Barbecue restaurant
Nordy's BBQ & Grill is a beloved establishment in Loveland, Colorado, known for its delectable hickory-smoked ribs, brisket, and pork complemented by a selection of four sauces. With over 25 years of experience, this family-run restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere along with top-notch service. The menu features mouth-watering dishes such as the Carolina Pork Sandwich, BBQ Cuban Sandwich, and Catfish PoBoy.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and BBQ experience. I saw so many cars in the parking lot and thought I better go to the takeout counter. But, no I was able to be seated on a Sunday for lunch the server, Hailey, was generous and was able to my food fast. Very fast and hot. Ordered the full rack of ribs platter with Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I would highly recommend. I took the rest Togo after eating the half rack. Outstanding.

Great service and authentic BBQ flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious from the meats to the sides and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good barbecue.

This is my family’s favorite BBQ joint in northern CO. Staff is polite, kind & knowledgeable on menu items. We got 3 meals (2 adults & 1 kid) and an appetizer for about $75. We’ve also had takeout previously. The food tasted fresh. They had several sauces with various heat levels. We loved the Kansas City sauce which was the weakest level of heat. The cornbread muffins are one of my favorites on the menu. Also the beans are the best I’ve ever had. Pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and ribs are really great. Waffle fries were good as well. I don’t think they gluten friendly. I’m from the south and their banana pudding is almost identical to what I make. I absolutely loved it. We went on a Friday night, the parking lot was packed, and we were still able to walk right in for a table. Absolutely love this place!

Oh my, this place had the best baroque I have ever eaten. The brisket was so tender it almost melted in my mouth. Ribs was so tender. The coleslaw was mixed with these tiny macaroni and was the best I ever ate. The beans also were the best to. This is a must place to eat if you're ever here. The sweet tea I had was very good.

I was very much impressed with Nordy's. Sitting at the bar, there is a lovely atmosphere and not only friendly but quick to help bartenders and staff. The selection on tap was pretty solid and they have a nice crop of TVs to watch from. The food is excellent. I tried the feast for one which was definitely as titled. Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork, plenty of sauce options, corn bread, Mac and cheese, slaw.... It's hard to be as consistent as the food was, but there was certainly no bite I did not enjoy. I definitely recommend. It seemed really popular so consider when is is you want to go so you can get seating. The bar was pretty empty though

We've heard about Nordy's for years and always thought, "it can't be as good as everyone says." Tonight, I'm a fan and yes, it's every bit as good as everyone says! The brisket was perfect. The ribs are spectacular. The smoked sausage was incredible. The service was awesome. Could I say more? Yes... But then you'd think, "it can't be that good." Check them out and you'll be happy you did!
David B — Google review
Impressive BBQ and hospitality. Brisket and rib plate was fantastic and comes with a second meals worth of sides. Cornbread, Aunt Judy’s Beans, corn fritters, Texas toast and their 6 specialty BQQ sauces all with unique tastes. Our service from Jamie was great and we will definitely be returning!
Max B — Google review
We heard about Nordy’s from the Gluten Dude App! My husband has celiac disease. We stopped for lunch and the experience was great. They gave us a separate gluten free menu but they also had a buffet. We asked our server Sarah about it and she doubled checked to see if it was something my husband could have. There were two items in the buffet he couldn’t have. They also have separate dedicated gluten free fryers. He had no issues eating here. I loved that they had the option for a regular high chair or an in booth high chair for my youngest! I would absolutely recommend eating here! Food was delicious too!

Blue FCU Arena, a modern 6,800-seat venue in Loveland, is home to the Colorado Eagles pro hockey team and hosts various events like concerts and trade shows. The arena also offers unique experiences such as group weddings during games and special themed nights like Hockey Fights Cancer. Additionally, it's a popular spot for music and comedy events throughout the year.
Beautiful arena. Comfy seats, great viewing from any seat you choose. Concessions are reasonably priced for a venue. Fun shows. Easy parking.

What a terrible place for a concert. I have attended 100's of concerts and the reverb at Blue FCU Arena is so bad that even when only one band member is speaking, not even singing, the echo is so bad you think your at a basketball arena. Then you toss is drums, guitars, saxophone the distortion is so bad you can't understand a word of the singer. Never again.
Michael R — Google review
Saw my first ice hockey match here. Went for the legendary fights and was happy I got to see some 😆 Anyways, had a lovely time. Bathrooms are clean, lots of food & drink vendors. My only issue was with the seating as it seems most people are not adhering to staying in their designated seats and go sit where they desire because it’s empty and then when a person with a ticket comes they try to get you to go seat elsewhere. I think people should stick to their seats; you paid for it so stay in it and stop inconveniencing others and making others uncomfortable. The temperature was perfect, I had worried it would be cold but it was just right. Also, they have made additional parking spots but it’s on a grassy area. I like that the traffic is organized when it’s time to leave so there’s no unnecessary traffic. Overall had a lovely time.
Juliana ( — Google review
My first time at this venue. Loved the size of it. Staff was nice. Easy to get around in. Will definitely go back for an event. Front row was amazing but I think every seat would be. I personally wouldn't get the back of the floor though. I don't think you can see if people stand up.
Monica S — Google review
This event center is nice and well kept. My biggest issue is the lack of consistency for bag rules varying from one employee to another or the timing of the employee. I didn't check the rules so I was at fault when an employee told me that my clutch was too big and had to have my husband bring my purse back to the car, which wasn't a big deal. However, while waiting for my husband to return to the entrance, other employees were letting others in with much larger bags that were NOT clear into the arena. Also, the same employee who told me my clutch was too big told a lady in line that her shoulder bag "may not be allowed," but let her continue anyway. That shoulder bag was much larger than my clutch. Once inside, the employees were only checking bags. We never walked through metal detectors nor got wanded. If you're worried about people bringing in weapons, you can hide them on your person or within your coat that was NEVER checked. If you're going to check things for our safety, do a 100% check. I am appalled that the policies and procedures are not being followed by ALL employees ALL of the time and give a false sense of security.

My son's CTU Graduation ceremony was wonderful! Great venue, clean, organized and helpful, friendly staff.

Always a good experience. Nothing amazing but solid place to go for an event. Most often the employees are nice and the food selection is not bad. Could use some more beer choices. Mash lab is close and would be a great addition.

We had a great experience here. The parking was very easy compared to Denver. Just sign up online with your license plate and pay. The people working there were all nice and helpful. Its a nice arena. Even on the top row, you can see and hear everything. Actually very good to get out of the Denver area. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Restaurant
Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is a chain restaurant located at The Promenade Shops at Centerra, offering a wide variety of Italian dishes and specialty cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Situated next to the Chapungu Sculpture Park, it features a spacious covered patio with views of the beautiful sculptures and landscaped park. The restaurant is family-friendly yet maintains an elegant ambiance, making it suitable for both casual dining and fine dining experiences.
Hands down one of my top restaurant experiences ever. From the food, to the wine, to the atmosphere, to the amazing waitress (Meg), to seeing the manager making her rounds checking in, to the very reasonable price. Cannot possibly think of a more deserving place or people to leave a fantastic review for! I’ll be back! 🖤

The bruschetta was incredible. I enjoyed the pick two option. The garlic shrimp was a very good and so is shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. This was an incredible experience. I think the food is very good. I had a great time.

I cannot say enough about this place, I am quite the chef and I was really impressed by this place. I recently did a seminar here for a group of people that I work with, and every dish that was delivered to the table, the presentation was exceptional! I asked everyone how the food was and they said it was pretty darn good! I know that I am very hard to please. However, I ordered their chicken piccata and I was blown away at the flavors and their presentation! If you have not done, so I suggest this be a place that you put on your must try list! See if I’m right or wrong, but apparently this place should be On a regular stop list. Additionally, I even gave the manager compliments, which is rare for me, actually very rare. Only to find out that about 90% of the stuff that they make there is from scratch, another rarity in today’s restaurants. Do yourself a favor make this on your next stop…
David T — Google review
First and probably only time going. The restaurant is very nicely finished and has a great vibe. The patio is very nice and great place to enjoy some fresh air. My wife and I decided to try it out Biaggi’s to mix things up a bit. The wait time to get a table was very reasonable 10-15 minutes and they met that time frame. We ate on the patio and that could have been a mistake. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating as we both asked for changes on what we ordered. I asked for Alfredo instead of red sauce and my wife asked for lobster instead of shrimp and they were happy to do it. The best part of our meal was the stuffed mushrooms. Highly recommend. That’s where this review goes down hill fast. The French onion soup was awful. I thought my wife was crazy so I tried it and boy was she spot on I can’t nicely explain the taste but let’s just say it was one of those flavors that hangs on but you wish it wouldn’t. Her meal was ok. I mean she was able to pick out the lobster and eat that but let’s be honest who orders seafood in a land locked state? I had ordered the chicken parm. The chicken. Was so over cooked and dry that I had to cut the whole tiny chicken breast up to find 3 pieces worth eating. The best part of my meal was the noodles that had next to no Alfredo on them and I had to order more Alfredo. Our waitress was probably overloaded with tables… not her fault but I left feeling like we had simply been forgotten. We waited for probably 10 minutes for our bill and then the mosquitoes came out so we stepped inside to wait for our bill. We wound up having to go to the hostess while they had to track down our waitress which took probably 5 min so we could pay our bill. I have never worked in the restaurant industry but to me here is a free tip. If you are going to have a patio, maybe only assign the server to that area. While we were waiting to pay we observed our waitress running from section to section. No wonder why we felt forgotten. I will end with this. It’s a really good thing we had a gift certificate for $100 bucks, because after tip, that is what we spent. $40 bucks a person and a 20 percent tip seems like a lot for the quality of food simply put, there are better places to eat for that kind of money. If I had to have spent my hard earned money, there would have probably been a conversation with a manager but since we probably won’t be back what’s the point?
Mark R — Google review
Very poor service. We walked in as a party of 5 at 7:30 pm. Late dinner. They had a table ready. While we were at the entrance more family called and decided to join us. We asked if another table of 5 could be sat next to us when they arrived. Except when the hostess asked, the manager said no, (via the hostess). Now we need to wait 30 minutes and cannot be seated at all. Plenty of tables at the time, and tables turning over. Went next door to PF Changs and were immediately greeted by friendly staff with no issues. Sat immediately and extra family joined later. Managers at the entrance were friendly and actually interacted with their restaurant guests. Biaggi’s can definitely do better. Could’ve told us service would be a little slower than usual, due to the lateness, or we could have been seated and the other party would be a little delayed (as they weren’t at the restaurant yet anyway.) Biaggi’s needs major managerial improvement based on our experience tonight.

The bruschetta is amazing! I love that you can mix and match 2 or 3 different types. I highly recommend the shrimp scampi bruschetta and the mushroom version! The scallops and risotto is delicious but the red pepper sauce does pack a little kick that was unexpected.

Wow!! This place was perfect in all manors. My girl and I loved it from the time we walked through the door. The hostess was polite and cheerful. Our waitress was young, but had work ethics of someone who has been serving for years. She was very polite, patient, and very helpful with the menu. Ok first I must recommend the strawberry lemonade. The best iv had in years . Both our meals were beyond perfect. She has the spaghetti and meatballs. Farfalli Alfredo was my dish. And once again! WOW. Dessert made everything even better. So over all let me say thank you for a perfect afternoon. Best food iv had in years.

We had an excellent family lunch here before shopping. We ordered several things and loved the Fried Ravioli, Meatballs, Milano Salad, Chicken Parmigian, Filet Steak, and the Gelato in multiple flavors. We had a wonderful waiter who was helpful and friendly. He was apologetic when they had trouble with the espresso machine (we wanted coffees with dessert), but after a few extra minutes he got it worked out. We left really satisfied and happy, and will come back for special occasions. About $25-30pp and up, but worth it compared to most other restaurants.

We can always find just what we need and a lot of fun extras. We added a few things to our Christmas list, too. Kohls cash is a great bonus. We visited for summer clothes and found some great deals and clothes. There isn't a lot of choices for petite ladies or maternity.

My daughter and I shop here for perfume. And let me tell you they are a bit pricey but the perfume we bought smells so dam good, With just a few sprays on your clothing neck and inside wrist keeps you smelling good all day and night. I bought the perfume that is called Juliette has a gun and my daughter bought one that's called sol de janero #40.

I shop at kohls for all my children’s clothes. Last time I went, I was returning a pair of pants. I was also buying some children’s socks and buying another pair of pants for myself. We went to the register and there was a family of about 12 to 15 people checking out. It was very chaotic. We waited for about 15 minutes and then someone opened up another register. I asked the cashier If my Kohl’s cash would still work if I return something. She was very nice and she checked it and it did still work. And she ran up the socks and she rang up the pants. She applied the Kohl’s cash. I paid her the rest on my card. There is still a lot of chaos up there with the big family. There were children trying on clothes that they just bought and I had my two babies with me. I left the store. I drove home. I opened up my bag and I have a receipt and two pairs of socks there were no pants I believe the cashier put the pants that I just purchased with the ones that just returned. I was happy to buy something for myself and to save money, but then I when I got home I actually spent money on nothing. This happened on 7-12-2025 in case you can help me figure out what happened.

I wrote a review with a “one star” a few weeks ago, due to messy displays. I’m changing my review, as I went into this location today to return an Amazon order. I found clean environment, with much better organized displays of merchandise. I did run into a very rude cashier at the front entrance, unfortunately, I decided not to purchase my items, & left them at the counter 😏. However, the customer service in the back of the store was excellent. I plan to shop here again, due to a better presentation. Hopefully next time, I will have a better experience at the front register 😊.

I went to Kohl’s today for the Ultimate Kohl’s cash giveaway like I do every year. Every year they have an associate that greets you at the door and gives you a kohls cash coupon which can be worth $5-$100 in Kohls cash that you can use that day in store. I didn’t see an associate, so I stood in line for a long time. There was only 2 people in front of me and I had to wait for over 10 minutes to be helped. The rude old lady that everyone talks about was who I had the displeasure of talking to and I asked if I could have a coupon because no one was handing them out. She has a stack of the coupons behind the counter and placed her hand on top of them and said “ you can only receive these when you check out” . I told her that wasn’t true, I said she is supposed to hand me one if no one was handing them out. She refused. I went to go find another employee. I had to ask 4 more employees whom all argued with me about it. Finally, I pulled my Kohls app out and showed it to the employee and said read your terms, they looked at it and said to hold on. Then the manager came up to me and asked if he could help. I explained my frustration and he started to argue with me. I told him it’s literally in the terms of the promotion (attached are photos). He then said “we don’t have any left” and I said “yes, you do. I saw stacks of them by the register.” I said I just wanted my promotional coupon and everyone is refusing and now he is lying to me. He did end up going and getting me a coupon but the fact that I had to argue with everyone in the store about it is ridiculous. You don’t have to purchase anything to receive the promotion. I can’t believe the way I was treated by all the employees. I will never return to this store. They should not be keeping them behind the register, and I hope corporate sees this review.

Walmart Supercenter has been a reliable shopping destination for many over the years, known for its friendly staff who consistently provide excellent customer service. While some shoppers have experienced minor issues with home delivery and online ordering, it seems that improvements are being made. The store's ambiance may feel a bit dull at times, but the helpfulness of employees like Daisia, Melissa, Andrea, and Jazmin truly shines through.
For some reason my order was canceled but Jessica the crew lead for online orders helped me get everything figured out. She was extremely kind and is a valuable part of your team.

It's too bad Walmart apparently never reads their reviews. This store clearly has a huge problem with managers/supervisors that disrespect and are rude to customers. I can't imagine they treat their employees any better either.
A N — Google review
Having issues with door greeters and asset protection profiling is every time we go. To the extent that it’s so annoying we said no to looking over our receipt which is legally allowed to walk out after making a purchase. The store greeter walks out and watches us to go our car and writers down what we assume is our description and vehicle description. We did not steal and yet we feel our legal rights to shopping and leaving a store have been discriminated based off of one encounter of saying no you can’t see our receipt. Not to mention the constant profiling when leaving the store. It does not feel random it feels discriminatory. Store itself isn’t a problem but greeters and asset protection making people who pay for their items feel terrible by being watched is ridiculous. They can follow us on their cameras and watch us on play back videos to see we are honest people who payed at a register with a human. Profiling the wrong people.

UPDATE Today I had to wait half an hour for the only attendant to help. The guy literally told me you don't have to shop here. So now their employees are literally telling people to go elsewhere if they don't like the quality of the service. What kind of business does this? I do all the work here when do I get my paycheck for having to check out all my own items

I've been shopping at this Walmart since it opened and I have never, ever - not once - been disappointed with the product selection, availability of what I need, prices, and most of all - staff. I believe that Walmart provides excellent value for my money. Today I stopped in for a few things and was surprised when an employee approached me in the sporting goods section to offer help. What I needed was in a locked glass cabinet. I was expecting to have to go summon an associate but that wasn't necessary. UPDATE JUNE 2022. Needed mulch and planting soil. This Walmart has an impressive outdoor and garden department. Huge. Had exactly what we needed in large quantities and competitive pricing. All of the store associates we interacted with were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Excellent food, as always. Love the little desserts. The Key Lime pie, delicious. I just want to add that I have traveled over 2 million miles in my business career and the wait staff here is the best I have ever experienced at any restaurant. There must have been a dozen young people "running around" (and I mean that in a good way) always being attentive, taking orders, filling water glasses, asking if we wanted anything else, clearing plates. Even my two business colleagues, who also travel a lot, remarked how amazing the wait staff was. I hope the manager who reads this prints out a copy of my review and hands it out to each member of the staff. Bravo!! 10 star performance!!!

Shout out to Erin for being a phenomenal server! We were greeted with a wholesome smile and an attentive manner. She promptly asked about any food allergies - which there were multiple allergies at our table. She brought specific menus as per our need and made sure to inform us when the dishes were brought out the specifics of each ! She absolutely made our day with pleasant conversation and well wishes as we went on our way . Will certainly recommend visiting for top notch service.

Fantastic experience here recently! Management was in the front of house and greeted our party. Staff was very courteous and welcoming to our party of 10 for a late dinner. Drinks and food were excellent and served promptly, and our server was attentive. Our party also celebrated a bday dinner and they served complimentary dessert with bubbles, which was especially fun. Atmosphere and company were great. Would recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable evening out!

Beautiful restaurant in and out. High ceilings, plenty of seating options inside and out. The servers were incredibly kind and kept up with our large table of 8. I rate it a 3 only because this was very americanized Asian food. If you're wanting to eat Asian food but have American taste buds then this is the perfect place for you. I also say 3 because they put an automatic 20% gratuity on the tab. If you have poor service or something is wrong with the food then this is not an acceptable business practice. They also do not do military discounts.

Caitlin was absolutely fantastic! The service she provided was truly the best! Didn’t have to ask for anything, anticipated our every need including even providing a birthday candle for our son’s free bday desert. Highly recommended!

We had Ella tonight as a server and she did an amazing job! She was very friendly, very kind, and very helpful. Food tasted great and the staff was so kind, even when we had a spill at the table. Someone at our table had an allergy and we felt very assured that their food had been checked for allergens when it arrived. We will be coming back soon and hoping to have Ella again :)

Wow just WOW! This place completely blew me away, I’m honestly at a loss for words. Everything was amazing, but the highlight of our visit was our incredible waitress, Erin. She was the absolute sweetest, so attentive, and made the entire vibe feel warm and welcoming. Her energy was contagious and truly elevated the whole experience. I can’t remember the last time I left somewhere feeling this happy and cared for. We will 100% be back this has officially become one of our go-to spots!

Mexican restaurant
Palomino Mexican Restaurant is a popular choice for those seeking authentic southwestern cuisine in a relaxed setting. The menu features classic Mexican dishes like enchiladas and tamales, served in generous portions or family-style sizes. Guests have praised the attentive and friendly staff, as well as the prompt service at Palomino.
Amazing place for having Mexican food in Loveland. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were simply delicious. Highly recommend this place

I dined in right after lunch on 3/15/25 and ordered the Colorado burrito, which I’ve had before. When it arrived, the shredded cheese wasn’t melted at all - something that’s definitely not normal. I pointed this out to the waitress, but she just said it was how they do it and didn’t offer to fix it or even ask if I wanted it melted. After that, she basically ignored our table until it was time for the check - no refills, no checking in. I only ate a few bites and left the rest. The food and service were both disappointing, and it’s clear there’s a lot of training that needs to happen here. In my humble opinion, Palomino has significantly declined in service and quality. Image for reference.

We met for lunch here. All the meals looked very good and were presented hot, sizzling, and quickly. The lettuce wrapped fish tacos were amazing. The chili rellonos were the way I like them. Not very spicy, and the green chili is flavorful and mild. The fajitas were sizzling when they were served and all the condiments were plentiful. A very filling and tasty meal.

So, so, so good! Food and drinks were perfect! The waitress was so friendly!

Portions were small for the price and the service was pretty abominable. I had to wait for over 25 minutes to ask our server for a refill on a drink because she only showed up at our table 3 or 4 times in 2 hours. The interior of the place is pretty nice - clean and tastefully themed with a lot of room for a larger party. They were able to accommodate our party of 20 pretty last-minute, but with the service leaving so much to be desired, I now suspect why that may be the case...

Used to love the Palomino. Great margarita flight. Some menu items are good. Seems like quality isn't as good as it used to be. And they are now charging 3% fee so that they can pay their kitchen staff fairly. Note that the final total that your tipping on includes the 3% fee. Will be looking for non surcharge restaurants instead.

Second time using TPC. They are true professionals and great people. Product and pricing are excellent. Looking forward already to our next upgrade!

Cool artistry and caballero tacos were very good. Rice and beans also great. Freshly made salsa. A bit spicy but also delicious.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Hamburger restaurant
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a vintage-style chain that offers a variety of fast-food staples such as steakburgers and hot dogs. In addition, they also serve frozen custard. The restaurant never fails to impress, providing a delicious experience every time. Unlike another place that claimed to make smashburgers but fell short, Freddy's delivers on their promise. Their thin and perfectly smashed patties are bursting with juicy flavor.
Everything was very tasty! Fast service and good quality ingredients.

I honestly never really have issues at this location but today I ordered a large fry and it was barley full, which I know isn’t the norm so it was a bit disappointing.
Cheyenne M — Google review
Usually have a decent meal here. This time my fries were so overcooked they were basically chewing sticks. Also went many times for carnivore style burgers and was always told a different price. Anywhere from $.30 to $2/meat patty. Definitely not worth that price for just a patty. When I mentioned the price differences to the manager she was rude.
Karmin J — Google review
Coming from the East coast, we dont have Freddy's over there. At least, not in the states that I've lived. So when I first came here nearly a decade ago, my fiance told me I HAD to try Freddy's, I was expecting the norm. Like any other fast food burger joint. But oh man, was I pleasantly surprised. The burgers are AMAZING, the fries are to die for, the desserts are delicious and the customer service has always been great for us. I'd eat here more often if my body could handle it! My recommendation: The Jalapeño Burger. If you like spicy foods, its perfect! Its not too spicy but has enough kick to it to make your sinuses open up.
Kristen W — Google review
Yummy custard and my favorite fries are Freddy's fries! At a certain point, the custard turned to liquid-- all at the same time. Note to self-- don't buy that big of custard.
Amie C — Google review
1st time eating at Freddy's. Spot looked great. Hamburger had the best taste to it. The French fries were extremely salty.
Anthony V — Google review
This place was good and tasty burgers. As good as steak and bake. Their french fries were shoelaces size and fried perfectly. Those had a little more kick to the fries there compared to steak and bake because freddy's also sells their own French fries spices you can take home to your hearts content.(your heart might complain via a heart attack tho).

The staff here is so wonderful. There was a mishap with our food and they corrected it right away without a complaint. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Barbecue restaurant
Serious Texas BBQ Loveland is a popular eatery that attracts barbecue enthusiasts with its delectable smoked ribs, pulled pork, and tacos served alongside their distinctive sauce and salsas. The friendly staff, sporting smiles beneath their masks, provide excellent service. Patrons relish the experience of dining without the need for additional sauces as the flavors of their beautifully smoked/barbecued dishes are simply divine. The assortment of sauces and BBQ sauce on offer only enhances the already superb taste.
They need to thicken their BBQ sauce. So runny. The food we ordered was delicious despite the runny sauce. We sat in the outdoor patio with our pet so it was nice to enjoy dinner after a long ride in the car.

Great food. Home cooked BBQ like when we were kids. We walked in ordered food, and it was ready served by the time we paid. The guys were super friendly, answered all questions without a beat and smiled the whole time. And the view from the terrace you can sit and eat after ordering food is to die for. Definitely will be back! 👍👍👍👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update May 2025. Like value? Having trouble finding food value? Try Serious Texas. Still cranking out wholesome large portion foods at family friendly prices. Had the turkey Sammy today with a side of chipotle slaw. Outstanding. Pics attached. Still great after all these years. Stopped in while driving by to pick up dinner as a break from cooking - turkey sandwiches, loaded. Also got sides of beans and slaw. YUM. Exceptionally dedicated, fun, seriously-into-service crew. Another good experience at Serious Texas.

You better like BBQ smoke smell because it permeated the entire restaurant in a delicious way! The pinto beans, cheesy potatoes and pulled pork were awesome, our brisket was a bit fatty and a bit chewy the evening we were there. The price was very reasonable compared to the quantity of food. Only 2 BBQ sauces but they tasted great. Overall a pleasant experience.

People tend to go on here to leave bad reviews so I try to leave a good one if I feel like they deserve it. My google review standard is 4.6 or higher means you are probably getting a pretty dang good meal. I’d put these guys in the 4.6-4.7 range which is a great place to be on my scale. Turkey sandwich was awesome. Can’t complain about that thing at all. Mac n cheese was like the poster child for creamy Mac. Sauces are thin but tons of flavor. Can’t be mad about them at all. Definitely would come back for more.

Had a sampler platter and the bbq is some of the best in the area. The brisket is definitely the best in Colorado, not dry at all, very well done. Sausage and ribs were also very good. Great selection of drinks, love the onions/pickles/white bread, and the sides were decent. The view from the back patio is also outstanding.

Got some food to go. Very friendly staff. Brisket was pretty tender and tasty, as well as the ribs and the excellent turkey. Was not a fan of the cup of dry pork- was supposed to b3 pulled pork i think. Hands down, the best was th3 most surprising = the chicken breast! Full of flavor, tender, spicy. Was not dry. I'm going back for sure. However, maybe try some other smoking woods? This was a bit too ashy smelling and tasting. I tried some meats here years ago and the smoke was better (but the meats were not as tender as they are now!)
Rico 9 — Google review
As a native Texan and previous competition smoker I went in skeptical, but after eating here I wish I had come sooner. The brisket was pretty good, ribs were very tender but not so much to make them hard to eat, and the pulled pork sandwich was phenomenal. Two small complaints, the Cole slaw was pretty bland which actually made it a good topper for a sandwich but doesn't do well as a stand-alone side. The BBQ sauce is way too sweet and very runny, but No True Texan ruins their meat with sauce anyway so no big deal. As an added bonus the porch was a delightful place to eat. I will definitely be back.
