Steep forested canyon with waterfalls & lookouts, plus hiking & biking on the Pine Creek Rail Trail.
I mean seriously who doesn't love the Pennsylvania Grand canyon? There are so many trails and so many amazing vistas, I've been going here for years and still find new stuff every time I visit. The amount of wildlife that's visible on this trail is truly special as well as how well maintained all the trails and the canyon are.

Rode our bikes utilizing the Darling Run access. Went to Tiadaghton Access and stopped for lunch. So beautiful and quiet. Drive through Colton state park and stopped at several vistas which are not that well marked from the road but I would suggest getting out at the pavilions and taking the trail to the rim of the canyon. Beautiful views.

We hiked down to the lower part , it was beautiful . Definitely a beautiful time of the year . There are bathrooms and a gift shop at the main look out . They keep the areas very clean , there is a campsite , magnified telescopes to look out over the mountains . Recommend heading there to get the best colors first /second week in October.

We visited the PA Grand Canyon during the fall season, and it was absolutely beautiful! The fall colors were stunning vibrant shades of red, orange, and yellowing & with green everywhere. We really enjoyed the trail walks and spending time near the waterfront areas with a few lovely waterfalls along the way. It’s a peaceful and scenic place, perfect for hiking, photography, or just relaxing in nature. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in Pennsylvania, especially in the fall! 🍁

I'm not sure I would drive 3.5 hours to get here again, anytime soon, but it was worth the trip to see. And would be pretty amazing to plan a weekend or something in the area. Great staff at the park, not a lot of people, but the main two trails are rather short. There is a rails to trail path where you could walk a long distance and may be the better way to experience the park and surrounding area.

Beautiful scenery, made for great photos. Walk up from the otter spot was very steep & had to take breaks on the way back as I am still receiving Cancer treatments. Although we didn't see any otters it was still a very nice hike & I am proud of myself.

We visited both Parks at the Grand Canyon of Pa. Colton Point State Park has limited parking but has a great view of Pine Creek. The Lenard Harrison State Park has camping and a new visitor center, handicap parking is available. The views of the gorge are beautiful and there are trails from the viewing platform.

Very scenic area. Lots of wildlife. Trails can be VERY steep so plan accordingly. There is an awesome visitor center and overlook too.

Park
Rugged trails, campsites & picnic tables are features of this canyon park with fishing & hunting.
Colton Point is on the West side of the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. A little more out of the way than Leonard Harrison on the East. Like the North Side of The Grand Canyon, it is more rustic, less visited, and has more and better vistas. You can easily identify the large vista at Leonard Harrison from here, but I didn’t see the vistas here from that side. (Though we visited the other side first, so it could be different if I had started here.) We didn’t stay at this campground, but the sites are much farther from each other, preferable if you love peace and privacy. Most sites are very well laid out, with well-constructed tent bases, made of railroad ties and sod/grass, plus spots for large campers. This campground has mature trees and less sunlight. Bathrooms are older and more rustic too. It has four big pavilions, that are beautiful. The views from the vistas are amazing. It takes longer to get to various access points on the rail-trail path from here than from the other park too.
Scott R — Google review
Beautiful old school state park, well kept. Turkey path was great hike down into the gorge, with views of a lovely waterfall. We also did the Rim trail, which connects some tremendous vistas - it just took us awhile to figure out that the Rim trail was actually a loop, and different from the West Rim trail which is not a loop. Overall, a fantastic time there!

This park is loaded with trails. The Colton point side of the canyon is a true state park. You just have nature and nature activities to do. There is so much hiking so many beautiful views in the park is well maintained with great roads and lots of parking. There is also plenty of trash cans and outhouses to use.
Jeremy B — Google review
This is a really great park that I definitely recommend visiting. There are tons of trails that you can hike, and plenty of pavilions for barbecues and parties. I didn't see any places to dispose of hot coals though. Anyways, this place is worth having its own journey. Hope you have fun like I did!
Twilight_Lupine S — Google review
I hiked the rim trail - it was advertised as 1 mile but it was definitely 1.5 miles and some parts are not labeled and very muddy. All the 3 overlooks on the rim trail are reachable by car and have parking spots nearby, so you can drive to see it instead of hike it. In my opinion, the first overlook when you first get to the park is really the only good one worth a picture. There is no park office and no spot to get a stamp in your passport. You need to drive to Leonard Harrison for the stamp. I drove around looking, but hopefully I can save someone else the time. The campground looked primitive with boxes to put your tent, and you pay by the honor system: envelope in a locked box.
Ania B — Google review
I was visiting from New York just for 2 days, one night. It is super pretty, however I will say its not very well marked as for what trails are where. When I was driving down, I had no idea where to go, so I just chose a spot on the western side of the canyon. I soon found out that there was only a trail down to the bottom of the canyon and then interweaving trails closer to the northern end of the gorge. My first day was just me guessing at where I thought I wanted to go. My AirBnb was on the eastern side of the gorge, so I drove over there later in the day. I found out that that side is the more touristy area, which is the side that everyone gets pictures on, and I also believe it has the 7-mile trail (don't quote me, as you can tell I was confused this whole trip lol). I didn't get to do any trails on the eastern side, just take pictures of the canyon. Overall, I might visit again with my parents to show them around, but it's definitely not a place you can spend more than two days at.

This is a great viewing area of Pine Creek Gorge. My favorite spot. Across the road is a spot to park several cars. From the parking area you can walk the short trail that takes you to a port-a-pot.

Nature & Parks
Hiking area
This park encompasses the east rim of Pine Creek Gorge & offers hiking, camping, fishing & hunting.
My son and I camped three nights at Leonard Harrison, the more developed of the two State Parks on either side of the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. Definitely the better campground if your whole family isn’t into roughing it. Very well-maintained park with very friendly staff. Just ask & they’ll give you as much helpful information as you want. Bathrooms are modern (my wife would call the one at the campground adequate, although my son and I considered it luxurious) with hot water and showers, plus a separate dish washing sink, all thoroughly cleaned each morning. The visitors’ center is a worthwhile and fun stop with good info for experienced outdoorsmen and children.
Scott R — Google review
Love what they did to the entrance, parking area, and visitor center since the last time we were here. The center was closed since we were there late in the day. Closed at 5pm. Plenty of parking on the upper and lower lots. Views of Pine Creek Gorge (PA Grand Canyon)!were wonderful. Pictures are of the upper lot. Bathrooms in the upper parking lot and entrance way to the gorge (toward left of building). They are older but were clean. Worth the drive if in Wellsboro area.

Did a short day trip here from our camp site and had a fun time. They have different level trail and amazing views to be had. Definitely something that can be done with the family or by yourself.

Best park I've been to in PA! The views are amazing, the hike is challenging but very fun and the campground was super clean. This is a wonderful place that everyone who enjoys the outdoors should visit!
Zachary K — Google review
Beautiful park to really take in all the views of the canyon. There’s a really nice observation deck that gradually lowers into other deck areas so you can get a full view at all different angles.
Ash S — Google review
One of our favorite spots in Northern Pennsylvania. This Tioga county grand Vista is absolutely amazing. As you look over the thousands of acres of State Park and watch the leaves blow up following the canyon draft, it’s absolutely amazing. with facilities for every need, lots of hiking trails, a visitor center with excellent bathrooms. This is one of our favorite places.
John S — Google review
Beautiful area, there are tons of trails and the views go on for miles. It was a little hazy when we went so I felt like there wasn't as much perspective depth but we still loved it. Very accessible at some points and we will be back soon. Do a little research first to figure out where you want to start but the options are plentiful.
M J — Google review
This is a free park so I can't be too upset with some of the changes they made. However the parking lot changes where they chop down all of the trees around the parking lot and change the layout of the parking lot and move all the parking a little bit further away from the park was in my honest opinion a poor decision. I don't know if there's new management there or what, but even the gift shop seems lesser and I'm not sure if there's even possible to get any kind of drinks or snacks up there. Every time I go I can't get anything to drink from like a booth. There used to be a wonderful food truck here that sold Maple related products and maple syrups, however the management here decided they did not want to renew the contract so that's not even an option anymore and to me that was kind of like one of the little highlights of this park. A couple years ago this park was absolutely amazing wonderful and perfect but now I feel like something else has changed, whether it be new management or a change in the times but this isn't what it used to be. There are some great well-maintained trails here especially the turkey trail and the overlook trail is pretty good as well. I feel like they need to cut back some of the trees that are up near the viewing platform so you can see more of the surrounding area.

The Green

Park
The Green is a well-maintained and beautiful park located in the charming town of Wellsboro. Visitors can enjoy the sight of people dressed in formal attire from the Charles Dickens era, adding to the historic charm of the place. The park features old-fashioned gaslights, a statue/fountain called Wynken, Blynken, and Nod, as well as other memorials.
Google didn't record that I visited Wellsboro. But I did. And darn glad that I did. For being a small town they have a nice hospital, a vibrant, robust business area, and a 4-screen vintage movie theater. People say hi to you on the street, and all the business owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is small town done right, and I didn't see a bad section. This would be a great place to retire to.

Very relaxing and well shaded little Park. Sometimes I like to come by here and just take a little nap on the benches. Something about the shade, the quietness of wellsboro and the fountain make it just a nice little place to catch a quick nap. There are a few bits of History in this park if you take the time to walk around it and see everything.

The Green is a beautiful small gem of a park and worth the trip. We took a leisurely walk around before heading to dinner.

A beautiful small park. Being from out of town we were looking for a nice place to sit and take a break. We enjoyed the scenery and watched cars go by while playing cards. They do have power which we used to recharge a cell phone. Would definitely come back !

A beautiful park space set in the center of the quaint town of Wellsboro. Was particularly colorful during October. In June the Laurel Festival takes place at The Green. A Juried Arts & Craft show with many food vendors and live music. Plus a parade and crowning the Laurel Festival Queen.

Just prior to sunset, on a warm summers night... I enjoy sitting on one of the benches there, and letting out a huge cry. I then ride my bike home before it gets dark. Tonight I rewarded myself with a chunk of Cadbury dark chocolate. I feel pretty good after all that. This thing was next to me while I sat, I named him Rick. He listened to everything I needed to talk about :)
Tricia — Google review
Beautiful, well maintained park in the middle of town. The Wynken, Blynken, and Nod statue/fountain in the middle of the park is not to be missed. There are a number of other memorials on site as well. The old-fashioned gaslights located throughout the park and town really add to the historic charm!
Jarryd B — Google review
This was our 1st time visiting there and we had an idea of what we were to see and experience. The very 1st thing I saw were these 4 ladies dressed in formal outting attire from the Charles Dickins era. They were gorgeous!!! From the hats they wore to the dress, coat and muffs they carried, distinguished from head to toe! There were quite a few people that were dressed that way. Each outfit was just as nice as the next one. Although there was a man dressed as a chimney sweep that looked authentic. People everywhere, vendors all down the street. All the shops were open. The smells of the food being prepared in the air...awesome!!! The feel of Christmas in everyone's mind of an era gone by, took you back to a time where you wanted be. It was cold that day and it didn't seem to matter. We were in a time that was meant to be. People were so friendly, all you had to say was hi and a conversation took place.

Movie theater
The Arcadia Theatre, located in Wellsboro, PA, is a historic 4-screen cinema and performing arts venue that has been entertaining locals and tourists since the 1920s. This Art Deco treasure offers first-run films and hosts live theatrical shows, including local musical productions. The theater has been well-preserved and updated over its 100-year history, making it a must-visit for those interested in old architecture.
Beautiful vintage theater, delicious buttered popcorn, great staff and the best part is a reasonable price for the movie and refreshments! 🍿🥤🥰👌🏻 Mike... you're the best! 😁👍🏻

I had a wonderful time at this theater, I went and saw Megan 2.0 and I was in a much smaller viewing area but it was beautiful nonetheless. The staff here was very friendly and helped me figure out where to park. In case you are curious the hotel next door owns the movie theater also so you can actually park in the hotel parking lot I confirm this with a manager at the penn well's hotel. The restrooms are clean, the theater was clean, and I had a great experience here.

Everything was great! Movie started on time. Can’t beat the price. Took one star away just because there were a lot of quiet parts in the movie, appropriately, and you could hear the sound from the other movies. For eight dollars, though it was good! Just hope they fix the hole in the screen in theater 3 soon!

This was a really cool little theater! My husband and I went to see Killers of the Flower Moon during our weekend away and it was the perfect end to a perfect day. They really did a nice job preserving the feel of this small theater and keeping it alive! We were excited to be able to have somewhere to see this movie while we were away in a place we didn’t think we would have access to a movie theater.

My husband and I were visiting Wellsboro after going to the grand canyon of Pa...we were outside sitting after getting Starbucks and I struck up a conversation with Mike. He told us all about the theater and gave us a tour of it. It was fascinating to see so much history in an 102 year old movie theater. Next time we're there we will definitely catch a movie! Thanks Mike for being so friendly and the tour and all the info about the theater!!

Nestled in the heart of Wellsboro, the Wellsboro Diner is a charming throwback to classic American dining. With its vintage diner car-style interior, it serves up a delightful menu featuring hearty breakfasts and mouthwatering sandwiches that are sure to satisfy any appetite. This historic eatery has been part of the community since 1939 and adds to the nostalgic ambiance of Main Street, which boasts an array of other historic structures dating back as far as 1835.
Loved this unique dinner! It was busy but the staff got us seated and served quickly! We were on a time limit and they accommodated us in a friendly way. Drank our coffee which was very good. Took our sausage, egg, cheese sandwiches to go. Thank you for the delicious breakfast and your hospitality!

Arrived to a pack house that said, it didn’t take to long to get a table. As for a restaurant it’s about what you could expect to a mom and pop shop. It was good but not the best I have had. Staff was very friendly but seemed like a side thought. I can’t blame them definitely feel like they could have used one or two extra people the day I was there. I would go back, would like to see it on a less busy day. Last thing, is the main restaurants very narrow for the walk way, don’t think it’s big enough to hold as many as it had in there

Couldnt be more diner than this. Operating since 1939. Food is made on a griddle right by the counter so you see them at work. Great breakfast sandwiches. Open only til 2pm. Lots of history. Service can be a little rushed because they can get very busy. Little souvenir shop. Bought a tshirt. Prices are reasonable.

My husband and I went here for breakfast. ...the service was friendly and fast. Our food came out faster then what we thought it would. I had French toast, my husband had a western omelet, both were very good. Will definitely go back again!

My breakfast I rated a '3.' One piece of toast, eggs; ordered soft scrambled- were greasy, the corned beef, incredibly salty--I like dark on outside, not burnt. My homefries; not the usual sautéed, were cubes & actually deep fried. So, I was truly Disappointed. We have been coming to Wellsboro for 25 years. The FOOD was always a '5.' Currently the staff were busy & efficient. The floors & the diner ceiling-- sparkling & Shiney, as always...

Visited Wellsboro Diner the morning following 1000 miles of motorcycling on the Cross Pennsylvania Adventure Trail with 4 other friends and 2 teenagers. This was my 2nd time, having visited with my girlfriend, my twin sons and a good friend in 2013 for my son's upcoming 21st Birthday . Breakfast was outstanding! Service was the best! I look forward to returning in the future for pie, which from my visit in 2013 was extraordinary!

We got there an hour before closing, the seats were full, and the staff was exhausted. Friends of ours slid over and we sat with them. Food came out within 15 minutes of ordering and was delicious. However, the staff voiced out loud several times they were done, exhausted, out of food items, and they locked the doors 25 mins early. I felt for them, however, it didn't make anyone feel welcome or comfortable to eat there. Let alone ask for a refill on my coffee. However, I did...a few times. Finally, my delicious diner coffee was refilled, we finished our meal, left and still gave a generous tip. I'm praying that using kindness was extended towards those around them.

The Main Street Creamery is a must-visit spot in Wellsboro, offering a diverse menu that includes soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, and delectable desserts. The restaurant also caters to kids with an exciting menu. Visitors rave about the vegan ice cream option made from coconut milk which is described as delicious. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the charming indoor, outdoor, and porch seating options make for a delightful experience.
This place has the best ice cream in the game. Honestly I have tried so many of the flavors here and never once have I been disappointed. Everything is made with such care and the staff that they have working here are always so delightful and friendly and they seem like they genuinely enjoy helping you pick out your ice cream. I am telling you if there is one place in wellsboro to stop at it is this ice cream parlor.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- located in an old stately two story house on Main Street- this ice cream shop claims to have Homemade Ice Cream. Beautiful inside with hardwood floors and a feel of early 20th century America. There is an old fashioned soda bar in a separate room and ofcourse the ice cream parlor in an adjacent room. Some seating inside or you could sit outside on the front porch and people watch. Service- 3 stars- young lady behind the counter was friendly but when you pay she flips the payment screen and says if you want to leave a tip you can. This is a pet peeve of mine to be constantly expected to tip and I find it inappropriate to basically ask for one. Food- 4 stars- not sure if this is actually Homemade ice cream but either way it was still really good. I got the salted caramel Kit Kat which I have never seen. I enjoyed it while sitting out on the front porch.

They don't charge you for the aromatherapy you receive by walking into this place. It is heavenly. The staff are wonderful: courteous, friendly, and prompt. The interior js filled with warm natural wood tones and comfy places to sit. I felt like I was in a day spa instead of getting ice cream. The ice cream was delicious: well balanced, not too hard, generous portions. I happily ruined my appetite for "real lunch food"- sometimes, as adults, these are the choices we make. Flavors tried: strawberry cheesecake & butterfinger. We did not get to try the floats (pictured) but we really wanted to!

Very good ice cream! Unique flavors and they have samples! Plenty of seating. I went on a weekday and the wait time was minimal. Very happy with PB butterfinger, chocolate and strawberry ice creams. They went a little heavy on the sauce and toppings kinda ended up with a banana soup instead of a banana spilt but it was still delicious!

This is one of the best ice cream parlors I’ve been to. None of the hype that the big city chains offer, but the high quality ingredients jump out at you! The lemon honeycomb ice cream was life changing for me! This shop is worth the detour!

Forgot pictures! Sorry. The ice cream was excellent, nothing too crazy flavor wise. I enjoyed Moose Tracks which had a lovely caramel stripe throughout in a fresh, crunch waffle cone. Hubby had a maple ice cream which he said hit the spot. Definitely worth the stop! The building is one of the many well maintained old homes in Wellsboro.

I KNOW I KNOW...it seems really weird to post a picture of the toilet but I got your attention. They have the CLEANEST bathroom. They are super nice and the ice cream and other treats are simply the best. Don't pass this place up. So so good

Café 1905 is a charming dining spot that offers a diverse menu featuring salads, signature sandwiches, breakfast options, an array of beverages, and freshly-baked treats. Whether you're in the mood for a delightful breakfast croissant paired with freshly-brewed coffee or craving a satisfying lunch like grilled tuna and cheese or turkey, avocado and bacon sandwiches served with tasty macaroni salad, this wonderful establishment has got you covered.
We had great breakfast croissants and coffees before hitting the town. My wife’s ham, egg, and cheese had a monster slice of ham, certainly surprising and wasn’t expected, but tasted great. The bread was fresh and flaky. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese and was also pleased. The macaroons were so good that we went back for seconds. We visited Sunday morning and the attached department store was closed, but it would have been nice to be able to shop through there before leaving town.

Second time here and a great stop for some lunch and shopping. The salads are great but we went for a grilled tuna and cheese and turkey, avocado and bacon. Both served with a simple but tasty macaroni salad. They have an array of coffee offerings but this time iced tea was my choice and it was so good! Great service, great location. Reminds me of the department stores we visited as a child that had places to grab a bite inside. Well done!

Lovely service! While visiting the area I needed good coffee, and was so happy to find that they sold Starbucks coffee. I've had their ham and cheese panini, and their buffalo chicken soup packs some heat and great flavor! My dad had their chicken salad-really was big enough for two. Giant chocolate chip cookies are delicious... And prices are reasonable.

Cute cafe with great lunch options. They also carry Starbucks drink options. We really enjoyed the turkey avocado sandwich and the cookies!

I have been getting coffee from here for a little over a year now, and its always a yummy experience, however this morning Miss Leah made my salted mocha and it was above and beyond how I remember it from last season, do yummy! Great work Leah, great training team!

A nice place to sit down and relax in Dunham’s on Main St in Wellsboro. Food is good and there is a choice of baked goods and Starbucks coffee.

Very disappointed to discover 1905 made our turkey/cheese sandwich using the heel of the bread.

Coffee's watery, food's overpriced. Not worth it, but it's one of two coffee spots in town, so you're kinda stuck.

Beck's Bistro is a family-friendly restaurant known for its delicious and unique cuisine, making it a great choice for breakfast. Whether you prefer the outdoor seating or the warm interior, you're in for a delightful dining experience. The restaurant offers an inviting ambiance and delectable dishes that keep locals and visitors returning. Its rustic yet elegant decor sets the stage for memorable meals, from casual lunches to romantic dinners.
Fun, good cteative selection on menu that is reasonably priced. The service is friendly and quick and very attentive. I stayed for the trivia night game, and the other patrons were fun and enthusiastic. The town itself is very nice, and Beck's Bistro reflects the quality and community that one sees in the town. While not immediately close to highways, Beck's Bistro is worth the ride for a good meal and a fun break.

Usually food is good or great, I love that sushi is a special here sometimes. However, today I was so disappointed. My roll was mostly rice, and the only thing I tasted was that and the veggies. As you can see in the photo there was a laughable amount of salmon and this is supposed to be a salmon roll! Don’t know what changed. Service was slow, but it was busy. She didn’t ask how I liked my food or I would have told her. Dessert (butterfinger cake) was great. Hoping sushi was a fluke as I hope to try their new menu soon and be back for sushi.

Fantastic experience! Food was fantastic! Highly recommend the brisket quesadilla! Came in last minute, but staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating! Worth a visit when you're in Wellsboro! Kirsten & Brittany are the best!
Keith R — Google review
The service here was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was friendly, but nearly completely absent from our table the entire hour and forty-five minutes we were there. Most of that time was spent waiting on our food. We also spent most of that time with empty drinks because no one came around to check on us or refill them. The food on the other hand was fantastic. The menu had a great variety, the presentation was beautiful, and everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself was clean, well maintained, and had a fun feel to it. If it wouldn't have been for the terrible service this would have easily been five stars.
Jim R — Google review
We've had only terrific experiences here. The menu has lots of excellent options, and everything we have ever ordered at Beck's has been really tasty. The brisket quesadillas are our favorite thing on the menu. Their drink menu has lots of good options and cocktails are an affordable price. The servers and owners of the place are welcoming, attentive, kind, and personable. We also love the ambience, especially being attached to the Deane Center and having outdoor seating in warmer months.

We are from Albany NY and had dinner two days on a row as the restaurant was close from the hotel. We had sushi for appetizer, sliders, Korean BBQ tacos and sweet potato gnocchi. Everything was so good! The servers are friendly and nice, the atmosphere has a very contemporary vibe with nice bar and music. If we were near we'd definitely go back!
Mischarlcm — Google review
The food here is delicious. Everything is made fresh including the fries, bread, and chips. The fries are the best fries that my family and I have ever had and they come in mini fry baskets. I had the salmon BLT and I really enjoyed it. There wasn't a long wait on our food. The prices are really good. Our sever was very friendly and was always there when needed. I would definitely come back here again. I recommend. The inside is really clean and kind of a modern rustic feel.

Walking in to the restaurant could not help but notice it was very clean and taken care of. I sat at the bar, the bartenders were very helpful on the recommendations so I Ordered a build your own burger Requested med. and it came out PERFECT Sweet Potato Fries were on point The staff was very nice cannot remember their names. Red Skillet is a cozy and inviting restaurant that offers great food and fast, friendly service. The ambiance is charming with good social distancing measures in place. Visitors rave about the delicious portobello mushroom burger with runny eggs and pesto. The premade grab-and-go salads are also highly recommended for a quick lunch option. For dinner, the high-quality ingredients and generous portion sizes make for an excellent dining experience, complemented by attentive and friendly service.
BLUF - GREAT FOOD, cozy atmosphere, fast and friendly service! We were visiting from out of town and after working up a hard core appetite from mountain biking, we decided to try Red Skillet (and use the Wellsboro Bucks from the Bear Meadows Lodge). Up front- cute cozy ambiance, good social distancing enforced, and friendly customer service. As far as the food, I got the portobello mushroom burger (comes with runny eggs and pesto) and it was DELICIOUS. Ar first, I was surprised with how s small it is but it did a great job filling me up! I got a side of the well-reviewed broccoli salad, great flavors and texture! I tried my husband's local beef burger and MAN that's what beef is supposed to taste like!! Great job sourcing your beef, Red Skillet!! The only thing that would further impress me is if they chose to use more eco-friendly food containers/straws.

Recommended: The skillet dog. Bacon wrapped hotdog with pulled pork bbq, coleslaw, and corn chips. Perfect meal after a hike. They had ~4 outdoor tables and a small selection of beers.

Needed to pickup a suit in town and realized I had not had anything to eat all day. I ended up walking over to Red Skillet due to the lack of a strong signal and read their menu outside, the Local Beef Burger looked like a fit to cure the rumbly in my tumbly. Tremendous choice. Delectable burger, well prepared on a brioche. Not going to lie, looked a little like a hot mess when it came out, but that was quickly quashed when I took a bite and then another, and then realized it was gone. Tip of the hat Red Skillet. Job, well done.

Deliciousness!!! My 20 year old daughter and I have specific diet choices with her being vegan and me needing to be gluten free. I go here regularly for lunch for their premade/grab and go salads - which are always 10/10. But my husband and I also went here for a date night dinner this weekend - another 10/10 experience. The food was delicious with good portion sizes, and same for our cocktails and craft beer option. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Overall a great date night place. We’ll definitely be back!

Great park. Fishing swimming hiking bike riding and relaxing! Friendly staff except the older lady at the beach concession stand! Definitely recommend! One thing, they could mow the campground sites - grass was tall this trip.
Randi M — Google review
Great campground, loop D was shaded with lots of trees for a hammock. Spots were well spaced out and people respected quiet hours. I wish the fire pit wasn’t so tall, the smoke hurt my eyes. The bathroom was clean but my only complaint is that the shower water temperature was not adjustable, it was one degree from burning my skin…. Not good especially on a very hot humid day! The park itself was nice. I swam and kayaked in the lake. Just beware, the changing areas and bathrooms do not have lights inside so it was very dark in there 30 minutes before sunset. The food at the concession is pretty good, there’s a ton of options, and prices are decent. The nature center is nice, they have movies every night. They did have some weird taxidermy presentation by the beach.

A beautiful state park near Mansfield and Wellsboro. There is a public beach and you can boat (paddle and/or electric motors only). There is a playground and a nice 3+ mile loop trail around the lake. You can tent and RV camp. You can also stay at a cabin or yurt. The park was well maintained.
The T — Google review
We loved our time at Hills Creek. The campground were well kept. The bathrooms were clean. The sites were large with tree cover. The lake trail was beautiful. We stayed in one of the cabins that had electricity 4 bunk beds and a queen(or maybe double? It was bite enough for two people). The mattresses were acceptable, but we doubled them up the 2nd night and had a better nights sleep. We saw raccoons about 9 pm so make sure you store your garbage and food securely. Our friends stayed at a modernized cabin with a bathroom. They said they loved staying there and it was roomy so we will try that next time. One of my favorite campgrounds all year.

Love this park, people are friendly, we are camp hosts here right now. 2nd year for hosting for them. Campsites are spacious, which I like. There is a nice Concession stand too. Food is good, and a verity to choose. Have 10 modern cabins and 2 yurts available..

Such a beautiful park. Lots of trails. Small beach area. I’m sure it’s wonderful in the summer to visit. We saw some cabins you can rent as well as camping areas. Can’t wait to return

This was our first time camping here. It was a very nice state park and campground. It would be nice to have a playground in the campground area for the kids. Spaces were very roomy to allow games and campfires safely. A couple minor things to improve would be qeeding the boat tie off in campground area. The grading on our spot (19) for the sewer line was actually uphill too, made it work but should be better. The last minor thing, camp host. Extremely friendly, too friendly. Never had a camp host stop by multiple times a day. Welcome us but let us enjoy our time. I do get if folks causing issues but need to relax a little.🙂

Nestled in a charming 1860s building, Wellsboro House is a delightful restaurant and bar that captures the essence of American cuisine. With its inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends or family while enjoying an impressive selection of craft beers brewed on-site since 2013. The brewery prides itself on offering limited yet diverse options, currently featuring six unique house brews on tap.
Absolutely blown away! 10/10 this place was amazing! I honestly can’t wait to come back! The apps were to die for and the steak was PERFECT! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and crispy. The mini crab cakes were very flavorful. The mozzarella sticks were so good! But the NY strip cooked rare with mushrooms, onions, and blue cheese was the best I’ve found across Pa. And the show stoppers were the scallops! For dessert I tried the Lager chocolate cake. It was the only thing that was the but still an incredible meal. This place is a MUST!

Generous portion, especially my chicken sandwich - never seen anything like it, and good service. They added a 4% on the total bill if you pay with credit. The server was fantastic. Great atmosphere.

Good atmosphere, looks like an old train depot. Nice variety on the menu with interesting daily specials. Waitress was attentive and had pleasant. Great cocktails. It is a brewery but didn’t try those. Husband and I split the chicken strawberry candied pecan salad. We had the eggplant plant cutlet appetizer. I had a blackberry lemonade cocktail. Really cute clean town.

My husband and I had dinner here on our weekend away from home. The beer flight was good, our server made sure we had our food and drinks in a timely manner, and the food was great. The only thing to be mentioned is that it was a busy Saturday night, as to be expected at any popular restaurant. For some reason it seemed a little loud and cramped, I believe because it's a smaller place in general. Overall though, a decent night out.
Michelle — Google review
We stopped here on our way into Wellsboro and I am glad we did. I ordered the Kielbasa Cheesesteak. I thought it would be a link on a roll with cheese and onions. It was actually shaved and chopped like cheesesteak meat normally is. I have no idea what black magic was used but it was a top 5 favorite sandwich I have ever had. It was amazing. My wife had the regular old cheesesteak and she said it was also delicious(but couldn't be nearly as good as the kielbasa). Even the homemade chips were great. Brittany was our server and she was topnotch! Friendly and attentive and offered a lot of suggestions. The atmosphere(although lovely) does not give off brewery vibes but the beer was all very tasty, I tried most of them. I think there were 12 or so on tap. If we venture up that way again, I will definitely stop there....I may make the 3 hour trip just to visit them again.

Nice park with a nice selection in the playground for the kids. I can't say how it compares to other parks in the area . It has new equipment. I will likely not be returning since I'm not from the area and I have no reason to return but my children had fun while they were there.

Nice playground area and benches for adults to sit. No diaper changing area in the bathroom. Nice swimming pools here. There were two digger toys that my kids got completely muddy and wet from. They also couldnt dig very deep because there was landscaping fabric under a few inches of mulchy mud. The kids had fun though.

A smaller sized park in historic downtown Wellsboro. There are tennis & basketball courts, as well as a public restroom & payphones. The playground was a huge hit with our kids. "From My Shelf Books & Gifts" is a charming indie bookstore with an impressive selection of both new and used books. The cozy space is enhanced by the presence of two friendly shop cats, adding to the unique and inviting atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations based on individual preferences. With books neatly organized by genre and alphabetically, it's easy to navigate through the extensive inventory.
Wellsboro is one of our favorite spots for mini vacations and this store definitely added to that experience! My daughter wanted to stop in and shop, my son was not too pleased because he is not much of a reader. I am not sure if it was the owner that helped us out, but she took some time with him and eventually recommended The Wild Robot and he loved it! He is reading the series now. Great shop, amazing selection, cute cats are just a plus. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Great local bookstore with helpful staff and 2 handsome shop cats.I love cats and books so I always enjoy my time when I get to stop in here! They have both used and new, including the very latest released books. Very organized, by both genre and then alphabetical. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very open to giving suggestions based on your "likes". New books are cover price and used vary. I found 4 used that ran between 5 and 10 dollars, all in excellent condition. They have a kind of loyalty program in which you're given a card and it's punched for each $10 you spend, when the card is full you redeem it for $10 off your purchase. If you love cats like I do, make sure you bring a quarter, there's a cat treat machine and those cats sure know the sound of it!!
Jala K — Google review
I love this bookstore! The ladies who work there are so sweet and helpful!
Melissa L — Google review
Awesome selection for a smaller indie bookstore, and NOTHING beats the experience of petting cats while browsing for books. They carry both new and used.. I scored 2 newer reads that have been on my TBR list, along with a used greek mythology book, plus another random witchy novel. If you're in the area, make it a priority to stop in and check it out. Pro tip: because this place gets pretty busy and the space is smaller, try to go early when they open so you aren't shouldering past groups of people. It can get clausterphobic pretty quickly when the store fills up with people.

Phenomenal service, excellent food. The prime rib steak was insanely tender and juicy. Would definitely come back to try some other items. Big shout out to the mushroom and beef soup, super delicious. For dessert they have some homemade pies.

Possibly the cleanest restaurant bathroom I've ever seen yet it didn't smell unpleasantly antiseptic. But that's not what you came here for, so it's a welcoming local venue, hosting regulars and tourists alike. Seems like a great team of people staffing this family owned enterprise. Salmon got rave reviews at my table. Crab cakes were a bit high on filler. Delmonico steak looked good but was not super flavorful. Decent prices, excellent service. Good value for the money.

As is on our usual motorcycle trips, we always pull into town a little late. This place offered warm food and a decent atmosphere and quick seating even though it was relatively late. Got the prime rib. Certainly not the best I've had, but still very good nonetheless, especially at such a reasonable price point.

Good pizza and other sandwich choices. Staff is helpful and salad bar is always a good choice. Tried the new melt. Tasty and with two pieces it’s almost too much for one person. Nice choice in Wellsboro with call in and app ordering

We go to this Pizza Hut location sometimes when we are in Wellsboro and the food is super consistent at being great for Pizza Hut food. The service over the years has been inconsistent. There'd be times we would show up and the server was just mean and condescending, clearly hated to interact with people. It literally became a game to see what we'd end up with. This week we begrudgingly went in and crossed our fingers... We got Laurel as our server and holy cow, couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. She was fantastic, attentive, polite, and even took time to smile and joke with our two young children. Hey owners/managers, do WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO to keep Laurel working there! No different from the other hundreds of billions of other mass produced cogwheel resteraunts but at least the meal met expectations for the most part. The person that took my order over the phone clearly sounded like she did not like her job but I can empathize with that since nobody wants to work on Easter Sunday, especially for companies like this one that treat their employees like cogwheels. At least she wasn't rude. The problem I had was we didn't get the condiments we requested, which I admit is a huge pet peev of mine. But, overall I would recommend this place if you are in town and everything else is closed. That being said, I'm sorry you guys had to work on a holiday and hence the reason for the 20% tip even though it was a carry out order. Just a small token of my gratitude.

Party of four and no fountain drinks, no as advertised in restaurant, free refills. You pay for three bottles of soda and you're not allowed to get a 2 liter. Hoping the food is good because otherwise, its a future no. They seem to be struggling staff wise.

Decided to go here after running errands in Wellsboro with my pizza loving kid. Great, friendly service and the food came out quickly and delicious. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut if you are in Wellsboro and have a hankering for good pizza and great customer service.

Fast food restaurant
McDonald's, a renowned and enduring fast-food chain celebrated for its delectable burgers and fries, offers prompt and accurate service. The condiments and miscellaneous items are consistently well-stocked, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The restaurant itself exudes cleanliness, including the pristine bathrooms. This exceptional location boasts an impressive five-star rating due to its attentive staff and efficient operations. The food at McDonald's is satisfying as expected, meeting customers' hopes every time they visit.
NO KETCHUP! How do you have a restaurant serving burgers and fries with no ketchup? Also, took 15 minutes to get our order delivered to our table. I could cook my own burgers and fries in less time. Definitely not a fast food restaurant.
Cathy B — Google review
For a fast food restaurant you wait forever and still have your order completely messed. Owners allow it to run understaffed for employees to complain that they are understaffed but still open to make you wait for long periods of time. Orders are more messed up than actually right and the wait time for a fast food is ridiculous especially for the price they charge
Dj M — Google review
They have upgraded everything except customer service! Have to order at the kiosk, no table numbers available and cannot complete the transaction without it. Looking around there we're at least 5 table numbers sitting on empty tables. Pressed the assistance button - no response. When I finally got the attention of an employee, I was met with an eye roll and handed a table number. No apology or acknowledgement. Then waited over 20 minutes to be served a warmish burger and cold fries on a wet tray. Needless to say- won't be going back for a long time.
Marlene D — Google review
Girl just laughing at us for no reason, what is wrong with people? I’ve worked in customer service for years now and have never laughed at a customer who was simply stating their order?? I’m already having a hard night I didn’t need scrutiny from a teenager

Ordered just a plain cheeseburger. 1st try: Cheeseburger without onions 2nd try: Burger & Bun 3rd try: 4 people standing around the burger & bun. Slapped a piece of cheese on it & called it a day. Cold. No offer of refund or to make it fresh. For it to be a $1 menu item where I'm from & to to pay more than 2x's & they can take it for 60 seconds and put it on a warmer instead of making it correct.... I just asked for it back and walked away.
Charlotte P — Google review
Wow! What a disappointment in this McDonalds! They move slower than a snail, got orders messed up and when I approached the counter there was nobody around because they were all in the back discussing what they did the night before! When I asked to get my order correct he had to ask me 3 times what I wanted. Very, very disappointing stop and we probably wont be back because we were just passing through the town. If I ever return to Wellsboro, I will not be stopping here
Desirae T — Google review
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, without fail these imitate kids always are goofing off and they don’t pay attention 9 out of the 10 times they forget multiple things on my order. And who the gell forgets the cheese on a damn CHESEBURGER! Stop hogging lazy kids and get some people that know what they are doing!
Tim W — Google review
Their food tastes like every other McDonald's so there is nothing wrong there, but they always seem to mess up my orders here in town. 😂 for example. A triple cheeseburger w/extra lettuce and extra bacon means I get a double cheeseburger with 2 half slices of bacon. I could have saved myself a few dollars and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at that point. Not angry, I find it funny. Food is food I still ate it :) honest mistakes

Really nice it was decorated to fit in with the Victorian theme I thought it was a little expensive to see the play but they did have photo opportunities and hot chocolate as well as some unique. Appropriate gifts for sale I also loved the model trains

It's a small venue with tables and chairs and movie theater seats in the rear. They sell some snacks and drinks, but people are welcome to bring their own food and drinks of any sort. It was a short distance from our air bnb, so we walked. There are upcoming performances of tribute bands and acting that seemed interesting. Nice little venue!

Shopping
Dunham's Department Store in Wellsboro is an independent department store that offers a nostalgic shopping experience. Visitors have described it as reminiscent of the stores they frequented in their childhood, with a variety of departments offering quality merchandise. The staff is known for being exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing personalized assistance to customers. Some have even had the opportunity to meet the owner, who offered local recommendations.
Wow! I got a dress alteration done by Cindy Evans who is based out of Dunham’s. What an amazing job! I got a few minor alterations done on a summer dress, and I added a scarf with the extra fabric. Cindy was so kind and helpful the whole way, from helping me pick the correct length to offering suggestions. I would absolutely recommend her services, she did a beautiful job. The price was very good, and the work was even better! To find her, go to or call Dunhams department store and ask for Cindy. The store: Lovely old school department store that is still family run! You can find lots of options here, including local gifts. There is a coffee shop inside. Things are a little expensive, but that is to be expected!

At first it was great. The people seemed nice and I found some clothes I liked. Then it all went sideways. I saw some really pretty boots, exactly what I had been wanting to get my girlfriend for a couple of years now. We found a place for her to sit and I was helping her try them on. This might sound silly to some people, but this was important to me. I wanted to do it, and I wanted to do it a certain way. Suddenly the sales woman rushes up and basically tells me "you're doing it wrong" and grabs the boot out of my hand. I tell her that no, I have a reason for how I'm doing it, but I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. She was being condescending and she basically ruined something that was important to me, in spite of the fact that I asked her not too. Of course, she eventually realized that SHE was doing it the wrong way. I was NOT happy. It was rude and condescending. These boots were pretty pricey and I was all set to buy them along with two pairs of pants, but I put the pants on the counter and we walked out the door. I don't often write reviews, but I'm writing this one because writing is therapeutic for me and I'm trying to get back to the good mood I was in before this woman did what she did. The store is probably fine for the most part, but the experience really wasn't. Your mileage may vary.

What a great piece of living history. This department store has been continuously operating for well over a century as an independent store. They even had an old scale with the inner working revealed. Such a neat place.

Dunham’s Department Store is a charming and quintessential small-town store that offers a delightful shopping experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere with all the modern conveniences. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products, including clothing, home goods, and unique gifts. I was particularly impressed with the quality and variety of their merchandise, which caters to all ages and tastes. It’s a perfect place to find something special or just browse through their interesting selection. The staff at Dunham’s are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you, offering personalized service that you rarely find in larger chain stores. The layout of the store is neat and well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, and they often have great deals and sales, which is always a plus. It’s a place where you can find quality products, enjoy excellent customer service, and support a local business. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

A true “old fashioned” department store, an absolute hidden gem in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. If you remember when every big town had its own, family run, department store, you will love this place! Selling literally everything from clothes, to hardware, to home goods and anything else you can imagine. The highlight for me was the little restaurant located in the front of the store with a perfect view of the Main Street. I had a roasted red pepper soup that would have done credit to any fancy restaurant in any big city. My wife had a salad that touched all the bases, including an exceptional raspberry vinaigrette dressing. If you’re up for a trip to northern Pennsylvania and you’re near Wellsboro, do yourself a favor and check it all out; you’ll be glad you did!

Pudgie's Pizza is a well-established pizza parlor chain known for its wide variety of toppings and delectable wings. In addition to whole pies and specialty slices, they offer an array of Italian favorites such as subs, calzones, and pastas. The Wellsboro location is a small counter-serve joint that shares space with Subway. Despite the lack of seating, customers can enjoy their meal at the adjacent Subway area.
Great food and unbelievable prices!!! My husband and I travel all over and hands down some of the best food we’ve ate in travels. We only eat and shop local when traveling to support the local businesses in the area. A pizza like we got would have cost $50-70 in Las Vegas or New York!!! Can’t wait to travel through again someday 🖤🖤🖤 And those wings😮😮🖤
Rachel F — Google review
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The guy that made my pizza was making dough without gloves on and his fingernails were dirty. When I got my sheet pizza the whole outside of the crust was so burnt that I had a shriveled up sheet. This place is disgusting and there are many other pizza places in town that pride themselves on hygiene.

Always a nice time and great food. Nicest people.
Adam ( — Google review
Their burgers are already precooked before you order them. The wings had a funny taste. I ordered six and only ate two of them. They had either freezer burn or they were thawed and refrozen. But the staff was nice. Sorry, won't be back.
K M — Google review
Got pizza and wings. Pizza was good, slightly greasy, but good. Wings were cooked good but were completely swimming in sauce. Tasted ok, bust seems like a waste of product. Would order from again. Beer cave is usually stocked well with a large variety of six packs.
Ryan J — Google review
Our order was completely butchered today. We got there and they missed an entire order of wings. So we had to wait. Our pizza was half pep and have cheese when we ordered all pep. We ordered honey BBQ for one of the wings and got regular bbq. We also ordered extra sauce and barely had sauce at all! The computers were down. Understandable that it's difficult but the customer service was terrible as well. In fact my review would have been better considering their situation, but while we were there the guy who waited on us was throwing attitude left and right and answering the phone, putting people on hold and never going back or answering and hanging up. This made us realize that he did that to us when we called we had to call 4 times!! Terrible experience.
Chelsea L — Google review
If I could leave a zero star review I would. The pizza quality has been less than sub par recently. Just a few hours ago my family ordered a pizza that was not only burnt on the bottom but charred on the top. This is not a one time thing the last three times we ordered pizza it has been like this just steadily getting more burnt than the last. We don't ask for much just pizza that isn't burnt

Subway is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a range of customizable sandwiches and salads. They prioritize health-conscious options, allowing customers to build their own meals. The chain is known for its affordability and delicious taste. Customers often praise the hardworking staff who provide excellent service with a smile and offer helpful recommendations. Friendly staff, quick service. They didn’t have the veggie patties and the bread seemed stale. The bell that goes off when the door opens is deafeningly loud.
Caryn R — Google review
After a 20 minute ordeal on the app to get the order correct... We had a fairly largish order and the orders were incorrect. Also they did not stock the desired rolls and the the plain white bread was stale. And the 50% extra meat sure didn't look it. $60+ order that was way way below par. Avoid this shop.
Ed R — Google review
Super disappointed with yesterday’s meal. We don’t have the luxury to eat. Between the cost & my husband being retired military. It doesn’t happened option. Sooo when you do decide to get something out it’s was a HUGE disappointment when you bite into your sub & it’s hard as a rock with hardly any meat in it. Couldn’t believe it. We stopped and grab a few subs to eat when we got home. Drive home was 15 mins, if that. The bread was DEFINITELY old. And to Top it off —the cookies were hard 😭
Melissa G — Google review
My wife and my youngest child were in late at night, just before closing. The lady that was working was very attentive, kind, and never rushed us. The food was fresh even though it was the end of the day. If you're looking for the meatball sub, I would suggest showing up earlier in the day because they go quick. One of the better experiences we've had at a fast food restaurant in quite some time.
Thomas ( — Google review
Ordered on the app for curbside. Ordered large drink... no 40oz cups. Substituted a 20oz bottle?? Ordered salad with no ranch, for dairy free wheat free person. Salad had ranch. 2 of 3 subs were also incorrect. But we had already left. Suspect it was a new employee, not going to bash them, but be aware to check your order before leaving, if you order online.
Rachel M — Google review
We ordered online through the app for Pick up and it was the absolute worst experience ever. The subs were not even close to being correct. We added a special note at the the bottom which I’m assuming we’re not even looked at. The chicken that was put on my sub was bad and full of hard pieces that couldn’t be eaten. Don’t ever recommend unless your in the store watching what the workers are doing

Dumplings did not disappoint. 10/10. Possibly the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Rest of the food was good too, but the dumplings were the highlight. And you can get a crazy amount of food for the price! We made several meals out of our order.

After some car trouble on the way up to Wellsboro, we arrived later than expected on a Friday evening (~9PM). This was one of the only places still open for dinner on Main St., so we thought we'd check it out. It was, hands-down, one of the best Chinese meals I've ever had, and I've dined in the Chinatowns of NY, Philly, Montreal, and DC. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions were large, the prices fair, and the service fantastic. I'll be stopping here for a meal anytime I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to others.

Bar & grill
Restaurant
Gas Light Bar & Grill is a laid-back and cozy tavern located in downtown Wellsboro. It offers a comfortable setting to enjoy beer, hearty American eats, and catch up with friends while watching sports on TV or playing shuffleboard. The menu features a variety of delicious options including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, pizza, and wings.
Best cheese steak I've had in a while. The fries were nice and crispy and the beer was fresh. Nice little bar. The bartender and waitress were very nice and kept up with our orders. The bar is cash only but there is an ATM on site.

We moved to Wellsboro last summer. Still feeling like fish out of water we were looking for a nice neighborhood bar. Luckily we stumbled upon this place. Friendly and unpretentious. The service was quick and attentive. Heidi is a very friendly and good bartender. Enjoyed the shuffle board. The next time we visit we look forward to trying the food. We felt very comfortable there.

The Margaritas are delicious and inexpensive, the food is simple yet tasty, but the people are the best thing about the Gaslight. We always look forward to seeing Heidi and she remembers us, even though we only make it up to Wellsboro a few times a year and it feels real nice to be remembered.

Very nice and cozy bar in downtown Wellsboro. The Gas Light has a nice menu focused on the standard bar fare. The burgers, wings, and onion rings we had were fantastic. They had a nice selection of beers on tap and the server was extremely friendly and checked on us often on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Stopped on the recommendation of a cousin who went to a nearby college (20 years ago!). Nonplussed to see a sign by the door that said "No weapons", but it was a Friday afternoon, so... Decent draft beer selection, and I ordered a chicken cheesesteak (suggested by a friendly couple at the bar). Bartender was entertaining, and the beer was cold and fresh. Chicken cheesesteak was diced chunks, not wafered meat, and the roll was a bit dry at the ends, but it was quite tasty. Good place, would return.

Great wings(Boom boom sauce). Great bartender. Great service. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Located in Wellsboro, The Roost is a popular dining spot offering a unique and exciting experience. Visitors can enjoy delicious meals such as burgers and creative drinks in a fun and interesting atmosphere. The wait staff is attentive and the owner is described as helpful and cool. Despite the COVID-19 situation affecting business hours, this restaurant provides excellent service with unique kids' meals that are sure to excite young diners.
Food was really good. We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat after hiking in the area and we were happy that we did. Servers were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming. Very interesting decor too. Finding out that the potato chips were homemade kettle cooked style was a pleasant surprise! Not many establishments serve them so kudos to The Roost. Music was enjoyable as well. They’re my favorite. Paid street parking except Sundays when it is free.

DELICIOUS…. This is a 5 star restaurant, GREAT service , Great Food , lovely establishment. The drinks were good , friendly staff, the place was so cute and clean . The food was fresh and so tasty. Highly recommend stopping if you’re in town . Thank you for a great relaxing time. They have really nice drink list and a menu with so many choices .

We came here after getting into town after a three hour drive and it did not disappoint! Staff was very friendly, even the cook came out to check on how our meals were. Drinks were good and prices were reasonable for the quality of food. They definitely have some amazing marketing as well! Would absolutely recommend!

Came here right before the lunch rush and was not disappointed. The atmosphere and decor alone is so eclectic. They were in the middle of switching from their summer menu to their fall menu, so some items were not available but it was honestly only 1 or 2 things. Normally I take pictures of what we ordered but we were so hungry I forgot to. We had an order of wings which were cooked to perfection. Had the chicken blt which came with this homemade dill/ranch sauce which with the side of tots it came with paired perfectly. 11/10 highly recommend.

I've always wanted to stop by here but never had the chance. Well I finally stopped by the other day and this exceeded all of my expectations. This is not your typical mom and pop hole in the wall restaurant. I would say this is a more upscale restaurant with incredibly unique items and a very diverse menu. All of my food was out of this world, the waiter did a wonderful job recommending my burger which I believe was the peanut butter and jealousy Burger as well as my appetizers which I can't remember the names but I have provided photos and it was quite delicious. This place is worth a stop and it's a good place to just sit down and cool off and grab a bite to eat if you have the time.
Jeremy B — Google review
The food is usually good and good size portions. The lavender lemonade is sooooo good and I think it should remain on the drink menu for EVER lol. It's such a pretty drink and tastes amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a bit on the louder side when it is busy but it's still friendly.
Pamela S — Google review
I loved the decor and atmosphere. I had the chef burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The choice of toppings were great but you can also taste how fresh the meet was. My friend is a vegetarian and there were plenty of choices for her as well. She had the peas and harmony primavera and it was delicious!!! We will definitely be back at least one more time before we leave PA! I couldn’t add another review so here is my second night at The roost…. We had to go back and try the Berry Risotto… after reading someone else’s review we were hesitant but she was so wrong!!! We loved it! Lovers of creative dishes and this was one of them! Definitely gave me dessert vibes because of its sweetness we shared it as an appetizer and loved the flavor and consistency! That candied hibiscus flower was YUM and had us ordering the Hibiscus Mojito! The star of tonight show was the seasoned steak fries! They were perfect and the homemade mayo dip wow! The cheesecake scoop!! And the Wookiee Colada! We had the BEST waiter!!! Thank you for all the suggestions Jeffery. I may have to come back again To try the Peanut butter and Jealousy Burger. If you made it this far in my review…. I should add. Others have posted paid parking… if you read the sign you do not have to pay for the meters after 5PM. We did see people feeding the meter 🤷‍♀️

This might be wordy, but it's worth the read and meant to only help the business thrive and improve. We don't head to Wellsboro as much as we should when we decide to go out to eat, but since all the buzz recently that The Roost got for being featured on the Roadshow—America's Best Restaurants, we decided we needed to check it out. We visited this past Friday night for dinner, expecting it to be busy, which it was, but we were able to be seated right away. The place is small but laid out nicely, and the décor is exceptional—a very cool atmosphere! We were impressed by the refined look of everything right down to the menus. The hostess was very pleasant upon seating us, but our server might have been fairly new at the gig because he lacked in areas that are very important when waiting tables, drink service being one of those. We weren't provided any glasses for water, although a half-empty water pitcher was sitting on our table when we were seated. The drinks we ordered came out timely and were very delicious, but our glasses sat empty for a while before the hostess asked if we wanted any refills or to order something else. The bartender did an excellent job at making my margarita, and my husband enjoyed the beer selection. Our daughter ordered the strawberry lemonade, and that was also good. We ordered an app (fried pickle chips—YUM), and they came out timely as well; however, we weren't provided any small plates, silverware, or even napkins to ration out the app, so we allowed them to cool in the dish they were brought in. I had to snag our server and ask for those things and napkins; it was because they didn't have any small plates available at that time... finally, about 15 minutes later, our server brought us small plates, but I told him to use them for another table because the app was almost gone by this time. We received our meals approximately an hour after ordering. My husband and I ordered the NY Strip Steak entree with pricey add-ons of mushrooms and onions, and the meal came with a potato choice and sad roasted asparagus. I asked our server where the steaks were from, and he said he'd ask the chef. After asking him a second time, he returned to let us know the steaks were from Nebraska. I was a little disappointed that they weren't locally sourced. Besides that fact, the steaks were good and cooked as ordered; however, the asparagus needed help! Both of our sides were mostly thin, woody pieces of asparagus stalk that really should not have made the plate; we each only had a couple of tender spearheads that were good, but for the price of the dish, the entire side should be pleasantly edible. I had the dauphinoise potatoes, but my husband can't handle dairy very well, so he opted for french fries. Both potato sides were good; however, they were very small in portion size for the price. Our daughter ordered The Marg (margherita-style flatbread pizza). It was ok; however, the basil was dried up and wilted. Basil should be added after cooking so that it is green and fresh. The sauce/cheese combo was a little on the sweet side but still edible. Overall we felt that The Roost prices were a tad high for what we were presented with, and the service needs some improvement. The vibe of the restaurant atmosphere and décor was the most impressive thing about it. We won't totally disregard going back in the future, hoping that improvements are made; however, we've eaten at other local establishments for the same higher-end price but had a much better experience overall with better taste quality, portion size, and overall service.

Nature & Parks
Woodland Park is a fantastic local park that serves the community well. It offers cleanliness and a family-friendly atmosphere, with modern amenities. The park boasts a spacious playground equipped with nearby ADA restrooms. Additionally, there are lovely pavilions with an abundance of picnic tables and ample green space for pets to enjoy. However, some suggestions have been made to further improve the park—such as bringing back the basketball court and extending the Woodland Ave sidewalk to reach Bryson corner.
Very nice playgrounds for the grandchildren to play on. No swings though. Nice place to have a picnic and enjoy the views.
Michael J — Google review
Quiet, clean park with plenty of parking spaces and a nature trail that'll help you forget you're right in the borough. Great for kids, getting some exercise in or just relaxing at the pavilion.

What a beautiful upgrade to the borough park! People can walk, picnic, and play. Kids climbing, slides and swings. A nice quiet area just outside downtown.
Peter L — Google review
What a wonderful local park for this community. My family stopped here one evening and ate our take out dinner here and found this park to be the cleanest and family oriented parks while being up to date with accommodations. There was a huge playground with ADA restroom facilities nearby. Nice pavilions with a huge amount of picinic tables and plenty of green grass for those four-legged family members, too.
Chad C — Google review
Good park for the kids. Will be nice when the next phase with the trails is completed. Wish they would have gone with higher quality playground equipment, it's less than a year old and already showing signs of not lasting much longer.
Ryan J — Google review
Love this little park. The improvements are great. Miss the basketball court. Wish the woodland Ave sidewalk ran all the way to the corner. Have to walk the stroller in the middle of the street to get up to the new sidewalk on Bryson. Can't wait to have chicken BBQ from the new pits

Candy store
Highland Chocolates Downtown is a charming shop located in Main Street, Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. They offer free tours of their small production facility and have a good selection of handcrafted chocolates, barks, chocolate-covered treats like Oreos and pretzels, as well as gummy candies. What sets them apart is that they are a non-profit company employing locals with intellectual disabilities. Visitors rave about the delicious milk chocolate tree stumps and the dark chocolate filled with Baileys.
Had trouble deciding. Sooo many choices! I finally chose a dark chocolate filled with Baileys. OMG. Best i ever tasted. My daughter got chocolate stumps and said she is going back to get more this weekend. I think i will also. So if you are a chocolate freak and near wellsboro you have to visit here. And as a bonus, the people are knowledgeable and very friendly

The one quart can of maple syrup I purchased from your store is the new heavyweight champion of all maple syrups. To anyone reading this, I suggest you get your hands on this before enough people find out about it and clear the shelves of this hidden gem. You will thank yourself for doing so. If that is not incentive enough, it costs less than the stuff you get in the grocery store but is infinitely better. Finally, thank you for being kind to my son, who is very shy around people he doesn't know. We'll be back here the next time we visit Wellsboro and correct the only mistake I made visiting your store...not getting enough syrup and a batch of chocolates to go with it.
Lightning E — Google review
I love stopping by here, they have the best candy selection in the state. Maybe this country, all of their stuff tastes so delicious too. You have to go get some of their stumps which is probably their best and maybe most famous item. But also their rainbow trout gummies are out of this world. I promise you if you go here you will find something that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

We visited the PA Grand Canyon and toured around Wellsboro in the afternoon. This candy store is AMAZING!! The milk chocolate tree stumps are DELICIOUS! This store is a MUST when you visit Wellsboro. I also love the fact that the shop is a division of Partners in Progress. Keep doing the great work you do for the community and please keep making lots of tree stumps. LOL

It's the best chocolate in Wellsboro!!! Stopped by to pick up a surprise gift for my mom. She loves ❤ their truffles. I got her 4 Ameretto and 4 Raspberry. Mom's eyes lit up when she opened the gift. The original store is being renovated. Hopefully it will be done spring of 2023

This is a cute shop right in Main Street in downtown Wellsboro. They had a good selection of barks (including different flavors like Orange Cream, which was delicious, by the way), chocolate covered Oreos, and of course things like chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered graham crackers. There's also a nice selection of gummy candy and handcrafted chocolates. Also, I was looking at their website earlier and they state that they are a "non-profit chocolate factory and retail store that provides vocational training and employment for adults with disabilities," which is even more reason to come here! Will return during future visits to the area!

CVS is a well-known drugstore chain that offers an extensive selection of beauty and health products, along with grocery and household essentials. In Wellsboro, CVS provides prescription delivery services; however, it's important to note that not all prescriptions qualify for this convenience—controlled substances and medications needing refrigeration are typically excluded. Customers have consistently praised the knowledgeable pharmacists at CVS for their willingness to assist with questions or recommend over-the-counter medications when needed.
I have never been disappointed with CVS. The pharmacists have always been there to answer any of my questions or to guide me to the best OTC meds when I requested their direction. I appreciate the high standards and quality service provided by CVS.

Had 2 packages to ship UPS they had labels on them making their job easier, I needed them to be scanned in per requirements from the recipient for insurance reasons!! The woman seemed bothered that she had to pick up the little scanner and actually do something!!! The value of these packages were to high to take any chances just because the CVS employee did not want to be bothered! I will not be returning to this store maybe that's what she wanted? Why do people hate working today? It's not a hard job trust me I know what hard work is! Hopefully they find better people to staff this store I know it's hard right now because of all the handouts in the last year.

We had a great time on the dinner train. The sights were great and the food was amazing! I still need to call and ask for their green bean recipe. We went for our anniversary and it was perfect!!

My husband and I are from Bernville, Pa. We exchanged our vows in 2005. For our Anniversary we decided to reserve the Tioga Brunch Train ride. So much more than we expected. Brunch on the train had linens on the tables, silverware, china plates , cups, glass water glasses. Everything was fine dining. We were very impressed with table setting and brunch meal. Turkey Club Sandwich on rye, chips, pickles, cherry cobbler for dessert all served on China. Choice of Hot Coffee, Hot Tea, Orange or Cranberry Juice all served in juice glass, water in glass gobblet. The train ride and view was breathtaking. Our most amazing and memorable anniversary. Thank You, John and Karen
Karen D — Google review
This was our second year taking the train ride. We enjoyed the regular ride last year so we upgraded to the dinner ride this year. The meal and service was acceptable if not inspired. My main complaint was the entertainment. Some duo called take2. It's not that their playing was bad, but I practically had to scream for my wife sitting next to me to hear me. Mood music should be played softly. Not at full blast. Finally after dinner we escaped to the open air car and the rest of the ride was perfection
Yvonne L — Google review
We have been on the train 2 years ago, the food was great then!! We went today! There was no easy way for a person with disabilities to wait, they had to stand in line with walkers; standing for about 30 minutes to board!! Our menu stated: Brined and Smoked Pork Tenderloin on a Bed of Kraut With Stout Mustard Sauce, Served With Bratwurst and Potato Hash We had one slice of Pork, with a little gravy, not on a bed of Kraut, no mustard sauce, I had about 1 teaspoon of kraut, with a half of a bratwurst; potatoes were tasteless, salt did not help!! A serving of very cold string beans! You get a glass of ice tea or lemon aide, that was serve before the salad, nobody came back to fill the glass until after the main course! We then receive our cheesecake, which was sheet cake style, not like the New York cheese cake, we got 2 years ago. you could have cherry or blueberry topping, with a teaspoon of whip cream on top! It was a little over cooked! Coffee was served 15 minutes after the dessert! Only great thing about dinner was the couple we met at the table, very nice!! The train itself needed to have the windows clean, and the shade, someone lower to blocked the sun was terrible! If you go for just the train ride, it is beautiful, to see the fall foliage!!
Maureen B — Google review
Ride was fun to spend time with family. View was ok. The food was good, but precooked as it probably has to be. The service was nice. We were next to screaming kids which I understand is out of their hands, it was just a little loud.
Mary L — Google review
We found the entire experience to be very disappointing. We expected a quaint experience and it was anything but. The exterior of the trains are filthy and the dining car was tacky (rug falling off the wall). We expected to be taken through bucolic farm country and instead the train basically followed the highway passing many unkempt houses. The staff did a great job and the food was good.
Carl D — Google review
This train ride description is extremely misleading. My husband and I went on this train with our two small children. First, if you sit on the right side of the train expect to see Pennsylvania countryside and a lake. If you're on the left side of the train expect to see other train cars, old houses, then more train cars, then the road. Wait! You think you will get a better view on the way back, right? Ha- NO! The guy stops the train, gets out and walks to the back of the train, which is now the front and drives it back again. So, we get to see the same awful scenery. My kids asked to get off 20 minutes into this 90 minute ride. If my husband and I were alone and on the other side of the train i might, might....well no I probably wouldn't go again.
Roxanne — Google review
Went on the sunset ride. It was a smooth ride but the only restrooms that weren't locked were up by the dining cars. A far walk from the coach area. Also at night with all the lights on all you could see was your own reflection in the windows.

I honestly can't name a favorite because literally every employee on both shifts that I've seen or interacted with they are phenomenal, I'm jealous that I don't work in an environment where everybody is that awesome, even with the younger new girls or gents they are so sweet so professional, I'm obsessed with this location because of the homemade donuts but the atmosphere and the vibe you get when you walk in.. it's unmatched! shout out to second shift because they really do hold it down and a particular shout out to Logan 2nd shift, I don't know what title he holds, I think he should get promoted and I can say that for everybody on second shift, I've always walked in and I see them all busting their butt cleaning but like they give off the best Vibe when you walk into that place the atmosphere is the best literally hands down one of the best Dunkin' Donuts within the surrounding counties, #ownerhiringallthegoodones xoxo Drinks r always awesome, if something needs fixed, it's an easy task , not burdensome and I also love how you can pre-order your own special munchkins a day in advance, or days in advance if you want to take a bunch of munchkins to a party and you want a specific type , they will cater to your preference to the best of their ability if you put the order in ahead of time. I mean they've done it for me, I assume they still do it and they are the BESTTTT

Wow. I go to this Dunkin Donuts often before work as it is within walking distance to my home. Lately, my experiences there have been less than glowing but today's was just.... so bad. I ordered a cold matcha latte and asked thst it please be made with either 2 percent or skim milk. Before I could finish this request, the girl cut me off and told me they don't have any of that and the only milk they use in their entire store is whole milk. I guess I don't need to elaborate on the ridiculousness of that statement. So I had already paid and had to stick with my whole milk drink. that was fine, I also ordered avacado toast. this part was the last straw and reason for this review. I received a COLD, untoasted piece of bread with avacado spread on it. it was freezing cold and inedible. I had to throw it out. This place is the only Dunkin Donuts on the map that I have ever seen close at 7 pm every day? Like, it has not been good for a while but today's experience was major twilight zone vibes.

Hey guys let make frozen coffees before the food and give out half melted coffee then make up excuses why we cant do anything about it I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE

Stop in get coffee and donuts as I do couple days a week. The film crew was there again ( caught another time 😡) Three customers ahead of me and by time I was waited on 9 customers behind waiting. All kinds employers making sure their faces on film. The lady behind counter doing her best but no help from others. I guess Dunkin Donuts employees is more interested in getting there faced on film than taking care of the customers. This has never happened in my business. Customers helps your company by returning and filming people are gone after filming done.

This is a very clean, friendly and well run Dunkin. My only issue is the breakfast empanada. The crust was delicious but the ingredients way too meager. It seemed more like a cheese empanada with a small sprinkling of sausage and scrambled eggs. Come on guys fill this thing up! If you have to charge more that’s fine.

Busy place however they keep the line moving

Of course the coffee and food is great, but I'm super impressed with how well this franchise protects their workers and customers since the pandemic hit. I never fear to walk in. They kindly but firmly abide by mandatory face coverings and social distancing, for which I'm grateful. Other places I walk in and know I might have to turn around and walk out. Also--the curbside service is wonderful!!

Bigger than appears from the front. Great looking bar - good offering of beers on tap. Extremely friendly service. Came in for lunch - good selection of burgers, pizza, sandwiches and salads. The food was delivered hot and was delicious. I might add, the music in the bar area was awesome. I had the grilled chicken salad which was warm but I loved it. My hubby had a club - both were very good. This was my 60th birthday meal and it was terrific. I real like memorable places and this was fantastic- thanks for the great meal and memories. Lastly, it was great to see my hubby finish his meal since he's not been feeling great - that's how good the food was. 👏🏻👍🏻

Atmosphere-4 stars- located on the Main Street in the cute little town of Wellsboro PA this eatery has tons of seating. A few tables out front where you can people watch or inside in a couple of dining areas. Either in the bar area which has a large full bar with an assortment of beers on tap or you can dine away from the bar area in a dedicated dining room. Restaurant felt very clean. Service- 4 stars- waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave suggestions including her personal favorite- the Cheeseburger Sub. She was very attentive as well. Food- 4 stars- I went with our waitresses suggestion and got the Cheeseburger Sub however I got it as a wrap with fries. It was very good. We also got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini with fries. This was also very good especially the bacon- nice and crisp. I would definitely come back and try something different next time!!

Food and service were excellent, especially given a busy day such as the Laurel Festival. I had the Buffalo Chicken Panini, which was delicious. My husband had the Firecracker Wrap and my parents got sandwiches as well. All delicious, and our waiter Terrance was attentive, polite, and caring. This was our second time here, and first time was just as good as well. Thanks for a great lunch!

All four of us loved our dinner entries. Terrance the General Manager took great care of us! We are not from the area and we very happy we stumbled upon this amazing place! Definitely would recommend!

The place had a nice feel to it. My pecan chicken salad was very good. The chicken on it was sweet and tasty. I got the maple vinaigrette with it and it’s was great. The pizza was disappointing. Plenty of cheese but not much taste with the sauce and dough was not that great. Server made me feel a little rushed and yet was fine when we hung out for a while after our meal.

This weekend we decided to stay in wellsboro while seeing the Pa Grand Canyon. We walked around the town looking for dinner and decided to go to The Roost, upon arriving there we were told it would be an hr wait so we decided to walk and find a quicker option. While we were walking by our waiter Terrence invited us in saying had had plenty of seating for our party. The atmosphere was great, along with his service. He gave great recommendations on food when asked on which he would prefer. All in all, I would absolutely come back to this restaurant again.
Thomas J — Google review
The service was outstanding. Had a good selection of draft beers and bottles. You can even build your own six pack to go. The food was good, but not the reason for the four, it was the service and selection. They did allow my wife and mother-in-law split a salad and they did the same for my son and his wife.

I was nervous when we first walked in because it did not seem very busy. Our waitress was fantastic. The food was super delicious. They make a very good brushetta. I had the apple brandy pork and it was so full of great flavor. The pork was well seasoned and the brandy apple topping was perfect. If you are near Wellsboro PA this is a great place to eat.

American restaurant
Frog Hut is a charming, old-fashioned ice cream shop located in downtown Wellsboro. They offer an extensive selection of soft serve and regular ice cream flavors, including the adventurous option of frog legs on the menu. Visitors can enjoy a small diner vibe with good service and top-notch ice cream. The indoor/outdoor atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to visit during summertime. Customers recommend trying the hard serve ice cream for more flavor and praise the friendly staff and reasonable prices at Frog Hut.
If i could have added another star for atmosphere I would have. Friendy service in a kooky atmosphere. Serving classics like chili dogs and subs and yes you CAN get frogs 🐸 legs here!

We stopped here for ice cream after dinner and it was pretty good! I got a small peanut butter cone and my husband got a small birthday cake cone. I didn't care for mine too much, the flavor was lacking a bit for me, but I tried his and it was so good!! If you like more flavor definitely get the hard serve ice cream instead of the soft serve. Also the signs inside were pretty funny! I liked my visit here:)

Delicious, fresh, made to order American grub. Small establishment, probably family owned and run with a friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Prices can't be beat either!

We stopped for lunch while passing through because we we like to try local unique places when we can. The Frog Hut did not disappoint! All kinds of good food on the menu, including a huge variety of ice cream, plus the staff are super friendly. Really great small town vibe, and we'll definitely go there again any time we are in the area

I hate to say it... but a McDonald's quality fish filet sandwich for 7.95!?!? Hoppers and Poppers for 11.95?!?! These items are overpriced for what they are. May as well go to Mickey D's for the fish sandwich (for $3 [same quality]) and I'm only going to get Hoppers and Poppers once (for the novelty factor)... cause for the money/quality, it ain't worth it. Service was great though. Stay with the soft serve & basic burgers and you'll probably do fine.

We stopped by after visiting the grand canyon for some ice cream and this place is awesome. Cool, small diner vibe with good service and the ice cream we got is too notch. Definitely recommend if you're traveling through on Route 6

Burger and fries were delicious. Veggie burger was also very good. Black and white milkshake was perfect.

What a great service! And the food is absolutely delicious. I recommend the grilled ham and cheese, the chilli, and a soft-serve ice cream. Me? Next time I’ll try the curly fries.

If you're looking for amazing eats ,this place serves the best pizza in the area! We indulged in a delicious white pizza and a large pepperoni, making for the perfect dinner on a chilly Sunday night. The cheesy bread was a highlight, expertly crafted with the ideal blend of cheese, sauce, and dough. What truly made our visit special, though, was the exceptional staff. Their warm smiles and genuine gratitude created an inviting atmosphere that enhanced our meal even more.

Food was very yummy! Def a take-out kinda place but there are a few tables of you wanna scarf some food down on the run. Staff was friendly. Worth the stop. It's also just gorgeous everywhere around here.

Haven't been in foxes in 2 years until today. They changed the container that they use for the Buffalo chicken salad and I like it much better it's easier because the salad is spread out more hasn't changed in flavor in 2 years still the best salad I've ever had. Thank you so much for for the excellent salad whoever made it

Just paid $52 for 2lbs of wings with a 2 liter of soda. Wings have almost no sauce on them, all the sauce was spilled in the bag that they were delivered in. There was also no ranch dipping sauce included, this is an absurd amount of money for a product that is less than mediocre.

well to start off all the girls in there where giving my girlfriend and i side eyes and we felt like we where being judged like they knew us which wouldnt be possible because we live 3 and half hours away. 2nd thing is i ordered a philly cheese steak no mushrooms they gave me a hogie with lettuce tomatoes big chunks of meat mayo as the sauce. i also got a salad which was made good but i got chicken fingers they where good other then tasting dry like they been in fryer to long. you have to park at the gas station or the insurance place beside the place my main concern was my cheesesteak and the girls judging me and my girlfriend its also very small on the inside 4 tables so dont plan on eating in here there was 2 girls using 2 tables so that left us with 2 places to sit
