, disappointed & let down by the overall hotel experience. 2 days in a row there has been no water in the room & we’ve had to ring almost everyday to request more, we have a young baby with allergies - water to mix with her porridge & formula are essential. We paid 20euros for a single BANANA to mix into the porridge. A screaming hungry baby waiting for water to be delivered is stressfull. It’s not what we expect for the price we’ve paid. Everything is very tired looking, pillows are so flat you need 3 at least. Bedding is old & thin. The mattress is definitely old & worn. Pool service might aswell be non existent. It’s also very small. Impossible to get a sunbed & need to flag someone down for anything. Not once have we been asked if we want anything. We have stayed many times before without our children & we’ve loved the experience, you wouldn’t need to lift a finger & generally felt the 5star price. The overall area is very worn. Beach, don’t bother. Sunbeds are old plastic things. Very small & looks more like a public beach. Rooms are mixed with residential properties, I can’t say I feel the safest. Stairs EVERYWHERE, using a buggy or wheelchair is impossible unless you have someone to help you - staff aren’t scattered on the grounds as much as needed. I wish we knew this before booking. We have stayed worldwide in 5star hotels, we understand what it takes to be a 5star experience - unfortunately the price does not reflect the hotel atall & we’re truly heartbroken how much this has cost for the time we’re having.

El Fuerte Marbella is a historic 5-star hotel located on the Costa del Sol, offering polished resort rooms with stunning sea views. The hotel combines casual luxury with an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Its warm Mediterranean character is reflected in its classic interior design by prestigious Chilean designer Jaime Beriestain's studio. The hotel offers first-class gastronomy, professional service, and significant improvements for an exclusive experience.
I had such a lovely stay at El Fuerte. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful — their warmth really stood out and made everything feel easy and welcoming from the start. I loved the artistic style and attention to detail in the design — the interiors were inspiring without feeling overdone, and the whole space had a calm, creative energy. The gardens were absolutely beautiful — lush, peaceful, and perfect for quiet morning breakfasts. The food was another highlight: the restaurants had great variety, and the in-room dining was honestly so good — flavorful, well presented, and just what I needed when I wanted to unwind in the room. The rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable, and I appreciated how seamless everything was — getting to the pools and beach was effortless. It really felt like the kind of place that takes care of the little things so you can truly relax. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel was incredibly good. Beautiful facilities, close to the beach and just gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and everything was freshly prepared. The staff were also great, especially Zani who gave us a very warm welcome and was always there for us. I will definitely be back!

Excellent Hotel with a fancy appearence. Even the entrance is gorgeous. What a nice welcome! They own an executive art gallary and several restaurants with great cuisine. The view from the rooftop is amazing by day and night. The hotel is very central and close to the beach. Their facilities offer a great time for all kind. The staff is very friendly and cooperate. I truly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. I absolutely loved my time here. The hotel is so clean and spacious. It has many pools, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The staff were fantastic and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. My only complaint is that the guy working at the pool moved my towel along with my clothes / hat when I had gone up to my room for some lunch for 30 mins. I couldn't find my stuff for ages and he had seated someone else on my lounger. I found that strange.
Stephanie P — Google review
Amazing service, food, and facilities — truly 5-star. Although I enjoyed the service and facilities, my phone was stolen on the hotel’s beach area. I was surprised to see that the so-called “private” beach is only separated from the public area by a rope, which makes security very weak. For a 5-star property, this is unacceptable. I expect to know what steps will be taken to address this and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles. Zani was incredibly helpful, guiding us on what to do in the area and recommending great places to eat. Every time we saw him, he welcomed us kindly, checked in on how our stay was going, and asked if we needed anything. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome.

What a marvelous hotel! The room is clean, comfortable and big which we shared the three of us. The staff is so nice and the location is great. Right at the promenade with a few sunbeds at the beach but we stayed at the pool area. We will definitely come back!
Duygu C — Google review
El Fuerte Marbella is overall a very beautiful and well-located hotel. The ambience is calm and relaxed, perfect for families and couples (not so much for younger crowds). Amenities are excellent, the atmosphere feels luxurious, and the overall quality of guests is high. However, our experience was not flawless. On the very first day, we had an unpleasant encounter at the pool: a server was rude to us and refused to serve us, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast itself was amazing in terms of food quality and variety, but the service left us disappointed. We were repeatedly seated at poorly located tables (under the sun, in corners, or inside), even though better tables were clearly available. Each time, we noticed that prime tables with views were being given to Spanish-speaking guests. Unfortunately, this gave us the impression of discriminatory treatment, which should not happen in a luxury hotel. A particular issue was with a staff member named Fernando, who seemed to be in charge of seating. When we politely refused an unsuitable table, he insisted there were no alternatives and simply walked away, which felt dismissive and rude. Another unpleasant point is that several servers openly asked us for tips. We are generous travelers and usually always tip, but when staff directly request it, it creates discomfort and does not match the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. Overall, while the property itself is stunning, these repeated service issues — rudeness, dismissive behavior, poor seating treatment, and direct tip requests — left us with a negative impression. We travel frequently and blog about our experiences, and unfortunately this stay will impact our recommendation. For the high price point of this hotel, the service quality did not meet expectations. Location wise it is far from main attractions. (20-30 mins ~30 euro one way )

Hotel Claude Marbella is a genteel boutique hotel housed in a 17th-century mansion, offering 7 stylish rooms and suites along with breakfast. It is renowned as the first boutique hotel in Marbella, boasting sophisticated interiors and art that create an elegant atmosphere. The hotel holds significant historical value, having been the former residence of Empress Eugenia de Montijo and later serving as a refuge for French opera singer Claude Devoize and her husband Don Juan Berjano.
I can say this is one of the best hotels in terms of service and attention of the staff I have ever been to. It was taken care of everything and with every minute of our stay we felt like „home“. They even made sure that we were able to have breakfast before the normal time. And the rooms are also very nice and scenic. If you are in Marbella and want to stay in the Oldtown, this is the best place to go!

A very good hotel with excellent service and a delicious breakfast. The room was quite small, but very clean and charming. Service was top-notch — we were extremely satisfied. We were allowed to check in early as promised, and throughout our stay the staff did their best to ensure our comfort. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant, with clear attention to detail and a sincere effort to make the stay enjoyable.

Wow wow wow. I can not say enough kind things about this property. One of the best hotels I've ever been to period and just dreamy end to end. The rooms - incredible. Super modern, amazing beds, really cool with the history and books within. The property - gorgeous: Lobby area and hallways are beautiful with incredible art to look at. The terrace and breakfast (included - bonus) were incredible to start each morning with and the parking was also easy as well. Lastly - I want to mention the staff. This deserves its own callout as the staff was some of the most attentive, friendly hotel staff I've ever interacted with, there for every need while not being too pushy or it being a bit much. The group running this hotel and the property itself are doing all the right things. Wish every hotel could be like this!

Superior service, excelent location and beautiful accommodation. Our stay at Hotel Claude was beyond memorable. The staff was accommodating, attentive and always helpful. The hotel is located just steps away from many shops, restaurants and the nightlife of the old city area. Each room was uniquely furnished and quite comfortable. We had a wonderful experience during our stay in August 2024.

The lunch at the restaurant was great! I have been to many restaurants and the menu was a twist on classics like salads and burgers but with a unique flair. I had the Boho Salad and it was one of the best salads of my life (true). Really fresh ingredients and the dressing was simple (great olive oil and salt). Would def return if I was in the area! We hosted our yearly team offsite here and let me tell you THE BEST SERVICE we've ever experienced. Anna-Maria and Eva from events stayed in constant contact from the moment we've inquired in February until check-OUT day in September. Everyone we've encountered from reception to restaurant was amazing. Anna-Maria was so involved and checked on us every day ensuring that all activities (all organized by her, boat trip, Pilates, restaurants, tennis, beach clubs, transfers) went well. Honestly Boho Hotel you have the BEST events team especially Anna-Maria and Eva! Thank you girls for making our trip so pleasant!

Absolutely incredible stay, couldn't fault it at all and would definitely recommend for large groups or couples! I planned my sister-in-law's Hen Do for 16 of us and booked 4 x 4 Bedroom Bungalows and it was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately mine and two other girls luggage was lost and the manager (Fuente i believe her name was) and her colleague Natalia) couldn't have been more helpful. They chased the luggage company for us all weekend and it finally arrived on the Saturday! The hotel team were so helpful, helping us to book taxis for 16 of us which all arrived on time with no hassle. We also booked lunch for 16 of us within an hours notice and the staff went above and beyond, moving tables and parasols all to suit us. The food at breakfast was incredible, great options in the buffet plus one complimentary item from the hot menu which was also great. Drinks and cocktails in the evening were great and again, the staff were so helpful, creating a separate space for us to hold little hen do games and decorations! The rooms were clean and tidy and we even had the Brides bungalow upgraded free of charge as a special treat! They made the whole weekend unforgettable and would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Marbella! Thank you to all the hotel staff! xxxx

I recently stayed at Boho club hotel and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the service was lackluster. First, staff behavior I experienced disrespectful and rude behavior from some employees, which completely unacceptable. Second , house keeping request, were either delayed or not fulfilled at all, causing great inconvenience. The room was not cleaned properly. There were dust bunnies in the corners and the bathroom had not been sanitized at all. I called the front desk to request a housekeeping service, but when they came, they seemed rushed and did a very superficial job. It felt as though they were just going through the motions. To make matters worse, we discovered that there was no room service available during our stay however they mentioned the room service is 24 hours and always they delay. In addition, I attempted to speak with someone from the management team to address these issues, but I was unable to meet with any one. This lack of accountability is highly disappointing. Lastly, for 20-days stay in a suite and 3 banglow rooms at Boho club, costing € 1000 per night and 5 stars hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service and respectful treatment. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements in both service quality and staff training to guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Overall, I would not recommend Boho club hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Bad behavior and poor cleaning service and a lack of basic amenities like room service would make me think twice about returning. Save your money and find a place that values its guests’ experience.

Beautiful location ( 5 min to the sea), ambiance, style, zen, class. That would be my words to describe the BoHo club Good ( but expensive) dinner, fantastic breakfast. I did find it pretty hefty priced being off season. Our room was nice but a little over crowded with big sofas chairs and a massive amount of pillows. But all beautifully.done. But Ok you know this before you book..

A memorable experience , not much at fault for the week we stayed, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with a glass of cava and all the staff were amazing and very attentive to our requests. Gym and spa facilities were excellent, really cannot find fault and all the family had an amazing time!

Beautiful location and friendly staff, especially at breakfast and by the pool, but the room experience didn’t match the price or expectations. We were promised one large bed for our baby, but found two twin beds pushed together late at night and were told the next day it couldn’t be changed. One of the spare sheets was dirty and stained, the coffee machine was broken and only replaced after some back-and-forth, and there’s no dim lighting in the room. Basic amenities like toothbrushes or slippers weren’t provided. The nightly price was high, and after booking we saw the hotel lower its rates, which made the stay feel less worth it. Overall, not the level of comfort or value expected for this category of hotel.

Hotel was good but over priced for what we got. it was older than expected with cricky beds. Staff were just OK. We were travelling in a group of 15. All checked in at different times on the same day. On arrival at the check-in desk, after the initial greeting we were given a hard sales pitch to push us to upgrade the rooms, which we thought was very unprofessional to say the least!! GYM's AC was not working properly. They came and checked but we did not see any difference for 4 days that we used it. No water in the rooms! Everyone had to fill up a jar, which was left in the room, from a filtered water in the corridors!!! Towels were very thin and didn't feel great. Around 8am they close one of the access doors to the bar, which you need to go through to get to the restaurant, for cleaning! So we had to use alternative route which was quite annoying. Cleaning should be done before guests start using the facilities!

I always tell myself to never stay at an Iberostar property because of all the horrible experiences I’ve had in Cabo and Cancun. Thought I’d give it another shot since this property looked beautiful in photos. One advice I can give is do not get fooled. Although the pool and outside is nice the rooms are mediocre. When I checked in we had mentioned we had just gotten engaged and wanted to upgrade the room they had said they were sold out. In addition the lady checking us in barely gave us info about the property like if we needed reservations to dine at the Snack cafe and restaurant. We went to the room one thing I noticed was the stains in my bed. After a long day of traveling the one thing I hate is when the bed isn’t clean. The rooms seem like they’ve been semi fixed by that I mean just wall paper behind the beds. The amount of chips and stains on the walls were insane. The night light by my bed had hair wrapped around it. It was honestly disgusting. The curtains had stains on them it’s like do they even clean the rooms. After complaining and asking for the third time to change the room they kept saying they are sold out. Which by the way did not seem like it because the property seemed so empty there were a bunch of beach chairs open by the pool during the day. We had mentioned we had just gotten engaged and honestly did not want to deal with all these issues on our first day. We didn’t even get a congratulations… like what. They kept saying there’s nothing they can do. We went to the room all of a sudden we get a call stating that one of their guests from the penthouse was leaving tomorrow and for an additional fee of 500 we can stay there. It was very thoughtful that they offered us the room but with this many problems they should’ve honestly waved the fee. Whatever my fiance and I said we will do it because we were so unhappy. We left to go walk around at the nearby shops we get a call stating the couple who were staying at the penthouse aren’t leaving anymore… which honestly made me so annoyed because why even offer if it wasn’t for sure. We were supposed to stay at this property for a total of five days we ended up canceling and going to another property after th first day. On top of all of this while I was checking out I got charged for eating at the property which didn’t make sense because I had all inclusive. I can honestly go on with disappointing issues I had while only being there for 10hrs. I decided I can’t stay here for the rest of my trip I decided to cancel my stay and book another hotel. If you’re ever in Marbella I don’t recommend staying here. I get some families prefer all inclusive but the food is mediocre and it not as authentic as the food you eat in the city.

Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Even the green keepers looking after the gardens around the hotel will say hello or good morning. The spa staff are wonderful. Thank you to Ines who made my husband’s birthday so special and memorable. The massages we had were amazing and very relaxing. Nothing is a problem. Thank you Westin La Quinta!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort in Marbella, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that remained consistent throughout my stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning interior and outdoor spaces that offer a true sense of tranquility and luxury. They also provide a complimentary shuttle into the city centre and back to the hotel. The location is simply breathtaking—nestled in the hills with picturesque views that golf lovers, in particular, will greatly appreciate. The golf course is immaculate and well-designed, making it a perfect destination for both seasoned players and those looking to enjoy a leisurely round. Breakfast each morning was satisfying, with a good variety of options to suit most tastes. Overall, this resort combines elegance, comfort, and hospitality in a way that makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway or a golf-focused holiday.

My father and I stayed here September 2025 for a quick three day trip. We did not play golf but the course looked to be in great shape. The pool and surrounding area was very well maintained. The breakfast was large with many different options. Additionally, the breakfast had very generous hours. I would recommend having a rental car when staying here as it makes getting around the area much easier. Lastly, the rooms were very large and had great views.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were nice and spacious with beautiful views. The bathrooms were comfortable but could use some updating. The food could use some improvement although the breakfast buffet was very good with some excellent options.

We had an amazing time at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly, everything was immaculately clean, and the atmosphere was superb. The serenity and peace we experienced were exceptional. The hotel is sophisticated and beautifully decorated throughout with an elegant ambience. We stayed here the night of our wedding and our room was fantastic — very spacious, with panoramic views of the sea and the entire complex. Both the Sunsa Restaurant and the Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar served exquisite food, and the team were highly professional. Breakfast was also a real highlight. We made full use of the main swimming pool and the spa, which was larger than expected and offered a wide range of facilities and services. To our surprise, it even included a private pool which we were able to enjoy just the two of us — the perfect start to our married life together. We cannot thank the team enough for making our stay so special. Wedding or no wedding, we would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking elegant, sophisticated accommodation in peaceful surroundings on the Costa del Sol.

We are currently staying at The Westin in Marbella. The hotel itself is beautiful — spacious rooms, comfortable facilities, and overall a lovely atmosphere. However, I want to share an incident that happened by the pool during our stay that affected my family. On a very windy morning, the wind blew away sunbeds, umbrellas, and personal belongings around the pool. Unfortunately, one family was badly affected when a mother with her 4-month-old baby fell into the pool, and the baby was hit by an umbrella, leaving him with a bruise. It was a very stressful situation, with many children and families present, and understandably, everyone was frightened. My own kids were so scared they asked to go back to the room instead of staying by the pool. The staff removed the umbrellas afterwards, and a manager came to check, but I feel the situation could have been handled with more care for the guests who witnessed it, especially the children who were unsettled by what happened. A small gesture, such as offering free kids club access for an hour or even complimentary ice cream, could have helped ease the atmosphere and shown empathy towards the families present. I understand this was an unfortunate accident that could happen anywhere, but as a hotel with such a strong reputation, I believe management could have responded more thoughtfully to support all guests during the incident.

Located a bit in the outskirts of Marbella, this Golf and Spa Resort offers great golf courses to play as well as comfortable ambiance where to relax such as their beautiful pool and the Spa which also has a private pool. Accommodations are new and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Recommended!

My boyfriend and we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was very outdated. The kettle was very dirty and coffee mashing was loud and they always lacked of leaving coffee pods and creamers and basic water. Room was not really cleaned well either. I have brought that to the front desk attention but got only apologies was not worth my stay. Not a 5 star hotel.

La Fonda Heritage Hotel, Relais & Châteaux is an elegant boutique hotel located in the heart of Marbella's old town. Situated on the tranquil Plaza Santo Cristo square, this 20-room property offers a charming and historic atmosphere. As the first and only Relais & Châteaux property in Andalucia, it promises fine dining experiences and luxurious amenities.
We had a fantastic stay at LaFonda. If you don’t care for a pool this hotel is a must. Right in the heart of the old town Marbella. The staff and the breakfast superb. Great rooftop bar and restaurant, with live music. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfy with air con. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was outstanding. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. On the day we were leaving, they even prepared a little snack box for our 2-year-old—without us even asking—which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast in the charming patio was a real highlight, and the breakfast team were just as wonderful—so kind and attentive. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended, and the location in the heart of the historic centre is simply perfect

The hotel Fonda is one of the best hotels I have ever seen. Beautiful rooms, great events on a regular basis, and incredible food. But the very soul of this amazing location are Raimunda and Carmine. Raimunda is a beautiful, passionate power woman that always gives everything to satisfy each and every guest with her amazing personality. Her laughter and joy is contagoius and makes the stays of her guests so very special. Please keep going as you do!! Carmine is the best manager I know and of course the entire staff, like Giulia for instance, is amazing as well! Always a hugh pleasure to visit you ❤️ xx Irene

La Fonda is truly one of the most stunning hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The level of detail and personalized service is unmatched. My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Old Town, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff is exceptional. There’s a 24/7 concierge service you can message for anything - from restaurant reservations to curated activity suggestions, which made our stay even more seamless. The hotel’s restaurant is also fantastic, and the breakfast was a highlight every morning. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is luxurious and thoughtfully designed - it creates an atmosphere that’s both elegant and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at La Fonda Heritage Hotel, Relais & Châteaux. Aside from the incredibly beautiful aesthetic of the hotel, the team went above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed with open arms by suggesting how we spend our time in Marbella, where we should dine and took care of booking all of our reservations. Thank you all for an amazing stay in Marbella. We look forward to returning in the near future!

A boutique haven in Old Town Marbella, perfect for a peaceful retreat. I loved the cluster of trees in the courtyard — a lovely view from my room that added to the charm. I was in Marbella for a wedding, so didn’t get to sample the cuisine this time, but I’m already planning to return to enjoy the hotel’s gastronomy.

Guys in reception (especially Matteo offered me big part of his time to choose correct rooms)proffesionally supporting each quiery, invests as much time as you need, always welcoming and warm. Breakfast is also great quality and with very nice and welcoming staff like Valeria and others (sorry i do not remember all names yet). The Don Carlos Resort & Spa is a luxurious 5-star getaway located on Nikki Beach, just a short drive from the historic downtown Marbella. The resort offers three sections: Oasis boutique for adults only, Deluxe Villas with an extensive VIP program, and the main resort with state-of-the-art facilities and a spa. Guests can enjoy upscale dining options, multiple pools, tennis courts, and an adults-only beach club at Nikki Beach.
When my wife and I were booking this trip, we were unsure what to expect as the reviews we read showed the hotel had been closed a while for renovations. The Don Carlos is a beautiful hotel and the service is very good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable (we had a deluxe room). We were very surprised by the quality of the food and drinks served around the resort. From the pool, to the breakfast, and the dinner and drinks at los naranjos and campari bar. The grounds are very well kept and we had a fun morning playing tennis at the RNTC. There are beach clubs nearby but honestly, we preferred the pool on-site. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there if we return to the area.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Hotel Doncarlos. The renovation works were highly successful, with a modern upgrade of the entrance hall, restaurant, rooms, and the tennis and fitness club. Only the changes to the Nikki Beach Club have taken away some of its original charm, and the paid access should ideally be complimentary for hotel guests. The staff at Doncarlos are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Natalia. Her extensive knowledge allows her to recommend excellent local restaurants nearby. She adds extra shine to the hotel's 5 stars. Her hospitality and enthusiasm inspire guests to rebook their stay at Doncarlos

What a heavenly place. The staff are all, without exception, 5*. The hotel's restaurant deserves accolades from the best, but to put it simply here, phenomenal food and service. The facilities are second to none with the pool, tennis, gym and beach. Its paradise. A few special mentions - Libby and Tony in Guest Experience. Isias, Nora and the manager (?name) in Los Naranjos. The kitchen/chef in Los Naranjos - outstanding. And at the Rafa Nadal tennis centre, Samuel, Javi, Maggy. The RNTC is outstanding.

I was here for a women's golf trip in September. I do not recommend. The service for price doesn't match. This resort doesn't live up to the 5 star rating. Upon check in they lost my reservation. Which is ironic as I booked with my golf group. And I was asked for all the information I had already submitted prior to the trip. For one you get nickeled and dimed for everything. Service is slow. And housekeeping did not clean our room or give new towels after we requested through the portal and calling the front desk numerous times. I had to call and make a request on the app several times for laundry to come. One pool is an extra charge and so are the chairs and sunbeds. Certain pool staff is unfriendly as well. The beach process isn't the best. And the pools and beach access are only open between 10 a.m. -7 p.m. I wouldn't be acknowledged when I was walking the resort, but other guests would be by staff. All in all I didn't enjoy my stay and won't be returning.

They have one of the best swimming pools, proper 25m long and depth from 1.5m-3m! They have one of the best tennis training centres in this country, the quality of the tennis facilities is at very high standards. They have a very well organised kids clubs with full of activities. Fantastic resort with beautiful rooms and since the whole resort was renovated recently, everything looks good, pretty, and comfortable! The service was great from the first to the last minute and thank you to Adrian at the reception for his warm welcome and for upgrading us to a junior suit with sea view upon arrival at 23h00 after an exhausting journey! Great gardens and beach club too, and also a special thanks to Jon, Celia, Miri and Mar at the Kids club that took so good care of our son! He spent hours there and couldn't wait to go back every morning and afternoon! Breakfast was fabulous, too. So a great choice and we will definitely come back, especially for an October holiday because the weather is perfect this time of the year! Asta la vista !

The Hard Rock Hotel Marbella is a luxurious and vibrant destination for adults seeking an entertaining vacation. The hotel offers a variety of accommodations, including rooms, suites, and rockstar party pads with ample space for relaxation and even jam sessions. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as three restaurants.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. I want to give a special mention to Pedro, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Pedro’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set a high standard for hospitality. Thank you, Pedro, for making my stay unforgettable!

We had such an amazing experience thanks to the incredible service around the pool from CR7! 🌟 His prompt and impeccable service with drinks was outstanding, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had about the hotel. You can really see how hard he works—he never stops, always engaging with guests, and helping in every way he can. Truly one of the hardest working and friendliest people we met during our stay. WE LOVE YOU, CR7!!! 😜💯

READ BEFORE BOOKING! Absolutely Disgusting and Unhygienic – Avoid at All Costs! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. Ants were everywhere – in the room, on the walls, even near the bed. Completely unacceptable. The food was awful – lukewarm, watery food and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Room hygiene was nonexistent. Our room was barely cleaned, and we didn’t get fresh sheets for a week! For the price we paid, this was an absolute disgrace. I would never return and strongly advise others to stay away.Only good thing was the location was easy accessible!

Excellent stay at Hard Rock Marbella The hotel was luxurious and had all needed amenities. The room size was good and very clean. Bathrooms were also spacious unlike the other european brands Breakfast had quite a spread with live counters. Lots of dining area both indoor and outdoor. The hotel also rests another restaurant at the pool level. Overall a good experience

Cool vibrant hotel with some luxurious details, and close to beach and the Marina! However, only 3 stars review because: Dirty shower with hair left overs, dirty cups, dirty floors. Also they reserve 500 euro (!!!) that you need to pay with Credit card at the check in. I got mine back after 10 days! Not okay!

Our first time to a Hard Rock hotel and we had a fabulous holiday, maybe it’s not quite as good as other hotels we have been too but it’s clean, tidy & food selection was good, staff were lovely, especially Bea, she was so friendly and helpful. Front of house and guest services were disappointing in our opinion, we specifically asked on two separate occasions prior to arriving for a double room and not a twin and were only offered a twin even though there was a note on our booking. After the first night and some messing around we were offered a room as requested, this wasn’t going to happen without our time and effort being put in and requesting to speak to managers. All sorted in the end and we enjoyed our stay

The Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus is a luxurious 5-star hotel situated on the stunning coast of Costa del Sol, just 6km from Marbella center and a short 15-minute walk to the glamorous Puerto Banus. The hotel offers a trendy beach bar and lounge, an outdoor pool, and two restaurants. Its prime beachfront location allows guests to easily access the soft sandy beaches and the Mediterranean Sea.
This hotel was amazing! The pool is fantastic. The breakfast that is included was amazing. The staff were all very nice, helpful and I couldn't fault them for anything. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Its location was great as its on the beach and its about a 15 minute walk to the main area where all the crowds are. It has a small gym too. 5 star from me :)

Had a suite - decent size… bathroom a little dated. Breakfast was excellent. The pool side service towards the end of the day was not great. The underground car park was closed - we were there off peak - so parking was not an issue but there was limited spaces nearby. Great location on waterfront.

I love how well everything is organized. It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done. In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time. One can take their breakfast and eat it at the pool, there are no restrictions around this. During dinner, every table is well lit, and the staff remembers your choices of drinks, and preference for condiments, from the days before. The food, of course, is absolutely delicious! Some of you might read this and think that this is as it should be, but it hasn't been in other hotels, in my experience. Overall, they really put a lot of thought into making one's stay as pleasant as possible.

My (brand-new!) wife and I came here for our honeymoon. While everything here truly is perfect, the caveat is that this only applies to what is open. The rooms (suites, especially), pool and facilities are marvelous and high-end in every way. The location is stunning. The food is amazing, too. However, the multitude of restaurants and even the changing rooms and first-floor bathrooms were not open due to some conflict with the local government. This review would be five stars if these facilities had been open, and I’m sure they will reopen soon. My wife and I will be returning!

I booked a Superior Room with Sea View for 4 nights expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When we checked in at 11pm on Thurs 7/08 the receptionist said he was trying to find us a better room but that the hotel was full. The room you gave us on the ground floor was damp and felt old and neglected. The bathroom was in a dilapidated state, and to make matters worse, we found two cockroaches during our stay. What was described as a “sea view” turned out to be a ground-floor room looking directly at the coffee bar—hardly the relaxing view I had booked and paid for. The next day we were moved to a better room on the 1st floor. However I was so upset about the first night that I sent my son to sleep in the hotel and went to his appartement. Your breakfast buffet was very disappointing- the staff unfriendly and birds perching on the food. Overall, the standards were far below what was advertised and what we remembered from 2 previous stays a few years ago. Your prices are high and the stay did not feel like good value for money. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Milly C — Google review
The hotel is currently in a very poor state, with large areas taped off and closed, giving the whole place an unappealing and run-down feel. For a supposed 5*, you would expect the service and amenities to compensate for it, but instead almost everything that would normally be complimentary in a 4* is charged extra – water, ice, even basic tea bags in the room which were never restocked. Breakfast was particularly disappointing: it’s served in a temporary setup inside a tired sports bar, with a very limited and low-quality offering – honestly worse than budget chains. I’ve stayed in other 5s in Marbella/Banus that felt more like 4, but this one makes those look closer to 6*. The rooms are extremely basic. While they provide Rituals toiletries, the bottles appear to be refilled (which raises concerns for allergies and hygiene), and the wall holder actually snapped in half when I tried to use it. The shower screen didn’t move, meaning water went everywhere, and the room itself smelled of dust and must. I also found hairs in the bed, which is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming 5*. I requested an upgrade but was told the hotel was full, despite it being strangely quiet with large areas closed – and I overheard several other guests also asking for the same. Hair dryer blew out air for 5 seconds then broke - everything is just falling apart. The only positives are the location, which is walking distance along the beach into Puerto Banus, and the fact that if you manage to get a very cheap deal it might feel just about acceptable. However, for anyone paying full price (over £800 a week), I would be incredibly disappointed. As it stands, it feels like a hotel that’s either about to close down or mid-refurbishment, but haven’t seen any work going on. Hotels like Alanda we stayed at earlier this year and they were apologetic for some construction going on but have seen now there’s significant improvements that were being made. They also upgraded us. People rating the hotel 5*s - in my opinion, must have paid a low amount and have not actually experienced a true 5* - I would say if re-rated the hotel would comfortably claim a 3*.

I had a lovely experience at the Guadalupe Hotel. The location is fantastic, steps away from great restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. The hotel has a charming vibe with tasteful decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with local tips. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Rayda S — Google review
Great location with a lovely small private beach area. The room was tired and old. The bathroom light switch didn't work well, the shower head didn't stay in place, one of the taps was loose. There was no 'service with a smile' and although any request was actioned, I always had to be requested (for instance although there was pool service for cocktails, good luck getting someone walk past and ask if you wanted another drink or take your finished glass away). We'd asked for a menu for lunch and when drinks were delivered the waiter wasn't interested in taking a food order. Unfortunately we also went in school holidays (poor planning on our part!) But kids took over the pool as kids do, but they were loud for extended periods and it was just not I'm fitting for what I expected a 5* hotel to be. Our last day, when it felt like less of a family clientel did seem better, with lovely breakfast by the pool, but again, unfortunately, marred again by the poor service of the wait staff.

Nestled in an enviable seafront location just a short stroll from the beach, Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort is a luxurious 5-star retreat offering stylish fully-equipped apartments with direct beach access. The resort boasts two indoor and two outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a sun terrace. Guests can also find convenience in the on-site supermarket, various dining options, and bars.
I've stayed at many Marriott Vacation Club properties in the US. This was my first time staying at one outside the US and it did not disappoint! Both the rooms and the grounds look very similar to any Marriott beach resort you'd find in the US. We spent a week at the resort and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The grounds are gorgeous with colorful potted plants scattered throughout and impeccable landscaping. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurants. We didn't discover the daily breakfast buffet until later in the week but we wished we had discovered it sooner because it was so good! The resort is located about a 15 minute drive from downtown Marbella, and it's very easy to get around with a car. There are a couple restaurants and shops within walking distance, but most of the local attractions need to be accessed by car. We didn't mind this at all since there's plenty of public parking in downtown Marbella and everywhere else we visited. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Spain's southern coast!

The Marriott is our second home for over 20 years. It is located beautifully directly at the beach. The resort offers a variety of activities for old and young. The staff is amazing. There are restaurants in the resort offering fast food as well as spanish/ American cuisine. The apartments are well equipped and are freshly renovated. You can either provide yourself with food and drinks or get fully served within the resort. The only teardrop during summer time is the huge amount of guest from Saudi Arabia who have a different point of view of environmental protection and human rights concerning their behavior towards staff members and other guests.

We’ve come every year for the past 9 years for two weeks and it never disappoints. The best staff you could ask for, Davide and Roberto in particular. The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool area is upkept, it has two places by the pool to get drinks and food if you’re feeling peckish which is lovely. Quiz Nights and Aqua Areobics are the best!! Already can’t wait to come back next year 🍋🌊🐚

Beautiful 5* hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful with well spoken English for us poor people that speak little Spanish! Facilities were clean and safe, good entertainment considering the season and it's located as a gated property on the beach. Perfect! Prices in the shop and bar were a little high but there were supermarkets and restaurants locally that could be accessed. All in all, a fab 4 day stay.

I really do not recommend this place. They use an excessive amount of plastic for everything, single-use items everywhere, and there seems to be absolutely no consideration for the environment. Trash is handled carelessly, and the whole setup feels completely unsustainable. Environmental activists should seriously visit and see the mess for themselves, this is just not acceptable in 2025. During our stay, no one came to clean the room, even though daily cleaning was supposed to be included. When we mentioned it, no one seemed to care. The food was also a huge disappointment. The pasta tasted like something from a school cafeteria, overcooked, bland, and completely unappetizing. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place!

Part of the Marriott vacation club scheme so a slightly different vibe to a standard Marriott set up. However, easy to book whether or not you’re part of the MVC scheme. Numerous pools, onsite restaurants (el med and the sports bar) and the self catering rooms are perfect for a breakaway. Right on the beach and walking distance to some on the beach restaurants. Typical Marriott excellent rooms and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Uber gets you about easily so plenty to explore. Very kid friendly with children ranging from babies to teens during the school holidays, however there is a dedicated ‘quiet pool’ and plenty of areas to relax away from the main pool ‘action’.

Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort is like our home away from home. We’ve been going back every year because it’s just perfect for our family. The beach, the pools, the gardens, everything is beautiful and so well kept. The apartments have everything we need and the staff always make us feel welcome. We’ve made so many special memories, and can’t wait for the next trip.

Situated on Marbella's Golden Mile, the Alanda Marbella Hotel offers modern accommodations with sea views and upscale amenities. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a Lebanese restaurant called Alrawshe offering authentic dishes like hummus and falafels, as well as a contemporary dining option at Manuka. With an airport shuttle service and concierge service, the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions such as Puerto Banus Marina and Marbella Old Town.
Absolutely amazing🤩! When I say I had the best experience ever I mean it. The rooms were clean and stunning. Easy access to the reception, pool and the breakfast. The food was delicious to the point were my picky son was eating everything in his plate. Would love there if I could. Very affordable and the location (Marbella) is beautiful with a lovely beach 5 minutes away from your hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alanda Hotel in Marbella, and I cannot speak highly enough of Laura, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, Laura went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Her local knowledge was invaluable; she recommended fantastic restaurants that truly made our trip unforgettable. She was always available to assist with reservations and provided helpful tips on navigating the area. What really stood out was her warm personality and genuine care for our experience. No request was too big or small, and she handled everything with grace and professionalism. Thanks to Laura, our stay at the Alanda Hotel was not just comfortable but also filled with memorable experiences. I highly recommend reaching out to her during your experience!

Great hotel! Loved the spa! One the best massages I've had! Gym could do with better and newer equipment. We came for our 10 year anniversary, mentioned this to reception, but they didn't seem bothered. Breakfast was great! Halal friendly, we were able to eat everything, the chef making the omelettes was great, he would grill hallumi cheese for us which was served cold with the salad. A beautiful mosque was next door to the hotel, my husband attended Friday prayers. If you want a halal friendly hotel, this would be the place to stay in Marbella as it's also alcohol free.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Alanda Hotel in Marbella. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great service and staff who truly made the experience magical. I travelled with my sister, 6-year-old son, and my friend also brought her children too. What made this trip extra special was the amount of love, care and attention the staff gave to the kids. Not many hotels are genuinely child-friendly, but here the reception staff went above and beyond – always greeting the children with smiles, giving them little goody bags, and making them feel so excited to be there. One highlight for my son was when he asked for a ride on the golf cart vehicle, and the staff happily obliged, taking him for a ride around the facility – a real core memory he’ll cherish for life. As women travelling with young children, we also felt very safe throughout our stay. The breakfast options were excellent, and I’m already planning to return – hopefully to the same room! Another lovely aspect is that there is a large masjid right next door, and you can hear the beautiful call to prayer from there. It was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderfull stay here. The rooms are very clean and have evrything you need. The breakfast is exquisit. The staf more than friendly and willing to help. The pool is located between 2 buildings. With beds. And a pool cafe where the food is good too. We come back here for sure. 10 minutes walk to the beach. If I need to say 1 negative point. The road where the hotel is situated is very very very busy. Day and night.

I recently stayed at Alanda Marbella and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect close to the beach and many restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marbella. Thank you, Alanda, for making my stay so pleasant
RS — Google review
Currently coming to the end of our stay here, and - this is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. It’s just an odd hotel with an empty sort of feeling, with no atmosphere or character. It has a pretty lobby but that’s about it. Most things we came across were disappointing. The rooms are quite small, especially if travelling with children. We asked if we could pay to upgrade to a better room, but even their best room (the suite) wasn’t anything special and overlooked the main road with traffic. The hotel claims to be a wellness hotel but the spa which is supposed to be a highlight is very small (but tidy and clean). I’ve seen way better spas in my time. And you have to pay extra just to use the facilities, despite paying to stay at hotel!. No robes available in the spa when asked. The pool doesn’t open until 11am is physically locked with a gate until then. That’s very late especially if you want to get in early with children. The atmosphere around the pool and poolside food area feels dead with no life. The hotel doesn’t serve alcohol, which is fine as we’re not big drinkers - but I don’t think this is clear in the booking process at all, and is quite misleading. Most hotels have a restaurant where you can go for lunch or dinner, but Alanda has 1 Labanese restaurant only. Therefore you’re better just going outside of the hotel for food during your stay here. Breakfast was okay, although again definitely not a 5 star experience. Room service menu is very basic. Disappointing. There was daily maintenance work going on every day of our stay. Workmen constantly walking around, building work being done. Just constantly felt like I was on a construction site or something was always broken that was being fixed. Talking of which - the lifts to our block stopped working and the lifts to access the spa stopped working. When you have a child and a pushchair this is simply not good enough. There are cracks in ceilings in stairway/lift areas and the decor in rooms and around the hotel feels very basic, considering it’s supposed to be a 5 star. The staff are okay but I’ve stayed at hotels with Much friendlier staff who help you with your stay and suggestions/things to do/places to go. On one day we said no to having our room cleaned by housekeeping (as it didn’t fit with our schedule/baby’s naps on that day). We ended up telling them 3 times we didn’t want a clean but they kept coming back, even as late as 10pm someone knocked and then just walked into our room when I was asleep with my baby, at 10pm at night?!!! That is not acceptable time to clean a room and moreover you don’t enter a room straight after knocking! This was a very unpleasant and scary experience as I was asleep with my child and a stranger just walks in at 10pm. The only good thing about our stay here was the location - beach is easily accessible. Overall - would definitely not recommend this hotel. And I feel I’ve been mislead by them promoting this as a 5 star hotel, when it really is not.
Sonia — Google review
We stayed here for 5 nights and overall it was good but 5* seems a stretch The negatives first… Firstly. It’s a dry hotel. Nowhere on booking dot com or the website mentioned this. So no alcohol anywhere. Other guests were complaining of this too. If you wanted a drink before going out for dinner - you can’t. The pool opens 10am and closes 6pm. Why? If you want to have an early swim 7.30 or late as the sun drops - forget it. Seems a crazy rule to suit their staff levels not the guests who ok holiday want that flexibility. If it was a real 5* hotel there would be hydration stations you could top up water. Or the cafe staff come and take a drinks order by the pool to save you getting up every couple of hours to buy a €4.50 bottle of water from the cafe. On the positives. It was very clean. The room was great. Bathroom great. And a nice touch on the day before departure with a nice card and 2 Lindt chocolates. Often the small touches make a massive difference.

What a fantastic experience all round. We visited to play golf and have food and drinks only, not the hotel. The golf was a solid 9.5 out of 10, beautiful, playable, immaculate. The food and drinks superb. One of the best golf course food menu's i have seen for a long time. I would definitely return.

This place is a touch of class. The course and conditions are one of the best around the the service in the bar after was great! we were unlucky with the early tee off not to enjoy the Tapas bar which should open earlier for early tee offs. The club shop it just okay as well. However the course and the facilities are up their with the best I have seen. bravo.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The view from the room and from the pool is great. Staff is great and very helpful, especially Isabella who showed us around the map where to go, park and what is worth to visit. Greetings from Romania :) Located in a quiet area with quick access towards Marbella.

Very nice court but the service was horrible and so expensive… They only had regular shafts for the rental clubs, not stiff which are way too flexible. The cheapest balls we could buy were €22.50 for a set of three.. After paying they told us that we couldn’t even go praktisch a bit because the driving range was already closed at 17:00. We started at 18:00, and they didn’t tell us we had to be back by 20:00 At the end, we wanted to have a drink at the bar but they had no drinks menu or cocktails or apperitivo, really dissapointing for the price we paid..

We played a very joyful round of golf. Very nice course and perfect conditions. Fast greens. We liked it very much and will for sure come back in the future!

Golf only review: Very poor experience for a very high price. Booked early tee 8am. Nothing opened until 7:30 and you have to be on the tee 10 mins before. Sat in the car park for 45 mins. Total ghost town. No time to warm up on range. No time for breakfast except 2 questionable sandwiches that were surely left over from the previous day. Coffee from a instant machine in shop. When we got to the Tapas bar on the 10th it was still closed. The greens were under repair for summer with a new grass fringe on all greens which created a lip that stopped the ball rolling over but by far the worst thing of all was that the club house doesn't sell branded RR Golf balls. Every where I've played, across the Costa Del Sol I've collected a stamped ball as a record of the course I've played. Every one sells them, except Rio Real. Total missed opportunity to make extra cash. Stunning location for a golf course but wouldn't go back ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In Reply to Owner: I understand you'll be defensive in your response however let me clarify my experience. I have no skin in the game here so I think that carries more weight. 1. Regarding the greens. Thanks for explaining how grass works to me. I know the difference between a newly laid turf and a collar on the green. The green played well once you were on it 2. The early bird breakfast. We certainly weren't offered this unless you are referring to the 2 non descript sandwiches and 3 plain croissants in the pro shop. I know there were 3 because we had a party of 4 so one person had to gamble on a sandwich. The Starbucks coffee you mention is a small self serve Starbucks branded instant coffee machine in the pro shop. 3. Early bird tee times are offered at a reduced rate - this is the only thing that you should have said in your response. This is acknowledging that the experience is different however the reduction in price is nowhere near enough to warrant such a difference in quality of service for early starters. Let me tell you about my experience a day earlier at one of your local competitors. 6:45am: arrive 6:50: signed in 7:10: eating full english breakfast on balcony with coffee and fresh orange juice 7:25: given balls to warm up on range/putting green etc 7:50: on the first tee 8:00: starter gets us underway drinks/food carts on offer at various stages of the day 12:00: stayed at venue to eat and drink for few hours and had a great time 80 euros My experience at Rio Real 6:45am: arrived waited in the car park for the gates to open 7:30: signed in, bought what food we could from the pro shop, got buggys 7:50: on the first tee 8:00: official starter hadn't arrived so we tee'd off anyway 12:00: finished round and went straight home, no other food/drink purchased 140 euros I highly recommend you go and see what your competitors are doing and you'll have a better understanding of what good looks like. Rio Real was not a good experience and I've played Golf all over the world.

Nobu Marbella is a renowned restaurant located on the Golden Mile, marking the first venture of Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa in Spain. The establishment upholds the high standards expected of any Nobu restaurant worldwide, featuring a fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients and recipes. Situated within the luxurious Puente Romano resort, this culinary gem offers an elegant dining experience amidst modern surroundings.
Great as always / the yellow rail wasn’t as good as we are used to but the rest was fabulous. The New Style Salmon Sashimi was the best we have ever eaten at any Nobu and the Dover sole is a great main course.

This has to be the worst japanese Restaurant I have ever eaten. First of all it is ridiculous that you charge me 300€ upfront. Secondly the food was awful. I am from Switzerland and I have eaten better japanese in Switzerland for half the price. Then when the bill came the waitress told me that the total was 210 euros and the restaurant would NOT refund the difference between that and the 300€ i paid upfront. 90 Euro tip because in this restaurant the food is so bad it‘s not even worth ordering. The only reason i include photos is to proof that i was there. Don‘t let it fool you. Thee food is worse than any tourist trap restaurant.

We were celebrating my birthday with my family in this restaurant. They charged us 10 euro per person to be able to bring our own birthday cake. We gave them our own candles: some simple ones and some with shape of « 18 ». One of them broke during transportation but it was still possible to put it inside the cake. However when they brought it out there was no « 18 » which was a bit upsetting as it was an important detail. The stuff could have at least gave us a warning beforehead so that we would do it by ourselves at home and not like that for 40€… The food itself was good and the service was nice for the other part.

The whole thing was just incredible, the girl serving us was so attentive and listened to all of our questions so well. I had a birthday dessert brought over and the whole experience was just so amazing! We had one of signature and one Marbella tasting menu to share between us, so ended up being able to try 12 different dishes. The jalapeño yellowtail was incredible, as well as all of the sushi. We also ordered a snow crab roll to go with it and it was just amazing. We were so happy with value for money, and we’re definitely full after the tasting menu! Incredible experience

Everything was amazing, from the atmosphere to the food and especially the service. I had the amazing Wassima serving me and I was a solo traveler, she really was a pleasure and always made sure I felt good. The food is AMAZING value for money. Since it was my first time at Nobu I had the tasting manue & I rolled out of the restaurant.

We were really disappointed with our experience at Nobu Marbella. Despite arriving on time for our booking, our table wasn’t ready, so we were asked to wait at the bar. The bar staff completely ignored us — after 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, we were finally shown to our table. The poor service continued throughout the night. It took another 15 minutes before we were given drinks menus, and then another 10 minutes for food menus to arrive. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and we had to ask four separate times before anyone came to fix our wobbly table. While the food initially seemed lovely, we were shocked to be served raw chicken. When we pointed this out, the waitress casually offered to take the two visibly pink pieces back to “put them under the grill for a bit longer” while suggesting we eat the rest — and not once were we offered an apology. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one of this supposed standard. To make matters worse, the table next to us shared that they had been experiencing the same poor service. For a restaurant with such a strong reputation and high prices, we expected far better. Unfortunately, our evening was ruined, and we would not return.

It was me and my friend first time at Nobu Marbella and everything was amazing. The stuff was extremely professional and helped with choice, explained everything that we wanted to know. The vibe and decoration was admirable. Drinks were very interesting and tasty, especially Malaga Sweet Wine, which flavour was best in my entire life. The food was really good, had rich taste and even though portions were not big it made u feel full but not in heavy way. Desserts were delicious and perfect finish for all the experience, wide and interesting selection. Overall it was very lovely experience and after the food it’s worth to stay at Puerto Romano to enjoy the place. Thank u

Senator Marbella Hotel is a luxurious accommodation option situated conveniently between the Golden Mile of Marbella and the city center. The hotel features an outdoor pool and two hot tubs on the rooftop, as well as Senzia Marbella Spa & Wellness offering various relaxation amenities. With modern rooms, a rooftop pool, free WiFi, and 24-hour reception, this 4-star hotel provides top-notch facilities for guests.
Title: Scenic Rooftop Views and Comfortable Stay Review: I stayed four nights at Senator Marbella Hotel and it lived up to its reputation. The room was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and quiet, with two beds—larger than I needed but comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the mountain and surrounding city. I enjoyed relaxing there one evening with a soft drink from the bar while watching the sunset. Breakfast was decent, service quick, and the staff were friendly, though English was mainly spoken at reception. Internet in the room was reliable at acceptable speed. The hotel is within walking distance of the promenade and about 25 minutes from the old town. My only suggestion is that the hotel provide clearer information at check-in about amenities such as the fitness room, dining area, pool, and Wi-Fi, since I had to ask about these later. Despite that, my overall stay was very pleasant, and I would happily return.

Lovely hotel, very central. The pool area is beautiful and the view from the top floor is second to none. The staff are lovely and welcoming, very nice spacious rooms (we booked two twin beds and they were pretty much the size of two doubles)! It was spotlessly clean, the reception area is decorated beautifully, there is a spa but we didn't have time to go while we were there so I can't comment on that. There was just one unfortunate incident that occurred while we were there - a friend of mine who is vegan ordered food (a dish from the menu that was clearly labelled vegan). The lady came out and asked her if she ate meat, she replied no and that she was vegan (in Spanish). Shortly afterwards a small snack was dropped out (which she hadn't ordered - from what I gathered it was a complimentary "snack of the day") and upon eating a small piece she discovered it was meat, despite telling the lady minutes beforehand she didn't eat it. My other friend returned the dish and said "you gave my vegan friend meat" to which the lady replied "I know." The food had been dropped by a different staff member before the lady had time to inform the kitchen - I understand that these things can happen but she did not come to the table immediately upon realising, we had to send it back ourselves. She came back a while later and apologised but being honest it seemed like a bit of an afterthought - overall I felt it was a disappointing response to the mistake. Apart from this, we really enjoyed the hotel and all other aspects of it. I am also vegan and had no issues on the one occasion I ate there - just be extra careful if plant-based!

My friends and I stayed in Senator Marbella end of August 2025 and we generally had a pleasant stay. The hotel felt comfortable and safe, which we definitely appreciated. However, the main downside was the cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately, the floors were quite dirty — it was impossible to walk barefoot without noticing dust and even some random hairs on the ground. It wasn’t just the floors either; the bedsheets didn’t feel as clean as they should have, sometimes we would see random black stains in the bedsheets, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has great potential and many positive aspects, but it’s a shame the cleanliness isn’t up to standard. If they improve their cleaning services, it would make the experience so much better because everything else was genuinely great. I would definitely return to this hotel, but I hope they take cleanliness more seriously.
Dalal F — Google review
We were a family of four two adults and two children, ages 8 and 10. Unfortunately, the hotel did not mention anywhere in their booking information or any online resource that the pool is for adults only. The pool is about 5 feet (1.46 meters) deep, which makes it unsuitable for young children. This was very disappointing. Pools are typically designed with both adults and children in mind, and we naturally assumed there would be a family-friendly option, as pools are an essential activity for families traveling with kids. Unfortunately, we did not think to double-check this detail, since it’s rarely an issue at other hotels. Because of this lack of transparency, we were unable to enjoy our stay as expected. After a long 18-hour flight, dealing with unexpected changes and delays while trying to resolve this only added to our frustration. The process to review our cancellation request took too long, and in the end, the hotel refused to cancel the reservation. We would not recommend this property to families traveling with children.
Saira S — Google review
The hotel is nice but does not deserve a four star. The staff are very nice and there is good facilities like a nice pool and gym. But the rooms are underdeveloped, we had two double beds and both had very shakey legs and were really squeaky. The ac didn’t work either for a bit but to be fair the hotel fixed these two things straight away. I say the room is underdeveloped as it has older style things like desk, beds, flooring and bathroom and this is the main reason I’d say it’s not a four star. Another reason is the all u can eat buffet breakfast which was nice the first few days with fresh bread hot food scrambled eggs pancakes and lots of fresh desserts but the food stays the exact same and I ended up eating the same stuff every day for the ten days we stayed. Otherwise this hotel is nice with really nice staff great pool great location and good parking around the hotel. Overall if ur looking for a 4 star hotel give this a miss but otherwise it’s a grand nice hotel for any kinds of groups or families.

Beds were the best thing about this hotel. Though it was two, 4'6" beds pushed together, which took up nearly the whole room. Very loud pop music by the pool. So you couldn't relax to read. Not enough sun beds. Bar on the roof closed at 9.30 should be 10pm. The bathroom old with a shower over bath and a curtain. Had to ask for a non slip mat. Not spotlessly clean. Toilet was very grubby indeed. Towels old and thin. There were staff strikes while we were there. Not much choice on menu if you wanted dinner. Air conditioning difficult to set.
Rosalind M — Google review
As a family with young children, we always prioritize booking hotels with child-friendly pools. We expect quality hotels to offer pools with shallow entry areas where small children can safely play. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were unhelpful and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When we went to the pool, we discovered it was much too deep for young children—something that was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website. Because of this, we wanted to cancel our reservation and find a more suitable hotel, but management refused to accommodate our request. If you are traveling with small children, I strongly recommend looking for other hotel options. Additionally, the rooms are dated and cramped, there are no smart TVs, and the breakfast is mediocre at best. The “nearby beach” advertised by the hotel was also disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Paul S — Google review
Decidedly average hotel. Very hostile female working on the front desk, not wearing a name tag but was honestly absolutely horrible and uninformative when we checked in. Didn’t give any information to us about wifi breakfast etc so extremely unfriendly all around. Even though 3 of us on the room booking only two towel, two waters etc. hotel was clean and the best service was from the bar staff and Juan Antonio who was an excellent member of staff. All in all though would not recommend and would not stay again.

Wonderful 4-Star Stay in Marbella! Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Housekeeping was discreet and efficient, keeping everything spotless without ever disturbing the guests. Breakfast was a great value : a buffet with attentive servers who made mornings a pleasure. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was never crowded and always had enough sunbeds to relax. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel one evening and it was outstanding. Special thanks to our server Maria for her warm, professional service and to Chef Maxim for a delicious meal. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Marbella and close to the beach. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, and there’s free parking nearby (or reserved parking at the hotel if you prefer). Overall, a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. We’ve been met with nothing but smiles since we first arrived at the hotel. I have to mention a few people. Francis, you met us with a smile and great service in the hotel restaurant, which made our evening so much better - Thank you for your smiles and topnotch service! Naomal, you cleaned our room to perfection AND you always greeted us with a lovely attitude. That made our stay here so much more comfortable - Thank you! And last but certainly not least Eugenia. I did not expect our 3-year old son to make a friend during our stay in Spain - But he certainly has. You’ve made Axel feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated, in a way I’ve never seen hotel staff do before. You deserve every credit we can give you. And thank you so much for being so attentive to our son. You definitely made our stay memorable and if I have to choose one staff member we will miss when we leave the hotel, it will be you! Traveling with a 3-year old is not always easy. But you made it easy. Best wishes Axel, Klara and Emil

We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everywhere. Rooms are large, spotless, and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The beds are extremely comfortable, large and each comes with three pillows. Complimentary coffee capsules, water, and even a small bottle of wine are provided, all served with crystal glasses, which was a very nice touch. The swimming pool is spacious enough for both families and couples to enjoy. The hotel also offers a large underground parking area, which is very convenient. If I return to Malaga, I will definitely book here again.

A special call out to Eugenia, who I interacted with a few times in my 2 day stay. She was the nicest member of staff I met - always helpful and always cheery and greeting with a smile. She also made me the best white sangria I ever had - thanks Eugenia

We appreciate all the updates from the recent refurbishment. The hotel feels more comfortable and luxurious but still has a special edge. We are regular returnees to this hotel. The updates will certainly convince us to continue to do so.

Extended stay hotel
Marriott's Playa Andaluza is an upscale beach resort in Estepona, Spain, offering refined accommodations with sea views. The two- or three-bedroom apartments feature master suites, oversized soaking tubs, full kitchens, and separate living and dining areas. The resort boasts pools, a spa, and various activities such as paddleboarding, shuffleboard, chess, and beach access. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a restaurant, bar, gym, laundry facilities, and free parking.
We have stayed at this Marriott Resort quite a few times now and it never fails to impress 🇪🇸 Although it is rather pricey, the service and quality you get in return is excellent. Fantastic pool bar and the restaurant on site (Solera) is a favourite, especially fire nights. We enjoy using the grills that are available to guests and dining outside in the evening. There is a children's pool and water slide also on site, along with a spa, various courts and games (including mini golf). Private beach is also on offer with loungers. The apartments are fantastic if you want to self-cater and they have all the facilities you could wish for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El Marriott is an excellent hotel—clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. Everything about the facilities and rooms was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the service at the front desk needs improvement. Ms. Mandy, in particular, was not professional and could benefit from proper customer service training. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its overall quality and comfort.
Asma L — Google review
My daughter gifted us a holiday here for 5 nights. We stayed in a 2bd apartment w full kitchen, washer/dryer and fantastic terrace looking to the sea. The beds were Marriott comfort except the huge hard pillows-but no complaints. We enjoyed the indoor pool & jacuzzis w the rain. The outdoor pool had lounge chairs available which is a premium for busy resorts. While there the crazy blackout happened and I fell in the stairwell and twisted my ankle. The hotel manager & staff were fast to take care of me with a wheelchair and crutches to move around and assess that I didn’t need further treatment There is an elevator thankfully as we were on the 2nd level. We would love to return for another holiday here. We also had 90 minute massages booked 6 months out but only received 60 minutes and it was a headache for the reversal.

Our family absolutely loved this place. we stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and pools. The food at the pool bar isn’t anything special but it’s convenient. We had dinner one night at the Solera restaurant and we’re blown away by the experience. The food was absolutely incredible. We had the monk fish and shrimp bowl as well as the pork steak and they’re probably both the best I’ve ever had of either. Our kids, who are 10 years old, absolutely loved all the amenities. The football court and basketball court always seem to have something going on. The kids can play mini golf as well as ping-pong. I also reserved the padel court for the family, which the hotel recommends you do. if you’re looking for a convenient low-cost option in the area this is definitely worth a look.

The service was top notch things come in couple mins. Staff super friendly. Good at solera was very good. Lots of activities for the kids and family. Rooms were big.

We have been visiting here since 2006. The resort is lovely for small children, with a lovely kids club and play areas. There are things on offer for the older ones such as a basketball court, pádel ball and table tennis. The mini golf course is really nice too. Overall the resort is well kept with lovely gardens. The location is ok, but feels a little like a piece of paradise squashed in between less than pleasant surroundings. The beach is nice enough but not a swimming beach. Very rocky but plenty of sand for play and tanning with sun beds. There are the usual pesky beach vendors but they aren’t too bad. On site there is a single restaurant that doubles as a bar for the pool. The pools don’t generally warm up enough until well after Easter. The indoor pool is good and has several jacuzzi’s including a cold plunge. Parking is plentiful and is underground although you might not always get in the space under your own block. It’s a shame there isn’t more on offer at this resort but it’s just about enough. The apartments themselves are well furnished with plenty in the kitchen to prepare food. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator and a Nespresso machine. Also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Hapimag Marbella is a beachfront apartment hotel that offers a warm welcome to pets, making it an ideal spot for families. The hotel's location near Marbella city center allows guests to easily explore the area on foot or by renting a bike from the hotel. The property features a restaurant and bar with a terrace boasting sea views, as well as an outdoor pool. Additionally, guests can pamper themselves at the on-site spa offering massages and body treatments.
Luxury an high quality rooms with comfortable beds. Situated near the beach, with Wellness rooms, swimming pool and lovely garden I can really recommand the stay.

I've been to many Hapimags. The pool was good, the staff were friendly and it's right by the beach. My only complaint was the room. The AC was very weak, it did not actually cool the room. They sent an engineer to look at it, they checked the temperature and concluded it was ok. We had to keep the doors and windows open, which meant we were disturbed at night by the night life. Because of the heat, we had to have the windows and blackout curtains open at night. There was a light in the corridor which had a motion detector which was activated each time we whilst in bed

A really nice stay in Marbella! Close to the old city center and in the first row to the sea. I did like it even though the rooms were a bit old but the main venue, restaurant and pool are 100% renovated and in the very good condition. I would love to come back there if I might be coming back to Marbella.
Natalia T — Google review
The hotel is a bit run down. The service is okay, but say for example we called for an iron, they make you go get it, they don’t bring to your room. They charge you for everything, towels for the pool, pool cups, which we found weird but you get some of that money back. The cafeteria in front of the building is super good. Didn’t try the restaurant. The pool was nice but very small because it overlooks the beach. It’s unfortunate that they allow smoking in the balconies because for the non smokers you can’t enjoy the balcony because of it. They should have a section for the smoker and another for non smokers. We don’t need to be exposed to second hand smoke. There is parking on the premises with electric chargers (with a cost). Staff is nice, but checkout is precisely at 10:00 and they are knocking on your door.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hapimag Marbella. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach and just a short walk to the old town. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and professional. Only thing is that a few areas could use a slight refresh, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t always reliable. Still, overall a great place to relax and enjoy Marbella.
Sammyboy — Google review
The only reason for deducting a star is that the beds gave us bad backs and we had awful sleep for the entire 2 weeks. Other than that, the location is perfect, the view is stunning, the service is brilliant. The roof terrace views are so so stunning. It would be ideal if at least a shower was installed up there (separate to the ones in the toilets). Even better would be a plunge pool or an actual pool. It really is a lovely hotel and I'd be back in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the beds!
Susannah C — Google review
Bright modern hotel, by the sea, near the centre of Marbella. Good café with an outside terrace.
Chris — Google review
Great Hapimag. The apartments are spacious, well-stocked, even if not especially fancy, especially the bedrooms are pretty basic. You are on the beach and the boardwalk with plenty of restaurants and bars. It is about 20 minutes from historic Marbella, where many other restaurants and bars are. The resort has a gym, outdoor pool overlooking the beach with a bar/cafe, rooftop solarium with yoga, sauna, ping pong, pool tables, and foosball. The internet is pretty good and covers the whole resort. The restaurant is pretty good and offers very good deal, price-fix menu options for lunch. There is also a cafe/market with a little bit of everything. Anyway there is a supermarket next door and 10 minutes away by car massive shopping center, la Canada.

The Senator Banús Hotel is an exclusive adults-only retreat offering a sophisticated atmosphere and top-notch amenities. Nestled in the Costa del Sol, this upscale hotel boasts two restaurants, a piano bar, and two outdoor pools for guests to unwind. The hotel's spa is highly regarded for its quality, providing a luxurious experience for visitors seeking relaxation. Each room features a terrace with scenic garden views, adding to the overall charm of the property.
I picked this hotel because it had free parking. It was centrally located to all the places wwe were going to drive to and close to the A7 allowing us access to all our destinations easily. The rooms were large and well appointed we did not use any of the facilities so I cannot rate the spa or the pools or the restaurant Hotel has interesting exterior and interior architecture, and there is a nice little walk to a rocky beach If you walk down the road to the west, there’s a crossover and a number of very nice restaurants across the street for everything from breakfast and coffee to dinner
Fuldascout — Google review
Booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was a different one. The breakfast was very nice. They had a cute cat that would wander the grounds. My only disappointments were that it was advertised to us as adult only, but there were kids at the hotel screaming very loudly. When discussing with reception they said it was recommended adults only but this isn't what is advertised, so if you want adults only book elsewhere. Location is also very poor with terrible public transport nearby so unless you have a car (it's expensive to park at the hotel) then it's not really worth staying here as there's nothing nearby.
Melanie S — Google review
My only disappointment with this place was its location. It was tucked away just off a motorway and the amenities nearby were limited. We had to walk down the road then cross a motorway then walk a bit again to get to a selection of restaurants and shops. The beach was a slight trek too and definitely not the nicest with all the rocks and debris. But I absolutely loved the service at the hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast buffet was excellent and was always a huge choice. The quality of all the food was fantastic except for the bacon which was always frazzled like strips of leather but they were happy to cook fresh bacon at your request. There was an issue we had with something in the room but upon reporting it to reception, they resolved it very quickly and made it up to us with a bottle of Cava which was very much appreciated. The service there is excellent and I really do recommend this place highly. Jamal, Miguel and Sandro, just to mention a few names, were all super helpful and really made a difference to our stay there. Thank you.

We stayed at the Senator Banus for a week in May. The staff were excellent and the room was also very good. The breakfast was excellent and also the room service and pool cafe. IF you have a vehicle you can park easily out the front. Although its near a road the rooms are to the rear of the hotel overlooking the pool so you dont notice it.
Donna C — Google review
Rooms are clean but really need an update for a 5 star hotel. Balconies, hallways and overall is in need of some cleaning and changing and really, really old and "used". Adults only which was great. Location is HORRIBLE so I'm thinking upgrading of the hotel is a need. A rental car is desperately needed. But the staff is UNBELIEVABLY FANTASTIC.
Zohreh S — Google review
Jackhammer construction renovation by the pool, firedrill without information, bad sound isolation in room, can hear neighbours and outside door very clear. No compensation for all of this, low standard hotel, nice staff.

Wow, it's our first time at Senator Banùs Hotel with family. The staff go beyond what they have to do. Big shout out to Jabel, who couldn't do enough for us and the housekeeping. I would like to thank the morning staff in regards to breakfast and the supplying us with tea and coffee. This morning, we had to leave early, and the continental breakfast blew us away. Thanks again

Great value for the price! The aparthotel offers basic but functional rooms with a kitchenette, which is a bonus for self-catering. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seafront and local attractions. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. Overall, a practical and affordable option in Marbella.
Alfred N — Google review
The location of the hotel was amazing and we were in a room with a stunning view to the sea! We were right in front of the sea and there were lots of restaurants, bars and clubs, which allowed us to walk. The shuttle service was efficient to and from the airport. The welcoming was disappointing. We had no information unless we asked for it and we had to wait half hour for our room to be ready knowing they'd told us it would be ready when we'd get there. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned right. Something that also disappointed us a lot was the pool. It's very small, almost like a jacuzzi. So, in our opinion, this hotel is more of a 3 stars than 4. (We were also very sad about the beach. It looked dreamy on the pictures and from our balcony, but the sand is gray and the water was very dirty. So for all travellers looking for a good beach, you might want to choose another location. And we were shocked to see we weren't allowed to enter the hotel if we had sand on our feet.) But an hour later after checking-in, we received a message asking for our review and we explained what was wrong and a housekeeper immediately came to check in with us, which made us quite happy. The air condition worked well which helped with the heat and the kitchen was perfect. The breakfast was fair, had the completed buffet.
Annabelle S — Google review
To put it briefly: very good location, strategic, I would dare say, very close to the seafront, the old town and the main boulevard. if you are lucky, you can get a room with a breathtaking view. we were only half lucky, cause we got a room on the last floor, impressive view, but had to deal with the very annoying squeaky scratch-like noise of chairs being dragged on the terrace right on top us us where breakfast was served. it would start at 7 AM every morning and go well into the afternoon till the restaurant and rooftop bar closed. at some point, I slept with the balcony door open so that the sea murmur covers the squeaky noise early in the morning. to be honest, I was not really bothered by the noise coming from the construction site next to the hotel, but the damned chairs above being dragged around really got on my nerves. we told the reception, they acknowledged the problem and said they would order some rubber pads. still, we did not make a big fuss about it, sort of got used to it in the end. nevertheless, that should be dealt with one or way or the other, it spoils the overall positive experience and it's a pity. other than that, the staff was very attentive, I for one liked Francesco a lot, a radiant guy. to sum up, good holiday experience.
Paul C — Google review
The good things were the location, the amazing seaview and the breakfast, the employees from the breakfast restaurant were really nice and attentive. It’s really funny, I read the management answer to a complain regarding the noise, saying that it was quiet after 11.00 p.m., but this is so not true…The whole night there were drunk people screaming on the beach, at 4,30 every night (including weekends!)there were tractors cleaning the beach that made a terrible noise and then at 6.30-7 a.m. the noise of the constructions around the hotel were really a terror from Monday to Friday!!! I specifically asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation and nobody told me there are construction works all around the hotel… The apartments have different layouts, in some of them you can feel really claustrophobic in the bedroom, but the reception manager gave us choices. Anyway, all of them are dated, not very clean (upon our arrival there were food crumbs and lots of sand on the floors) and the air condition is only in the bedroom, which is not enough for the people sleeping in the living room. Unfortunately, none of the choices offered helped us escape from the terrible noise, so no sleep for 7 nights!
Simona P — Google review
Excellent location. Minutes walk from the beach and dozens of shops, bars and restaurants. Bright, spacious room with full kitchen facilities, balcony, excellent bathroom/shower and all kept spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful at all times. Airconditioner was almost silent and bedside USB chargers were most convenient. Brekfast was sufficient and there are vending machines in the lobby for soft drinks and snacks. Others have mentioned the elevators being small and a bit slow.  Don't be in a rush, you're on holidays after all. Amazing view from the rooftop pool. We did notice a bad smell in the bathroom a couple of times. But it wasn't persistant and cleared after an hour or so.   Nothing we bothered to report at the time. Overall, a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the Princes Playa. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
John K — Google review
This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The service was diabolical, bar closes at 17:00, no umbrellas round the pool only a shaded area where you had to move your chairs yourself and if you wanted a drink during the day you had to go down 2 flights of stairs. Not disabled friendly. Food selection sparse and hot food was cold. Cleaners cleaned room in afternoon during siesta. Shower door kept coming off hinges. Walls extremely thin and could hear everything in the rooms. Rooms and balcony small.
Julie R — Google review
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. My experience was very disappointing. The noise level was extremely high – construction work was taking place right outside my balcony from early morning until late evening, making it impossible to relax. Despite what was advertised, there was no sea view. Instead, all I could see was a noisy construction site. The hotel did not deliver what was promised in the description or the photos. For a place that claims to offer rest and comfort, it was a major letdown.

Diverhotel Dino Marbella is a charming retreat nestled in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, perfect for those seeking a laid-back getaway. This casual property boasts comfortable accommodations, some offering stunning sea views, and features delightful amenities like water slides and inviting pools. Guests can indulge in delicious meals at the buffet restaurant while enjoying family-friendly facilities such as a children's club and playground.
We had a cozy room with a nice view. The food was also good. There were no gluten-free breads or cakes, but when I asked the waiters, they showed me what I can eat. They also had some gluten-free breads or cookies in store, so I could get when I asked for. Probably the only thing bothering us was, that the hotel is far from the civilization. I mean we were far from the center of Marbella, even by bus. Plus the highway was also too close to the hotel, and there was no place to go to get a drink in the evening. At least there was a supermarket nearby, and a pharmacy we did not need, but you know, just in case. :)

I was very dissapointed with this hotel. I don't consider it offers 3* conditions. Although we announced we'll have an 8 months old baby with us, we were offered a room in the dinosaur building, which was old and very far from the one with the restaurant and the reception. And it didn't have an elevator, either, which made things complicated. But that wasn't the main issue. The furniture was old and there was a strong mold smell in the air. We asked for another room, but we encountered the same problem. After lots of discussions and the help of the tourism agency we bought the tickets from, we got a room in the reception building, which made things a lot easier for us. But the first 2 days were not nice at all. Also, the food was average to poor. I do not recommend this hotel.
Alexandra M — Google review
My advice would be if your not all inclusive or need space don't visit this hotel!. Unfortunately the rooms despite being comfortable are as small as they come and ridiculous for a family of 4 to stay in. The area is lovely and quite with a quaint beach 8 mins walk away, however should you wish to taste the Spanish cuisine there are very few places to eat and nothing to shout about, you can however grab a local bus to Marbella centre for €1.20 where you will find everything you need. The staff in the hotel are friendly the cleaner's are especially good at there job, the facilities are OK however this is a very child friendly hotel that caters more for younger children and are sometimes more safety then fun! for example no inflatables in the pool, the life gaurd follows you close without a smile which is a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately the entertainment on site really sucks! That's of course when there's entertainment most evenings the hotel is dead. If you have English children wanting to join in on clubs through out the day they won't because of the language barrier it's a very Spanish hotel. All in all you get what you pay for its cheap, friendly and clean.
Stacey V — Google review
I would not recommend this hotel to those with a young family. The hotel will charge you £180 to upgrade to a room with a balcony which is outrageous when those with young children require a balcony to dry towels etc.. 99% of the guests are Spanish and they don't mix with English guests. The beach is private, and you are charged €6 - €12 each time for a sun lounge. The walk to the beach from the hotel is very far although the beach is amazing / stunning. There is NO rep, and so you no nothing about what the area has to offer, and none of the staff offer up any information on what there is to do. The country is very very expensive, and to travel by taxi, you are looking at £20 - £25 per trip, each way. Some taxi drivers will deliberately drive the longer way, to gain more money, and they will not take five passengers within their taxi, which means larger families are stuck in the hotel, or have to have two taxis or take the bus when going out. The bus service however is great, and you can get to most places within 20 / 30 mins. I witnessed an issue where a couple with three small children missed their transfer and flight, and the hotel did nothing to support them. I had to get involved and demanded they at least fed their children who where hungry, crying and distressed. At one point my friend offered to pay for their meals, but the manager changed his mind and allowed them to eat for free, after we reminded him that most of the food would be thrown in the bin. They had to stay for another two nights which they had to pay for. The staff and mangement kept saying, "its your problem not ours". which is a very unhelpful & unprofessional service to offer guests when they are in a crisis, it was late evening, and all you they required was somone to reassure them everything is going to be okay. They only seem to bend over backwards for their fellow Spanish guests. The positives are that the rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach is stunning..If you book.... DONT SAY YOU WHERE NOT WARNED!!!

Dino Marbella is a hotel that is mostly family orientated.it is a small paradise for parents with small kids.you can make our little friends very happy by booking one of the dinosaur themed rooms.Rooms are a bit old but this didn't bother me at all if you will be patient enough to read the next lines. The hotel is very clean both inside the rooms and in the public areas. All the staff is very polite from bottom to the top and will assist you immediately with any request you might have and it feels like it really pleases them to do so because they do it with a nice smile whatever the request might be.even if the hotel is rated as a 3 star you will be surprised that the food can be rated as 4 star hotel or higher and you will be able to enjoy nice tratitional paeja along with the many delicasies they can offer. They did pretty good job with food and beverages I can say since you will see the f&b managers together with the chefs present at all times giving their best to keep the clients satisfied.Animation and activities are fun to watch and are frequent during the day and there is a different show for every night of the week (my favorite was the magic tricks show of Miguel).Bar offers all kinds of drinks and there are snacks available by the swimming pool during the time the pool is open.mini golf, ping pong and other activities are available. Please consider that all of the above are part of the all inclusive package which I particularly booked.Late checkout is possible to buy.Outside of the hotel I can say that the beach is close around 120 meters with water sports available as well as restaurants and cafeterias by the beach.Pharmacy, supermarket, souvenir shop, bus stop as well as a hospital are within the hotel's proximity.I cannot discuss the price since every tourist agency offers different package. In general it was a nice relaxing and pleasnt experience for me.Definately going to revisit someday.

Fantastic place to stay. Apartments are massive. Fab complex. Only issue was the pool bar closed while we were there which was a small bit of an inconvenience but we made it work.

We had a wonderful stay at Vasari Resort Marbella! It’s a beautiful, family-friendly place with a charming Andalusian style. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Marbella Puerto Banús, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions and beaches. The pools were fantastic for both kids and adults, and the poolside bar/café served delicious food and drinks, all made fresh onsite. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Great location as only 5 minutes from Puerto Banus walking. Great grounds but starting to look it's age a little as are the apartments. High quality finishes all-round. Duplex Penthouses are still very impressive, especially the master suite and it's terraces.

Spacious rooms & massive one, but designs are not modern but nice place to stay cause of the swimming pools around you, a great view indeed and quiet. And also in terms of service, receptionist wasn’t friendly and helpful.

Can't believe how much they charge and it it shoulder season. The best things about this place were reception staff and location. The rest was a joke. Room very shabby. Horrible smell, ji d of a cross between old smoke and mould. Kitchen utensils not properly cleaned and no tea towel in kitchen. Everything needs updating. Furniture old, stained and looks like from an open shop. We stayed as we had planned to walk to a show at the arena. Back gates were closed for weekend so we had to catch a taxi. Restaurant, bar and any food or drink options all closed for the year. None of this was mentioned when we booked. Everything felt grotty and I didn't feel comfortable touching any of the surfaces. No point in complaining we just wanted to move on and enjoy the show. We left them feedback.

After reading the brochure and after a short conversation with the receptionist, we looked at the location today. Like every year, we rent an apartment from January 1 to February 10 to get through the winter. When we arrived on our bikes, before we got off we were rudely and obstinately approached by a man in a blue suit (no, not a police officer), I think the manager, to immediately remove our bikes, immediately!! The tone and look made us decide to look further and not to book with Visari. What a nasty man! Too bad because the park is beautiful, and we know from experience that the rooms are also good. That 1 person can screw this up. So I lost this.

Feels like a hidden gem in Marbella. It’s calm, super clean, beautifully maintained with trimmed trees and gardens, and close to everything you need. It honestly feels like home — and for many reasons, it kinda is. Truly the best.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, location is perfect only a short walk into puerto banus! Pool is perfect size and plenty of beds and space. Apartments are very big and the views are perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Puerto Banús is a charming town on the Malaga coast, offering a wonderful climate, beautiful beaches, and excellent sports facilities. The iconic marina attracts some of the world's largest and most luxurious yachts each year. Surrounded by exclusive developments, it features a select leisure area with high-end restaurants, shops offering major international fashion brands, and luxury items.
Just speechless. Everything a vacay place can offer. From beaches to clubs. From shopping to restaurants.. an amazing place to have a leisurely holiday…
Shukan K — Google review
Puerto Banús in Marbella is certainly a destination that catches the eye, boasting a picturesque marina brimming with impressive, large yachts. It's a place where luxury is on full display, with numerous fancy shops offering high-end goods. While the scenery is pleasant for a stroll, you noted that the bars tend to be overpriced, making it perhaps less appealing for a prolonged stay. It seems Puerto Banús is more of a place to "pass by" and experience the opulent atmosphere rather than a spot for someone who prefers the charm of traditional, authentic Spain.

Title: Puerto Banús Beach – Calm, Clean, and Sunset Perfect Review: I visited Puerto Banús Beach twice in the past few days—once in the morning and once in the late afternoon, staying until sunset. Both times were rewarding in their own way. The weather was clear, the air fresh, and the beach pleasantly uncrowded. The water was clean and calm, with no heavy waves, making it safe for both children and adults. The sand was soft and well-kept, perfect for relaxation. What makes the setting unforgettable is the view of La Concha mountain and the striking La Victoria statue standing tall over the shoreline. The late afternoon visit was especially magical, as the sun dipped behind La Concha to the west, casting the beach into shade while the sky glowed in warm colors. The atmosphere was peaceful—no loud music, just people quietly enjoying the sea. Although the beach itself is free, there are beachfront restaurants and kiosks offering food, drinks, and sunbeds for rent. A word of caution: Banús Beach Club is located right on the beach and charges an entry fee, but it is not the only access point. The public beach is open and free. Puerto Banús may be known for its luxury marina, yachts, and nightlife, but this beach offers a calmer side of Marbella’s glamour. A perfect place to unwind, especially if you stay to watch the sun slip behind La Concha.

Nice place to spend an afternoon shopping the high-end stores. Good restaurant options. Just consider that everything is over-priced because of the location and concept. Great place to see luxury and super sports cars.

Fancy place, fancy cars, fancy stores. Overall it is a very lively place, lots of parties, night life seems very interesting.
Vanja S — Google review
Visiting Puerto Banús is an experience that perfectly captures the glamour and luxury lifestyle for which Marbella is famous. Located just a short drive from the old town, Puerto Banús is both a marina and a social hub, combining designer shopping, fine dining, nightlife, and stunning views of the Mediterranean. The first impression is breathtaking: a harbor filled with some of the world’s most impressive yachts, surrounded by palm trees, luxury boutiques, and lively cafés. Walking along the marina feels like stepping into a glamorous postcard – with high-end brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Rolex all lining the promenade. It’s the perfect spot for luxury shopping or simply people-watching in one of the chic cafés. Dining in Puerto Banús offers plenty of variety, from fine-dining restaurants to casual tapas bars with views of the water. Whether enjoying seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, or international dishes, the atmosphere is always vibrant. In the evening, the area comes alive with stylish bars and nightclubs, making it a top destination for nightlife in Marbella. While Puerto Banús is well known for its luxury, it is also enjoyable for a casual stroll. Watching the sunset over the marina or enjoying an ice cream while admiring the yachts is just as rewarding as dining in one of the exclusive restaurants. The nearby beaches also offer a more relaxed way to enjoy the area. It’s true that Puerto Banús can be busy and prices are higher than other parts of Marbella, but this is part of the experience. It’s not just a marina – it’s a symbol of the Marbella lifestyle. For anyone visiting the Costa del Sol, Puerto Banús is a must-see. Whether for shopping, dining, nightlife, or simply soaking up the glamorous atmosphere, it leaves a lasting impression. Rating: 5/5

Hotel Restaurante Baviera is a charming 3-star hotel located in the heart of Marbella, just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town and Costa del Sol's finest beaches. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with balconies, a restaurant, and a sidewalk terrace. Renovated in 2009, it provides all the facilities typical of an urban hotel. Guests have praised its excellent location, service, and rooms. Some have suggested that the hotel double-check all outlets for functionality.
The location, service, and rooms were excellent. We were able to check in a couple of hours early, and that is always very much appreciated. It is a very short walk from the beach and many good restaurants. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would choose to stay here again. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to double check all outlets as one in our room, at the desk, did not appear to be working. This did not affect our experience but it could be a problem for anyone here on business.

I would of rate it 3 stars, but because of Nicoleta from the front desk, Who by the way is the Best ❗️, you get five. And also, you need to put toilet brushes în the bathrooms. I know about your policy, but it's not ok. Nicoleta gets 5 stars ❗️

Despite arriving at 2am, the young man at reception was very courteous and patient with me. I really liked my room. The balcony was nice, but the view across the way was of apartments. The taxi rank right outside the hotel was a big plus. This came in handy for me to get a taxi to a family wedding. The big plus for me was the hotel being close to shops, restaurants and (especially) the beach. This was a very nice introduction to Spain 🇪🇸. I will consider the hotel should there be another visit in the future.

Overall, the hotel was really great. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach and the old town. As well as many local restaurants. Staff was super nice and inviting and the room was modest, but very clean and comfy. The only negative thing is that you can hear the people above you walking. But that didn’t affect our mood during the stay.

Hotel has great potential but sadly it's a 3 star. We couldn't get a king size , not sure if they offer any so this was not comfortable to sleep with as couples.. Hotel is old , seem like early 70s , cracks in the walls , old wooden floor . TV is set for Spanish , small one not up to par for today's standard size and functional. No place to put your toiletry in the bathroom though there is space to put a side table or holder. We saw and felt insect's in our rooms , flying and sitting in our face and ears ... Couldn't sleep while night. Receoiess so kind as to invite us for free breakfast. It's cheap and affordable based on today's market price but I wish they would improve and charge more .

We booked a room at the hotel from Monday to Thursday and the service was outstanding. We arrived on Sunday after a tiring day in which our airline flew without us and lost our luggage, when we got to the hotel we told them what happened and they immediately came to our aid, they called the airline, the baggage services and everyone needed so that we could get the luggage. The luggage arrived on Wednesday morning, thanks only to them. Amazing service clean rooms, perfect location, close to the beach, shopping center and restaurants . I'll definitely go back

Amare Beach Club Marbella is a luxurious beach club located in an exclusive area of Marbella. The club offers a stunning swimming pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea and hosts guest DJs, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Guests can relax on comfortable beds by the sea, enjoy refreshing drinks and indulge in haute cuisine dishes. With live music and relaxing massages available, it's the perfect place to unwind. In the evenings, the beach club transforms into a lively party venue with beach parties featuring DJs.
We had a lovely time at Amare Beach Club. Our room was bright, clean, well air-conditioned, with a stunning balcony view looking out over the ocean. The hotel has just about anything and everything you could need — both the hotel and beach restaurant are excellent with different menus and a wide array of food and drinks to pick from. We really enjoyed the espresso martinis here (and the cup they came in too), as well as the view from the rooftop cocktail bar. That being said, it’s in a great location and very walkable so it’s worth leaving the hotel at least once to have a dinner somewhere local like Paladar Taberna. It’s also very close to a nice pier that you can stroll down to see the sunset and people watch. All the staff, from the front desk to those working by the pool and cleaning the rooms, were friendly and gracious, ensuring that we had everything we needed at all times. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy the sun with a good book, this is your little slice of paradise!

Authentic Paella by the Sea – A Must-Try in Marbella! I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly delicious, authentic Paella at a beach club in Marbella – and it was everything I hoped for. The rice was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and generously topped with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere right by the sea made the experience even more special – relaxing, stylish, and truly Mediterranean. What really stood out was the attentive and friendly service – the staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re in Marbella and craving real Spanish Paella with a view, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I went twice and absolutely loved it the first day. On the second day the server wasn't quite as attentive - we got no stand for our bags, no serviettes and had to find another waiter to take our drinks order as we wouldn't find her. Food is gorgeous though and the atmosphere is great with a man playing electric violin along to the dj. Beautiful spot on the beach too.

The only good things I can say about this restaurant- good location and friendly staff. If you want to be charged for top water, please visit this place. Tiny portions without sides. My dorado was 50g piece of tale. 3 tiny circles of potato and 3 mini shrimps. Bread with olive oil was ordered and was in the bill but we never saw it or eat it. I wish I could give better review

AluaSun Marbella Park is a well-appointed hotel located in a prime area of Marbella, offering bright and comfortable rooms. The hotel boasts various amenities including dining options, bars, a water park, tennis court, and multiple pools. Visitors can take advantage of the warm and sunny climate to engage in outdoor activities such as hiking in Sierra de las Nieves or enjoying water sports along the Costa del Sol during the high season from June to September.
We had a great time staying here. Rooms were clean and fine for the limited time we spent in them. Pool and slides were good. Entertainment staff were fantastic, as were the evening shows. Good minibus service to beach, which although busy, was lovely and clean. Only reason for marking down the service was the incredibly slow service at the outside bar. Even returning cups for tokens took forever!!

I have come on this holiday with me 2 friends. Whilst enjoying the entertainment in the evening. We have SEVERAL people looking at us funny. Telling us to be quiet because we were laughing. It is full of old people so if you’re young and looking for fun don’t come here. Everyone is in the older generation and don’t know how to have a laugh! The hotel itself lovely, entertainment is so good and the team is amazing. Bar staff are so lovely and friendly. The food is lovely. But just pre warning those young people who want to have fun, you will be judged by the other people attending. Most people are old and sad.

Lovely, clean, comfy beds, very friendly, microwave in restaurant helped warm plates & re heat soup. Food delicious, great theme nights both in restaurant & on stage. Adult pool too small for proper swimming, beach a bit hazardous to get to, shuttle bus didn't go till 11am A bus pass from any tobacconist is cheaper than paying on the bus....at Marbella terminal for return u have to buy a ticket from the office unless you have a pre paid bus pass. The token system for getting a drink is good it saves on plastic waste & litter. The only complaint is we arrived very late & very tired & no-one to show us to our room, it was too dark to see the tiny numbers near the ground & no-one we asked could help, after 20 mins of walking around a cleaner lady helped us.....not a good start to a lovely holiday!!!!!

Certainly not a four star hotel ..room clean but basic .Cigarettes thrown over the balcony onto the roof which is disgusting.Reception staff pleasant enough when we needed to speak with them.Cleaner very pleasant and helpful when shower flooded into our bedroom and her english very good compared to most .Tour operator in hotel completely refused to speak English so a loss to the company as we would have booked !!! Food never warm except for morning omelettes so we had food elsewhere at dinner time ..hotel operates day passes also for the pools which become very overcrowded so I didn't use .. security guard stands at the line for drinks!!! thankfully we where not all inclusive and did not need to queue for drinks. Overall my last visit to Spain most definitely with the reason being not being comfortable in my surroundings on the island from start to finish of our four day trip.

I read conflicting reviews about the hotel. I was anxious before arrival. I needn't have worried. I think it is amazing. The staff are so nice. The food is great. The entertainment is very very good. All the entertainment staff are so talented. The pools and slides are for all ages and excellent. I personally loved that the hotel attracted a lot of Spanish people. To hear the natives voices was lovely. The Spanish guests were so nice. There are still other nationalities there though. I would definitely book again. I am a seasoned traveller for over 40 years. Trust me?

When we first arrived we got put in a hotel room at the back of the hotel which we were over looking Notting but bushes and trees even though there was better rooms available. Food is cold and horrible my cousin used the drink dispenser to get a glass of Coke and a nest of ants fell into her drink. We lifted up the towels of the ground in the hotel room and there was ants everywhere. The entertainment at night time is good but the speakers are way to loud that you can’t even have a conversation (can’t be good for children’s ears) Staff are rude and don’t even make conversation The only good thing about this hotel was the sheets seemed to be cleaned everyday and fresh towels The all inclusive seems to be a scam cause you can only get a certain amount of things can’t even get a bag of popcorn or icecream! The pool is also a scam it is not that big in person at all it’s only half the size of it
Jemma E — Google review
recently stayed at AluaSun Marbella Park and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The accommodation feels dated and could definitely use some updating. The pool area is often overcrowded, making it hard to relax. One major downside is their drink token policy — each person is only given one token, and you cannot get a drink without it. If you forget your token, you’re simply out of luck, which is quite frustrating. The location is fairly isolated, although Nikki Beach nearby is a nice spot to visit. Another letdown was the room itself — there was no tea, coffee, or kettle provided, which felt quite basic. We arrived late and, despite our delayed flight, were not even given a complimentary bottle of water in the room; instead, they asked us to pay for it. The restaurant was crowded and chaotic, almost like a cattle market, which made dining an unpleasant experience. The food was very standard and rather boring. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2-star than what you’d expect in this region. I would not choose to stay here again.
Sarah B — Google review
If you’re looking for a touch of class or luxury, this is not the place. It’s loud all day long, good for keeping kids entertained. The rooms are really basic, I’m not sure how this is a 4*, a 3* is being generous. Nothing is clean and it is also literally on the motorway. The staff aren’t friendly, they do their job but it’s rarely with a smile. Food is okay, a range to choose from but often cold. Overall it’s not worth what we paid and I wouldn’t come back.

We stayed for 8 days and I unfortunately cant recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room which faced the driveway, so there was a lot of noise. When we wanted to change rooms they offered us one that still half way faced the driveway, so there was no noise difference. Also the mattress is too soft and the pillows very high, which we also complained about and they gave us smaller pillows and flipped the mattress which helped, but the mattress itself / pillows smelled of mold. So that combination of noise when ventilating and mold when windows are shut was really bad. Food was average, ok for the price. Fresh orange juice machine was nondrinkable as there was too much bitter orange peel. The queue for scrambled eggs in the morning was really frustrating, would prefer just having them ready in a serving pot as everywhere else, as you could spend 15 minutes just in the queue as they made eggs for each guest individually. Overall this hotel has a bad management, all these faults are easily changeable / noticable. There was only one really nice, professional server, i think her name was Ema, which helped a little and i thank her for that. The other servers were grabbing plates from your table when you still ate, didnt speak english at all and only cared about if you have a paper card for breakfasts rather than refilling the food. If we stayed for shorter, my frustration wouldnt be as big. The reception always somehow tried to amend the situation, but they wouldnt make a real difference - change the moldy mattresses or change the room for a not noisy one. Also I really did research the hotel based on reviews and faqs, where the hotel (in booking faqs) specifically said they have NO rooms facing the driveway, which is a lie. The pools are cold, tried them the first day and didnt came back. The only good thing is that the beach nearby was the most comfortable for us with a 5 year old as it was very shallow for long and it had a shower (wc was only in the restaurant, which also had magnum almond for sale). We tried beaches next to puerto banus (no showers off season) and benamaldena (ok but steep enter to the sea).

We had a fantastic stay at Ona Alanda Club Marbella, thanks in large part to the amazing animation team – Eli, Anna, and Ana. Their energy, creativity, and dedication made the holiday truly special for both adults and children. Every day was filled with fun activities, laughter, and unforgettable moments. For the kids, it was nothing short of magical. From exciting games to themed evenings and creative workshops, Eli, Anna, and Anne made sure the children were entertained, engaged, and always smiling. Their warmth and genuine care created a safe and joyful environment where the kids made new friends and beautiful memories. Thanks to this incredible team, our stay was more than just a holiday – it was an experience we will always cherish. We’re seriously considering coming back, especially if we know that the same amazing trio will be there again.

I stayed here for a bachelorette getaway with friends in April 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Ants were found in the bed upon arrival. Although the staff provided clean bedsheets, they refused to change them for us. When we changed the bedding ourselves, we discovered a used condom wrapper under the bed. We asked for the room to be cleaned again. Later, after spending the day at the pool and beach, we discovered that money had been taken from a wallet left in the living room. While it wasn't a large amount, it was definitely stolen. No one took responsibility, and nothing was done to resolve the situation. On a positive note, the lady at reception was kind and understanding, but overall, the management showed a serious lack of accountability. The rooms are really spacious and I would have been happy with the apartment if they have cleaned it without stealing. The service at the bar and restaurant was a bit slow.

Stayed at Ona Alanda Club Marbella for a week and honestly, it was a lovely spot for a proper switch-off. The apartment was massive, had everything you’d need, full kitchen, washer, even a balcony to catch the evening sun. Bit of the décor felt like it was from a few years back, but it was spotless and well looked after, so no real complaints there. The staff were cracking, friendly, always up for a chat, and sorted things quickly when asked. Pools were great, especially the heated indoor one when the weather dipped. Location-wise, you’re just a stroll from the beach and close to shops, so dead handy. All in all, not perfect, but a proper good stay.

We stayed here last month and very much so recommend the place for anyone considering it. There was two of us in a one bedroom apartment in the Valladolid block, room no. 64 for 5 nights. The hotel itself was clean and spacious with a charming rustic feel, the bar provided excellent options (if service was slightly slow) and breakfast had an impressive selection to choose from each morning. Our apartment was spacious and perfectly fit for purpose. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the washing machine meant that we didn't have to come home to mountains of laundry. The staff were always smiley and polite, and the hotel itself was walking distance to Nikki beach. To anyone considering stay here, I say go for it. And I also recommend dinner at Chiringuito's Los Tonys on the seafront, or Bellaluna directly across the street from the hotel.

The hotel is truly worth recommending, I’m incredibly happy that we chose to stay there. First of all, and most importantly for us, it’s very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The gardens are stunning, and the hotel itself is very modern and beautifully designed. Another highlight was the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious. There’s a menu, but also a buffet, and we enjoyed literally everything. Breakfast is served outdoors in a beautiful setting with a view, it’s simply amazing. We also had lunch there, which was really tasty. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, both in the restaurant and in the lobby. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a perfectly cleaned room anywhere before too. In the evening, the room is prepared for sleep with a little chocolate on the pillow, a very premium touch. We also used the beach club, which was booked for us by email. It was free of charge for hotel guests, and that was another great experience! Overall, we only stayed at the hotel for two days, but we enjoyed many of its amenities, and we can recommend this place 100%. It’s a top-level hotel that offers peace, relaxation, and the highest standard.

We stayed at the Gran Marbella Resort and Beach hotel located in Elviria, just 10km out the road towards Malaga. We stayed Wednesday 24th to Saturday 27th September. Gran Marbella Hotel & Beach Resort in Elviria, just 10km from Marbella’s old town, is a pristine and outstanding property that truly delivers a luxury experience. The hotel is set only 300 metres from the beaches and beach clubs, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation by the pool and days by the sea. From the moment you arrive, the service stands out – the staff are exceptional in every interaction. A glass of cava awaits in reception, setting the tone for a high-class yet welcoming stay. The rooms are immaculate and well thought out. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony: the bed was enormous and supremely comfortable, the bathroom spacious with his-and-hers sinks, a separate toilet with bidet, and a superb walk-in shower featuring both a rainfall overhead and a handheld option. The only drawback was the lack of drawers for clothing, but otherwise the room was flawless. Facilities are second to none. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, all complemented by free beach towels and a pool bar. From the pool, you can directly access the beach and the connected Amu Beach Resort. Loungers there are free to reserve, and food and drink service makes it effortless to spend the day seaside. Breakfast deserves special mention – a wide array of local and international choices, with very good gluten-free options as well. As for location, we knew we’d need taxis to reach Marbella centre. The ride takes 10–15 minutes, costing about €20 each way. Taxis ordered by the hotel always arrived faster than those requested via apps like Cabify or Uber, usually within 5 minutes. Overall, Gran Marbella Hotel & Beach Resort offers a near-perfect balance of relaxation, luxury, and service. With outstanding facilities, exceptional staff, and excellent food, it’s a place we’ll definitely be returning to. One final thing which made life easier for us was the use of a complimentary room after check-out. We checked out at 12pm but the hotel gave us use of the pool and facilities along with a complimentary room for 30 minutes at 230pm to allow us to shower before our taxi back to the airport. for our 5pm flight. For a married couple with with two young boys (left at home to go to school with the grandparents!) we almost forgot we had children such was the quality of this 3 day experience 😃 We will be back

If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury with warm, attentive hospitality, this is definitely it. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

It is a nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, however service and staff could defiantly improve. In the mornings during breakfast, you can hear the staff blowing leaves or cleaning and there is no music to smooth out the sound. There is also no music by the second pool. They told us we need to book the beach sunbeds, and we did, they said there will be staff at the door helping and there were not, and then when we found our way to the beach, we realized, after a while, that the beach club working with the hotel has a different name than the hotel, which the hotel staff never mentioned. half an hour after we got our room, a lady knocked and gave us a printed welcome letter(?) and put two very small chocolates in my hands, which could easily have been put inside the room before us arriving. details like this can really be improved. location is a bit far from ports and center marbella and you'll end up taking taxi a lot. shower, bathroom beds and pool was nice, breakfast was good.

The perfect place for relax. The hotel has everything you might need: nice pools, a great beach, delicious food, and a fantastic pool. Juanho, made us feel like at home from the start. Special mention also to Vincent at the bar and all staff in general. Definitely a luxury experience worth repeating.

My stay was truly wonderful. At the reception, Maria José and Sarah were so welcoming and helpful that I felt at home. Manuel, Aibek, and the rest of the team were always smiling and attentive. Some of the pool staff could improve in responsiveness and helpfulness, but on the beach, Naizor stood out as excellent and very efficient – I wish him all the best. I will definitely return for many years to come if the service continues at this level or even better.

Excellent property. Front Desk staff specially Sara, outstanding. Rooms clean and well kept. The grounds are gorgeous. 3 pools as well. Pool service could use a bit of improvement but all in all highly recommend.

Vime La Reserva de Marbella is a relaxed hotel with various amenities such as a restaurant, sauna, and gym, along with indoor and outdoor pools. The warm and sunny climate of Marbella makes it ideal for year-round outdoor activities like hiking in Sierra de las Nieves or water sports along the Costa del Sol during high season. In cooler months, options include mountain biking or horse riding.
We went for a meal. we were seated at a nice table outside. The servers were very pleasant and accommodating. The food was lovely. My grandson and son thought the prawns were divine and exceeded their expectations. The cocktails are also very good. I had the cod fish fritters .. also very nice. We all had pasta dishes for main which again very nice. Definitely recommend.. they have plans to revisit

Currently staying at VIME, we dined at the restaurant twice today and on each occasion the food was superb, staff are excellent and very friendly and the price was also fantastic. If you are staying here give the restaurant a go, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, calm place, ideal for families as well. Two clean pools, a nice restaurant, good facilities. It was a nice experience that live music was presented at the pool for a few afternoons. Perfect chill-out here :-)
Krisztina H — Google review
The room was very stuffy and humid even though the weather wasn’t warm. No bottles of water available at reception and minibar was empty. Keycards for rooms and gym etc often didn’t work. My colleague got food poisoning from the breakfast. The hotel is quite noisy, I got woken up every morning around 7am by staff that was chatting in front of my door.

Very disappointing stay. Had to be moved room twice due to downstairs bathroom not being fit for purpose - you couldn’t sit on the toilet due to it being too close to the wall. Apparently it’s the same on all apartments but photos on here don’t show the bathroom. The bed room didn’t have air con it only had a ceiling fan that was just circulating warm air. The walls were damaged and the whole place needed a proper clean and revamp. When we moved to room 2 the bathroom was better but again the Air Con in the main living area didn’t work. There was also no separation between the bathroom and bedroom 1 meaning every morning at 4am the sun came beaming in - there was no blind or shutter to control this. Again it needed a serious revamp - furniture was old and dirty. The pool was nice but sun beds damaged. The food was excellent. Sadly my main complaint was how the reception staff dealt with issues. We where asked to pay €40 cash for our towels we paid this on day 1 and where told we would get it back on the last day - we returned the towels to be told without a receipt we couldn’t get our €40 back. We where given a piece of paper with the towels which was apparently a receipt we where not told to keep this - surely giving back their branded towels was evidence enough that we had paid for the towels to begin with. They were extremely defensive over this and began raising their voice and showed no care at all! The most frustrating part of this was it was the same member of staff was the one that took the cash. He explained he should have a part of the receipt as well that he didn’t have.. so he had lost his as well? After much back and forth and refusing to check the system and room for our deposit we had to leave. A really disappointing end to our holiday - I can get over the €40 but how we were spoken to and made out to be lying was unacceptable. Think twice before staying here.

Lovely apartment with all amenities Swimming pool , gym, and indoor heated pool. Local shops just a few minutes away. Very clean hotel and lovely staff All utensils are available at the apartment. Near all the beaches would recommend renting a car.
Faiza K — Google review
As with previous reviews I have read for this hotel I would say that the apartment was a bit tired looking. The pipes also made noises when the water was turned on. However, the thing that really let down this hotel was the room cleaning services. It seems that this has been outsources so probably the route cause of the problems on top of the management who did not really care that we had problems all week. The cleaners visited every other day and on most days did the basics with floors still looking dusty after their visit and on all occasions we had problems with the towels not being replaced correctly. We had to go to the hotel reception every time the cleaners had been to get missing towels, replace the hand towels for bath towels or on one occasion replace the dirty towel left for a clean one. Also, we were staying for 10 days and after a week we had to ask for our sheets to be changed. I do not think they were intending on changing the sheets for the whole visit. On top of everything the kids were even told off by the cleaners for using the the tap outside the apartment to wash their feet after coming back from the beach (we assumed that the tap was put their for that purpose). Facilities outside the apartment were ok and location was good for us as we had hired a car.

Ona Marbella Inn is a laid-back hotel located in the heart of Marbella, offering unfussy accommodations with some rooms featuring kitchenettes and balconies with sea views. The hotel also has a bar/cafe, rooftop pool, sun terrace, and a golf course. Its central location allows easy access to top attractions such as Plaza de los Naranjos and La Venus Beach without the need for transportation.
An excellent stay. The hotel is very centrally located with all amenities within walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. There is a amazing pool on the rooftop with a beautiful view. Further offers this hotel plenty of facilities. The breakfast is very variable and international. We had a very great guest expierence, because the staff is very friendly and helpful. They take very good care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special compliments to Ruben for his incredible efforts. We will remember our stay there with a great feeling and truly recommend this hotel ti others.

I had a fantastic stay at Ona Marbella Inn. It’s truly great value for money — the quality you get for the price is impressive. The location is absolutely amazing, just a short walk from the old town, beach, and plenty of restaurants. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place in Marbella without breaking the bank, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Basic but pleasant. We arrived a couple hours before check-in hoping for a early access to our room but was told it wasn't available until 4pm. We left our luggage at the hotel and went for a drink locally to pass time, managed to Whatsapp Ona and ask for an early check-in which they granted at a cost of 20 euros. Headed back to reception where the chap who originally said no rooms were available was expecting us with not only an early check-in but a room upgrade, 20 euros well spent. The hotel is very basic but we just wanted somewhere to stay, we did try breakfast one morning but would advise going out for breakfast, it was literally just scrambled eggs and beans. Staff are friendly, communal areas all clean and tidy, rooms clean and tidy, good air con, maids on the ball with clean towels. Great budget hotel, Had a pleasant stay.

We just got back from a week at the Ona Marbella, and what a brilliant time we had. The hotel itself is lovely—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect spot just a short walk from the beach. But let's be honest, the real star of the show was the entertainment. It was in a league of its own. The entertainment team were fantastic, full of energy and genuinely great people. From the daytime activities to the incredible evening shows, everything was top-notch. The tribute acts, in particular, were brilliant. They created a buzzing, fun atmosphere every night without it ever feeling cheesy. It's safe to say they made our holiday. We're already planning our return!

The hotel’s reception and common areas feel quite dated, and the staff came across as unmotivated and disengaged. I stayed for just one night while traveling for work, and unfortunately, the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in a long time. On the positive side, the rooms have been renovated are comfortable. In terms of location, quick 6min walk to the beach, the port and an immense amount of restaurants.

This is a decent hotel with very friendly staf. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a make over. For example the ceiling of my room was a bit cracked. The pool on the rooftop is very nice. The staff constantly checks the quillity of the water which is good. The view from the rooftop was awesome. If you're looking for a decent hotel with a decent price for in Marbella, I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Marbella. Good location close to the city center and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't really like was the quality of the mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty. They have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. Overall, we would recommend Ona Marbella Inn.

That is a brilliant one hotel. Booking directly available and cheap. Weak area is luggage keeping cause you don't get a checking stick. Lifts are normal but it's not a 5star Hayatt. Hall are amazing and better than in other hotels - fair enough space, the lightnings, all seems original and perfect. Rooms opens with card👍 Rooms are big and has a balcony. Lot of bath things inside. Breakfast included👍

Central and quiet hotel with kind staff and clean rooms Location Very central, close to the old town, yet in a quiet area. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Staff Overall very kind and welcoming. At breakfast, service was a bit slow as tables were not cleared quickly enough for the flow of arriving guests. Room Spacious, very clean, with a great view. The bathroom was also large and spotless. Facilities The pool area is small but a nice extra feature. Breakfast Good breakfast with a nice variety, served in a pleasant dining room. Overall Stayed for one night and had a good experience. It left me curious how the stay would feel over several days.

Very expensive for a 3 star hotel. The furniture is very old, the bathroom utilities same. I rate location 5 stars but the hotel 2 stars. 280 euro per night for this hotel is crazy. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Stayed here only for two days this time, last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever, very clean with plenty of space, good storage areas, clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table, chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels, fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus. The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class, best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all, such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue, many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas. We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.

Guadalpin Suites in Marbella offers spacious and modern apartments with private terraces boasting sea and pool views. The decor is soothing in cream tones, and the apartments feature 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV. The property provides quick access to Playa de La Fontanilla and is conveniently located near Puerto Banus Marina and Alameda City-Center Park.
Stayed there for a week! Breakfast was lovely, each day you could choose what to get and then on the side you could get fruit and other pastries and breakfast stuff! Pool was lovely and big no crowds, was open from 11:00 - 20:00. Rooms were extremely lovely and clean. Favourite thing about the place was the balcony and the staff. Also recommend renting a bicycle, 12 euros for a full day! Also wasn’t too many kids there and generally a nice quiet place.

The location of the hotel is good also you can get a public transport from 3 minutes walking distance. We booked that hotel through Booking.com believe that it was 4 stars hotel however it was far from that, first of all if you are a lady and use a separate towel for your hair forget that once you’re staying there, the staff left only one towel for each guest and if you ask extra towel they charge for that, also they don’t change the towel every day, unless you pay extra for that. This hotel has a work system like hostel or cheap hotel near to the highway, they ask deposit and once you are living they left you waiting in the reception for a while until the staff verify the hotel room also if you use the kitchen be careful for don’t use the salt or other basic staff, they overcharge everything. If you are morning person, like to wake up and swim in the pool forget that, you are only allowed to use the pool after 11 am also if you are thirsty at the pool you pay 3 euros for a little bottle of water, basically everything in this hotel has a extra charge. I would say that the price of this hotel remains 4 stars but the staying is an experience in a 1 star hotel.

Poorly maintained building: you arrive outside to very large, dirty, dust-covered windows and a dirty red entrance carpet with the glass broken on the front revolving door and then taped up. €10 for a plate of chips poor quality chips. The lunch/dinner food is average at best, but they charge the same as a quality restaurant. It's a good 3-star, but it's very dated and has poorly maintained common areas. They have purchased the hotel sunbeds from Lidl next door, as they are the cheapest money can buy and bend in the middle even though I am not fat. The towels were also from Lidl, as they are small worn-out and many years old and don't give you a 4-star feeling. It feels like they are penny-pinching on everything, including the food quality, portions, towels, and sunbeds. They want 4* prices for 3* food. Also, rooms were a nice size with a lovely balcony and good-quality rooms, but they were also not clean; we had black feet all week walking on bedroom floors and we noticed cleaners not using bleach and using dirty mops. We were told upon arrival: "You only get one towel per day," and this towel is a small, faded, cheap, years-old, poor-quality Lidl towel they should have dumped years ago. The restaurant has average-quality food and is way overpriced, but the staff in the restaurant are nice, especially the older gentleman. The restaurant is never busy, as it's a rip-off for the quality-to-price. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. It was previously a 4-star, but now it is dated and poorly maintained. The lifts are also dirty and not properly cleaned even though there are loads of cleaners around daily who do a good job cleaning the rooms. The lifeguard is never at the pool and spends the day inside talking to the bar staff. The staff at reception are not rude and are always professional, but they are not at all friendly or welcoming when you arrive. The poor has no atmosphere; some days music is on and some not and when it is on, you can hardly hear it. It's not a bad place, but it's definitely not a 4-star and has some good and bad points!

The hotel itself is in a great location, a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute drive from porta banus. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean and the showers have great water pressure, they also have very spacious balconies. You can rent bikes and electric scooters at reception.

Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded 🙄. To be honest from the 'tone' from the asian lady doing the check in, I'm not surprised. Update. Deposit now refunded, except I did not get the full amount: paid 200 and received 172,30 = the establishment stole 27,70. Keep that in mind when thinking you have a deal. There is another company offering similar suites in the same building. It's called 'Guadalpin Boutique'. Next time I book there instead.
Henrik — Google review
The building's garage is under renovation and is using extremely toxic materials ... the fumes were intolerable in the hallways, elevators and rooms -- even on the 4th floor with a huge terrace. When we checked in we were assured the smell/fumes were not upstairs in the rooms. They obviously had not gone upstairs to verify the facts.
Vicky L — Google review
A great location with easy walks to the beach, old Marbella and Puerto Banús. There are plenty of locals shops and cafés near by and access by public transport to the area or Malaga is very easy. A beautiful swimming pool area that gets the sun all day. The staff were all very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
Daniel K — Google review
At 100eur per day, it is really good value. At 200 per day, not so much. Apartments are comfortable with kitchen, laundry, HUGE balcony that's great if the weather and view are good. Free Street Parking is generally easy to get, although the side roads are now barricades, so IF the spots near the apartment are taken, you have to go a bit further. 2 big grocery stores are 5 mins walk. Beach with lovely walk and restaurants are a 10 min walk. 5 min drive on and off the highway, right between Marbella and puerto banus, so perfect if you're stuck deciding between those 2.

Ordered a Nutella crepe, iced latte, and mango smoothie. Nutella crepe wasn’t very good as the crepe wasn’t homemade and the chocolate wasn’t even Nutella, so wouldn’t recommend getting a crepe from here. I would recommend getting the mango smoothie made with milk though— tasted so so amazing. The iced coffee was nice and strong. Service was great and quick! The atmosphere outside was lovely and very comfortable. Would recommend visiting for a quick drink and chat.

This is an unpretentious hotel with basic amenities. The good: Staff is super friendly, service is flawless. The Spa is great. The bad: It was recommended to us by a friend. Pictures are deceiving. The building is old. Most it remodeled but it still feels old. Food is terrible. We tried all restaurants and many menu items and the food was simply BAD. The mattress in our room was higher on one side of the bed and it felt like you’d fall off the bed when rolling over in the middle of the night. They have events on the weekends with terrible loud music that can be heard in the rooms. But … they did a great job training their staff. Very professional and helpful. While this review is for the hotel, i have to add that I was overall disappointed as to the entire area as it felt very worn out and in bad shape. It simply felt like a poor country and not a modern European country. Maybe Covid

It's a little confusing at first to understand the Oasis is separate (to some degree) from the regular Don Carlos hotel--we got dropped off at the Don Carlos hotel and they had to call a different reception area to come and get us to bring us to the other section of the property. We had a sea view room with terrace which was magnificent-the rooms are large and luxurious (the set up with the shower and the fact that one can see someone showering from the bed area is a little weird). I will say the Oasis and its layout of rooms is a bit noisy. We had a very noisy next door neighbor and in the morning you can hear everyone talking and banging their doors shut as the layout is like an echo chamber. The staff was attentive and friendly. Daniella, who spoke perfect English did a lot for us. She arranged for all our transportation (to/from hotel and a trip to Gilbratar with a private tour guide, arranged our spa time and my hair appointment). I agree with the other review that the breakfast (at the Oasis, not Don Carlos hotel) was really VERY good. The other restaurants on the property were very average. It's about a 15-20 minute car ride to the centro area which we really enjoyed. The town of Marbella has plenty of excellent food and places to shop. Staying on the resort property is pretty limited--but if you just want to sit and relax by the pool it's perfect since not much else is happening on the property. They have two gyms and two pools -- a fact we learned after being there for a few days as nobody provided us a tour upon arrival or a map of the property and its amenities--however, we were greeted with Cava (champagne), so there's that. If you want to get away and just chill in a luxurious spot, this place is for you. You'll probably want to go into town however for better food.

It was a real oasis. I mean we stayed in the junior suite, which spanned over 900ft. It was beautiful. Then the terrace was breath taking overlooking the hills of Malaga. The girls Danielle and Frani were ever so helpful when we sprung a request for a mini birthday party. It was just amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. The spa facilities were equally amazing which were complimentary. We also encountered a lovely lady at the front desk Sam who recommended places to visit, eat e.t.c. Breakfast was lovely and healthy with more options on request if needed. Peacock Bar, Bahia restaurant and the beach club (with the best frozen daiquiris ever😋). It was all very lovely, we were also able to see what the deluxe villas look like especially for families. Would definitely recommend.

The room and resort is absolutely beautiful with great amenities however the service is truly why I’m here to leave a review. Andrea Rizzi was such an incredible person, she was kind, charismatic and so so helpful. I’m grateful we worked with her and that The Oasis works with such great people.

Great facilities and room, good food but not much choice as some resturants are closed which is disappointing. Overall ok but let down by constant number of business conventions almost daily that are made up of noisy and rude patrons with no regard for others. Been here twice same on each occasion. Gave it a second chance as the l stay here was a while ago… but won’t be be coming back as the conventions take priority over guests like us even when we’ve paid for expensive sea view upgrades.
