This shopping center is large and beautiful, with a wide variety of stores to choose from. However, it's a pity that there's no Primark, which would have made it even better. It can also get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. Another downside is that the opening hours aren't extended on weekends, which is unfortunate especially since it's closed on Sundays. Overall, it's a nice place to shop, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Really very big, the biggest shops have escalators inside because they're on multiple floors, but they put all the fast food in one place to eat instead. Really nice and very close to the station!

A great place for children, but as an adult, I absolutely loved the experience, a definite must visit for lego fans! I loved watching the various displays and I liked how the establishment was divided into separate areas with their own theme. There are two enjoyable rides, a movie theater, a decently sized indoor playground, and various areas to play around with Lego. There's also a nicely stocked cafeteria and spacious eating area. The only slight disappointment for me was that I felt there should have been some sort of discount at the Lego store in LEGOLAND for those who visited. The prices were the same as any other lego store.

We got tickets to Legoland from our hotel as part of their package. We arrived there first thing at the opening so it was not that crowded. The center is divided in a couple of areas each with their own theme. There are two big rides, a movie theater a small indoor playground and lots of areas to play around with Lego. The highlight to us was the ride where you shoot and the 4D movie theater. There seem to be a couple different movies being shown (we saw 3 distinct ones) so it’s worth watching multiple. Our favorite was the Lego City Action one. A shame there was none of the Lego Disney princesses which is my daughters favorite. We did notice that around 12 the crowd was a lot more noticeable so that was also a sign for us to leave. The store connected to it was definitley not cheap so I’d rather buy Lego when there is discount.

Really fun time had with the family here. Lots of hands on things to do for the kids and Big kids like me in the family. 2 small rides inside too.

Good department store but more signage could be used around the store since the store footprint is so large. Signs indicating which department you’re in would be very helpful. They have lots of cashier stations scattered throughout the store, making it a very simple and easy experience when you are shopping. Clean and friendly employees.

It is very practical shopping center. Not luxury but practical. Usually there is parking place to park your car. But never forget you have only 2 hour's park limit and you shall put park hours visible front of your car dashboard.

shops maybe fine and nice but the parking facilities are run by moneysharks. On small signs it is mentioned you need a parkingdisk\ clock on your dash. If you don't you'll be fined within minutes, Parkwarden neverto be seen. Hiding in the bushes or something. It's a scam.

The shops are what you expect them to be, but god, parking is awful. The parking lot is neither designed for cars nor people. It's terrible. Weird stones, no sidewalks, not even spaced well. You can't walk from a to b and for cars, it's not great either because the streets are at weird angles and everything is super small. Once again, stores are what you expect. Everything you need for day to day life.

A Lot of Shops for the daily needs in one place. From food, over medicine to clothes and fast food. Sadly the Edeka Shop moved Out but will BE soon replaced by Kauflz.

Ordered Vegan Chili Cheese fries, first time eating there and damn! That selection! The cashier was super friendly and open and also told me their favorites so I could decide better. In the end opted for the Chili Cheese fries and they are really good - not too spicy even for my non-spicy loving boyfriend and the sauces harmonize perfectly. Would totally recommend - plus, they have cool call names instead of numbers! :)

I waited well over an hour. Tried contacting the restaurant — no answer. Tried calling — no response. It’s like they either don’t exist or they just don’t give a damn. Either way, it’s a complete scam. They happily take your money, never show up, and offer zero accountability. What kind of business operates like this? You don’t take someone’s money, leave them hungry in the middle of the day, and then go ghost. This isn’t bad service — this is deliberate. This is theft dressed up as a food service. Honestly, Lieferando should be ashamed for allowing places like this on their platform. If you’re reading this and thinking of ordering — don’t. It taste okay. Me and my boyfriend try this place last week. We order the Classic Quebec Poutine with garlic fries and Thai Peanut meatballs with normal fries. In our opinion we taste a better Poutine, the sause and the cheese is not 'Poutine' enough for us. And the garlic fries in the poutine is a definitely a wrong choice. We like garlic but this taste very strong garlic that make the combination taste off. And also your mouth and breath taste like garlic the hole day, so beware of the garlic fries if you don't like garlic or on your first date hoping to kiss. The Thai Peanut Meatballs it taste also okay, but if you ask will I ever order again, no. Maybe I have high expectations of what peanut sauce taste like, this just taste like strong lime with peanut crunchy. If you know the famous Dutch peanut sauce this is far far away from it. And the meatballs also taste very lime and weird that we can't describe what it taste, in the end with heavy heart we decided not to eat all the meatballs, we feel very bad throwing it but we can't eat it. Maybe the other menu is better and taste good, but it's not that bad because they have a very modest and cozy place that you can hangout in the Centro with friends because they have big tables and chairs for groups. They also support environment friendly because I don't see any plastic products that they use. For drinks are come in their original bottles so no plastic cup, it's very good. The waiting for the food I think it is normal waiting time, I think they will fried the fries when we order so it's not like they always have ready fries and just add sauce because the fries was freshly hot. We like the taste of just the normal sauce, it was a good fries we just choose the wrong sauce. I only take the picture of Thai peanut meatballs. I forgot to take the picture of Poutine.

my german is horrible so forgive me for not attempting. 5 stars. my only complaint is the pepper&salt is not provided at the table and you have to ask for it. which is to say, no complaints at all food is SO delicious. the portion sizes are kind of huge and i am a small eater, so i could not finish it, but rest assured, in my heart, i would have licked the plate clean. staff is very friendly and service is fast. the decor is quaint and tables are cleaned thoroughly. restrooms were clean too. it gets very busy very quickly, but you should trust the crowd and try to get a table. great place!!

This is not the first time we are in Alex actually...But for sure the worst of the experience in terms of service...had to wait around 35 mins for the server to arrive at the table and additional 10 mins for the drinks...Not even a simple greeting from anyone or any info about waiting was not given when we ver seated...Came in for dinner but had to just settle down with drinks as didn't wanna wait for food any longer...Have seen waiters talking to the adjoining table for 20min completely ignoring the fact that there are other tables too.... Need to improve on the timelyness of the service which could solve the major issues in the restaurant. Besides that the lemonades were really nice in taste.

I had pretty good experience in this restaurant in Bremen so I decided to choose the same when I was in Oberhausen. this restaurant has the same design and so on. interiors are not bad, there is a lot of place there, very good toilets. food was good, prices were reasonable. there are though couple of flaws: portion of asparagus was quite small, mashed potato was made from powder. the service was a bit slow, probably because the restaurant slowly became crowded. we also ordered free coffee using coupons from the app, and firstly waiter told us we cannot use two apps. but this problem was quickly solved

We chose the Ash for a family lunch after visiting a nearby Lego experience. While the initial impression was pleasant, it quickly took a dive down. We all ordered burgers and were excited to try them. It took more than an hour to get the burgers delivered to our table. No explanation or excuse was given as to why the service was so slow. We specifically asked for the burgers to be cooked at medium rare, unfortunately they all came extremely well done. I would accept this at a random place but I thought the steakhouse would know the cooking time better. Complaining about it and waiting another hour seemed pointless. My truffle burger has zero taste of truffle and barely any smell. The burger' condiments and the fries were top notch though, which makes this seem like an unfortunate oversight to what otherwise could have been a great experience.

Had dinner on a very busy December night. The location is very close to Westfield CentrO complex. Despite not having reservations, we were seated quickly (30 mins). The waitress was very good, gave solid recommendations and was attentive to our requirements. Our party had their reservations about the restaurant, we wanted a local good German meal , not an American style Steakhouse - however, Ash delivered on very good food and beat our expectations. The dry age steak was tender and tasty, while the large flank steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and full of flavor. The American style curly fries featured theater style nacho cheese - exactly what you would expect. The location was very busy, by not too loud and our table could have a conversation without yelling. Our per person cost was around 75 euro a person including tip. We did have coffee and drinks, but no dessert. Overall, I would definitely go back, if I was in the area.
