The food was delicious! We had the tuna, the Mediterranean gnocchi and the white fish. The service was excellent. We interacted with many different servers and they were all personable, kind and funny. The restaurant itself is very cute on a little side street. We had a great time !

Ignore every bad review on here and listen up because those people clearly have no taste buds. Everything we ordered was delicious, EVERYTHING!! the steaks were perfectly cooked, the sides all full of flavor, the steak sauces were a perfect touch to top it off, and the drinks were amazing! Our waitress was very attentive! And a meal like this goes perfect with the restaurant set up and vibe! Dont pass this place up trust me!

Beautiful Scenery and a Memorable Dining Experience This restaurant offers a truly unique setting with breathtaking scenery. You can choose to enjoy a stunning view of the sea or face the charming town behind you either way, the atmosphere is peaceful and picturesque, especially during sunset. The food is very good, with dishes that are flavorful and well-prepared. Portions are on the smaller side, but just enough to leave you satisfied, especially since the quality is excellent. Every bite feels carefully made, and you can tell the kitchen puts real thought into the presentation and taste. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing, which really adds to the experience. It’s a lovely spot for a quiet, scenic meal whether you’re stopping by for lunch or enjoying a romantic evening.

This restaurant is definitely worth the money. Excellent atmosphere, very close to the heart of the Old-town. The dishes are delicious and real eye candies. They have open kitchen. The staff are polite and proactive, like in the big book. Each dish delivery has a ceremony that introduces it. The terrace is excellent for morning coffee or early afternoon snacks. I give a heartfelt five stars and more nominate to Michelin.

Love this place. We were in town for 3 days. Went here every night. My partner is vegetarian and had something different each night. Lasagna was fantastic. Pizzas are amazing! And burgers (and veggie burgers) .. Are wow!! Highly recommend a visit here. Superb service and atmosphere too.

This was one of the best lunches we had in Dubrovnik, and much better sushi than some of the other places in town. The oysters were so delicious, we ordered a second dozen. The cocktails were also fantastic! All seven people in our party had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place when visiting the area.

An Exceptional Dining Experience – Compliments to the Chef and Gino! Our dinner at The Butler in Zadar was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, with some lovely music in the background, stylish decor, and a beautiful outdoor setting that made us feel instantly at ease. Our waiter, Gino, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the menu, recommended some of the dishes according to our preferences and made sure we were enjoying every moment of our experience. His passion for hospitality truly elevated the evening. As for the food—it was outstanding. Every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavour. You could truly taste the care and creativity behind each bite. A special thank you and heartfelt compliments to the chef for crafting such a wonderful dishes. The detox risotto was delicious, and the slow-cooked meat melted in the mouth. We finished with the desserts which were beautifully balanced. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the food and service are exceptional, but The Butler delivers on every level. Thank you again to Gino for making us feel so welcome, and to the talented chef for a meal we won’t forget. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Zadar.

The food and service were superb. We struggled a bit on what to order, but at the end we sought advice from the staff. It turned out that every single dish was amazing. The cooking style in Croatia in general may not cater to Asian palates, but those with an open mind will discover its wonders! Credit to Marco for detailed introduction to each dishes and wine! From the origin of food to how to elevate the flavour of food with different seasoning!

We had a fantastic dining experience, made even better by our incredible waiter, Peter. From the moment we sat down, Peter was attentive, knowledgeable, and warm—he truly elevated our evening. The food was exceptional. The sushi was some of the freshest we've ever had, all locally sourced. Every dish was beautifully presented, and Peter’s recommendations were absolutely spot on. The wine pairing he suggested was perfect, complementing the flavors of each course seamlessly. This is a place where both the food and service shine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-tier seafood and a memorable dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

Came here for lunch on a Thursday. Only two other parties were here around 12:45pm. Excellent and friendly service, delicious seasonal food. Modern and elegant decor and vibe. I ordered an appetizer and main dish from the seasonal menu, plus two local beers. Highly recommended if it’s within your budget!

I only arrived at Zagreb Airport (didn’t fly out), but from my experience, I was really impressed. The place is very clean, modern, and decently new, and when you’re about to exit, it actually feels pretty majestic—the ceiling is huge, like easily 10 meters high, and it gives the whole space a spacious, airy vibe that left a strong impression on me. The signage was clear, and the path from the arrivals area to getting outside and heading toward the city was very straightforward. I didn’t need to deal with security or boarding, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience, but as an arriving passenger, I had zero complaints. The bathrooms were on the cleaner side (even if there weren’t many), and overall, the airport just looked sleek and well maintained. Based on my limited but smooth and positive experience, I’d give it 5 stars.
