We absolutely love hanging out at Lake Pleasant. There are so many different areas, each with a different vibe. You can go to Scorpion Bay Marina to enjoy the water park, dinning on the lake, boat rentals and more. Or, you can hit one of the many swimming areas... our favorite thing to do. There are plenty of swimming areas that can be reached with any type of vehicle, and then there are the more secluded areas on the northeast and east side of the lake that can be reached with a 4x4. We haven't tried the fishing or the campgrounds yet... but they are next!

I went to this lake on Memorial day 2018. This lake is like a boon in the deserts of Arizona. A very short drive from Phoenix to this place which is a scenic beauty. We had a good time there just gazing at the surroundings. Go boating, fishing whatever you want you will definitely enjoy the place.

Absolutely love Lake Pleasant, my favorite of Lakes in the Phx areas. Love the campgrounds at Road Runner and Desert Tortoise with the best lakefront spots with developed and primitive campsites! Gets crowded on the weekends, party atmosphere so go during the week if you want a more peaceful experience. PLEASE WEAR LIFE VESTS ( every year there are horror stories) and if you don’t know safety protocols for boat rentals and jet skis, get help. People have died getting drunk and being reckless. Wild burros run through the campsites so as you enter the Lake Pleasant area look out for them because they are getting hit by cars 😢You must watch small pets because coyotes are present. Check out sites 11-24 in Roadrunner but you must book months in advance to get the best lakefront sites, they go fast. Desert Tortoise is harder to level but from there you have access and can hike down to the water easily. Was going here every month for several years and they are open to all types of vehicles, even my Tiny House on wheels! Dump station at exit. These are pics I took from my time spent there.

The lake is very low this time of year. The person at the entrance did state they won't be getting more water into the lake for another couple of months. There is no shade at the lake, if you plan on spending the day, I would recommend bringing your own shade structure, or at least umbrellas. Sun screen is a definite must. The water was warm, perfect for those that want to swim. They do have some hiking trails, which I recommend in the cooler months. There were plenty of boater and jet skiers, along with people fishing off the shore

Great place! Super beautiful oasis in arizona! My wife and i went on a Wednesday and was empty. Water cool, fish jumping, clean place, what more could anyone ask for. Pack it in pack it out. There are lots of wild donkey's so please respect the rule of the lake!

If it's a weekend or later in the day, expect rough waters! Like open sea white caps! No good for skiing! Also, you better hope you don't brake down, having problems with your boat, because a short tow is going to cost you big bucks! Starts at $250. Not sure if that's the starting price or just from point across from dock that we had problems. Less then a mile and that was the quote!! Insanity! Lastly, it's Sooo busy at boat launch! That's putting in and out! Alot of people and waiting your turn! Cooking in the heat! Not my favorite AZ lake, but if I'm skiing in the morning and still plan to make it home for work, this is the place!

Always a great time at Lake Pleasant whether you’re hiking, camping, picnicking or boating. There is something for everyone. This weekend we took the boat out and were able to launch it quickly no problem. The area is clean and easy to get in and out of the park. Bring plenty of food and water as it’s not available unless you’re going to the marina to eat and the restaurants. Parking is not too big of us issue until it gets closer to summer. We love all the wildlife we see including of course the donkeys.

I had the pleasure of attending Arizona Broadway Theatre’s performance of “Phantom”. I had never seen this other version of the iconic “Phantom of the Opera” story and was eager to experience it. I first want to note that the lobby and seating area were clean and pristine! All staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I also greatly adored and appreciated that the lobby and theatre area were decorated for the musical. And it was such a treat that the main cast came out to the lobby after the show to mingle with the audience. As for the show; I was awed and amazed by the level of talent performing this extraordinary musical on stage. Jamie made such an enchanting Phantom and really captivated the audience with his exceptional performance. Alec did a wonderful job as Phantom as well. The actress who played Christine really conveyed the innocence, beauty, and sweetness well that was the character and backed it up with her vocals. The actress who played Carlotta was most convincing and gave such an entertaining performance with her spot on accent and vocals. The supporting cast were also great and really helped with the immersive experience. Although I did not purchase a meal with my ticket, I did see the dessert options come out and was happy with how everything looked. With this in mind, I will want to try a meal ticket next time I attend the Arizona Broadway Theatre. I can hardly wait to attend another show! Thank you AZ Broadway Theatre for reawakening my love and passion for the arts; I shall never let that part of me sleep again.

My daughter participated in the theatre camp and absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and learned her name right away. She felt safe and excited to go everyday. The show they put on was light-years beyond what I expected for a kids musical! Fantastic place to take your theatre loving kiddos!

As a lifelong theatre buff and someone who has been involved in community theatre development for many years, I can honestly say that Arizona Broadway Theatre is one of the most impressive professional theatre organizations I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you arrive, the professionalism shines through. The food is delicious, the service attentive, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in for something special. And then the show begins—wow! The talent on stage is top-notch, (yes brought in from New York's own Broadway) the costumes are stunning, and the sets are nothing short of magical. Their new LED screen is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in Arizona, bringing productions to life in a whole new way. Beyond the stage, ABT’s commitment to the community is remarkable. We attended the opening night of Newsies! This is the third time we have seen a show at ABT and it never disappoints. Cocktail reception prior to the show: Strong drinks, and great flavor. I love the themed signature cocktails. The set design is outstanding. For a smaller stage, the design made you feel like you were transported back to 1899 New York. The dinner was good. I had the salmon, it was moist, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The performance made headlines. The cast was talented and kept my attention the whole time, which is hard to do for someone with a short attention span like me. I would recommend seeing a show at Arizona Broadway Theatre anytime you are looking for something fun and entertaining!

We made a trip to see the Newsies musical. We were greeted with friendly staff and we're walked to our table. This place was great. My family enjoyed the show and even met with cast. The cast came out to meet the audience in the lobby and signed autographs and also took pictures with us. This was a great experience and we look forward to coming back for other shows.

Broadway is the cultural heartbeat of New York. Walking through the district, the glowing lights of the theaters create an exciting atmosphere. I had the chance to watch a Broadway musical, and it was one of the best performances I’ve ever seen. The talent of the actors and the quality of the production were outstanding. Even just walking through the area felt inspiring because of the energy in the air. The mix of history, art, and entertainment here is unmatched. If you want to experience the true cultural side of New York, Broadway is the place to go.

First time to this theater, and it was a fantastic experience! We saw Newsies, and the show and cast was incredible. The sets, the stage, the talent, it was a great show from start to finish! Very cool that they serve dinner and drinks, the food was good and the service throughout was great! If you get the opportunity to go to any show here, don’t skip!

Free parking for spring training game day. Check the huge baseball for spring practice entrance. Both Padre and Mariners side are quite accessible and see players practice in close distance. They don't have too many food options inside the field and the team store is relatively small for two teams.

Visited the Peoria Sports Complex for the Desert Night Market. Excellent! Big variety of vendors and food.

Pro Tip: cool off with the breeze under the scoreboard. Cooling fans for the electronics + wind tunnel in the shade by are = Ahhhhh. See pic. Great time at the Mariners game. There was plenty for everyone of all ages to do before the game. Try pitching and get measured by radar gun. Children’s play area and cooling mist. Plus so many food options aside from the fixed food counters and stands. The free parking is a plus with most charging for it but get there early to avoid parking far away in gravel overflow lots. Like they just closed main parking off just over an hour before hand. This is a shared venue between Ms and San Diego so when they play each other it will be packed to the gills. Anyhow, good seats although they were in the narrow side. Good times and great place to take in a game.

This is a really cool spot if you are a baseball fan! The spring training home of the Mariners & Padres. Both teams also workout at this facility so if you head out early you can get an up close look at your favorite players working out. Today we saw the Mariners catchers working out and the hitting on one of the outdoor fields!

I was hosting 12 Naval Academy classmates plus spouses over the March 21 weekend. I reached out to Ty Petersen at the Peoria Sports Complex about attending a Spring (Cactus League) baseball game. Ty was very engaged, professional and communicative throughout the process of organizing and booking our game. We booked in the Collonade which is a semi private venue on the home field side. Great location to view the game and tickets provide access to a very good buffet and bar. You have the option of sitting in dedicated stadium seats or enjoying the indoor/outdoor seating in the Collonade. Ty also arranged to have our group featured on the scoreboard! Lastly, he personally appeared to meet our group and thank us for our business! The whole experience throughout was awesome!

Very cool Baseball park. We unfortunately didn’t make it to a game here for spring training but we had to see the mariners home stadium and watched them practice. Also visited the team store. It was free to park there before the game. Got to watch the players practice and quite a few stopped to sign my son’s baseball. Lots of people there wanting autographs. Very cool experience!

Overall this is a great place to enjoy spring training. However I know many people who work at the concession stands(via temp agency)and they would like the community to know that when you tip them they never receive any of the tips,and if you leave them a cash tip..well they get kicked off the job. I think this isn't fair and just who is receiving the tips, the partner who brought them on..? It's bad enough that if you attend one of these events expect to easily spend 50.00 on each person and if you decide to reward someone for good service and a great attitude.. someone else will be pocketing their money. Other than that great way to bring in America's past time and relax and enjoy a game

I went to the discount grocery store not the "final clearance" store shown in the picture shown. The grocery store does have some name brands and good prices. It's difficult to get a thank you or "thanks for shopping with us" out of the staff who are twenty-somethings. The staff have the look of people who are on a early release program. The store was nearly empty.

Great prices on a somewhat limited selection. Tried to find kitchen sink for mom , but no luck. Employee was helpful and showed us sinks in a different part of the store.

This was supposed to be a clearance store but the prices were high especially for returned Amazon items. The selection was lousy cheap items that wasn't clearance priced. Avoid this store. Better selection at Ross or dad's or 5 below. Dont recommend any items

There is a grocery discount store in this plaza that I visit and it's simply awesome. They have all types of name brand food items such as bread,cereal, pasta noodles, chips, soda,juces,spices condiments ect. But it doesn't stop there they also have baby products formula, baby food ,diapers, ointments and toys........oh but there is yet more like cleaning products paper products and soooooooo much more I could go on for days and you need to vist often as the inventory changes. This place is a must vist if you haven't been there already!

Went to the Matsuri event. The event had too many venldors and not eniught cultural emphasis. We did eventuallly find the educational vendors down an alley. Parking is difficult (the web page warned we might want to take the bus.)

Sign said 50% off on summer items, so I bought a pair of bike shorts, priced at $10.00. I believed the shorts were a summer item; they were not. I was not impressed with their, so called final prices. One walk through, nothing there to bring me back.

I have been coming to this Long John Silvers for the past year. I come as a regular and dine in. I would highly recommend if you have the time to dine in, as the environment is always quiet nice, smooth music throughout the lobby, pretty clean the majority of the time throughout the dining area, fairly clean facilities too, well stocked of condiments, straws, lids and never had an issue with the soda machine either during my experiences. As for the menu there are plenty of favorites to choose from, and the quality is good, but will say they can be a bit pricey on some choices. For the reason to my 3 star review, it is solely due to the slightly higher prices on their food, compared to other fast food locations. I feel since they sell the idea of seafoods, they seem to upsell it all a bit. Along with the majority of these foods being battered and fried, there tends to be plenty of grease, so you will definitely taste the cooking oil. Aside from this the rest of the experience has been pleasant and I would recommend trying this location for yourself. Thank you for take the time to read my review, much appreciated.

This location is a Long John Silvers and Taco Bell. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a fast food chain, inexpensive items and a consistent taste. Overall the food is good, service is good, the location itself is a bit outdated, could maybe use a refresher. Never seems to be too busy when I’ve gone.

Mostly I'm writing this review so it's posted somewhere that this is no long a Long John Silvers location. Visited today (June 2023) and was informed they're done with LJS. I don't know if that means all combo locations or just this one. So as a taco bell, it's average. Not great, not bad. Service is usually quick.

Service was slow and the staff didn't seem to know how to charge for the coupons we had. We were told there was no chicken and magically 2 chicken dinners were served. We had one fish meal brought out about 20 minutes after we got the 1st meal. Conversely the food was good if not quite hot enough because of the slow service. I give it 3 stars because I like their fish and coleslaw.

This place is hit or miss when the fish, fries and chicken are fresh, it's good! But you can tell when the food has been sitting around in the warmers, and I have had both experiences. But the employees are always friendly and courteous.

Stopped by for a quick lunch yesterday. It was just before noon. We were one of 2 cars in drive-thru. Employees were great, but the food was not. Everything was cold and old.....fries, chicken planks and hush puppies...all cold and chewy. We figured at lunch things would be fresh and hot, but we were sadly disappointed.

I’m disappointed because it’s rare that i get to have long Johns for dinner. I hate coming here because I’m always missing something.. I got the combo with one fish, chicken and 2 shrimp. I didn’t get any shrimp. I also ordered 2 extra chicken for my daughter for $3.98 and a side of fries for her for $2.49.. I didn’t get either of these so I had to give her my food and ended up eating ramen☹️ I basically just gave them my hard earned money for free… $61 down the drain.. yea, dinner for 5 is $60+ and for what???? Not going here again.

The quality of the food has really gone down. My husband tried to surprise me with the Feast for Two! The food was so disgusting that I had to leave the room to call Famous Dave’s to request information to report my dining experience to Famous Dave. Edwin, the manager on duty was of little help and he did not sound like he cared! A nice surprise gone bad by TERRIBLE food from “Famous Dave’s”! What a waste of time and $70.74.

First of all, the staff was very great. They got our order in and out quickly. Now for the food… Famous Dave’s? It should be Infamous Dave’s. I’m surprised there isn’t a warrant out for his arrest. The food looked like it’d been doing hard time under a heat lamp, the brisket was cut too thick and was blander than a court transcript, and the sides felt like an afterthought at best. In short, the service deserved five stars—but the food? It should probably be serving five to ten.

1/5 stars: Horrible food and incredibly rude management ruined our first visit. Our first and only time at Famous Dave's was a complete disappointment due to a severe combination of bad food and rude managerial behavior. The only positive part of our experience was our kind and sweet server, who was attentive and a bright spot in an otherwise terrible evening. We ordered the feast for two and were served inedible meat. The chicken was slimy, undercooked, and had a pink appearance. The ribs were dried out. The brisket was grossly undercooked and still had significant, uncooked marbling. When our compassionate server took our concerns to the manager, we were forced to wait an unnecessarily long time for a response. The manager eventually came to our table and was incredibly rude and dismissive. She sternly declared, "I'll take it off for you this time, but the food was actually fine," without offering any apologies or an option for a replacement. The manager's disrespectful and defensive tone showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction or food safety. We would have appreciated the food being replaced, but we were never given the option. For a first impression, this experience was beyond terrible. We will not be returning.

I just got a pound of pulled pork and a pound of the jalapeno sausage link and they both are freaking delicious! Didn't dine in so I can't answer about atmosphere but definitely the best jalapeno sausage link I've had!

Service was unbelievable. First we waited for an hour . We finally sat down . No one knew who are server was, 20 minutes later a guy walks over and says it will be another hour for food . We ordered cheese curds. Took 50 minutes and they came out right before our food. Frozen cheese curds out of a bag for 11.25 ridiculous . So much for birthday dinner . Very disappointed. Making Togo orders a precedence over customers that are in the restaurant is wrong . Corn overcooked, pulled pork dried out, everything else on the All American platter was good.

Always delicious and friendly service. This location had a perfect score from a food inspector as shown on AZ Family Channel 3 recently. Congrats!

We were seated promptly at our reservation time, waitress was very nice and prompt with our drinks. The teppanyaki chef was awesome and hilarious. Fun for large crowds but if you like your meal all hot and served at once this isnt for you everything comes out in stages lots of waiting for your complete meal.

The evening was going well, stopped into this location for dinner, and then the restaurant absolutely fell apart after ordering. Apparently the owner had stopped in, and absolutely wrecked. The flow, and ticket times were through the roof! Roof! Hour and 45 minutes later finally got our order. And our baked sushi was wrong, so getting it redone was going to be another hour! Our server was great, but this owner earned every bit of this one star review! Sent the food back, and still paid, because I feel bad for the staff and tipped very generously as I could see what they were going through. Totally unacceptable and avoidable. Very regretful.

Great food and atmosphere. The chef was fun and the waitress was attentive. Overall a good experience. However, I read that it was complimentary to tip both the waitress and chef individually so i did. (The hibachi left long before the bill came out as to give you time to eat). However gratuity was also calculated into the bill itself, which if i had known before hand I would have tipped less than I had since I was being charged an extra $40 on the bill. I did see online that typically gratuity was added on parties of 8+, and we were 7. (One of us didn't actually eat any entrees and just sat there so more like 6) I guess maybe I should've seen it coming? Great experience but I felt a bit blind sided by the gratuity charge at the end as I didn't see any signs or anything in the actual resturant. This was my first time going so if you're new just be aware of the gratuity charge before you start being generous.

Awesome sushi experience. They have the option to either dine in or eat at the grill where they cook in front of you. I had the Las Vegas roll and it was awesome . The place had a good vibe and also had a nice bar.

Nice atmosphere and good food. Generous portions. Didn't get a chance to try any Sushi thus time but the temppenyaki was good. Great flavor.

We had decided on sushi for a celebration of paying off some debts and decided to try somewhere new. Definitely a place we will try again. We did the Arizona roll, the Super Trooper roll (because we're those people) and the Desert Canyon Roll They were all so good and we thought about getting more nit instead talked about all the rolls we want to try when we come next. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and fast, and the menu had a good variety.

We were a table of 6 at the teppanyakii area for my wife's birthday. We had a great chef at our table. Really engaged my kids and in laws. The food was delicious and cooked to temperature that was requested. My daughter and I had med rare steaks and my mother in law had a med well steak.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration! We ate steak, lamb, fish, oysters and so much more. Jessie took great care of us. She answered all our questions and was very attentive. Her team removed plates as we finished each item. We never felt hurried. I will need to go back to try the dishes we didn’t order today.

Food, service and atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered the calamari, clam chowder, a 12 oz filet with mushrooms and AG mashed potatoes, and finished with the butter cake and crème brûlée. Everything tasted wonderful. Aimee took great care of us and made the whole dinner feel extra enjoyable. We really appreciated her warm and attentive service.

Outstanding Experience at Arrowhead Grill! Had an amazing dinner at Arrowhead Grill! I ordered the steak and loaded baked potato, both were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the potato was packed with all the good stuff. I also had a couple of martinis, and the bartender nailed them, perfectly mixed and served with a smile. The service was spot on from start to finish, attentive, friendly, and professional. You can tell the staff really cares about providing a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch food, drinks, and service. Will definitely be back!

The food was excellent and came out surprisingly fast for an upscale dining experience. The crab cakes were absolutely TO DIE FOR; I might just make them my meal next time.

We chose Arrowhead Grill for our anniversary dinner, expecting a top-tier experience, but left feeling underwhelmed. The clam chowder and steak were decent, but far from spectacular. At $80 for a Kansas City strip, the pricing felt excessive — especially considering the steak wasn't cooked to our requested temperature and had to be sent back to be heated more. Service was passable but not particularly attentive or memorable. For the premium price point, we expected both the food and service to be more polished. While the ambiance was nice enough for a special occasion, there are definitely better steakhouses in the Valley that offer comparable or better food at more reasonable prices. Overall, it was a fine night, but not one we’d rush to repeat.

The tomahawk steak was so tender and delicious. Our server was Todd and he made our 36th anniversary special by having petals in our table, having our warm butter cake ready after our meal, gave us an anniversary card and just the friendly attention he gave us. We go every year for birthdays and our anniversary .... this place never disappoints.

If I could get 6 stars I would! We went to celebrate a special occasion tonight and we were not disappointed. Aimee provided excellent service and the food was incredible! We tried the lamb chops, the fillet, and the lobster mashed potatoes and have not stopped talking about how good it was! We will be celebrating more special occasions here!

This has become our go-to plaza. It’s always clean, good food, pretty good coffee and pastries around, and the splash pad for the kids. It can get packed at times but it is still nice!

We love this area of businesses. Harkins movies has remodeled this location, added the Cine XL experience (we highly recommended for action movies). Also the restaurants are many and most enjoyable. Handles ice cream is great for a summer treat as well. I recommend checking it all out, as they have evening activities for the family on Friday/Saturday every so often.

Beautiful shopping area, probably one of the nicest in the east valley, but they need to do something about the parking situation on Saturdays. They block off a significant portion of the lot for a night vendor market, for vendors who have nothing to do with the businesses trying to get by so they can stay in business. Move the vendor market to a location that has ample parking for everyone. For example, I've been here on a weekday morning to go to Hash Kitchen and had to drive around for a long time looking for a parking spot because that side has a very small parking lot. (We ended up parking behind Bath & Body Works and walking over.) Parking is already limited and then they block it off on the biggest shopping day of the week. Your businesses are losing the weekend shoppers who will just go shop somewhere else that has available parking.

Since all the new development is done on Northern Av, it is very hard to get to the mall, way too much traffic. Shops there are great, eating establishment better than most in the West Valley, but this traffic situation... no good, very, very bad. So sad.

Main reason for visit is Harkins Theaters! The best movie house! Park on the west side , large parking lot . Attended Follow the Fork ,10/01, good food small plates,. Disc coupons, large cookie and wildflower gave out loaf of bread , pumpkin cookie and 3 small plates Indiana Jones! All action

Park West is great except the smell. It's pretty bad sometimes & does deter me from wanting to eat there. It has some great places but let's hope they fix the smell soon. Hash / Grimaldi's / Cold Beer & Cheeseburger / Fleming's & Sciciilan Butcher are my favorites.

We love Park West! Eclectic array of restaurants & shops. MT Barrel is wonderful. As is Tiki Star.

This is a super cool park! I was super impressed with the playground equipment as it was easy for me to play, and climb with my kiddo. There’s a pond with plenty of ducks, super fun slides and different things to climb. They have a toddler playground with a tube which I thought was super cool. They have a splash pad, but it’s not working at the moment. They have water fountains and restrooms. I didn’t enter the restrooms. I would definitely visit this park again.

Too many people and kids and not enough swings . My daughter waited about an hour for a turn. Almost like waiting in an amusement park for a ride. Had to walk around the lake instead.

Love this park! It's become our Go-To since moving to Glendale.

Smells like a ranch. Short walk around the lake not sure of the distance maybe a quarter-mile. Pretty cool little pond lots of people fishing not sure if they were catching. Good view of some foothills in the distance. The dog park looked clean and pretty quiet for a Thursday afternoon. There were several parts to it that were fenced off. Public restrooms with water fountains fairly clean. Lots of picnic tables and also picnic tables with barbecues. Large playground for children with seating for parents. It looks like there’s quite a few baseball fields all clustered together and a very large open field right next to that. There is tons of parking Space separated into several different parking lots. Lots of info signs all over.

We had a birthday party at Sky Zone and it was amazing! The whole event was super smooth – no setup, no cleanup, just pure fun. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for any party! 🎉

We came to Sky Zone for my son’s birthday since he wanted to skip the party package and just jump for his “YES” day. The place is packed with activities for kids, teens, and even adults, plus a café with plenty of snacks. The staff were super friendly, the vibe was great and we’ll definitely be back.

Worst service ever. We have been coming here for years. We showed up on a super hot summer day. My son brought in food not realizing he couldn't and not a bid deal. I asked if he could eat quickly by the door so he would not make a mess but did not have to stand out in the 112 degree heat. The manager was extremely rude and had no sense of consideration. We understand policy but there is also a lot to be said by common decency.

Nice place to get good charcoal-fired pizza. They offer a wide variety of toppings and sizes accompanied by good appetizers and salads. They also have a full bar. The staff is very friendly. Dining is offered inside or outside.

We love this place! They have the best coal fired pizza! We started off with the Mediterranean Salad. The salad was great and the kids even went back for seconds on this salad. They had plenty of toppings but the kids only wanted pepperoni. Our server was also very pleasant!

Would’ve given two stars due to the fact that this is our first bad pizza from Grimaldi’s at Park West. However, I’m writing this 10 minutes after pickup, and we live at one of the nearby properties. I’m not sure if it was coincidence or quality control issues, but their take on a buffalo chicken pizza was a colossal failure. The pizza was wet, and sloshing around. Not sure as to why it was this horrendous, but the quality and the flavor was shame for over $30 and being promised at a certain time. Do better. Your products aren’t cheap, so this was unacceptable.

We tried to come here to celebrate my birthday and Father’s Day and we stood around for an hour staring at an open table for exactly the number of our party and the hostesses refused to seat us, claiming another party was ahead of us, yet there was NO other party of 7 or more in the stifling hot waiting area. There are about a dozen other pizza places within a five mile radius that wouldn’t do this sort of thing to customers who have been waiting this long. We will never return to Grimaldis which is a shame since this is a restaurant we’ve had celebrations at for well over a decade.

If you are primarily only serving pizza, it should be the best pizza around. The truth is, it is not very good at all. The center was not cooked, the toppings were sparse, lacked flavor and it was way overpriced. In addition, we could tell that there was too long of a time gap between it exiting the oven and being served to our table. It should have been piping hot. It was not and quickly became cold as we were eating. When offered a box, we refused and left the crap on the table. The heartburn was already settling in. After nearly $70 spent on a so-called 16" pizza, two Pepsi's and one slice of cheesecake to go, it was certainly an insult to be served such sub par food. Even the fountain pepsi wasn't mixed right... It was definitely a first and last visit.

The food was delicious! The service was fine, not super attentive. We really enjoyed The Don pizza and the Garden Ranch Salad. The salad was missing the croutons, which we didn't notice right away, but once we let the waitress know she got them for us. We got the small salad to share, which is perfect for two people to share. We got the largest pizza so we could have leftovers. The pizza isn't as good leftover because the crust gets a bit chewy, but the flavor is still very good.

First and foremost I want to thank the entire team for being so kind and courteous. We’re visiting from El Paso, TX so this was our first dining experience at Fleming’s and man… We were blown away. First of all I must confess we were late for our reservation because we went to the wrong location. I shamelessly called to ask the hostess if it would be OK for us to be a few minutes late and she graciously said, don’t you worry. So right off the bat, thank you so much for accommodating our clumsiness. We were fortunate to have Cesar as our server and his attention to detail was exceptional. What started as a cool birthday surprise dinner, became an amazing experience. Thank you all so much and we will definitely visit you again when we return. Salud!

It was for my birthday, my wife made reservations. Nice and elegant. Environment was lovely. Staff was polite, respectful,and warming. Love to take the family back. Food was so delicious.

I’ve never been disappointed with anything from Fleming’s, until now. I ordered the French Dip Filet with fries, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t good. I asked for no salt on the fries, but they came salted anyway, so I couldn’t eat them. The steak wasn’t seasoned and was a bit greasy. Some parts were tough, and overall, the sandwich lacked flavor, it mostly tasted like greasy steak with onions. Even the au jus didn’t help. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this sandwich at all.

Fleming’s is definitely an experience you need to have! The food and service were both excellent. It’s definitely on the higher-end side, but absolutely worth it for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion. I had the petite filet mignon — cooked perfectly and seasoned just right — and the shareable sides were the perfect portions. Oh, and the wine was amazing too! 🍷 Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. Our server Danny was attentive and super knowledgeable when asked about wines. Their team hand-wrote a note for my brother, whose graduation we were celebrating. It's those small details that make a place stand out. My one note is it can be difficult to read the meny because of the low lighting.

Absolutely perfect place to have dinner with your significant other. I had the dry aged steak with the butter trio and French onion soup. My husband had the NY steak with lobster. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The black garlic miso butter is a must. Really friendly staff. If good quality food in service is what you're searching for, I recommend this place.

From the moment we walked in, Maureen greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her energy was infectious, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Maureen was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in just at the right moments to refill drinks and see if we wanted anything else. She knew the menu inside and out, offering great recommendations that hit the spot—my Chococana breakfast was cooked to perfection, thanks to her suggestion to try it with the seasonal pancakes! She even took the time to chat with us, sharing a bit of local charm and making the meal feel like more than just dining out. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and Maureen’s attention to detail made the whole experience stand out. She handled our table with such care and professionalism, all while keeping a friendly and upbeat attitude. If you’re stopping by this Denny’s, ask for Maureen—you won’t be disappointed! Cleanliness and service make or break a restaurant. Service today broke this restaurant. We entered with two tables occupied and were ignored for several minutes. Just standing there. The woman (Skylynn) at the cash register never said a word. She finished ringing out that customer, then walked away. Another woman (Tara) was cleaning an area not 5 feet from us, but never lifted her head until WE said something. We got a "just a minute". There we stood, as sweeping is much more important than seating the elderly. When finally seated, the attitude of both women was awful. Not a smile, not an engaging inquiry. In fact, when our food arrived the plates were placed on the outside edge of the table without so much as a " can I get you anything else", nor a "here you go." It wasn't just with us. A couple of tables were seated and received the same pathetic attitude. They were like robots. If these two wanted to work in my business they'd have to improve their customer service 100%. You've got some great staff: Kimberly, now Marcus, and the Hispanic manager, or assistant manager who's name I can't recall. But this Sunday early evening the waitstaff sucked. The cook did a great job!! We should have tipped the cook, the waitress got what she deserved, not a penny more!!! TALK TO YOUR STAFF ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ACTUALLY, LET KIMBERLY OR THE HISPANIC FEMALE MANAGER TALK WITH THEM. Some days your staff are the only humans your elderly patrons interact with. Show your ability to greet them, ask how they are, interact. Soon robots will replace your staff (if the new owners don't close this store). I'll bet the robots will be programmed for decent interactions.

Her attentiveness was top-notch—she checked on me regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Maureen also went above and beyond by recommending exciting new menu items. Maureen was a wonderfully pleasant server. She joked around with us at times and gave us time to enjoy our meal without rushing us either. I watched her greet a regular customer as she confirmed his usual order. She was entering it into the system before he even made it to his table! Talk about attention to detail! I also loved that the bathroom was pleasantly clean and fully stocked. Again, attention to detail! Sure makes a difference to me!

We always have a great experience here. We've had Melissa most of our times here she's great,very attentive and has a great attitude, always has a smile. I love the atmosphere here its not to overwhelming for my autistic daughter.

We came in on a busy Saturday morning. We were sat promptly and the GM got our drunk order and brought them over quickly. Amber was our server and was very pleasant, friendly, and all smiles during every interaction. Amber was very intuitive and table touched frequently. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I came in just to work on my laptop, not even hungry—until Marcus, the Jedi of customer service, gently mind-tricked me into realizing I was. He didn’t push a sale. He cared. He pointed out the breakfast-for-dinner options, even flagged the $5 deal in case I got hungry later. Spoiler: I did. Because breakfast-for-dinner is my all-time favorite meal—eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns, any configuration, any time. As I’m typing, the music shifts to “I Love the Nightlife (Disco Round)”—1978, my favorite year ever. I was nine. My dad and I had a great run that year. That song? Cherry on top of a surreal, almost magical visit. Then enters Chef Taffari, rocking the double-oven like a culinary ninja. Over-easy dunky eggs, crisp hash browns, toast—zero grease, maximum flavor. I scarfed it down like a man possessed. My tummy? Blissed out. My spirit? Lifted. Marcus kept the hospitality flowing even after the plate was clean. These two didn’t just serve food—they shifted my whole trajectory tonight. Honestly, they were so nice I started wondering if I’d wandered into Narnia or some alternate universe where kindness is suspiciously abundant. Cinderfella vibes, for real. But jokes aside, Marcus fed my mind and spirit. Taffari fed my soul through my stomach. If you hit this Denny’s on a Saturday at 1AM, you won’t just get a meal—you’ll get a moment.

Super cute coffee shop with the right vibes to hang out or study or read or whatever you want! I will say, the coffee is SUPER expensive but very good. I enjoyed my latte and I want to try other items as well. The service was great; everyone is super friendly and nice and my drink was made quickly and correctly. I like how they took an old building in an older, historic part of town and really revitalized it and made it hip and trendy. This is a coffee shop you should definitely check out.

The Baristas were super friendly and took my order right away. They also helped me decide what I wanted! It’s a cute little coffee shop that isn’t wildly busy and is in the heart of Downtown Peoria. It would be a good place to do computer work or study for classes. It has a nice patio outside that you can enjoy your drink and the weather for when it cools down!

Got the cereal killer latte with oat milk. My husband and I both loved it! The girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly The area was clean The music played is nice and relaxing It’s a vibe!

I wanted caffeine free coffee & sold by the pound, so I visited Driftwood Coffee Co. I tasted their coffee at Biscuits restaurant in Peoria & the coffee was so smooth. I bought a bag at Biscuits, but wanted more only in decaf. I found Biscuits supplier & visited there. The staff was wonderful & so helpful. They don't sell it retail by the pound. The young lady that was there apologized & offered me a gift card for $5 for when I was visiting Peoria again, since I live so far away. She also gave me free blueberry tea (decaf). It was a cute place & clean. I only gave it 4 stars for food because they didn't have what I needed.

Very cute, community oriented coffee shop that serves really solid coffee. I purposefully tried some of the specials while in town and left impressed by the flavor and creativity.

The coffee is true to its taste, we got the Honey Lavender Latte & Caramel Latte. Both tasted like actual coffee. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. We went around 1pm on a weekend.

A lovely place, with staff that is happy to have you, and willing to work on the fly to get you what you need, like me with my London Fog request, even if it wasn't on the menu. Just lovely locale overall as well. Worth a pop in, even for just a quick coffee, it'll be a pleasant experience.

My daughter is here at Rio Vista this week attending a class, and I noticed that Heather at the front desk and her team is attentive, friendly, and really mindful of the surroundings. I stayed to work at the facility while my daughter was in the class, and there was a gentleman lingering around all of the rooms and peeking his head in the rooms, displaying slightly odd behavior. Heather and her team handled this with grace, ensuring that the gentleman received any help he needed (he seemed a little off), but yet very cautious and calling for some backup to assist. She was so nice and friendly to him, while also being extremely cautious. Everything ended up fine, and the man ended up having someone that maybe he knew come to help him and Heather seemed to just genuinely care about both getting that man support but also keeping everyone at the facility safe. I really appreciated how they handled this, especially with parents relying on this facility as a safe place for their kids. Thank you so much!! We will be back for more classes!

I came here to shoot a wedding reception. The hall the family rented was vast and offered plenty of room for dining, dancing, and picture-taking. A kitchen adjacent to the hall allowed for easy food service. Several doors open onto a deck that overlooks the water and grassy recreational fields. I photographed the couple and other members of the wedding party on this deck at sunset and produced many vibrant, beautiful photos. (Alas, I do not have permission to share them.) There is plenty of parking close to the center. I would highly recommend it as a place to hold receptions and other events.

Rio Vista is within walking distance of our home so we love to visit. Recently the playground was redesigned! Throughout the week, the fields are busy with school aged sports, including soccer, football and softball. There is a skate park that is almost always busy, and a new cafe which we haven’t had a chance to try yet. We used to be members of the rec center which has great racquetball courts and a nice gym. We love walking around the lake. Lots of ducks and geese and occasionally a crane. Overall this is a wonderful community park.

Very clean, family friendly, and tons of ducks to feed here. Little to no fishing here but the pond supports what it can do. Also there are tons of Pokemon here to catch, green grass and lots of trees. Best part is that the New River Trail runs directly next to the park, perfect for a mid-stop break.

Very nice park where you can relax by the ponds or go for a walk. I love taking my dog there to see the ducks and other dogs out with their owners. Very clean and well maintained public park. Bring a blanket or a fold up chair because there’s a lot of duck poop in certain areas but it’s nature at its finest. 😉🦆🦆🦆 Besides, it all comes out in the wash🐥

A good place to bring the kids to do a lot of fun activities! A big playground, fishing, a splash pad, and the rec center offers both educational and fun classes to attend.

Great facility with no pressure to do any kind of specific exercise. Excellent walking track, lots of machines and a really nice gymnasium setup that can be used for basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, etc

I just want to say how pleased I am to have discovered Honey Hive Farms. Their website was easy to navigate and place my order. Tim was a pleasure to deal with. He was very accommodating when it was time to pick up my bees. It was a joy to see how many packages of bees he was delivering. I was thoroughly impressed with his love and dedication to keeping the bees comfortable. My bees were happy and there were very few dead ones. The queens were healthy and active. The bees went right to work and are very gentle. I would certainly do business with him again and would recommend him to my fellow beekeepers. Five stars for sure. Thank you to Tim and Honey Hive Farms.

First package bees and the process was smooth, well communicated and quick. I don't think there were more than a handful of dead bees on delivery, if any at all. I got Italians and they are extremely calm and docile bees. Haven't used a suit with then and probably won't need to. Just check on day 5 to release the queen but they had already chewed through the cork to get her out. She is gorgeous and healthy. Absolutely would do business again and recommend them.

Honey Hive Farms personally delivered my order of honey well before I expected to receive it. Their raw honey is the best and the owners are very nice. We especially love their suicide honey - a blend of their locally harvested honeys.

Took my son to check out the local honey and it was amazing! A variety of options including pollen if you're interested. Highly recommend!

I first bought their honey at their “roadside stand”. I enjoyed tasting the varieties and learning about the business. Love the honey and the 3lb jar is just right for us as we like to add to our fruit and Greek yogurt! I found out I could order on line and have it delivered! Now we never run out of honey. Love being able to support this valuable local business and their product!

Purchased some 12oz bottles for a work event, already had a taste, and they’re absolutely delicious with such a beautiful, flowery flavor! The customer service was amazing. Tim went above and beyond by printing our company logo on each bottle. Love supporting small businesses that put so much care into both their products and their customers!

I moved here from the Midwest United States, where there were many be keepers and lots of super good honey, so I am a little picky; This honey is super good and well worth the price. I use it in my coffee every day and also in baking.The best that I have found here in Arizona.

I’ve been skating for years…..Do not come here unless you want to get hurt by entitled kids who skate like the rink is their playground. Absolutely no regard for the safety of others let alone the new skaters who are just learning to skate. Staff needs to step up their game and make safety more of priority. Someone is seriously going to get hurt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Decent ice, fairly clean facility, & pro-shop. Love the big viewing windows for each rink, stands, & lobby set-up. Lighting for North Pole ice is terrible. Snack bar (not a restaurant) needs some quality control. Prepackaged items & beverages are standard & safe. Friendly staff, but foods choices & flavor of grease & grill leave a lot to be desired.

Been coming to this place for as long as they’ve been open. I wish we had more places like these around. The enjoyment of your experience goes up ten fold when it’s 115* outside 😂. Learn to skate, they have lessons and whenever I’ve gone the crowds and staff are friendly.

Quite possibly our favorite family place! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the pro shop has great sales and a knowledgeable sales team. Edit: I use a wheelchair and the staff frequently takes me on the ice and lets me fly! It’s amazing to go fast when everything for me goes so slow. Exceptional staff and a really great family place.

Taking 2 of my little ones here has been such a great experience. For them, as well as me. We started my son who is 3 in the parent and me class and the instructors are beyond friendly. Very helpful and put fun at the top of the priority. My daughter is 6 and just learning ice skating basics, but feels very comfortable there, loves her teachers and has a blast running around the place. It's always busy and the staff is always as helpful and speedy as they can be, every visit. Great proshop too!

I took the kids and they had a great time. It was pretty crowded on a Sunday but they had fun. The snack bar was very good! We spent $65 for 5 teens to skate and for rental skates.

My son and I have been going here for about 6 years and we absolutely love it. The membership is extremely affordable and if you’re not ready to commit they do offer tickets on Groupon. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because cause they recently took away the parent lounge to make room for another birthday party which sucks. Especially because it’s a place where parents bring their kids. So now the parents have to just sit in the front. Other than that I love it!

We had so much with our family at this location this last weekend our kids had so much fun at playing areas was clean bathrooms clean staff very friendly definitely recommend this location and we will be back🥰

We just had a birthday party here, I honestly was disappointed for the amount of money we spent I honestly could’ve believe how unprepared they were. First off they told me to get there 15 minutes before my party was arriving which was 10 AM opening time. Let’s just say I went in 3 minutes early because they didn’t open the door for me, I was outside waiting and my wife had to call there corporate office so they can call the facility we were at so they knew I was waiting. One girl was working, also there was another line already forming for the general public. We only scheduled to have our birthday room for two hours. Finally another employee shows up after 10a with a line of people. And the young lady who was “trying to help me and my party group” had to keep leaving to help the other employee check people in. At this point am annoyed because it’s wasting my time and money for our room that we weren’t ready. And not to mention wasting play time for these kids. Parents had to sit and wait in General seating area. They told me that they would take gifts and decorations and decorate for us and they did not. I had to decorate my own room, which wasn’t bad because I would Prefer that instead. We were finally able to go into our room by 11a, Tables were ready with the tablecloth. There was no water in the room for our party guests, mind you we are in Arizona. We had to hunt employees to ask for stuff like food and our drinks. (Pizza was good) The employees didn’t complain or show any Form of disrespect, they did try their best. I feel like the party coordinator supervisor just didn’t prepare them for Success. But I’ll tell you what at 12 PM which is the time that our party is over they were in there already cleaning up No hesitation. But to get us in on time was impossible. So keep in mind if you plan a party here don’t start at opening time. Don’t expect for your room to be decorated also don’t expect to be opening gifts there you have to take them home. You have to ask them to announce that the food is ready for your party. They also ask for gratuity which I did add, and I shouldn’t have because technically they owed me money for the waste of time my party missed out on.

We love coming here! The membership is ridiculously affordable and so worth it. The reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness and the workers. It definitely could be cleaned and the kids are on their phones when you walk in. They are dead starting into their phones. If I was management I’d check the cameras.

Great place to let your kid burn some energy! Beware of birthday parties though. The offering itself is great but they keep your presents at the front and don’t watch them very carefully. Half of my son’s presents were taken by mistake. The staff were great about getting them back but I am not sure keeping the presents with them works if they aren’t going to watch them.

So initially we were having a pretty decent time. Unfortunately the socks only go to a mens size 11 and they won't let you just wear your own socks, so my adult son has to cut them just to get them on since he wears a 13. Facilities were clean enough for the type of venue this is. However, we were waiting in line at 4:15 to do the climbing wall and the employee had to close it for her break which is understandable. She told us it would be 20-30 minutes until it reopened. So we waited patiently while the kids played at other attractions. After 45 minutes we went and asked when it would reopen and were told 6pm. They should have enough staff to keep attractions open and also accommodate breaks. My 6 year old grandson was devastated after waiting in line and being told to come back and then being told it wouldn't reopen until after we needed to leave. Also, the staff was pretty much on their phones the entire time and were completely unaware of anything going on around them. Pretty sure they are supposed to be at least mildly supervising. It was worth the money unless your little guy had his heart set on the climbing walls and didn't get an opportunity to do it.

Been here multiple times and it’s been great, but maybe we just never payed attention or noticed. The ENTIRE Place was disgusting and covered in dust and gunk, it was so filthy it was overwhelming. We left 45 mins into being there. We had to wash toddlers arms, legs, hands everything with a wipe cause he was black, threw our socks away. this was my hands 2 minutes into playing with my kid. You guys need to CLOSE and do some deep deep cleaning, everything was dirty. Mop, wipe, vacuum and do it all again 5x. Will try again awhile from now to give y’all a chance to close and fix the problem. Update: my kid is sick, thanks.

Adding to the attentive service, the manager himself made a stop at my table to check in. The place looks casual, a little more like a bar, so if you're looking for something like that, it's perfect.The food is good, we ordered 2 appetizers and 3 dishes and the flavor was good, but I think it could have been better... it was missing something, maybe also as a Latina I was looking for a little more spice and salt (I know you can choose the level of "hot") .. my son thinks the same, but in general it is good food. Me and my friend went in there yesterday to get lunch, and I am highly disappointed with yesterday‘s meal. The food literally tasted like it was leftover food. The lemons that they brought out to us were molded and gross and soggy. the seasoning to the crab boil wasn’t right tasted off and look it’s been sitting there for I don’t know how long it was sitting for but we waited while before we even got food. I got food poisoning from it And that was the only thing that I ate yesterday Because I was sick puking half the day. super disappointed when I haven’t been there in a couple years and I wanna go back there and that’s my first experience going back to the store spinning over $100 there For them to make me feel like they fed me, leftovers, food, or leftover crab or whatever it just all taste disgusting and not to mention, my daughter got chicken tenders, and the breading was burnt. It sad to say that this place has gone down hill. Soo disappointed. It’s sad to say that I wasted more dungeons crab than ate because it was disgusting. I’ve worked in food service before as a manager, food safety is important because you could seriously hurt someone!!!!!!!! Not to mention my server, Ashley was super awesome and amazing but everyone else in there that worked there had mean mugs on their face did not look friendly at all. No one greeted us when we walked in!!!! Until she finally noticed, she was soo rude. she had red hair and grey jacket on !!!

Always a pleasure to dine here. I tried their wings for the first time as an appetizer and they were great. Went with the Buffalo sauce very tasty

This place is amazing !! Jordan best server !! Food better then expected, loved how many birthdays were celebrated there nothing on the menu is bad The thing that blows my mind is every location has the same high quality seafood

Get yourself here, super chill bar and game room. Large space and a family favorite for a birthday or larger crew. Something for everyone. My stop for a wind down after work and great conversation with local friends. The staff crushes it with great pours and some killer in house craft cocktails. Sea food is fresh made in house, and served family Cajun Boil style. Spice level to order. Great place to have fun and hang out with family and friends.

It was my first time there's and the staff was super friendly, she went above and beyond. The food was amazing!

We have a Taco Tuesday group and try new restaurants every week. This week was Revolu Modern Taqueria Bar. Fun restaurant with a great taqueria atmosphere and very nice covered patio. We enjoyed the Taco Tuesday ($3-$4) happy hour tacos. Highly suggest spending the extra dollar and getting your taco either mula or quesa shell style. We thought all the tacos were great. Suggest trying the potato taco. Really delicious also liked the Nashville Hot which was a little unique. Fun atmosphere. Great service. FYI. This is not a restaurant that serves chips and salsa with your meal. We suggest to give it a try.

Outstanding First Visit – We'll Definitely Be Back! This was our first time dining here, and we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Mark S., who also served as our waiter. He began by sharing a bit of the restaurant’s background, which added a personal touch to the experience. Mark was not only friendly and attentive, but also highly professional—engaging without being intrusive. The food was exceptional. The tacos were among the best we've had in Arizona, and the chips and salsa were fresh and flavorful. The chipotle salsa, in particular, was phenomenal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Great job Mark, thank you for making our first experience top notch!! Also, a huge shout out to the cooks. Great job on making such fresh foods. You deserve the recognition!!

What a wonderful surprise finding this restaurant! The potato taco was the bomb! The other two fish tacos were delicious also. The portions were great. I only wish that the music in all restaurants were not so loud.

The menu is fantastic. The service and atmosphere are always great. I highly recommend it. I tell everybody about this place.

The food was okay. I loved the skull theme inside and everyone was very friendly. Great place to chill with friends or coworkers.

Met with a friend for taco tuesday... $3 tacos which were delicious & they have a really nice selection of tequilas. This restaurant is a scratch kitchen & owner operated... try the potato tacos & the ice cream cake. Photo is called "the pick me up" tequila/cold brew cocktail. Why did it take me so long to find this place? Short rib protein bowl was delicious and shareable. Watermelon/cucumber salad very refreshing... and nachos super tasty & light. Kaylee was great w suggestions. Restaurant was bright & clean.

I enjoyed the birria ramen for something different and it was delicious. My husband had the California burro with steak. The steak was big, thick cuts that were not overcooked. The tortillas are fresh made in house! We also enjoyed the queso and chips as an appetizer! We did however not care for the rice (bland) and beans (black smashed). We would have preferred whole beans and not black. The rice just needs help. The serving sizes are very adequate. We will definitely be back!!

Floor is pretty dirty and sticky. The deluxe double burger tastes very good. The Wisconsin Swiss burger is so so, like homemade sandwich. The beef patty is pretty thin. Thinner than Burger King and in and out.

Those place is always busy and I'm not sure why. Its pretty basic typical drive thru food. The fish sandwich was OK the cod piece was on the small side, but was crispy. The fanta shake wasn't bad but I can also do this at home. I do appreciate all the fundraising they do with the schools and community. Sunday nights a youth group goes there after church which is nice to see. The kids enjoy eating here. Im not gonna go out of my way to eat here but its not the worst either.

Butter burgers R Awesome, but most of all I appreciate the cleanliness of it all. With flu season & with the high numbers of COVID rising its so reassuring 2 see the associates clean the tables & seats thoroughly. Kinda makes one eat with confidence. Also appreciate the clean restroom. It was a very good experience.

Fun. Yummy food. Chocolate shakes have rich chocolate taste and great for dipping their crispy crinkle fries. People working are all friendly, polite, and the service is pleasant. The employees all have welcoming feeling.

I ordered online, you know to skip the line and have the order out faster. I still waited 8 min after notifying that I was there.there was only one person ahead of me. And lobby didn’t seem that busy. My fries do not seem fresh even when I got there 2 min after being notified that my order was ready. The burger was hot but the grilled onions were crappy. The concrete and smoothie were fine. I wish the smoothie was t creamy though.. that’s throwing it off for me. There was no ketchup and no one asked about sauce. Even ordering online it didn’t offer any dipping sauces, not even for additional cost. I called to let them know I was there and the person who answered lacks phone etiquette. This experience reminded me why I don’t really get fast food anymore. Not only for the fact that it isn’t healthy, but sometimes indulging isn’t as great as it seems. I should have went to a Mexican food restaurant and gotten better food and service.

how am I going to drive 15 minutes to your location and 15 minutes back home all for you guys to forget the bacon on my burger? I ordered a double cheeseburger ADD BACON, PICKLE & MAYO. Bacon was the first Item listed, and It’s no where to be found on my burger. I paid extra for It, so? I drove 30 minutes In total to get Culver’s for my family and of course my meal, was the only meal to get jacked up. I’m not happy with y’all right now. To some people that may not seem like a “BIG” Issue, but I’m currently sicker than a dog, I do not feel good at all. I haven’t eaten In 2 days because so, and when I finally want to eat, when I finally CAN eat I simply wanted a big fat juicy burger from Culver’s, all for MY meal to be messed up. It hurt my feelings, best believe I was disappointed. I’d like a coupon/reimbursement asap.

This time I went thru drive thru and ordered a fish dinner. I made several changes and additions to my order which was delivered to me as ordered. That doesn't always happen at other drive thru, so I give them kudos for getting it right. Their food is always good, especially their hamburgers and fish dinners.

This is a terrible location. They were out of over half of what we ordered. And we got the wrong food. The coffee was disgusting and had no flavor (ordered brown sugar cinnamon). The quality of the service and food was below average at best. Ordered two bacon sandwiches and instead got a sausage with the wrong cheese. The bacon was completely black and disintegrating. And instead of croissants, they were put on English muffins. The donut holes we flat and stale and almost rubbery. Will never go to this location again. They need some training on how to do their jobs right and how to take care of customers.

1 Star (Only because zero isn’t an option) I had one of the worst experiences ever at the Dunkin’ on 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird in Peoria, Arizona. From the moment we arrived, the employees were incredibly rude — no greeting, no smile, no sense of customer service. It felt like we were a burden just for driving through. And the food? Absolutely awful. Our sandwiches were burned (I have pictures to prove it) and the donut tasted like it had been sitting out for days — rock hard and stale. Completely inedible. I wouldn’t serve this to anyone. This place is a complete disappointment. Between the rude staff and the terrible food, I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. Save your time, money, and appetite — go literally anywhere else.

DISGUSTING LOCATION!! If you would like to ARGUE about overly sweetened & weak coffee with disgruntled, rude, & aggressive employees, that act like gang members in a pack; THIS is the location for you! I ordered a coffee, it was too sweet & simply asked for a refund. I was told to wait & to step aside. I stood silently & after other patrons were assisted & 13 MINUTES LATER the manager (who had been advised I was requesting a refund) walked up, did not greet me, nor made eye contact said “What do you need?!” I said no words, he said, “So you need a refund” & I stared blankly at him & said “Yes”. This sparked an outrage in him & he began to raise his voice & tell me that I didn’t have to have an attitude, I was an “ex-customer” & other ppl needed to be helped first. It escalated from there & then I was verbally attack by a female gang member employee to get out of the store & ultimately after FINALLY receiving my refund I did. I was in total fear that the lady gang member was going to attack me & the male manger would have happily held me down while she did it. Little did they know I am a huge influencer & will be sharing my experience with my followers & telling them to AVOID not only this location but Dunkin Donuts altogether. These deplorable acts in the food service industry WILL NOT be tolerated any longer! Please teach your employees to learn what true customer service is & any patron reading this RUNNNNNN! It is a volatile locating that spews hate & negativity! BEWARE!!!!

I placed an order for dozen doughnuts. My daughter came home with 8 doughnuts they substituted since they didn’t have. Now I understand they get busy and ironically doughnuts are not their thing anymore but when more than half an order is unavailable maybe a mention of it would be appropriate. I called and got ahold of what, I assume was manager, to tell him the 8 that they substituted I didn’t like. Mostly what I thought were lemon. I was told they don’t sell lemon. I said it’s a yellow crème either way and he accused me of calling him a liar. Guy was just rude and no customer service skills. I get it you get busy but you don’t be rude to people you clearly messed up on. Could have been easy fix

Tried coming here again but as usual this place is nothing but a disappointment. Out of 6 donuts requested I got two… coffee was watered down with more milk than actual coffee and almost no vanilla flavor even though I added 3 French vanilla swirls to a medium coffee. I don’t understand how a donut place is CONSISTENTLY out of donuts and cannot make a drink. This isn’t science.

Didn’t get his name but the guy who works counter in AM slicked back hair has absolutely ruined this location. Worst customer experience now 2x and won’t go back! There are 2 Dutch Bros, and a Starbucks within 2 blocks of this place. Donuts I’ll just do Bosa and if I really want DD I’ll drive to 59th Tbird! Rude, and condescending absolutely 0 skills interacting with real people I’m assuming possibly failed IT guy! DD do better!

Horrible service inside. A bunch of teenagers who were not taught the customer inside and NOT in the drive thru should be handled first. Nasty attitudes, no greeting. Taking my order was a pain for you!! I see why you have 3 stars. If this is your business fire these kids and get adults who respect and smile when someone walks in.
