From the northeast , I was excited to go to a diner in Texas. The atmosphere of a diner is so much fun. You see anything and everything. We were greeted by a very nice host who showed us to our booth. For a 10:30 am on a Monday, they were very, very busy. They have 3 different hot sauces of their own, which I loved. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a diabetic breakfast and a not worried about calories taco salad and a cup of minnistrone soup. Egg whites with chicken sausage was good. Taco salad looks huge by the taco 🌮 shell. Had a lot of beef, possibly too much, in our opinion. Overall nice experience and good diner food. Definitely would come back. Really liked the relaxed environment. *a cup of coffee $3.46 ☕️😳 Diners up north put a pot of coffee on your table for same price

First time here and the wait time wasn't long and was busy for a weekday. The diner/ restaurant has a theme of course and that is the bear which is cute. The atmosphere felt so comfortable. My waiter was friendly and attentive really appreciate that and the food is good and big portion so come hungry. The menu is the newspaper and i got to keep as a souvenir and they have a gift shop at the front too! Next visit im going to buy a t-shirt and maybe the bear plush why not. 😊

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to Black Bear Diner! Brenda was an absolute sweetheart. She made sure that my coffee cup was never empty and that my plate was exactly what I wanted. The employees seem happy to work here, and the food was fantastic. The ambiance is similar to Cracker Barrel but bear-themed. They even have Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear hot sauces on their tables, how endearing. I will be coming back!

This place is fantastic! Food is delicious and staff are outstanding! Our servers Cesar and Ozzy are amazing! Great personalities, very courteous, professional and just a great guys! From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted by Elissa, seated in Caesar’s section (by request of course), and waited on quickly! Menu has a variety to choose from and affordable too! If you’re looking for some great breakfast items, I highly recommend the Volcano. Lots of food at a reasonable price. The guys behind the scenes (Tony & Destin, chefs) do an awesome job getting our orders out quickly, hot and exactly as ordered! I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!!!

This diner was delicious! Great food and great coffee. The atmosphere was very cozy cabin vibes. Our waitress Traci did amazing and was very friendly. We will definitely come back in the future!

If you are reading this review, I want you to know you'll be much happier spending your money elsewhere. Get this, so they no longer offer the 2x2x2 for $9.99 instead, they offer the bears choice which is 2 pancakes, 2 of choice meat, and 2 eggs. Hmmm sounds familiar. However they charge nearly $3 more by the time you tip! $11.99 plus tipping for something they offer for $9.99 Unbelievable... But hey at least I'm getting their fluffy pancakes, right? At least my stomach will still be satisfied, right? Wrong. FLAT pancakes. No fluff! You're paying more to get less. Their lunches are a joke too. Their chicken basket is good for the size and price, $10.99. But don't fool yourself into thinking the chicken is good, it's kids camp quality. If you want a sweet carb breakfast go get a donut. It's a far better value than these pancakes as thin as tortillas.

This local 'diner' serves up an all sorts of breakfast delights and some really really great lunch specials!! I was craving lunch and the husband was craving breakfast!! Perfect spot for us both. Waffle was super fluffy and bacon crispy! The meatloaf lunch special was enough food for two and has great flavors. Service was impeccable! Great local spot!

First time visit this local restaurant with 22 years history. Texas country style brunch with lots of options. We love the food with home and natural flavor! the service is nice and coffee fill up service is fast. food came out fast after ordered. Favorite is hash brown and waffles! Gravy is good too! You may wait a little at peak hrs as it is very popular. Would recommend to one who passing by this area or travel to Katy! Nice chat with the cashier 😊

Reminds me of a place we have in Colorado, so personally I felt at home here. The service was great. The food was delicious. I would come here again and possibly bring my family with me. ❤️

Scott runs a fantastic restaurant. I didn’t try the daily special, but I may do so next time. The breakfast menu was solid with options for people who are on special diets. What I like most about the restaurant it’s a sense of community and interactions of customers with each other and the staff.

It took too long to get served. It was busy, but yet I saw a lot of tables empty but it’s probably because the tables are so close to each other. The food is cooked really good though. It’s cooked amazing actually! the cooks there are amazing! They are cooked to perfection, but the waitresses are a bit slow, except they are kind so the people who work here are very hard-working and very wonderful. I just don’t think it’s OK to raise the price because it’s just basic eggs and bacon, but I understand that it’s very hard to make a living and the owner is going to profit as much as possible, but let’s just be honest here : you are in a kinda run down plaza in a not so pretty part of town. It’s not an ugly area. It’s just small town. But the prices are a little bit more than what I bargained for. Breakfast is supposed to be cheap, but I guess everyone is raising their price is nowadays anyway.

I love going to these local restaurants. This one was no different. The service staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good. I had chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash browns were OK, and the chicken fried steak was just a pre breaded frozen one, nothing special. The white gravy was average, but overall everything was good. Would come back if if was in the area.

My dad and I stopped in for breakfast and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was excellent!! Shelly was the one who took care of us, and she was kind, attentive, and on top of everything. You can tell everyone working there really hustles ,, the whole team runs like a well-oiled machin. It’s always busy, which we took as a good sign, and it totally lived up to the hype. 🥚🥓 The food? Also excellent. We highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. they were seriously some of the best we’ve EVER had. And we love breakfast food. Everything came out hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. A great spot all around!

Never again!!! Steak was dry & tough. The hash browns were full of grease. Food was warm. Waitress brought out my eggs, toast, & hash browns 2 minutes before my steak, WHY?? Then we go to pay & the register wouldn’t take our coupon. The manager said he couldn’t do anything. Never will we go back here.

This location is really good. The booths are private, love that. The food was very fresh, hot and great quantity. The service was also very good. I appreciated the cleanliness as well. I will review again to confirm consistency but for now, iy was worth another trip there. Eggs, french toast, bacon, chicken Fried steak...all good items.

You can tell that the sauces are watered down. The waitress was nice but not good enough for the 5 stars. I we had to ask for a bunch of napkins several times and each time she would only bring a couple at a time. Drink refills wernt as fast as I would like but still good. Just not good enough for a 5 star. Still love the place and will go back

Aug 15 around 9pm. I’ve been a loyal Denny’s customer for over 5 years, but after my most recent visit, I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in one again. We went in to celebrate a small achievement with my kids and ordered 2 Birthday Pancakes and 2 Jr. ice creams. Pretty simple, right? But things quickly went downhill. The waitress asked me (oddly enough) if the kids were going to eat the ice cream with the pancakes. I brushed it off because honestly, what difference does it make? We’re paying customers — just bring the food. Then, unbelievably, the manager came out and told me, “It has come to my attention that the kids are not going to eat the ice cream but the adults will.” I asked why on earth that mattered, and she said she would “let it slide this time” but that technically kids’ portions are only for kids. Excuse me? Since when does a restaurant get to police who eats the food we’ve purchased and paid for? It was insulting, ridiculous, and flat-out unnecessary. We weren’t trying to “game the system.” We simply ordered food off the menu — nothing more, nothing less. For the manager to come out and treat us like we were breaking some sort of rule over who gets a scoop of ice cream was beyond absurd. The whole experience killed what should have been a lighthearted family outing. I told her not to bother “doing us a favor” and that we were leaving. After years of coming to Denny’s, I’ve never had anyone make me feel so uncomfortable or unwelcome over something so petty. Denny’s — if your policy is to interrogate families over who eats what, you’ve officially lost me as a customer. This experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and showed a complete lack of common sense and customer care

The wait time in the drive thru is absurd. The young African American female that worked the drive thru at 11:30 pm on 8/4/25 has the worse customer service. After waiting in the drive thru at the order box for 25 min to place an order and experiencing how she decided to speak with me I decided to drive off and not place an order. I will not spend my money at a location where I’m spending this much time and receiving attitude.

I went here for the 75th anniversary, whataburger was having 75 cent burgers. Well, I'm not trying to eat highly processed fast food. But you can't beat that price. You can only do this through the mobile app, but for some reason it wasn't working for me. But I was already stuck on going to whataburger, so I ordered the new wrangler burger through the mobile app and I shouldn't have. It took 45 mins to get my order. They forgot my drink and come to find out, there out of ice. It was a good thing I was in leave for a deposit for my company. Otherwise, I would have been losing money on my lunch break. If this happens again whataburger, be more organized!!

If it was possible to give this store a six star rating, I would do it. Jaylin and Bryant greeted me and helped me with my order and were cheerful and engaging while doing so. Their order server Devine was sweet and friendly. The food was delicious and I was able to customize my order to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Well done hiring manager for a busy Saturday late lunch day shift.

This review is based on other fast food restaurants like Whataburger I find this to be a clean restaurant inside and out friendly service food comes out hot. I would encourage to use the mobile app for either curbside or carry out just because it can get real busy this location has over 10 curbside pick up spots. It’s right next to an H-E-B and right right off of I 10 so I can get real busy. Staff are friendly parking was ample although I know that I can get real busy so you have to be careful about that. Would recommend and plan on going back

Stopped for a quick burger on my drive from back home to San Antonio. Was late and it was pretty busy. Regardless of how packed it was, the service was great, food came out hot and fresh. Top 5 of the Whataburgers I’ve been to, and this will be the only one I come to when coming back to Katy/Houston.

So far this whataburger is doing better then before there drive thru times are better. Food is always made fresh and hot. They got new order takers they are more friendly and have a better atmosphere than before. They do get busy during game nights so the time may take long but over all not a bad whataburger.

Every Whataburger I've visited offers a know what to expect consistent experience. Great food. Love the smell. Good, quick courteous service and a smile. Clean restaurant, clean men's room. Appreciate racking up points to encourage my return visit. Nice location near Katy Mills Mall. Plenty of parking space. Be sure to fill out the receipt survey for a return visit reward. What a meal. Not just a meal, an experience. Whataburger!

Our server Corbin was great! So helpful and friendly. We enjoyed their Houston Restaurant Weeks menu. We had the lobster tacos which were yummy. And I also had the hummus plate which was the 1st of my 2 courses and it was very fresh and tasty. Cinco Ranch location is about to do a major renovation. Can’t wait to see it in September!

We recently visited and were delighted by the upgrades and renovations—the space feels like an entirely new restaurant. The food was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our breakfast selections. What impressed us most, however, was the outstanding service from the general manager, Doug. Since we were dining with our newborn, he kindly offered us a quiet, private area away from the front entrance where work was being done, ensuring our baby was comfortable. His attentiveness and genuine care made our experience even more special. Thank you, Doug—we will definitely be back!

Black Walnut Café at Cinco Ranch offers a fantastic dining experience with a warm, cozy atmosphere — definitely 5 stars for the ambiance! I ordered a veggie-packed omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes, served with a fresh fruit cup and a side of salsa. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the portion was perfect for a hearty breakfast without feeling heavy. The coffee was rich and aromatic, a great complement to the meal. However, the only drawback was that coffee service is self-serve. Having to get up and refill my cup each time slightly disrupted the otherwise relaxing experience. Table service for coffee would make the experience even better. Despite that small inconvenience, Black Walnut Café remains a wonderful spot for a relaxed meal, with friendly staff, a clean environment, and a beautiful view of the patio area. Highly recommend for breakfast, brunch, or just a good coffee break!

The food order was placed right but the chef did not read the ticket. This resulted in me having to get my food re made while everyone else had finished eating. However when I finally made it back home my food was correct- just not hot and fresh. The manager apologized and gave me a slice of cake due to the chef not realizing the ticket had changed

Wow! This place looks amazing after their renovation. We love the brightness and the new added booths in the left lobby. We came in tonight and our server Alyssa was super sweet and attentive. My mother in laws has a couple allergies and i want to say that the manager Siling was super patient with us. She answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond to double check recipes to ensure it was okay for her to eat. Not a lot of places would do that so thank you! We all enjoyed our meal and visit. We will be back!

I visited Black Walnut Cafe in Cinco Ranch and ordered the omelet and pancakes — both were delicious! The omelet was fresh and tasty, and packed with flavor, and the pancakes were soft, buttery. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service was friendly, and it’s a great spot for a casual breakfast or brunch.

I recently dined at Dish Society for a friend’s birthday brunch. While waiting for the rest of my party to arrive, I was not allowed to be seated, which I found a bit unwelcoming. I understand the policy is to order before being seated, but the approach felt impersonal. Especially at 10:00 am Sunday morning restaurant was 80% empty, and not busy at all. We ordered nearly few vegetarian option on the menu, including freshly squeezed orange juice. After placing our order, I specifically asked for a receipt. Little did I know after coming home I found out I was only given the credit card summary and not an itemized receipt, which is what I asked for. The person taking the order had communication issues and I just wasn’t feeling confident of how we were being charged since their terminal did not show pricing while we were ordering. For a party of four eating vegetarian, the total of $90 felt somewhat high considering what we ordered. While the food was fresh, items weren’t served warm when they easily could have been. The pancakes were quite dry, the avocado toast was overwhelmed by a sweet butter, and the quinoa with avocado lacked flavor. On a positive note, the vegetarian tacos and the salad were decent.

Perfect location, plenty of outdoor tables, kids can play outside. Love that they have lots of healthy options for food and drinks

The food was terrible, and their mocktails, nasty omg, how could you go wrong with mocktails? Nah, never again! The food didn’t taste good at all. I got their breakfast that came with just eggs, burnt bacon and hard grain toast. I have to get an extra order of French toast which didn’t even taste good and it was cold. Yeah don’t waste your money.

I went last night and am confident I got food poisoning from the grilled chicken I added to the veggie grain bowl. It tasted a little off when I bit into it but I consumed because I normally have a good experience with Dish Society. I can forgive restaurants for food issues if they're willing to show some empathy or take some accountability for it. I emailed Dish Society to let them know what happened only to receive a response from the owner that read: At this time, you are the only guest who has contacted us with concerns related to anything consumed at our restaurant. Our team conducts thorough product quality and temperature checks every four hours throughout the day, and we’ve confirmed that all checks yesterday, including for our chicken, were within compliance. Food safety is something we take very seriously, and we want to ensure we investigate this as thoroughly as possible. Do you happen to have any known food allergies or sensitivities? For example, soy is a common sensitivity, and both our grilled and fried chicken may come into contact with shared surfaces that contain soy. While they did express sympathy that I was sick, I was genuinely taken aback by how dismissive the response felt. The implication that my experience was invalid because no one else reported being sick—and the suggestion that a food allergy might explain what happened, rather than anything on their end—was frustrating. It’s not just about the food. It’s about how you treat your customers when something goes wrong. This experience left me disappointed in a place I used to enjoy.

Dined here for the first time a week ago and the service was not up to par. Upon ordering, we were met with an attitude from the cashier who couldn’t care less that we were trying to order. Our food was okay at best. I got the shrimp and grits and there was nothing special about them. The chicken biscuits were okay as well. I wouldn’t mind never going here again, honestly. But it’s in a nice location and was very cute.

Dish Society had a delicious Texas Pecan Pesto Pasta with chicken, and Citrus Glazed Salmon. Flavors were all there and delicious! We also had Passiflora I Adora, Espresso Martini, and the Lavender Blush drinks and they were all very tasty and very strong. If you love refreshing drinks I recommend all of these. The customer service at the bar was fun and they were open to talking to us with good energy. The funny thing was the bartenders were both super young kids I believe in high school (but don't quote me on that lol) but they made good drinks either way. I recommend for the food, drinks, and ambiance.

I ordered the sweet potato with brisket and a side of goat cheese (no other cheese on it). My husband and friend ordered the fried chicken and biscuits and gravy. Everything was incredibly delicious! The farm to table goat cheese was the best! My friend tasted it and wanted more! I wanted more! How does one make goat cheese taste like that!? This was our second visit. Just as delicious as the first. Oh, the service is also wonderful. We felt like family. Thanks Dish Society!

Everyone comes to first watch because you know about the food and the options. Each location has free parking and is usually in a large strip mall. This is now one of my favorite locations but only when I walked into the establishment today because I do not like this part of town. This particular one is right in front of Ross near Best Buy. The main door… It just seems like an odd location. the entrance, everything about this location makes me wanna not enter but my friend wanted to meet here today so I was pleasantly surprised. All three of us had coffee and we had a frittata, a quinoa bowl with pesto and chicken, which was excellent, and very filling and some kind of sunflower toast and an omelette. See pics. The only thing about this location that was a bit off was Mateo-our server. He was very sweet, helpful and a little eager and kept coming back to our table to offer more things or service or just to follow up, but to be interrupted at least eight times in hour 2 1/2 hour conversation was a bit much. I would recommend making sure the servers can read body language and being aware. If we look up and we look around and we’re looking for help at that time rush over, but not constantly walking up to the table and saying is there anything you need? Again, he’s probably just an eager. It’s definitely better than a rude server.

Excellent food at a fair price. Came on a Friday morning and had no wait with very quick service. The server was excellent and honest when asking for recommendations. Definitely recommend the waffle and iced coffee.

Don’t bother placing your order online, they wont pay attention whatsoever. I Placed an order online this morning around 9:30am today (09/26/2025), one FARM HOUSE HASH and one BISCUITS & TURKEY SAUSAGE GRAVY WITH EGGS. The Farm house hash - it looked good but i opted out of the bacon since the person i got it for cannot have pork, they remade it for me without bacon. Here is what i’m more pissed off about, THE BISCUITS & TURKEY SAUSAGE GRAVY WITH EGGS - HOW ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO MESS UP THE TURKEY SAUSAGE AND ADD BACON INSTEAD OF THE TURKEY SAUSAGE, I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR EXTRA TURKEY SAUSAGE. Service seriously needs to be worked on and I really wish I could get a refund for this order because this has been severely disappointing. I don’t even write reviews, thats how pissed off I am. Overall, it’s a good place to eat, just never order online and just call them over the phone if you need to pickup.

I had such a great experience at First Watch, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Allie! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and super attentive without ever being overbearing. She made great menu recommendations, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.

Your food is always wonderful, but the server makes a big difference. Alejandro was an absolutely wonderful waiter. Had not been for him, we would not have tried the pumpkin donut holes. He was attentive, smiling all the time, and truly helped us enjoy our wonderful meal even more. You should have more employees like Alejandro! We will come back and ask for him.

I recently visited First Watch and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. While some of the dishes were slightly on the salty side, it didn’t take away from the overall quality. I especially recommend their healthy options, which were flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the space felt clean and well-kept. A special shoutout to Christine, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the visit — her service made the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that serves fresh, health-conscious meals with great service, First Watch is definitely worth checking out

Had a great breakfast this morning. Mom and I had the fall menu. She had the pumpkin pancakes and I had the maple bacon croissant, both entrees we very good. Mateo was our server and if you get a chance request him. He is very attentive and courteous. I definitely will be requesting to sit in his section again.

Love that you can get immediate seating at the bar if available, but would definitely reccomend making a reservation and/or showing up early. It was busy, but I know why now, because the food was phenomenal! The servers were friendly, the drinks were refreshing and the food came out the kitchen piping hot and quick.

I really wanted to enjoy Snooze, but the experience just didn’t hit the mark. The food itself was pretty good, but everything else brought the vibe down. Our server was unprofessional—she spent more time flirting with my man right in front of me than doing her job. Not cool at all. She was trying way too hard and came off as a white girl trying to act Black, which was honestly cringe. The place was super crowded, and we had to get on a waitlist just to be seated. The only decent part was the spot she seated us at—it was comfortable. As for the drinks? Watered down and not worth the price. Definitely looking for a better breakfast spot next time. This ain’t it.

Came here with friends to try it out. Not bad, but not the best. First watch has better pricing for the same kind of food. Definitely reminded me of the "American Diner" on a cruise ship.

The food is so delicious! The decor is so cute and unique, and the waitress went out of her way to serve us.

I order from this franchise all the time. The food is good but the Cinco Ranch location is super stingy with their portions. If I’m paying $18 for a spuds deluxe I expect most of the tray to be covered with food. Without fail every single time this location always gives a tiny serving. I was in Dallas for a couple of months and that Snooze AM location gave great portion size. Avoid this location. The ones in downtown Houston are better.

The pancakes are always good. Usually there’s a long wait, but this time I came around 1 PM and got seated right away! Food came out super quick too, overall 5/10.

Very cool atmosphere. Food was good. I ordered the classic combo and the blueberry danish pancake. the pancake was really good, the bacon and hash browns as well. The eggs could have been better quality. They were small and the yolks were pale yellow.

This location in particular is the worst! I’ve had several issues over the last couple years I’ve been coming to this location. I’ll never come back to this location after today. I’d rather drive the extra 20 min to the Morton or Mason location than come here. They either forget your condiments or straws or if they manage to get that then they mess up your order completely. Today they gave me straws, condiments and my order was correct so I thought everything was good until I took a bite into my chicken and had this gelatinous stringy brown stuff all through the chicken. Not to mention the tortilla strips bag had some gross black stuff on it and the bag was opened! Worst chick- fil-a location I’ve ever been to.

I normally never have an issue with my order but yesterday I ordered in drive-thru for son & I. I ordered 8 count GRILLED nuggets for dietary reasons. It wasn't until driving away that I discovered I'd received the fried nuggets 😕. Still ate them, they're tasty after all and I wasn't about to go back with all the traffic! Guess I'll have to start checking prior to leaving.

I ordered an 8-piece nugget, and only a box of 5 arrived. The order was to-go, so I had to go back to file a complaint. I only had an hour to eat, and I wasted all my time.

We have ordered lunch from this location many times, but several times our orders are wrong & we don’t discover the error until we get home. Today it happened again - we did not get the large grilled chicken sandwich or the 8 ct order of grilled nuggets. We were shorted about $12 of food. This location is about 20-25 minutes from home, so it’s not worth it to go back. Where’s their quality control!!!!

Food was good, service was friendly, but unfortunately for the first time they did not give me my complete order. I ordered and paid for two 4 piece strips and a couple sandwiches. But only received 1 of the orders of strips and sandwiches. Son was very disappointed 😞

This early evening I stopped by because in a hurry to get to Sealy. so I went threw the Drive threw I placed my order an drove around to the other side to get my food, Tran Num 5881 the order was One Lrg Fry and one CFA Sandwich I received my bag paid an left the location headed west and reached my location and open my bag pulled the fry's out but no sandwich. I guess the joke was on me for not checking my order. This place is going down hill I never had a problem with Chick-fil-a before until I came here.

I recently visited IHOP, and while the food was great and the service was friendly and attentive, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by some serious payment issues. We were charged twice — once on one card and then again on a different card — and the refund never came through. I reached out to resolve the issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed, which is incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing because the meal itself was solid. The pancakes were fluffy, the coffee was hot, and everything came out just as we ordered. Our server was polite and made sure we had everything we needed, checking in a few times to make sure we were satisfied. However, another area that could use some attention is the cleanliness. The tables were wiped down but still felt a bit sticky, and the floors looked like they could use a deeper cleaning. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t add to the dining experience. Overall, while the food and service were good, the payment issue and cleanliness left a bad taste in my mouth — and not the kind you expect from pancakes and syrup. I’d love to go back and give it another shot, but only if they resolve the double charge and step up their cleaning game.

IHOP Westheimer location My all time favorite for breakfast. I come to this location often, on weekday mornings, not crowded. Not a fancy place. They have good breakfast, great, welcoming service, very comfortable. You can sit back and enjoy your food and coffee.

Very unprofessional staff went to buy some T-bone steak and got two orders of them stakes and got charged 51$. The front lady put them in one bag and squished my food. Also by the time I arrived home her was stuck in the bag what a disgusting staff. That worker should be more aware of how to pack people food and little more customer service. The bags are free Madom don’t know why you put my food in one bag

Recently visited this I Hop and everything seemed perfect until I tasted the Frwnxh toast we brought home. My 10 year old grandson loves his french toast for breakfast anytime it's on the menu. This time he ate less than half and didn't say anything. I got home and tasted it. The presentation was great but the bread had almost no egg, (I know eggs are wxpensive) it was very soft not at all a bit crispy like at other places or how it looks on the commercial. My fish was delicious, the waiter was very nice and overall the experience was ok. However I always like for my grandkids to enjoy their food even more than me. Thank you.

I ordered takeout from this location and had a great experience. The food was packaged well, still hot when I got it home, and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The hostess was very nice and made the pickup process smooth. Overall, a positive experience that I would definitely repeat.

Juliana was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable! We’ll definitely be coming back and will be asking for her again. The only downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to be working. It was uncomfortably hot inside, and even my kids were sweating. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, because everything else was great!

Our server was great. The food was not so. Stay with Cracker Barrel or any other place that doesn’t charge almost $20 for a mediocre chicken friend steak. The steak was a tiny portion of chewable meal that should NOT be priced at $17. To be clear, I almost always clear my plate. I did not do so this time. I didn’t leave 1 star because the gravy was decent as was the biscuit. Oh, the “hash brown casserole” is more like a poorly textured mash potato with little flavor.

I knew there was a reason why I never patronaged this place after living in the area for a few years. The food is really not that good. The pancakes were dry but some how tasted a bit raw which is very weird. The hash browns were not good. Also my waitress Yaya was only interested in giving me the check as opposed to checking on how everything was. I should have went to Snooze.

I have been here a few times and had no issues other than it's a little pricey for a basic breakfast. However, apparently they don't do "To Go" well. When I arrived I had to ask where to go to pickup to go orders, then I get to the bar, there is no space to stand to ask for my order. Once I get my ticket I see the order is wrong so I ask them to fix it, now I have to wait which defeats the purpose of calling it in ahead of time. I asked for a cup of coffee while I wait and was not charged for it so that was fair. What I was charged for is every little thing I asked for on my omelet...ok hanks for the heads up. Then I open my food and its watery, the bread is soggy and there's nothing to go on the bread. After draining my food, throwing the bread away, it was decent.

The food wasn't anything special, at least what I had. The service was fine. I will add that if you have a child who likes their food in a particular way that it might not be the best choice of restaurant. My daughter ordered the kids French toast and unfortunately for her it tasted like they cooked it where they cooked sausage (or a meat) and she wouldn't eat it. I tried it and it did have a bit of a meaty flavor like it shared a cooking surface with some kind of breakfast meat. (Or their French toast just has a very odd flavor).

Great food, great portions. Didn't even finish what we got. Zero complaints on food or quality. Service was alright. Nice to see team.players getting stuff done. Still, had to wait and ask repeatedly for water and more coffee. To be fair waitress was handling a lot of tables. Worth a visit and will visit again, maybe on a weekday when there's less traffic.

We decided to give this place a try as it was close to where we had other business for the day, and the reviews were good. While our overall experience wasn't bad, it wasn't as good as we thought it would be based on the reviews. The food and service were average. While the atmosphere was okay, it wasn't appealing for us. We are sure some people will enjoy eating here, but we won't be patronizing this location again.

I have been to Chil Fill A for years. Never received bad service in this location. The lady who brought us the food was not friendly . I noticed when she put the food on our table. We ordered salad and didn’t get the dressing. She passed by our table and I asked her about my dressing but seems didn’t want to stop. While we were eating another lady also complained to the cashier that she didn’t get her sandwich and point to the same lady who brought us the food. Chick Fill A always welcome people but maybe not on this location.

Ordered Cobb salad (through the Mason Rd drive-thru) it was warm and limp. I usually buy my Cobb salad from the Chick-fil-A on Dairy Ashford where it is always cold and the container always packed to the top. The salad also had a big glob of (possibly raw) bacon fat - see attached picture

I am continually impressed by Chick-fil-A! This location was very clean, the food was great, the servers would come by and offer table service as though you were at a sit-down restaurant. The salads were very fresh and the baked chicken nuggets (Gluten free) were a win for kids with celiacs disease. Also, the fries are gluten free and fried in a dedicated frier. Lots of yes, sir and right away, sir. The play area for the kiddos is great and clean as well. They have ample staff on to make dine-in and take out efficient and seamless. A truly excellent and well-run establishment.

Never can go wrong with CfA! The service is always consistent, the restaurants are super clean, and the food is terrific! I wish other places treated you like CfA. I like knowing my experience will be great no matter what store I visit. Love their nuggets and sauces. It’s definitely the best items, in my opinion. Wonder if they will ever do spicy nuggets. Hint, hint! The sweet tea mixed with lemonade is really good too. Notice their condiment spot. Even that area is organized! Top notch!

I appreciate all Chick-fil-A's in general- they're clean, friendly, quick, and the food is delicious. However, I wanted to write a review for this one specifically. As I sit here doing my homework (having bought breakfast and now mooching the wifi and Diet Coke refills, which the staff is happy to let me do), I witnessed Ms. Kim, the assistant manager, handle an upset guest extremely well. The guest was in the wrong for wanting to use something expired. Ms. Kim calmly explained that she could not do it, repeatedly answered her questions, and took the lady's frustrations while treating the woman with kindness and respect. I appreciate not only the way Ms. Kim spoke to the woman, but that she didn't just say "the customer is always right" and give in; instead, she held to what she was supposed to do. It is nice to see people who are kind in the face of others' frustrations, especially when they are misdirected their frustrations entirely. It is also nice to see people not give in to demands that should not be made. Thanks for being a good example, Ms. Kim!

My son went to this location with his school for a field trip, and I forgot to unlock the card I sent him with to pay for his food. A worker stepped in and bought my sons lunch for him. I just wanted to say thank you to "Kyle" who helped my son in a moment I messed up. Thank you for going above the standard for my son. I truly appreciate the service and I will forever be a Chick Fil A customer!!!! Thank you so so much!

Had a spicy chicken, didn't have much flavor as rest of Chick-fil-A's that I visit while traveling. Service was good, clean place.

The Bagel Cafe experience was excellent. I had the 'French Dip' sandwich. The 'Everything bagel, roast beef, grilled onions, and As-Jus sauce is absolutely delicious. Everything always seems to be freshly made. To note, the Lox bagel sandwich and broccoli soup are also excellent. I highly recommend this place. I wish they would open a few more locations in the area.

An extremely underrated spot that you need to go to as soon as possible! I honestly thought I had already tried all the best bagels out there, but The Bagel Cafe seriously impressed me. I'll start by saying that hopping in here on an early Sunday morning is quite the experience. The inside is modest and cozy, and really embodied the kind of New York-deli vibe that you don't get in many places. The staff was jovial, and they were laughing and joking and having fun at 7AM on a Sunday. That was AWESOME. So needless to say, the service was amazing. But of course, the bagels speak for themselves. Texture and taste-wise, these bagels may be the best I've ever had. Not to mention they're extremely photogenic. Flavors of the bagels themselves and the cream cheese were unmatched, I got a salt/plain cream cheese bagel and a jalapeño cheddar/chive cream cheese bagel. I will say, if you're a fan of the chewier type of bagel—this is your place! This place was absolutely amazing, and I'm already counting the days until I can come here again on a Sunday morning.

Phenomenal place to get all things bagel/breakfast food. Joe is an amazing character at the cashier. From tossing your bagel to always remembering your name and blowing the famous whistle when you pay with cash, this place has great food and even better atmosphere especially nice and early in the morning.

Every imaginable bagel in cream cheese, butter, cheese, peanut butter, bacon, and egg sandwich. The owner is a delight coming to greet costumers with a "little" gimmick. Staff were lovely and pleasant throughout. Smiles all around when we were there. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast experience.

It used to be a good place however the service has gone down the drain. This is second time when I have found less number of bagels in the bag. Do I really have to count now in the bag how many they put in ? May not be intentional but the carelessness tells the story. Prices have been increased quite a bit … are the bagels imported from some country with tariff or is it just dip the toes because the country is going through this situation?

It was a lively place. Go early, we did and a huge line grew after us. They have a huge selection of bagels and cream cheeses and some sandwiches. I had the best iced Americano there too! I had a pumpernickel bagel with plain cream cheese, the perfect amount too. I wish I could've eaten more. It's a little small and noisy inside but not overwhelming. They people at the counter work fast and love cash.

This is one of the best breakfast spots, and the lunch menu is great too! We love walking to the Bagel Cafe for breakfast on a Saturday, and getting the bagel breakfast sandwiches. We get to pick from a lot of bagels (I prefer onion, while The Mister likes jalapeño) and then they add eggs and cheese and whatever other goodies. They toast it and bring it to you, and you fall in love. They also sell a bunch of takeaway snacks. I love picking up one of the flavored cream cheeses (I'm a huge fan of the classic Chive cream cheese) and bagel chips for snacking at home. The cinnamon rolls are also wonderful, and they have cookies and muffins too. The best thing, though, is how friendly and fast the service is. Even though on our last visit the line wrapped around the side of the restaurant, we were up to the front in no time, and never felt rushed at all.

Great place. Looks and feels super clean. I haven’t been in a few years, and it looks the same but feels more elevated. The staff were friendly and lady who took my order answered all of my questions. We had a comfortable small group social gathering there on the couch and took over the entire area for a couple of hours. It was hard to focus on socializing with my delicious hot matcha tea with almond milk and the cute little doggies. They accommodate for different eating styles, so I’m excited to return and try something else.

Great little coffee and tea shop. My wife enjoyed a blended frozen mocha coffee drink. I enjoyed a hot cappuccino with 2 splendas. Both drinks were made well. I enjoyed a scone that looked like a cookie, it was a banana nut scone.

I came here for breakfast with my teenage children. We each had crepes and they were delicious. I recommend the tiramisu crepes. The flavor was a prefect balance of bitter expresso, and sweet cream.

We love Sweet Paris, specially this location. The food & service are always great but what I like the most about it is that it’s always very clean & the staff always have neat uniforms & hair covers. Today, I tried the Mayan Chocolate & it was amazing! My daughter tried the Caprese Panini & she loved it. I love that they added the tables outside, on the other side. We wanted to sit there but they just laid mulch & it smelled really bad

This place was perfect. I was really happy with my food. I ordered the chicken carbonara and a latte. The food was delicious, and the serving size on the crepe surprised me. It was huge and definitely enough food to fill you up. It was creamy and chickeny while also having a flaky dough taste. It was definitely comfort food YET it didn't make you feel like you were going to bust after eating it (like some comfort foods). The coffee was good as well. I don't think I'd come for the coffee alone but it was good. If you're ordering a dessert crepe the coffee would pair perfectly. Its just sweet enough without being super sugary. I got the coffee with my meal because I needed coffee 🤣 so of course it was a different experience. BUT I will definitely come back and try a desert crepe and coffee. The ambience of the place was perfect. I loved it. Not a lot of seating and a bit cramped inside, but additional tables outside on both sides of the restaurant. Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend!

Went for breakfast and the food lacked seasoning. Maybe it was for the best as it was probably healthier but this is something I’d never crave or order again. Also, we were charged $1 for butter and jelly for the toast.

I wanted to share a couple of thoughts: 1. I truly appreciate the two workers who make the crepes—they’re incredibly fast. That said, I did notice they don’t change their gloves between different types of crepes. While I completely understand it’s not practical to change gloves after every single order, it might be worth considering switching gloves when handling very different ingredients—like meats (chicken, salmon, or bacon) versus sweet items (like Nutella and fruits). I did request a glove change for my order, and they were very understanding about it. I’m just curious if others have brought this up as well, as I imagine I’m not the only one who prefers not to have sweet and savory flavors unintentionally mixed. My bigger concern is actually about the pricing. When a free Nutella crepe is offered and I ask to add strawberries and bananas, I would expect to be charged only the difference in cost between the basic crepe and the additional toppings. However, I noticed that on the app and the menu, the price is listed as $11.75, but the receipt has it for $12.50. I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy, but it does make me feel a bit uneasy, I’d appreciate some clarity on how the pricing works, especially in these kinds of promotional situations.

Food was great, we had orange juice for the drink we expected it to be fresh squeezed but it was just box orange juice so, unless you like that kind of juice I don't recommend you to go for that option. Crepes are mediocre- not like Paris at all. Tried the chèvre salad I thought in my mind it’ll be melted piece of chèvre on it. Instead it’s dried and crumbled cheese. The to go box was styrofoam that basically a carcinogen and poison. Service was good.

The food was absolutely delicious—each dish prepared with great care—and the clean, inviting atmosphere created the perfect setting for our celebration. Surrounded by family and friends, we shared laughter, meaningful conversation, and plenty of joy while enjoying our meals together. It was an unforgettable celebration, and we are deeply grateful for the excellent service, the warm hospitality, and the beautiful memories created on such an important day. I really enjoy coming to the Denny's on Fry Rd. The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. I particularly want to highlight the manager, Mr. Javed, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers.I usually do to go orders which are always well packaged. A while back, I found that something was missing from my order, and he immediately took action to rectify the situation without hesitation. This kind of service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this place and its wonderful staff!

It was slow I think only 5 families including mine. I was skeptical thinking why wasn't it packed on a Sunday evening. I was really surprised on the customer service and the food. It was excellent. I ordered a 5 pepper burger and it was delicious a little more of the well done side I like mine medium rare, but nice juicy very well balanced burger and the seasoned fries were awesome as well. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience at Denny's during my recent visit. Ivania was our server and did a fantastic job—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Javed, the manager, was also very professional and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. The food was delicious as always—Denny's never disappoints in that department. However, I wasn't a fan of the new lemonade drinks with Sprite. It just didn’t hit the mark for me, but that’s just personal taste. Overall, it was a pleasant visit thanks to the great service and classic menu favorites!

The food was good. Our waitress started out great, but as soon as we got our meal, that was the last we saw of her until after eating and me getting her attention. Also, their credit card reader wasn't working, but no one told us. Luckily, we had cash. But what if we didn't.

Came here today and ordered spicy deluxe combo and food for my son as well, when I got my food they gave me a regular spicy ckn sandwich, even though the guy repeated my order I heard him say spicy deluxe but he still put the wrong order, so I told the blonde girl in the drive through and she seemed annoyed that I told her I had told the guy I wanted a spicy deluxe, she got a little sarcastic with me and told me if I wanted it that she would have to charge me 76 cent, so it upset me that I had to pay again but whatever so she charged me for that and then asked for the sandwich back that they originally gave me and I had to wait for them to remake it. Honestly I know mistakes happen but her attitude was not okay. I come here 2-3 times a week Joe my son and I and other day they forgot to put straws and my son really needed that straw. Also with my order today there was a hair in the chicken! I will post the photo, and months ago I had found an insect on my lettuce but I didn’t say anything! Now I’m fed up! I’ll be going to another chic fil a from now on, it’s a mile difference but I’m done with this location, i spend too much money here every week to get treated like this and have stuff in my food and deal with an attitude for no reason.

I’ve had a mixed experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food is always out quickly, which is great, but I’ve consistently had issues with their milkshakes. It’s happened multiple times that I’ve had to wait 10-14 minutes for a milkshake, even after my food was ready. I’ve had to flag someone down to get attention, and the milkshake would be sitting there, unnoticed, for a while. It feels like there’s a lack of organization and follow-through. I hope they can improve their service and make the experience more consistent.

This chickfila is as good as any other when it comes to food but the parking lot situation sucks. It’s so congested and there is hardly any room to park. Also you must squeeze through the drive through cars and some cones (why are they even there) to access half of the parking lot and the other half is probably already full. I avoid this place because I know I parking will be a pain if I can even find a spot.

Ate there a lot and the sandwiches there were usually pretty good. Had to stop getting the nuggets because they often were not cooked right. And one time I got the wrong toppings on my sandwich and they refused to fix it. The place has not been the same since that Seth guy left in mid 2025. Also heard that the dining room was the worst position to work at this place.

The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous. I love coming to chick fil a because you’re in and out quickly. I’ve seen other locations where it’s busy and the parking area is mall and they hire someone to navigate the traffic. They definitely need to hire someone to do it. This is the longest and worst part experience.

Nailed the fries. The crispy! The hot! The salty! Team was delightful:-)

This is an excellent Denny’s chain. My friends and I come here all the time for the affordable breakfast food, but we keep coming back for the fast service and kind wait staff. In the past they have been super accommodating to us, even when we come with a large group of 10+ people. We thoroughly enjoyed all our food, the highlights today were definitely the zesty nachos and the caramel banana pancakes. The nachos had so many toppings with a delicious, creamy sauce, extremely crispy and crunchy chips, and lots of the seasoned ground beef. The caramel banana pancakes were so soft and tender, but not overly sweet with all the toppings. Overall, come here if you’re looking for an easy and affordable diner style breakfast, the food is great and the service can’t be beat.

My favorite is the one at W. Airport, @ meadows, This one here on south fry Rd, took for ever to get our foods they kept going back and forth about additions, even if we were going to pay extra, didn't offer water. And to top off it was the wrong order for one of us. Another 15 minutes for her order, coffe was warm closer to cold, had to get up my self to get condiments from another table including marmalade, it was horrible, the waiter kept apologizing and the manger offer coffe refills when we were about to leave, we will never return there, ever again.

Strange. It is located in a strip center so strange layout. When I went, there was only three employees there: a dishwasher, a cook, and one extremely overworked server who had been on the job for only three days. Much praise to the server because he was managing all of the tables plus cashing people out.

Whoever the old lady is working graveyard shift is the worst person I’ve come across with good customer service. I don’t get it if you don’t like your job why are you working there!!??? And I was still nice disregarding the obvious disrespect and no kind of care for a customers satisfaction. Please do better . Lady is literally sitting there doing nothing and gets sooo mad when she has to do her job? I don’t get it. You guys need to do better .

I dont do reviews but this place deserves every bit of what I'm about to say. I will never, for the rest of my life, choose to go to this Denny's. I waited 45 min past the time their website notified that my food was ready. Received the food and it was completely wrong. They decided they wanted to change my side to fruit for me, instead of asking then instead of the bacon I asked for in my omelet they put mushrooms. Added fact, I'm ALLERGIC to mushrooms so I'm sooo glad I saved myself and checked it. My money and time was wasted today. Yall really should be ashamed of the service you are suppose to be providing. Yall are below bare minimum smh.

Fantastic food! This is such a tiny and not busy diner. We love it. They are kind and the food is delicious. Nacho is such a great host he really was so talkative and personable. We went there for dinner on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Such a diamond in the rough. Oh and they are very generous with their napkins! 😉

There’s, apparently, a few of these back home in San Antonio but I’d never heard of them, now I know why. The food is mediocre, not bad, just not super good either. In San Antonio there’s a great Mexican restaurant on almost every corner, this food would be easily overshadowed. The service was great, the chips and salsa bar were amazing, but the enchiladas tasted reheated and the taco meat didn’t have a lot of flavor.

Got the number 1 combination plate today for lunch. 1 taco and 1 enchilada plate with rice and beans. Very disappointed with what I got. The taco meat tastes spoiled and inedible. The enchilada was drenched in mole sauce which doesn’t taste good. Wasted 12 bucks . This used to be a good place to eat but now they are serving trash. I will definitely Not come back.

We had Huevos Rancheros there. Piping hot flour tortillas. There is a buffet table with five varying degrees of hot sauces. Solid breakfast.

I love carne asada fries as I am from California so it’s a staple where I’m from this is the only place I have found carne asada fries. It was a Door Dash order it usually comes out very tasty this is a late review I ordered this on September 11,2025. I don’t know what happened to this order but it was not good so much carne asada fat very chew I just stopped eating.

Also, try the carne asada fries with sour cream cheese, guacamole, with crispy fries. This is a must try restaurant, especially if you’re from the West Coast! Amazing taco shop with simple and very authentic tastes. Easy pricing on very well made food. Fluffy flower tortillas with corn tortillas a bit larger than most. Fresh pico, perfect amounts of cilantro. Food is made fresh so larger orders can take a little longer but I never mind the wait. Front staff are kind, always well groomed and well put together making me feel safe about hygiene and food safety

MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ. So as you guys are aware, this place has a surcharge fee for credit cards. However, knowing this I paid with a DEBIT CARD and was still charged the fee. Wasn’t a big deal, but I wanted to make it known because there can be some legal issues since you cannot be charged a surcharge fee paying with a DEBIT CARD. I tried telling the staff but I don’t think they understood what I was saying and told me all cards are charged the fee despite it being illegal. So please, I hope management will read this to avoid any issues in the future.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger!!! The next time the company decides to run a Lainey Wilson Free Honey Butter Biscuit promo I hope they realize locations like this can’t handle it!! I pulled into parking drive thru at 10:40am to get one of these free promo breakfast sandwiches. There drive thru was like a parking lot, with no cars moving which told me either they didn’t prepare, and inside they can’t keep up. Instead of using common sense and having them tell cars to pull out of the drive thru so they could walk the orders out when ready (like Chick Fil A does) - this location instead kept the drive thru backed up! I finally got to the drive thru speaker (after sitting in drive thru line starting at 10:40) and 11:04am!!! 24 minutes to move up to the speaker. When I get to speaker I say “hi I would like the Lainey Wilson chicken biscuit promo” and I was told sorry breakfast ended at 11am!!! I then proceed to explain I have been sitting in their backed up not moving drive thru line for over 20 minutes and that I was indeed there before 11am. I was basically told by the very rude manager Dwight “breakfast stops at 11”. I asked can they honor the promo on something else…anything else…considering I had been sitting in their going nowhere drive thru 24 minutes. I was told “no”. They were none apologetic, and acted like they could care less. Dwight was the rudest person I have ever spoke with in a fast food restaurant ever. No professionalism at all. No offer of something else, no coupon for a future visit, no nothing. I told them check their security cameras to see how long I had been sitting in drive thru. Didn’t matter he wasn’t hearing it, and just kept coming back with his rudeness to me. Their parking lot was packed, their drive thru was packed, and no one was moving or walking out. Back door to building was wide open which makes me wonder about how sanitary they are. Clearly they were not ready to handle today’s Lainey Wilson promo!! This Whataburger and their management are terrible! If you want Whataburger do yourself a favor and drive two exits up and go to the Mason Road location. If you are on Fry Road like I was be smart and go to Chick Fil A. They are organized, professional, appreciate their customers, and know how to stay organized when there are lots of customers and promos running! Take a look at the photos I took showing the backup in the drive thru line in this terrible Whataburger!

I came in today and ordered some food. My only complaint is I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I came to the drive-through which was oddly strange because the person working the window literally never said a single word to me the whole time that she took my money, but I also had another come to the window. I think her name was Preia . She provided my shakes and then also brought my food out. Very nice very welcoming. Great customer service. And the woman that’s at the window when people pull up. I think it would do a lot of justice just to actually acknowledge a customer and just literally speak rather than just staring at them when you’re taking their money and their spending money at the establishment you work at! But the food was cool I guess. I’m just very big on customer service.

Late night staff is classless, rude and the service is just horrible. Such a long wait that the few people lined up for over 30 mins just waiting to place an order, started leaving.

I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 7:16–7:19 PM, but did not receive my food until 7:33 PM. I arrived on time and watched a man—who appeared to be the manager in a gray shirt—walking around the store, looking outside, and clearly seeing me waiting. Despite this, he only began preparing my order around 7:25 PM. When I went inside to check, a young lady confirmed that he was just then starting my order. That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially from someone wearing a manager’s shirt. To make matters worse, when my food was finally brought out, the young woman who delivered it was snickering—not smiling in a friendly way, but laughing as if the situation was amusing. The overall experience was disrespectful and unprofessional.

i usually enjoy Whataburger, but this time the fries were a letdown. they came out cold and soft, like they'd been sitting out too long. i was hoping for that fresh, hot, crispy bite, but they just didnt hit the spot. Hoping for better quality next time. fresh fires really make a difference!

Hello Team , my food is always on point! Thank you for being on time and kind I was helped with 3 workers and all the staff in the back and one on break was very kind and active the restaurant was very busy so I’m thankful to have been taken care of in a appropriate manner!!!!

Picked up a breakfast burrito, great service and delicious burrito with great value.

We picked up a to go order from here for the family and it was excellent. We love that everything was made to order and baked same day and the sweets were super tasty! We ordered the Texan Cobb and Baja Chipotle sandwiches, both were great! Other things we got was a jalapeño cheese and bacon biscuit and for dessert a Seeded Scuffin, White Raspberry Scone, and Cinnamon roll. The Seeded Scuffin was my favorite. On top of the great food, the staff was extremely kind and helpful!

I’m just a New Yorker looking for a good bagel… hahaha. for a local bakery, this is a great find. I cannot believe I’ve never stepped inside here. There are seats aplenty and a cute little trinket-y buccees-esque front area selling jams and pickles and etc from small vendors. I picked up a plain sourdough loaf and immediately had a slice which was perfectly chewy inside. Cannot wait to go home and toast a slice :) We also opted for a GX gluten free berry scone (very tasty), a chocolate chip scone (perfect texture), and a jalapeño cheddar biscuit (took a few bites. It’s hearty like an old school steel cut whole wheat base that would keep you full for hours… not sure my youngest kid would like it, but very good). All were super yummy. They apparently mill their own flour and do all the baking onsite! I’ll try their sandwiches next time :) counter staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll def be making plans to meet my friends here next time! Tried Katz’s pecan blend today as I ordered a simple cup for the drip coffee which was also good. They Katz coffee beans and coffee so that’s a smart way for us to try out the stuff before buying a bag next time! See pics and video of interior space

So happy we stumbled on this place! Fresh bread (they have a sign that says it’s even fresh milled in-shop daily), incredible sandwiches, cookies, and friendly people! Fabulous gluten free options! Cute little gift shop are with soups, mixes, tea towels, etc. My kids and I all look forward to our weekly visit here. Wish I had pictures of our food but each time we’ve eaten it too quickly haha!

We walked in in the first thing we noticed was the quiet, welcoming atmosphere. The cashier was very helpful and patient as we had never been here before so we were a bit indecisive. Ultimately, I tried a black eye. After asking what it was, they let me know it was just drip coffee with a shot of espresso which was perfect for me because I'm not one for fancy things in terms of drinks. Daughter got a vanilla bean frap, other daughter got a blue raspberry lemonade That actually tastes like real lemons, and my wife got a hot snickers latte. We also got some pastries because the reason we came here was not just for coffee. I sure Father's Day with my wife's and daughter's birthdays so this was a family outing and we all made sure to try some pastries because they looked really good and this place seems to be known for that. My wife and I got mixed berry cream cheese scones and both our daughter's got the cinnamon rolls. Needless to say we absolutely loved how everything tasted. With all of the pastries being freshly made in-house, especially with the fact that the flower is milled here, the The pastries have a very natural taste that's different from the stuff you find at the store which can taste very artificial. The food was really satisfying and didn't leave us feeling heavy. The only gripe I have would be that the Snickers latte was barely a little bit warm whereas my wife wanted it hot but it's okay. Very minor issue, if we could even call it an issue. Overall, we absolutely loved it here and will be making sure to come back regularly. I also love that they sell fresh baked bread as my wife and I really love that but making it at home can be a huge pain so we plan on coming back to stock up on some loaves that we regularly eat such as honey wheat and sourdough.

It smells soooo good once in the shop. They have an area to sit down and hang out with friends. Instead of bakery, they also sell premix and jams. Love the vibe and definetly coming back to try more. Their scones are moist and delish. If you love moist scone, this is your place.

I just discovered this treasure of a bakery! The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and good humor. They pack a lot of great items into this little shop, and it was so hard to choose because everything looked so delicious. I took home lemon blueberry bread, salted caramel cookies, a pepperoni roll, wheat bread, and a menu of all the tempting sandwiches from their cafe. Everything was really tasty and we are definitely going back for lunch so we can try more things! I wish the menu picture was better, but check out their website and see what both locations are serving!

It was my first time at this location and the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. A bonus for me is that they had Texas pecan coffee! I ordered my favorite bbq brisket and they didn't disappoint. I also ordered a bacon eggs and cheese and sadly I found myself wondering where is the bacon.

Always have the same item and they run out... twice in two days. Over priced as well but good quality.

While visiting Houston the Kolache Factory was highly recommended— it did not disappoint! Despite arriving close to closing time, there were quite a few options to choose from. The location was immaculate and the staff was pleasant. We tried: - Ranchero Kolache (7/10) - Sausage & Gravy (9/10) - Cinnamon Twists (7/10) - Cream Spinach (8/10) - BBQ Beef (7/10) - Sausage, Cheese & Jalepeno (9/10) Edit: We went back again today to see if we could try a few more flavors that were sold out yesterday: - Pepporoni Pizza (10/10) - Texas Hot (10/10) - Fruit Kolache (6/10) - Ham & Cheese was missing so we couldn’t rate - Cinnamon Roll ( We had our selections warmed up but when we got back to the hotel most were still cold. We think it’s because they were warmed in a box. Yesterday there were perfectly warmed but they were in a bag. Either way, we were still happy with our experiences and would definitely come back!

Graciela is great! The manager is evil we came In at 1:25 before the half price kolaches and Graciela bagged it up for us and at 1:27 we told them we would wait, and Emily made Graciela put all of the kolaches back and we waited 3 minutes until Graciela had to repackage all of the kolaches again. Emily is a terrible Manager!!! Graciela is a hard worker and a sweetheart.

It is sad how the place for such a great brand, has deteriorated in the last years. This is not worth of the customers that go to this branch and neither for the commercial area and its neighboring businesses.

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 weeks. I’m a store manager at one of the establishments here. I order coffee & green tea everyday. I came in around 7:40 pm and the staff did not welcome me. I waited for about 3 minutes until someone said hi and another person to take my order. I asked for a simple cup of ice which I was refused a cup. She said I had to purchase something big in order to get a cup of ice. I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer. I felt discriminated by & disappointed . Not cool Starbucks. Not cool at all.

The service was terrible. We went in and got two venti coffees, and went to get breakfast. We came back to use the restroom and sat down to have a conversation with my friends, my sister hit her vape and a lady came up to us and said very rudely that she couldn’t vape inside (there’s no signs that say she couldn’t smoke), and she’s also visiting from Mexico and doesn’t know the rules, which my sister responded with an apology and put her vape away and didn’t touch it for the rest of the conversation. A bit after the same lady came up to us again, this time with her manager next to her, and said that it was starting to smell in the section we were in, and they were gonna have to do something about that, we were so confused because we genuinely weren’t doing anything other than talking, and after a while of uncomfortable silence my sister offered to leave. We left, but just to clarify, not because we had done anything wrong, but because they had made us uncomfortable. How are we supposed to react to false allegations, we clarified that my sister hadn’t vaped since she told us she couldn’t and left. This behavior is unacceptable, the costumer service was disgusting and I’m very disappointed because this is a Starbucks that I always come to, and they just lost a costumer. The lady could’ve said it nicer and in a humanly way but she didn’t. I’m disgusted.

Been coming here for 5+ years and this barista treated me like some poor dude since I’m wearing gym clothes with a bad hair day and passive aggressively said you know you have to buy something to get a free water. I’m on my morning jog please just give me a water or I’ll order EVERYTHING off the menu at once to ruin your day.

Decent Starbucks! I was here for my study and it was nice and relaxing. Bunch of kids around 4:30 pm ish but it’s a nice place for studying! Love to be back again! :) Good service with good wifi! Cheers 🥂

This place is full of great people. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The drinks were well made and freshly brewed. Very happy with my experience.

Note, I’m a fan of Shipley’s donuts This is a pretty small Shipleys donuts where they probably have five tables total and 12 chairs or so they do have a nice outdoor patio although it is right next to Katie Freeway so it’s not the most quiet of outdoor locations. The staff was all friendly and more than willing to help out .

They recently changed staff and the ladies that are there now have horrible customer service, don't follow hygiene protocol and are rude (get your order wrong and then give you attitude when you tell them it's incorrect) 4 of them struggling when it just used to be 2 and completely diff experience. The health department should definitely do more inspections there with the new staff. The old staff with Diego and Nicole was wonderful. But now I don't think I'll be bringing my family here anymore.

The hwy 6 n location charges 2.89 for a jalapeno sausage kolache, this location charges 3.29. At the hwy 6 location there 2 sausages in each kolache, at this location there is only one, and the bread is hard and crusty, not typical fluffy Shipleys kolache. Trash.

There was a FINGERNAIL in my donut!!! We have eaten here for years and is the facility ever sparkling clean no but the food is always good UNTIL today.

We arrived at noon and this location did not have a single glazed donut. I absolutely love donuts but this place is a miss for me. I had a chocolate chocolate glazed and a chocolate cinnamon twist. The donuts were tough and a bit chewy. Now the chocolate icing was really good but no one in my group was excited about their donuts. Maybe a different location.

Location in Katy on S. Mason Rd is always great. Service is always fast and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Bord and raised in Houston and Lord knows I love me some Shipley's. I usually go to the one on Ella and 34th. So I took a chance and was like "lemme stop real quick and grab me some donuts". When I tell you them kolaches were the SMALLEST ever!! I took two bites and that kolache was gone. And THEN to make matters worse, the donuts weren't even warm. Who eats cold donuts? Not me. Idk but they need to step there game up. OG .

The food is really good. The quality of the food is also good.. Just be prepared to be there for a while. If you have ever dined in Europe, that makes it feel more authentic. A little humor there. But, the food is good. They don't have croissants, though, which I was hoping for since it was a French restaurant.

Wow! Amazing breakfast with a surprising French twist! Not sure where to start. Everything was amazing. They make their own bread in house, The chef is French and the food is spectacular. We had the Crepe Benedict and French toast brioche bread, both were amazing!

We came after church wanting to try a new place. Sadly the food is amazing. We got crepes and they tasted really good. But even when the food is amazing. The waiting time is not worth it. More than 1 hour to get 3 crepes is not right. And one of them was incorrect. The staff is amazing and they offered a brioche and apologized for the delay. But reading another comments it doesn’t seem like they would try to improve the waiting times

Cute little café. There is not much indoor seating and there are 2 outdoor tables. It has a very eclectic pseudo-French deco. It's not an easy place to take toddlers but they do have high chairs. Our son really enjoyed the Nutella Brioche. We enjoyed crepes!! I got the impression people go for coffee or to enjoy a quiet business breakfast. We might visit again or at least get crepes to go!

I stopped by Bonjour Restaurant in Katy, Texas for a morning pick me up of coffee and left with a happy heart and full stomach! I ordered a simple coffee with half-and-half, and they went the extra mile by steaming and frothing the milk – talk about elevating the basics! my friend had a mocha cappuccino and said it was delicious. She didn’t even offer me any lol! For breakfast, we split a turkey omelette that was fluffy, delicious, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself? Adorable! The decor is charming and thoughtfully, put together, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal with friends and family. I will definitely go back when I am in the Katy, Texas area. Take a look at their menu and stop in and give them a try. They had a great selection of pancakes, crêpes, sweet breads and addition to the morning fare!

It's a true cafe. Small place. The flavors were good. The prices were a little high for the portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients, but it's not outrageous. The eggs came from a box, not fresh in my pancake dish, but the omelet did seem to use fresh egs. The kitchen must be really small, becasue the speed of service is slow when the place is full, but the entire staff is friendly. Four of five on service because I watched tables remain unbussed for a while, and the kitchen was quickly backed up. Four of five on the food... even though the flavors were fine, because of the cheaper ingredients. Overall, I will go back.

Stopped here on the way to Houston for breakfast at 9am on a Saturday morning. The food was phenomenal- made to order with fresh ingredients. The coffee was delicious and the French toast was definitely top 1 or 2 that we’ve ever eaten. It is sweeter than most but the flavor combinations are 5 star. The fried egg brioche sandwich was also very delicious. Hard to pick what I would order the next time but will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

Stopped for a quick breakfast and to use the restroom. I hate using public restrooms but it was very clean!! So infinite stars for that!. Also Andres was fantastic and had great customer service. I was impressed by him. He was very polite and had a smile the whole time even through our family shenanigans in picking what we want. Glad we stopped in!

Come on, now.....there's literally no filling in my sausage and gravy kolache. This is absolutely ridiculous...they've gotten smaller too. If this is the new norm, I won't be returning and giving my money for this bullshit.

Too hyped. That’s all I can say. The vegetarian kolaches are always out or left with a few even at 10 in the morning……so not fair !!! The staffs were extremely busy so no nice welcoming or greetings…. I guess……Bummer! The place was clean as everyone was only picking up their to-go’s. Not going back.

This place is wonderful. The Kolache were delicious, and the service was really great. The tables were a little dirty as were the restroom. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll be coming back for sure.

Slow service, always understaffed one or 2 employees trying to run between drive through and store orders, they keep the donuts for couple of days until they sell them out. They don’t discard the bad donuts after couple of days. Just don’t go there cheap owner bad management

The store is pretty okay but the service is not so great, went with my husband and niece to get ice cream. Told them I wanted the world classic chocolate, I got a whole different flavor and then gave us in a two scoop cup and the portion was less then two scoop, also ask for the new cup that they were promoting and was told they didn’t have any more but there was like a whole bunch sitting in the corner

While the avocado bacon toast was palatable, it arrived cold, and the bacon appeared undercooked. The hash browns were both burnt and cold. The midnight coffee was, however, of excellent quality. The drive-thru service was efficient, and the attendant was both respectful and helpful. So, this was my first time at this Fry Road spot, but the avocado bacon toast is usually my go-to, and it's usually served hot at other places. The hash browns are always cold and overcooked, it seems. But the midnight coffee is always awesome.

My sister and I went earlier today and their service was not the best. We went through the drive through and the employee did not even know what flavors they had so we decided to go inside. When I went inside there were icecreams that were obviously old and had been melted. Most of the labels were wrong or not labeled at all. After eating the ice cream me and my sisters stomachs were very upset and queasy. They need to remove all of those ice creams and get fresh ones!!!!

Owners please be aware , every time I go to this location the bagels are horrible hash browns and breakfast sandwiches . They have the hash browns to me burned the BEC croissant taste horrible . I love Dunkin all the way from NJ growing up and I love getting doughnuts for my kid but wow please train the staff to CARE about the quality of food they are serving .

If there was a way to put negative star rating on here I would! I try to look at the bright side of things on anything and everything I possibly can before leaving a bad review. This place was horrible. The customer service was complete trash!! We were through the drive through at this location where we were greeted over the speaker by a lady who was making it very obvious by tone of voice we interrupted her from doing whatever she was doing before we had shown up and she wasn’t happy about it. Not only was she right of the rip rudely asking me to repeat myself on multiple instances during our conversation due to her being distracted by what I’m assuming is a coworker on the inside since there was no other cars in the parking area besides two near the employee entrance in the back, but after it took what seemed like forever to place just my wife’s order when I went to place my own she cut me off mid sentence with “You can pull forward now” fallowed by the e sound of the drive thru head set clicking off. So I pull forward only to be greeted by a guy in his late teens early twenties with an equally sounding annoyed tone to his voice as he tells me my total. I try to tell him that I was trying to order more. Except he too cut me off with “ Your total is $4.58.” As I repeated again I wanted to order more but was cut off at the speaker I get a very rude and almost angry sounding reply of “ and what am I supposed to do with that information!” Which through my blood pressure through the roof of my vehicle causing me to just drive off without our order before I said something that would have caused a bigger issue for me that wasn’t worth the time to deal with over ppl like them. I will never ever return to this location even though its like the only one near me and really really have a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin/Baskin Robin’s company all together now thanks to them. So to those to employees i would like to thank you very much for ruining one of my favorite places from my childhood I loved going to for a scoop of ice cream on the weekends!! Much appreciated hope I can return y’all the favor some day!!!

I went in to order food and drinks for my family and I and the workers there were so sweet. The girl taking my order messed up the add ins on the drinks as well as accidentally added an extra drink (partially my fault). We got everything figured out and then the manager Veronica came over and started to argue with me and telling me that I was wrong? Whats up with that? We got everything figured out and she had to insert herself and then she started yelling at her employees! VERY Imappropriate if you ask me. HORRIBLE customer service on her part. DO NOT ask to talk to Veronica if you need to talk to someone because she made everything 100 times worse. She needs to be fired IMO

Minuti Coffee in Katy is my go-to spot when I need a cozy escape. It’s perfect for quiet reading, studying, or even hosting team leadership meetings with my wife and other partners. The atmosphere is quaint and has a great vibe that makes it easy to settle in and focus. The drinks never disappoint. My personal favorite is the Caramel Macchiato, smooth and sweet, and exactly what you need to take a break from the city hustle. The food is great as well, which makes it easy to spend a few hours here. What I really appreciate about this location is how genuine the staff is. They don’t seem pressured to perform politeness, so every interaction feels real and authentic, which is rare these days. If you’re looking for more space, the Cinco Ranch location is great for a laid-back and open feel. But if you want something intimate and cozy, the Katy location is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

We had coffee, doppio (espressos), gelato, and the pastries (vanilla leaf, apple pastry, and cheese danish). All pretty good but the clientele is was not your typical student or studious crowd. Lots of loud older folk, but very diverse. I liked that. I heard at least 4 different languages spoken. There’s a large open air smoking area and clean bathrooms inside, and a jug for water. It’s open later than starbies (till10!) so maybe it’s quieter later in the day. I was here for 4 hours on a sat afternoon.

Minuti Coffee hits different, smooth, bold, and miles better than Starbucks. The quality speaks for itself. And the staff? So welcoming, you’ll find it hard to leave. My favorite little escape at the end of the day.

Paid for a almond milk latte that did not taste good (almonds milk was either old or did not taste good) I had bought here before and the taste was definitely diffrent. I let them know and wanted to change it to regular milk latte. I was told that I would have to buy another latte cause they cant change the one I purchased even though I told them that the one with almond milk tasted funny and I only took a taste of it. I never had service that basically told me that I had to pay for another coffee when the one I purchased before was not done right. 🙃

Please remove italian from your coffee brand bc it is making Italy look bad. The Ice O vanilla tastes nothin like coffee and more like a milk shake. There is no robust flavor of coffee and your prices are aligned with starbuks but u dont come near the quality of them. This is a sad place for coffee. Disgusting drinks.

Definitely great customer service. It was our first time and they took the time to explained their menu. Brewed coffee was not as strong as my preferred Pike coffee from Starbucks. But the food was amazing, specifically the caprese baggett with mozzarella cheese.

we all love coffee and starbucks is the king when it comes to that but this place might be the next runner up. went here seeing all the hype and reviews so decided to try it out. as soon as you walk in you can tell they payed attention to the details. seats and checkout as well as there little gift section. I tried the vanillachino I think it was called as well as a blueberry scone and a bagel. The food here was awesome and the coffee OMG lol what I liked most of all about this place was the customer service. they made sure I got my order, came by and asked if everything was good and even had some funny jokes lol For me it's all about customer service and quality and this place takes the cake. try it out you won't be disappointed.

I ordered a McChicken, but was given a spicy version instead, and it was served only lukewarm. While the fries were hot, the burger itself was barely warm. Although this was already disappointing, the real issue was far more serious. As I was nearly finished eating the burger, I bit into a piece of paper inside the sandwich！！！It was sticky🤮printed thermal paper with faded text on it. This is absolutely disgusting and raises serious food safety concerns.

They have the best food like I mostly go there because it is the closest place and the customers, foods, and everything was just nice!

The staff here is so friendly and kind. I usually don't expect a lot from McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by the crew here. The restrooms and eating area were clean also.

Trash location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold and you can tell it was old. I asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. They hire anybody and so the employees don't care because it's not their food. No one wants to spend their hard earned money only to receive old cold food. I will never go to any McDonald's again. Better customer service elsewhere. The reviews suck for a reason. Do better McDonald's!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude—she yelled at customers instead of handling issues calmly or respectfully. While we were in the drive-thru, they gave us the wrong item, and when we pointed it out, the staff showed no concern or effort to make it right. The attitude from the team, especially the manager, felt completely apathetic. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect.

I asked for 4D. Spicy deluxe chicken. Probably 4-5 times. There was a language barrier and I get that - but I paid for food and didn’t even get what I ordered. I got a plain chicken sandwich, and NO sauce (despite asking for ranch 3-4 times over the speaker) There were multiple people speaking over the drive through line, just have someone that’s bilingual stand there. I don’t wanna pay for food I don’t want.

They are always behind on their drive-thru orders. And at night it’s a good 30minute plus wait on the lanes.And usually in the morning they always get my order wrong. I’ve asked for sausage breakfast muffins on the app and in person they always give me ham. Maybe they don’t have it available early in the morning but they should let the customer know before subbing it themselves.

Great place for brunch. Get there either early or late afternoon for the best seating. The wait is never really too long, and you can get a text when the table is ready while waiting in your car. If you get cold easily, bring a light jacket because the AC is blasting. Brunch and breakfast items are really good, everything tastes hot and fresh. Omelets, coffees, juices, healthy options, and large quantities. There's a reason why this place is always packed on the weekends, and the staff is super nice as well. Great place to grab a bite, have a small get-together, or just to take a break from the day.

This place has awesome atmosphere. Took my mom here for a late breakfast. We sat at the bar and were quickly taken care of by Aaron. He was so welcoming and positive. It was a busy Saturday and he managed all of us with grace. The food was perfection. Came out hot and fresh! Thank you Aaron for taking such good care of us!

This place is great! The French toast was cooked to perfection with a great flavor! The breakfast tacos were good. The only thing that I would do different is remove the refried beans from them. It was too thick, tasteless, and too much added. I ended up taking the eggs, avocado, and bacon out of the taco and eating it separately because of it. It had two layers of a flour tortilla which was too much as well so the shells with the refried beans stayed on a separate plate, but the flavor is great!!!! Overall experience, I’ll return!

We visited First Watch on a busy Saturday morning for brunch. Despite the crowd, we were surprised to be seated right away with no wait. We ordered The Works Omelet and the seasonal Shrimp & Grits. Both dishes were good. The Works Omelet was satisfying, filled with ham, bacon, and sausage, along with the house-roasted mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. It’s a solid choice for anyone craving for a classic, protein-packed breakfast. The Shrimp & Grits was a standout. The sautéed Cajun shrimp and andouille sausage were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The balance of spice, texture, and comfort made it a memorable and comforting brunch option. Service was friendly despite the weekend rush. A great spot for casual brunch with quality and a warm atmosphere.

Just picked up my order and this is the worst breakfast I’ve ever had from first watch! This is just overpriced hospital breakfast! My Belgian waffle was soggy and smashed like someone dropped it! My bacon and eggs were ice cold! By cheese grits were hard as a rock! And dry. Then have the nerve to put a sticker on the bag implying that the food is “fresh” YEAH RIGHT!! UPDATE: Although someone responded on here, I sent an email and no response. It has been 1 month.

This whata is awful!!! I’ve ordered around the times of 2am and they ALWAYS get my order wrong I dont understand HOW. I ask for no tomatoes or onions and they slather it on still. And god forbid I get two different burgers because they’ll slap the sticker for the right burger on it, then slap another sticker on top of that one for the 2nd burger??? This leads to me getting two burgers with the same build so I never get what I ordered and it’s extra stuff I did not want. I’m allergic to tomato and they never fail to ignore the instructions that says NO TOMATOES. Whoever is working the hours of 2am and 3am needs to be checked cause what are you on. This has happened 5 times in the same week.

I ordered a double meat whataburger with NO mustard and when I get home and check it, it has mustard; so I go back to the restaurant to get it fixed and when I get it back instead of TWO patties (that I already paid for) it only has one. At the end, I just decided to eat it cause I had already been to the restaurant TWICE and they messed up my order both times. I’ve been coming to this location for years and they always get something wrong in my orders but I never complain cause normally is something I can overlook but dang, it’s been long enough and the single burgers aren’t the same price as the double burgers.

When it comes to fast food, I usually just like to get in & get out. However, being able to get to know Ms. Eva over time has turned me into a customer who will drive past another Wataburger location just so I can visit with her & say hi. Very warming & personable!

I come to this location often after or before work and I’ve always had a great experience and they always give me great service and fresh food! Eva who I often see is so kind and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items, and always has a smile on her face!

Ordered a basic bacon quarter pounder (shouldnt be hard to make with the extra add ons right? Wrong) didn't have the extra lettuce I paid for or the mayo or even the bacon which is absolutely ridiculous.. Come on guys.. it has BACON as the first word for the burger. I worked fast food, it's not hard to double check the orders you put out. Hopefully (if) the next time I order it isn't as crappily done.

Lots of parking available and there is a drive through if you want to eat on the go. We decided to eat in and the kids played in the indoor play area. Ordering food was easy and it was fast, as you'd expect. Food was ok and service was good.

Food is 50/50 you can tell when they give you old nuggets or fries that were put back in the fryer to be reheated. Take out service is awful. For every breakfast and dinner take out order I've waited at the counter for a minimum of 20 mins to be helped along with other customers. The employees in the kitchen just stare at you the whole time while you call for help. Could use better management if there's no expectation or training for the staff to acknowledge customers.

Literally the best McDonald’s ever! Such such good service. ALL employees are so polite no matter what time it is. I live closer to the I-10 McDonalds but drive the extra 3 mins each way to this location because I have never ONCE had bad service here. The GOAT of McDonalds locations. Very clean too.

I never thought I would rate a McDonalds but this place deserves my review I’ve come here multiple times in the last few months and every time I’ve came the food was fresh ! The service was great ! I waited a long time for the curbside order. The Big Mac had the smallest patties I have ever seen. There was no shredded Lettuce at all unless it was micro shredded. My LARGE fires were HALF FILLED. If I wanted a small fries, I would have ordered a small. The fries were also cold. Amazing! it's 104 out but my fries somehow were cold. For $9.52, I should've went down the street to the 99 Ranch to get their lunch special. This was horrible.

False Advertisement!!!!!! They’re advertising on the app and at the Starbucks stores! Get a free refill on handcrafted coffee, regular coffee and drinks!!! When I requested to get “free refill “ (first time) the guy refused with an ugly face! I said there’s a big sign on the table where it says that clearly!

I dont recommend this location. I placed a mobile order at 5:37 p.m. and it said it will take 6 to 9 Minutes around 5:42pm. 2 customers came after me and placed their orders and received their orders before me. So I went to the counter and asked the girl with the pins on her hat what happened to my mobile order that I placed and she said sorry for the wait. But almost 30min for a mobile is inconvenience.

Buyer beware! I ordered large fries as a part of my meal. I trusted to get what I ordered only to find l did not receive what I ordered. It was a large container, but far from filled. Since it was takeaway, I could not simply go back to the counter and complain. Always look in the bag before driving away!

Grilled burgers are the best. The BK Whopper rocks hands down. The kids stayed an hour in the play area after eating their nuggets and burger. I of course got the smaller Whopper Jr with the same great taste. Although the facility was a little dirty, the staff were fast and friendly. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich is a good sandwich that has some kick.

It's fast food so not really much in that area, but what really sets this location apartfrom the rest is the staff is really friendly and helpful. The have a really cool indoor playground that makes me wish I was a kid again. When they run out of kid's meal toys they gave them ice cream to make up for it.

This is one of the nicer locations in town with great service. For the most part, a Whataburger is a Whataburger, but this one was a mark above the rest. We had 7 or 8 people with us, so it was an unusually big order. There were a few issues with orders, but they made them all right. Food was fast and fresh, hot and delicious. Love it.

Heaven forbid you come after 12am. CHELSEA is the absolute WORST. If you order anything that requires a drop in thr fryer you get 100% attitude and 100% unappreciated come backs. I asked for fresh curly fries..(2.5min) in the fryer i got met with and I QUOTE.."I have no control with what goes the fryer"...im sorry I managed a competitive fast food joint and we PRIDED ourselves on having "fresh" products. The female employee that was working at 4am on 3/10/2025 is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We pulled up to the speaker and before we could say anything, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!" We said okay and proceeded to place our order online. My husband said, "Ma'am?" And again, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!" My husband and I were shocked. He responded, "Yes. We are placing one now. I just wanted to know if your ice cream machine is working." She said, "Ughhh yeah but we can't do that. It's online orders only." Since it wasn't working, we waited quite some time and asked if the system was still updating and she said, "Yeah..." and I kid you not, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!" When we tried to speak to her, she laughed and made some very rude comments. We will get all the information we need about this store and this particular employee and have a nice, long chat with corporate.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of going to. We went to the drive thru and ordered two drinks: a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with a cream base, extra caramel, and light ice. One was a grande and one was a venti. The worker said she’d have to build the cream base manually since it got taken off the menu (thanks to Starbucks corporate) and we said okay. Our TWO drinks came out to $17.32. We paid and when they gave us our drinks they didn’t even look like caramel ribbon crunches. For one thing there was no caramel in the drink and worse, there was no caramel drizzled on top, despite us paying for extra caramel. So literally no caramel in a CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH. When we told the barista (she said she just got here) she laughed like it was a joke and said “that’s hilarious” before adding the drizzle on top. We asked for caramel in the drink… like how it is supposed to be made and she said it would be an extra charge as if $17 was not expensive enough, so we just took the drinks and left. I took one sip and it literally tasted like nothing. There was no caramel at all inside the drink so we had to pull over and go inside the store for a refund. When we went inside the barista seemed shocked that two drinks cost almost $20 and then they couldn’t refund us the $17.32 we spent because “the machine only went up to $15” when she was inputting the order. So basically whoever rung us up overcharged us aka STOLE from us for no reason and for an awful quality drink. She said “there were people in training” so that might have been the reason for the mix up. Despite us showing the charge on our card for the drink (because they didn’t provide a receipt) she said she couldn’t do anything about it and told us to call the 1-800 number. So all in all Starbucks stole money from us. Not only did we not get the drinks we spent $17 for because the quality was so atrocious, we dealt with rude baristas and weren’t even able to get our money back. Stay clear because God forbid customers try to order a drink that actually tastes like it’s supposed to without being scammed. I’m attaching a picture of the “caramel” Frappuccino (with no caramel layers in the drink) so if Starbucks sees this, please let me know if this actually looks like something you would feel proud selling to customers.

I would like to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience my friends and I had today at your location. For the past few months, we have gathered every Wednesday at this Starbucks to enjoy coffee and conversation. The music is often quite loud, but we have never complained about it. Today, with temperatures in Katy reaching nearly 100 degrees, we decided to sit inside. One of our friends brought her 11-month-old granddaughter. As babies do when they are happy, she made a few excited sounds, but she was not screaming or being disruptive. A staff member approached us and asked us to leave, claiming the baby was screaming and that loud talking or laughter is not allowed because it interferes with the headsets worn by the employees. We were shocked and deeply offended. We have never felt so unwelcome in a public place. We would like to ask: – Are children not welcome in your stores? – Is it inappropriate to talk or laugh while enjoying coffee at Starbucks? – If there are specific noise policies, why are there no signs posted to inform customers? This experience made us feel unfairly judged and discriminated against. We hope Starbucks values community, family, and respectful conversation. We kindly ask for clarification and hope no other guests are made to feel this way in the future.

We were a group of women enjoying a nice afternoon together at this Starbucks. One of us had her 11-month-old granddaughter with her. For the first 40 minutes, the baby was peacefully asleep. When she woke up, she began making the usual sounds a baby her age makes — nothing extreme, just typical baby babble. ⠀ Suddenly, a staff member came over and asked us to leave because the baby was “too loud” and was making it hard for them to hear orders. He suggested we continue our conversation outside — even though the temperature was 95°F at the time. ⠀ It’s important to note that there were only two other customers in the store, and the music was playing quite loudly as well. ⠀ We left feeling shocked and disappointed. As a brand that promotes inclusion and community, Starbucks should reconsider how they treat families and caregivers.

I typically use their drive through for service. They've gotten my order wrong a couple times, but mostly right. One time i asked for non dairy, and i ended up blowing up the restroom at work (Thanks Starbucks). Been inside once but for pickup. The lady looked confused when i asked for my order, but she got herself together and found my stuff. Seemed clean inside. Never used restrooms. Typical Starbucks vibes.

Yesterday I was at Starbucks and a lady had a baby and the staff requested her to leave because the baby did so much noise... BABY WAS JUST DOING NORMAL NOISES NOT SCREAMING OR CRYING WHAT KIND OF INCLUSION AND SERVICE IS THIS!? Im never coming back. This is one of the worst and poor excuses I have seen in a Starbucks. Do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time at this place the attitude of the workers is just unbelievable for what I saw yesterday.

Went thru drivethru and was told to wait at speaker as i saw 3 cars order and go thru the other line b4 i got my order taken. Then once i got my order i was missing my hash brown so had to reverse and go inside and get it. Below average service at this place. Management mustv changed bc it used to b better. Dear McDonald's. Stop thinking my Facebook posts are about you. Some of us have lives. This is about you: I brought this store to champion status and made them money but they fired me. They were discriminating against my disability and didnt want to give me a raise. I'm 31 and they started paying younger kids more than me cuz a customer once asked my manager how much I made and she said $16 an hour. Not even close. I told him I make $10 and they gave this one kid a raise because of that. A manager would tell me to shut up all the time. Yeah intense discrimination of disability by a manager. I told them that when mcdonalds in Orem fired me, they lost business from the city.

Showed up 30 minutes till close, I know it’s not ideal but they are open. Food took 30 minutes and was disgusting and inedible. The burger patty was so burned and dry I had to spit it out.

Rodrigo has to go. This guy was probably to worst I've ever encountered for real. I never leave reviews but I had to this time. Rodrigo was extremely rude and slammed the door and broke the sliding door closing it on me. I told the manager and she said they were understaffed and her employees are stressed ???????? Stressed??? Does that give the right to be in a bad mood ??? So he was very unprofessional. I'm in management and I'm telling you get him out of there. He should never work the line or take orders. The service couldn't be worse. The worst. A female employee was so rude. We were told to park and was expected to get the order. The employee approached us with the food and yelled at us, saying why you parked here, not there?. She literally threw the food to us. The worst service and attitude.

It was 8:30pm, there were 3 cars in the drive through, 2 people waiting for food, I ordered and I had to wait 15 minute for a happy meal. This is the slowest McDonald's in the area. They had 8 employees in the back and everyone was waiting 10-15 minutes for food. This used to be fast food.

Has McDonald's started to charge for a cup of water? My wife and I had an odd experience at this McDonald's. We ordered breakfast and I asked for two cups of water for dine in. When I picked up our order I asked the lady at the counter for the two cups of water. She told me they no longer give any water and I'd have to pay 55 cents for each cup. Genuinely surprised I asked in a fairly loud voice 'What? You charge for water now?' I took our order back and we started to eat our breakfast. About halfway through our meal an employee comes to our table with two cups of water. I don't know what their policy is now. I suppose I'll just stop going there.

I brought my nieces here around 6:30pm. Ordered three meals, two being 10 piece chicken nuggets. We were asked what sauce we wanted at the window and the receipt shows sweet and sour and ketchup. After waiting 10 minutes, When they delivered the food there were no sauces. When my husband went in to get them, they gave him 3 ketchup packages! For three meals! Not happy meals, adult meals. Horrible service.

I got a Mocha Frappe and it wasn't well blended. The restroom is so small only one stall. Doesn't even smell good and looks clean.

HORRIBLE..my daughter's burger was not coooked...chicken sandwich had the mayo on ONE side of the top piece of the bun..it's under the lettuce. You see it has lettuce, mayo and tomato..NONE of the tomatoes ended up on the sandwich! They were just thrown in the box! Effing AWFUL! fries was cold..need to gone out of business!

Ridiculous. They close at 11pm and the app doesn’t work after 10pm according to the associate. Ok got it, but No half lemonade/sweet tea, or ice tea. I have received my food from drive thru and look at my drink before I even have a sip, photo attached. I will have to double check on my food once I get home, hopefully they didn’t spit on my food.

I just wanted to switch my adult happy meal toy. I got a hamburger block… the box was still sealed. They’re acting like they work in the pentagon the way they protect these toys.

They do a lot mistake, for my order in cubside they never come and when go in, they dont have ready my order and I see othes como after me in cubside and leave and I stay waiting, inside the give me drink with ice when I say no Ice, they dont ask if you are waiting or for order, see people return wrong orders or incomplete. Need to training the team for what is customer service, this is a fast food and bad service do people dont return for this one for the same I say here.

Stopped by for a quick meal for my kids, the line was unusually slow but with an even pace. Good thing was that they got my orders right, plus my kids loved the meal and drinks so that's good. Stop by and grab yourself some burgers......or something 😅 PS I don't particularly eat fast food cos the way my age and lower abdomen is set up, it'll take me a whole month to burn off those calories. My kids on the other hand have the blessing of youth. 🥴😁

Other than their Coca-Cola, which for some reason is fantastic; I will not or would not eat their food under any circumstances. If you do eat here, make sure your life insurance is up to date.

Guy that took my order was very thorough. Our food was fresh and correct. Wait time was about what i expected with the after school rush. Restrooms were nice. Tons of seating.

This morning was crazy! I arrived about five minutes early, not realizing they open at 6 AM. The manager saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. Then she made me drive all the way around, saying she couldn’t take my order at the first window. Customer service is KEY! It was a heavyset Spanish-speaking lady. Customer service is KEY!!!!!! Spanish heavyset lady!!!

I just spent $69.75 via the Jack in the Box and this store 3955 has no order for me. As a Web developer. I’m no idiot. I know that it can happen and it can get lost in transit. But the store has been extremely rude and claims that they do not have my order. I ordered at 11:11 A.M. today and I have yet to received my order. So I guess I’m going to have to fight my bank like the Manager told me to yet it’s ridiculous because I have hungry children and elderly here. For them to basically tell me I’m screwed in a not so nice way is poor management at this location. I should not have to fight to get my money back. The store should make it correct? Or at least that app should have a phone number so you can get in contact with them. Not an email that tells you they have high volume and you can expect delays, but here’s the deal in today’s society if that was my last bit of money. What if I didn’t have the convenience of being able to order my family another meal places like this their apps, DOORDASH. It’s all a scam. They’re taking our money, and I am definitely jumping on the DOORDASH lawsuit. Might want to check that out y’all. Sad to say this will be last visit or order from this location because DoorDash doesn’t refund for food you don’t receive and lately this stores food has been rather disappointing. I have 3 other orders I’ll list here later with pics of proof of all the food orders that have been messed up with no compensation. FOR EXAMPLE IF I GO INTO AN ESTABLISHMENT AND DINE & DASH THATS THEFT!!! ISNT THIS THE SAME THING???!!! IVE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY AND THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CONSUMERS

Would give zero stars if it was an option. The food was very old, dry and cold. Look at pictures, the 1 on left is today at this location and other on right is the same meal at Westheimer and Gessner last week which is always superb!

Excellent. The best Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, super quick service and all the food was fresh, crispy fried foods, hot and juicy burgers. Truly great food for a very good price, exceeded all of my expectations.

Great staff, very quick and respectful, even when understaffed during Christmas last year, I got to see impatient people yelling at them through their windows, and They kept a smiling regardless on the horrible customers, God bless these workers. Got every item I ordered and it was big.

I would recommend stopping by in here. This is a nice coffee shop with a relaxed atmosphere. They play nice jazz in the background. They make great drinks. The barista (Danny) suggested for me to get the hot crème brûlée latte. It was very good. Looks like they also have gelatos as well. I did not try them on this trip. They have a good amount of seats and outlets along the wall. It was great to visit Minuti Coffee and I will be back.

The coffee didn’t taste good. They were really watered down and had odd flavors. I got the cappuccino and the Mitad and it wasn’t a par. It just didn’t taste like coffee and I was really hoping for a better experience cause I was looking forward to trying them. Not Italian coffee at all and don’t plan to return nine dollars for two coffees medium sized. Great staff very knowledgeable. I had questions and they had answers for it. went through the drive-through, but I have been in there once and it’s very nice inside.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about coffee they’re always happy to recommend something new

I love this location! Such a good find in Katy! I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a danish and the iced coffee was perfect. Great customer service and friendly environment! I could tell those who helped me love what they do!! I’ll be back for sure!

Very surprised by this place. We arrived around 10 am. There were a lot of customers and the baristas were very busy, but they still took the time to greet us with a big smile. Mr. G served us; you could tell this guy loves his job. The drinks were incredible and all the pastries were fresh and delicious. Karla and Stephanie complete this wonderful team. Congratulations! These employees truly deserve recognition for their excellent performance. We will definitely come back for another family breakfast.

An amazing shop to go to for great tasting coffee and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming as I come here a lot to study and need some peace. Great service from the baristas!! I enjoy my visits every time!

With so many coffee shops to choose from and with so many news ones popping up left and right, I try to narrow down to those that have something unique to offer. A recent search for something new and different in my vicinity led me to try Ziggi’s Coffee in Katy, TX. What you will find at Ziggi’s is the usual coffee drinks and teas common to other coffeeshops, but there is more. They also serve energy infusions, smoothies, sparkling sodas, assorted fruit drinks, and others. If you’re in need of a snack, you will find many items to enjoy, among them breakfast sandwiches, assorted burritos, paninis, cookies, and breads. The food selection is better than what I have seen at other coffee shops and I have liked what I have tried so far, which have been the burritos and sweet treats. With the drinks, I usually go for a coffee- based beverage and I have liked what they serve at Ziggi’s, with the Colorado Mocha and the Gold Rush Cold Brew among the standouts. My only small issue is that, if you order one of the smaller, cold coffee drinks, there is a little too much ice; so much so, that your drink runs out faster than you would like. I didn’t have this problem with the larger size drinks, and of course, there is no such issue with the hot beverages they serve here. But the smaller serving sizes don’t last as long as they should, due to the ice content. The interior of this Ziggi’s location is larger than that of most other coffee shops. They offer varied seating, too, including sofas. I like it when I can find a coffee shop with sofas and chairs. It’s much more comfortable than sitting on a hard seat and it makes you feel right at home. I also like the large windows, as they let in plenty of natural light. Coffee shops are numerous, but Ziggi’s Coffee is certainly a standout in this crowded market. Tasty drinks and a pleasant atmosphere make Ziggi’s a place you need to add to your coffeehouse visitation routine.

I love authentic coffee shops. Coming from a place whose social life is partially built upon coffee shops and defining part of who you are by the one you adhere to, it is a relief and a joy to find Ziggi's! There are not many real coffee houses in Katy in this area at all. Starbucks does not count at all. This place gets all the stars! I have gone twice and I will recommend it to everyone. It is the only place to go in my mind now. There is a drive through if you do not want to stay, but I think you should. The ambiance is exactly what a person wants in the mornings. It transforms the entire space. I forgot I was in Katy and there was construction. Everyone who works there is so kind, friendly and courteous, but completely comfortable and normal. They are so efficient! My favorite is a tea with hibiscus. It is rare to find that here. They have a great selection of interesting and flavorful teas. It has a variety of seating. The wooden chairs are very comfortable and the tables are the perfect height. You can type easily with no discomfort. The music is not loud and is contemporary. It adds instead of distracting. Inside it feels cozy because of the warm colors and the abundance of natural light. It is a meeting place and a work space. There are outlets at all tables in convenient locations. The bar at the window is inviting. Great job overall! I fully recommend this coffee shop!

Just visiting from Dallas and went to try a recommend coffee shop close by. It was very sweet and creamy coffee! The breakfast items were delicious too! The staff gave good recommendations when picking out and customizing our coffees!

Stopped in for my first time. I was in the area and needed to do some work and wanted to have a refreshing drink. Mission accomplished! The staff is extremely welcoming and have great customer service the atmosphere is relaxing. I had a dragonfruit splash it was deliciously refreshing and a blueberry muffin that was heated up to perfection. Moist and crunchy the way I prefer, any time I am in Katy and need a place to work and feel comfortable. Ziggi's is now my go to

The customer service here is unmatched! I’ve been a customer since they opened. I’ve never had a bad experience, never! Staff is pleasant and they always get my order right. Jacob stands out because of his HIGH energy.lol. It is contagious and just what I need first thing in the morning. Oh, and their drinks are yummy. 🤩

A couple of days ago, I ordered a "Dirty soda" for my son through their app for the first time; we substituted the base soda thinking that was going to get rid of the coconut flavor that was on the description (we're new to the dirty soda world haha), but it didn't because as the young lady that was there explained, the coconut cream was still in the recipe...she quickly offered to remake it when I told her my son didn't like the coconut flavor; she was super nice about it, and my son loved the soda after the coconut cream was taken out. We'll definitely be coming for more and will make sure to read the whole description before ordering!
