Day visit during the Summer ... Only 1.5 hrs from Denver. The drive is breathtaking. Great customer service. We decided to book an e-bike tour the same day, last minute so we had to call. We did the Riverside tour but the mountain tour was also an option. If we had arrived earlier maybe we could have done both. Included with it was a day pass for the gondola and $12 drink voucher (can only be redeemed on resort owned restaurants. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The bikes were pretty comfortable. The only disappointment was the food options after.

Rooms were very nice. Not a hotel but hotel-like. Multiple restaurants were shutdown during our stay (the one we wanted to go to was shutdown for a private event) & restaurant shutdowns weren't mentioned when we booked. One of the 2 mountain slides was also shutdown. Other than that a nice place to visit.

Winter Park is a great family ski resort. Nice accommodations and cute little village. The stores do close down by 6pm or so, not a lot of nightlife but great for families that like to hang out.

The only downside was no air conditioning and at night the room was very warm and you couldn't open the bed room windows. And one of the rooms a family member was in( our meet up area) kitchen sink was backed up the entire time and maintenance came with a plunger but didn't fix the problem during the 3 days we were there.

Spoke with Nikki in Customer Service at 4:58pm (they close at 5pm). Was thankful she answered the phone and was extremely helpful! She stayed on the phone with me and tried to find an answer to my questions. Can't said enough kind things about Nikki and the team at Winter Park. We are headed there this summer for a concert and had some questions. We always have a great time skiing, but had a few questions about summer activities. Thank you Nikki!

The alpine slide is the best!!! The staff wad amazing and super helpful! We went on late August so the crowds were smaller.

Nice and cozy place to take a break or grab lunch! You can enjoy the scenery from inside the lodge as they have a lot of window seats. I didn't have any of the food, but did get several cookies from the booth near the entrance which were pretty good! The staff was really nice too.

Park your skis/board on the rack outside and enjoy this nice mid mountain spot to get food! The Chicken tender bowl with mashed potatoes hit the spot! Other food options are also very tasty. Usual pricing for ski food and drinks. Great views and you can *usually* find a spot to sit even on a busy day.

Food was good; service in restaurant/bar not so much. Beautiful location. Drinks not so good. Music fun. Lots of seating options. Happy Hour is s great idea but can you include sunset in the hours? Gondola ride up was about the smoothest, quietist, cozy, and comfortable I've had at any CO ski resort and its staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful.

Lots of options and one spot! We loved the ride up and back in the gondola and enjoyed music at the top with hot chocolates. There was also a little wine bar situation for a quieter setting and a dining area surrounded by windows on the other side. Next time we’ll go up for dinner!

Hopped off the Gondola with the dog and went to the lodge for lunch. The menu is limited but the nachos and chicken nuggets with queso were decent and did the trick. Amazing views. The dog wasn't allowed in the lodge and we were told that when we came in because of the hail outside. But the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. We walked to the bottom from the lodge which is a very cool 2.1-mile hike (all downhill). It was July 4th and 42 degrees which was lovely. Highly recommend this place. Hopefully one day they will accept Bitcoin as payment and then get a 5th star.

The view is amazing. We've spent for $20 (just food, without drinks) per person during summer season. I found it's reasonable and the food was delicious. Curious what priced do they have during the winter. No people during September (we were on weekday). Friendly stuff.

Seth the manager has a smile that’s contagious with dimples with a curtsy. Pizza is exquisitely delicately yummy. I can’t remember his name but the older gentleman that’s me and my husband’s age (I bought breakfast burritos (brisket) from him one morning from the Shell station in Frazier is working there now and is a beautiful addition. I’m addicted to your pizzas and service. Thank ya’ll!!!!

Just had another slice today! Tasty pizza and cool guys working there. Great place to chill either inside or outside. Well priced too, especially for being at the base of a ski resort. Its actually affordable.

Great staff, great music and really great pizza. Love the twisted crust and plentiful filling. So pleased we stopped by.

Service was awesome and the staff was nice. Sauce is amazing and the crust is pretty standard for the mountains, but I ordered a "specialty slice" and they just dumped raw veggies on top of a pepperoni pizza slice and served it like that. So stuck with pepperoni if you want a decent slice.

Got the gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. 10/10. The dough is soft and a little crunchy, the cheese melts really well and tastes amazing! My partner who doesn’t need to eat gluten or dairy free tried it and liked it a lot! He even ate the crust which he never does! The pizza is also really good cold, too. If you are vegan or have dietary restrictions then definitely stop by here. I would double check if you have celiac, they do bake everything in the same oven. Staff was super nice and we had a lot of fun here.

Seriously terrific pizza, popular area to visit, and easily at the top of my list of must haves visiting this town.

This place has everything you need… they rent you ski suits, they have many slopes including the one for beginners, where you don’t have to pay to use it… we love this place, Piru was in charge of renting us the suits and he was super friendly… we will definitely be back!

An excellent place to learn skiing or snowboarding for families and total newbies! The bunny slope was not flat and the lift was easily accessible! Pros have access to many challenging slopes. The folks there are very caring giving tips to people falling off the lifts. Bathroom was clean and they had water!

Great selection of resort terrain and solid mix of bumps and trees. Also, the runs aren’t super short so you get to have some solid laps in and get to spend more time on the trail and less on the chairlift. Chairlift lines typically aren’t bad as most of the lifts seem to be high speed. Fun mountain with great views!

sick mountain, great runs, amazing staff, especially Kev and Brian. Shame that the day passes are so expensive but if you get on the mountain its worth it for the views alone. When all the lifts are open, get to the top and you can see for miles on bluebird days.

Love WP/MJ been coming since early 80s. Only super gauge running on third to the last day of season but still fun anyway. Staff super friendly, when lifts shut down (thankfully fairly late) due to lightning they ran some of us up in vehicles to the upper lots. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait until next year! Still a great place! Snow better this year but going fast.

Some of the best skiing you'll find anywhere! The base is full service. High speed chairs make it top shelf. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it is free!

Best place in Winter Park to hold a rehearsal dinner. We rented the entire venue for June 27, 2025, with 75 guests; no one ever waited for food or drinks. They were very accommodating regarding decorating and setup for the event. Kevin, Clay, and the entire staff were amazing! The food was first class. I can't recommend or thank Vertical enough for making our rehearsal dinner an unforgettable experience. 5 STAR +

We were trying to figure out a place to eat here at the resort and we've never eaten here so we decided to do it tonight, Alex was awesome. He was running around like a man man since they were very busy, Service was good. Food was excellent. Everybody enjoyed what they got. I wish I had more pictures of everybody's food but everybody was hungry and started chowing before I can do that, I definitely would be back the next time we come back . I would recommend this place ✌️ my burger 🍔 was delicious.

My family and I had a great experience at Vertical Bistro & Tap. The Lumberjack burgers are fantastic. My wife was not thrilled with what she initially ordered which was not the restaurant's fault but even though we didn't ask them to switch her meal for something else they offered to do it anyway! I would also add that they did so with a smile and they thanked us for stopping by which I thought was wonderful. We will be going back there the next time we venture out to Winter Park!

I absolutely LOVED eating at Vertical! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. But easily the best part of the experience was the service we received from Alex, our waiter. He was attentive, always hustling, and incredibly kind. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and get to talk with him briefly. As Christians, my family is not only praying for Alex but also praising the Lord for the joy we experienced talking with him. God bless!

My family and I had a great time at Vertical! The new menus were so much easier to read then the old ones. Our server Hali was super nice and quick even when they were super busy. Kevin the manger was super nice even after cleaning up the drink my son spilled on the ground. We will forsure be coming back all summer and winter.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch, and we’re so glad we did! With so many options in the area, this place stood out—and it absolutely lived up to it. Chef Charles delivered an amazing meal, and our server Hailey went above and beyond to accommodate my husband’s gluten-free allergy. They even have gluten-free green chili and a gluten-free bun option, which was a huge bonus! The service and food were both top-notch. 10/10—highly recommend!

The food at this location is very good. If you're anywhere near the Winter Park Resort, I definitely recommend stopping here. I believe that the best sandwich is the Never Summer. The (non-alcoholic) drink menu is a bit scarce and service could be a bit faster, but overall, this is a staple of Winter Park.

Small little restaurant with tight seating. Staff are not hospitable or helpful. Service is very slow. My family was served and almost done with their meal and mine was still not done so I cancelled my dish. And my daughter ordered the kiddies meal and did not get her side. The breakfast burrito was good and so was the biscuit and gravy.

Great tasty variety of soups! Discovered this place with my husband and we loved both orders: mushrooms soup and beef chili. Today I brought my mom and we are enjoying delicious two new soups: chicken green chili and carrot ginger! Nice friendly place! Thank you for a great experience!

I had both breakfast and lunch (two separate days) here and it was great! The breakfast bowl is MORE than enough to fill a hungry stomach about to set off on a hike. The sweet potato kale corn chowder was excellent. I'm set on trying to find a similar recipe for home now. The staff was extremely friendly (let us come in early for breakfast instead of sitting outside waiting) and allowed samples of any of the soups. I highly recommend this place.

Best place to eat or drink or both on the mountain! The staff is awesomely friendly and makes sure you have exactly what you want. They have beer and wine and the best sandwiches and soups on the planet! The menu is superb and the ingredients are so so fresh! Definitely come by before, during a break, or after a ski or mountain bike session and you will be blown away! Bravo Woody and Jodi and Bryce!

This place is absolutely tiny on the inside, very limited seating. We finally found a small table outside on the vinyl enclosed patio with 2 very small tables to sit at with the temps in the teens outside. The foot was very good, I cannot complain about that. We watched the table next to us sit forever after they finished their food, 5 teenagers, just chatting. The area is very small, we were already all touching elbows with my two children and wife at the table with me, the area was so small we had to have the other table get up so we could get to our table. About 1/2 way though our meal an employee brings another order of food and starts placing it on our table and asks if its okay if she sear another couple at our table with us. Well, you're putting their food down already, how the hell can we say no? We promptly finished our food and left. Food: excellent, space and service: not so much.

Food was good, but check your receipt closely. They charged my mom for an employee's meal, then when my stepdad questioned the price, the cashier quickly said it was right without even looking. My stepdad questioned further & got a copy of his receipt and saw a charge for an employee's meal. Makes me wonder how much that happens where people don't question it because they assume it's just that expensive due to it being a nice resort area.

We visited Deno's in Winter Park, Colorado today, drawn by its reputation as one of the area's oldest buildings. Dinner with the family was pleasant; while the food was good, it was a bit bland and could use more seasoning. The service, however, was outstanding, from the warm greeting to our attentive server.

Service was great. The ribeye was definitely not worth 60 bucks. It was pretty thin Choice Grade meat where you couldn’t really taste the dry age at all. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great.

One of those restaurant/tavern worth to visit more than once. Wooden-old school place, with a fantastic front patio seating area, and relaxed indoor bar that reminiscences these country taverns where young and old folks meet, great atmosphere, friendly servers, pet friendly place, and -well- food and drinks subpar! Literally, they work on every detail, even on the appetizers presentation. Can’t ask for more.

Had a pretty good experience overall. Went during the mud season so there wasn't a wait for a table! We got the house sangria and it was good but needed a little more sweetener. Gorgonzola fondue was a fun app and the salads were a generous size even for the half salads. We got the ribeye and the filet and would definitely recommend the fillet over the ribeye. Their cooking method added a lot of flavors and depth to the steaks especially with the dry aging. Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy but felt like the restaurant couldn't decide if it wanted to be fancy or not fancy. They also had TVs in the dining room which was distracting given the cozy/elegant vibe they were trying to do.

Dark and dingy mountain town bistro serving really salty food. The outside patio is nice, but the inside definitely leaves a lot to be desired. They are supposedly known for their woodfired pizza, but it really wasn’t all that great.

A frustrating experience. We checked out the place and it seemed nice. In fact, I will say the atmosphere was really decent. However, we were tended to by two completely disinterested staff members. We've been in the States for over a week and felt welcome everywhere. Not here. We sat for a time at our table then decided to leave before ordering. I doubt that the staff noticed or cared. McDonalds down the road was a better experience.

Trying a new restaurant in the mountains is always a roll of the dice. I feel like ratings are usually inflated or on a curve. Deno's blew me away!. Started with the seared filet tips; tender, flavorful, and great presentation. For dinner we had: the ragu and chicken piccata, both delicious. I will give one complaint, small portion on the chicken portion (4oz I'm guessing). But from start to finish they knocked it out of the park. Definitely will be back! Cheers

Great experience all the way around. Pizza was really solid. They weren't shy about the toppings either, which was a refreshing surprise. The family sized salad was excellent too - no skimping on the ingredients. Our kids ate all the chicken alfredo, so it must have been good. Service was fast and friendly too

My family and I stopped here on our stay and it was the perfect local pizza place with great pizza! The roll over crust was amazing. Great flavor. The place was also very cool with dollar bills everywhere.

This place is fabulous the food is off the hook their Pizza is awesome service was great the environment in that place is just to die for and they must have known I was coming cuz they put me at the RAD table. We walked in and the hostess was in a conversation with another Employee, she turned and looked at us as we stood by the hostess stand and then turned back to her conversation for an entire minute while we just stood there. Then turned to us and said can I help you? Obviously we are there to be seated. We order our food (14 inch pizza and 10” gluten free pizza). Both pizzas were burned but the gluten free was so over done that the crust was hard to eat. (It was a precooked crust probably Udi’s so there was no need to cook it as long as a normal pizza). To pay $55 for 2 pizzas with the service and burned pizza was a lot. ($21 for the gluten free). I’m sad to write this review. We used to live in county and this was our favorite place to eat. So we decided to eat here when we came to visit. It was not the same flavor or service we used to get here.

I was a guest at a private event here and everything was beyond perfect. The food was superb and always hot. The bar staff and servers were super-friendly and accommodating. I’m not a local, but if I were I would return at every opportunity.

The times we've visited Hernando's it has been busy, lively, and noisy, the perfect atmosphere for a family of seven adults arriving at Winter Park in a mood for fun. They even sat us at the same table! The servers are quick off the mark, friendly, and accommodating. The menu is built around a good selection of salads, pizza, pasta, and Italian sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed the family-sized Green Garden salad. Anchovy pizza! Yum! (For my middle son and I, everyone else detests it.) But they had plenty of their own choices (Chicken Parmigiana, vegetable sub, supreme pizza) and all the food was great.

The whole team was informative, super helpful and pleasant to work with. Our guide, Jonny G, was great! He had interesting info about the trail and led along the trail at a good pace. We had a great time! We highly recommend Grand Adventures for outdoor fun!

My 17 yr old son and I had an amazing time on our self guided tour. This was my son’s first time driving snowmobile and mine in 2 decades. The trails were clearly marked and plenty of signage along the entire way. Never felt any concern for where we were or how to get back. Very glad we did self guided. Machines ran well and the staff entire staff along the way were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Grand Adventures!

First time going on a Grand Adventure, it was outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations! We had a great guide who was fun to spend the time with. The equipment was premium and the trip was well worth the dollars spent! We will go again!

Such a lovely joint to go with family and friends or with a date. I loved the relics of brands that have lived through the decades. The prices are very fair and the decor was so darn cute! I felt like I had stepped back in time the whole time we were there. The bitings were great too! We bowled this time around. I will try out the cinemas next time. Oh! The womens bathroom is so darn cute! I am really into cute bathrooms😄

We only came for the arcade and it was small about 10 games but the cost to play isn’t too bad and our kids were able to kill almost an hour on $30.

Super fun place! Great atmosphere with cool decor. The bowling balls modeled after billiard balls were cool. Make sure you make a reservation to get the right time for your fun!

This place is a vibe. Great staff, pizza was awesome. Popcorn was awful, old and too salty. Only reason it got 4 stars.

The lanes felt longer than normal but I was assured they’re regulation. The balls are new and free from chips. They have an arcade, bowling alley, & cinema. The entire place was clean. Drink prices weren’t ridiculously high. Staff was very friendly. Fun place to go to get out of the rain and cold!

We put our names on a wait list for 30 minutes but waited almost an hour to be seated. The hostess ignored us for over 20 minutes as she rushed around being busy. When she did acknowledge us, she invited us to so on a bench for another 10 minutes . I was so frustrated at being disrespected that I was about to walk out when we were finally seated. Once seated, the service was excellent. Our drinks and food were served quickly. The food was excellent. I had the Baja shrimp tacos and two of our party had the spicy tuna poke bowl. Because of the unreasonable delay in being seated, we were comped guacamole and a round of tequila wait. shots. It was nice but I won’t go back due to how we we ignored for over 20 minutes after our arrival. It’s good but not worth the wait.

Party of 5 went on Saturday at 5:30pm. No wait, but we were squished to a 4 person table. Several tables were still available and a wait didn't start until 6:30 or so. Lots of Tequila options here! They even recommended other types of Tequila and have a free sample. They also have sake and specialty drinks. Water was in bottles on the table for us. The food was only OK. We all had a variety of tacos. The sauce was great and use of pineapple very tasty. The meat (we had fish, steak, chicken, and octopus) was under seasoned and left in too big of pieces for my taste. It was$10 -$15 per taco. Service was great! Quick, kind, and got it all right!! For 5 of us to eat and 3 alcoholic drinks, total bill (tax, tip etc) was over $200.

Fun little fusion restaurant with a broad variety of food and beverage. We enjoyed an early dinner and were able to catch the tail end of happy hour drinks and appetizer specials. We enjoyed fresh guacamole with chips and pork carnitas enchiladas. All were outstanding! Our server was excellent and helpful in making recommendations. Definitely recommend!

The biggest hack ever was discovering this gem of a restaurant right off Winter Park’s ski area. After a full day on the slopes, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. This place blows every other spot in Winter Park out of the water. The staff? So friendly. You’re seated fast, and the portions are massive and the sauce on the tacos is addictive. The fish is so fresh—I highly recommend the ahi tuna taco, and don’t skip the horchata. It’s rich, creamy, and honestly the perfect little reward to end your ski day right.

Outstanding flavor! My husband and I agreed that this place is not afraid to make things fresh and pack on flavor. He had the Thai bowl and I had the ceviche taco and the salmon taco. Great plantains too. Fresh salsa. Margarita made with fresh squeezed limes and strong. Piano sour was top notch. Server was great. Will be back

Great stop for browsing shops or stopping for a bite with family. Loved the art gallery shop, toy store, jewelry store, and Nepalese restaurant!

Nice outdoor mall. Lots of little shops, good for shopping and dinner, conveniently right on the lift bus transfer stop. Surprised to see the nice light display at night. Awesome place so many pubs and food joints. Just a fun place summer winter.

They have some cool restaurants and shopping here. Looks like they have a good coffee shop as well. I'm here in the beginning of June and a lot of these stores are only open Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. I'm looking forward to the weekend to check out the live music which they have every weekend. They've got cornhole as well as several other games out for people to play. And for kids they have a small playground. Big parking garage is a bonus!

Great place to walk around. Many gift shops and restaurants. Several levels and clean restrooms that are open to the public. Absolutely love Peezie Marie.

This place was awesome to browse, ask questions, and purchase from. Both the ski and snowboard shops have knowledgeable and passionate people that enjoy chatting with guests, tourists, locals and even the occasional clueless-but-curious walk-in ... as we were. Definitely take time to hit this place up if you can. P.S. There's an awesome restaurant in this complex that is gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan friendly, while still catering to those without those dietary restrictions.

If ever you are at The Vintage at Winter Park take a shuttle down to Cooper Creek. A delightful little centre where you would find restaurants and clothing shops that are well priced. You will also be able to buy souvenirs toys and all sorts. Also a small little ice rink available for kids.

It's a long walk up a steep hill to the top where you buy tickets and seemed expensive. Lines were long. They only had two of 3 lanes open due to being understaffed. The landing at the bottom was painfully bumpy. I'm surprised nobody got hurt. Go to the other sledding hills in Frasier. We had more fun there.

Tubing has never been so much fun! Was able to get a ticket as a walk up with no reservation, pure luck! Loved that you have three lanes to choose from along with single or double tubing options. Wes was absolutely amazing to have as our lane guide!!!

This was me & my husband’s first time tubing… we had a blast!!! We cross country sky, my husband skis, we snow shoe, we hike, backpack, camp, let’s be honest we just love everything there is about being outside so to add this to the list brought a smile to our face! This experience surpasses our expectations, all the staff was organized & so happy to be there but one person went over & above to connect with everyone person playing in the snow, Jack H. was incredible!!!! We will never try a different tubing because of him! I want to learn how to snowboard, because he is an instructor I plan to ask for him!!! We highly recommend Coca-cola tubing and specifically Jack H!! Thank you!

It’s a mixed experience that you should try it at least once! The location of the Coke Tubing park at Winter Park is the best part. The tubing area is next to the village gondola’s parking lot. This makes access much more practical for tubing only customers. It took me 3 years to try it! I found the price a little pricey, but you are paying for location, staff and grooming equipment which is expensive. What I liked… - well groomed tubing paths, isolating each tube row from the other. - The rows are categorized in speed as ‘Fast’ (track #1), ‘Medium’ (track #2) and ‘Slow’ ( track #3). - The tube park has a full facility with restrooms, warming area (inside), snacks and the ticket office. - they have slow tubes, fast tubes and 2 person tubes. What I did not like… - long lines to go down the slides, as each hour includes very large groups of 20-30 people. So you spend a lot of time waiting. - It had not been the best snow season, so in the most part is made snow. Overall experience: - The picture of tubing in my mind is open space and you enjoy the snow. The idea of a tube park it’s still something to get used too! I would recommend the experience at least once! I would suggest to watch reviews.

A really fun place, but its not very big, still very cool to experience though! the steepest slide is very fast! The veiws of the area are spectacular can see north for many miles! We had a lot of fun. the escalator up can be tricky. Going down backwards was a rush! Got kinda tired quickly, 45 minutes was enough to go down each slide 4 or 5 times. Would recommend on a nicer day because the road in is one of the steepest ive driven on in Colorado its sucked the life out of us going up, the pass goes to nearly 11,500 feet! Winterpark is a really cool place well isolated.

This is a pretty fun experience especially for kids. The hills probably aren't as large as you would imagine but it's a good time and they have a lift to get you and the tube back to the top. It's a bit pricey for what it is but the kids will enjoy it.

Do not order a salad. The spring mix for the Greek salad was very old, a mixture of weathered, stringy and several pieces were so dried out the lettuce crumbled into dry bits. Concerning that it may not be properly fridgerated or very old mixed with new. I can't believe they were even willing to serve it. Service was slow, one waiter, one cook. The sliced pizza in their counter had nothing to keep it warm and looked like it had been sitting out since they opened. All three meals meals ordered were brought out one at a time several minutes apart, enough to feel like each person was eating separately and one at a time. The wings were good, nothing special. The two hotests sauces had good flavor and a little heat kick. Took quite awhile to make.

Classic low key pizza place, the type I grew up with back east (philly & NYC). We grabbed a pepperoni pie and watched some sports while we waited. Staff was friendly AND Helpful! Nothing fancy which was exactly what we wanted.

We had pizza and wings, super yummy! The owner, Patrick, was very friendly. Perfect lunch after some morning/afternoon biking.

One of the best pizza joints I've been to. The owners are great and local, and they went out of their way to make a special order for me. Great experience, good way to end a day of snowboarding. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the park for the snow.

Couldn’t be more pleased; service was excellent. Got our large pizza within 10 minutes, the apps and dessert were all great. I think Jack was our server...one of the most personable and respectable young gentlemen I’ve interacted with. Great pizza recommendations too :)

Updated my rating after a few months of ordering from Zephyr. The sauce and the crust on the pies are quite good. I usually don't load the pizzas up with toppings because the main ingredients can stand on their own. There are usually only 2-3 people working the shop, so you may need to call back to get their attention when you come in. All in all, probably the best Pie in the area.

I had a great experience there. Those guys make great pizza. They were trying out a recipe for cinnamon sticks while I was there. I got to sample them and thought they were delicious. Also, it is under new management. I think they’re gonna do well.

I'm giving them three stars only because they had quick service, I ordered sesame chicken and didn't expect it to be fried since they didn't put that on the menu. But mostly they get a low rating because of their egg drop soup which had so much corn it became all u could taste.

Service was very friendly and prompt! The food was good, but the portions are a bit on the smaller side.

We've been eating here for over 25 years since we first came up chaperoning a high school trip. Since then we've become part time residents and New Hong Kong is always on our regular list of places to eat. We have NEVER had a bad meal here. Flavors are good and portions are generous. Restaurant needs a little sprucing up, but life in a somewhat remote mountain ski town can be pretty up & down, so I'll cut them a little break for now, but it needs to be on their calendar. Otherwise, it's always great food.

We got sesame chicken, lo mein, white rice, and vegetables. Each item was $15 which I thought was pretty excessive when everything but the sesame chicken was a side. Each item came in a typical sized Chinese takeout box. When we went to pick up the food I had a terrible time trying to find how to get into the restaurant because I had never been to Winter Park before. So when we finally got there I was exhausted and I felt sick still adjusting to the altitude and asked if we could sit down and eat. She refused even though there was two tables in the entire restaurant seated. I told her I wanted to order drinks and sit down and she said it was their policy not to allow take out orders to sit down at the tables. Her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive and inflexible and I would never give them my business again because of the way they treat customers. I spent almost $50 on basically one entrée and they wouldn’t even allow us to sit down. Even after I let them know it took us so long to figure out how to get into the place and it’s freezing outside. Rude. It’s sad but they would never get away with treating regular customers that way. I’m sure they depend on people coming and going if that’s how they treat people.

Wonderful food, our favorite Chinese food anywhere globally. It takes a while for the food to arrive at times, but the wait is well worth it! We have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years, it never disappoints. It is also in an ideal location, close to shops and other businesses. This is a gem, not to be missed when staying in Winter Park.

Well priced food that's just delicious. Very friendly staff. 1 details almost makes me give it 4 stars however. We were served sesame Chicken when we ordered sesame beef, the receipt even said beef. It was not too much of a problem to us because we were so hungry! Overall I would recommend it and I look forward to returning!

Wow! That's the best word that comes to mind when describing this wonderful establishment. My wife and I are from Cincinnati and have been vacationing with my family here in Winter Park for about a week now. Today we split off from the rest of the gang to get some shopping done and grab a bite to eat. We found New Hong Kong and decided Chinese would be a suitable lunch, and boy was it great! Julie was our hostess and waitress and she was very nice and accommodating. We ordered from the 11am-3pm lunch special and within minutes were treated to our soup. Shortly after, our dumplings were delivered, and in suit so was the main course. We both work at a restaurant back home, Skyline Chili, and we were delighted to find how quickly everything was brought out. My one complaint is that I cannot bring the restaurant with me on our flight home =( Keep up the great work you guys, we loved dining with you!

My friend and I had some great buffalo burgers! We also really enjoyed our Dark and Stormy drinks. The flan dessert (made in-house) was decent as well. Should I find myself here again I would certainly stop by.

Excited that this place was open Christmas Day. Place is clean as well as bathroom ( just one bathroom) you have to wait quite a while for bathroom. Food was great! Unfortunately it took FOREVER to get food. Waitress was kind enough to let us know that the kitchen was swamped and our food would be a bit. So got up went outside and walked around abs took pictures, came back inside waited in line for bathroom, sat down and finally got out order.

The food and service here were both top notch. Best food I've eaten in Grand county without a doubt. We decided to stop here randomly after a day at lake Granby. We visit grand county a few times a year, but had never eaten here. The waiter and hostess were both very attentive, and all of the food we ordered was awesome. Will definitely return.

The seating was pretty fast and the staff was friendly/helpful with there suggestions when we asked. We ordered the surf and turf with sweet potato and spinach with cream. Once the plate hit our table we were impressed how it looked and couldn't put our forks down when we had our first bite until we were finished eating.

Had Christmas dinner here. Everything was great Service was superb. Drinks from the bar were quick and on point during a busy night. Lobster was cooked great along with the steak.

My Husband and I had lunch here. He had the pork chop dinner with baked potato and broccoli. I had the fish and chips basket. It was so good. Food was good and service was excellent! We definitely will be back.

Went here for dinner and got the Kobe steak and had the option of either creamed spinach or broccoli and a few sides. I’m gluten and dairy intolerant so I had to get broccoli and fries. Didn’t get any rolls or salads because those had either dairy or gluten. The outdoor seating is strange because there’s apartments on either side and people walking by with their dogs and it felt like we were being watched while eating dinner. Wasn’t too impressed with the food. Inside had some seating but we sat outside with one other party of 3 people. Not a fan of this spot.

This place is a great local spot in WP! We’ve had breakfast here during ski season and lunch in the summer. Family friendly with great food. I have picky kids and they found and ate their meals and my husband and I enjoyed the southwest salad and Philly sandwich. Cinnamon roll is the best in town for sure! And big thank you to the servers for mailing my purse/fanny pack to me in Denver after accidentally leaving it at the restaurant!!!

Super cool restaurant. Breakfast menu was large and tons of super delicious options. Food was great. The service was outstanding and the ambiance is such of a typical mountain town style, we loved it!

One star off for no real signage to let you know that you are at the correct door. This business is above the weed dispensary. Neither has their business name on their door so it was a bit confusing as to which door to use to go into the correct business. Otherwise the food is wonderful. Pleasant staff and polite. Just needs to put a sign outside on the door so customers know for sure what door to use when walking up to the building.

Well from outside Big Red Door then walk in and see they have , sausage and eggs Bathrooms ()Boys and Girls() lower area, upper area and out door areas also a bar area, The Food looked and tasted amazing 😍 They Staff was moving and staying consistent! They give you water to start! Menu very easily read.

This is great place. The, relatively new, location is good to get to and is all about Winter Park skiing. The food is very good. Great taste and a fair selection.
