Earlier the church was known by the name of Anglican Church. In the year 1970, the church was brought under the aegis of the CNI (Churches of North India). It is currently managed by the diocese of Amritsar. The Christ Church is the prime building in the centre of the heritage area of Kasauli town and as one enters the main town, this is the first building which comes to view. This church was previously an Anglican church and was founded in the year 1844,😇🙏

A very beautiful church built in 1800s by the Britishers. Marvellous architecture, very similar to other churches established by the Britishers in various hill stations across India. The church is open from morning till a little post sunset. The church has guards ensuring one doesn't litter it and create nuisance. There is a washroom and parking nearby. The church is very close to the basement parking at kasauli i.e. the moment you enter the hill station fee barrier. A must go, once you are here.

Aye I'm on vacation A must to visit point in Kasauli which is just 2.5 hours drive from Chandigarh. The newly made highway between Kalka, Parwanoo and Solan is very well maintained especially during night drive. But as you enter Kasauli and heading towards the Sunrise Point, the road built quality is quite poor. But the awesome weather and chill winds will excide you the most. One is pushed to bring his Crush to this place to enjoy the happiest moment.

Around 1.5Km away from Kasauli Mall /Bus Stand. 20-25Mins walking from mall road with beautiful natural view throughout the walking. Great peaceful trail or a trek. It's on the same road further ahead of sunset point.While walk to sunset point is on a road, for Gilbert trail one has to take a right from the same road further 600-700 meters ahead.Full trail is 8-10 kms around the mountains and is a rocky path. Not recommended for elderly and need to be careful with small kids. The walk is in peaceful surroundings and views are good.

Everything A grade, only to reach there especially for elderly is bit difficult.As vehicles are not allowed and got to walk steep road for 4 to 5 km is difficult . Govt should start e rickshaws for public.

This is the highest point of Kasauli. Took a cab all the way up to the air force sub station. From there it was a 30 min climb (would have been much faster if I was alone). It is just a lot of stairs but they are nicely paved and well maintained. Senior citizens and even 70+ year olds also come up if they take a lot of rest in between (there are places to sit and rest). The temple at the top has a peaceful vibe. There are monkeys here and you'll be instructed to not carry food in your hand. If you have the "prasadam" from the temple, carry them in your pockets. This is also known as the Monkey point or Manki point. Our cab driver told us "Manki" is not a spelling error but refers to the hindi word "mann ki" (something related to heart/soul) but not sure about it's authenticity. The main downside of visiting this place is that it is close to the air force station and all electronic devices are prohibited - meaning no photography at all. Most of the pics you see here on this pin are actually from different places in Kasauli (added erroneously ...smh). Some pictures of the temple can be taken from a km away from the Gilbert Trail if you zoom in. There is a paid locker where you submit your bags and devices and go for the hike.

Temple is located at 6500 feets. 300 steps to climb. Only taxis are allowed from Mall Road Car Parking or you trek for an hour. Mountain views are awesome. It is believed that during Lord Hanumans flight from himalayas bringing Sanjeevani booti his left foot was rested on this hill and hence the importance of this place. Mobiles, photography etc strictly prohibited 🚫 in this area.

Its a beautiful temple located on mountain top of kasauli. The visiting time is till 4pm all around the year and 1-2 is lunch time. There is no Entry fee. Taxi service is available from mall road to manki point for 200-250 rupees per person but I would highly recommend to cover the beautiful trail on foot as you get to enjoy the beautiful path. Its is hardly 3-4 kms and an easy trail. If you are lucky enough you get to see the valley covered with beautiful flowers specially during monsoon (mid July- September end). Or you can choose the small path going via sunset point which connects to manki point in between and is about 1-1.5kms and slightly steep. Phones, smart watches and bags are not allowed inside the temple area as it is a Cantt area and you can submit your belongings by paying some charges. Carry cash as you will be needing it for buying food/water inside the temple premises. After entering the cantt area, temple is half kilometer on top with 282 stairs. You can enjoy the view from top. Beware of monkeys if carrying food items.

the Sanjeevani Hanuman Temple is a must visit place in kasauli. Located atop a mountain, the temple is accessible only by foot. Be aware that it's situated within an Air Force station, meaning no mobile phones or electronic devices are allowed inside. A paid locker facility is available to store your belongings before you proceed. Security checks are mandatory before entering the temple area. Please note that many Google Maps photos for this location are inaccurate due to the no-phone policy; they often depict other Kasauli locations. Despite these restrictions, the temple itself has a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere and is definitely worth the trek. One important tip: monkeys are abundant, so don't carry food items or other stuff in your hànd and it's advisable to visit in a group.

Amazing experience, slightly tiring as you have to climb your way and it’s steep. You get a beautiful view of Kasauli from the top, as it’s the highest point there and certainly hold high religious value and gives peace. A must visit place, if you are in Kasauli. No entry fee, no electronic gadget or cameras allowed but they have a paid counter to deposit your belongings safely.

We visited Café Shubhmita in the Kasauli Cantonment area and had a great time. It’s a wonderful spot with a peaceful ambience and a scenic location, perfect for relaxing over a meal. The food was delicious — we enjoyed pizza, pasta, iced tea, and coffee, all of which were really good. I was hoping for a cup of adrak wali chai, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. One suggestion would be to have a proper washroom facility, which was missing. Also, be mindful of the monkeys in the area. Despite that, it’s a lovely café worth visiting for its vibe and food quality.

Cafe Shubhmita is a small, quaint cafe just a few minutes up the Mall Road. We ordered a Plain Maggi, Bubblegum Mojito, Cold Coffee and Siddu. The drinks were decent. Portions were enough for 2 people. Their pricing is justified for the food and service they offer. The Siddu is definitely a must-try. One of the best that I have had in Himachal over the years.

For me, who is obsessed with the technique and time behind the art of making neapolitan pizzas, Dochi takes the top position. Have been going to the OG place in dochi village since it opened and never ever we came disappointed. The consistency with their product is machine like. Our go to pizza is a 50-50 with classic margarita and pepperoni with truffle oil and their calzones with hot honey. Barista scene is also good there. Unpopular opinion: Dochi is better than Da Susy. (Dont come at me) ;)

Recently tried this place while my trip to kasauli..it is located right on the shimla highway, so it is easy to locate..initially when we entered the restaurant it was all empty, there were no guests except us.so i was skeptical about the food they will serve, whether it would be fresh or not..to be on a safer side we decided to go with veg and ordered chilli gobhi and dal makhni along with some breads.when the food came to our surprise it was fresh and delicious.Special shout out to dal makhni which was served in a special pot which had a candle under it which was keeping it hot.. food and service was 10 on 10..highly recommended

Mandir is situated at 5th floor, not recommended for asthma patients since there isn't much public transportation around in case of emergency. Newly built satsang area can accommodate about 200 people with ease. Basic facilities of shelter, water and washrooms are well maintained.

Not a place where you should visit..I went there and found it was just a distillery. Being in Kasauli they could have transformed this place into a good experience centre. It could become a good tourist destination if the brewery had something like Sula Vineyards in Nashik.

Well probably my best experience of staying in the hills. Big, Clean Tastefully decorated and maintained Rooms and exteriors. Ample spacious exterior lawns and multiple sitting areas/ spots. All made a tinge different from each other. A nice walking track is also there. All interiors and exteriors are well maintained and clean. Ample convenient parking for 4-5 cars. Easy to approach and spot from the main road. Very near to most of Kasauli tourist visit spots. Nice clean kitchen area provided for self cooking and reheating. In house room service and food are available if you don't want to cook at very genuine rates and quality. Ready to serve with a smile. I think it's worth every penny spent staying there you would surely consider extending your stay. Peaceful and easy to approach place. MUST VISIT PLACE SURELY 😉

Now what to I say about this property! This property is the calm away from all the chaos of city life. An absolute beautiful experience here. What a breathtaking view of nature we experienced from this property. It is crafted so naturally and beautifully that every moment felt like being one with nature, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Property It was really very beautiful. The cottages- lily, cherry, east head ..all of them were too good. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Service Mr. Johhny gave us wonderful service. He is extremely polite, attentive,considerate, caring and made sure we were looked after. As my sister and I have gluten allergy, he made us gluten free meals..my mom n dad helped him. And he made us eat extremely delicious breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner. The food was freshly made and just tasted like home made food. As pure as home made food. Just loved it! 5/5 star for his service. A must visit property!

Ideal for a family vacation, as described in some of the other reviews here. The in-room dining service was the highlight of this trip for me, since it made life very easy for my grandparents. Very, very reasonable food menu and prompt staff also added to our enjoyment. The views and sit out areas are perfect for a hillside view while you read/paint/enjoy company.

The uninterrupted view of the pine trees made it feel as if we were staying in a forest! Also, the open area in front of the room became an excellent playground for Munnu, our pet, who thoroughly enjoyed exploring the place. Just a couple of suggestions, airing out the rooms before new guests arrive would make the room smell fresher and a couple of higher tables in the room might make dining in more comfortable. That apart, thanks once again for a lovely stay! Also, it was an absolute pleasure to meet Amandeep and Randeepji, it's so rare for hosts to check up on guests, much much appreciated! Overall experience is great, staff is very cooperative even my mother had injury in her leg and she was not able to walk due to pain but their staff cooperates us very much ,rooms also are very clean and as we are in women trip so our first concern is about safety and this hotel completely worth it , great sceneric views from windows with lush green and pine trees, birds chirping , over all a good experience, Only one thing that I gave 4 star is their location it is 1 km below mes bunglow not on the main road so if you are heading with your personal vehicle then it’s not a great deal of concern but as we had there with train so we only left with an option of local taxi for visiting mall road and sightseeing, rest is good

Cable car experience was very good. Also the food is delicious , available in 2 different restaurants. Some adventurous activities are also there. You can stay at a hotel there or just go for a 5-6 hour day tour.

Its a nice place to visit and explore our potential there are many things to learn there they produce vaccines of many types and shell in all over the world vaccines like rabies, hapetitis, yellow fever ets. The vaccine of yellow fever was firstly produced in CRI,Kasuli. There we get hands on traning about it for 1 month to 6 months. The knowledge they provide is really apriciable. As the institute is in kasuli its a very beautiful place to visit and hangout.

Best place for learning.I have done my 45 days training from this institution. Most of the departments are good (NSEC) , staff members are so cooperative and nice. Weather of the kasauli is also good.

A very British style club with great continental food variety. You have to be a member here to visit and avail the facilities. The road uphill is pretty narrow and steep and there’s traffic congestion at many places. But spending time at the club is totally worth the drive

Open to members only. Temporary membership @₹250 per day is available through reference of some army or airforce officer (may take 2-4 hours, so plan in advance) or to anyone staying in cantt area like Kasauli club or army guest house or army holiday homes. Strict dress code, still gents leather shoes & ladies sandles are available on demand, collared gents tee shirt is available for sale. No to cargo pants. Rates of food & liquor are as reasonable as you spend at home, order your food minimum 2 hours in advance however snacks are available on demand. Tip charges @5% are included in bill. Excellent 135 degree view of city down specially night lights is available. Enough car parking is available across the roads adjoining stay rooms of Kasauli Club.

During our visit to Kasauli we were fortunate to dine at the Kasauli Club, an old Club established in 1880 in the scenic hills of the historical town of Himachal Pradesh. Primarily for the members and maintained largely by the local cantonment, they provide rooms for stay at varying costs for members and others. Their Dining Hall serves delicious and varying authentic meals at nominal cost. Their continental meals are awesome. They have a decent bar where a visitor can enjoy a pleasant evening. The view from the Club Lawn of the hills and sunset is breathtaking. The building is of old vintage and a pleasure to walk around to admire the historical artefacts. The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The Club Manager Mr. Pinku went out of the way to personally drop us at our Stay at the Garden House. Would love to visit again.

Well maintained Colonial property. Great ambience. Very polite and helpful staff

Tried this restaurant based on its high ratings, but honestly, it was a big letdown. When I asked for recommendations, the lady at the counter suggested the most expensive dishes—Chicken Lollipop and Butter Garlic Chicken Momos. I went with Butter Garlic momos and also tried the Kurkure Momos, but none of them tasted good. There's no flavour of garlic in butter garlic momos. Both the momos were bland and completely lacked flavor. I also ordered a hot coffee (₹100), which was equally disappointing. It didn’t even taste like proper coffee. To be honest, you’d get a better coffee by using an instant sachet with hot water. Lemon soda was also disappointing. Overall, the food was not worth the price or the hype. I wouldn’t recommend this place—it’s just not worth it. The rates are really high as per the food standards!!

Rating for Taste/Quality/Portion out 5 each Had - Siddu (2/2/5): I could experience the sand particle while chewing and filling tasted not so good. - Noodles (5/5/5): Excellent in quality as all vegitables tasted really fresh and taste was amazing. - Chicken momos (3/5/4) - Taste could have been a lot better and quantity should have been 8 instead of just 6 pieces.

Loved the Veg Butter Garlic Momos at Mom's Kitchen, Kasauli – super tasty and full of flavour. The Veg Thukpa was delicious too. Definitely worth a visit!

A very nice eatery in the Kasauli Heritage market. The owners are very humble and friendly. We tried their kurkure momos, which were very tasty, but their local dish Kurkez was a winner. It was delicious. Fresh lime soda was also very refreshing and tasty. Do try it while in Kasauli

A very cute little restaurant within Kasauli Heritage Market , the food was amazing amd homely. It's like you are getting homemade stuff but outside your home. The Chicken momos were very tasty and soo soft. The veg pizza was also very very good , the cheese on it was soo tasty. Spent almost 2500 for dinner and get delivered at AIR BNB, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 4 out of 5 Snacks are burnt badly. I have attached picture of well done chicken , mushroom and water dipped paneer. Afgani paneer doesn’t have any sort of marination. Amritsari macchi is like we are having a bread pakore.

Tried Zaika for the first time and I was genuinely impressed. The curries were flavorful, the spices were well balanced, and the portions were generous. It’s the kind of place you’ll keep craving again and again.

Worst place to order takeout Ordered 3 items Peri peri French fries Tandoori chicken Chicken seekh kebab Peri peri fries weren’t peri peri not even salted forget peri peri masala pic attached Tandoori chicken was tasteless and a boiled one with no masala only outer coating and that too burnt wherein had been very specific to not burn it Chicken seekh kebab again a burnt one with no taste no masala not even lemon squeezed and burnt taste was so bad and it smelled really bad Won’t recommend it for anyone who wants a takeout and am sure mostly it runs on takeout I am not sure what they deliver for dine in but overall a really bad experience Edited the review because of reply I got from the OWNER; I must appreciate the audacity of owner instead of accepting his mistake which I clearly pointed out with pictures. Zaika serves some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a while. The Kadhai chicken was delicious and rich, and the naan was perfectly soft and crisp at the same time. Every bite was satisfying and full of authentic flavor.

Excellent food. Probably the only decently priced yummy food in Kasauli. Butter Chickenwas good Chicken Curry was amazing Lacha parantha were soft, even when repeated. Noodles, dal makhni and Shahi Paneer were amazing too. If they had some seating with a view. This could have been the best place as it is already on a turn. And seating with view is possible.
