Shopping mall
Shopping
Katy Mills is a renowned shopping destination located in Katy, Houston. Boasting over 175 stores, the mall offers a wide range of designer clothing, footwear, and accessories at discounted prices. Its circular layout makes it easy to navigate, ensuring a comprehensive shopping experience for visitors. In addition to shopping, Katy Mills features a food court, a movie theater, and a children's play area for dining and entertainment options.
Cool place to shop. Several variations one can choose from. Also good for children because there are numerous playgrounds and kiddie stuff in the area.
Sorgz J — Google review
I love this place, so much fun and varied. I recommend it. Lots of shops with a variety of tastes and fun all in one place. It has two game rooms and a movie theater, too. It's perfect for having fun all day or buying gifts at great prices, as the stores always have great discounts.

Visited Katy,Texas recently. Have had the opportunity to visit many malls, but Katy Mills was the most unique, one level mall we’ve ever encountered. First, it’s a climate controlled indoor shopping mall with a “racetrack design” that has a walking track that goes through the shopping and dining areas. We were then surprised to encounter Rainforest Café, Outdoor World and a Slick City Action Park. Has upscale stores like Steve Madden, Coach, Banana Republic, even a Bass Pro Shop and a Police Department Substation, 172 stores. The atmosphere felt safe, clean and friendly. If you ever have the chance to visit Katy with its many beautiful shopping venues, this is the one you’ll want to experience.
Aña W — Google review
Nice Mall It’s located near the intersection of I-10 West (or Katy Freeway) and Pin Oak Road. •   Approx ~25 miles west of downtown Houston Some of the major stores / outlet / anchor tenants include: •   Neiman Marcus Last Call •   Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th •   Marshalls •   Burlington Coat Factory •   Ross Dress for Less •   Numerous outlet / factory stores: Nike Factory Store, Michael Kors, Coach Outlet, Kate Spade, H&M, Fossil, Tommy Bahama, etc. •   AMC Katy Mills 20 (movie theater)

I always go to this place, it's very beautiful and big, but on Halloween they asked my children and me to take off our masks, so we had to leave the place, I found it strange because we go there every Halloween.
Gerardo L — Google review
The people at the kiosks (not all but most) make it a horrible experience shopping in this mall. They get too close to force you to take a sample to the point of assault. I'm surprised the administration is not doing anything about it. I've also heard from the community and read many bad reviews about shoppers' cars broken into, is it even safe to be here? If you're looking for a peaceful and safe shopping experience avoid this place.
B R — Google review
It's a nice mall - all the brands are there and pretty decent food court. The problem is that every 100 feet you have to actively avoid the employees manning the kiosks - especially the perfume and beauty product ones. They are aggressive and just don't let up. I want to enjoy my time at a mall and not be approached by sales people every 5 minutes. Not going back.
Zain K — Google review
I’m shocked at how bad Katy Mills has gotten lately. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, overflowing trash, and a smell that makes it clear they’re not being cleaned regularly. It’s honestly one of the worst parts of visiting now. The outside of the building isn’t any better, trash all around, and overflowing bins near the entrances. It gives off a neglected, run-down look before you even step inside. What’s even worse is the security. They never seem to be around until something serious happens. Instead of being proactive and visible to prevent issues, they only respond after there’s already a problem. It makes the whole place feel unsafe and poorly managed. Katy Mills used to be clean and family-friendly, but now it feels like no one cares about maintaining it. I really hope they bring in better management and staff who actually take pride in keeping the mall safe and clean again.

Momentum Indoor Climbing in Katy, Texas is a top-rated destination for rock climbing enthusiasts. With both unroped and roped climbing options, as well as ample space for yoga and fitness training, this facility offers a variety of activities. From speed climbing to bouldering, there's something for everyone at Momentum. Whether you're a beginner or an expert climber, the knowledgeable instructors are available to assist you throughout your experience.
My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday and it was the best birthday party I have ever experienced. The guys that were working our party were so polite and attentive. They set up the tables and decorations with whatever I had available. And what I didn’t have, they provided. They asked me where I wanted to put everything and I didn’t have a vision so they did it on their own and it looked fantastic. As for the kids climbing, they were focused on the kids, attentive to them, made sure they knew what they were doing, and were calm and patient with them. I was so impressed! I highly recommend a birthday party here for kids of all ages. Also, climbing is so good for kids. It helps with a lot of developmental skills for them. We had a couple of friends here at the party who had never climbed before and were a little afraid to do so. They were loving it by the end of the party and climbing all over the place! Thank you, Momentum, for making my daughter party so good. 10/10!

I am front out of state (NJ). The staff was extremely welcoming! I got in some great lead climbs and enjoyed the crack climbing area, which I don't have at my home gym. Kylie belayed for us and was awesome! Would definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Was visiting family here in Katy Houston for 10 days (I’m from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) and needed to find a climbing place to frequent during my stay. Huge space and I loved their bouldering area. I also used their gym which was spacious and they have a lot to offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful - I chatted with a staff member there who had previously visited Alberta (Calgary to be exact), I was on the phone with my bank when they were telling me this so sorry if I was distracted during our conversation! I highly recommend this place! I signed up for their 2 week trial while I was here - totally worth it. I went pretty much every morning. I didn’t take much photos, mostly videos which it seems I can’t upload in this review.

Beautiful facility bigger inside than it looks outside very clean thinking about joining this facility walked around and thought it looked amazing. They have two week trial specials today for $39 thinking about doing that… front desk was kind of busy so we just walked around to get a feel for the place.

We held our son’s 3rd birthday party here and the staff truly made it the most memorable day for our son and all of our guests. We’ve done birthdays for our kids at many places, and this one has been the best experience hands down, it was just so awesome, from start to finish. The joy my son, daughter, and all their friends experienced was so priceless, I cannot recommend it enough! The party hosts were AMAZING, beyond helpful, and so great with the kids. The space for the party was big and open, and had couches that were great for grandparents and parents to be able to sit. And the activities were engaging and super fun for the kiddos! The best part though had to be the visit from Spidey… I have no doubt my kids will be talking about this day for years to come. Thank you, Momentum! And a special thanks to our hosts!!

We just had a birthday party here for my 7 year old. I can't say enough positive things about this place and the staff! We had a party of 20 kids and had 4 party hosts assigned to us. They gather the kids and give all the instructions, and make sure all the kids are taken care of. Their itinerary for the party is super organized considering the party size. The party hosts really go above and beyond for the guests; I had so many comments from parents on how helpful the staff was! All the kids got to climb as many times as they wanted. They provided utensils, plates, lighter, scissors or whatever else was needed. Staff helped with set up, direct the kids, serve the food, cut the cake, and clean up. We made the best decision having a birthday party here. We're just impressed all around. My daughter said it was the best birthday she's ever had. Shout out to our 4 amazing party hosts tonight! Thank you Momentum Katy!!!

Overall the facility, majority of the staff, setters and community are wonderful people and some of the closest relationships I’ve developed which I’m eternally grateful for especially to have them still by my side after a lot of unnecessary drama for a “professional business”. The reason for my review is for the complete lack of professionalism, consistency and fairness within the management. Four months ago a previous staff member not only falsely lied about a crime I did not commit but purposely stalked me after seeing me in the gym and harassed me in the parking lot threatening me and belittling me for over 15 minutes (below I’ve attached my police report with KPD regarding this incident). She continued to harass me after my attempts to defuse the situation and get in my car and leave, threatening to get me banned from the gym saying she was going to tell everyone those lies. Sure enough three days later I was suspended for three months for simply cutting off my relationship with a staff member. Management wasn’t even aware of this when I told them. But fully cooperating with this unfair and unjust suspension I was under the assumption that per managements email I would be free to climb after my suspension was over. Sure enough that was a lie, my access became limited to the Katy location even though I did nothing to validate a breach of contract or disruptive behavior to limit my access. I was told it was to maintain a safe and professional environment, for who? Because it’s been feeling so one sided since July despite all my cooperation and transparency. Management didn’t even offer any compensation for being limited to one gym for $110/month. I had to call and ask for that. I have been a long time member since 2022 and I feel like I’ve received more empathy and compassion from two detectives that understood what I was going through because they could see the inconsistencies within her story and see this behavior on a daily basis. Also the voice calls, text and photos I submitted to them regarding these false allegations helped not only close the cases, but flagged her account as “complaint not credible”. You would think me spending 20 plus hours a week at this gym never once having any negative interaction in fact volunteering for events, having staff ask me to belay customers while I’m climbing I don’t even work here after they just finished teaching a belay class to which I had no problem doing. This whole experience has just left an enormous sour taste for the momentum brand and she continues to attack my integrity and values with these lies after my suspension where I not once contacted her in person or phone nor do I ever want to. I’m just trying to climb and move on. I have already received an email and phone number from another home gym in Utah to talk with a different upper management because my police report and story has been invalidated and not taken serious. And I will continue to reach out to other Utah gyms to get a resolution. I hate that it’s come to this but I can’t keep getting treated like this after months of inequality, it feels discriminatory at this point.

Filthiest urban air I’ve ever been too. Looks like they haven’t done basic cleaning or sanitized it quite sometime. Food and dried liquids over trampoline pads, popcorn covered some trampoline and floors. Dust and hair everywhere. White balls in ball pit are brown from filth. Tube playground was sticky and very dirty. Wanted to leave as soon as we got there. Had my toddler just jump for a little then left.

Excellent Urban Air Location!. This location has great friendly and helpful staff! They keep it clean and cool! Bought 3 grandchildren summer unlimited pass. It has been well worth it. They have had a fantastic time here. Children that come-to play are kind and make friends easily. Thank you!!!
Beverly J — Google review
I transferred my membership from another Urban Air location to the Katy location, and the process was extremely frustrating. There were no clear guidelines, poor communication, and yet they continued to charge me without properly fixing the issue. If you are thinking about getting a membership with Urban Air, I strongly suggest you reconsider. Make sure you fully understand their policies—because from my experience, it’s far from customer-friendly.

We like it a lot here. Wish it were cleaner, bathrooms are gross and you can tell this place is really in need of A DEEP CLEANING ASAP!! They truly need maintenance staff or a housekeeper who throughly cleans. Cleanliness is super important to a kid establishment cmon now!

A few weeks ago, we had an amazing experience at Urban Air! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Restaurant
Rainforest Cafe is a rainforest-themed restaurant located in The Galleria. It offers an immersive dining experience with lush jungle decor and animatronic animals, making it popular among families and kids. The menu features a mix of American and tropical-inspired dishes, such as the Jungle Steak and Volcano Dessert. The restaurant's innovative design includes a greenhouse facade with existing plants preserved during construction, creating a magical atmosphere for diners to enjoy.
We went for lunch on a weekday, so it was almost entirely empty. I think that worked out well so it wasn’t so overwhelming for a toddler! Our server was so kind, and our food was delicious. I do think it is crazy expensive, but it tasted so good and the experience was so fun for my kid that I think it was worth it.
Ariel N — Google review
We visited the Rainforest Café in Katy Mills, TX for lunch to celebrate my husband’s and my son’s birthdays, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The location was easy to find, and since we made a reservation ahead of time, we were seated right away. This was a pleasant surprise since I’ve usually had to wait at other Rainforest Café locations around the country. Our server, Toni, was OUTSTANDING! She was so kind and patient with our kids, especially with my son who was a little scared of the gorilla near our table. Toni took the time to answer all our menu questions and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was just as lively and fun as we remembered. The highlight of our meal was when the team brought out the Volcano dessert and sang happy birthday to my boys, which was such a joyful and sweet moment! We left with full bellies and big smiles. I highly recommend this Rainforest Café and will definitely return the next time our travels take us back to Katy!

Ok we absolutely LOVED this Rainforest Cafe in Katy! We normally go to the Galveston location but explored this one for a Dora Breakfast event and it was phenomenal!!! The breakfast plate and server were a 10/10 & I really liked that the kids could take pics with Dora and they even had a craft table that was included in the ticket price and they had a raffle with multiple winners!! Highly recommend this location and parking is FREE!!! - @thathoustonmom

We received great service at the rainforest cafe. Our waitress Toni, took our order and checked up on us when needed. We have a toddler and a baby and she made sure to take care of our food in a timely manner which we really appreciated.

Fantastic food and service. Our first time here and the atmosphere was amazing. It is great for kids and families. I had the new chicken bruschetta and it was amazing. I’ll definitely return!
Patricia R — Google review
Kids love this place for the ambience and the animatronics, they go through day and night in a animated loop set with storms and animal sounds. Unfortunately, we were unlucky this time we visited. Service wasn't attentive. we waited about 20 minutes to get a waitress taking our order, 35 minutes for the food, and more to ask for the check. My order was an "Anaconda pasta with chicken" The chicken was good, but the pasta was very overcooked. Please do better.
Er J — Google review
It was my first time at a Rainforest Cafe and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was incredible, the food even better, and the service was also just amazing. Manager walking around delivering food and check on the customers, everyone was incredibly friendly, our waitress, Taty, was so nice, bright, bubbly and on top of everything. She did an amazing job. And the food - I don't know how the food is that good, I've had good, tender steak and chicken elsewhere but nothing comes close to this. I swear they have a magician in the kitchen because it was truly that good. It was truly a phenomenal experience all around. Will absolutely be coming back as often as I can.

It has a welcoming atmosphere for families and provides excellent service. Alicia, the bartender, is highly skilled at keeping drinks flowing and giving spot-on recommendations for both food and beverages. The waitstaff are attentive, friendly, and ensure a flawless dining experience.
I came in one day just to ask for a take home menu because I had never eaten at this restaurant. I was instantly greeted by staff and met the owner who welcomed me into her place and was looking forward to seeing me again, that was super sweet. Because of that warm welcome we returned. This place is awesome!!!! The food, the service and the atmosphere are all impressive. The wings are so good and that ranch, oh my goodness!!!! Our burger was great too. We will be coming back to explore more of the menu.

Such a great local restaurant! They have ample seating. A park for the kids. An arcade and a private big room for parties. The food is delicious! I would definitely recommend getting the wings or burgers. They're so good. Come try them out! They have specials on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays!

My family and I absolutely love Texas Borders ( All 3 locations) but especially the new Cane Island location. The food is great - always ( and affordable!) the service is fantastic and the interior is newly redone, plus the outside seating area is phenomenal!

This was our first time here, and we will definitely be coming back! The food was amazing – great portions and the flavors were on point. The crawfish and wings were absolutely the highlights, so tasty! Our server was super patient and friendly, making our experience even better. The owners came over to our table and made us feel so welcomed. It's clear they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place!

I went here on the recommendation of other people's experience they come here a lot. They say it's good. I found that to be true. The server recommended a dip trio with crab meat queso. That was really good. I enjoyed the burger. They use real meat here. The burger has good flavor. I like how they grill the bun too. It's a bar so you can get alcoholic beverages if you like. They also play decent music. They don't play it too loud though. I thought that was good because sometimes bar is playing music so loud that you can't have a conversation. I hear they have great crawfish here but right now it's out of season. I'll have to come back to try those. I would come here more often, but this place is like an hour away from my house.

The food exceeded my expectations. My wife has two martinis. I can attest they tasted good and weren’t too strong (coming from a non drinker). The waiter helped my wife on recommending the drinks. Overall great experience and would recommend.

The food we had was actually so bad, the gumbo looked like something that would come out of a leper. The service was great, the woman serving us was lovely and did her best. But that can’t make up food blander than betty whites hair. I’d say i was roasting it but you can tell nothing on that menu was roasted, we were served literally raw shrimp. The atmosphere was okay; not much to be expected. The service was sweet. But if you want food made after last week do not come here.

Everything was excellent!!. The seasoned french fries were amazing. We? Ordered the mushroom burger and the catfish boy. Both were seasoned well. The catfish poboy came on a real french roll. We've been there several times and the service has always been excellent. Our sweet teas were perfectly sweet and the waiter kept them filled. Even brought more lemon without us having to ask for it!!!

New American restaurant
Restaurant
Pearl & Vine is an elegant restaurant in Katy that offers a delightful dining experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need is taken care of, adding warmth and hospitality to the visit. Known for its American cuisine with Southern flair, this white tablecloth restaurant serves gourmet steaks and fresh seafood dishes exceptionally well.
We had a wonderful dinner celebrating 60 years of marriage! The service was amazing! The food was perfect. The restaurant is beautiful. Our waiter had an excellent personality. He was funny and not at all stuffy. Definitely kept us laughing. We had a large group yet the food came out timely. We were not rushed at all. The waiter let us dictate when each course would be served. It is an upper scale restaurant and the prices reflect that, so be prepared to spend some money. The waiter was also kind enough to take pictures of our group from several angles.

Love this restaurant! We often come here to celebrate special occasions. Last night we celebrated our anniversary and had the pleasure of having Carlos as our waiter. The food is always great, the atmosphere is always lovely and the staff are always friendly. Carlos made our evening more special by offering to take several photos for us and might I say he is a pretty awesome photographer as well! He was so attentive the entire night, checking on us but also giving us time to enjoy our dinner and our drinks. This is the type of service that Pearl & Vine has always provided with the delicious food and drinks they offer. Absolutely wonderful!

Our usual crew of 6 adults had a wonderful Sunday brunch here. Everyone loved the food choices, the tastes, the atmosphere, everything was top notch. You do pay for the quality as one would expect but the portions were more than I expected, I didnt even finish my chicken fried steak. Overall an excellent higher end eatery conveniently located in Katy.

Visited on Friday for Lunch(They only open for lunch on Fridays). Loved the cozy yet vibrant ambiance. Two sides were lined with wide windows overlooking the garden, opening up the view, such a visual refresh. Tried lunch course menu and exceed my expectations for the price, though the slow service was bit disappointing. Will definitely revisit!

Celebrated my birthday at this lovely restaurant and enjoyed the dining experience! Very nice ambiance, just the right lighting and music. Our server was Steph who was very attentive without being intrusive, friendly and made us feel truly welcomed. She made very good recommendations and we enjoyed every dish which was perfectly seasoned and presented right from appetizer to dessert. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Steph again!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time. We ended up sitting at the bar and had great service and to our surprise a happy hour menu on a Saturday night! Apparently they have happy hour every day from 4-7 in the bar area. I got the watermelon daiquiri and it was phenomenal. Not too sweet but very flavorful. It was so cute too! I got the elote salad and it was delicious. I would’ve never thought to pair them together but it was great. I will absolutely be getting this again. My husband got the oysters and he said they tasted very fresh. We also got the truffle fries and mac and cheese. Both of them are delicious but the truffle fries were just amazing. The portion was plenty and the garlic aioli made it the perfect combination. I can’t wait to go back!

❤️Highly recommend the raw beef appetizer and stewed beef. ✔️Steak is okay. Texas size. I think it's good for two. ❌Grilled octopus, Salmon, and sea bass are not recommend. 🍷Cocktail is good. I ordered the two with Whisky.

Typhoon Texas Waterpark in Katy, Texas is a spacious and lively destination offering an array of attractions for visitors of all ages. Absolutely ADORABLE 🤩🥰 My daughter couldn't get enough of the water attractions right from the gate. She got scared about going through "the snake pit" by herself so, momma got into it and I LOVED IT so much that I went 3 times. I could have kept going but, I wanted to take in everything. I think, yeah, you can see everything in one day but you really need more than one day to experience everything. I saw men running under the water pouring down from the big bow like kids. It was beautiful. And ouch, I forgot to take a picture of the pizza itself but I got us a pizza (half pepperoni and half cheese) and it was so big and fluffy and cheesy, I heard people comment on it as they passed by. A brave man asked if I got extra for like cheese, for it to be that cheesy..I said nah. It was just that big, fluffy, cheesy and tasty so yeah, recommend. I loved today. So much. 5PM came too early. Also, shout out to the teens working through summer here. They were kind with questions and patient with directions. Got me a free mother's day entry. It is $37 for an adult I think. They search bags at the gate for food, and water as they aren't allowed. They sell those inside along with bikinis 👙 for everyone. Also there are enough floaters and life jackets even though the rush and mass of people may have you believing otherwise. Just patience.

Amazing Day at the Waterpark! We had an incredible time! The park was super clean, well-organized, and had something for everyone — from thrilling slides to relaxing lazy rivers. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of lifeguards, which made us feel really safe. We loved the wave pool and the kids’ area was perfect. Food options were decent , a little bit expensive . The best option is to join as a member. You only pay once and can visit anytime without paying again.

Nice waterpark next to Katy Mills mall. no food allowed. they have lots of restaurants to choose from. I like how they have cabanas everywhere in each section. Bathrooms were clean and nicely tiles. Ok lazy river..lots of ridws. 2 kiddie sections. Lines were not too long at the major rides. Loves rhe vintage vehicles spread out over the property. A good amount of floaties. Waves pool by the stage area. Lots of cool features in this watee park.

I came to Typhoon Texas Waterpark in Katy few weeks ago. I really liked it and I wanted to go back. But I can't afford paying $40 again. I missed the final summer day last Monday for $20 admission. Oh well, until next year. I wish the lazy river was longer, tho.

We visited Typhoon Texas as part of our family vacation. We purchased Pogo Passes to help make the vacation planning easier. Highly recommend Typhoon Texas! My kids loved the shaved ice stand by the wave pool, unlimited drink refills with the souvenir cup, and all of the slides. My daughters were nervous to ride The Typhoon, but had a blast doing so!

This was great fun but you need a full day to enjoy all slides and pools. The changing rooms were clean and pool areas clean. There are lockers available at $25 (ouch) but you can open and close it all day long.

Really great water park and super convenient if you're on Houston's West side. The season pass is a great deal for a city with hot summers and not a lot of outdoor, kid friendly attractions when kids are out of school.

Today we came for the first time to Kangas with our 17 month old baby girl and she had a great time. The toddler area is packed with fun activities. Clean place and super friendly staff. We will come back

Paola and Victoria were the best amazing staff, I had a party for my son, the price was pretty affordable and the party was amazing.

As others have mentioned, place is very dirty. Came on a Friday around opening time, there was trash all over floors in easily accessible areas that could be cleaned daily. The ball pit has a “dump” shovel that holds ball's and will dump when kids push the button, that was filled with trash, candy wrappers etc. just lots of dirty mess and trash throughout play area. Thick globs of dust on pipes above play areas. Restroom smelled like urine. No employees near the play area for the 2 hours I was there, older kids running and rough housing and knocking my child down as they run passed her. Would be nice if employees would be present in the main attraction of the place and have the kids that run like feral pigs slow down and be cautious to you her kids. Would not recommend. Attached is one pic I took, was too busy making sure my child was not being ran over.

We celebrated my nephew’s birthday at Kangas and it was an amazing experience! The decoration was spectacular, every detail was thoughtfully done. The service was excellent, with kind and attentive staff throughout the entire event. Definitely a place I’d recommend 100% for any kind of celebration. Thank you for making that day so special!

The owner and her team are very personable and kind. My girls and I love Kanga-Katy. We’ve been here many times . It’s a staple in our indoor play rotation. Today , we introduced many friends for their crazy Tuesday . They loved that you were able to relax while the kids played. Our friend group was there for four hours. We stayed longer due to the need for a longer play time and more importantly my kids are near ready to go. If you have little crawlers and walkers then they have the toddler area for 2 and under as well. Sometimes older kiddos enjoy the space but they politely ask them to allow this for the younger kiddos. There are party rooms as well. The best thing to do is join their email list for all of the fun things and specials they have. You can bring your water bottle and little snacks as well.

Fun activities at times like German fest. This is the spot if you want something casual with plenty of space and parking near old town Katy.

Wow! What a great venue! Great beer, excellent service, cool vibe. Shout out to the bartender, Kevin, that made our experience even better. Very knowledgeable on their beer and was so easy going. Special thanks to Dr. Love for sharing the origin of the brewery name, No Label. We’ve been to over 200 breweries and this easily ranks in the top 10%. We will definitely be back whenever we get anywhere near Katy, Tx.

I always enjoy our time spent at No Lable. I have gone from kids I need to watch constantly on the play ground, to kids that don't want us around unless it's for money, in this family friendly adult friendly environment. Over the years the bear and vendor selection has expanded greatly, yet everything still feels personable and local. I hope the City of Katy appreciates this gem.

Tasty beers. A great variety of different beer types. Friendly staff. They do not do flights but will let you sample a few of the brews. One of the few places I’ve seen with malt liquor on tap. Large outside and inside area. Food trucks as well

At a risk of sounding like a lush, this is my home away from home. Awesome tasting beer, cool bartenders, great music. They normally have a band or a musician performing, trivia nights, run club nights. Good selection of food trucks on property. It’s kid and pet friendly. We’ve been patrons for 7 years, and like fine wine, this place gets better as it ages.

Texas Traditions is a family-friendly eatery offering burgers, steaks, and seafood in a relaxed setting with outdoor seating. The ambiance is consistently pleasant, and the staff members are amicable and cooperative. They serve delectable fried green tomatoes as an appetizer—a dish reminiscent of childhood memories. For burger enthusiasts, they offer a flavorful brisket burger on a jalapeno cheddar bun accompanied by scrumptious coleslaw.
This place has such a great country, homey vibe—everyone works together as a team, and it really shows in the service. The food was delicious, like comforting home-cooked meals that hit the spot. We loved the outdoor seating and the play area, which was perfect since we had a little one with us. It made the whole experience even better. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We visited for the first time and really liked the atmosphere and friendly service. The appetizer (chicarrons) were amazing. I had the chicken Fried chicken and although it was good, I felt it was really thin. Unfortunately my girlfriends meal had an issue but I must say that the waiter and manager were very professional and apologized for the situation and made things right. Everyone else enjoyed what they had. I really hope to try this place again as they have a good variety of choices on the menu.

Texas Tradition is truly a great spot—whether you're flying solo, out on a date night, or bringing the whole family along. I saw every type of group there, and it just works for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with that warm Texan hospitality shining through in the staff and guests alike. If you're looking to escape the everyday stress, this is a perfect place to reset. Now let’s talk about the food—because wow. It looked just as good as it tasted. When we first pulled up, I’ll admit I was wondering where my brother had decided to take us for dinner. But the moment we stepped inside and saw the buzz of food being served, people laughing, enjoying their meals and each other's company, it instantly felt like the right choice. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for good comfort food and a friendly, laid-back vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Very small cram packed hot and dusty place, the ceiling fans had dust caked on them and were obviously off which is how we seen each blade on the fan . Onion rings onion very thick and not soft enough for me for how I like o rings . Chicken fried steak very bland no flavor , none of the food had seasoning . The brown gravy has most flavor of anything and I don’t want gravy as my seasoning . Not really a fan of this place . I drove a good distance to try this place and wasn’t impressed . To hot in there to enjoy anything . Coke wasn’t crispy and was like no carbonation, switched to over brewed tea that was served with barely any ice . Cups of drink were melting all over the table .
Wendy T — Google review
I had the small chicken fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, and green beans. The chicken fried steak was crispy on the outside and tender on inside with good flavor even in bites I took without the gravy. The mash potatoes was buttery and full of flavor with the brown gravy. I would say this is one of the better chicken fried steaks I have had in a long time.

Love when we make our way over to Texas Traditions. Love enjoying this place with my family and I have even brought a group of clients in! Their chicaronnes are an excellent appetizer choice (imo) and their CFS always hits the spot! Don’t usually indulge in desserts but I’m not sure I could ever come here and not order the German Chocolate crème pie. It was so good! Was super disappointed when I woke up at 4am and found my partner had eaten nearly the rest of my pie.. oh well, we will just have to go back! 😅🤤always have excellent service and love the homeyness of the restaurant.

Taco Bell is a quick-service restaurant that offers Mexican-influenced cuisine like tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. This fast-food chain serves various dishes that embody the flavors and style of Mexico. Customers can enjoy a wide range of food options, including tortilla-based meals filled with savory ingredients such as seasoned meat, cheese, and vegetables. Taco Bell provides a convenient dining experience for those craving Mexican-inspired fare in a fast-paced environment.
Just had an incredible meal at Taco Bell today! The Crunchwrap Supreme was perfectly crispy and loaded with flavor (almost like on the picture below), and the Baja Blast drink was the perfect refreshing touch. The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. For the price, you really can’t beat the taste and portion sizes. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Came through the drive thru, the computer took my order wrong. Then it said a team member was coming to assist, we asked the girl to repeat the order because it didn’t show it to us on the screen. Well she had a whole attitude and said pull up to the window. Well went to the window and she still just wanted to charge us, I said can you repeat the order then we asked her to add what was missing. She said pull to the front I’ll bring the food out. Well when the food came out it was like they threw the cheese in the bag without closing the lids there was cheese everywhere… the crazy thing is the guy who brought it out saw it and just handed the bag over like that…
Lily — Google review
I went there last night around midnight and had the worst service I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. I don’t even think I’ll ever go to another Taco Bell again. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there was a large roach outside the window then I received my food and the tacos barely had any ground beef in them. I then drove around to ask for a replacement. The replacement looked exactly the same. I then asked for a refund, but as I’m talking to the “manager” I’m hearing someone in the background talking smack. Service was horrible, food was inedible, and I’ll never be back to this location!! Oh and I’m not done I’m going to reach corporate too Juan , you should not be the manager!!!!
Aubrenee G — Google review
This location is why I drive 10 miles more to fry road. Filthy place. Never seen this place clean. Both sweet and unsweet tea out. Pepsi tastes way off. Waited 5mins at counter to get sweet tea - staff saw me but didn’t respond. Management is completely ineffective and Taco Bell corporate doesn’t enforce basic food, cleanliness, and image standards.
James T — Google review
This is the first time I come into this place. I normally always do drive through. But let me tell you! The place was actually well maintained. From the kitchen area (yes I check for things like that. I’m that person unfortunately) to the dining area and even the restroom! Staff was really nice and helpful too! Definitely will be dining in again.
Kathy M — Google review
Honestly, this was one of the worst Taco Bell runs I’ve had. It wasn’t even busy — I pulled up at night, expecting a smooth trip. Instead, my order was completely wrong: sloppy tacos, no mild sauce even though I asked, wrong drink, and to top it off, the girl at the window ( Cameren G was the name on the receipt at 11:40pm 08/03/25) couldn’t even give me the right change. It wasn’t a rush issue; it just felt like pure carelessness. I’m not one to complain over small mistakes, but when every part of the order is wrong and the service feels checked out, it’s frustrating. I hope this location steps it up because this kind of experience makes people not want to come back.
D — Google review
I like this location. When ordering they use an automated assistant that takes your order and by the time you get to the window your food is ready. I would recommend double checking the screen to make sure your order is right because sometimes the automated assistant hears you incorrectly. The inside looks new and is kept clean. The food is not always hot when I pick it up, that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Demetria H — Google review
The posted closing time is 2am! I arrived at 1:45 am in the drive thru to greeted with “Welcome to Taco Bell, we’re closed how may I help you?” Very unprofessional service from both the employee and management. I drove to Mason Rd location and received the best service and not only that was told how to express my disgruntlement….and then given a coupon for a free taco and a apology for the franchise lack of service! My advice to everyone is to drive a little bit further for better service. Now every single time, I think about it I’m coming to post a negative review until I get tired.

Agave Rio is a stylish American restaurant with a sprawling patio and live music, offering a variety of dishes including steak, seafood, and pasta. The owner's personal touch adds to the beautiful location, as he restored his mother's house and expanded it into the restaurant. The atmosphere is described as awesome, with separate areas for families and adults. While the food is well-seasoned and visually appealing, it may not be ideal for a budget-friendly date night.
This place has an awesome atmosphere to it. There is a side of the place that is kid friendly and a side that is more for adults. Food is very good and reasonably priced for what you get. I would not recommend it for a cheap date, though. Also, the drinks a very good, but also pretty pricey.

First brunch buffet I have ever been in Katy. We arrived around 2:10 and the buffet is until 3pm, the food was dry, looks like it has been there for a long time. The meat wasn’t hot. The sangria is good and $2 (excellent for the quality) The service was good, really nice waitress and helpful. I would try it again but earlier to see if the food is fresh. The patio is really nice to have a drink and enjoy the weather.
Laura M — Google review
Agave Rio was just a bittersweet experience. Even though the place itself is filled with beautiful scenery, the problem relied in the service. It just was not as quick and smooth as it should have been. I went with my family to have a farewell dinner for my Mom who was visiting. My Mom had some seafood enchiladas and even though they were delicious they arrived cold to our table. The times our waitress showed up sadly were very few in between; making even ordering some drinks quite difficult. I'm thinking of giving it a second shot just my wife and I rather than going with a bigger group and will try sitting inside instead.

Nice ambiance and play area with good potential, but service and food have a lot to be desired. Asked if stuffed jalapeños were fresh or pickled, and was told they are fresh jalapeños, stuffed, grilled, then lightly fried. When they arrived, could tell they were pickled after the first bite. After asking the waiter, he went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that they come out of the freezer and are fried. After a little hesitation, he offered to replace with a different appetizer. We asked for the queso with fajita beef, which he brought soon after that was decent (as others noted about on par with Taco Cabana). Upon receiving the check at the end we found it was the large size, which was $12.00. We also ordered the red snapper smothered with shrimp, which they said was one of their better dishes. When it arrived, the presentation was excellent, but shrimp and snapper were very over cooked and somewhat chewy. The seasoned rice on the side was the best part of the meal. We also had a coupon for a free desert with entree purchase and chose the tres leches. This was very dense and somewhat tough or odd texture in the middle. When the check came, they also “forgot” to comp the appetizer, and we were also surprised by the price of the queso. We had high hopes, and the place has potential, but food and service need much improvement.

Beautiful location to eat and relax. The owner actually helped us carry our leftovers to the car. Informed us that was formerly his Mom's house that he restored and added on to it. We had dinner here for the second time looking forward to the half chicken that we had before. It was amazing and was tender as butter. Sadly they were not able to duplicate it. We informed the server but unfortunately she handled it wrong. She told us She's had it numerous times and it was tender to us. Being in the business for years, this was the wrong way to handle it. So when she came back to check on us again we informed her that we couldn't eat it, which was obvious. She stated that she informed the chef. And just a few minutes later he brought us two more. And of course it was dry too. We were actually turned off by it after the first one but never offered or gave us the chance to try something else. The manager finally came over at the end and informed us that they were taking it affects the menu in two days due to its inconsistency. The owner confirmed it later along with the seafood platter. But let me tell you, this was the best chicken I'd ever had when we were first there. The manager did end up not charging us. I would try this place again. The building itself was nothing short of amazing.

Very pretty place, indoor seating area and two patios (one for adults only). Food and service were very good, cocktails were ok. Live music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Nat M — Google review
Do NOT come to this restaurant. Only good things are the atmosphere of the beautiful property and if the guy is there at the Adult Patio for live music. 3 hour dinner because they didnt give napkins till after the appetizers and us asking 4 times. Soups came out in different sizes than we ordered because they ran out of bowls. The soup was basically shredded ginger liquid, WOW. We ordered a bottle of Etude Pinot...that kept us going for a while. Food service took an hour and 20 minutes so we tried to order another bottle and they were out. My next 3 choices were out and then they came out with the wrong one. We couldnt even get water. They Never cleared our soup cups or the chips/plantains and salsa even by the time i regrettfully paid the over priced bill. The management needs to be trained. We watched a manager work his way around the room and purposely skip our table 3 times. Never came over to apologize, even when the food finally came out and my plate was forgotten. Thanks for taking off the 15$ for the oysters...(sarcasm) We watched the other patrins arguing about their bill. We watched everyone getting annoyed at late service. We watched people leave after appetizers. Our server was trying hus best but the back of the house needs help. Oh yeah...pork chop was miserably dry and those are a sad excuse for truffle fries. Get your act together.

Went to Main Event on a Corporate Team fun night out with staff personnel, and our families. As my children and I walked back to return our bowling shoes, I stepped on a condom which Ed popped under my foot. In discussed I brought this matter to a staff member and requested a manager. When the Adrian arrived he quickly attempted to downplay the situation without expressing any concern to my frustration. His exact words were it’s not a big deal and that they cannot search anyone walking in and people do thing all the time like this. I requested that an incident report be written up and left my personal information with him so that the General Manager could follow up with me. The following day I patiently waited for the General Manager Caleb Lee to follow up with me which never took place. I called Main Event in Katy myself requesting to speak with the GM Caleb Lee and was told to leave my information and that he’ll reach out when he gets a chance. It’s been a few days already and I have yet to receive a call back. My young son who is in single digits was asking me what is a condom. I have never felt so horribly sick, angry, and humiliated in my life having to explain this to my young child. His innocence is gone forever! With there being many other places near by you can go to enjoy a night out with your friends and loved ones, you would think Main Event will reach out and find a resolution to this intense matter. I strongly wouldn’t recommend not taking your family or friends out to this establishment!!!!!

This location has been open for a few years and I’m happy to see that it has been maintained very well and it continues to get packed! Today, we visited with my daughter’s NEHS group and it looks like many other schools were also visiting. While it was crazy busy, the staff seemed to handle the many kids groups well, the kitchen staff did seem a little overwhelmed and they weren’t taking any orders so I didn’t get to eat, but overall, the kids had a blast and loved the pizza

I recently visited Main Event Katy and had a wonderful experience, particularly thanks to the manager, Todd. He was very nice and pleasant, making sure that our time at the arcade was enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively, and the variety of games made it a hit with the kids. It was our first time here but we feel excited to come back for more! Overall, a fantastic place to play and unwind!

We were here for bowling and arcade games. Quick service, friendly staff that checked on us and brought us our orders quickly, Todd came to check on us afterwards and made sure everything was to our liking. Definitely would come back.

Its a GREAT place for elementary aged kids and up, food is especially very good! I recently tried their smashed burger taco - mouth watering! Kids had a thrilling experience at laser tag, gravity poles, pool table and arcade! Not to forget the BOWLING fun! Overall a great place to spend an evening with family & friends 🙂

First let me say this is my personal opinion not the opinion of my organization. This is an independent reflection of my experience. I recently attended an executive board meeting for my sorority at Main Event in Katy, TX. We rented one of the meeting rooms, and while it served the purpose, the location was not ideal for privacy or focus—it lacked a true barrier from outside noise and activity. Adding curtains or additional soundproofing would greatly improve the space for professional gatherings. On a positive note, the food was much better than expected. For breakfast, we enjoyed biscuits and breakfast tacos we could build ourselves. However, I was surprised that jelly and syrup for the biscuits were not included and required an extra charge. Lunch was the highlight: barbecue chicken, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, baked beans, and salad—all delicious, with the cornbread being especially good. The area that fell short was customer service and room preparedness. The room did not seem ready when we arrived—we had to ask for a microphone, coffee was not initially available, and there was no clear place for dirty plates. The room attendants were polite but seemed inexperienced, which made service slower and less polished. With more training and attention to detail, this could be improved significantly. Overall, our meeting was productive, and the food was a pleasant surprise, but the location of the meeting room and the lack of professional service brought the experience down. With some adjustments, Main Event could become a stronger option for business and organizational meetings

Altitude Trampoline Park

Altitude Trampoline Park in Katy, Texas offers a variety of trampoline-focused activities and more. The park features a high-flying freeze trapeze, basketball dunking, foam pits, dodgeball courts, rock climbing walls, and a children's area. It's not just about trampolines; there are also games like dodgeball tournaments and battle beam. The facility is well-managed with friendly staff and clean surroundings.
Note that I am a membership holder of three of my children so we like the altitude for experience so my review might be a little biased. The membership at this one at Katie also is affiliated with the altitude location in Sugarland. This one seems to be pretty well covered by employees, a lot are walking around or standing nearby with whistles well to make sure that the kids are playing safe this location seem to be pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and despite very full with multiple parties at the picnic tables seem pretty good Overall, pretty clean inside and outside parking was very full however, I was patient and was able to find a close spot. You can bring an outside food and I will definitely recommend bringing a water bottle. I feel like they have a lot of spots available for young and old children

We have a membership here and love to come when the wiggles need a place to be freed. Often, we meet other friends so it's a nice social time. It's a smaller Altitude which is good because you can see all around. They have party tables, a food court and have recently upgraded some of the play sections. You have to wear "Altitude" socks.

My wife and I brought our two Grandsons here this afternoon. They have a summer pass for ninety minutes of play time per day. They enjoyed playing here. They spent most of their time playing dodge ball. They each got a drink, and one got a slice of cheese pizza. We were able to sit at a table and keep track of them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came here for a birthday party and had such a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was well-organized, and the kids had an amazing time jumping and playing. Perfect spot for parties or just fun family time.
James W — Google review
This place seems fun, but it's very chaotic, and I don't like birthday parties here, kids don't even spend time together, it's a random run around. Plus if you bring younger kids be aware, there are teenagers that couldn't care less about your 5 years old, and every time I brought my little ones here we ended up in tears. There are better places to spend a couple of hours, and definitely better places for birthday parties
Albert K — Google review
A lot of fun activities and good settings so that kids are always visible to parents. However, I have one star because the air quality in this place is horrible. The smell of smoke is everywhere and both adults and kids in our family had discomfort in our throats. We found many people smoking outside the building and apparently the smell can come in to the building, and as the ventilation is not so good, the smell lingers. This doesn’t seem to be a new issue. For such a place that mostly serve kids, they should be more careful about their policy of smoking. They should not allow people to smoke so close to the building.

Great indoor trampoline and adventure facility. Came for a neighborhood birthday party and was impressed with the friendly staff, clean surroundings, diversity of activities and overall fun had. Featuring an expansive selection of trampoline based actives from foam pits to dodgeball, the main court to basketball as well as a maze and rock wall. Well managed and supervised by friendly staff. While the food options are somewhat limited- they have a good selection of snacks and drinks. With various packages available you can play for 90, 120, or 180 minutes starting at $15.99 for 6 and under or $18.99 for open jump (as of September 2023). They have membership options and also host all inclusive events such as birthday parties and get togethers. Small selection of video games. Ample seating and dedicated party rooms are available with a party booking. Handicap parking and accessible building. Changing tables in the family restroom. Definitely on our list of places to visit again.

My Son Was attacked, Staff Did Nothing Patents Encouraged Violence I’m sharing this to warn other families. On Saturday, September 27 2025, my son was physically attacked by two kids 15 and 16 years old at Altitude trampoline park. While parents watched and encouraged the violence ( my son is 9 years old). My son was slapped at the face and was punched in the chest, I had to intervene me self to stop it. I called 911 3 times no one showed up. Other parents witnessed what happened and demanded them to leave but staff did nothing to intervine or protect the children there is no security guard on the park. This place is unsafe for kids, and the management has yet to take accountability. I’m urging them to review footage, ban the violent family, and take action before another child gets hurt. Parents — be careful. What happened to us could happen to anyone.

Dig World

Theme park
Dig World, situated in Katy, Texas, is an amusement park with a construction theme. The park offers children the opportunity to operate and ride on various heavy construction equipment. Visitors can expect a two-hour experience where they can handle the machines themselves, although there may be queues during busy times. It's recommended to plan for the weather as most activities are outdoors. Additionally, there is a gift shop on-site and waivers must be completed in advance.
Although this has been open, apparently three years, I only heard about it recently. Apparently it appeared on an episode of Shark Tank. I did not know that and I still have not seen that episode. That being said, I took my oldest grandson and youngest son to visit. When I looked it up on Google maps I was a little underwhelmed to learn that it was located in the parking lot of the Katy Mills mall. However, let me put your mind at ease, it is actually a perfect location in my opinion. It looks like a construction site! It doesn’t look like an amusement park. And being located at the mall means that it is close to many different places to eat and shop. Dig world had restrooms, water, fountains, a misting station, and a shaded sitting area in addition to an air-conditioned gift shop. All of those things work together to keep you cool in the heat of summer. Apparently, while I was there, I briefly spoke to the man that I learned was the founder and owner. He just seemed to be working and was very polite and helpful. In fact, all of the employees were polite and helpful when we were there. My six-year-old grandson was in hog heaven, or should I say CAT heaven? Being able to sit in a real excavator and dig in the dirt was a dream come true. He has been fascinated with earth moving equipment for all six years of his time on earth. And then being able to sit in excavators that were set up to put a golf ball, pick up safety cones, pick up Lego blocks, we’re all a blast for him. Although he was tall enough to drive the equipment himself for the activities that involved a machine that was driving along the path he wanted me to drive it while he sat on my lap. And that was something that we were allowed to do. It was something very unexpected and yet very dream fulfilling. I love the fact that it speaks highly of construction and trade roles and normalizes working with this equipment. Whether my grandson goes on in life to be in this field or not remains to be seen. But what I have seen is that this was money well spent and time well spent together as a family. I highly recommend this. I will add as a final note. I saw many groups of adults. Who were there seemingly without children, enjoying operating the equipment as well.

10/10 recommend!!! We came for special needs night with our autistic son, and had the best time! So many things for him and us to do. The bathrooms were clean and the misting station was so nice to have. But the staff, THE STAFF!! From the SECOND we walked through the gate we were greeted with kind, helpful, accommodating staff. Every single person had a smile on their face and were so kind to us. Not one moment did I feel like our family was being judged, which is a lot for a special needs mom. Thank you guys for hosting this night. We will definitely be back!

Visited for my son’s birthday and we had a blast. The staff were nice and helpful and we got to ride many rides over and over again. My son loves construction vehicles and he had a BLAST. Even the adults were having fun using the equipment. We will return soon. Thank you Dig World!

My kids had a blast! My 8yo boy was able to pretty much do everything by himself. My 5yo daughter needed assistance but mostly just because she wasn’t tall enough to reach pedals. She still had a blast. Our 2yo was able to sit in our laps and participate in most of the activities too. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Today I celebrated my birthday at Dig World. You might say what's the big deal. I have a physical disability. I called earlier this week to explain my physical disability. I wanted to experience the gem mining station as well as the heavy machinery. They were patient with me, and took their time to assist me as I stepped on to the heavy machinery. They also placed a stool at the gem mining station so I could enjoy. I had a wonderful time.

We took our son to Dig World in Katy for his birthday since he’s absolutely obsessed with construction vehicles and it turned out to be one of the best birthday experiences ever! Our family of four had such a blast exploring and riding the different attractions. We made a reservation for Friday at 10 a.m. (they close at noon), and honestly, we were worried two hours wouldn’t be enough time, but it was perfect! There was no wait when we checked in, and we were able to enjoy every single ride and activity without feeling rushed. Our son couldn’t get enough of the excavators, happily digging up dirt like a real construction worker, while our daughter, who isn’t usually a fan of construction vehicles, had a fantastic time on the Boom Lift, tossing balls from high up in the air. Seeing both of them having so much fun made it extra special for us. We also learned the story behind the park, which was so heartwarming and made us appreciate the place even more. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly loved what they do, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back to Katy and visit Dig World again. It’s a must-visit spot for families with kids who love to dig, drive, and build!

Me and my 4 year old had a great time! No matter the hot houston weather- all the employees at every station were polite, friendly and smiled at my little one. He asked for high fives and a smile- and he got that from all of them. If he’s smiling, I’m happy. Clean, organized and fun. Second time there and same great attitude from all the staff. If you haven’t been- go!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We came to a disability friendly event. The staff is all young, incredibly well trained, positive and kind. This has been one of the most positive kid-centric activities we have done in a long time. I highly highly recommend checking it out!

Sandwich shop
Subway is a casual fast-food restaurant where customers can customize their own sandwiches and salads. They offer healthy options for those who are conscious of their diet. Recently, a customer visited the shop and decided to try something different with the assistance of an employee. They opted for the new Mexican sandwich, which turned out to be fantastic compared to their usual choice. The service provided by the staff was excellent as they were friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere was very calm and quiet. The store was extremely clean and Alex was very kind and made sure our meal was excellent. Would definitely come back to the subway any day best I’ve had in a long time.

Subway continues to blow me away with how little they care about their customer experience. They had a technical difficulty with their KPS system tendering my order (no worries not their fault, I’ve worked in quick service it happens) but the girl sat there waiting for her boss to pick up the phone and then FaceTimes for 20+ minutes and complaining Spanish while I’m standing there waiting. I feel like this is my average experience at any given Subway lol.
Nicholas C — Google review
The customer service sucks, the guy Alex was there by alone and was very rude, I would never spend another dime at subway again. Horrible experience. I asked for extra meat on the nachos, and Alex told me that I could not buy extra meat. Then he proceded to talk in Spanish to me , I had no idea what he said, and got mad and threw his hand up like he wanted me to leave. So I did, I left without buying anything. I would never go to that location again off the Katy freeway in front of the main event. Horrible customer service.

This is my third time trying to write this review out and the screen keeps refreshing, which is irritating me even more. I went to this location today around 7:30 PM to pick up a curbside order that I placed on their mobile app when I got to the store. I received the notification that said my sandwich was ready and that a worker would be out momentarily to bring me my food. I sat outside 10 minutes before deciding to get out because there were no workers inside of the window and my sandwich was not ready when I went into the store. I sat there for about five minutes. I yelled out hello a few times, even went on the side of the building and knocked on the employee door to try and gain assistance and to no avail that I get an answer from anyone There were additional customers that came in the store trying to place an order. They didn’t receive any assistance either so they ended up leaving. I decided to call 911 because I wanted to make sure that everything was OK at this location. The door was open. The open sign was on. I was able to walk into their facility with no issues yet, there are no workers Come to find out after being there for about 30 minutes. I my daughter ended up spotting a worker outside sitting in her car the worker did not speak any English so she came up, trying to talk to me, but didn’t speak any English. I did not have a sandwich. I did not have my money and there were no workers in the store to be able to help me at 8:13. Another car pulls up and it’s a manager from a different subway location. The manager comes in and apologizes to me and I asked her for my money back. I asked her what was going on. I’ve never experienced anything like this to any SUBWAY® ever in my life. She proceeded to say that the worker that was sitting outside watching me in the store the entire time she said that the lady was threatened by a previous customer and feared for her life so she decided to sit outside And just sit in her car now I would I’m having trouble understanding and if if you’re scared there should be some sort of protocol to at least put a sign on the door. Turn the lights off turn a sign off lock the front door possibly go out the back and wait in your car you’re afraid for your safety but no the door was left open. The open sign was on, and I sat in a store 30 minutes without my food without my money back or any kind of assistance from anyone I tried calling the store location for the phone to continue to just disconnect. It did not ring not one time once the manager got there she told me that I would receive a refund, but it would take a few days in order for me to get that back. I really feel like the protocols or procedures at this location. Should be changed if you’re going to have associates working at this location we should at least have someone there that is bilingual or speaks more than one language that’s most likely What caused an issue with previous customers. There’s no one there that speaks any kind of English now I apologize and I feel bad for this person being threatened, but this was a very terrible experience for me tonight. I also utilize points for an order that I never received. I didn’t even want them to make my food anymore at that point. I just wanted my money back. I wanted to write this review to share this with anyone else who may have experienced anything similar but Subway this is not acceptable. You all need to review your policies and make a change. This was not a great experience for myself.

My 19 yr old went in to get us subs for lunch since I can’t.. the lady was rude and was carrying on a personal conversation on her ear piece. She kept pointing to stuff and not paying attention. She didn’t even cut the sandwiches in half. Mine was missing items. And when asked for cookies rolled her eyes. The kind lady behind my daughter looked at my kid and told her she was sorry for how this lady was treating her. U need different help.

I stopped by this Subway to get something light for my mom who was admitted to the hospital nearby last night. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a lady whose name I don’t know, she carefully wrapped the order and I asked her to write the initials of the sandwiches. When I got to the hospital and opened them, I noticed she’d written “get well soon” underneath the initials! It brought tears to my eyes. Her gesture of kindness just made my long day. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

Aug 15 around 9pm. I’ve been a loyal Denny’s customer for over 5 years, but after my most recent visit, I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in one again. We went in to celebrate a small achievement with my kids and ordered 2 Birthday Pancakes and 2 Jr. ice creams. Pretty simple, right? But things quickly went downhill. The waitress asked me (oddly enough) if the kids were going to eat the ice cream with the pancakes. I brushed it off because honestly, what difference does it make? We’re paying customers — just bring the food. Then, unbelievably, the manager came out and told me, “It has come to my attention that the kids are not going to eat the ice cream but the adults will.” I asked why on earth that mattered, and she said she would “let it slide this time” but that technically kids’ portions are only for kids. Excuse me? Since when does a restaurant get to police who eats the food we’ve purchased and paid for? It was insulting, ridiculous, and flat-out unnecessary. We weren’t trying to “game the system.” We simply ordered food off the menu — nothing more, nothing less. For the manager to come out and treat us like we were breaking some sort of rule over who gets a scoop of ice cream was beyond absurd. The whole experience killed what should have been a lighthearted family outing. I told her not to bother “doing us a favor” and that we were leaving. After years of coming to Denny’s, I’ve never had anyone make me feel so uncomfortable or unwelcome over something so petty. Denny’s — if your policy is to interrogate families over who eats what, you’ve officially lost me as a customer. This experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and showed a complete lack of common sense and customer care

First of all, the service is incredible and all the workers are kind and helpful. We came with a big group and they took care of us all in what was a professional, memorable experience. The food is amazing as well. The wings and shrimp were crisp, and crunchy. The sauces were savory and enhanced the food. The atmosphere was extremely comfortable and it felt like a perfect place for a group of friends to go eat.

We walked in at about 6pm on a Saturday and the place was completely empty. All employees were sitting around a table chatting on their phones while the whole restaurant looked as though a tornado had been through it. Every table had trash on top of and around it as well as food crumbs and empty styrofoam cups knocked over and no one seemed bothered to even acknowledge it. They sat us down and our server was present and didn't leave us waiting too long despite reviews saying against that. As we were sitting waiting for our food employees continued hanging out and talking and cussing in the corner ignoring the absolute mess of a restaurant right in front of them. The store was empty with no customers and it makes sense why. And with no customers there were plenty of free employees who could have cleaned up and made the place at least look semi-presentable (which it was nowhere near). The ironic and sad part was that the bathrooms were cleaner than the rest of the restaurant. Once they noticed us taking pictures was when someone started to clean up which was actually our waitress. Our waitress Belinda, was the only employee doing her job and it seemed like she was doing other people's jobs as well. Belinda didn't make us wait too long. Checked up on us. And we have no complaints for her specifically. FOOD We got 15 traditional wings of 3 different flavors and all the wings came out overcooked and dry. However the curly fries were really good. We did not finish our food and didn't bother to get to-go plates because it wasn't worth saving. Overall this place was horrible. Food, service, and the environment all horrible. This place needs that Kitchen Nightmare show to somehow revive itself. Otherwise an entire staffing replacement except for Belinda from our experience.

The waitresses was fantastic. The food was overly bland. There was no flavor even to the salad dressing. Zero seasoning on the chicken wings (where was the garlic parmesan??). The drink was bland as well. I won't be returning. The rest of the staff was just sitting around being silly goofing off where customers could see.

Today we came in again, pretty much empty, waitress although super sweet and she was MIA again for a while my husband had to get up and look for her! She was just standing around in the kitchen talking amongst other waiters. The food was trash wings were cold the chili cheese fries horrible, sodas flat… this place is going down slowly and unfortunately we will take our business elsewhere!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Landry’s Seafood House (22215 Katy Freeway)! The buttermilk fried shrimp was absolutely superb—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fries and onion strings were a great complement, and everything was fresh and hot. On top of the great food, Marcel provided outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Catfish was great! Calamari was great! The coastal seafood pasta was good, but the scallops tasted fishy. The shrimp was slightly overdone, and the mussels were a little too firm for my liking. The pasta and sauce with mushrooms was delish. Key Lime pie tasted like the refrigerator and was served with a mahi sauce, which didn't go well at all. All of this in mind, I would still give them another chance. Our wait staff was exceptional.

Our waiter was so sweet, but the food was horrible. After we placed our order, she came back 20 minutes later and said the lunch menu was different from the evening menu. So we had to reorder. The gumbo tasted like watered-down gravy, and the shrimp tasted like they came out of the box and went straight to the microwave. The Landry’s in New Orleans is way better.

The food was pretty good. Dicks were delicious. Service was great from the bartender and the host, but it seems like they hire a lot of kids to work here, and it shows. Although the occupancy was not even 50%, they had a very hard time keeping up, and we waited a long time just to get service. The bartender was making lots of drinks and having to hand deliver them to tankless all over the building. The MOD was so stressed out that she started saying the quiet parts out loud. They could have been short-handed that night, but it that is ever the case, I think it is best to notify clients about it so they can be more understanding.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our son's Taekwondo belt test by dining at Landry's Seafood on a Friday night during Lent. As practicing Catholics, we were looking forward to a meat-free seafood dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth. Upon arrival, the wait time wasn't long, which was a positive start. However, our server was slow to check on us and only offered to bring out bread after we had already placed our appetizer order. This set the tone for the rest of the night. Our entrées took a considerable amount of time to arrive, and when my wife's soup from the Lent menu was served, it contained bacon bits--a clear issue since we cannot consume meat on Fridays during Lent. The server simply said "sorry" and moved on, without offering any kind of remedy. To make matters worse, several of our entrées were incorrect, and the server took quite some time to correct the mistakes. By the end of our meal, when we requested to speak with a manager, we were told the manager was unavailable. The server claimed she couldn't find them, which was frustrating given the issues we encountered. Additionally, we were unable to properly redeem our Landry's membership points because the server couldn't apply them correctly. Instead of resolving the issue, we were simply told to come back next time to use our points. Overall, our experience at Landry's Seafood was disappointing. While the restaurant has potential, the service was unorganized, and the staff didn't seem equipped to handle customer concerns. We were hoping for a great dining experience, but unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Would we return? It's hard to say. The food might be good, but the service issues make it difficult to justify another visit. Visit on 3/7/25 @ 8pm - 9:39pm Server Name: Ariana

Umm..our group agreed that there was nothing special about the food. Not something we would remember and come back. We chose it because we know about it and just wanna to try out.

We had to have the best and most patient waiter in Landrey's business! I hadn't been there almost a year. I also had 4 of my young adults and we all were hungry for some different and desired at same time. The waiter was so eager to accompany out table with all the people he had in his section I was pleased and the food was hot and neat on the plates! I was pleased and my children with me to celebrate my Birthday were also pleased!! Thank you Landrey's ❤ 🤍 ❤
