This piece of architecture is very pleasing to the eye. It lies between the Chota Imambara and the Bada Imambara. It was built by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula, in the Awadhi architectural style. It doesn't require any entry ticket. You will find local photographers all around the Rumi Darwaza who will click beautiful pictures for you with the Gate. You can also avail Tonga ride very close to the Gate and take a tour covering the lovely places on a Tonga.

The serenity of the complex, combined with its historical charm, makes it a perfect place to explore and admire. A must-visit landmark for anyone wanting to experience the cultural soul of Lucknow.
If you are going to Lucknow, you should definitely go to Bada Imambara. Famously known as Nawabon ka Sheher, I think going to the very Iconic Bada Imambara area is a must.
When you reach Bada Imambara, you can get a tuk-tuk or E-rickshaw, which take 100 rs for one ride around the entire area, including the Rumi Darwaza, Shahi Bawli, Clock Tower, Art Gallery in Chota Imambara and back to Bada Imambara where you can go inside and explore Bhool Bhulaiyan, another bouli and the amazing Nawabi architecture, which closely resembles Taj Mahal, in many aspects. You notice it instantly when you see it. The Tuktukwala or E-rickshaw driver also tells you the history of the places and attached stories of different places. And there is no time limit.
All this for 100 rs, especially if you are a group of 4, is a very economical and value for money deal.

And it's the most amazing at evening after sun has set, with the lights.
Just one thing to BEWARE of, do NOT buy chikken kari kurti or chikken embroidery clothing from where the E-rickshaw person takes you, you can get better deal and better stuff at other places in Lucknow. This is especially for the first timers.
This is quite a historical place however, it has not been maintained properly with local guides governing the place with their own rules and not going by what's written officially when it comes to guide fees. The outer architecture is good, however the interiors are pretty much average. The bhul bhulaya is present in the inside of this Bara Imam bara and you will need a guide to be guided the way. However, the bhul bhulaya experience was quite suffocating and I strongly urge that elderly people or people with any illness, high/low BP, heart issues should not go to the bhul bhulaya. The guide usually collect a group of 15 people and take everyone together in that small lane space making it even more suffocating. There is no wait time here and you can avoid this unclean tourist spot if you have better things to do.
Besides, they don't allow footwears to be wore making it quite risky to tour the bhul bhulaya space with piece of glasses and bangles found on ground at some places. You should also avoid 100 rs tour guides at the entrance gate of the Bara Imam bara. They are usually scam and will not show you anything worthy and you will end up wasting your valuable 1 hour in the trip with a bad experience. You may want to invest this time ina better way at shopping places like Chowk market, Aminabad market, or food places.
When you are Lucknow, you will surely visit this place. This is just like Tajmahal in Agra.
Nice place to visit but very crowded. Ticket price is ₹50, to cover all sites in this complex as well as Chhota Imambada.
Guide will charge according to the number of people in your group. But remember, after the payment, you will be added to large heterogeneous group of visitors. You won't get personal attention. Guide will be already tired and you are least likely to enjoy.
Crazy crowds. Don't go inside the maze if you are claustrophobic or don't like crowds. The maze is nice and the view from top is good too. If you like these type of architectural places. You can just look from outside too and walk in the courtyard. Also, it will not feel any different than other similar buildings if you don't get a guide to tell you some of the facts around the building.

Very Good Park to have a walk , couple of times in the week . The Greenery and music system inside the park is very Nice . also there are plenty of benches and sitting areas to relax .
Cycle is also provided for two or more people . One jurrasic park is also there for kids and it has vending machines to have some beverages too .
The Parking charge of the two wheeler is 20 rs and entry ticket of the park in day and evening hours is 15 rupees which can also be purchased online through QR code posted right there at the main entry gate.
Also a musical water fountain will grab your attention at night which is very nice and its timings are later in evening lets say after 7 pm .
Points for improvement are :-
Signages should be there for people roaming there in night to find for them that where is the exit path or exit gate , Even i was confused once at night and was scared a little bit .
Washrooms and drinking water facility is only at the entry gate i think which should be also there in between the park and should be regularly maintained .
Tickets Price should have been reduced to 10rs. For any day any time and Parking Fees of vehicles should also be reduced to 10 rs for two wheeler and 30 for car etc.
and some food stalls would also be the Good option inside the park .

There is a small Jurassic Park area for kids, and even vending machines are available for beverages, making it convenient for families. The parking charge for two-wheelers is ₹20, and the entry ticket for both day and evening hours is ₹15, which can also be purchased online through the QR code displayed at the main entry gate. A musical water fountain in the evening, usually after 7 PM, is one of the main attractions and is very enjoyable to watch.
However, a few improvements would make the park even better. There should be proper signages to guide people at night, especially towards the exit, as the pathways can get confusing and even a little scary at times. Washrooms and drinking water facilities are currently only available near the entry gate; these should be added inside the park as well and maintained regularly. The ticket price could be reduced to ₹10 at all times, and the parking charges could also be lowered—₹10 for two-wheelers and ₹30 for cars would be more reasonable. Adding a few food stalls inside the park would also be a great option for visitors.

We were told that this park was opened on 5 August 2014 and is named in memory of UP socialist leader Janeshwar Mishra.
One of the highlights is the lake inside the park, where boating facilities are available. The musical fountains and well-lit pathways make evenings here especially enjoyable.
Bicycle rental is provided @ 500₹ security and ₹60/hour rental for double seat cycle and ₹30 for single seat cycle.
This is full of different activities like the Jurassic Park section, boating, cycling and motion chair.
Tickets are ₹15, free for Senior citizens.

Sad to see such splendid artifacts - from Egyptian mummies and false door panels dating back 3000+ years to Jain art and sculpture from the second century BC - stored in a lacklustre manner with a sense of decay rather than wonder at the heritage created by mankind.
The school excursion groups to the museum were being guided by the teachers who appeared to be providing incorrect information.
The staff and security, however, were warm and friendly.!
Thousands of Antique items ,Different Galleries. It feels like going back into Ancient times and Living the lives they lived. Overall wonderful experience. Only thing to consider is you need about 4 hours and lots of energy to Cover All the Spots. Archaeophile you would love this place .

Inside the museum you can see the Buddha gallery, Different types of painting like - Kangra school of the painting, madhubani etc.
In the modern history section their is the evidence of Awadh sepoys bravely against the Britishers during 1857 revolt,battle of chinhat etc.
Overall a great experience..and it should be must visit by the History lovers..
Its was getting renovated when i went there .
Still it was coming out nicely .
It has good one called awadh gallery .and the best is the museum of natural history .
Much enjoyed .being in the middle of the zoo .must watch but take the ride to take you around .it was 212 ruppes for half an hour ride for 4 people and 1 kid .

Walking through this gallery felt like unraveling the mysteries of the past, and I was captivated by the sheer beauty and craftsmanship of each piece.
The Mummy Gallery was a fascinating experience unlike any other. Seeing the remarkably preserved mummies up close was both eerie and awe-inspiring. The museum did an excellent job of providing informative insights into ancient Egyptian culture and burial practices, making the experience educational and memorable.
What struck me the most about my visit to the State Museum was the overwhelming sense of positiveness it instilled in me. Despite being surrounded by artifacts from centuries ago, there was an undeniable feeling of connection and appreciation for the past. It was a reminder of how far we've come as a society and the importance of preserving our cultural heritage for future generations.

This place covers a huge area. Its very well maintained. The entry ticket is quite less-Rs. 25 for the Indians. There are ASI boards outside individual ruins to give proper information about the place. There's no guide there. Place is easily accessible by auto, cabs or nearby metro station.
The complex is beautifully maintained with lush green lawns that contrast starkly with the ruins. It is a large area, so prepare for plenty of walking. Information plaques are placed at key locations like the Baillie Guard Gate, Dr. Fayrer's House (where Sir Henry Lawrence died), and the Memorial Museum.
The 1857 Memorial Museum, housed within the complex, is a must-see. It contains artifacts, paintings, and maps that offer a detailed, if slightly biased toward the colonial perspective, overview of the events of the siege.
What makes the site so compelling is that the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has intentionally preserved it in a state of ruin. The only issue is it's very rare to find rides from this place but if you are in your own vehicle it's not an issue. I see very rare tourists visiting this place but it was something I liked a lot.
I've recently visited it at night with my homies didn't found any ghost inside the kothi but saw a weird lady outside the door of the kothi , a lady was dancing in a totally black outfit and was throwing her shawl in front of passing Vehicles it was creepy, It's totally a day place but not so safe especially at night . An often ignored rarely visited Heritage spot in Lucknow. Most tourists head to Imam Bara, Roomi Darwaza, top off with kebabs and leave. This historic baroque mansion which saw great action during the 1857 revolution period should be a must on everyone's calendar. Site facilities are however non existent. Drinking water fountains do not work and the main information centre and souvenir shop is now a glorious outhouse for staff. The lawns are reasonably well maintained and inner courtyards of both structures remain locked without explanation. Old signs of vandalism and brainless love scribbles exist as a reminder that a lot of people don't value Heritage.
Gripes apart, this is a must visit and barely a 10 mins ride from City centre. This hunting lodge cum Summer retreat for the nawabs and British residents alike would have been a vibrant place in the early 19th century. Hopefully the tourism development corporation would better publicize this place and allot a decent budget for better upkeep and maintenance.
Entry is free from sunrise till sunset but you may find the main gate locked till 10 am. Even otherwise, the gate was perplexingly locked with a loose chain which makes visitors squeeze through the gates. Parking is amply available on site for two and four wheelers.
It sounds like a peaceful and secluded spot for a stroll or picnic. The historic aspect adds an interesting layer of context and may provide educational opportunities. The lack of crowds likely means that it is not as well-known or popular as other parks, but that can also make for a more tranquil and intimate visit. Visited the Lucknow Zoo recently. Overall, it's a small but decent zoo with a fair collection of animals and a good layout. However, I was quite surprised by the lack of proper facilities, especially considering this is in the state capital.
The park area is in poor condition and needs urgent attention. There’s very little for kids to explore and enjoy beyond the animals. The adventure zone is substandard, and most activities there are chargeable — even the most basic ones. Not all families can afford to pay extra for things that should ideally be free or included with the entry ticket. On top of that, the staff in the adventure zone were rude and unhelpful.
On a positive note, the zoo train is fun and reasonably priced — definitely a highlight for children.
Overall, an okay experience, but I sincerely urge the concerned authorities to improve the kids’ facilities and overall maintenance. For a zoo located in a state capital, expectations are naturally higher.
The museum is the only thing i found impressive. You can see a real egyptian mummy kept here and many more crazy stuff.
Talking about the zoo, the authorities do not care about maintaining the things. The place where snakes are kept was in the same pity condition as it was 10 years back. I dont understand where all the money goes. Also the parking area condition is very bad they should definitely give it a makeover.
Apart from the infra, the animals are quite decent in number. I think they have all the important ones which is a good thing. Also the toy train is very enjoyable, everyone should try it.

First of all I want to request zoo administration to please focus on cleanliness of the premises. Very dirty and bad smell surroundings. Experience of toy train is very bad . On weekends and public holidays they sell more tickets than seats and public fight with each other for seat and no management or any queue. As well as train move so fast that we cannot enjoy or watch beautiful sights at last you have to walk out. You can not watch animals from 360 degree you have to wait animals to come out near barricade to watch out.

It is a very big park (memorial )made by Ms Mayawati when she was CM of UP.
Entry ticket is priced at ₹ 25 per person. Contrary to facilities at other gardens, even Senior citizens have to buy tickets.
Very large open areas so wouldn't be advisable to visit in the heat of the day due to lack of trees and Shade.
The memorial is big and tastefully designed. The architecture is good, with several elephant statues adding to its uniqueness. Highlight of the park is its meticulously designed pathways and open space.

It is a beautiful place. It is very well maintained.You can go with your family. The place is quite spacious so the kids can play and roam around freely. The memorial park constructed by Mayabati , former chief minister of UP.
Structurally it's worth it... I mean it has been planned to present the values of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, but then this is where the praise stops.
Instead of calling it a park, it should have been called as a recreation center for appreciating values of Baba Saheb.
When it comes to calling it a park, there are no trees, just marble structures.
Recommended to go in early morning before 10:30am or after 5:30pm

It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made our day. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know, and we’re hoping to come back again when we visit Lucknow next time. I recently visited Oudhyana, the Awadhi cuisine restaurant at the Taj Group hotel. While the food was exceptional and truly lived up to its reputation, our overall experience was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we were initially turned away by the restaurant manager, citing a fully booked restaurant on a Tuesday evening. However, we observed that the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived at 7:45 PM, and still had several vacant tables when we left 90 minutes later.
The service was subpar, with waiters seemingly inattentive and unresponsive to our requests. Ordering was a challenge, requiring us to raise our voices to get their attention.
A particularly frustrating experience was when we requested a dessert spoon to eat the Shahi Tukda, which took an inexcusable 8-10 minutes to arrive. Despite repeated requests to the waiter and restaurant manager, we were ignored until we raised our voices.
Given the Taj Group's reputation for excellence, this experience fell short of expectations. While the food was outstanding, the service and overall experience require significant improvement.
The interiors are really amazing, food quality is excellent, and the pool facing location makes it even more beautiful. Its a really satisfying and refreshing feeling, everytime you visit the restaurant.
We had one of the best meals of our life at Oudhyana, Taj Mahal, Lucknow.
Every single bite was unbelievably delicious so much so that we personally met Chef Qureshi just to compliment him.
Truly an unforgettable experience.
Oudhyana has been our absolutely favourite spot for the last 3 years and more. The sublime biryani, with its subtle aroma and lightly infused spices, along with the raita, and paired with some Spanish wine - with the warm winter afternoon sun flittering in through the verdant gardens - just makes for the perfect setting for us every time!

Anyways so here I am with urban terrace, we went there for our Christmas day dinner in the night and chose a wrong day cuz it was extremely cold and windy and it was on an actual very high terrace. However, they did have the umbrella heater between tables but it wasn't enough.
Talking about the atmosphere, this was a big mood put off thing cuz it was soo cold but also there wasn't any good music playing so it was really a silent dinner. 😕
Food- so we did try something new this time and it was a Bengali dish (Maccher Jhol) for the mains and Lebanese something fish on sticks for the appetizers.

Dessert - it was blueberry cheesecake again something totally a new version. I really loved it.
Service - it was good as well I just feel they could do better by educating the servers about the dishes . So that they can recommend dishes in a better way. Also we had ordered coffee which was soo terribly late to come.

Situated on top of hotel lineage it's a nice rooftop restaurant and bar. With zomato gold i enjoyed +1 on drink served with generous amount of chips and peanuts. Coming to food we ordered drums of heaven and brownie heaven. Both were delicious and taste was upto the mark.

Been here couple of times. Never disappoints and it's an open roof top on a high floor so the views of the city are also great (see the pic). Service can surely improve but the ambiance and views make up for a little bit of sloppiness. Drinks are slightly expensive though. Usually the evening brings in good crowd. If you smoke (then please stop smoking) but anyway they allow smoking in the open area.

I had the pleasure of enjoying the dinner buffet at L-14, Renaissance Lucknow on the 14th floor, and it was an absolutely delightful experience!
The ambience is top-notch — elegant and peaceful — with a breathtaking view of Ambedkar Park that adds a touch of serenity to your dining. Dining under the city lights with that view alone makes it a memorable experience.
Coming to the food, the non-veg spread was extensive and wonderfully prepared — from starters to main course, every dish was rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. For vegetarians too, the options were equally awesome, offering a great balance and variety for all palates.
Special mention to Mr. Nishant from the service staff, who ensured everything was taken care of smoothly. His attentive and courteous service made the experience even better.
Highly recommended if you're in Lucknow and want to treat yourself to a buffet with great food, stellar service, and a stunning view.

Went to have a Birthday celebratory lunch. Reached late and buffet was about to be over in less than 30 mins, so ordered A la carte. Ordered Rs. 1000+ caesar salad with add ons along with drinks.
What I got 2 leaves of lettuce broken into smaller parts along with few small pieces of bread marinated with some sauces. If I would not had ordered addons hopefully I would had got full 4 leaves, but they reduced 2 leaves and adjusted the space in their small plates with 2 addons (priced separately).
The best part was that two other groups on the adjacent tables were also fighting for meagre quantities served for hefty amount charged.
Last but not the least, proper bill was also not provided.
Experience ruined the mood and had to leave for another restaurant.

L14 has consistently impressed me with its taste and quality. Even when I stay at the Taj, I prefer to dine here. The vegetarian lunch buffet offers a well-curated selection, and the breakfast buffet is equally satisfying. The à la carte menu is diverse, and the portion sizes are generous — definitely worth the visit.
One of the highlights is the spectacular view of Ambedkar Park and the city skyline — a serene and stunning backdrop that elevates the entire dining experience.
However, the major drawback remains the floor staff. This has been a recurring issue. They tend to avoid eye contact, appear hesitant to engage, and often seem confused when taking orders or responding to requests. Service efficiency and attentiveness could be greatly improved to match the high standards set by the kitchen and the ambience.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, stale, and lacked freshness. There was no air-conditioning, and when some VIPs arrived, even the fans were moved towards them, leaving the rest of us uncomfortable. Service was almost non-existent, perhaps because all attention was directed toward the VIP guests.
Most of the food was tasteless, except for the Pani Puri, Beetroot Cutlet, and a couple of desserts. Pizza seemed to be deliberately kept aside for VIPs, as it suddenly appeared only after they arrived. The Paneer Lababdar was particularly bad in taste. To add to the chaos, serving spoons were missing from many dishes, plates were unavailable, and people kept tripping over loose fan wires—something completely unacceptable in a so-called 5-star restaurant.
It felt like everything was reserved exclusively for VIPs. No doubt they will rate it 5 stars, but for regular guests like us, it was a terrible experience.
We visited yesterday, Tables were clean and all the mess was dumped under the table by service folks. Although it was all day dining, but service staff was less and they didn't discourage people to use dirty plates every time Which was un hygienic. View was great we were sitting at the corner of the floor.
Food was ok, but ambience was good. i know lot more other places near by with great food quality and taste. May not visit for food but for ambience.
The view was beautiful from the 14th floor, and the food was delicious. The service staff were courteous and prompt. We ordered A-la-carte, from the vegetarian section. The only thing I would want better would be the number of varieties of the dishes. The vegetarian menu seemed slightly insufficient for an all day dining restaurant serving indian as well as continental dishes. Apart from that, it was a fulfilling and delightful experience.

Tried Shami Kebabs and they were so delicate and rich in flavour with a hint of sweetness , tasted absolutely delicious with mughlai paratha. But the seating space is really constricted so dine in could be problematic as its really packed all the time .
Sakhawat restaurant is a well known restaurant recognised as a Heritage restaurant in Lucknow, they claimed themselves a heritage restaurant. I went there with a lot of expectations after seeing so many videos on YouTube and blogs on social media platforms, but literally this place disappointed me a lot.
First of all it was opened late I went around 2 pm but the restaurant opened after 3 pm and the main dish which wanted to taste Kakori kebab was not ready. They told me to try their Friday only speciality Desi Chicken Biryani, for me it was not worth it. Very subtle taste with no flavours at all after that I tried their Shami Kebabs which were also just Okay okay type not good not bad. When I completed my meal they told me that Kakori kebabs are now ready so I tried that also and to my surprise that was the most disappointing dish of the day. There was no flavour and a very weird taste I don't know what the issue was but very tasteless preparation.
Lalla Biryani at chowk have much better Biryani and Shami kebabs then this Heritage restaurant. It was totally waste of money and time for me.

Quite a decent and theme based restaurant which is based on caves & jungle theme located in the Patrakar Puram area. Interiors were beautiful with nice sitting area. Food was decent but a little pricey considering the vibes of restaurant. Previously it used to be full packed and use to provide pan shots which were not there on my recent visit. Service was fast.
The place is located in the heart of Gomti Nagar near Patrakar Puram and it's easy to locate. The parking may be issue due to busy locality. The ambiance is very well planned with good theme and striking interiors. Good impression at first sight. The staff is quick to take orders but the serving took some time . The food is good and quantity is apt. Not very pocket friendly . Good place to done with family and friends
One of the best things about spice caves the variety of cuisines they offer. This variety is a huge plus, especially when you’re dining with a mixed crowd. Kids can go for pasta or mashed potatoes while adults might prefer rice or traditional Indian dishes. It’s perfect for family outings and group meals.
The food is consistently delicious, and the portion sizes are very decent. Last year, when we came to India, we visited spice caves several times with our family and friends — it became our go-to spot. And this year again, we were so happy to revisit and have another great experience. Highly recommend!

Worst ever experience... Ordered food, waited for 1 and half hour and still got only half of the ordered food. Mismanagement, bad odour... No staff to attend. Please don't waste ur time and money on this restaurant. They made my b'day party horrible, embarrassing. Never had such a bad experience....

The place has got really nice ambience and a perfect place for hangout with friends and partying. The place has got three priority elevated seating areas and we were lucky enough to be score one of those which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant has got ample seating space and dedicated play area for kids and a separate (though small) dance floor. The food is also good and the vegetarian options are quite plenty. Garlic naan was my personal favourite. Though the price is a little on the higher side, the quality of food compensates it really well. What I did not like about the place though was that there is no parking facility and we have to park on the road.
We went in for dinner and were happy with the quality of dishes served.
Dishes ordered : Veg Manchow soup , Chicken 65, Paneer achari tikka , Murg tikka masala, Paneer do Pyaaza, Dal Tadka ,Butter Roti.
The only minus side of our outing was the service time. It needs improvement because for some of our repeat dishes, a lot of time was utilised.
Aside from this fact, we were happy with the staff behaviour, the taste of each and every dishes served.

One of the must visit food place in Lucknow. Their black buffalo kebab is the authentic one. Kebab (balck buffalo/chicken/ mutton) with mughlai paratha/ special mughlai paratha is the best combination. I had tried chicken seekh kebab, Chicken tangdi kebab, mutton gravy and chicken biriyani. It's a crowded place. Sometimes you need to wait for a table. Service is okay (may be because of of crowd). Market in front of Tunday Kababi is also crowded. You have to park the vehicle far away from the restaurant. Since 1905 this restaurant serves the foodies with its amazing taste.
The founder of kebab in Lucknow. This place is famous for it's kebab and briyani. Lucknow briyani is also awesome and this place serve one of the best food. Many famous person have visited this place. And to find a seat in this place you have to wait atleast 30 minutes. Pocket friendly and pure food. Tourist will find few of the famous food shop around this place.
To be particular I am talking about the Gomtinagar branch of Tunday Kebabi, which is near Patrakarpuram. I am going to be honest, this was the worst experience with any restaurant I have ever had.
I initially planned to dine in, but owing to the terrible ambiance and bas hygiene of the place, I decided to take away. Their items are too overpriced compared to any other Tunday outlet, in fact just the double.
So the restaurant packed the food I ordered. And guess what, they packed only half of the items. And the kebabs were completely inedible, they had a strange sour smell and tasted like salt balls dipped in cheap oil. Actually they had given me me spoilt kebabs!!!! I took one bite and within 10 mins I am constantly rushing to the washroom.
End-note: Please visit any other restaurant but not this place. I normally avoid giving bad ratings to anyone, but what they did is actually criminal. So far the worst experience I have had anywhere.

I strongly recommend trying out Balle Balle or Biryani House in Khazana market instead. They offer better prices, excellent taste, and superior quality. Don't waste your time and money at Wahid Biryani Ashiyana when there are much better options available. 🏪🍛👌

Perhaps they served old or not well preserved rabri, which might already have had some bacterial growth.

I recently visited this restaurant to buy paani batashe, and I’m very disappointed with their service. They charged extra for packaging, but instead of providing proper packing, they just gave everything in a simple polythene bag. No box or decent packaging at all! It feels like they’re exploiting customers by charging extra without actually offering any packaging service. Definitely not worth it.
Restaurants like parampara sweets also charge for packaging but they provide box packaging.
It's not about money it's about fooling customers.

Welcome desk was not friendly enough. Couldn’t understand the logic behind surveillance nature/behaviour of senior staff especially for kids, their movements, roaming inside, in particular. Our young champs complain about these acts/ questioning while awaiting the amenities. I feel the place is not good enough for family dine at its current staff capabilities. Went for lunch. We easily got the seats. The restaurant opens from 11:00 AM upto 10:00 as per there menu card.
The seats and tables were clean. The plates and spoons were clean. You will get the food within 10 minutes of ordering. Just order what you can eat as they do not pack the leftovers.
We ordered Half Butter chicken, Full Mutton Galawati Kebabs, Half Tandoori Chicken and Rumali rotis.
The food was hot and mildly spicy. The tandoori chicken tasted good with lemon and onions. The butter chicken had juicy chicken and a buttery gravy with mild spices. The star of the lunch were the Galawati kababs and Mutton Biriyani. The kebab was of melt in mouth quality and Mutton Biriyani had fragrant rice and juice Biriyani.

I had mutton biryani and mutton galawati kebab. The biryani was aromatic, subtle and rich in flavor. It was only warm and not hot, maybe because we went around 4pm. The mutton pieces were mostly soft but some were hard. Apart from these two factors it was an amazing biryani. The galawati kebab as always melted in the mouth and was amazing.

By far the best non-vegetarian food in Lucknow! Dastarkhwan brings together all the traditional flavours you’d normally chase through the narrow lanes of old Lucknow — but here, you can enjoy them in the comfort of a restaurant bring served by attentive staff.
Their galawati kebabs are melt-in-the-mouth perfection, and the mutton dishes are rich, flavorful, and beautifully cooked. I especially love their mutton biryani — aromatic, satisfying, and true to the Awadhi tradition.
Because the food is quite rich, it’s best to order mindfully (or share) so you can enjoy every bite without feeling too full.
The place is clean, comfortable, and always buzzing with locals — a sign of how good it really is. If you’re in Lucknow and love Mughlai or Awadhi cuisine, this is one restaurant you absolutely shouldn’t miss!
Only fake names there’s no flavours in food at all like old times very oily food and also no quality in food like roadside food…biryani taste like oil only and in chicken masala no flavour only spice khade masala flavour no salt nothing and ambiance and service is also not good and unhygienic
Had gone to the legendary Tulsi street Dastarkhawan@Lucknow to get some items packed. I was surprised to see the place jam packed even in afternoon, though earlier afternoons were rather quiet.
While the guy was packing our stuff, I somehow couldn't control the ambience and the meaty atmosphere and ordered childhood favourite half Boneless Mutton Boti Kabab with Ulte Tawe Ka paratha! Nowadays in Lucknow, Bori kabab is available everywhere but in childhood Mutton Bori kabab and Masala tawa chicken was Tulsi speciality only!! After eating I felt-

Easy to reach by car. Parking is roadside and can be an issue. Neat and clean with ACs. Very good service. This is the best restaurant as per my experience. Biryani was good though it's below the Tunday kababi. Kali mirch chicken was very good though it doesn't taste of kali mirch.Masala chicken is good. Shami kebab and boti kebab are good. Galawti kebab are good but behind the Tunday kebabi. The only non veg restaurant in Lucknow which I can try again and again.

It's a wonderful Airport with all advanced facilities. Security check up before entering, baggage screening, Security system before boarding is very good. You will get trolley before entering. You will get Domestic and International flights from here. It is very well connected with the other parts of the country.
Airport is very neat & clean. Proper seating arrangements, clean Toilet, Drinking water, Charger points, Breast feeding room, waiting lounge, escalators, Display board, snack corner, Food stall, Shopping outlet etc is there. Interior designs are good. Airport staffs are very cooperative, helpful in nature. You can take print out of your boarding pass instantly from here by entering your PNR from the machine installed here.
You will get Cab, Auto etc. from the Airport. Metro station is there at Airport. It is very well connected with the other parts of the city.
Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (LKO) has seen massive improvements, especially with the operationalization of the new Terminal 3 (T3). The new terminal is sleek, very clean, and finally brings the airport up to modern international standards.
Check-in and security were surprisingly fast and well-managed, even during peak hours. The layout is intuitive, and the staff are generally polite and helpful. I appreciated the spacious waiting areas and the significant increase in food and beverage options, which were sorely needed previously.
The main area for improvement remains the baggage claim process, which can sometimes be slow, and the overall volume of seating near the gates, which could still feel constrained during heavy load times. However, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and a huge leap forward. Highly recommended for connecting through the city of Nawabs!
