I'm not a big fan of pizza, but once in a while I crave a fire oven pizza. I did a search for fire oven pizza, and this place popped up. I now have found my place whenever I'm craving a good pizza. The place was so clean, that's important to me. The customer service was great. Most importantly the pizza was amazing.

1st time and definitely loved it. Prices are not bad at all, the service is very nice, pies come out quickly. The toppings are great, slightly on the light end, I'll take the hit, since maybe I didn't ask for more. I also could have gone heavier on some of the pepper and seasoning. This place is better than any of those fast food/delivery joints, so if you're in the area or lucky enough to get delivery from here, I wouldn't hesitate to order from here. Enjoy!

I love the ability to make your own pizza and the gentlemen making ours did a phenomenal job. The thickness of the pizza crust was just right. it wasn’t too thick and it wasn’t too thin. I love the turn style pizza oven they are cooked in because it delivered a great crust on bottom as well as a crispy top crust. The overall taste of the pizza was on point. I recommend 1000 degree pizza of Katy.

Passing by going down the feeder of I-10 towards old Town Katy my eye caught what I was want and that was some good tasting brick oven pizza. It's create your own like MOD Pizza. First hang is that they don't do slices (just an FYI). Don't get close to the glass partition or you will get scolded, of course I was a little back from the glass. This set it up for a bad 1st time customer service experience. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. Now I must say that the pizza is very good and flavorful with fresh ingredients to choose from and they also offer beer. I would recommend. Give their pizza a try.

Im not sure if this is the standard there, but asking for fresh mozzarella results in almost no cheese! See photo. Quite disappointed. The shredded cheese option is better. All you taste is the marinara sauce, no cheese.

Service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I love how fresh all the ingredients are. And the fact that they have fresh mozzarella in addition to the usual mozzarella that most places have. A little pricey, but you get quality pizza just for you. So it's worth it. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is cuz my crust was a little burnt, but that happens to the best of us.

Great place! Highly recommended, a complete different experience from other pizza places, fast food and service. The dough taste completely different, in a great way I mean. Fresh ingredients and great variety. If you like pizza you need to try this new concept. Again highly recommended.

On Saturday, March 1, my wife and I decided to have some drinks at Torchy's Bar around 8 p.m. It was a quiet evening with only the two of us at the bar. We ordered a beer for myself, a margarita for my wife, and some chips and guacamole to snack on. After a little while, I ordered another beer. Around 8:40 p.m., we asked for the check, and the amount came to $30.03. I handed over my credit card, but when the bartender returned it, the total on the bill had jumped to $51.85. I immediately pointed out the discrepancy and asked the bartender to explain the difference. He simply insisted that it was a mistake on the bill, but I found it hard to believe, given that there were only two of us and the bar wasn’t busy. I asked to speak with the manager to resolve the issue privately, but he didn’t offer much assistance. He apologized briefly, handed me his business card, and gave us a chip coupon. I felt like he was unprepared to handle such a situation and didn’t genuinely care about making things right. In an attempt to resolve this, I called corporate three times, left messages, and never received a return call. This lack of response only added to my frustration. This experience left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. What should have been a simple and pleasant evening turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I would go as far as to call it a robbery, as the unexplained overcharge felt intentional. I will not be returning to Torchy’s, and I would caution others about potential billing issues and poor customer service.

We went around 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to order as soon as we walked in. We ordered 4 tacos & 2 sodas and paid just over $30. I ordered the Trailer Park & the Beef Fajita. The Trailer Park consists of Fried Chicken, Green Chiles, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo & Cheddar Jack Cheese with Poblano Sauce on a Flour Tortilla. The Beef Fajita consists of Marinated & Grilled Beef, Grilled Onions & Peppers, Pico de Gallo & Cheddar Jack Cheese with Roja Sauce on your choice of Tortilla. My friend got the Tipsy Chicken & the Chicken Fajita. The Tipsy Chicken consists of Marinated and Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Grilled Corn, Green Chiles & Cheedar Cheese with Chipotle Sauce on a Flour Tortilla served with a side of Bacon Bourbon Marmalade. The Chicken Fajita consists of Marinated & Grilled Chicken, Grilled Onions & Peppers, Pico de Gallo & Cheddar Jack Cheese with Tomatillo Sauce on your choice of Tortilla. The food was good. I actually tasted 3 of the 4 tacos and while they were good, they all tasted alike. I didn't feel like there was anything special about them, nor did I walk away thinking, "we gotta come back." Actually, I felt like I hadn't been out to dinner. Maybe I'll give it another shot because I feel like I visited a Taco Bell that serves alcohol.

This location is still around due to the amount of traffic, location and brand food is decent. Came in an hour after they opened today. Floors are dirty, instead of leaveling tables dirty napkens under, booths. Not greeted when your called up finally. One person took a call while one was trying get logged in (understandable). But he then still has issues and she tells him o your on that one. Now that shes off the phone and still near regester she was on you would think she would great and call up to take the order nope instead just walks around the bar then starts talking to an employee. The employee finally is able rush to get signed in and calls me up and takes my order. Your prompted to tip on a walk up to counter place. I may seam like an A for bringing it up but i gave a very straightforward order of bacon, egg and bean. Instead of asking if i want no cheese they ask if thats it. Don't ask for here or togo and shame on me for not bringing it up. I will say Torchy's is an expensive version of taco cabana with a better alcohol selection. There plexy glass case is broken and dirty.

My wife took our daughter to eat here yesterday. We normally have a good experience but yesterday was awful. They got there and ordered food. Everything was ok… my wife then went back to order chips and queso and waited in line for a bit. When it was her time to order the cashier, in a very rude manner by the way, told her to go to the next register to get helped. Same cashier then proceeded to waive over a group of 6 people to order from her register. The other cashier didn’t take my wife’s order either and just ignored her. It was pretty disrespectful… needless to say, she didn’t place the order at all. We go to this location at least twice a month… what a shame that a few employees can ruin an experience for their loyal customers.

Food is great. One of the bartenders there is just super rude and acts like she doesn’t want you there. We love going to Torchy’s but we will have to stop. We don’t want to be made to feel like we’re being a bother because we want a beer and a taco.

Pho Saigon is one of those spots that always seems to be busy and for good reason. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or dinner, it’s a reliable go to for quick and satisfying Vietnamese food. Tried both their Pho and vermicelli dishes, and while they may not be the most standout version I’ve ever had, they’re consistently decent and well-priced. The generous portions and flavorful broth make it a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for something fast and filling. One of the best parts is their loyalty program, spend $100 and earn $10 credit, which adds even more value to already reasonable prices. Service is quick and efficient, even during peak hours, making it great spot for a casual lunch or dinner when you’re craving for Vietnamese without a long wait.

better than a hot bowl of pho! We have already tried most of the nearby spots, so today we decided to check out this one since it had so many reviews. When we got there, the place was packed. Parking can be a little tricky—you will probably need to park behind the building or on the right side, since there are two other stores next door. The restaurant itself was full, with a line even outside, but the wait was not bad at all—about 10 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently, so food came out fast and no one had to wait too long, which I really appreciated. Here is what we ordered: • Grilled Beef Spring Rolls: Hands down, our favorite dish of the night. Super flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the peanut sauce was spot on. Definitely recommend ordering this one. • Pho with Two Meats: The broth was a little bland for my taste—not as rich or beefy as I hoped—and it was not served as hot as I usually like. • Beef Stew (Bo Kho): This also was not piping hot, and the broth leaned more soupy than thick compared to other places I have tried. Also, no carrots in the bowl, which was surprising since that is usually a staple in bo kho. Overall, though, I think this is a solid spot. The service was quick and friendly—even though the place was super busy, they still made the effort to greet us as we left, which stood out to me. The prices are also a huge bonus—they are honestly the most affordable I have seen in Houston and Katy. I would definitely come back to try more dishes, especially since the grilled beef was seasoned so well.

Most of their menu is good. Spring rolls are an exception. Mostly lettuce. A little bit of noodles, and paper thin slice of bologna and shrimp. Do better. Charge more if you have to, but stop trying to pass this off as spring rolls.

I love the food here, it's truly fantastic. But I've noticed a few things about the service that could be improved. When I come in, a smile or a simple 'welcome' would make a huge difference. It feels a bit cold, like I'm just another transaction. I'm not looking for freebies or special treatment, just a little warmth to go with this amazing meal.

Decent place to get far and other Vietnamese foods. Quick service and they have a large seating area and a decent amount for parking. Giving this a three stars because they messed up on our order, we ordered an egg noodle soup but got pho instead. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, I’d still consider coming back.

The chicken pho here is absolutely delicious! What really impressed me, though, is how seriously they take cleanliness—I saw the staff pulling out the booths to clean behind them. That level of attention to detail really stands out!

First Pho experience in Katy and it was great! We ordered pick up and they made sure we had everything we needed and then some. They were very generous on the meat and toppings. This location in particular is the worst! I’ve had several issues over the last couple years I’ve been coming to this location. I’ll never come back to this location after today. I’d rather drive the extra 20 min to the Morton or Mason location than come here. They either forget your condiments or straws or if they manage to get that then they mess up your order completely. Today they gave me straws, condiments and my order was correct so I thought everything was good until I took a bite into my chicken and had this gelatinous stringy brown stuff all through the chicken. Not to mention the tortilla strips bag had some gross black stuff on it and the bag was opened! Worst chick- fil-a location I’ve ever been to.

I normally never have an issue with my order but yesterday I ordered in drive-thru for son & I. I ordered 8 count GRILLED nuggets for dietary reasons. It wasn't until driving away that I discovered I'd received the fried nuggets 😕. Still ate them, they're tasty after all and I wasn't about to go back with all the traffic! Guess I'll have to start checking prior to leaving.

I ordered an 8-piece nugget, and only a box of 5 arrived. The order was to-go, so I had to go back to file a complaint. I only had an hour to eat, and I wasted all my time.

We have ordered lunch from this location many times, but several times our orders are wrong & we don’t discover the error until we get home. Today it happened again - we did not get the large grilled chicken sandwich or the 8 ct order of grilled nuggets. We were shorted about $12 of food. This location is about 20-25 minutes from home, so it’s not worth it to go back. Where’s their quality control!!!!

Food was good, service was friendly, but unfortunately for the first time they did not give me my complete order. I ordered and paid for two 4 piece strips and a couple sandwiches. But only received 1 of the orders of strips and sandwiches. Son was very disappointed 😞

This early evening I stopped by because in a hurry to get to Sealy. so I went threw the Drive threw I placed my order an drove around to the other side to get my food, Tran Num 5881 the order was One Lrg Fry and one CFA Sandwich I received my bag paid an left the location headed west and reached my location and open my bag pulled the fry's out but no sandwich. I guess the joke was on me for not checking my order. This place is going down hill I never had a problem with Chick-fil-a before until I came here.

This has to be hands down Thee Best Greek Restaurant in Houston. The food is perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and the quantity of each plate is worth the price. You can taste the quality in all of their plates. Their hummus is on point! Also, exceptional customer service, everyone is friendly and attentive.

This place is amazing because of the owner. Food is great , service is spot on and the installation are amazing. It’s so great to support a business that cares so much for your experience. Kudos to the team!

What a great experience!!! Have to say Pappa Gyro’s is near the best Greek food I have ever had in any Greek restaurant anywhere…that means in the USA, UK and even GREECE. The Pork Souvlaki was so tender, juicy and tasty. The Chicken Souvlaki was so tender and moist. The Rice Pilaf was flavorful and served as a bed for the Souvlakis. The shaved Gyro meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. The Greek Side Salad was authentic and perfectly dressed. The Pita Bread and Tzatziki paired perfectly with each meat. The portions were generous. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The Finikia and Kourabiedes were a perfect end to a delicious meal…JUST AS GOOD AS YIAYIA’s!!

Food was good, but not something I'd drive across town for. Had gyro, souvlaki, dolmathes and fries. Place is clean, service not fast, not slow. However, I was overcharged, and my pointing it out was as if I had personally insulted them. First, I was told they overcharged me because it was actually cheaper that way. Once I got them to understand I was not receiving food for the charge, they said someone else would come fix the overcharge, this got punted twice before the original cashier walked over 3.99 in cash despite my paying with plastic and she huffily asked if that would be OK. Mind you, I got taxed on that 3.99 overcharge, so it really wasn't the correct amount, but we were done eating by then and I just wanted to get out. I'm really upset they had such poor problem solving, because I had planned to try their desserts. I had heard wonderful things about Pappa Gyros from multiple people. Sad to say that was not my experience. Maybe on weekends/ holidays they have their B team?

Well this is my first time coming to this place and I did it to go order I ordered the combo sandwich which consists of Italian sausage and Italian beef on a hoagie I had a dipped in a juice with some peppers and hot peppers I learned my lesson if I'm going to eat the sandwich the way I ordered it I need to eat it there because by the time I got to my job with my food the bread was super soggy and I had to use a fork and knife to eat it It was good just very messy to eat I had the combo with the sandwich with their chili and a drink The chili itself wasn't that great It actually tasted like a can chili and had no spice to it I figured when they added the cheese and onions they thought it would raise the flavor but it didn't so the Detroit chili I will stay away from The sandwich itself was very good and I will try it again but next time I eat it it will be at the restaurant because it was very good

1st time stopping in here after driving by it a few times and always wondering if it was good. Today was the day as I couldn’t make Greek Fest, but keep the spirit alive by instead coming here for the first time with my son. We were not disappointed! Great atmosphere, service, and tasting food! Prices are fair and the menu has a ton of variety and it all sounds yummy! Tried their original Gyro today and thought it was excellent. Their food menu is one thing, but keep in mind they have a great dessert menu as well. Everyone who served us, took our order, etc were very nice. Place was spotless. Greek music playing lightly in the background, tv on wall with football, Greek meets 50’s diner - love it!! Excellent dinning experience all around. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The food was delicious. And the workers were super friendly. I got a gyro burger and despite the high price point, it was worth the money. I also got the baklava and it was good but I would not pay $7 for it again. The place was clean contrary to a particular review I saw. The Soda machine is pretty cool. Never seen one that looks like a a beer dispenser.

I have been to Chil Fill A for years. Never received bad service in this location. The lady who brought us the food was not friendly . I noticed when she put the food on our table. We ordered salad and didn’t get the dressing. She passed by our table and I asked her about my dressing but seems didn’t want to stop. While we were eating another lady also complained to the cashier that she didn’t get her sandwich and point to the same lady who brought us the food. Chick Fill A always welcome people but maybe not on this location.

Ordered Cobb salad (through the Mason Rd drive-thru) it was warm and limp. I usually buy my Cobb salad from the Chick-fil-A on Dairy Ashford where it is always cold and the container always packed to the top. The salad also had a big glob of (possibly raw) bacon fat - see attached picture

I am continually impressed by Chick-fil-A! This location was very clean, the food was great, the servers would come by and offer table service as though you were at a sit-down restaurant. The salads were very fresh and the baked chicken nuggets (Gluten free) were a win for kids with celiacs disease. Also, the fries are gluten free and fried in a dedicated frier. Lots of yes, sir and right away, sir. The play area for the kiddos is great and clean as well. They have ample staff on to make dine-in and take out efficient and seamless. A truly excellent and well-run establishment.

Never can go wrong with CfA! The service is always consistent, the restaurants are super clean, and the food is terrific! I wish other places treated you like CfA. I like knowing my experience will be great no matter what store I visit. Love their nuggets and sauces. It’s definitely the best items, in my opinion. Wonder if they will ever do spicy nuggets. Hint, hint! The sweet tea mixed with lemonade is really good too. Notice their condiment spot. Even that area is organized! Top notch!

I appreciate all Chick-fil-A's in general- they're clean, friendly, quick, and the food is delicious. However, I wanted to write a review for this one specifically. As I sit here doing my homework (having bought breakfast and now mooching the wifi and Diet Coke refills, which the staff is happy to let me do), I witnessed Ms. Kim, the assistant manager, handle an upset guest extremely well. The guest was in the wrong for wanting to use something expired. Ms. Kim calmly explained that she could not do it, repeatedly answered her questions, and took the lady's frustrations while treating the woman with kindness and respect. I appreciate not only the way Ms. Kim spoke to the woman, but that she didn't just say "the customer is always right" and give in; instead, she held to what she was supposed to do. It is nice to see people who are kind in the face of others' frustrations, especially when they are misdirected their frustrations entirely. It is also nice to see people not give in to demands that should not be made. Thanks for being a good example, Ms. Kim!

My son went to this location with his school for a field trip, and I forgot to unlock the card I sent him with to pay for his food. A worker stepped in and bought my sons lunch for him. I just wanted to say thank you to "Kyle" who helped my son in a moment I messed up. Thank you for going above the standard for my son. I truly appreciate the service and I will forever be a Chick Fil A customer!!!! Thank you so so much!

Had a spicy chicken, didn't have much flavor as rest of Chick-fil-A's that I visit while traveling. Service was good, clean place.

I just watched the group of employees serve 30 junior high band kids and their parents in a huge rush. They were polite, efficient, and positive. And they didn’t mess up a single order. No other fast food joint I’ve been to could have done it that smoothly.

I purchased fries and drove home which only took 10 minutes and my fries were ice cold. There is no way my fries would be less than warm if they were given to me hot at the restaurant. Next time will check for hot fries before driving off.

This was my first time at this burger place. Was very pleasantly surprised. The burger was good and the ingredients tasted fresh. The fries were nice and crispy. They had nice dipping sauces for the fries.

The food is always freahly prepared while you wait. The staff is courteous, profient and actually glad - thats next level - to be of service.

I can’t say enough good reviews about this place. You get what you pay for. I love the service and the portions. They never have let me down. I’ve been to other local locations and I’m always disappointed. The food was hot and fresh. You should try the chili and cheese fries.

Compared to a year ago, the service & food was on par. I’m not sure what changed, but the quality in service, food & ambiance has dropped significantly. There has also been a lot of changes to the menu which affects the overall experience. Some of my favorites were either removed from the menu or overly priced with a downgrade in flavor. What once was my favorite restaurant to visit, sadly no longer seems worth it.

I recently ordered takeout from Adrian’s and while the food itself was very delicious, I was disappointed with the portion size of the kids’ meal. For the price, the serving seemed quite small compared to what I expected. I really enjoy supporting local restaurants and appreciate the effort that goes into making good food, but I hope the restaurant might consider slightly larger portions or adjusting the pricing for the kids’ meals in the future. We were looking for a quick meal in the Katy Mills area... our 1st time and overall it was good!

Maybe I just came at a bad time but my experience unfortunately was not good. I was greeted immediately walking to the door and my order was taken promptly. I ordered something off of their everyday special menu which was $8.99 leaving a 20% tip and I ordered it to go. I was told it would be about 5 minutes. However that turned out to be a total of 27 minutes until I received my food. I asked a young man who I assume was working behind the bar, if he could check on my food after 15 minutes. He walked off to check it but never came back with a response. I waited 10 more minutes and someone who I assume was the owner or manager walk through the front door. I was starting to get a little frustrated at this point, so I asked him if I could just get a refund because I needed to go. He told the waitress in Spanish, do you have this guy's food what's going on with it? Just then she was tying up the bag for me. He did Apologize but once I opened it to eat it in my car I figured out what happened. For whatever reason the waitress that took my order was outside doing stuff with somebody. My food was ready but was sitting and waiting to be boxed up. So by the time I got to it it was lukewarm and whatever meat was on the very top of the pile was room temperature. The person who was the owner or manager was very nice to me and I'm not sure why I personally received bad service since the other reviews seem to be pretty good.

Me and de boizzz!! Went around at 6-7 in the morning to get ourselves mangos. But one of waiters (Adrian) kept yapping about Adrian’s barbershop haircuts that cost a quarter so after he ha des me my coffee i said “did you know that coffee spelled backwardsis eeffoc… because I don’t give EEFFOC about your diddy blud barbershop haircut that costed a quarter” me and the boizzz then decided to leave a 67c tip for adrians friend group

I ordered a pollo torta but the chicken on torta didn’t have any flavor and the sandwich was dry. I had to douse it with sauce and salsa to just eat it. The menu didn’t show sour cream as an ingredient so I ordered a side of it. It then came and had sour cream on it and they still gave me the side and charged me $3 for it. It think that is excessive. I told the waitress the reason and she didn’t offer to take the side back or give me a discount. I would say I wanted to like this place but it’s okay. Would maybe go back to try the tacos but not the tortas. Otherwise arrive was amazing and friendly and the chips and salsa are amazing.

Tacos y Adrian is one of me & my wife’s favorite places to frequent . Today we decided to try another location and I have to say the service was lack luster . We opted to sit at the bar and wasn’t greeted with a smile hello nothing she literally gave us menus and started at us. We typically stick to tacos but decided to try something new Torta Adrian & of course we still got tacos ( Tacos Adrian ) . After the second bite .. we decided it wasn’t our favorite because the bread was hard and just not as flavorful as we anticipated. We called our server over and explained the problem and asked if we could get more tacos and just take the Torta off . She looked at me and started because it was bitten 2 times … out of the entire sandwich I still needed to pay . I explained to her how else do I know if I don’t like it if I don’t take a bite or 2 .. she wanted to continue to tell me to pay so I just told her to take the Torta back and we’d like another taco plate. As a restaurant who wants the patrons to be happy she dropped the ball completely. We will continue to visit our normal location at 1603 Westgreen but this location here needs some work on customer service and satisfaction . Very disappointed

We haven’t been to Five Guys in years and decided to pick up some burgers yesterday and were pleased with this location. The staff were prompt and friendly. The burgers and fries tasted good. The place just feels a little outdated and I think needs a little upkeep. I don’t think I would dine in because of how sad/outdated the place looks

Still some of the best burgers and fries around. Everything’s made fresh to order, so sometimes there’s a couple minute wait, but it’s worth it. Also, the fries are plentifulll. 4 people could share a large easily. Also, roasted peanuts while you wait is always a nice touch. The Freestyle soda machine keeps it fun for the kids too. Cherry Sprite is amazing. Who knew? Love this place.

I love this Five Guys location. I‘ve ordered from here so many time. I keep coming back because the food is so good. The fries are my favorite. I have never had an issue with delivery. My order is always correct and every thing is fresh! It’s so hot outside and I really want a Five Guys shake. My craving prompted me to leave this review!

$$$ Price factor, In my opinion, the cost for two people for a basic meal is around $40.00 which is not worth for an average taste. There is nothing a wow factor. Yes I agree it's an upgrade from McDonald's hamburger but what’ 's about the price? If you can afford it $80.00 for family of 4 please go ahead and enjoy the complementary free 🥜 peanuts. The customer service was excellent Ms. Melissa did an amazing job welcoming us ❤️ Once again it’s not bad pace to eat just expensive for my budget !

Love Five Guys and Fries! Probably the best fries in town. Great burger, with lots of free options on the fully loaded burger. Unfortunately, my order failed to include one of the free options. A misunderstanding, I think. Otherwise, a great visit.

The burgers are great. The fries have a different taste, maybe a change in oil or old oil. But they were not great. First time ordering a Pattie melt, will stick with the burger. Not great.

Take out order. No bacon. No hot sauce. No grilled jalapeños even tho I paid for it. Fries not full in large order cup and cold. $25 order for my wife and myself and they messed up both of our ordered meals. BTW your phone is off the hook. Guess that stops complaints?

Being pregnant I was craving a burger so I had my husband take us here to Smashburger, after arriving home I couldn’t wait to eat. As you can see the very moment I took a bite I immediately started gagging and had to spit it out. Burger was not fully cooked at all. Very disappointing, pregnant women cannot eat raw food!!!😡😡 anything I can do to get a full refund or something this is unacceptable. Food was definitely not cooked. This is negligence and breach of implied warranty. Putting the baby at harm with this😡😭

Ramon is hands down one of the best employees I have seen at any restaurant. His pride in customer service is above all else. More restaurants need to come here and have their employees take notes on how he treats customers. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious!!

First time coming to eat here and everything was AMAZING!! Their smash fries were perfectly crisp and the burgers melt in your mouth. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good cheese burger.

Deep regrets! I hadn't tried Smashburger in awhile and I wish I hadn't! The Burger was red in the middle, fries barely cooked, and the bacon topping was completely raw! At this moment my stomach is aching and I'm contemplating my next move in regards to escalation! At this point only a refund would suffice as I will not be visiting again!

Very nice clean eating area. Also staff is very nice and friendly. Always checking in on customers to make sure they are good. Food comes out hot and fresh. Will definitely recommend a place to eat and enjoying yourself. They also have a nice patio area where you can eat outside.

Extremely small tenders! Asked for them to be tossed in hot sauce. They were not. Ordered a potato salad was given a side of Mac and cheese instead. Bread was overly buttered. Wouldn’t recommend this location

This was my second time coming here, the first time was very good. My second time not so much. This time when i got my food, the chicken wasn't clean. You could see the feathers all over the chicken. It was disgusting. Which meant it wasn't clean before cooking. I don't want to eat chicken like this. The staff was nice and tried to fix it by making me another batch so i appreciated that.

This place has awesome chicken! We had the chicken and waffles on waffle Wednesday which discounted it by $4 - what a deal!! And we had the Buffalo Mac-n-cheese bowl which was also delicious. The inside decor is nice and they have an outdoor patio. The staff is really friendly and helpful- this was our first time at a Slim Chickens. We will be definitely be on the lookout for more of them!

Then we go to pay & the register wouldn’t take our coupon. The manager said he couldn’t do anything. Never will we go back here.

This location is really good. The booths are private, love that. The food was very fresh, hot and great quantity. The service was also very good. I appreciated the cleanliness as well. I will review again to confirm consistency but for now, iy was worth another trip there. Eggs, french toast, bacon, chicken Fried steak...all good items.

Aug 15 around 9pm. I’ve been a loyal Denny’s customer for over 5 years, but after my most recent visit, I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in one again. We went in to celebrate a small achievement with my kids and ordered 2 Birthday Pancakes and 2 Jr. ice creams. Pretty simple, right? But things quickly went downhill. The waitress asked me (oddly enough) if the kids were going to eat the ice cream with the pancakes. I brushed it off because honestly, what difference does it make? We’re paying customers — just bring the food. Then, unbelievably, the manager came out and told me, “It has come to my attention that the kids are not going to eat the ice cream but the adults will.” I asked why on earth that mattered, and she said she would “let it slide this time” but that technically kids’ portions are only for kids. Excuse me? Since when does a restaurant get to police who eats the food we’ve purchased and paid for? It was insulting, ridiculous, and flat-out unnecessary. We weren’t trying to “game the system.” We simply ordered food off the menu — nothing more, nothing less. For the manager to come out and treat us like we were breaking some sort of rule over who gets a scoop of ice cream was beyond absurd. The whole experience killed what should have been a lighthearted family outing. I told her not to bother “doing us a favor” and that we were leaving. After years of coming to Denny’s, I’ve never had anyone make me feel so uncomfortable or unwelcome over something so petty. Denny’s — if your policy is to interrogate families over who eats what, you’ve officially lost me as a customer. This experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and showed a complete lack of common sense and customer care

Hands down the best MOD pizza around. I travel to go to this location. The manager, Sarah, is amazing. She even remembers names and orders. All the employees are friendly and polite. The pizza is perfect because you select all the ingredients. Super clean, even the restroom.

I had an amazing experience at Mod Pizza! Sophia went above and beyond with her service, super friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth. She really paid attention to what I wanted on my pizza, and the way she put it together honestly made it taste amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. Feb 2024 - stopped in for a quick dinner before Girls Varsity Cinco Ranch vs Seven Lakes soccer ⚽️. Food came out fast. Good quality, taste and flavor. Crust was thin, well cooked with enough ingredients on top to give it flavor. Our salads 🥗 were good 👍. Plenty of dressing to cover the lettuce 👌. Service was quick from the start. Atmosphere was peaceful and decor was nice. The restaurant was clean for the most part except the tables could use a bit more frequent wipe down. I like the non side choices offered. ie. Tea, sweet tea, 🍋 lemonade and a fresh fruit puree lemonade. Parking in this area is tight and limited. Luckily we were there after most of the other businesses were closed. 😞 sorry, I missed taking photo of our 🍕 pizza. We were hungry and in a hurry 🫢

The food wasn't bad which makes sense I picked out everything on my pizza. But the staff, the people setting up the pizza were just slow. No facial expressions. No customer service. No energy to something as simple as a pizza done and in the oven.

I order from online, when I pick up open the boxes the pizza is not my order. I call the store let them know , the guy told me the order is correct and say you double check this is the correct order , say you are wrong. I tell him the pizza in front of me this is not the right order. After I bring back to store ask for manager, they tell me no manager here. I don’t know why the store no manager on duty, also the guy name jay come to talk to me. I show the pizza to him after he our wrong. I just returned the pizza to them and ask him to cancel it. He told me need to wait for 5 days. I don’t know why the customer service very bad , also how come no manager on duty at the store. Is not I order wrong cancel the the need 5 days to get back money. Crazy.

I’m a big pizza guy and have been to many different mod locations around Houston, this one is by far the best when it comes to to food service and overall Vibe! The workers are super nice specially Sara she’s Awesome! Highly recommend coming to this location.

First, second and third of all, everybody who works here is SO friendly and nice from the moment you walk in the door to on your way out the door. Fantastic staff. The setup for making your own custom pie is fun and unique as well. Clean environment, food is very good. I have to say that as someone from a pizza mecca region of the NY/NJ area, this wasn't the most amazing pizza I've had, and there might we'll be better pizza in this area that you'd trip all over yourself to get. But this pizza here was still very good, and it's a positive experience here that will most likely inspire you to want to come back.

I really enjoy coming to the Denny's on Fry Rd. The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. I particularly want to highlight the manager, Mr. Javed, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers.I usually do to go orders which are always well packaged. A while back, I found that something was missing from my order, and he immediately took action to rectify the situation without hesitation. This kind of service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this place and its wonderful staff!

It was slow I think only 5 families including mine. I was skeptical thinking why wasn't it packed on a Sunday evening. I was really surprised on the customer service and the food. It was excellent. I ordered a 5 pepper burger and it was delicious a little more of the well done side I like mine medium rare, but nice juicy very well balanced burger and the seasoned fries were awesome as well. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful dinner. Our server Adriana was friendly and attentive. The manager Javed checked on us. Our special order was accommodated perfectly. Service and food is consistently good at this location.

I had a great experience at Denny's during my recent visit. Ivania was our server and did a fantastic job—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Javed, the manager, was also very professional and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. The food was delicious as always—Denny's never disappoints in that department. However, I wasn't a fan of the new lemonade drinks with Sprite. It just didn’t hit the mark for me, but that’s just personal taste. Overall, it was a pleasant visit thanks to the great service and classic menu favorites!

The food was good. Our waitress started out great, but as soon as we got our meal, that was the last we saw of her until after eating and me getting her attention. Also, their credit card reader wasn't working, but no one told us. Luckily, we had cash. But what if we didn't.

Terrible experience. This is the guacamole we received. As you can tell it’s black and not edible. It should never have been served this way. The employees were rude and did not care. They were closing the restaurant early by locking the doors, even though it was 7:30 PM and supposedly they do not close until 9:00 PM. The rice was dry and old. The chicken was cold. Hardly got any sauce and when asked they were rude. They forgot to give me a drink and did not even give me one of the sides. I could tell they were ready to leave even though there was still time for them to be open. Reached out to management and got nothing back ridiculous for the amount of money I spent.

4-5 employees in an empty restaurant couldn’t even acknowledge me standing at the register for 5 minutes. Not one word was said to me even though I’m staring at them doing NOTHING. The only word I get is “pickup”. Teach your staff members the BASIC, BARE MINIMUM customer service.

A friend of mine told me this place was really good and it was. The chicken is outstanding the mac and cheese was exceptionally good. I thought that the other side like the beans and the mashed potatoes were good but okay. There's a lot of options here and flavor Styles I chose today to go to the you know traditional chicken basket that you take home. But, there's a lot of options for Mexican flavors as well that would also be a really good. I will be back

It was okay! People were super nice and helpful but the food was not that great! We got the 3 prince chicken with two sides and the quesadilla. The three piece chicken was dry and had little flavor. The quesadilla was really Spicy. I do like spicy food but this was too hot to even finish. Won’t be going back.

My husband and I had just arrived home from out of town and ordered 8 piece legs and thighs. The size of the chicken was ridiculous and definitely not worth the cost. It doesn't look pictures in your ad. I have a picture I wanted to post but didn't know how to upload..Lucky for El Pollo Loco. The thighs that were given appeared like a back. I am certain who ever selected those pieces wouldn't have eaten those on their break.

The young lady in the drive thru line was fast and friendly. My mom gave the tostada bowl a thumbs up and as another person has mentioned the bone in chicken pieces are small and the feeds 5 family meal deal is at best enough for three people. Surprisingly the $5 chicken.bowl was amazingly there was so much more flavor in the shredded chicken, the rice beans etc were cooked to perfection. I called about some missing chips and the manager Stephanie assured me she would make things right next time . Other than not getting to try their chips which I hear are amazing my first visit here was not too bad I will defiantly stop in when we pass through in about two weeks and get a couple more bowls and my chips. Keep up the good work Stephanie it’s hard to find a good fast food stop like yours where the lines actually moving and not backed up to the street.

Came here today and ordered spicy deluxe combo and food for my son as well, when I got my food they gave me a regular spicy ckn sandwich, even though the guy repeated my order I heard him say spicy deluxe but he still put the wrong order, so I told the blonde girl in the drive through and she seemed annoyed that I told her I had told the guy I wanted a spicy deluxe, she got a little sarcastic with me and told me if I wanted it that she would have to charge me 76 cent, so it upset me that I had to pay again but whatever so she charged me for that and then asked for the sandwich back that they originally gave me and I had to wait for them to remake it. Honestly I know mistakes happen but her attitude was not okay. I come here 2-3 times a week Joe my son and I and other day they forgot to put straws and my son really needed that straw. Also with my order today there was a hair in the chicken! I will post the photo, and months ago I had found an insect on my lettuce but I didn’t say anything! Now I’m fed up! I’ll be going to another chic fil a from now on, it’s a mile difference but I’m done with this location, i spend too much money here every week to get treated like this and have stuff in my food and deal with an attitude for no reason.

I’ve had a mixed experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food is always out quickly, which is great, but I’ve consistently had issues with their milkshakes. It’s happened multiple times that I’ve had to wait 10-14 minutes for a milkshake, even after my food was ready. I’ve had to flag someone down to get attention, and the milkshake would be sitting there, unnoticed, for a while. It feels like there’s a lack of organization and follow-through. I hope they can improve their service and make the experience more consistent.

This chickfila is as good as any other when it comes to food but the parking lot situation sucks. It’s so congested and there is hardly any room to park. Also you must squeeze through the drive through cars and some cones (why are they even there) to access half of the parking lot and the other half is probably already full. I avoid this place because I know I parking will be a pain if I can even find a spot.

Ate there a lot and the sandwiches there were usually pretty good. Had to stop getting the nuggets because they often were not cooked right. And one time I got the wrong toppings on my sandwich and they refused to fix it. The place has not been the same since that Seth guy left in mid 2025. Also heard that the dining room was the worst position to work at this place.

The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous. I love coming to chick fil a because you’re in and out quickly. I’ve seen other locations where it’s busy and the parking area is mall and they hire someone to navigate the traffic. They definitely need to hire someone to do it. This is the longest and worst part experience.

Visited during lunch time. Place was pretty much empty. Ordered a bowl, asked to try both of their rices since it's my first time trying this place. Rice was undercooked and dry. Portions of the meat are really small. A few options of vegetables, I ordered corn and Pico de gallo. At the end my bowl was half empty. The only good thing is the variety of sauces they offer. Other than that it's not worth the price. I will stick with Chipotle. I don't recommend it.

Employees are great and I've always loved the food here. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes the ingredients aren't mixed up enough in the burritos. I recently visited Freebirds and was really disappointed with my experience. The staff member who served me my nachos mentioned that the restaurant has been bought out by a new company, which apparently has resulted in some frustrating new policies. I was only allowed two scoops for each item, and even though I didn't ask for much, I was unable to get even a little extra pico de gallo. To make matters worse, the staff member seemed rushed despite the store being empty, which made the experience feel even more unsatisfactory. I used to enjoy Freebirds, but this visit left me feeling disappointed. Hopefully, they can find a way to bring back the quality and service that made them great!

Too quite when its slow and the service was crazy slow and there were only 4 people in the room one was the person behind the counter 2 were eating and me took me like 10-15 to get my food. Lucky they have good food cause they lost me with the slow service. Speed did not seem to matter to the person behind the counter either so… then right before i paid a random person came from the back on some unprofessional stuff like why did you not come out and just service a customer. Worried about a tiktok sound over customer service is crazy but if thats what the store is on. Oh well…

I had a poor experience at this location. I actually frequent freebirds and my food is always hot , fresh and the staff is usually very nice . Today , I went in and ordered two free bird bowls and there were no other patrons so I asked was the food hot & could she stir it because it didn’t have steam. She insured me that the food was hot and proceeded to prepare my bowls. At the register she told me $27 . I said , I’m sorry, what’s $27 ? She said the two bowls then went in and did something then said $22. It took her a few tries but she got me rung up but everyone in line looked upset about the wait. It was about 10 minutes I had to wait at the register and the girl apologized so I went to my car and found that my food was hardly warm . I brought it back and asked for a microwave and the girl with dark hair said “I don’t have one . I’ll just refund you and that’ll take care of that .” I said well I wanted freebirds not a refund. The male that was at the table yelled out the temperature needs to be 150 . She ran and grabbed the thermometer and said 160• with aggression. I googled and it said 165• was safe to eat . The man started full blown arguing with me and even getting some random customer involved. They were telling me that I needed to eat whatever they gave me . I said I’m temperature picky and that’s why I asked upfront. The man proceeded to tell me I was causing trouble. The women were actually professional . The male however, could use training in customer relations. I didn’t pay for attitude with a side of food I paid for food . How is he comfortable arguing with me like I’m in his house? I’m sorry he needs to go . As a matter of fact pull the cameras to see for yourself

If I could give it a zero star I would!!!This place used to be good serving good quantity of food.but this time was very different.I ordered chicken fajita nachos and there was not a lot of food.The worst part was there was a plastic wrapper in the nachos🤢 we tried to get hold of the manager to just file what had happened but they just hug up the second we asked.

I walked into the restaurant and noticed water spilled, I was with my grandmother. So I waited for about 15 mins before I grabbed a wet floor signed and cleaned the water on the floor. I did this as the manger saw me doing it and never said a word. It's not the fact that I did it to prevent the slip, but the fact that they are neglected that was absurd. The food was average, the pitcher of margaritas was small. Overall ok experience...

I placed an order for a curbside. Apps say food will be ready in 5 minutes. I was waiting and waiting. Place not busy. After 20 minutes I decide to walk to find my order sitting on the shelf. And when I said I have a curbside order they start looking at each other confused. Will never come back.

Food was great, service was fantastic! Luisa greeted every person and was extremely kind. I went to the salsa bar and loaded up on a bunch of salsa and waited for my order to go. Instead of just yelling out my number, she came over with another bag for my salsa… I thought that was really nice of her. Tacos were loaded :)

Horrible service! I was the only one in line in the store and stood in line for 7 minutes before anyone asked me for my order only to be told the one item that I wanted (queso Blanco dip) was out! If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Cabana location and used to come every Sunday for breakfast tacos. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience recently that has changed that. I went through the drive-thru and was accidentally charged $64 — the total for the car in front of me — instead of my actual order, which was around $20. I immediately told the staff member, who acknowledged the mistake and said “Oh, that was for the car in front of you, no worries.” She then took my phone to charge the correct amount, but told me the transaction wouldn’t go through. At this point I was confused, but since the original charge was still pending on my account, I assumed it would cancel out by the next day. Unfortunately, it didn’t — the $64 charge went through. I went back to the store to explain the situation, and the manager immediately seemed to know what I was referring to. She told me the employee had already mentioned the issue and even showed me receipts, saying the other customer’s card had been charged instead of mine. But I had clear proof from my bank account that my card had been charged. Despite this, the manager said she couldn't help, but would take my name and number and have corporate call me within the week. That call never came. After waiting a week, I called the store again, only to be told that there was no manager on duty and the manager was on vacation for another week. I also tried reaching out to Taco Cabana’s corporate line multiple times, but couldn’t get through due to constant disconnections or long wait times. At this point, I’ve accepted that I probably won’t get my money back, which is incredibly disappointing. What makes it worse is the lack of follow-up and accountability. It’s especially unfortunate because we really did enjoy coming here regularly — and one particular team member (whose name I sadly don’t know) was always so kind and welcoming. She remembered us every week, and I genuinely wish I could recognize her by name. I’m not one to leave complaints lightly, but I felt it was important to share this. I hope others don’t go through the same thing.

I've been to this place in the past to bad you can't live in the past. Service was aah and not very wanting to help. Ask me if I'm thirsty at least. Food? I've had better. Maybe it was an off day. I will give it a try later.

This is an excellent Denny’s chain. My friends and I come here all the time for the affordable breakfast food, but we keep coming back for the fast service and kind wait staff. In the past they have been super accommodating to us, even when we come with a large group of 10+ people. We thoroughly enjoyed all our food, the highlights today were definitely the zesty nachos and the caramel banana pancakes. The nachos had so many toppings with a delicious, creamy sauce, extremely crispy and crunchy chips, and lots of the seasoned ground beef. The caramel banana pancakes were so soft and tender, but not overly sweet with all the toppings. Overall, come here if you’re looking for an easy and affordable diner style breakfast, the food is great and the service can’t be beat.

My favorite is the one at W. Airport, @ meadows, This one here on south fry Rd, took for ever to get our foods they kept going back and forth about additions, even if we were going to pay extra, didn't offer water. And to top off it was the wrong order for one of us. Another 15 minutes for her order, coffe was warm closer to cold, had to get up my self to get condiments from another table including marmalade, it was horrible, the waiter kept apologizing and the manger offer coffe refills when we were about to leave, we will never return there, ever again.

Strange. It is located in a strip center so strange layout. When I went, there was only three employees there: a dishwasher, a cook, and one extremely overworked server who had been on the job for only three days. Much praise to the server because he was managing all of the tables plus cashing people out.

Whoever the old lady is working graveyard shift is the worst person I’ve come across with good customer service. I don’t get it if you don’t like your job why are you working there!!??? And I was still nice disregarding the obvious disrespect and no kind of care for a customers satisfaction. Please do better . Lady is literally sitting there doing nothing and gets sooo mad when she has to do her job? I don’t get it. You guys need to do better .

I dont do reviews but this place deserves every bit of what I'm about to say. I will never, for the rest of my life, choose to go to this Denny's. I waited 45 min past the time their website notified that my food was ready. Received the food and it was completely wrong. They decided they wanted to change my side to fruit for me, instead of asking then instead of the bacon I asked for in my omelet they put mushrooms. Added fact, I'm ALLERGIC to mushrooms so I'm sooo glad I saved myself and checked it. My money and time was wasted today. Yall really should be ashamed of the service you are suppose to be providing. Yall are below bare minimum smh.

Fantastic food! This is such a tiny and not busy diner. We love it. They are kind and the food is delicious. Nacho is such a great host he really was so talkative and personable. We went there for dinner on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Such a diamond in the rough. Oh and they are very generous with their napkins! 😉

There’s, apparently, a few of these back home in San Antonio but I’d never heard of them, now I know why. The food is mediocre, not bad, just not super good either. In San Antonio there’s a great Mexican restaurant on almost every corner, this food would be easily overshadowed. The service was great, the chips and salsa bar were amazing, but the enchiladas tasted reheated and the taco meat didn’t have a lot of flavor.

Got the number 1 combination plate today for lunch. 1 taco and 1 enchilada plate with rice and beans. Very disappointed with what I got. The taco meat tastes spoiled and inedible. The enchilada was drenched in mole sauce which doesn’t taste good. Wasted 12 bucks . This used to be a good place to eat but now they are serving trash. I will definitely Not come back.

We had Huevos Rancheros there. Piping hot flour tortillas. There is a buffet table with five varying degrees of hot sauces. Solid breakfast.

I love carne asada fries as I am from California so it’s a staple where I’m from this is the only place I have found carne asada fries. It was a Door Dash order it usually comes out very tasty this is a late review I ordered this on September 11,2025. I don’t know what happened to this order but it was not good so much carne asada fat very chew I just stopped eating.

Amazing taco shop with simple and very authentic tastes. Easy pricing on very well made food. Fluffy flower tortillas with corn tortillas a bit larger than most. Fresh pico, perfect amounts of cilantro. Food is made fresh so larger orders can take a little longer but I never mind the wait. Front staff are kind, always well groomed and well put together making me feel safe about hygiene and food safety

MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ. So as you guys are aware, this place has a surcharge fee for credit cards. However, knowing this I paid with a DEBIT CARD and was still charged the fee. Wasn’t a big deal, but I wanted to make it known because there can be some legal issues since you cannot be charged a surcharge fee paying with a DEBIT CARD. I tried telling the staff but I don’t think they understood what I was saying and told me all cards are charged the fee despite it being illegal. So please, I hope management will read this to avoid any issues in the future.

This place runs like a well oiled machine even though it stays packed. Parking was easy, and even though there were a lot of people and the line kept moving, it actually went by fast. So kudos to them for that I love that. The staff were friendly, quick to help, and made ordering simple. I also liked how the menu was laid out easy to read, no gimmicks, just straight to the point. While waiting, I noticed they were hand cutting fries in the back, which gives you that fresh, homemade feel. Pro tip: if you come with someone, have one person grab a table while the other stays in line it gets very busy and fills up quickly.Do what I’m saying! Our food came out fast, and the presentation was clean and appealing. They have vegetarian options, which is a plus, and a nice selection of sauces and peppers to customize your meal. The fries had a softer, oven-baked style texture personally, I prefer them crispier like McDonald’s, but they were still decent. If you like softer fries, you’ll probably enjoy them more than I did. The burger itself was good, though it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. Still, it was satisfying and definitely family friendly. Prices are very reasonable, making it a solid choice if you’re looking for something inexpensive that works well for groups or families who don’t want to overspend. Stopped by here after shopping at Katy Mills Mall because we wanted a quick lunch. Boyfriend and I never had In-N-Out before, but we heard great things, so here is our review! ♡ Cheeseburger. 8/10! Wow, I am honestly surprised. The cheeseburger was actually pretty good, and I think it’s even better than McDonald’s. Nice slice of onion too. The sandwich was perfectly stacked, so it didn’t fall apart at all. Affordable and delicious. ♡ Double-Double Burger. 9/10! Boyfriend thought it was great. He said that the meat was well-seasoned and juicy. He said that the burger was everything that a fast food burger should be. He also liked the complimentary banana peppers that you can get for free at the condiment station. ♡ Animal Fries. 7/10! It was good, but not impressive. Not overly salty, but he wished that the fries were more crispier. The cheese sauce also didn’t really melt well. Despite that, we still liked our loaded fries. ♡ Chocolate Shake. 9/10! The flavor was great and didn’t taste artificial at all. It had the right amount of sweetness too. However, the shake was thick in consistency, and it was a bit hard to drink it with the straw that they provided for us. Katy In-N-Out is a great spot for simple, no-frills cheeseburgers and fries. You really can't go wrong with a double-double combo! I asked for the onion toppings, and they don't just give a few pieces but a whole slice of onion that's about the same size as the burger patty. The staff was very friendly. One employee even approached our table to clear our tray, which we usually take to the trash ourselves. One concern I've noticed is parking availability; there don't seem to be many spaces. We definitely will go back when we crave a good cheeseburger.

My first visit here in Katy I went through drive thru long line ordered single cheese burger. Fries and Dr Pepper Burger was fresh okay meat could have been more well done. Also the fries was cold and the Dr Pepper was flat I won’t be back. All the hype was not there for me sorry. If I would not hopped on 1/10 west bound refund for my money wasted

Since I went to in and out burger at the woodlands. I've been craving them ever since. I ordered the exact same thing like before. But something was off, they did they're onions differently here. What made the burger last time, didn't make it this time. They placed a whole slice of onion on top of the burger this time around. It just wasn't the same as last time. Maybe I'll have to go back to the woodlands location.

I’m from Baldwin Park, where the original In out was established. Coming to Texas and getting In out it was exactly what it tastes like at the original spot! Customer service is amazing food is sssooo good, absolutely great! Wait time is average for in n out… pretty quick but the lines look long. Inside seating can be hard because everyone loves it so much all parking spots can be filled. There is outside seating, with this Texas heat can be challenging but that not in n outs fault lol Food is excellent, service is great! Parking at times can be challenging but it’s totally worth it! Always ask for a hat and stickers for the littles one! My kids always love going!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a family meal with eight pieces and specifically asked to swap the wings for drumsticks. The employee assured me they would do it, saying, “Yeah, yeah, yeah, we’re doing it.” But when I got home and checked my order, they had completely ignored my request. Instead of drumsticks, I got a single chicken breast and the other part of the breast that connects to the drumstick—NOT what I asked for. This wasn’t a simple mistake; it was pure negligence. I took the time to clarify my request, and they assured me it was handled, only for me to get home and find out they didn’t care at all. If they couldn’t make the substitution, they should have just said so instead of misleading me. To make matters worse, there was no effort to make things right. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not get what you ordered, especially when the staff confirms they’ll do it. Terrible service and completely unreliable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This manager here doesn't honor any of his coupons and also restricts how many condiments you can have, such as ketchup. I was told I can only have two per pea. They have no napkins in the lobby. The refill machine doesn't work; it's horrible service. Do not stop by this place. I asked if the chicken was hot, only to get to the office and find out it was almost frozen. He'll tell you anything.

I really love popeyes is one on my favorite restaurants of fried chicken, I don't know if is because they have to work more late or I don't know, But if they're going to give you old food, at least they should give you good service and be friendly, the manager are very rude you have to ask for fork napkins because they don't put them on the bag is really sad because I never ask for nothing free the chicken was so old but I eat it but when I try to eat the biscuits My teeth almost broke because they were so old and hard, it's not the first time It's disgusting when you pay for fresh food and get this.

They tried to rob me, point blank. I made my order, I see the total on the screen. When I get to the window, the woman tells me a different total, $1 more than my actual food cost. I asked her what the total was again, and she said a number closer to my actual total. Then when I asked for a receipt, she said they were out of printer paper. To top it off, the food was HORRIBLE. Worst chicken at any Popeyes ever. They clearly need to clean their fryer. The biscuits were rock hard. Somebody needs to shut this place all the way down ASAP, because the workers do not care and they think people are too stupid to READ THE GIANT SCREEN WITH THEIR ORDER AND TOTAL ON IT

The food at this Popeyes was good and hot. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We don't have a Popeyes anymore in this area. We traveled 30 miles to eat Popeyes.

I went to pick up my pizzas and waited maybe bout 3-4 minutes. The service was professional and very friendly! I didn’t get his name, but he had great customer service! I ordered the HEART ❤️ shaped pizza and the XXL pepperoni 🍕 great choices!!!! I’ll put up the pictures

I will not ever order from this location again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I ordered two XL pizzas. I live a few minutes away from the location less than 10 mins. When I got home and tried the pizza it tastes old and dry as if it had been sitting for days The other had a thicker crust, but was okay. I called asking to have them remade and was told they could not do a remake, because from what I was told they make their pizza daily from fresh dough. I asked why one pizza dough looked thin and the other thicker. I was told it was due to the type of dough. If the pizza was fresh and not dry bread tasting lime it had been sitting, to be resoled from a canceled order I would not have called. I am very disappointed as I spent $31 on pizza that has to go to the garbage. And not given a valid reason why they could not remake the pizza from a customer complaint. I also told them I would bring both pizzas back. This was so that they would see that my complaint was valid. They still refused to remake the pizzas. I will also be sending third complaint to their corporate office.

We've been ordering from Marcos for years. Today we ordered for a team meeting and the order tracker told us 45 minutes...or 15 minutes before our lunch meeting start time We called 20 minutes after the expected arrival time and we were told the driver is stuck in traffic. No problem as the traffic on 99 can be tough. We waited another 15 minutes and the pizza finally arrived 30 minutes late and my team was already leaving to get food elsewhere. I would have been ok with the situation but the driver was very rude! Sad as I've always ordered Marcos pizza for home and work. I'll order elsewhere now simply because of the rude driver.

Food is decent, but if you’re mischarged they will lie and say you’ve been refunded all while never reversing the charges. Ive tried to be patient, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received an apology or a fix, though I’ve called twice... Used to be one of my favorite locations. Edit: I filled out that form 3/4 days after the day I ordered, then the same day you responded telling me to reach out I did it again, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone or been refunded. I always recommend Marcos for pizza and have bought from this location many times, but I’m definitely disappointed with how this location has failed to handle my situation.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger!!! The next time the company decides to run a Lainey Wilson Free Honey Butter Biscuit promo I hope they realize locations like this can’t handle it!! I pulled into parking drive thru at 10:40am to get one of these free promo breakfast sandwiches. There drive thru was like a parking lot, with no cars moving which told me either they didn’t prepare, and inside they can’t keep up. Instead of using common sense and having them tell cars to pull out of the drive thru so they could walk the orders out when ready (like Chick Fil A does) - this location instead kept the drive thru backed up! I finally got to the drive thru speaker (after sitting in drive thru line starting at 10:40) and 11:04am!!! 24 minutes to move up to the speaker. When I get to speaker I say “hi I would like the Lainey Wilson chicken biscuit promo” and I was told sorry breakfast ended at 11am!!! I then proceed to explain I have been sitting in their backed up not moving drive thru line for over 20 minutes and that I was indeed there before 11am. I was basically told by the very rude manager Dwight “breakfast stops at 11”. I asked can they honor the promo on something else…anything else…considering I had been sitting in their going nowhere drive thru 24 minutes. I was told “no”. They were none apologetic, and acted like they could care less. Dwight was the rudest person I have ever spoke with in a fast food restaurant ever. No professionalism at all. No offer of something else, no coupon for a future visit, no nothing. I told them check their security cameras to see how long I had been sitting in drive thru. Didn’t matter he wasn’t hearing it, and just kept coming back with his rudeness to me. Their parking lot was packed, their drive thru was packed, and no one was moving or walking out. Back door to building was wide open which makes me wonder about how sanitary they are. Clearly they were not ready to handle today’s Lainey Wilson promo!! This Whataburger and their management are terrible! If you want Whataburger do yourself a favor and drive two exits up and go to the Mason Road location. If you are on Fry Road like I was be smart and go to Chick Fil A. They are organized, professional, appreciate their customers, and know how to stay organized when there are lots of customers and promos running! I came in today and ordered some food. My only complaint is I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I came to the drive-through which was oddly strange because the person working the window literally never said a single word to me the whole time that she took my money, but I also had another come to the window. I think her name was Preia . She provided my shakes and then also brought my food out. Very nice very welcoming. Great customer service. And the woman that’s at the window when people pull up. I think it would do a lot of justice just to actually acknowledge a customer and just literally speak rather than just staring at them when you’re taking their money and their spending money at the establishment you work at! But the food was cool I guess. I’m just very big on customer service.

I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 7:16–7:19 PM, but did not receive my food until 7:33 PM. I arrived on time and watched a man—who appeared to be the manager in a gray shirt—walking around the store, looking outside, and clearly seeing me waiting. Despite this, he only began preparing my order around 7:25 PM. When I went inside to check, a young lady confirmed that he was just then starting my order. That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially from someone wearing a manager’s shirt. To make matters worse, when my food was finally brought out, the young woman who delivered it was snickering—not smiling in a friendly way, but laughing as if the situation was amusing. The overall experience was disrespectful and unprofessional.

i usually enjoy Whataburger, but this time the fries were a letdown. they came out cold and soft, like they'd been sitting out too long. i was hoping for that fresh, hot, crispy bite, but they just didnt hit the spot. Hoping for better quality next time. fresh fires really make a difference!

We took our 5- and 8-year-old to Chuck E. Cheese, and they had an amazing time! 🎉 The place is perfect for kids of different ages — our younger one enjoyed the smaller rides and games, while our older one loved the arcade games and challenges. The staff was friendly and kept the environment clean and safe. The pizza and snacks were kid-approved, and the reward system kept them excited to collect tickets for prizes.

This was my first time bringing my child to this place. I’m a new immigrant to the United States and had never been to this restaurant before. I ordered combo #4, and they gave me some cups and plates. I thought the plate was for the salad bar, so I went to get some salad. Then, a staff member with a green wig came up to me and, in a very rude tone, asked if I had paid for the salad bar. I said no and asked her to please check whether combo #4 included it. She looked at me with a very disrespectful and judgmental expression, as if I was trying to take advantage of something. I admit it was my mistake to take salad without paying first, but after she told me, I immediately paid for the salad bar. However, her attitude and tone were extremely unfriendly. If she doesn’t want to provide customer service, then she really shouldn’t be working in a service position.

We love going to Chuckecheese but only with a fun pass. You can get a 2 month pass and go everyday if you wanted. In my opinion that's the only way to make it worth the price. The pizza is delicious and the kids always have fun. The service is hit or miss and they always seem understaffed, but we still go and love it.

We currently have the silver pass, and it's absolutely worth it. I take my toddler once or twice a week and appreciate the relaxed atmosphere on weekdays when it's not crowded.

We had the spicy chicken fingers extra crispy, butter on both sides of the toast, extra crispy fries no salt it was so delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the drink I ordered the lemonade the water used for it was horrible. Other than that the service was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Amazing chicken place, similar to Canes but even better! I like their spicy tenders & spicy chicken sandwich. The Texas toast & fries are really good too. The Laynes sauce has a tad bit too much black pepper & the consistency of the ranch is very runny, almost like water, but probably because they make it in house. Nonetheless I can’t complain. Laynes does not disappoint! 🔥

Me and my dad went to laynes and it was super good! service was really good and Surah was very helpful in giving us recommendations and very nice overall the food was awesome i HEAVILY prefer the chicken here as canes chicken is just very bland and just white while here they have some seasoning on the chicken the fries were very crispy and perfect length and width and the sauce selection was A1 (one of canes biggest flaws is not having enough sauces) the toast was amazing aswell. 10/10 will be going again

The food is okay. But it is way too overpriced. For a 5 finger meal you are paying over $15. You can get two whole tenders from main bird. On top of that, asking you to answer a question (tips) in a drive through is constantly annoying. That not just this business though, but they seem to be very consistently "asking" for it here. Totally inappropriate.

I am updating my review on this location. Originally I had them s 4 star because I felt the portions weren't worth the price. We have started eating here quite often and I have to say that I have never had a meal served to me here that wasn't hot, tasty, accurate, and served with a friendly staff. The portions vary somewhat by visit as its chicken tenders (so sometimes they are larger than other). In general though the 3 piece tender which is what I usually get is a nice amount of food and I rarely leave still feeling hungry. The food and staff are excellent - and the location is spotlessly clean every time I visit. I was there this week and want to highlight Jose Chavez - as he was the one who took my order, served the order, and followed up to make sure my son and I were happy with our food. Stellar service and food - and I am now a loyal customer for this location whenever I am in the mood for chicken! Keep up the great work at Layne's Chicken Fingers!

Been wanting to check this place out. The reviews for the amount of food you get for the prices are spot on. 5 small tenders with a hand full of fries should not be $15🤣 Also my fries tasted like soap. The chicken was lightly fried but had no seasoning or real taste. The only thing good about my meal were the sauces. Specifically the jalapeno ranch. Will never return.

Customer service was great. I ordered the 4 tenders combo. Got 2 regular and 2 spicy, very happy order both because regular didn’t have much seasoning to it but the spicy one were amazing. Will definitely be back to get the spicy tenders.

Low key relaxed atmosphere with a ton of choices of tacos that are not your boring Tex-mex variety. Reasonable prices and friendly service too. I got the “lamb barbacoa” which was tender and flavorful and the “Verde” which was full of grilled veggies and a creamy and slightly spicy sauce.

This location is just 2 days old as I write this review. The prices are in the same range as Torchy's but l felt the size of the Tacos were smaller than what I paid for. Plenty of options to try and they are very tasty. They have a small salsa bar with a lot of options and spice level. The store manager was kind to come to our table to check if everything was OK and I told her my opinion about the size of the Tacos. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Went today for lunch, and had the Pastor Taco plate. Amazing flavor. The pork is cooked in Ancho spices with garlic and pineapple. The plate came with retried beans and rice, which were also good. They have 3 hot sauces which are pretty good, I just wish they had a very spicy hot sauce. Overall, great meal at $7.99. Will definitely try the breakfast soon.

My first time here and I tried the breakfast tacos platter. The tacos have very generous portions of filling (your choice). Love the different choices of sauces (I preferred the hot & spicy ones). Come hungry because you will leave with a full belly! Good job guys!!!

Terrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for an order of 6 tacos when there were only 9 people in the dining room. The only explanation from the Manager as to why it was taking so long and when asked "We're working on it". Then spent another 5 minutes trying to get a refund. I guess We'll be going to Torchy's from now on.

I just received a DoorDash order of a Totchos A Go Go entree about 75 minutes ago. I was so hungry and excited to eat. I’ve always loved eating at the downtown location, but this was my first time ordering from Cinco Ranch. I warmed up my food and settled down to enjoy it. Right away, I noticed some stringy fibers that looked like pieces of an old dish sponge that should have been long discarded. I was like, ok, maybe it’s just a minor fluke and not too bad. Wrong! I continued to find more pieces of the stringy stuff, probably 7-8, but only took pictures of 3. I am in such disbelief that a restaurant can allow this to happen. What is going on in that kitchen??? I was so disgusted and lost my appetite despite this being my first meal of the day. I have filed a complaint with DoorDash and had better get my money back. So disappointing. I’ll stick with their downtown location.

Placed a mobile pickup order on the dq app, have to wait 15 minutes to go pick it up, then I get there and they say they didn’t get my order. Said their internet went down and just came back up as the excuse, but that they couldnt make my order and I would have to call the number on the app. The number just rings forever nobody answers. Go back in and they tell me I have to dispute the charge from my bank. All this to pick up some fast food lmao sure

Came for a blizzard and a sundae. The lady behind the counter taking our order had her phone on (not silenced) and literally asked what we wanted then started doing something on her phone, has to re-ask what my husband ordered, then I placed my order. She repeated it back correctly. We got it to go. When we got home his blizzard wasn't even correct. Had she actually been paying attention to the paying customers it would have been but apparently she had more important things to do. Staffing was very unfriendly. Also most of the ice cream menu had stickers thats said currently not available, so not a ton to choose from. Not sure Id be back based on this!

Boy at the drive thru today' around 6pm was very rude, at the intercom didn't say anything hello' how are you ' nothing got my order wrong & then when i got to window didn't say anything either ' when I gave him back the order he left window open he said a smart remark stil didn't fix my order went in for a refund ' the man who gave me a refund didn't apologize or nothing they were just in the back talking and laughing, won't come back again .

Came here to just eat something for a rush day. They had one veggie melt. I chose multi grain over white bread. It was not bad. You can add more veggies later. Honestly speaking it had too much bread than the stuffing/ veggie inside. Well I guess this is what we get. Place is bustling with people so there is a line during rush hours. I like the interior too. They give special promotion for teachers. This time was grab a cookie or drink after showing teachers badge.

Google really needs to add a feature to put negative stars. This was my first time at this Potbelly. I ordered an original turkey no cheese on multigrain. I had reward points for a shake, so I ordered that as well. The shake was very watered down. Apparently, the person who made it didn't have the right ratio of ice cream to milk. Now, to the sandwich, I paid $10.04 for one slice of turkey. As evidenced in the attached pictures, they thought it was acceptable to make my sandwich with one slice of turkey. One slice of turkey. What makes it so bad is the person that was adding my lettuce, tomato, etc, to my sandwich, thought that one slice of turkey was ok as well instead of remaking it. I filled out a survey that was on the receipt & I'm waiting for a remedy. I want my money back because I have no intentions of going back to any Potbelly. My app will be uninstalled as I do not have money to waste.

My first experience at Potbelly Sandwiches. The establishment was clean. I ordered a sandwich. I like that the sandwich is feed through a toaster. There were many condiments to choose from, that's a plus. I ordered the pot pie soup and a chocolate cookie. Although I tried everything, the cookie was the best. I am glad, I tried it once.

Very yummy!!! Way better than Subway. This is definitely my new sandwich place. We got the grilled chicken club and cheddar sandwiches, broccoli and cheddar soup and chili. All were delicious! Place was clean and staff were very friendly!

We came here as a family and it was a blessing. The gentleman Kelsey was very kind and patient. God bless you all!

My favorite sandwich spot. Warm, toasty bread and delicious meats and toppings. The cookies are also amazing and usually fresh out of the oven.

Note, I’m a fan of Shipley’s donuts This is a pretty small Shipleys donuts where they probably have five tables total and 12 chairs or so they do have a nice outdoor patio although it is right next to Katie Freeway so it’s not the most quiet of outdoor locations. The staff was all friendly and more than willing to help out .

They recently changed staff and the ladies that are there now have horrible customer service, don't follow hygiene protocol and are rude (get your order wrong and then give you attitude when you tell them it's incorrect) 4 of them struggling when it just used to be 2 and completely diff experience. The health department should definitely do more inspections there with the new staff. The old staff with Diego and Nicole was wonderful. But now I don't think I'll be bringing my family here anymore.

The hwy 6 n location charges 2.89 for a jalapeno sausage kolache, this location charges 3.29. At the hwy 6 location there 2 sausages in each kolache, at this location there is only one, and the bread is hard and crusty, not typical fluffy Shipleys kolache. Trash.

There was a FINGERNAIL in my donut!!! We have eaten here for years and is the facility ever sparkling clean no but the food is always good UNTIL today.

We arrived at noon and this location did not have a single glazed donut. I absolutely love donuts but this place is a miss for me. I had a chocolate chocolate glazed and a chocolate cinnamon twist. The donuts were tough and a bit chewy. Now the chocolate icing was really good but no one in my group was excited about their donuts. Maybe a different location.

Location in Katy on S. Mason Rd is always great. Service is always fast and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Bord and raised in Houston and Lord knows I love me some Shipley's. I usually go to the one on Ella and 34th. So I took a chance and was like "lemme stop real quick and grab me some donuts". When I tell you them kolaches were the SMALLEST ever!! I took two bites and that kolache was gone. And THEN to make matters worse, the donuts weren't even warm. Who eats cold donuts? Not me. Idk but they need to step there game up. OG .

Before even starting this review I gotta give credit where credit is due, the salad bar was perfect the entire time I was there. It was a busy lunch rush & every chance the crew had, they went & cleaned up the area with the tongs & setting it up nicely as if it was the beginning of the day. Everything else was great as well. The pizzas tasted fresh & that dessert pizza they had was a hidden banger. It was less than $40 for two adults, two children & each with our own soda cup. Well worth the value for the quality you get. Only thing I could say "negatively" is that I wish there was a protein option in the salad bar. Like if yall had the bits of chicken from the buffalo pizza on the side for the salad bar that would pretty cool. Customer service was also top notch, my son spilled his drink, maintenance came by & she told me to sit back & no worry about it & proceeded to clean up the spill. Overall, going back again soon!

This place was pretty clean The service was good there were people cleaning up tables immediately when people left and I was welcome to that one in here The pizza was good except the sauce taste it kind of bland so I don't know if CiCi's have changed their sauce lately but it wasn't as good as it used to be other than that it's fine

This is the best CiCi's. The pizza is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly. The buffet line is refreshed with new pizzas often and occasionally the staff will let you recommend new pizzas to put out. Togo is really convenient. Call in is fast or making the order at the counter is just as easy. The wings are full of flavor too!

Clean wasn't a lot of people at the time that we visited. Lots of seating, good selection of food with a full salad bar. Self-serve drinks, decent arcades, and lots of tvs to watch various shows while dining and restrooms. Parking was fine, but I could see it being a little tricky if visitation numbers are high as the lot is not super big. This place does have a drive-through window, which is really cool and carry out service. Staff was great!

I’ve been going to cicis most my life and have been to many areas, locations and states. This location by far is the BEST. The food, service and atmosphere is amazing at every corner. No bugs flies or gnats around the soda machine, games are clean and modern. There’s even a monitor to watch your kids in the arcade while eating at the table. Staff friendly and welcoming. There was even a sweet lady who would pick up our trash and plates. Restrooms were clean and fresh as well. Food tasted fresh with delicious ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back every chance I can. (Coming this Friday from Alvin about 1hr drive) well worth it. 😂

My young daughter loves to come to the CiCi's. It helps that the food is fresh, and the game area is very entertaining for kids. I never feel like I'm eating hours old Pizza here. The cleaning crew is also on point. They are constantly walking the dining area and making sure that no plates or food get built up on the tables.

I just left this Cici and told the young lady who rung me up that the last two times I came for a to go salad that I’m being charged extra as if I’m tipping on to go transactions. She assured me that it wouldn’t happen this time and here we are again. I had two buffet to go and a salad to go which was a total of 25.41 but my charge on my card was 31.14. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I asked her to change the radio ( the little circle ⭕️) where the amount shows because it would not allow me to do it. The amount is in red on the right hand side but the dot was in the blue circle 🔵 on the left with a box where you can type in an amount ( as if for a tip)! I’m utterly disappointed with this and this business either needs to fix their registers or fire the thieves!!!! The food is wonderful though.

This location has a great parking lot and a wide selection of goods available. The fruits are fresh and their bakery always has interesting things. The wine and beer selection has brands you won't typically find elsewhere. This store is fun!

Whole Foods is always good. Excellent selection of organic goods and always clean and organized. It's even better with an Amazon card for the 5% cash back. Customer service is great. What more can you ask for? This location's water dispenser is also super quick.

I ordered a Chantilly half sheet cake for a wedding reception and the middle part of the cake had no frosting just fruit. When I cut pieces for the guests, the fruit fell out the cake and was unable to serve it. I called the bakery department to let them know and they told me they don't frost in the middle only the edges?! I have bought many of the chantilly cakes in the past that were smaller and have always had frosting in the middle. I hope that whole foods changes this to add some frosting to the middle. I paid $107 for a layer cake with no frosting on the second layer. Not happy!!

Nice Whole Foods location with a decent selection, great bakery, and plentiful fresh prepared food options. Stopped in for a cake and some quick lunch, and this is a good location. Not nearly as diverse a selection as some of the other Houston area locations, but it’s not tiny either. I was somewhat surprised at the beer selection. They’re usually a bit more diverse in this area!

The store is immaculate and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it has everything I need. I highly recommend this location.

I would really appreciate it if no one helps me unless I ask for help at self-checkout plz! The staff first asked me if I needed help and her doing so distracted me, so I made a mistake. Then she came over and checked out the remaining items! Worst experience at Whole Foods ever! I ordered the Box Combo because I was seriously craving chicken tenders. I've heard some people say Cane's is under seasoned but honestly, I think the flavor is just right. Everything time I get it, the tenders are hot, fresh, and irresistible. Dipped in that iconic Cane's sauce? It hits every time! Definitely a go to when I'm in the mood for comfort food.

Normally I love canes at this location and service is normally always on par. Unfortunately caught them at a bad moment today. Quality control failed. The chicken tasted burnt. In the way that it tasted like the oil wasn't changed after a while or someone burnt a batch and didn't change the oil and the burnt flavor leeched into everything else after that. Also they forgot to add the toy for the kids meal. Left the kids disappointed.

Ordered a three finger combo and someone couldn't count because I only got two. Everything tasted like old grease, including the bread. My Dr. Pepper was flat.

Ordered a Caniac Combo (6 tenders) My chosen options were no slaw extra toast and an order of crinkles fries along with two canes sauces. I only received a normal order of fries, one toast, and a slaw. I also only received 4 tenders instead of the 6. This is unacceptable and i have pictures to prove all of this

Came through the drive thru, the computer took my order wrong. Then it said a team member was coming to assist, we asked the girl to repeat the order because it didn’t show it to us on the screen. Well she had a whole attitude and said pull up to the window. Well went to the window and she still just wanted to charge us, I said can you repeat the order then we asked her to add what was missing. She said pull to the front I’ll bring the food out. Well when the food came out it was like they threw the cheese in the bag without closing the lids there was cheese everywhere… the crazy thing is the guy who brought it out saw it and just handed the bag over like that…

I went there last night around midnight and had the worst service I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. I don’t even think I’ll ever go to another Taco Bell again. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there was a large roach outside the window then I received my food and the tacos barely had any ground beef in them. I then drove around to ask for a replacement. The replacement looked exactly the same. I then asked for a refund, but as I’m talking to the “manager” I’m hearing someone in the background talking smack. Service was horrible, food was inedible, and I’ll never be back to this location!! Oh and I’m not done I’m going to reach corporate too Juan , you should not be the manager!!!!

This location is why I drive 10 miles more to fry road. Filthy place. Never seen this place clean. Both sweet and unsweet tea out. Pepsi tastes way off. Waited 5mins at counter to get sweet tea - staff saw me but didn’t respond. Management is completely ineffective and Taco Bell corporate doesn’t enforce basic food, cleanliness, and image standards.

This is the first time I come into this place. I normally always do drive through. But let me tell you! The place was actually well maintained. From the kitchen area (yes I check for things like that. I’m that person unfortunately) to the dining area and even the restroom! Staff was really nice and helpful too! Definitely will be dining in again.

Honestly, this was one of the worst Taco Bell runs I’ve had. It wasn’t even busy — I pulled up at night, expecting a smooth trip. Instead, my order was completely wrong: sloppy tacos, no mild sauce even though I asked, wrong drink, and to top it off, the girl at the window ( Cameren G was the name on the receipt at 11:40pm 08/03/25) couldn’t even give me the right change. It wasn’t a rush issue; it just felt like pure carelessness. I’m not one to complain over small mistakes, but when every part of the order is wrong and the service feels checked out, it’s frustrating. I hope this location steps it up because this kind of experience makes people not want to come back.

I like this location. When ordering they use an automated assistant that takes your order and by the time you get to the window your food is ready. I would recommend double checking the screen to make sure your order is right because sometimes the automated assistant hears you incorrectly. The inside looks new and is kept clean. The food is not always hot when I pick it up, that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The posted closing time is 2am! I arrived at 1:45 am in the drive thru to greeted with “Welcome to Taco Bell, we’re closed how may I help you?” Very unprofessional service from both the employee and management. I drove to Mason Rd location and received the best service and not only that was told how to express my disgruntlement….and then given a coupon for a free taco and a apology for the franchise lack of service! My advice to everyone is to drive a little bit further for better service. Now every single time, I think about it I’m coming to post a negative review until I get tired.

I had the Hawaiian Fish combo. The cheese was hard, two different colors, unreal even. I was very hungry. So, I removed the cheese. The sandwich was tasty. The fries could have been hotter. The floors were sticky. The restaurant looked clean.

Was welcomed by a very cheerful and kind gentleman. He always jokes and gives the customers a good laugh which is appreciated. Food was excellent and freshly made. The only reason for a four star rather than five was today there were some homeless ladies using the washroom for the entire time we were there. I’m sensitive to their situation but as a paying customer I wasn’t able to use the washroom as they were using it to clean up. Another lady came in making loud noises and wasn’t well. I think management should address the issue so it doesn’t deter their customers.

This place is a dump! Every single table and seat were filthy. Middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Place was totally empty except for me and the staff, 2 workers (including manager) yapping laughing and chatting and having fun in the back while the cashier is busy texting up-front the entire time. It starts with management and trickles down as habits displayed by the rest of the staff. Arby's does not want your business! They don't care! They can control the cleanliness of the dining room but they choose not to. Instead, they're just being lazy and not caring. What they really can't control, is the terrible homeless problem surrounding the entire establishment and area. It's become a nightmare and I am not driving out of my way to go to this Arby's anymore I am sick of it. Who on Earth would want to drive to this homeless refuge dump where they don't clean the tables the seats or the floor?? (And then pay them to dine in it!!!!)

9:00pm guy working drive thru was extremely rude cut me off from ordering then get to the window and my card is shoved in my hand.. then shoved my food in my hand.. that was extremely rude as a customer to come here and be in a great mood and be treated like that. Food was sloppy and wrong. I asked for jalepeno sliders and got regular sliders… wth the worst experience ever at this location. If I could I’d get my money back and never ever give my service again.

Ordered the new angus cheesesteak sandwich after hearing rave reviews on social media. They were skimpy with the meat but it had a decent flavor. The meat was a little mushy in texture. The price point is ok but im use to eating a cheesesteak where the meat covers the entirety of the sandwich! I more than likely want get it again!

I'd like to start off with saying the staff at 908 s. Mason rd were excellent. Kind, polite and prompt. Exactly what everyone needs in a brief fast food experience. But due to corporate standards I'm giving KFC a 1 star review. As you can see in the photo attached, each of these sides are about 4 bites each for 7 dollars. Or roughly 3.39+ a pop. Church's chicken and Checkers have sandwich al a carté options for nearly that exact amount. Inflation isn't so bad that, nearly, an hour of minimum wage work means you get this much. Wildly disappointed in KFC corporate portion size standards. Fire your chicken lobbyists/bureaucrats and lower the wage of the ceo. Your customers deserve better as well as your employees.

I don't know why it always late. Never on time at least one time The app said the time ready to pickup. I came and wait 15-20 min more. Seems all KFC stores serve all customers order in store first.

Absolutly the worst chicken I've gotten from here in 15 years: I ordered a 12 peice bucket of original recipe with 2 side of cole slaw and 1 side of sweet corn. The cashier got a serious attitude when I asked how fresh the chicken was, had to ask 3 times before she said it was cooked 45 minutes ago. I got my order home to realize the cashier gave me 2 corns and 1 cole slaw and the chicken was overcooked crispy and not original recipe. The chicken was hard, dry, and chewy. KFC on S. Mason road has gone downhill so badly that I'm surprised they can even stay open. My suggestion: fire your staff and manager and start from scratch, hire people that care about the quality of their product. You've lost a long time customer today.

The food was good, but the service wasn't so good. There was one person taking orders between the counter and the drive-thru window & one person filling the orders! This was on a Saturday, just after 11 am. Despite this, the food tasted good, so I don't want to put more thought into it.

Best KFC ever! The chicken was well cooked, the mashed potatoes with gravy are delicious and the biscuit was soft and buttery. Every thing was perfect! AND, the restaurant was immaculate. From now on this is where I will get my KFC! 👍👏😋❤️

Slow service, always understaffed one or 2 employees trying to run between drive through and store orders, they keep the donuts for couple of days until they sell them out. They don’t discard the bad donuts after couple of days. Just don’t go there cheap owner bad management

The store is pretty okay but the service is not so great, went with my husband and niece to get ice cream. Told them I wanted the world classic chocolate, I got a whole different flavor and then gave us in a two scoop cup and the portion was less then two scoop, also ask for the new cup that they were promoting and was told they didn’t have any more but there was like a whole bunch sitting in the corner

While the avocado bacon toast was palatable, it arrived cold, and the bacon appeared undercooked. The hash browns were both burnt and cold. The midnight coffee was, however, of excellent quality. The drive-thru service was efficient, and the attendant was both respectful and helpful. So, this was my first time at this Fry Road spot, but the avocado bacon toast is usually my go-to, and it's usually served hot at other places. The hash browns are always cold and overcooked, it seems. But the midnight coffee is always awesome.

My sister and I went earlier today and their service was not the best. We went through the drive through and the employee did not even know what flavors they had so we decided to go inside. When I went inside there were icecreams that were obviously old and had been melted. Most of the labels were wrong or not labeled at all. After eating the ice cream me and my sisters stomachs were very upset and queasy. They need to remove all of those ice creams and get fresh ones!!!!

Owners please be aware , every time I go to this location the bagels are horrible hash browns and breakfast sandwiches . They have the hash browns to me burned the BEC croissant taste horrible . I love Dunkin all the way from NJ growing up and I love getting doughnuts for my kid but wow please train the staff to CARE about the quality of food they are serving .

If there was a way to put negative star rating on here I would! I try to look at the bright side of things on anything and everything I possibly can before leaving a bad review. This place was horrible. The customer service was complete trash!! We were through the drive through at this location where we were greeted over the speaker by a lady who was making it very obvious by tone of voice we interrupted her from doing whatever she was doing before we had shown up and she wasn’t happy about it. Not only was she right of the rip rudely asking me to repeat myself on multiple instances during our conversation due to her being distracted by what I’m assuming is a coworker on the inside since there was no other cars in the parking area besides two near the employee entrance in the back, but after it took what seemed like forever to place just my wife’s order when I went to place my own she cut me off mid sentence with “You can pull forward now” fallowed by the e sound of the drive thru head set clicking off. So I pull forward only to be greeted by a guy in his late teens early twenties with an equally sounding annoyed tone to his voice as he tells me my total. I try to tell him that I was trying to order more. Except he too cut me off with “ Your total is $4.58.” As I repeated again I wanted to order more but was cut off at the speaker I get a very rude and almost angry sounding reply of “ and what am I supposed to do with that information!” Which through my blood pressure through the roof of my vehicle causing me to just drive off without our order before I said something that would have caused a bigger issue for me that wasn’t worth the time to deal with over ppl like them. I will never ever return to this location even though its like the only one near me and really really have a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin/Baskin Robin’s company all together now thanks to them. So to those to employees i would like to thank you very much for ruining one of my favorite places from my childhood I loved going to for a scoop of ice cream on the weekends!! Much appreciated hope I can return y’all the favor some day!!!

I went in to order food and drinks for my family and I and the workers there were so sweet. The girl taking my order messed up the add ins on the drinks as well as accidentally added an extra drink (partially my fault). We got everything figured out and then the manager Veronica came over and started to argue with me and telling me that I was wrong? Whats up with that? We got everything figured out and she had to insert herself and then she started yelling at her employees! VERY Imappropriate if you ask me. HORRIBLE customer service on her part. DO NOT ask to talk to Veronica if you need to talk to someone because she made everything 100 times worse. She needs to be fired IMO

I ordered through UberEats and everything in my order was ice cold! What makes it worse is the mozzarella sticks, if you want to call them that, that I received. Burger King should start taking the cost of orders out of employee’s paychecks when they produce horrible products like that of the photo. I don’t care if I paid $2 or $20 for an item, I expect it to be done right!

I like to give you a zero star, but I can’t. This is the worst Burger King in the whole state of Texas. I hate tomatoes and onions and this is the number four time they do this. They need to close it down. All these people needs to go retrain they are horrible.

This place keep changeling people and they keep messing up and have attitude. They also can admit that they’re wrong. My friend went before I complained about my burger I told him that the person can’t speak English. I was making the food so they also means they can’t read English correctly. It makes me mad because my father showed me how to talk to people and teach our employees how to speak English write in English just in case he or I wasn’t around. So its very annoying. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this visit to Burger King was beyond disappointing. The food was downright awful. My Bacon & Swiss Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich tasted old, had a strange texture, and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were cold, soggy, and clearly not fresh. I also tried the new BBQ Brisket Whopper—completely bland and definitely not worth the hype or price. To make matters worse, I had to go inside twice because they messed up my children’s meals. I ordered two kids’ burgers—one with cheese and one without—and they got both wrong. When I asked for the order to be corrected, the staff became visibly irritated, snatched the bag, threw the food away, and remade the meals with an attitude. Between the poor food quality and rude service, this visit was a complete waste of time and money. I won’t be returning.

Horrible service, I asked for the number 7 but with the spicy chicken , they said they could only add spicy sauce but not change it for the spicy chicken , how is posible that they can make the sandwich spicy at any other locations like I always ordered and not in this one if I could give them 0 star I would definitely do it , they should teach just a liltle bit the employees about customer service

This place made me very sad. I wasnt able to buy the Naruto toy today. Last week we came and they let us buy it. But the same people today had a strict and mean face and said they cannot sell it. Horrible service and made my son and I sad

I order the jalapeño pretzel 🥨 it was hard and steal , not cheesy at all . I ask to get a new one cashier wanted to just warm mine again .

I was really excited to get a pretzel from this place because I thought it would be so much better than the awful ones at movie theaters that sit there under the warmers forever and ever. I was extremely disappointed. It was worse than movie theater pretzels. My pretzel was very hard and like warm. The cheese was also like warm.

I went for a pretzel and the employee was smoking a cigarette just right outside the entrance door. Not good for those of us that can't take cigarette smoke. My friend and I showed up at 3pm on a Sunday. Far from closing time and on a weekend, so a busy day. Despite multiple people who were in line before us walking away with pretzels, when we reached the cash register to order, we were told they “didn’t have any pretzels.” Yes, you read that right. WETZEL’S PRETZELS told us they didn’t have any pretzels…. They had the hot dog pretzels, and some pepperoni pretzels, but no others. No pretzel sticks, no pretzel bites (despite a full shelf staring at us on the counter). I don’t know if we were just blatantly discriminated against or if the teenagers you have working didn’t feel like heating up more pretzels. Either way, as the only soft pretzel place in the mall, ON A WEEKEND, WAY before closing time, this made no sense at all. Do better WETZEL’s.

The cashier was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered to take my order. It was REALLY hard to spend my hard earned money here, but ONLY because I love the pretzels and had a craving for them, I made a purchase. BUT I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a McChicken, but was given a spicy version instead, and it was served only lukewarm. While the fries were hot, the burger itself was barely warm. Although this was already disappointing, the real issue was far more serious. As I was nearly finished eating the burger, I bit into a piece of paper inside the sandwich！！！It was sticky🤮printed thermal paper with faded text on it. This is absolutely disgusting and raises serious food safety concerns.

They have the best food like I mostly go there because it is the closest place and the customers, foods, and everything was just nice!

The staff here is so friendly and kind. I usually don't expect a lot from McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by the crew here. The restrooms and eating area were clean also.

Trash location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold and you can tell it was old. I asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. They hire anybody and so the employees don't care because it's not their food. No one wants to spend their hard earned money only to receive old cold food. I will never go to any McDonald's again. Better customer service elsewhere. The reviews suck for a reason. Do better McDonald's!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude—she yelled at customers instead of handling issues calmly or respectfully. While we were in the drive-thru, they gave us the wrong item, and when we pointed it out, the staff showed no concern or effort to make it right. The attitude from the team, especially the manager, felt completely apathetic. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect.

I asked for 4D. Spicy deluxe chicken. Probably 4-5 times. There was a language barrier and I get that - but I paid for food and didn’t even get what I ordered. I got a plain chicken sandwich, and NO sauce (despite asking for ranch 3-4 times over the speaker) There were multiple people speaking over the drive through line, just have someone that’s bilingual stand there. I don’t wanna pay for food I don’t want.

They are always behind on their drive-thru orders. And at night it’s a good 30minute plus wait on the lanes.And usually in the morning they always get my order wrong. I’ve asked for sausage breakfast muffins on the app and in person they always give me ham. Maybe they don’t have it available early in the morning but they should let the customer know before subbing it themselves.

Delicious Breakfast and Great Service! We stopped by House of Pies for breakfast and had a great experience. We ordered the 3-egg omelet and a breakfast taco—both were tasty, cooked just right, and very satisfying. Our server, Andrea, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Edison was our server very attentive, has a great personality he greet us with a smile with outgoing personality. The service was excellent & the pies were delicious. I definitely would will come back again 😊

I've only ever eaten here through Door Dash or by someone at work bringing a treat from here to share. Today, I was determined to see this place with my own eyes and was not disappointed. Walked in after work around 5pm, not too busy, very clean and welcoming atmosphere, was greeted right away and given a chance to look at the menu. There's plenty of options for pie, cake, cookies, and even a few sugar free options. There's plenty of seating and lots of space. Looks like a great place for a treat whether alone or with some friends. I was celebrating a promotion and ordered a slice of apple pie and a slice of carrot cake. There are options for a slice of an item or a whole cake/pie. The smell of the pastry in here is borderline magic. I took my order to go, but as I type this, I'm at my home, finishing the slice of pie with a smile on my face. I'll definately be back, and if you are on the fence about this place, then give it a try. No place in Houston or anywhere is 100% flawless, but this place left a positive impression on me that's good enough to spread the word and bring me back.

House of Pies is a solid spot for any time of day. Open 24 hours, they have numerous breakfast options: omelets, breakfast tacos, classic pancakes with eggs, you name it. I ordered the breakfast tacos, which had cheese, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. The meal came with three tacos and two sauces; these were pretty tasty, and the salsa on the side was a nice flavor addition. My mother ordered chocolate pancakes with two eggs (you have to pay extra for chocolate chips and eggs), though she did enjoy them. My father ate a three-egg, bacon, and cheese omelette with two biscuits, a nice and simple meal. The menu includes numerous sandwich and burger options, and they are more lunch and dinner meals to choose from (pretty large menu). Obviously, pies are the signature dishes here at House of Pies. I tried a slice of the Texas Pecan Fudge, which was warm and rich on the inside and topped with crunchy pecans; this was a delicious slice of pie. My parents tried the Bavarian Chocolate Pie, which was good but didn’t taste very chocolaty, a bit bland. Overall, this was a nice experience, and you shouldn’t leave this house without a slice of pie.

I came in to buy some dessert for family and Emanuel and Emily were very helpful in picking out different flavors of pie and also which cookies to buy… I ended up getting five different pie slices and mini pies for five people and also a couple of cookies to try. I’m excited to go home and have a wonderful dessert with family and very thankful for Nice people to help me make some choices!!! Cannot wait to try the flavors that were suggested to me.. and again House of Pies management keep hiring staff that goes above and beyond helping customers out.. it truly makes a difference and will make me want to come back…. Thanks again!!!!!

Recommended. My son had a birthday and chose the Oreo cheesecake, and it was excellent. Upon entering, the service was excellent, and the place looks very clean and beautifully decorated. Next time we'll go for breakfast, and we'll have a more leisurely time.

This place is Great, it has an expensive menu. I got the club breakfast, the French toast is delicious. Apple pie is great. The almond cheesecake was missing almond flavor. Family tasted it and agreed it was just OK. The chicken and waffles, and my daughter ordered the waffles were excellent chicken was OK. Nothing wrong just personal preference. My wife’s avocado toast is scrumptious.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They never make the order correctly. After seeing a sign “new management” I decided to try again. That was a fail, and now they won’t even answer the phone to make it right! I attached a photo of the 2 large fries I received…

I’ve been visiting this store for a little while and I always get my food perfect. I’m pretty much special with my food and they already know it so they always offer me some fresh chicken and they’re always honest about how many minutes their chicken already have. Furthermore, they’re always nice and try to solve and ask my questions as nice as possible even when there’s a lot of cars and orders. I’m sure fast food isn’t easy as it looks!! But still they’re always nice. Bonus point: they do have jelly! I have visited many Popeyes stores and this is one of those that actually have and offers you jelly. Great one.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken breast and I got 1 thigh 1 breast. The thigh was kinda fresh but the chicken breast was cold and tasted like it's been sitting there for a long time. Kinda disappointed as this was my go-to Popeyes location.

Surprisingly quiet and they have well seasoned spicy blackened chicken and, yes, that's grilled, and solid mashed potatos and coleslaw plus berry teas. Yes, completely possible to eat healthy at Popeyes, still tastes really solid, and it's especially chill for dine-in.

I have given this place too many chances. It seems that they are always attempting to get over an pull a fast one. The staff is nice, but the effort they put in to cheating you out of a fresh food experience may reach above the people actually preparing the food. It just may be a culture of short cuts. I’ve been there 2 different times and got a box of chicken that appears to be fried the dipped back in the grease to make it seem hot and fresh. So if you go there close to closing time beware. An 8 piece chicken meal should have 2 each of the 4 pieces of chicken. If you are not aware, they will give you wings and legs (the cheaper pieces) in place of your breast. I’ve had to ask them to give be the proper pieces on several occasions. One time we had a function so as a last resort we decided to go get a big box of chicken. Got it home and it smelled and tasted like fish. We took it back and the manager admitted it may have been cooked somehow on the shrimp grease. He did exchange it, but that should never happen. I attempted to call them to keep from writing this post, but the number listed is never answered. The last straw was them not correctly placing the top on the beans and now we are cleaning beans out of the car. Again, the staff is nice, but this place is not your typical Popeyes when it comes to freshness and taste. I’m headed to the one on Pin Oak or I-10 and Mason.

Just because someone shows up with a coupon, doesn't mean you deserve bad service. Then order extras off the menu and can't get that right either. I think they got the radio too loud, they can't hear your order correctly

This location is extremely understaffed. I went in today and there was 1 employee to run the drive thru AND front of house. She did a fantastic job but, SHE. NEEDS. HELP. Raising wages and promoting a better working environment invites workers. It is a well placed store, just needs help.

I’ll just add to the bad reviews for this location. Placed an online order and by the time I got there it’s still not ready and I had to wait at the forward position for about 20 more minutes. When I got home, my burger was nasty. One thin ring of onion and one thin slice of tomato each about the size of a half dollar. Shredded lettuce very wilted. Overloaded with mayo, ketchup and mustard gooped into the melted cheese. Beef patty dry and cold? It was awful. I can’t believe how bad it was - never coming back. Thank you

Josh delivered my food to me today. I was pretty confused on a meal deal and was expecting more than what I ordered. He explained the deal and even gave me a free coffee. He was very nice with how he explained everything and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team too! I bought a bunch on sandwiches for the sale they have and I know that must be a pain right now. Thanks for everything!

Customer service here is disappointing. Left the doors open/unlocked, walked by at 9:32 to be told "they are closed". Despite the doors being left unlocked and wanting to do a to-go order; they would not serve us. overall in a rude manner as well, clearly we took our money elsewhere

Calm place, looks clean, the store is easy to access from the street and the staff is friendly. The only thing is I ordered a biggie bag with double bacon stack and the honney bbq nuggets to carryout. The bag was well-arranged, easy to grab an access When I got home and saw my food, the burger didn't have the bacon at all, not even between the two meats or below the bun They gave me nuggets spicy bbq nuggets too, when I didn't have asked for those. I cannot stand it. Y'all are going in a good way, just pay attention to the orders and you will be better. Staff, keep being friendly as you are :)

Corporate needs to come to this location. I’ve been here multiple times and the time I wait in the drive thru when there’s no other customers in line or inside the establishment is ridiculous. Most of the workers are lazy, and they spend most of their time talking to each other about chisme instead of frying premade food. The food is not that great. Sometimes they would give me a burger and the patty would still be somewhat raw! Or the bun would have a patch of mold. I understand this is just a fast food job, and the pay is little, but you can’t play with people’s health like that.

How much money is this franchise losing? The drive thru worker did not speak enough English last time I tried to order, so I gave up and left. This time they had to remake the order because he got it completely wrong. The truck behind us was a return customer because their order was wrong as well.

Subway continues to blow me away with how little they care about their customer experience. They had a technical difficulty with their KPS system tendering my order (no worries not their fault, I’ve worked in quick service it happens) but the girl sat there waiting for her boss to pick up the phone and then FaceTimes for 20+ minutes and complaining Spanish while I’m standing there waiting. I feel like this is my average experience at any given Subway lol.

The customer service sucks, the guy Alex was there by alone and was very rude, I would never spend another dime at subway again. Horrible experience. I asked for extra meat on the nachos, and Alex told me that I could not buy extra meat. Then he proceded to talk in Spanish to me , I had no idea what he said, and got mad and threw his hand up like he wanted me to leave. So I did, I left without buying anything. I would never go to that location again off the Katy freeway in front of the main event. Horrible customer service.

This is my third time trying to write this review out and the screen keeps refreshing, which is irritating me even more. I went to this location today around 7:30 PM to pick up a curbside order that I placed on their mobile app when I got to the store. I received the notification that said my sandwich was ready and that a worker would be out momentarily to bring me my food. I sat outside 10 minutes before deciding to get out because there were no workers inside of the window and my sandwich was not ready when I went into the store. I sat there for about five minutes. I yelled out hello a few times, even went on the side of the building and knocked on the employee door to try and gain assistance and to no avail that I get an answer from anyone There were additional customers that came in the store trying to place an order. They didn’t receive any assistance either so they ended up leaving. I decided to call 911 because I wanted to make sure that everything was OK at this location. The door was open. The open sign was on. I was able to walk into their facility with no issues yet, there are no workers Come to find out after being there for about 30 minutes. I my daughter ended up spotting a worker outside sitting in her car the worker did not speak any English so she came up, trying to talk to me, but didn’t speak any English. I did not have a sandwich. I did not have my money and there were no workers in the store to be able to help me at 8:13. Another car pulls up and it’s a manager from a different subway location. The manager comes in and apologizes to me and I asked her for my money back. I asked her what was going on. I’ve never experienced anything like this to any SUBWAY® ever in my life. She proceeded to say that the worker that was sitting outside watching me in the store the entire time she said that the lady was threatened by a previous customer and feared for her life so she decided to sit outside And just sit in her car now I would I’m having trouble understanding and if if you’re scared there should be some sort of protocol to at least put a sign on the door. Turn the lights off turn a sign off lock the front door possibly go out the back and wait in your car you’re afraid for your safety but no the door was left open. The open sign was on, and I sat in a store 30 minutes without my food without my money back or any kind of assistance from anyone I tried calling the store location for the phone to continue to just disconnect. It did not ring not one time once the manager got there she told me that I would receive a refund, but it would take a few days in order for me to get that back. I really feel like the protocols or procedures at this location. Should be changed if you’re going to have associates working at this location we should at least have someone there that is bilingual or speaks more than one language that’s most likely What caused an issue with previous customers. There’s no one there that speaks any kind of English now I apologize and I feel bad for this person being threatened, but this was a very terrible experience for me tonight. I also utilize points for an order that I never received. I didn’t even want them to make my food anymore at that point. I just wanted my money back. I wanted to write this review to share this with anyone else who may have experienced anything similar but Subway this is not acceptable. You all need to review your policies and make a change. This was not a great experience for myself.

My 19 yr old went in to get us subs for lunch since I can’t.. the lady was rude and was carrying on a personal conversation on her ear piece. She kept pointing to stuff and not paying attention. She didn’t even cut the sandwiches in half. Mine was missing items. And when asked for cookies rolled her eyes. The kind lady behind my daughter looked at my kid and told her she was sorry for how this lady was treating her. U need different help.

I stopped by this Subway to get something light for my mom who was admitted to the hospital nearby last night. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a lady whose name I don’t know, she carefully wrapped the order and I asked her to write the initials of the sandwiches. When I got to the hospital and opened them, I noticed she’d written “get well soon” underneath the initials! It brought tears to my eyes. Her gesture of kindness just made my long day. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

Ordered a roasted turkey sandwich with bacon & there’s nothing on it but lettuce, onions & mayonnaise. Tried to call but neither number on the receipt works.

2 Canadians who moved a week ago to Houston TX found a little bit of home! Our favorite ice cap tasted the same - still delicious. This is a new location. It was clean and staff were friendly. Grateful to have a bit of Canada near us (even if it is American-owned).

They just earned a new coffee customer for life! I’m not a consistent coffee drinker. However, when I need an upper to get through the day I will get coffee with an almond or oat milk option. That said, I tried Tim Hortons as it was the closest one to me that was opened, besides the Starbucks which I refused to support. I went through the drive thru and asked the attendant what was the difference between the Arabic beans and the regular coffees beans. I TOTALLY reacted his honest in saying, I don’t know as I have never been asked that question. I still purchased the one of the coffee options with Arabic beans, and he was kind enough to give me a complimentary vanilla coffee to consider for my next visit to compare to my purchase. I haven’t witnessed that a whole lot here in Texas, but I was grateful for the stellar hospitality. So going forward, whenever I need that upper Tim Hortons on Clay road will always be my choice regardless where I’m at, or the distance that I am coming from. Great service goes a long way.

Brand new Tim Hortons location in this area, you can tell when going inside this place is probably six months old or less. It’s got a nice inside seating area with some round and square tables, reg chairs and high chairs and some boots to sit down. Inside is not really big but plenty of sitting and. also there’s outside seating space and drive through. Service was excellent. We had a full meal for two adults for 20USD. Pricing seems great. I gave 4 starts to the food only because the egg on the “scramble egg loaded breakfast” wasn’t great tasting. Vanilla latte and chocolate donut were 5 🌟

I tried their breakfast sandwich with Cappachino. Their breakfast sandwich and Cappachino was far better than our leading brands. This Tim Hortons is at Clay Road and Hwy 99. I was served by Ms. Jessica. I was greeted with a very pleasant smile and served with utmost professionalism. Recommend this store a 100%.

First time tried Tim Hortons in Texas and it was pretty decent. Coffee was nice and hot. We ordered egg and cheese biscuit, donuts, burrito and jalapeno cheese pastry. temp in the seating area was super cold. 4 stars for service because we had to wait 5 minutes before someone came and took our order. Reasonably priced and good spot for a quick breakfast.

Absolutely loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and you can tell they use high-quality beans. If you go, definitely try the cold brew—it’s smooth, refreshing, and not too bitter.The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

I always make a stop by here when I'm visiting Katy. I love the donuts and the coffee is great too. It brings back memories of my trips to Canada. 🇨🇦 🍁 Service is always great and I never have to wait very long for my order.
